March 4th marks 16 years since my younger sister Heather passed away from colon cancer. Every year on this day I honor her with something I call “Because I Can” Day.
It’s a simple practice that has become a powerful reminder to live with gratitude, awareness, and appreciation for the everyday things we often take for granted.
In this unfiltered and unedited episode, I invite you to join me in remembering that being here—right now—is a privilege.
