- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to my channel! The channel of surprises! Look at this.
- 0:03Speaker 1: This is Agatha Pagatha. And she's here to open some
- 0:06Speaker 1: Etsy 90's mystery boxes. Which one first? The black box?
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's been chosen. Agatha Pagatha did choose the first one
- 0:12Speaker 1: that we should open. It's this mysterious black box. I
- 0:16Speaker 1: think that's mysterious and I'm excited and it's great.
- 0:18Speaker 2: But did I go for like a little kind of
- 0:20Speaker 2: spooky vibe added to some of these?
- 0:22Speaker 1: Immediately!
- 0:23Speaker 2: Of course I did.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Alright, you guys see first. What do we got? DUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN Oh!
- 0:28Speaker 1: First up, babe, we have a pixie stick and it's plastic.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Remember the paper ones when you were a child that
- 0:34Speaker 2: would just turn into a literal frickin' mess of just disgustingness?
- 0:37Speaker 1: What are the ingredients? That's not very 90s of me.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I should be poisoning myself and not caring.
- 0:42Speaker 2: But I care.
- 0:43Speaker 1: What color is this? I just remember it being white. Oh,
- 0:47Speaker 1: it's blue. It's coming out. God damn it. I don't
- 0:50Speaker 1: want anxiety. A Goosebumps postcard. Dude. This takes me back.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Did I read this one?
- 0:56Speaker 2: I feel like so far though, this is all stuff
- 0:58Speaker 2: that I could buy now. I was hoping for some
- 1:00Speaker 2: vintage finds. I think some of these are going to
- 1:02Speaker 2: be vintage. It still gives you that vibe though.
- 1:05Speaker 1: We have Ring Pop. Oh, these are sick. See these
- 1:08Speaker 1: right here. Look at this.
- 1:09Speaker 2: This is some genuine Goosebumps stickers. There's nobody writing Goosebumps
- 1:14Speaker 2: books anymore. Me? No. Oh, iconic, scary stories. These were
- 1:19Speaker 2: all the rage at the book fairs. But it was
- 1:22Speaker 2: nothing like the room she remembered. It had not a
- 1:24Speaker 2: double bed, not twin beds. The furniture was black, not white.
- 1:27Speaker 2: The carpet was green, not blue. There was someone else's
- 1:29Speaker 2: clothing in the closet. The room she knew vanished, and
- 1:33Speaker 2: so had her mother.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Done, done, done! Iconic. Oh, whoa. Okay, a real goosebumps book.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Look at the discoloration.
- 1:43Speaker 2: That only comes like with all the kids and their
- 1:46Speaker 2: vapes and their lungs from the 90s.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Because the vapes, because they all vape now, the millennials.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Look at that. I'm a millennial. I love this. Scholastic
- 1:54Speaker 1: Book Fair.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Nothing will feel the same as begging your mom for
- 1:58Speaker 2: some money to get a cool pencil and eraser. My
- 1:59Speaker 2: mom did not give me the money for a book.
- 2:01Speaker 2: I got like a pencil, eraser, and a poster. She's like,
- 2:03Speaker 2: you get $ 10.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Make it work. Thanks, mom.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Okay, we have a McDonald's Land toy.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Look, it's just some guy. He looks happy. There's a monster!
- 2:12Speaker 1: He's cool, he's my buddy, he's my guy. Then we have, okay,
- 2:16Speaker 1: we have a VHS right here. Yeah, that reminds me
- 2:21Speaker 1: of things.
- 2:22Speaker 2: And this is Scooby-Doo Original Mysteries, but there's a mystery inside!
- 2:28Speaker 2: We have a scary movies pin. We have a pencil,
- 2:32Speaker 2: very scholastic book. I'm feeling the nostalgia.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Oh my God, there's a butterfly clip. Do you remember? God,
- 2:38Speaker 1: I had so many of these.
- 2:40Speaker 2: We're just gonna get more and more nostalgic as it goes.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I can feel it. Look at this little troll. He's
- 2:48Speaker 1: a blue guy. Look at the blue guy. He's my buddy,
- 2:51Speaker 1: Danny DeVito.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Hold him.
- 2:55Speaker 1: He had a really hard trip, it's not his fault.
- 2:57Speaker 1: We have a scary spider pin. We have some airheads.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Don't mind if I do. Mm, mm, mm, mm, yeah.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Goosebumps stickers.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Congratulations, here's your free child movie admission or any admission
- 3:13Speaker 2: up to six foot two for Scooby Doo. Oh my gosh,
- 3:15Speaker 2: this is a pass from June 14th, 2002. Anyone born
- 3:19Speaker 2: after 2000 to me isn't alive, like their children.
- 3:22Speaker 1: We got a Power Rangers blind pack. Power Rangers, we
- 3:25Speaker 1: have to open it. It is what it is.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Whoa, we got a Power Ranger people. These have been
- 3:30Speaker 2: in there for a long time. Look at the back,
- 3:32Speaker 2: oh my gosh. Just the low quality ass printing.
- 3:35Speaker 1: That is intense. Let's find the foil card. Look at
- 3:38Speaker 1: these guys. Super cool. That was capital F fun. We're
- 3:42Speaker 1: just getting started.
- 3:44Speaker 2: This box right here is an interesting one. It was
- 3:46Speaker 2: a clothing selection for early 2000s clothing, okay?
- 3:50Speaker 1: I remember dressing like that. It was not a great time.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Flashbacks to Lizzie McGuire and such, it's okay. We wore
- 3:55Speaker 1: dresses over jeans. It was a weird time in everybody's lives.
- 3:59Speaker 2: But I'm curious, being a thicker lady, what exactly was
- 4:03Speaker 2: found for me? This comes from the Justine shop. All
- 4:05Speaker 2: of these will be linked down below. Oh, I see
- 4:07Speaker 2: jeans my mom has right now. I see jeans that
- 4:09Speaker 2: my mom has right now. Oh God, who are those
- 4:13Speaker 2: gonna fit? This is a 32 waist. I told you
- 4:16Speaker 2: I was a size 14. They're low rise. Whoa, look
- 4:20Speaker 2: at the fricking attention to detail on the side.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Who are these by? Silver Jeans. Oh damn. We had
- 4:28Speaker 1: a thigh rubber. Damn, boy, we rubbed. You rubbed me
- 4:31Speaker 1: clean through. You sent me jeans that someone been chafing
- 4:34Speaker 1: in since 2007. Are you serious? These aren't gonna fit.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I'm not even gonna try. I'm disappointed. All right, we
- 4:39Speaker 1: have the jeans. Now what's gonna go with the jeans?
- 4:42Speaker 2: All right, not only that, I ordered two of these
- 4:44Speaker 2: and only one showed up.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Not cool.
- 4:46Speaker 2: A Tommy Hilfiger V-neck. Shirt, that, I'm feeling that, that's
- 4:51Speaker 2: some really, they're doing right. Oh, we have a couple
- 4:53Speaker 2: more items, okay. Oh, this feels, this is very worn, very, Oh,
- 4:59Speaker 2: the texture on this is disturbing, but it falls.
- 5:03Speaker 1: These shirts, ever so popular by famous people in the
- 5:06Speaker 1: early 2000s. What is this by? Dress Barn, and it's
- 5:08Speaker 1: a size large. Okay, I will never wear it. Could
- 5:11Speaker 1: have run over that.
- 5:12Speaker 2: With a little lint eater, but it's fine. It's still 90s,
- 5:16Speaker 2: am I scared?
- 5:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Now we have our accessories, okay? We have a single
- 5:22Speaker 2: silver bangle, okay? We all know those came in, if
- 5:25Speaker 2: you remember, stacks like that high, and people would wear them.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And we have a... Cross necklace, pretty cute, pretty cute.
- 5:31Speaker 1: We got the cross. Is this something I would have
- 5:33Speaker 1: worn in the early 2000s? The jeans and the t-shirt, yes. This,
- 5:37Speaker 1: probably not. I was already turning into a goth baby
- 5:39Speaker 1: by the time I was like 10, okay. It's something,
- 5:42Speaker 1: it is something. It was $ 107 and I paid twice. Wait, no,
- 5:48Speaker 1: it was $ 30. That makes sense.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I bought two $ 30 boxes. That is fun experience for
- 5:54Speaker 2: 30 bucks Canadian. I'm fine with that. This next box
- 5:57Speaker 2: gives me anxiety, but in the best way ever.
- 6:00Speaker 1: This box went through some things with Soul Vibe, so
- 6:02Speaker 1: I feel like I know it on a personal level.
- 6:03Speaker 1: This is coming from Mountain Troll Vintage. I thought that's
- 6:06Speaker 1: where I live.
- 6:07Speaker 2: It was curated out of the joy for nostalgia. Hope
- 6:10Speaker 2: you enjoy your 1990s and 2000s curated boxes. Oh yes,
- 6:14Speaker 2: I ordered two different boxes. One from the 2000s and
- 6:17Speaker 2: one from the 90s.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I feel exhilarated. Let's start with the 90s. It's Mountain
- 6:21Speaker 1: Troll Village. Look at this box. What do we have?
- 6:24Speaker 1: What do we have?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Ooh!
- 6:30Speaker 1: We have an It movie poster. That is literally so cool.
- 6:34Speaker 2: The master of horror unleashes everything you were afraid of.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Clowns never scared me. Never, not once. I kind of
- 6:40Speaker 1: thought it was silly and was like, what trauma did
- 6:42Speaker 1: this to you? Oh, that is freaking cool. Movie of
- 6:45Speaker 1: the decade.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Batman.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Look at a Batman journal. Whoa. Look at how like,
- 6:51Speaker 1: Sunbleached this is that is so 90s. Okay. Oh The
- 6:58Speaker 1: McDonald's ty beanie baby, are you literally freaking kidding? Oh
- 7:03Speaker 1: we got.
- 7:04Speaker 2: It Iggy the iguana Hello Iggy the iguana.
- 7:08Speaker 1: How you do buddy? Oh, that's cool. Oh A McDonald's
- 7:12Speaker 1: land paper bag? I swear I had this one.
- 7:17Speaker 2: 1999? Oh, definitely I would have had this. Oh! Oh,
- 7:21Speaker 2: I'm so goddamn exhilarated right now.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You don't understand. We got this Barbie. Look at her.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Teresa figurine. Oh, I don't want to open it, but
- 7:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Whoops. Oh, wow.
- 7:35Speaker 1: What a freaking.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Icon she is. This one is the most fun so far.
- 7:39Speaker 2: We have Aladdin on a magic carpet. Scary stories number three,
- 7:43Speaker 2: tales to make you joke. We have two.
- 7:45Speaker 1: No, we have two threes. We have a repeater.
- 7:50Speaker 2: What? What a cool thing, taking the side of a,
- 7:53Speaker 2: Movie box and turning it into a bookmark.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Love that. Oh, I'm gonna read this shit out of
- 7:58Speaker 1: this the haunted cave Oh, these.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Little coin purses were all the frickin rage in the
- 8:04Speaker 2: early 2000s.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Look at that.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Oh It's crazy how like no one even
- 8:09Speaker 2: like carries wallets as much anymore because there really is
- 8:12Speaker 2: no change anymore.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Oh, so cute. It is a knockoff Tamagotchi. I had
- 8:18Speaker 1: a knockoff Tamagotchi. My mom would always buy them for
- 8:20Speaker 1: me at yard sales. Camel matches. And then we have
- 8:23Speaker 1: a Got Milk Ponca dairy truck. No, don't hurt Teresa. Okay,
- 8:29Speaker 1: what is in here? This is very interesting. A t-shirt?
- 8:35Speaker 2: Oh, that is freaking cool. That's vintage too, which is crazy.
- 8:38Speaker 2: A nightmare on Elm Street. It's a medium, but we'll
- 8:42Speaker 2: crop it. We have some scholastic pencils, one with monsters
- 8:46Speaker 2: and one.
- 8:47Speaker 1: With kittens on it. Oh, I literally had this. I
- 8:49Speaker 1: know I did. Guys, I'm back there right now and
- 8:52Speaker 1: I'm having a great time. This feels like a steal.
- 8:54Speaker 1: This is a great box. Okay, we got more cards.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Star Trek and Pocahontas. What? Like everything was thought of
- 9:03Speaker 1: in this, which is so cute. So freaking cool. A
- 9:07Speaker 1: literal cassette.
- 9:08Speaker 2: I remember, cause I had this like boom box that
- 9:10Speaker 2: my mom got me in a yard.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Sale and you could like put CDs in it and
- 9:13Speaker 1: record it onto a tape.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, we got another blue troll. Pogs were
- 9:18Speaker 2: before my time. Adam knows pogs, but look at these. Oh,
- 9:23Speaker 2: a plastic pog. And then we got like poofs, very
- 9:26Speaker 2: fricking 90s.
- 9:28Speaker 1: This pogs filled me with joy. So I felt like
- 9:30Speaker 1: we just went through Adam's era there, even though I
- 9:32Speaker 1: very much related, okay.
- 9:34Speaker 2: But now we're gonna slip into the 2000s, which is
- 9:36Speaker 2: when I really started to thrive.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I keep doing this, I need to stop doing this.
- 9:40Speaker 1: This is the box for me. Oh, a magazine. The
- 9:44Speaker 1: National Enquirer. This is the one that's like, that boy,
- 9:47Speaker 1: alive and well in Minnesota. Let's see what we have.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Ben cheats on J-Lo. Wait, we're like 25 years later
- 9:53Speaker 1: and this is still happening, isn't it?
- 9:55Speaker 2: Ben cheats on JLo, his wild night of sex with
- 9:58Speaker 2: this woman.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Kobe is innocent. Oh my gosh, they even put like
- 10:04Speaker 1: a fake little shipping label on it. Oh, I'm gonna
- 10:07Speaker 1: read this so hard.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Oh, this was the era when they thought people who
- 10:10Speaker 2: weighed 130 pounds were obese.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Look at Slim Shady. This is fricking crazy.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Seeing some of these actors really makes you realize that
- 10:18Speaker 2: we have no idea what happened to some of these people,
- 10:20Speaker 2: but also a lot of them are still just like around.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Oh, that just sell deodorant powder? I'll order it. I
- 10:28Speaker 1: lost over a hundred pounds with Excedrin. Remember that? Illegal now.

- 10:43Speaker 2: I do! The 1998 Pontiac Sunfire!
- 10:47Speaker 1: Oh wow, look at this. They made it out of
- 10:50Speaker 1: a movie thing. That's so cool. A little Journey made
- 10:53Speaker 1: out of the Goofy movie. I love that. I had
- 10:55Speaker 1: a weird love for Goofy. I don't know why.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Garbage Pail Kids Chrome, 1986. My Little Pony Cars, S
- 11:04Speaker 2: Club 7.

- 11:08Speaker 2: Is this?
- 11:08Speaker 1: What is this? It turned on! There's a monster running
- 11:16Speaker 1: across the screen. Oh my gosh! Where in the world
- 11:20Speaker 1: is Carmen Sandiego? Enter. How does this work? We have
- 11:25Speaker 1: to turn this off, it's too exciting! I'm gonna go inside,
- 11:26Speaker 1: I'm gonna play this so f * * * ing cool!
