- 0:00Speaker 1: Prepare for launching three two one, and away we go.
- 0:05Speaker 2: See m.
- 0:09Speaker 3: See see.
- 0:14Speaker 4: See see Say.
- 0:27Speaker 5: Ladies and gentlemen, it's the Ron Edwards American Experienced Talk
- 0:31Speaker 5: Show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now your
- 0:37Speaker 5: radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Well, Hello, gooday, good day, and welcome. I'm Ron Edwards
- 1:04Speaker 3: and you are listening to the Run Edwards American Experienced
- 1:07Speaker 3: Talk Show. And man, it's great to be back with
- 1:11Speaker 3: you on another wonderful day in the neighborhood. Yeah, beautiful
- 1:16Speaker 3: winter wonderland going on a might as well speak positively
- 1:19Speaker 3: about it. It is what it is right. Well, you
- 1:23Speaker 3: know the communists inspired chaos which exploded across a South
- 1:29Speaker 3: Minneapolis community this past weekend over a Border Patrol agent
- 1:33Speaker 3: involved shooting where there were large crowds surging into the streets.
- 1:37Speaker 3: They swarmed federal personnel and clashed with agents attempting to
- 1:41Speaker 3: secure the scene. Now, what began is a rapid gathering
- 1:44Speaker 3: of onlookers quickly devolved into a volatile confrontation with agitators
- 1:49Speaker 3: blocking roads. This is really really irritating to me. Why
- 1:54Speaker 3: these agitators continued to be allowed to block roads surrounding
- 2:00Speaker 3: and forcing federal officials into defensive positions? Are you kidding me?
- 2:04Speaker 3: Amid a fast escalating wave of unrest, Now, it would
- 2:09Speaker 3: seem that by now, okay, maybe federal officials aren't that bright,
- 2:14Speaker 3: but it would seem that by now, okay, this has
- 2:17Speaker 3: been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks months now,
- 2:21Speaker 3: these kinds of problems, they would have learned that, well,
- 2:24Speaker 3: wait a minute, maybe we should be arriving in armor
- 2:28Speaker 3: plated vehicles, and maybe we should bring in people that
- 2:33Speaker 3: know how to fight. ICE agents are not physically equipped
- 2:38Speaker 3: to handle these people in the streets. They're just not.
- 2:42Speaker 3: I suspected it, and I think it was last week.
- 2:46Speaker 3: It was proven, hey, by an individual, Mark Taylor, who
- 2:51Speaker 3: was on here as a guest, and he mentioned that
- 2:54Speaker 3: ICE agents only receive about forty seven days worth of training.
- 2:58Speaker 3: That's not enough. Okay, the average American is out of
- 3:02Speaker 3: shape and weak, and you get only forty seven days
- 3:05Speaker 3: of training. Ah, you can't handle it. You can't handle it,
- 3:08Speaker 3: handle it. And so there needs to be tougher personnel
- 3:12Speaker 3: to either accompany them or replace them. Needs to happen
- 3:16Speaker 3: right away. Glad to see the Tom Holman is going
- 3:20Speaker 3: to be popping in on the scene and taking over
- 3:22Speaker 3: Christino great lady, you know, probably one of the prettiest
- 3:30Speaker 3: grandmothers I've ever seen in my entire life, one of
- 3:33Speaker 3: the prettiest. But hey, that's not enough. We need men
- 3:39Speaker 3: to do men's jobs. It is what it is. DHS
- 3:43Speaker 3: officials report that it was well over two hundred rioters
- 3:49Speaker 3: that arrived quickly on the scene just to promote trouble
- 3:52Speaker 3: and keep things going. And see they're playing right in
- 3:54Speaker 3: the hands of their friends of the media, which plays
- 3:59Speaker 3: to whom the millions of indoctrinated Americans who buy into
- 4:05Speaker 3: all the garbage that whatever the liars put out kind
- 4:11Speaker 3: of reminds me. You know, very seldom do people in
- 4:15Speaker 3: this country look at a situation and they see confrontation,
- 4:20Speaker 3: they see a problem. Rarely do they say, well, who
- 4:23Speaker 3: started it, what was the nucleus of it. They only
- 4:28Speaker 3: see a situation and blame the person that either wins
- 4:32Speaker 3: the argument, has to kill the other person or whatever,
- 4:37Speaker 3: and don't worry about the root of it because in
- 4:39Speaker 3: many cases they don't want the root of the situation
- 4:42Speaker 3: to get out there. The riot broke out after federal
- 4:47Speaker 3: agents shot an armed an armed man near a local
- 4:51Speaker 3: donut shop. An officials reported that the agents were conducting
- 4:56Speaker 3: a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal border cross
- 5:00Speaker 3: wanted for what a violent assault. And yet you have
- 5:05Speaker 3: millions of Americans going to Nutsville in their little peanut
- 5:10Speaker 3: sized brains because they would prefer illegal border cross or rapists, murderers, robbers, Islamists, etc.
- 5:22Speaker 3: To run around here doing whatever the hangtil they want
- 5:25Speaker 3: to do. They'd rather have them running around than having
- 5:28Speaker 3: our nation a republic cleaned out. Now why is that? Well,
- 5:32Speaker 3: it comes down to their philosophical base, the philosophical base
- 5:38Speaker 3: of millions of Americans. About I predict about thirty to
- 5:41Speaker 3: thirty five percent of Americans are in favor of anything
- 5:45Speaker 3: that is destructive, including the CCP, which puts big money
- 5:50Speaker 3: behind these allegedly behind these riots in the streets of America. Oh,
- 5:55Speaker 3: actually it's an insurrection. Let's be totally honest about it.
- 6:00Speaker 3: And why, oh why, why, why why?
- 6:05Speaker 1: Why?
- 6:05Speaker 3: I could say why a million times because I don't
- 6:07Speaker 3: understand why the President has not enacted the Insurrection Act,
- 6:14Speaker 3: which became law in eighteen oh seven and has been
- 6:17Speaker 3: used several times during our wonderful Republic's history. It was
- 6:23Speaker 3: used during the riots in the early nineteen nineties. You
- 6:28Speaker 3: remember Rodney King, well, get along that guy, and other
- 6:37Speaker 3: situations throughout history. It's time, I mean, is he waiting
- 6:43Speaker 3: until it is spread to all the major cities in
- 6:46Speaker 3: America and it's totally out of control because he's afraid that,
- 6:53Speaker 3: oh wow, because there are there are so many brainwashed
- 6:56Speaker 3: Americans that they will believe the lies. And you know,
- 7:00Speaker 3: they see the government clamping down on the communist statitators
- 7:04Speaker 3: in the streets, and maybe he's concerned about the fact
- 7:09Speaker 3: that Americans will continue to be on the side of
- 7:13Speaker 3: the illegals and they don't want them to be rounded
- 7:18Speaker 3: up and kicked out of our country. And yet this
- 7:22Speaker 3: is another example of it's not what's done, but who
- 7:25Speaker 3: does it. When Ali Obama was in office, he kicked
- 7:30Speaker 3: out many more people than whom the number that Trumps
- 7:35Speaker 3: kicked out. And most of the people that have left,
- 7:37Speaker 3: the majority are self deporting, by the way, but Ali
- 7:42Speaker 3: Obama directly kicked out at least three million illegal border crossers.
- 7:49Speaker 3: So far, two point five or whatever illegals have self deported,
- 7:58Speaker 3: and I think the Trump administer has directly kicked out
- 8:01Speaker 3: maybe two hundred thousand really a paltry effort. As far
- 8:06Speaker 3: as I'm concerned, I think the Trump administration when it
- 8:10Speaker 3: comes to the border situation is very well meaning. Their
- 8:13Speaker 3: heart's in the right place, but their actions they're half
- 8:17Speaker 3: stepping in my humble opinion. Now, when Trump was directly
- 8:24Speaker 3: involved in the building industry, he didn't take this kind
- 8:26Speaker 3: of crap on his building sites. If someone screwed up,
- 8:30Speaker 3: it was directly dealt with. Boom boom, boom, boom boom.
- 8:35Speaker 3: And now the survival of our very republic is at stake,
- 8:38Speaker 3: and he's dragging his feet. He's allowing people like Susan
- 8:41Speaker 3: Wils and others to hold him up and prevent him
- 8:45Speaker 3: from completely carrying out his duties. He needs to wake up,
- 8:50Speaker 3: you know, someone needs to walk up to him, you know,
- 8:54Speaker 3: and shake him by the shoulder and say wake up,
- 8:56Speaker 3: snap out a bit. And because our republic is literally
- 9:04Speaker 3: at stake here, these people mean business that are in
- 9:07Speaker 3: the streets of America, that are rioting and doing all
- 9:10Speaker 3: the kinds of things that they're doing. They're emboldened by
- 9:14Speaker 3: the fact that they've been allowed to get away with
- 9:15Speaker 3: this madness for so long, and the longer it takes
- 9:19Speaker 3: for the president to enact the Insurrection Act, the more
- 9:23Speaker 3: difficult it will be for it to be successfully carried out.
- 9:30Speaker 3: So it would be better to go ahead now and
- 9:35Speaker 3: then we see the positive results of all these yahoo's
- 9:38Speaker 3: kicked out, locked up, et cetera, and then the president
- 9:44Speaker 3: would get positive results in the Republicans who really want
- 9:47Speaker 3: to do the right thing would also gain in the
- 9:51Speaker 3: mid term elections. But if you keep dragging your feet
- 9:54Speaker 3: like this, half stepping, and you allow people like Ted
- 9:59Speaker 3: Cruz and others, we're going to get into what he
- 10:01Speaker 3: said recently about President Trump, okay, and other Republicans. If
- 10:08Speaker 3: he allows their narration to be the order of the day,
- 10:13Speaker 3: you can kiss the midterms goodbye. And if that happens,
- 10:19Speaker 3: Trump's progress will be slowed down dramatically, and Katie bar
- 10:26Speaker 3: the door for twenty twenty eight. It won't be pretty.
- 10:29Speaker 3: My friends, this has to be dealt with.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Now.

- 14:53Speaker 11: the Ron Edwards American experience.
- 15:02Speaker 3: And we're back. This is a run over to American experience.
- 15:04Speaker 3: And by the way, you can join the conversation today
- 15:07Speaker 3: open line Monday at two zero eight two one six
- 15:10Speaker 3: six one zero zero. That's two zero eight two one
- 15:13Speaker 3: six six one zero zero. You know, it's well funny,
- 15:19Speaker 3: but then again not so funny when Americans like actress
- 15:23Speaker 3: Zoe Deutsch, you know, they ignore the brutality of the
- 15:27Speaker 3: illegal motocrossers, but then they run around saying, oh, I
- 15:31Speaker 3: fear the brutality of ice. You know, this is something
- 15:35Speaker 3: she said at the sun Dance Film Festival. But yet
- 15:39Speaker 3: when a federal agent's finger is allegedly bitten off during
- 15:42Speaker 3: the riots that fill the streets after a federal agent
- 15:45Speaker 3: sharp shot an armed man in Minneapolis, well that's something
- 15:50Speaker 3: to be ignored. Yeah, this is crazy stuff. This is
- 15:54Speaker 3: crazy work. As DHS law enforcement officers will conducted a
- 16:00Speaker 3: targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal border crosser wanted
- 16:04Speaker 3: for violent assault. An individual approach the US Border Patrol
- 16:07Speaker 3: officer with a nine millimeter semi automatic handgun and you know,
- 16:13Speaker 3: started trouble. Then another one, another agent lost his finger.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Man oh Man oh Man because you know this is
- 16:24Speaker 3: something else. You know, these people are so crazy that
- 16:27Speaker 3: they're willing to imitate a pitbull to try to take
- 16:30Speaker 3: off the finger of an ICE agent who's simply doing
- 16:33Speaker 3: a job, the correct job of clearing out illegal border
- 16:38Speaker 3: crossers who have been doing harm m M well. According
- 16:44Speaker 3: to the USA Awakening, a new scoop, FBI files exposed
- 16:49Speaker 3: ten million dollars that the Uncle Joe Biden bribe. The
- 16:52Speaker 3: corruption they buried in is collapsing right now. Newly surfaced
- 16:57Speaker 3: FBI documents unlets said Uncle Joe bid Biden and Hunter
- 17:00Speaker 3: Biden each received another five million dollars from a senior
- 17:06Speaker 3: executive of Barisma Holdings while Uncle Joe Biden served as
- 17:10Speaker 3: vice president. That's according to a confidential human source sited
- 17:14Speaker 3: in the files, the payments were made to secure political
- 17:17Speaker 3: protection and forced the removal of a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Barisma,
- 17:23Speaker 3: and had he not been thrown out, things might have
- 17:26Speaker 3: been cleaned up. The quote that defines the case is
- 17:33Speaker 3: chillingly simple. Five million for one Biden, five million for
- 17:37Speaker 3: the other. The money was allegedly routed through complex offshore
- 17:42Speaker 3: channels deliberately structured to delay or block tracing for many years,
- 17:48Speaker 3: and the investigators were told the system was designed to
- 17:51Speaker 3: outlast accountability itself. The prosecutor was Victor Sholkn and the
- 17:58Speaker 3: pressure to fire him was later publicly bragged about on
- 18:01Speaker 3: camera by Uncle Joe Biden, and what was framed as
- 18:05Speaker 3: a diplomacy now appears in the light of these files
- 18:09Speaker 3: as leverage tied to directly to foreign money. The infamous
- 18:14Speaker 3: phrase the big Eye resurfaces in these FBI records, reinforcing
- 18:20Speaker 3: what many of us already suspected. Hunter was not the
- 18:24Speaker 3: prize Uncle Joe Biden was. This was not freelancing. It
- 18:29Speaker 3: was an operation centered on political power, influence, and protection.
- 18:34Speaker 3: The double standard is impossible to ignore. President Trump was
- 18:39Speaker 3: impeached for asking for simply asking Ukraine about this very corruption.
- 18:45Speaker 3: This is one of the reasons why they wanted to
- 18:48Speaker 3: throw President Trump in jail, because he simply asked asked
- 18:52Speaker 3: about what the Democrats were doing and the wrongful Ukrainians
- 18:59Speaker 3: hum while the FBI allegedly bury the records documenting it.
- 19:04Speaker 3: These are not social media claims, they are federal files.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Congress now faces a choice act or admit the system
- 19:13Speaker 3: protects its own. They've got to act. They must act,
- 19:18Speaker 3: But will they that is the question. Very interesting times.
- 19:23Speaker 3: We are in very very interesting I must say so.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Say indeed, whelp I mentioned Senator Ted Cruz used to
- 19:35Speaker 3: like that guy at one time. Well, Trump is a
- 19:39Speaker 3: bit angry, as he exploded allegedly on Ted Cruz as
- 19:44Speaker 3: a Texas senator, trashed Trump and Vice President J. D.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Vance in alleged private recordings. It's safe to say should
- 19:52Speaker 3: Senator Ted Cruz run for president in twenty twenty eight,
- 19:56Speaker 3: he will not exactly be welcomed with open arms by
- 19:59Speaker 3: the Trump administration. According to certain recordings obtained by Axials,
- 20:05Speaker 3: which were leaked to the outlet by a GOP source,
- 20:09Speaker 3: Cruz spoke with donors for roughly about ten minutes and
- 20:13Speaker 3: delivered some pointed criticisms of both President Trump and Vice
- 20:17Speaker 3: President J. D. Vance. The recordings were originally made in
- 20:21Speaker 3: the first six months of twenty twenty five. Axios reveals
- 20:24Speaker 3: that Cruz essentially called Vance upawn of former Fox News
- 20:29Speaker 3: host Tucker Carlson in the recording. Cruz, of course, has
- 20:33Speaker 3: long a long running feud with Carlson, who he is
- 20:37Speaker 3: ripped as an anti Semite and un American. Tucker created
- 20:41Speaker 3: j D and j D is Tucker's protege, said Cruz,
- 20:46Speaker 3: and they are one and the same. As for Trump,
- 20:51Speaker 3: Cruz slammed the tariffs the president has imposed across the world.
- 20:56Speaker 3: The Texas senator told donors that the imposition of these
- 21:00Speaker 3: tariffs would lead to Republicans losing control of the Congress
- 21:03Speaker 3: and Trump's impeachment. Well, see, if that occurs, it is
- 21:09Speaker 3: because people believing lies and the truth being stymied or
- 21:17Speaker 3: the truth being ignored. All anyone has to do is
- 21:21Speaker 3: look at the history of tariffs and what they've been
- 21:25Speaker 3: a blessed and how they've been a blessing to this country.
- 21:28Speaker 3: It's all they have to do, and all they have
- 21:30Speaker 3: to do is look at how the tariffs have already
- 21:33Speaker 3: been a blessing to the United States of America since
- 21:35Speaker 3: Trump has been enacting them. Even foreign leaders admit if
- 21:41Speaker 3: it wasn't for those tariffs, many of the agreements that
- 21:45Speaker 3: the United States is starting to benefit from would not
- 21:49Speaker 3: have been enacted. They gave the United States a bit
- 21:54Speaker 3: of leverage. And why should Cruz or anyone that is
- 21:58Speaker 3: elected to office not want America, the United States, that is,
- 22:03Speaker 3: to be at a better place when it comes to
- 22:08Speaker 3: the international stage. Why is it that people like Crews
- 22:11Speaker 3: and many others in both the Republican and of course
- 22:16Speaker 3: Democrat Party, why would they be so hard against the
- 22:20Speaker 3: MAGA movement. Why would they be so hard against an
- 22:22Speaker 3: effort to give an advantage or at least even the
- 22:26Speaker 3: playing field for we, the people of the United States
- 22:29Speaker 3: of America, for example, Why should we, the people of
- 22:31Speaker 3: the United States of America, those who need these drugs
- 22:35Speaker 3: or want to use these drugs. Why should Americans pay
- 22:40Speaker 3: ninety percent more than Europeans. That's retarded. Why should we
- 22:49Speaker 3: in the United States just sit by twiddle our thumbs
- 22:53Speaker 3: and watch our middle class be hollowed out because of
- 22:57Speaker 3: the foolishness of traders, government of officials who over the years,
- 23:02Speaker 3: through NAFTA through gat trade of agreements, put the American
- 23:07Speaker 3: manufacturing sector at a disadvantage. So they leave and put
- 23:12Speaker 3: their plants in China, South Korea, et cetera, et cetera,
- 23:14Speaker 3: et cetera, or are bought out by foreign concerns. And
- 23:19Speaker 3: anyone who's worth a grain assault, Okay, if they're elected
- 23:24Speaker 3: to political office in this country, should have the common
- 23:27Speaker 3: sense to govern for the batterment of our republic, not
- 23:34Speaker 3: of the CCP or any other foreign entity. The United
- 23:41Speaker 3: States of America is not in the business of simply
- 23:45Speaker 3: being a stepping stone for other nations to screw over
- 23:49Speaker 3: we the people, and the sooner our government officials learn

- 30:21Speaker 3: you can join the conversation at two zero eight two
- 30:23Speaker 3: one six sixty one zero zero. That's two zero eight
- 30:27Speaker 3: two one sixty sixty one zero zero. Well, the Supreme
- 30:32Speaker 3: Court now faces a consequential question with implications for both
- 30:36Speaker 3: presidential power and Central Bank independence. Whither President Donald Trump
- 30:41Speaker 3: lawfully removed Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
- 30:46Speaker 3: Now Here's why the President fired ms Cook. Cook was
- 30:51Speaker 3: first nominated by President Uncle Joe Biden in twenty twenty
- 30:55Speaker 3: two to fill the remainder of an unexpired term of
- 30:59Speaker 3: the board. In twenty twenty three, Uncle Joe nominated her again,
- 31:05Speaker 3: this time to a full fourteen year term to expire
- 31:08Speaker 3: in two thousand thirty eight, and the Senate confirmed her appointment.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Under the Federal Reserve Act, Board members serve fourteen year
- 31:15Speaker 3: terms but may be removed by the President for cause. However,
- 31:20Speaker 3: Statute twelve u SC. Number of two forty two does
- 31:24Speaker 3: not define cause, nor does it specify what conduct qualifies
- 31:29Speaker 3: or what procedures must proceed removal now. Back in August
- 31:35Speaker 3: of the last year, during Cook's final term, Trump concluded
- 31:40Speaker 3: that cause existed to remove her. According to the removal notice,
- 31:44Speaker 3: Cook had made contradictory representations in two mortgage agreements executed
- 31:50Speaker 3: within a short period of time, asserting in each that
- 31:54Speaker 3: a different property, one in Michigan and another in Georgia,
- 31:57Speaker 3: would serve as her principal resident. Each mortgage agreement identified
- 32:02Speaker 3: the representation as a material to the lender consisted with
- 32:06Speaker 3: the industry practice of offering more favorable terms for principal
- 32:12Speaker 3: resident loans, which are generally considered less risky. Now after
- 32:16Speaker 3: the mortgage documents became public, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director
- 32:20Speaker 3: Bill Pluti accused Cook of mortgage fraud, and Trump publicly
- 32:24Speaker 3: called on her to resign. When she did not, the
- 32:28Speaker 3: President posted a letter on social media on August of
- 32:33Speaker 3: the last year announcing that Cook was fired from the board,
- 32:37Speaker 3: effective immediately. The letter described Cook's conduct as deceitful and
- 32:42Speaker 3: potentially criminal, and concluded that it rendered her unfit to
- 32:46Speaker 3: serve as a financial regulator. At minimum. The President asserted
- 32:51Speaker 3: the conduct demonstrated gross negligence and financial transactions that called
- 32:56Speaker 3: in the question her judgment and trustworthiness. The removal letter
- 33:01Speaker 3: stated that Cook was dismissed pursuant to the President's authority
- 33:06Speaker 3: under Article II of the Constitution of the United States
- 33:09Speaker 3: and the Federal Reserve Act of nineteen thirteen, as amended,
- 33:13Speaker 3: and that there was sufficient cause for removal based on
- 33:16Speaker 3: alleged dishonesty or gross negligence in a financial manner. To date,
- 33:22Speaker 3: Cook has not publicly reconciled the conflicting mortgage representations nor
- 33:27Speaker 3: offered a substantive an explanation for either one of them. So,
- 33:34Speaker 3: in other words, she's saying, ah, I can do what
- 33:37Speaker 3: I want to do, and I guess so far she can.
- 33:41Speaker 3: The dispute reached the Supreme Court through an unusual procedural posture,
- 33:46Speaker 3: rather than arriving via a petition. After final judgment. The
- 33:52Speaker 3: case comes to the Court on an emergency application seeking
- 33:56Speaker 3: to stay a preliminary injunction. Three days after her purported termination,
- 34:01Speaker 3: Cook filed suit in the U. S. District Court for
- 34:04Speaker 3: the District of Columbia against the President and the Federal
- 34:08Speaker 3: Reserve Board and the FED Chair Jerome Powell. She lets
- 34:12Speaker 3: that her removal was not for cause, and that she
- 34:15Speaker 3: was deprived of a hearing allegedly required by a statute
- 34:19Speaker 3: in the due process clause. She sought declaratory relief Mandama
- 34:24Speaker 3: san dee injunction along with a temporary restraining order to
- 34:28Speaker 3: preserve the status quo and so she could do whatever
- 34:31Speaker 3: the hangnail she wants to do. Basically, the case was
- 34:34Speaker 3: assigned to Judge J. Cobb, who granted a preliminary injunction
- 34:39Speaker 3: reinstating Cook to the board. A divided panel of the U. S.
- 34:43Speaker 3: Court of Appeals for the d C. Circuit declined to
- 34:46Speaker 3: stay that order, prompting the Trump administration to seek emergency
- 34:50Speaker 3: relief from the Supreme Court. While most emergency applications are
- 34:54Speaker 3: resolved without oral argument, the High Court took the unusual
- 34:59Speaker 3: step of setting this case for argument, which had heard
- 35:04Speaker 3: days ago. Now. The Court received multiple amicus briefs before
- 35:09Speaker 3: oral argument, but one drew particular attention. A joint submission
- 35:13Speaker 3: from every living former Federal Reserve chair and the brief
- 35:17Speaker 3: warned that permitting the President to remove a governor under
- 35:21Speaker 3: these circumstances would undermine the Fed's independence and destabilize financial markets.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Now that's a bunch of bull capitalists for a hit. Now,
- 35:31Speaker 3: you mean to tell me someone where the records show
- 35:35Speaker 3: lied concerning mortgages. The evidence is there cannot be touched
- 35:43Speaker 3: according to this statement. But yet these same people agreed
- 35:49Speaker 3: with President Trump almost going to jail forever on lies
- 35:56Speaker 3: concerning mortgages and things of that nature. Is in yet
- 36:01Speaker 3: another reason why I say, it's not what's done, but
- 36:04Speaker 3: who does it? Just as Amy Coney Barrett pressed Solicitor
- 36:09Speaker 3: General John Sower too respond to a claim advanced in
- 36:13Speaker 3: the brief that a ruling for the president could trigger
- 36:16Speaker 3: a recession, Sayer forcifully rejected at premise, arguing that margarets
- 36:22Speaker 3: had actually improved following Cook's removal in August, and urged
- 36:26Speaker 3: the court to discount speculative economic predictions. How many times,
- 36:32Speaker 3: no matter what the action the president took, whether it's terrors,
- 36:36Speaker 3: whether it's this situation, et cetera, that people run around saying, oh,
- 36:40Speaker 3: if this is allowed to go on, the economic conditions
- 36:43Speaker 3: are going to worsen in every single time, every single
- 36:47Speaker 3: time things have improved. Now, while the brief attracted significant
- 36:52Speaker 3: media attention, it is far from clear that it will
- 36:56Speaker 3: carry decisive weight. Several justices appeared wherey of resolving the
- 37:00Speaker 3: statutory and constitutional dispute based on macro economic forecasts scaredy
- 37:08Speaker 3: cats basically, and we're going to see where this lands.
- 37:14Speaker 3: But yet this is typical, in my humble opinion, it's
- 37:18Speaker 3: typical of the indecisive nature of so many officials today.
- 37:24Speaker 3: You have things written in black and white, whether it's
- 37:26Speaker 3: in our Constitution, whether it's in other briefs, whether it's
- 37:29Speaker 3: in history, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. They know
- 37:32Speaker 3: what should be done if they can sit idly by
- 37:37Speaker 3: and watch a man who was innocent be almost thrown
- 37:41Speaker 3: in jail, to die in jail. And yet someone here,
- 37:46Speaker 3: this female, will you have actual evidence of something that
- 37:50Speaker 3: was wrong, not just be relieved of this particular job.
- 37:57Speaker 3: You talk about double standard on stareeroids. And this is
- 38:03Speaker 3: why I always say PG time is over. The leftists
- 38:09Speaker 3: are emboldened in every facet of life here in the
- 38:12Speaker 3: United States of America. It doesn't matter if it's a
- 38:14Speaker 3: Supreme Court. People like Amy Cony Bart who pretended to
- 38:17Speaker 3: be a conservative, and yet you know she had this,
- 38:23Speaker 3: You know she spoke the lie saying, oh, if we
- 38:26Speaker 3: remove her, things will get worse, well when it actually
- 38:30Speaker 3: got better. And people ignore these things because it's a
- 38:37Speaker 3: philosophical battle that's going on in our republic on almost
- 38:41Speaker 3: every issue. It's no longer about right and wrong. It's
- 38:47Speaker 3: all about who will win and dictate the direction of
- 38:53Speaker 3: republic takes in the days going forward. And that's what
- 39:00Speaker 3: we're involved in right now. People say, oh, we want
- 39:05Speaker 3: to avoid a civil war, we're actually already in one.
- 39:09Speaker 3: There are different ways that you can conduct warfare. Not
- 39:13Speaker 3: all wars are conducted by bullets, et cetera, et cetera.
- 39:17Speaker 3: You know, you can have a war of wills, a
- 39:24Speaker 3: war in the legal arena, which is which this case
- 39:29Speaker 3: is all about. And so I suggest that those who
- 39:36Speaker 3: understand the right side of history, in the right side
- 39:40Speaker 3: of the law, who are in agreement with our constitution
- 39:44Speaker 3: and it's and it's wonderful amendments, you know, you better
- 39:49Speaker 3: get busy, because time's a wasted time is is a
- 40:00Speaker 3: wasting well. Durable goods orders were boosted by surging demand

- 44:44Speaker 3: the United States of America. Call it birthright citizenship. In
- 44:51Speaker 3: my humble opinion, we're being retarded and still allowing that
- 44:56Speaker 3: to happen. The first day of his second administration, President
- 45:00Speaker 3: Donald John Trump issued a Birthright Citizenship Order entitled Protecting
- 45:05Speaker 3: the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. He argued that
- 45:09Speaker 3: the Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship
- 45:14Speaker 3: universally to everyone born within the United States, and he
- 45:19Speaker 3: is correct on that the Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded
- 45:23Speaker 3: from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United
- 45:26Speaker 3: States but not subject to the jurisdictions thereof Many of
- 45:32Speaker 3: not most Americans wondered about that focus when so much
- 45:36Speaker 3: else needed doing, and the ascension of Trump forty seven
- 45:40Speaker 3: was our chance birthright citizenship. On the first day in office,

- 46:38Speaker 3: heard a peep out of them on this endeavor, according
- 46:43Speaker 3: to Yahoo News of all places. In a letter to
- 46:46Speaker 3: Homeland Security Secretary Christ Home and Interior Secretary Don Bergham
- 46:51Speaker 3: dated January fifteenth, the three GOP Senators Rick Scott of Florida,
- 46:56Speaker 3: Jim Banks of Indiana, and Mark Wayne Muller of Oklahoma
- 47:01Speaker 3: urged the Trump administration to in the Guam CNMI waiver program,
- 47:07Speaker 3: saying that it has opened the United States to significant
- 47:10Speaker 3: security threats by creating a veritable cottage industry of Chinese
- 47:15Speaker 3: nationals giving birth in the Mariana Islands and gaining access
- 47:20Speaker 3: to US citizenship. Guam and the Marinaras are only a tiny,
- 47:27Speaker 3: tiny part of the problem. Well really, it made me,
- 47:32Speaker 3: i guess, become even more concerned that I've always been
- 47:36Speaker 3: about this particular situation over the last thirteen years. For example,
- 47:44Speaker 3: over one hundred thousand children were born in the United
- 47:48Speaker 3: States of America to Chinese parents or paid American surrogates,
- 47:53Speaker 3: and then taken immediately back to China and raised as
- 47:57Speaker 3: loyal Communists. There are no numbers as to how many
- 48:02Speaker 3: are in this program right now and will be sent
- 48:05Speaker 3: to live to live here in the United States of America. Surrogacy,
- 48:10Speaker 3: by the way, is illegal in China. See the United
- 48:14Speaker 3: States could not do this. Have parents go over there
- 48:17Speaker 3: to China, have a baby in China, you know, drop
- 48:20Speaker 3: the anchor baby, and then send them back to America
- 48:22Speaker 3: to become Americanized. But you know how stupid we can
- 48:26Speaker 3: be in this country sometimes well, since China does not
- 48:29Speaker 3: recognize dual citizenship, these children return to the United States
- 48:34Speaker 3: citizenship papers in hand. They go to schools, work in industry,
- 48:38Speaker 3: start families of their own, and vote, vote, vote. They
- 48:42Speaker 3: are controlled by the party. Even then, they must use
- 48:45Speaker 3: certain apps and only approved phones. Their actions here are
- 48:51Speaker 3: controlled by threats to their families back home in China.
- 48:55Speaker 3: President Trump's margin of victory in twenty twenty four was
- 48:58Speaker 3: one point eight million votes. According to the Glenn Beck Show,
- 49:04Speaker 3: there are one hundred and seven organizations in southern California alone,
- 49:08Speaker 3: who are in the business of providing women who will
- 49:11Speaker 3: bear a Chinese baby for pay, also known as surrogates.
- 49:15Speaker 3: Nevada is also known to be a surrogate friendly situation
- 49:20Speaker 3: or state. No state in these United States requires surrogacy
- 49:24Speaker 3: to be utilized only by US citizens. Not one Nupno.
- 49:30Speaker 3: This is something you can easily take to your elected officials.
- 49:34Speaker 3: Changing that should be fairly easy and quick. If they
- 49:38Speaker 3: care about this country, and that's a big question. If
- 49:42Speaker 3: they turn away or give you the usual yatter with
- 49:46Speaker 3: mouth engaged, brain turned elsewhere, you'll know to challenge them
- 49:51Speaker 3: more on other key issues as well. Every state that
- 49:55Speaker 3: limits surrogacy to American citizens is a step in the
- 49:59Speaker 3: right direction. Apparently both China and Mexico feel the need
- 50:03Speaker 3: to retake America or just take America. Mexico wants to
- 50:10Speaker 3: take California, and in its current state they can have it. China,
- 50:16Speaker 3: on the other hand, is still smarting about Taiwan, Tibet
- 50:19Speaker 3: and the South China Sea. H So the beat goes on,
- 50:25Speaker 3: my friends civilizational warfare or horror concept to add to
- 50:30Speaker 3: the insanity of the at home communists also known as democrats,
- 50:35Speaker 3: as they riot in the streets to preserve the illegals.
- 50:41Speaker 3: Remember that both Bush forty three and Ali Obama were
- 50:44Speaker 3: very pro China their year in Pentagon reports welcomed its rise,
- 50:50Speaker 3: much to the detriment of our beloved republic. It is
- 50:56Speaker 3: said that China plans to attain dominance into twenty twenty seven,
- 51:01Speaker 3: just next year. If you question this, just look at advertising.
- 51:05Speaker 3: A subtle yet very real increase in Chinese models in ads,
- 51:10Speaker 3: even for Walmart, dog food, cereal, et cetera. This is how,
- 51:15Speaker 3: if you remember, we were introduced to the coming of
- 51:18Speaker 3: LGBTQ plus plus plus plus plus dressing, looking like a
- 51:24Speaker 3: slob at all times, and so much more. Only they
- 51:29Speaker 3: know exactly how many fake citizens are living here right now.
- 51:33Speaker 3: Our government, as nearly as I can find, cannot give
- 51:37Speaker 3: exact numbers. The case of birthright citizenship is before the
- 51:42Speaker 3: Supreme Court. As I speak to you right now, I
- 51:48Speaker 3: wonder where are we going, What's going to happen. The
- 51:53Speaker 3: key to their considerations is the question of its applicability
- 51:59Speaker 3: to those whose parents are not residents in the US
- 52:03Speaker 3: or here. Illegally changing the Fourteenth Amendment would be virtually
- 52:07Speaker 3: impossible at this point in time, calling a constitutional convention,
- 52:12Speaker 3: as provided for in our founding documents has never been done,
- 52:17Speaker 3: and I'm glad it won't be done now. There would
- 52:21Speaker 3: be no fashioned way to lose our republic in today's climate.
- 52:26Speaker 3: The Supreme Court of the United States of America could
- 52:28Speaker 3: destroy this nation with the decision to leave the process
- 52:32Speaker 3: in place. Now the function unabated. And we thought we
- 52:37Speaker 3: were worried about their decision on tariffs. Whelp there it is,
- 52:48Speaker 3: my friends, never underestimate the power of stupid people. And
- 52:55Speaker 3: I'm talking about the people in government who allow this
- 52:57Speaker 3: man is to go on like they didn't know about it,
- 53:02Speaker 3: but they just allow it. And that, my friends, and
- 53:05Speaker 3: my humble opinion, makes them stupid. So man, oh Man,
- 53:12Speaker 3: oh Man, as Islam conquered Minnesota, dearborn Michigan, in the
- 53:21Speaker 3: process of conquering Texas, in parts of Florida and elsewhere
- 53:27Speaker 3: throughout this wonderful republic, will we allow Islam to continue
- 53:33Speaker 3: to march across our nation from sea to shining sea
- 53:38Speaker 3: and become the dominant religion as it hopes to be
- 53:41Speaker 3: within a few years, Or will we rise to the occasion,
- 53:46Speaker 3: not only as Americans, but as Christians, as Jews, as
- 53:51Speaker 3: people of liberty, people of freedom who understand where our
- 53:56Speaker 3: naible rights really come. Well, I've got to hold it
- 53:59Speaker 3: right there, folks. Now that I see that, my time
- 54:02Speaker 3: is go. Thank you so much for your time. Is
- 54:04Speaker 3: always say at this time rememd me to pray for
- 54:06Speaker 3: your nature, your family, your friends, and even your enemies
- 54:11Speaker 3: that they get right before two days Yeah we all
- 54:14Speaker 3: thanks judgment. Treat ups the same way you want to
- 54:18Speaker 3: be taught. And until next time, I'm Edwards Excelsior. Come on,
- 54:42Speaker 3: even the
- 54:44Speaker 12: The that's all folks, tags that stage right
