A 19-year-old fugitive, Kadafi Fleming, is now a person of interest in two major crimes: the June murder of Penn State student Billy Schmidt and the theft of an off-duty Philly cop’s car, which ended in gunfire. Already with a history of gun charges, resisting arrest, and stolen vehicles, Fleming is considered a serious threat by U.S. Marshals, who warn he’ll be caught — whether he surrenders or not.
