Chicken Salad Chick is making a major splash in Durham with its newest location opening Tuesday, August 4th — their third in the Triangle — right in the Renaissance Center across from The Streets at Southpoint. Grand opening deals run through August 8th, including free chicken salad for a year for the first 100 customers. Owners Mike Saccone and John Schuster, already expanding in the region, plan to open a Fuquay-Varina spot by 2027 and eventually hit 8-10 locations across Wake, Durham, and Orange counties.
