Lindsay Clancy Trial: Psychiatrist Testifies on Delirium and Changing Her Own Health Care Proxy
The mental-health testimony everyone's been waiting for showed up this week in the Lindsay Clancy trial, courtesy of psychiatrist Dr. Sejal Shah, who treated Clancy during her hospital stay. Clancy, 34, of Duxbury, Massachusetts, is charged with three counts of murder and three counts of strangulation in the deaths of her children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 7 months — who prosecutors allege she strangled with exercise resistance bands inside the family's Summer Street home on January 24, 2023.
