Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: Technology is a 41 trillion dollar industry.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_02]: There are apps out there that companies have raised $15 million, $100 million in funding.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_02]: When you're trying to build a app, ideation is the first important thing.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_02]: If you go right into building, you're going to fail completely.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: Most of us, I got this great idea.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to make me a billion dollars.
- 0:19[UNKNOWN]: Yep.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's like you just fall for everything.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_02]: AI is getting so much more powerful that you don't need workers at, and it's gonna come to a certain point.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_02]: 300,000 jobs in November last month was lost due to AI.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's on another edition of the social proof podcast.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: We uncover the stories of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurships.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: So you can find out how to make some money, especially in the times that we're in, we all need to make some money.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: And what I'm seeing right now is you got to figure out how to use AI, or master AI, or at least,
- 0:58[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta do something with AI.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, there's no way around it, the days of just coming up with a product and going to sell it to people, you are gonna get smoked by your competition that are using AI and I have probably the most technically intelligent person that I know.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_00]: He's been in this space for a very, very long time.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: And I remember a few years ago, I would act like I knew what you were talking about.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't know what I was talking about.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know what you were talking about.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't understand.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: And then a few years later, I'm like, oh, that was just what I was talking about.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's what he was saying is exactly.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: Years ago.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: And what I'm starting to see now, too, is like, in the world of entrepreneurship and leveraging artificial intelligence,
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be able to move as fast as things are moving because I'm moving so fast I'm still on the chat you can see I'm just getting to the point of getting nice with that speed you Man, let's hit it man We got Mr. Justin Burns in the building walk-in brother.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, sir, glad that it's been a few years, man You left us.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I did.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_02]: I had to you left us.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I'm sorry.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_02]: I'm I'm back now Not for a long time before short time
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: Then you're gonna leave us again.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_02]: Then I'm leaving it.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, and introduce yourself my brother Yes, I'm Justin Burns founder of my Stroke Studio book and Absubilt with AI helping people to take an idea turn it into an app living in some great times I'm excited to have this conversation.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: How long's it take you to build a functioning app?
- 2:34[SPEAKER_02]: So years ago, it would take five years for years.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_02]: To get something actually functional and millions of dollars like I've spent on my platform, my show, which we will uncover.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_02]: But nowadays, I mean, you can build something a couple of days, three, four, five days.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_02]: Now something more complex obviously takes a lot more time.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_02]: But you can take something, have ideation, and be to the market in less than a few days, minus some exciting times.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: You familiar with the TF, right?
- 3:02[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, where they was, um, you're talking about where the woman came and talked about the dude.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I know each other.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_02]: You weren't in there, were you?
- 3:10[SPEAKER_02]: I was not.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm hoping.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_02]: I thought I was.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: But by the single, just to put that out there, you know?
- 3:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'm glad I wanted to see that.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: I was always able to see that.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_02]: I was in another country.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_00]: What I heard was, they built this app on a platform.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: What was the platform that they built it on?
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: What's named some of the popular ones like Love of Blue?
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: Love of Blue.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's what I already built it on Love of Blue and had it booming.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: Because, I mean, the concept is there are people on the app and they can post a guy that they just met.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: Saying, yo, I just met Joey.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_00]: and put it in the ad, this is what he told me.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: He's single, excellent, that other people can see, oh, I'm not dated, my, I found out my man has a whole family.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: And that's how the T-at worked, right?
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: But it grew too fast and I think they wound up shutting it down.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_02]: I believe I think I did see something like that.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, security issues, but that's incredible that they could build something that popular that fast that easily and you're not technical I mean yeah, that's the times we're living in I mean back in the day used to cut the go through
- 4:24[SPEAKER_02]: did you have the right idea, then you would have to go find a developer, then you pay the developer, I mean, you know, half of your paycheck, just to half of your bank account, just to help him prototype it, then you have to find a designer to even design the app.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_02]: And it was, it was like, I can go through the whole process, but let's just say the process was ridiculously long.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: Nowadays, you can have an idea, you can go to a platform like a lovable bolt, you know, create anything.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_02]: There's all these other platforms we could talk about in this episode.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_02]: You could be able to market it four five days.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_02]: And it's crazy.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's insane.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: You could build a whole app.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: And in half the time it takes to build out your T-shirt brand.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: That's insane.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: It took me weeks to come out with design, get it printed, then try to sell it.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: So I have an idea.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: Give me some examples of apps that you know were built with AI that have become pretty successful.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so there's, I was actually going over this the other day, like showing people like, I call them like let feel apps.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: Apps you wouldn't even think are making money.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_02]: So there's an app, it's called the Vitamin D app.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_02]: And basically what it does is most people, especially melanated people, we have low vitamin D, right?
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: So because a lot of us don't get a lot of sun, right?
- 5:39[SPEAKER_02]: Which is why I was beaming in Africa.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: What this app does is it actually measures your vitamin D levels, right, and actually tells you how much vitamin D you need, right, and you can actually upload your test results to it, and it will actually break down your serotonin levels, how vitamin D affects your sleep levels, all these things.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: How does it, how does it get information?
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: You said you go to a doctor and get your,
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: You got to get your vitamin D test and then you upload it into the app and it will basically break down like it will take the measurement of your vitamin D app like the level and it will basically measure your sleep pattern until you can connect like a apple wash tool you can connect now this is more like connecting the physical this is not purely just an app right.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_02]: But that app is doing about $30,000 a month right now.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_02]: What?
- 6:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, doing about $30,000 a month.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_02]: Just that simple app.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_02]: There's not also here.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_02]: Let's even talk about something where you don't even physically upload anything.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_02]: So have you ever seen you know about the where let's say like the companies, right?
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: They owe money, right?
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: So let's say there's a class action lawsuit.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_02]: That's against, you know, like, let's just say they took some extra money they wanted to post to.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_02]: Did you know there are sites out there where there's money that are available to regular people?
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: Dave, you probably got some money out there, you don't even know, right?
- 7:00[SPEAKER_02]: So there's actually, so let me tell you, there's actually sites.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I don't know what it's called, but there's like controller, every state has it where there's a class section, I also say like against target or other companies, right?
- 7:13[SPEAKER_02]: That money is awarded out to individuals like us, but what they don't do is they don't tell us that the money is there.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: So they don't even mail you to check.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_02]: You have to go claim the money first.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_02]: So somebody came up with this idea because if you go to these Comptroller sites decides to look at Comptroller They're like Comptroller the financial part of the site.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: You can go there.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: You could type me in your name and base it'll tell you if you have money or not it'll say a Target owes you a thousand dollars for a class action lawsuit that was more
- 7:43[SPEAKER_02]: So this guy came up with this concept where he's like these sites I completely ugly because we know government sites have no type of user experience So he said I'm not going to create a site where you can just come to us beautiful interface typing your name Well, spacely scan all 50 states and tell you if you're old money That site like that app that app right now he takes a percentage right takes a percentage of because there's different ways people don't know there's so many ways to make money from apps
- 8:13[SPEAKER_02]: That site right now is on pace to do about $70,000 a month right now.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_02]: So he took a con, all he did, and you don't need to do anything for that.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_02]: All he's doing is scanning, he probably is connecting to some type of like site where it scans for your name.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_02]: It tells you how much money you have.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_02]: You pay a certain percentage to if you claim to money.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: And that's how those are just like out of the box kind of unbelievable.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_02]: Crazy, crazy bro.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_02]: This is insane.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_02]: like crazy.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_02]: And that app probably now a day like back in the day used to cost 50,000, 100,000 dollars to get a prototype.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_02]: He probably can create that app for less than a few thousand dollars.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_02]: And imagine now living in one of the greatest times in history where you meet average people who don't have
- 9:01[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to learn HTML code in like I did.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to learn CSS and JavaScript and don't know if a developer is ripping you off or not.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: You can now take an idea and go create something.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about those are left fields.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: Now imagine the industries that I'm advising people and the easiest way to make money with apps are
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: Apps out there that already have improvement.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_02]: You know people think they need a new idea They say, you know, I need a new idea.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_02]: I got to have a new idea.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, there's not a lot of crazy new ideas out there, right?
- 9:31[SPEAKER_02]: So the best way for people to profit is there are apps out there that companies have raised 50 million a hundred million dollars in funding.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_02]: Don't you think it's kind of validating right now?
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: Not all the time
- 9:43[SPEAKER_02]: But most of the time, if a company is raised money, they'd be the validated that they had can get customers or users, right?
- 9:49[SPEAKER_02]: Think about like telegram.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_02]: Telegram right now has 30 employees, and telegram is worth over $2 billion right now, right?
- 9:57[SPEAKER_02]: And they're not even making a lot of revenue.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_02]: So a lot of people think it's just about money.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's not about money.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_02]: If you can get users on an app, then people will either A, want to buy you.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_02]: And people are not even thinking about this side.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: This is why I got them to take back in 2016,
- 10:12[SPEAKER_02]: I saw the right and on the wall when it came to other industries and I say let's say you want to buy a company right the average company
- 10:18[SPEAKER_02]: will sell for, let's just say two or three ex-multiple, right?
- 10:22[SPEAKER_02]: The multib was just, you know, the revenue times, whatever, you know, they're going to buy for it.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_02]: Now here's the thing about tech companies, tech companies, sell for five to 10x, most valuable companies in the world.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_02]: So not only are you creating income, you're creating a asset.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of people didn't see that years ago when I was getting into this field, I saw it.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I said,
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: So I can sell a company for five to 10 eggs now.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_02]: There's also when you when you build a app that Companies want they will go to the moon to buy you They will go to the ends of the herb.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_02]: You know slack right you slack you like a slack guy They wait.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_00]: How do you hey slack right anything else out of a text message up?
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my goodness, Slack is the best thing.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_00]: Slack, Monday, what else?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: What else?
- 11:06[SPEAKER_02]: Don't hang on Slack.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, y'all.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: We're not going to hate on Slack, okay?
- 11:10[SPEAKER_02]: Slack has organized me like, I hate email, right?
- 11:13[SPEAKER_02]: I hate.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: What's the way it sends me?
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: Much of emails.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_02]: I'll be like, are you living in 2016?
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: Like, how are you still sending your email?
- 11:21[SPEAKER_02]: Slack allow like slack this guy who the guys who started slack and even started slack started something else and they pivoted to slack.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_02]: Salesforce just purchased them a couple years ago for $27 billion would it be?
- 11:33[SPEAKER_02]: Guess how much they were doing in revenue?
- 11:35[SPEAKER_02]: $100 million.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_02]: So that's a $2700.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_02]: like x because they wanted it because they said if a company knows these companies who have so much cash you don't know what to do with them is why meta and all these other tech companies when they see tech companies about the they got smarter now they like if this company takes off buy them before they get to whatever valuation.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_02]: So now on a more smaller scale before you even think about that, there's all these niches, like there's even some niches that I mean, I'm making $10,000, $20,000 a month from these, I'll call them mini apps.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_02]: These are apps that don't take a long time to develop.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_02]: You could take an idea, you could have it up, and we could kind of cover, I'm more than, you know, we're going to talk about it.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's get it.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're going to talk about it.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: All right, somebody's watching this.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: And they're having an idea about doing something.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: What are, like, is there, like, a few steps that I can take to, like, enter the industry, do I search, you know, these apps that you're going to share with us?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: Do we, uh, I don't know, got to come up with a good idea first, do we have to test out, you know, do we got to survey our audience first, give me some step-by-step stuff that we can get into the game with right now.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's do it.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_02]: So there's two ways to obviously bring an idea to life.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_02]: First you have a new, let's talk about like breaking it down.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_02]: First you have a new idea.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_02]: New ideas are more complicated because you have to prove that they work.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: The biggest mistake that most people make and you and me have done this before, because as entrepreneurs, we'd be like,
- 13:07[SPEAKER_02]: Let me just go.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: I got the idea.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going right to work on it.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_02]: You start working on it.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_02]: And you don't even know if the dog on thing is proven.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_02]: Dave, you don't even know.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: But I got faith in it.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: You got, got told me that this was the idea.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean, right?
- 13:21[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, and you get, you get those excited jitters.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_02]: You'd be like, this is going to make me a billion dollars.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I feel it.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_02]: I can feel the dream.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_02]: Unfortunately, that's not how it happened.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_02]: Because when people don't vote with their credit card or they don't vote with their
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: Then you have something you're build and that's just gonna fall off out on the space and like most people and ends up becoming a dust a smoke Right for most people unfortunately So what I started doing for years is figure it out.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: How can we take what what is the process?
- 13:50[SPEAKER_02]: So the new idea if you have a new idea that just absolutely does nowhere in the world those those are like few in between But you have to talk to customers.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: You have to do ideation.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_02]: You have to you know survey your customers is gonna take some time the fastest path to the cash is this
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: It is going to sites like product hunt product hunt dot com dot yeah product hunt dot com list all of the top
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: tech sites, all the apps that are just released and multiple categories like productivity, sales, marketing.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_02]: So you go to product hunt and you can literally, you can sort by the listed the top sites, top apps in the world.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_02]: The other site that I'll give you as a resource is called beta list, things called betalist.com.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_02]: Beta list is the new apps that are releasing in many categories.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_02]: And there's
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: email apps.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: There's all these different tools, but the main site that you want to go to is product hunt because usually if a site wants to gain traction, they go to product hunt.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_02]: You can see all the sites listed.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: So this is top products launching today.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: One is Unloop, which is visual pattern mapping for ADHD and neurodivergent mines.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: Mini PL turns websites into APIs.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_00]: How does it know what's launching today?
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so if you, if you organize it, you can, I mean, you've got to, you got to go buy like there's a whole process where you feel to it's a free site.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to pay for it.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_02]: People pay to advertise their startup on there, but as you can see to as well, there's also a way to organize other sites and actually people can rank, you know, different sites like you'll see like top sites like notion or you'll see all type of stuff on there.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: This is our, so I'm on here now, so it shows the top sites for last month's top products, last week's top products yesterday's top product, top products launching today, which is incredible.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: So this is the ideation.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: Let me find out what people are doing.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_02]: First face is ideation.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see what's out there.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see what's already working.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_02]: Let me go do some research.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_02]: Now if you want to go deeper, you go to like sites like TechCrunch.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_02]: TechCrunch will tell you companies that have raised millions of dollars.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_02]: Let me give you an example of a guy who got who did this in real time.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_02]: Like he was smooth.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_02]: So everybody, everybody who's watching this, probably you have probably heard a tight phone, right?
- 16:16[SPEAKER_02]: You probably use tight phone, right, Dave?
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: I think so.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what it is.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_02]: So type form is just a form site.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_02]: So forms is any time you think I'm talking about?
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: So I think Cynthia uses that for stuff for like more than meet-up and stuff like, yeah, yeah.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_02]: So it's just a collect form, right?
- 16:31[SPEAKER_02]: So type form is the top, you know, form builder in the world.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_02]: I think they got something like, and I could be, I could be off on this.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_02]: I think I got like 100,000 users pay users.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_02]: right so they just raise 50 million dollars in capital right and so so when you go to let's just say you start with someone like type form type form is a hundred million dollar company they start at like sixty nine dollars a month and I'm going to talk about this in ideation or one of the things that you look for in these companies is you're looking at A
- 17:02[SPEAKER_02]: What is their pricing?
- 17:04[SPEAKER_02]: Because their pricing might be bad.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_02]: B, what features are they missing?
- 17:08[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 17:09[SPEAKER_02]: That's the way you go through ideation.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_02]: This is how you are called this app hacking.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_02]: You can say, are they missing any features?
- 17:14[SPEAKER_02]: Do they have too many?
- 17:15[SPEAKER_02]: This is what school, one of my buddy Sam Obviz just did is where he has a million dollar company called school.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_02]: where he saw that in a marketplace, people have way too many features, right?
- 17:25[SPEAKER_02]: So he made a simplified version, and now he's going to sell that company product for billions of dollars.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: Way too many features.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you can have way too many features, most people don't think about that.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_02]: So there's companies out there, they got way too many features.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_02]: So you can enter into a marketplace,
- 17:40[SPEAKER_02]: And you can say, let me simplify this process and this actress a little bit and people are looking for that.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_02]: They don't want to take months or weeks to learn a software.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes they just want to go in, do a couple things like I say my school did and so you can also identify competition by that as well.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my gosh.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: So first up ideation ideation.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: We're looking at everything else in the space.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: We're also looking at competitors.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: I guess When I get the idea.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm looking at like what other companies are doing the same thing.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_02]: What are competitors doing?
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: What's the next step?
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: The next step is like I just talked about.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_02]: So we then look at, okay, what can be our competitive advantage because see here's the thing.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_02]: They can't have all the best features in the world.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_02]: They can't please all their customers.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_02]: Now the third thing is sometimes their customers support is absolutely horrific because they're a bit company.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_02]: So you can also go in as that as your competitive advantage.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_02]: So going back to the type form example, type form, if you go and you search out the reviews on product hunt or trust pilot, you'll see that special on trust pilot.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: They have terrible horrific reviews.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_02]: So they got one star out of five.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_02]: And really, you know what the commonality is that people say, customers say the same thing over and over.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_02]: We'll know what that is.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: We're saying, it is this product is overpriced.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_02]: Like, this is a form build.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_02]: Why am I paying a $100 a month to collect form?
- 19:09[SPEAKER_02]: So this guy, he came out with a literally took the formula ideation.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_02]: He went in, saw that it was a problem.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_02]: He wouldn't create a call, youform.com.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: You go to uform.com.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: First, I want to look at trust pilot because I've heard it at before.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, trust pilot is like a really big preview.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry, rating site that people use to actually, you know, they look at reviews, they break down the reviews, all those things.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_02]: So trust pilot is something that a lot of people go when they want to review a site.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_00]: And what's the other site, the competitor?
- 19:41[SPEAKER_02]: Will you just talk about the trust pilot?
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_02]: Well, just product like product on also this.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm saying you said trust pilot was bad.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: You form.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: You form.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: So you form.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: Just the latter.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: You.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: Why oh, you.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_00]: Why oh, you.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_00]: Why oh, you form.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_02]: So so here's what this guy did.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_02]: That was really brilliant.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he did what you form is he actually created a competitor to
- 20:02[SPEAKER_02]: type for him, right?
- 20:03[SPEAKER_02]: He created a competitor.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_02]: And now what he did was he made most of the product completely free.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_02]: So most of the functionality is free, right?
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: Doing the same thing.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I find on that type form does.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: Type form.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: That type form was paid charge of people.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_02]: So he made most of the product free.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_02]: There's a few features that you have to pay for.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_02]: And then he made it have $20.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_02]: $2,000 a month.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_02]: You get unlimited forms.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_02]: And you get all the features in that product.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_02]: He's on pace to do about $30,000 a month from you form.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_02]: because instead of trying to think, instead of in his mind going, man, you know, type form is this juggernaut, they're too big.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_02]: He said, you know what?
- 20:40[SPEAKER_02]: Let me, let me go through ideation.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_02]: This is why I tell people when you're trying to build an ideation as the first important thing.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: If you go right into building, you're gonna fail completely.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: You go into ideation.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_02]: You see what the market gaps, the call market gaps.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_02]: You see what the market gap is, you fill it.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to come up with the new people think have this, I gotta come up with this brand new idea.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_02]: No, you don't.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: you got to do one afternoon to research the internet is their these are free tools you go in there you finally mark a gap are they price too high they might be price too low too right you take outside the box do they have they might are they miss in these features or are they charging for features that shouldn't be gatekeeping maybe we can make them free to bring people into the app to get them to use it for free and then we're going to have a certain percentage of those people that are going to naturally
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: up great if they enjoy the product process.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: I love that.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, but this is really helpful breaking it down how to enter the market because you're right.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_00]: Most of us I got this great idea it's gonna make me a billion dollars.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go and you just fall flat on your face.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, what's the next step?
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: So the next step after that, after you go through, you know, you like, I got this idea now you're not guessing right you're not going through the guessing process like most people do so I got this idea I've been identified that next is something that people skip as well is called the product spec process.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_02]: Right, so we give them all.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: We'll give them a spec.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, so this is the.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_02]: This is the kind of more interesting part, but this is the product spec process.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_02]: I wish more people did this, but what you do is you now want to define everything in your app.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_02]: So usually in the product and in the more specific product spec process is one, what does your app do, right, you list out what the problem that is solving, right, who is it targeting.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you to.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_02]: the biggest way to get wealthy and technology, let me tell y'all.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_02]: It's not going up against a type form or these big companies that are gigantic.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_02]: It's taking those concepts and putting it into a specified niche.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_02]: Let me say that again.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: So it's taking a concept, it's already proven and the mainstream and then going to and making it more specialized like for your dentist or your lawyers.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_02]: There's a
- 22:51[SPEAKER_02]: there's a lady who actually who I'm helping right now.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: She is an attorney, right?
- 22:57[SPEAKER_02]: So when she realized is there's a specified what I told her was and she's about to kill it.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_02]: She's I said there's like case law, right?
- 23:05[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a company out there.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_02]: They just got bought up.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: I can't remember the name of it, but they it's just like a chat GPT rapper for attorneys.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_02]: All it does is people the attorneys can go and
- 23:16[SPEAKER_02]: basically go typing for like case law and you know reference law.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think they raised like a hundred million dollar.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think people realize how many scumbags are.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_02]: She took that same concept for case law.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: She tapped into OpenAI's API, right, because you could do that.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: You could tap into OpenAI.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: OpenAI, CHJB2.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you could tap into their API.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_02]: You can literally like, what does API ask this way?
- 23:39[SPEAKER_02]: So API is like a protocol.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_02]: Basically, without getting too techy, it's just where you can tap into their data, OK?
- 23:46[SPEAKER_02]: So I could take my app connected to with their app and I can get their data without having to build it, right?
- 23:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_02]: So you can literally tap into their AI.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_02]: So you can have AI into your tool without having to build your own AI tool.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_00]: Why would I let me do that?
- 24:00[SPEAKER_02]: because that's where they make a lot of money.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_02]: See people think chatGPT, that chatGPT makes a lot of their money from subscriptions, but they like companies like chatGPT and like open AI basically, they make a lot of their money from data.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_02]: So if they can, they collected the data, they've already created tools.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_02]: You can build, let me tell you this, you can build anything on open day.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think people will relate like they, they, we limit ourselves.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_02]: You can build, you can build a GPS system on chat TV, most people don't know that.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_02]: Why?
- 24:30[SPEAKER_02]: Because they have that injected into it.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_02]: And then they charge you pennies for every time somebody interacts and then you charge the up premium a lot of people Don't give me a second I built an app Yeah, and I can tap into chat GPTs or open-air Yeah
- 24:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to go down the rabbit hole in the difference, but anyway.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: So I can contact into their API, meaning if I have a app, when someone asks my app a question, chatGPT is activated, and it gives the answer, as if they're asking chatGPT.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: Along with the features that I built in my app.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_00]: As the business owner, if I tap into their API, they're going to charge me per usage, like pennies.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like pennies.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_00]: OK, it's probably super low.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_02]: Super low is super cheap.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_02]: Like, and the difference is, you say, why won't somebody go to chat to EBT?
- 25:24[SPEAKER_02]: Well, here's the thing, for the attorney part, I can have that AI only give answers in the attorney space,
- 25:33[SPEAKER_02]: but as AI, right?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_02]: So if I'm, if you're typing, let's say, what would you do about this case?
- 25:39[SPEAKER_02]: Case number one.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_02]: It will only, it won't answer like a general chatGBT.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_02]: It will only answer based on what I programed it as as an attorney.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_00]: It eliminates me happening to properly prompt it.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to because you can program it just like that.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_02]: And if you combine that with the tools we talking about it's only going to take you a week or two to do this is people don't even know how important it is.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_02]: Now with the lady she went in and said well let me act because she's a divorce attorney.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_02]: So I told her the wealth is not trying to go up and guess this new case law platform the money is going to be because they're not going to be able to go into specifically divorce attorney.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: So make this act.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: specifically for divorce attorneys or you niche down a blessed competition you are going to have and I don't think people Understand opportunity that exists today.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_02]: Not as good, bro.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, cuz I'm I'm building a program right now and Who wanted to headache and I probably need to just Make you my CT over You know like Come on over to look at a be off of this joy for us, so you buy as much as be a by CT
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, you know, well, I'm ready when you are like that.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: So okay.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_00]: So what was that step?
- 26:52[SPEAKER_00]: Because I think we just That was so that's around third step.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_02]: So first step, let's go because I got the whole process in the system.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_02]: So the first step is ideation.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_02]: I think finding right ideas.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_02]: Second step is figuring out the market gap.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_02]: What are they?
- 27:05[SPEAKER_02]: What are they missing?
- 27:06[SPEAKER_02]: What are they pricing features or, you know, like man design.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, let me let me touch on this too.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_02]: where you can win in terms of even getting over, let's just say, kind of like features pricing.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: Design is the biggest one.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you why.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_02]: Most companies, I would venture to say 99% of companies don't focus on user experience and great design.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_02]: They're focused on features.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_02]: They focus on how great can this app be?
- 27:33[SPEAKER_02]: How can I flood this with so many features that it will overwhelm?
- 27:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's not what value in the marketplace is to users.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: They want to be able to have something.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_02]: And let me even take a step back.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: If you can do this properly, I don't care who you are, what tech experience you have.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_02]: You have 30 to 60 seconds when someone gives you their email address and name to capture their attention.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: So if I log into what happened, it's complicated and it's like, what do I go?
- 28:01[SPEAKER_02]: Do I do this?
- 28:02[SPEAKER_02]: Most even billion dollar companies make this mistake.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_02]: They don't focus on the user experience.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Hear me out, y'all.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_02]: If you can design an experience, why I know step one, step two, step three, step four, exactly what to do.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_02]: You have a customer for life.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_02]: So design is so huge.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_02]: People don't focus on design.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_02]: They focus on
- 28:21[SPEAKER_02]: features and how bloated I can make my app the biggest mistake you can make design will help you win if you could just focus on let me make this look not just pretty let me make the experience great you're going to have some money they use as your app so we have what we have the market gap pro first all because that's what i'm dealing with right now because as the developer sends
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: The stuff, it just, it don't look right, bro.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm on there and I'm confused.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: And not even just confused, but the way it looks, like it just, it doesn't make me say, oh my gosh, it's beautiful.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going on some of the websites that you showed, like for instance, you form.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_00]: It looks real fun, bro.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: It looks real fun.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_00]: This is something that I would use, bro.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_02]: You don't even know a company, see people, when we think about tech companies, let me just kind of break this misconception, but we think about tech companies.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_02]: We are thinking about $1,500 million companies, oh, I can't build that.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_02]: No, the riches are in the niches, the riches are also in taking a niche, just already dust, dust, like there's people, there's markets out there where these companies are not serving the people that they're not happy with.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_02]: Did you hear what I just said?
- 29:42[SPEAKER_02]: So there's so many markets, there's so many products, there's so many ideas, there's so many problems out there that haven't been solved yet.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right, I'm going to my website because I want to, I don't just see it, it's just, oh man, Dave, you're trying, I'm gonna have to, I said you my invoice, you're trying to get a consultation on the pocket.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_00]: You're saying it, right, the same thing.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, consultation.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: But without me even telling you about it, like, that's kind of just, it's like, this is the, this is the, this is what you're doing.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's what he said me and I'm like the little lines and stuff like that.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: I guess that's like Like trapeze without a cream a profile, but I'm like oh my gosh, and it was so many I don't even know I didn't even know how to expect tell me what gonna give you some honest feedback on it
- 30:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's do this.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like we lie, let's get, let's get some live feedback.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_02]: So to me, yeah, like it's not bad, it's just, it doesn't, it doesn't make you excited, like what you talked about with that.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_02]: So it's not like, it's not terrible, it's just there's too many colors clashing as too much white space.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: So to say when you learn these basic design processes and then you go, we can even talk about step four, but we can make this a whole learning process by watching.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_02]: Once you kind of learn how design should flow and you understand color palettes and you understand which color's clash with what which most people don't like let me get y'all Let me get y'all another tip like there's a phone better
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: Look, you know you can't criticize the fuck.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: Who you got me in the house?
- 31:13[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not that drunk.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not that drunk.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not that drunk.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just it.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to make you the beat that you want, man.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_02]: So she's trying to do.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_02]: So your colors are just clashing too much.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: And we go, I'm going to help you fix that up.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_02]: So let me, let me tell y'all, though.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_02]: Here's, here's the thing, though, right?
- 31:27[SPEAKER_02]: Day is salty.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_02]: He ain't going to have me know.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_02]: I can't even come on the podcast, no more.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just trying to help you out, day.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and again, Shia's other my designer is not, you know, my personality is not bad.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_00]: No, it didn't give me the feeling of that's what you've learned.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_02]: You want people to see it's not about it's not about whether a designer is good or not.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_02]: It's not about whether a developer is good or not.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: There's, I want people to understand this.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_02]: Bye.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_02]: apps.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: The ones that people use all the time.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_02]: People feel excited to use them.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_02]: You love logging in even if it's simple, right?
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: So we have to just get to that place where listen, the way to fill in, the way who, like how you feel, this is about user experience.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_02]: If you want millions of people to use your app, you have to make the user experience great.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, all right, congratulations minus CTL.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to work on your contract, get you your percentage.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_00]: Congratulations.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_02]: All I want is 60%, right, that's it, that's 60.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_02]: You can 40, because listen, 40% is zero.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's the minus, that's 60%.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, I was not going to be zero period.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, watch them out.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, first of all.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: So, um, so, okay.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_00]: Step three was step three was market validation.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_02]: I just do a little design like because I forgot to mention design.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, let's go to four.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_02]: So four is like we got to now.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: No, two is market validation.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, oh, too.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_02]: You're right.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_02]: It was market foundation.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: We're doing a design.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: So step three is we built now.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_02]: It's called prototyping.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_02]: So now the fun starts now the great part.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell people this as time goes on.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_02]: These tools are going to get easier and easier.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_02]: And so now.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_02]: the competition that's between all these apps is how can we make it easy, how can we make it better?
- 33:19[SPEAKER_02]: But you've got, like, what I'm going to mention the tech stuff, because I've spent, a lot of people don't know this, but there's people out there that they cold this stuff and then they become AI experts.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you something.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_02]: I spent a million dollars in development.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: Mmm.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: That's different than me just learning how to vibe cold as they call vibe coding is what you just go in and you put you code it.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_02]: I've spent a million dollars in developers.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_02]: So I got the t-shirt.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_02]: I got the band Dana.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_02]: You know whatever you want to crit walk whatever you did you want to say.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_02]: I got all of that just go the we call them battle scars right in entrepreneurship.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_02]: What I can tell you is that
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: Once you understand prototyping, you can build anything and once you understand the process.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_02]: So let's talk about that.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_02]: So basically prototyping is first you want to think about the design, right?
- 34:06[SPEAKER_02]: So you want to think about your color palette.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_02]: You can go to it's called coolerscoolers.co.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_02]: I think it is.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_02]: But you can choose.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_02]: So I think a C-O-O-L
- 34:15[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, are something like that.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_02]: So you can go to coolers palette just pulling coolers palette coolers will show you coolers dot co c-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-
- 34:33[SPEAKER_02]: that don't conflict with each other and work well with each other.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_02]: And then what it also will tell you is people will vote on the best color palette.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: So it's a voting system.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_02]: So when you before you even think about designing, you want to think about your color palette system.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_02]: Once you go through your colors, you go in there and you choose all your color palettes.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_02]: You can take that, watch this day, you can take that.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_02]: you put, you take that so let's combine this all together.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_02]: You take that, you combine the product spec sheet we just talked about right here's what is going to do here's the problem this all's here's the color palette I want here's what the app is going to do now here's what you want to do you want to describe three to five features don't go feature crazy
- 35:15[SPEAKER_02]: What we're trying to do is we're trying to build a MVP MVP stance or minimal viable product of our program.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to basically take that and we're going to do us list three to five features.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what it does and how do you determine what features you want?
- 35:27[SPEAKER_02]: You did the research, but also you're just going to take the problems people have and usually turn those into a solution base.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now let me tell you how you can hack the system.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: Let me get you some hacks because I've been I've been doing this for a whole couple of years right so I figured out some hacks people say well How do you create a great product spec sheet great question here's what you do you go to claw It by use claw right claw that AI one of my favorite tools for one chat.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_02]: You still want to need you to get off baby milk the chat Chief you come on come on over there.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: You so milk Okay, let's get you off of the baby milk.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_02]: Why do you use the chat chief?
- 35:59[SPEAKER_02]: You see I use claw claw does a better
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: So, Claw also is way like I've put so much data into Claw and I've gotten the same data out.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: I usually have some conflicting data when I use CHEPT.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: So, here's what I do.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_02]: Let's say I want to use a platform.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_02]: How do we design?
- 36:17[SPEAKER_02]: So, there's two platforms that I love, right, to basically prototype and also give out create platforms.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_02]: So, one is called Reply.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_02]: So, it's E-R-E-P-L-I-T.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_02]: So, it's Reply.com.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_02]: R-E-P-L-I-T-L-I-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L-T-L
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: You can design a first.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_02]: So I love that.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_02]: Loveable.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_02]: You don't need to go ahead get that in y'all platform.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_02]: It's positive me, by the way.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_02]: So, lovable is an amazing platform.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_02]: I've built 10 apps with lovable.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_02]: So, I'm talking about from start to finish, because some people be like, Justin, you can't complete the app without a developer.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_02]: That's not true.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_02]: those people don't know what they're doing.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_02]: I've completed complete, now I have a development team because I still run my platform, my show, I still have a couple apps.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_02]: But let me give you an example of, I'm gonna give you real, I'm gonna give y'all, because we don't give some value in this tennis.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_02]: We had, you have been, I'm not done, we still don't go.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: So I built to app, let me tell y'all, let me give y'all an example of how we do this in real time.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_02]: So that was a guy.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_02]: He had a book writing software, right?
- 37:44[SPEAKER_02]: So basically what it did was you typed in,
- 37:47[SPEAKER_02]: and it basically spit out, you know, a book with AI wrote 100, 200 page book.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_02]: My customers were asking us and I chat like in our support system, like Justin, can you recommend a book software?
- 37:59[SPEAKER_02]: We want to write a book, we coachers, we speakers, we want to do that.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_02]: So I go to this guy and I say, hey, let's work on affiliate deal.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I refer people, you know, you could pay me blah, blah, blah.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_02]: So we worked it out, it was cool.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what happened.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_02]: It's support took five days to respond to one of my customers.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_02]: And it started coming up.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_02]: They're not answering.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_02]: We're on the software and now he charged $200 a month.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_02]: Then he stopped, he just wasn't responding to me.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_02]: His communication.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_02]: I could tell he was doing all the support.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_02]: I can kind of tail, right?
- 38:30[SPEAKER_02]: So I was like, you know what?
- 38:32[SPEAKER_02]: like and we got like a hundred like something at one time was like a hundred people requesting this go tell my team let's build this it is what we did we went we already had the market research we realized one of the market gaps was customer support right pricing was also the second because people were like oh I would love to pay $50 a hundred dollars a month so it's okay cool so here's what I did
- 38:50[SPEAKER_02]: I also identified, I combined all the methods together, I identified all the features that were missing.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_02]: So one of the features that people were asking for was voice command.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_02]: If I could record my voice, if I could just basically record my story for like two or three minutes, A.I.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_02]: will pick up on my story and write a book that will make the process fast.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_02]: So I literally did a wet like day.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_02]: I did a webinar.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_02]: This is how you get people to like tell you what they need I did a webinar with 50 of those customers and we were doing I did some value of this and teaching and I said hey guys If I would have built this hypothetically, if I was to build this
- 39:24[SPEAKER_02]: What features would you want in this software?
- 39:27[SPEAKER_02]: So people start saying, oh, voice command, I would love to record my voice.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I would love if it can actually give me research.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now, he's his software and have this.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_02]: I would love if it gave marketing research and told me if my book was being searched for as well.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, I did the same two.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, hmm, that's hard.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what I did.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_02]: I got off.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_02]: I went right to claw it.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_02]: and I took and you guys can use something called either whisper flow or aqua voice to do.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm giving you how so much it is right the process.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_02]: Use whisper flow or aqua voice and you record your voice and say, hey, I'm looking to build a app that does X, Y, and Z is a book software.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_02]: And it basically will have these features, okay?
- 40:09[SPEAKER_02]: You can also look at this site.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_02]: You can also tell it to look at this site.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I want you to create it.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the color specs.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_02]: And I want to have a clean interface.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the feel.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_02]: Also, most people don't do this.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the looking feel that I want my site to have.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_02]: I want people to be excited.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_02]: So guess what?
- 40:26[SPEAKER_02]: I recorded all that.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: Quirt all that.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: Uploaded into claw, claw, rites the spec document for me.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: I then take that document and I upload it into lovable, and lovable creates the problem tight for.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_02]: Unbelievable.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_02]: That was the process.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_02]: That actually is called studio book.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: You guys search it out so you don't think I'm capping.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's called StudioBook.ai.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_02]: You can go to the site.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_02]: We built that entire site.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_02]: That site does five figures a month.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_02]: And it only cost me a few thousand books to make that.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_00]: StudioBook.ai.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_00]: Book.ai.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: StudioBook.ai.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_02]: Anish to my spirit of.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_02]: All of that.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_02]: So watch this.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_02]: That entire site was built with AI.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if you try to go to lovable or replicate and you just put a simple prompt, this is why people skip steps.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: They don't get the results they want.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_00]: This joint is beautiful.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, no design or design that.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_02]: I design that all the AI.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_02]: So AI completely designed to site and the entire app.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_02]: And now it has customers and it costs me less than it costs me less than $100 a month to manage that app.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_02]: My developer doesn't even have to get involved.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_02]: Even though I have a development team, my developer dig in involved at some time, because let me tell y'all, let me give y'all honesty.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes a developer will sometimes have to get you to the finish line.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just not say developers aren't needed because they are, right?
- 41:48[SPEAKER_02]: But nowadays, if you don't have something crazy complex, you'd have something up in three or four days making you money on a recurring basis.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: I never see day class.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_02]: It's red at our scene, day by night.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I've been working on this process for months.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_02]: I guess it was coffee day.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_02]: I was right there.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_02]: Right, I'm quite a plain sight.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: I've been working on it for months.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I know.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_02]: But let me tell you though, that's the see, that's the problem that AI solves, and the process is gonna get easier.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what I'll tell people.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_02]: And people don't believe me.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_02]: I say, you got a two to five-year window to catch this wave.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_02]: And when people say that they say, Justin, are you saying that there's not gonna be any more opportunities?
- 42:32[SPEAKER_02]: No, I didn't say that.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what I'm telling you.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_02]: What I'm telling you is that.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_02]: Just like Dave is like, I don't know this process.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_02]: I just gave y'all the entire game this process because technology is a 41 trillion dollar industry.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: Hear me out.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_02]: Back in the day, we didn't have a seat at the table.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_02]: We couldn't sit at the technology table.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_02]: And still, when I get on park as I tell people, you, yes, you, who don't have a college degree like I do, don't have tech experience, can take an idea, build it at people don't believe me.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm telling you, even if you never did anything else, you could take this process and do it yourself, and you could have an app up for less than a few thousand bucks, if that.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_02]: might even cost you $1,000.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_02]: That app, studio board, cost me a couple of thousand bucks.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's beautiful.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_02]: And it will compete with somebody who used to charge me $100,000.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_02]: We're living in one of the greatest times in history and I hope people catch it because in two to five years, those processes, everybody in the mother, your granny is going to be able to code it at because it's going to be that simple, seriously.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_02]: Just like people didn't know, type in into chat and give you all those answers was possible.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_02]: that's the competition between lovable and all these other companies.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, how can I get the tech process?
- 43:42[SPEAKER_02]: And this is why a lot of tech people are free, but you don't need to be a free, you just need to know how to build your own technology.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_02]: Using how people, I tell people this, every single day six to seven, six, six hundred.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_02]: I was looking at that.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_02]: 600 to 900 tech jobs are lost every single day.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_02]: And people think that companies are laying off because, oh, they're laying off because they don't have the money.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_02]: No, they're not.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's because the tech AI is getting so much more powerful that you don't need workers and it's going to come to a certain point.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_02]: 300,000 jobs in November last month was lost due to AI.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_02]: So how can you get ahead of that?
- 44:17[SPEAKER_02]: You can either complain, you can moan, you can say, oh, whatever it is, technology, a hate technology, you can get on the freaking train.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_02]: You can build your own technology, you can sit at the table, your own table.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: You don't need to have, you don't need to raise cap.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_02]: We used to have to, man, you know how many people they told me, no.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_02]: And people would say, when I was trying to raise money for my stroke, even going to people that were friends, all of them was like, dude, I don't know what you've built and I don't care.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't get the support.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_02]: I sat at that computer and I did whatever it took.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_02]: Now, how I waited a few years, I would have an M and my bank account from, you know, I'm saying, for paying other developers, but here's what I'll tell you, take my mistakes, take the battle scars.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_02]: Go right now.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_02]: If you're watching this, I'm just telling you this.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_02]: So you get it.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_02]: I just want to like you hit a passion like I want you to understand Doesn't matter where you are like life is happening right now.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_02]: We know where life is going but
- 45:08[SPEAKER_02]: Tech is a 41 trillion dollar industry.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_02]: Every single year, it goes up.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_02]: People spend like 20% more on apps.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_02]: The average person in the last six months, the average person has download six to eight apps, web apps, mobile apps, and the last six months, they're using six to eight apps.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_02]: Companies like Campbell are worth 15 billion dollars.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that's just a little design that you're going Now you don't even know this a 15 billion dollar company.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: You just dragging and dropping right but people can take advantage of what's happening today All right three we are building it and we understand it now use experiences in nature step four
- 45:46[SPEAKER_02]: Step four is the step that a lot of even tech people miss is called distribution.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_02]: Okay So notice I didn't say traffic because distribution is a different mindset I had to learn this over the years distribution is two ways it's like you know if you look on the other side You drive and right look on the other side There's another way coming right the traffic is flowing in and out.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's what you want with your app because I tell people to solve the time we know as entrepreneurs No to grow our businesses we got to advertise right we got to pay for advertising and I pay for advertising all the time
- 46:16[SPEAKER_02]: However, how you know you have something that's game changing is when you don't even have to pay to have your app out there because users are referring other people to your app and they're excited they're using it.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_02]: So when you learn distribution,
- 46:32[SPEAKER_02]: It's powerful.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_02]: Let me give you all a couple ways.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_02]: That's powerful for distribution of your app.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_02]: Number one is getting other people like people to review your app is powerful.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_02]: You see the ads everywhere because social proof getting social proof is powerful thing in the planet, right?
- 46:49[SPEAKER_02]: If you can have people that are reviewing your app, and they can see other people's experience, and it's easier to get people to basically do an app.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_02]: Let me ask you a question.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think converts better?
- 46:59[SPEAKER_02]: Just a thought process.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think converts better?
- 47:02[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think if somebody came to a site in a scene day, right?
- 47:05[SPEAKER_02]: Now to say, Dave, don't convert high, right?
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: But they see Dave, and they say, and Dave says, give me your name, email address, and phone number.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think will convert better?
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: That or pays, it has technology and says,
- 47:17[SPEAKER_02]: Sign up for this app, give me your name, email address, a phone number, which is my setup, if you said it, that's not true.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: Technology will always convert higher.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_02]: You think the person will convert higher.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_02]: But see, we are conditioned, right, to not even think twice to sign up for app and give our information.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_02]: Right, and that's why Chatchee VT took off so heavy, right?
- 47:38[SPEAKER_02]: Now you would think the person will convert higher, but actually people are more hesitant to say, can I trust this person?
- 47:43[SPEAKER_02]: They have more red marks and more question marks than they hit.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_02]: And like, can I trust this person?
- 47:48[SPEAKER_02]: Who is this guy?
- 47:48[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder who it is?
- 47:50[SPEAKER_02]: And this is this is verified by data, right?
- 47:52[SPEAKER_02]: But when you go to an app, when you see an app pop up, and that's why it was a new story about like,
- 47:58[SPEAKER_02]: like people signing up for apps like and they look at them and they say okay would you trust the app can you trust the app and most people who did the survey said I trust apps all day because we are we are conditioned to when we go to sites like YouTube or whatever it is We're conditioned to give our email address phone numbers and everything like
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: I've never, ever thought about that in your absolutely right because if I say let me get your phone number email now your brain says can I trust this person?
- 48:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_00]: But if it's just the site, you automatically just the site.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_00]: You sign up, especially if it looks nice.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_02]: It looks nice and it's trustable and you have certain elements of design on there.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_02]: People will give you their information.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_02]: And that's why bonus tip, especially if you're a
- 48:45[SPEAKER_02]: The best lead magnets, right?
- 48:47[SPEAKER_02]: The best way to collect email addresses and phone numbers is instead of using things like ebooks, like most people do, use tools, create simple tools, go to level one, wrap it, create upload your book, let me get you awesome game.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: I think you just changed the game.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: You hear us legal tool, that question are you looking for a higher, especially we feel like if we're building a personal brand and people want a personal touch, which kind of goes against where people are say, well, the human experience can't be replaced.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: That's not true.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_02]: And this why people are building tech loans like through aging and all those other things.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_02]: But see what most people don't, which is why I tell people when I was traveling the world, people say Justin, you don't, you didn't go on videos and you did all this stuff.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, I didn't have to because I had technology.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have to upload to social media if I don't want to.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_02]: I had technology that was basically making me recurrent revenue even while I was traveling and I had that competitive advantage by having multiple tech companies.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_00]: This is insane.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_00]: This is insane.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_02]: This is a great time.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_00]: I low key feel like you set me free because I'm thinking to myself, I'm promoting something, I have to be the one promoting it.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's good enough, you just got to get it in front of people.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_00]: You just got to get the thing itself in front of people.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_02]: You got to, and here's the great part.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_02]: That's good.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_02]: The great part about having tools like what I just talked about is that you can get it into the market in a week.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like what you, I mean, no, no shade.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_02]: A little shade.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_02]: That, a little shade.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_02]: Just a tab.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like 1% of promise.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's shady.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: I could take that, what you just showed me, and I could duplicate that in three days.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_02]: and it could look beautiful and I could have it up and running where all of the, all of my checklist, everything security, whatever it is that people complain about, just what about security?
- 50:50[SPEAKER_02]: We got all of that.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_02]: You want to have security in your app.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: We can do all that even with AI.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_02]: I could have that duplicated in three or four days to the market looking beautiful and having users on it.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I tell people, stop overthinking things, stop thinking is going to take a lot of money, a lot of resources, stop being freaking overwhelmed and get your idea and your product out there.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_02]: So users can freaking use it instead of by the time, because see by the time we overthink these things.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_02]: There's a competitor that's already creeped in, or you have to change it again because technology moves so fast.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_02]: So now these tools that I just name to you guys in this process, I just gave you will a lot of you to get to market as fast as possible, validate your ideas fast possible customers, you distribute it, you get people to consume your product and advertise it.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you, let's talk about distribution too, add in this one.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_02]: advertising is a slam dunk when you figure out you have a great use of experience.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_02]: You know how we advertise to webinars and stuff like that?
- 51:47[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you something.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_02]: See, I don't have to go through a whole psychology thing to sell my app.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_02]: The app sells itself.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_02]: So I can get on the app and do a webinar and all I'm doing is demo.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you guys how I got my first layer.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you, let me get you this.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_02]: Let me just give you guys
- 52:07[SPEAKER_02]: when people didn't give you money and a lot of people didn't believe in you, let me tell you.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_02]: I did something called a founder's launch.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_02]: So what does a founder's launch?
- 52:14[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what I did.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_02]: I went to people that I was meeting this seminar as if you don't have, if you don't have a lot of money resources do this.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_02]: When I would go to events, I would say, and, hey, I'm building this app called My Stroh.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_02]: Now, everybody can go and say, what, some people will say, what have it who cares?
- 52:28[SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna get somebody who cares.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, as long as you passion it and you believe in what you're offering, people will gravitate towards you.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_02]: So, I got this one lady from Australia, got an event.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_02]: And I met her in the series in the States.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_02]: She said, yeah, yes, I'm building this app is for creators, course creators, whatever.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_02]: So, she was like, okay, is it built?
- 52:48[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, no, no, no, no, I'm building it.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, okay, okay, let's talk.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_02]: When we got back, she on her word, she messed me back.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_02]: And she was like, well, I got a small group of ladies.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_02]: Um, who will, you know, who I can, you know, offer this to, but what if it's not ready yet?
- 53:03[SPEAKER_02]: I said, well, I just want to do a founders launch, like, uh, it's kind of a beta.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's called beta, the product is in beta.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_02]: So I just want to get some users for it to see what happens.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, okay, let's, let's get on.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_02]: She didn't even want to present it.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_02]: She just wanted to offer value because she saw a passion was.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_02]: So she puts about 50 people on this webinar, not many, not many, they've not a lot of people.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_02]: So 50 people on this webinar.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_02]: And all I do, I don't go through the Beatrix, I tell my story, I don't think it was that, hey, I'm this founder, I got it first traded with this, I'm building this app is coming out, and I want to show you guys.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_02]: So I showed in the prototype day, there was no functionality day.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_02]: I hope y'all listen to this.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_02]: I did something called pre-selling.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't sell it.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_02]: I pre-sold it before it was ready and I was honest with my customers.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, there's not ready, but here's the screens.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what's going to do.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the function.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_02]: Do that.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_02]: You guys could do this on one afternoon.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_02]: Do that.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what it's on.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_02]: Click on this to do that.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's not clickable.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_02]: None of the stuff is clickable, but I'm like, click it all stuff.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_02]: Please, please don't break.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing break.
- 54:00[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing broke.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_02]: We connect because we connect the screens together so it doesn't have functionality, but it has screens.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_02]: So, at the end, all I said, there was no fancy slides, there was nothing.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_02]: I said, all right guys, I'm doing the founders' price.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what appears to be in the founder of me.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_02]: It means that you're on the ground floor with us.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_02]: It means that you can connect with me personally.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_02]: It means that you can tell me what's wrong with the software and we're going to make it to your specification.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_02]: That's good.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_02]: Now here's the thing.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the link.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_02]: I had a, at that time, stripe edges came out.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't know hardly what it did.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_02]: This was like 2017, 2018.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_02]: All I did was give them a straight link.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_02]: Dave, I charge $199 for the year.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_02]: I say, you will be grandfathered into this price.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_02]: So you can either do lifetime.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_02]: I tell people, lifetime sells like slam dunk.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_02]: I say, well, why are you off the lifetime?
- 54:46[SPEAKER_02]: Because they fund it, your confidence, how you get your company funding.
- 54:49[SPEAKER_02]: But I did $199 for the year.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_02]: Check this out, Dave.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_02]: This will happen.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_02]: So out of that, 20 women bought their product.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm, 20 women decided that they was like, the women did this.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: So that's $4,000 a requirement for a app that wasn't built yet.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_00]: For the year, for the year, or is it monthly?
- 55:07[SPEAKER_02]: $109 for the year.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, guys.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_02]: Let's do it.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_02]: Like to me, I'm like, I'm like, I'm, we made money from this.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_02]: I validate idea.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_02]: And I watched this about six months ago, about six, six, seven months ago or even longer.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_02]: When I started really kind of uncovering this AI methodology, I was like, we're revamping our company, my children, turn it all AI with a change of design to use experience.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_02]: Something just click.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_02]: I tell everybody don't let failure be your stopping point because if you go a little bit over failure You will start having lightball moments that will completely change the game for you no matter what being say So I start having lightball moments and so here's what I did.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_02]: I said let's talk to customers We've been on our platform for you.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_02]: Who's our oldest customer?
- 55:47[SPEAKER_02]: So my team went in and they went into the database and they found who is the oldest customer and it was this lady and I was like who is this lady and so we get on I said schedule the zoom call with us.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see because I want to see what the problem what problems I have it with the platform.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_02]: She's scheduled to call day.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_02]: It's the lady from this webinar.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_02]: The first one I did.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_02]: I said, why are you still on here?
- 56:12[SPEAKER_02]: She said, because I believed in what you said in that first webinar.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_02]: And you've been making improvements.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_02]: I know I haven't been easy.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_02]: I know you've been through some stuff with this platform, but I'm here for the long haul.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_02]: Plus when you guys blow up, I don't want to miss out on $109 dollars a year.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_02]: Because I know it's going to be more than that.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_02]: That's when I had a light bulb moment that I'm not looking for the people that leave.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm serving these people right here.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_02]: And that's how I was able to keep growing my stroke and will continue to keep growing at a different place.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is good, bro.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my gosh, this was so helpful because there's a lot of people even trying to figure out, okay, what's my next business idea, but you laid out step by step, someone like literally in this episode, it was a master class or how to get started, you know what I mean?
- 57:02[SPEAKER_00]: And what about the people that are technically challenged?
- 57:05[SPEAKER_00]: They're just not self-proclaimed good at tech.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand the stuff How do we learn it?
- 57:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean I can go on levelable, but like what do I click what do I press?
- 57:15[SPEAKER_00]: What do you suggest?
- 57:17[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, number one, you got to stop telling yourself that you're not technically savvy for sure, because the mind will actually come up and basically block out everything that it takes, right?
- 57:27[SPEAKER_02]: To learning.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_02]: But let me tell you, like I say, you know, my granny used to say this, you say, boy, we'll live in some of the greatest times in history.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't know that that was grand.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_02]: Shout out to grams.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_02]: She used to say that over a decade ago, and I asked my grandma why she said that she said, because,
- 57:40[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't have YouTube, I didn't have the things that you guys have.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I didn't have that.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't have, now she didn't even, didn't make it to see AI, right?
- 57:51[SPEAKER_02]: Rest in peace of Granny.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_02]: But she planted a seed in me that made me understand something.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_02]: And it was that, today, more than any time in history, you don't need a college degree, you don't need to be experienced, you just need to get past the barrier of limitation of saying that you can't do something.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_02]: So now you can do that.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_02]: You can also join the absolute AI summit that I'm happy to build with AI.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's a summit.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_00]: What are you teaching there?
- 58:19[SPEAKER_02]: So in the summit, we break down all the like the the strategies that talked about ideation, prototyping.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_02]: We also go through and lay out everything.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_02]: We got so many testimonials from this summit because
- 58:31[SPEAKER_02]: people from all walks of life, people who, you know, they're older, they're younger.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lady who, we just, we did the third day, so it's the two-day event.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_02]: We used to do three-day, we put it on the two, and we go to the process.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: Ideation, prototyping, distribution, product-specting, I lay out everything in this summit.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_02]: There was an older lady, she wrote a children's book, and I was like, you need to turn that into a app.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_02]: So she turned it into a app.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_02]: that takes her and her granddaughters, recipes and now people can just click on the app and the recipe book will be broken down into a app.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_02]: She was crying on the sum in, right?
- 59:10[SPEAKER_02]: This is here.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like this is this stuff I live for.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, this is what it's about.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, thank you for helping me.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_02]: I never thought that I can create something like this for other people to be able to cook with their grandmother and bond over their grandma.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_02]: See, we think it's just about money.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_02]: But let me tell you something.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_02]: Technology is going to, and I have this prediction.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_02]: Technology, if you hear me, hear me out.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_02]: It's not just about the money or the bread.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_02]: It is about technology is going to help save a lot of people's lives.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_02]: Mental health is going to restore relationships.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: If you can go out there, you got an idea, bring it to the world.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_02]: Don't be one of those people that are talking about, I had that idea called them that I had the idea people.
- 59:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_02]: Now I'm talking about they see some of this.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_02]: They be like, I had that idea.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_02]: No, now.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_02]: The bear is a lifted, no matter who you are, no matter where you're starting it, no matter what your background is, you can take an idea, it could be a, you don't have to be a type form, you don't have to be that grand.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_02]: It could be like Donna, you know, one of my clients, she's building something that could help grandmother's and children connect together over recipes they can make together in the kitchen.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_02]: This is so good, bro.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_00]: So apps built with AI Summit, that way, is there a website?
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_02]: Apps built with AI.com, so apps built with AI.com, we'll have a link.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, yeah, so we'll put a link in the description.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'll cool cool.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_00]: So in this process, you're walking them through building it up.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like the whole thing from ideation to prototyping to everything.
- 1:00:43[SPEAKER_02]: And on the summit, I'm actually going to build a app.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_02]: to show you how simple it is.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_02]: So, it's not just a bunch of people be teaching, let me tell you something.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_02]: You show up to my summit, we don't get to work.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_02]: And this is different than a lot of other summits.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_02]: I know people say summit this and they just teach in and all this.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_02]: Running this plate and all this.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_02]: We don't get to work, you know, build something.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_02]: And you're going to be able to launch it right through the summit.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_00]: How long is the training?
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_02]: It's two days.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_00]: Two days.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_02]: How many hours is one hour a day?
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's just one hour a day.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_02]: Now we make, we make all longer, so we make all longer because sometimes I bring people up.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_02]: So usually, let's just say, let's just say, set out a couple hours, because it's worth it.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_02]: But how long it'll feel like, I don't feel like an hour.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_00]: But you're saying, I can attend it, build an app.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_00]: And you're going to build a functioning app, over a couple hours
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_02]: You know, here's what I said.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_00]: This took me months.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, listen.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's like the analogy that you've got to see it.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_00]: I got to see it.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_02]: You know what?
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_02]: You know the analogy that you heard about it.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to sign up just because I'm curious.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_00]: You need to.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_00]: I know a lot too.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_02]: Because we got to get you.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_02]: We got to get you.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_02]: We got to get you right day.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm coming on at your CTO.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_02]: I won't 60%.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_02]: And we're going to get you right.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_02]: But see that.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm worried about the six.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_00]: I was the six.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: A little fire.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: Procitor.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_00]: But listen.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_02]: Over a few days.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_02]: Because.
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_02]: See.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: What I tell people is it's not the speed of which you go.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: See, we often think that it's like how fast like this shouldn't be possible.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't know that chat GPT.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't know AI was possible before it was possible.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_02]: So what I tell people is success is all about having frameworks.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_02]: Success isn't about it.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_02]: Like when I broke down ideation, this, this, this, so you can skip the steps and go right into building, but you're not going to have the results.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_02]: So I break this down step by step in this summit.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is fire, yeah, I'll make sure we put the link below.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_00]: And thank you, man, thank you because I'm sitting here.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I was actually getting discouraged about my idea, my young, it's gonna be a greatest idea from my space, and all the things you're talking about is a perfect niche, something that I love to do, something I truly believe,
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_00]: that I am the only person in the world that could build this right now.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_00]: And over time, I'm just, I'm getting more and more discouraged and I'm losing steam of excitement.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_02]: I tell you what, I've got a proposition for you.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_02]: Talk to me.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_02]: Let us, what we gonna do, we gonna come back, potentially for update, okay?
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna help you build it and we're gonna film the process.
- 1:03:27[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna help you build it in less than a month.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_02]: You down?
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I'm pretty sure, not even much I spent on this, right?
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, and weakest deal, weakest deal will take.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_02]: some of the things that you've already spent money on and utilize it, so we'll do that as well.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, perfect.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_00]: Man, thank you so much, bro.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_00]: This is so enlightening, man.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_00]: I want to have more conversations around AI and building something because entrepreneurship looks different now than when I was coming up.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_00]: Or even maybe you were coming up, right?
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_00]: It was to get a product and sell it.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_00]: You create a service and you sell it, but it was so manual.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_00]: You got to get out there
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_00]: even, I'm not even saying it's easier to be an entrepreneur now, but it was a different process where to get the idea out of your head and into the world took a very long time.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_02]: It took a long time.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_00]: And what you're sharing right now is literally game-changing for people.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_00]: So thank you, man.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_02]: And it's going to, it's going to, you know, I'll say to it's like, that's why I give people that window a space because I'm telling you, that's the race.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_02]: The race isn't in.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_02]: having better technology, I mean, that's the race, but the race is going to be in a herd, actually the CEO of Replicate is on a podcast every day.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, he said this, he said, very soon, you're going to be able to type one prompt and an entire, the technology is gonna create your databases, it's gonna connect your domain all from one prompt.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_02]: That is where we're trying to go.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_02]: So you got a window of time before this happens,
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_02]: Very soon, and when he said that, my mind was like, man, that's crazy.
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_02]: Like, one prompt is going to be able to connect your databases, connect all of this, your domains, so why everybody over there thinking, overthinking it, somebody very soon is going to be able to come behind you and just press one prompt and duplicate what it is that you're overthinking.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_02]: So get out there and make it happen, man.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's that's my advice to people.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to build a million dollar app in 30 days.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 1:05:29[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get it.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_00]: Just and thank you so much again.
- 1:05:32[SPEAKER_02]: Let everybody know how they can get in touch with you How they can be involved in the summit as well and then leave us just with one word of wisdom Yeah, so y'all can you know, I'm saying go to absville with AI dot com we host these every single month But we got one coming up so make sure you click the link
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's in the description.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all could follow me Instagram, CEO, Justin, JUSTI, and Burns, like on the Simpsons, B-U-R-N-S.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_02]: I was gonna say dot com, but it's just CEO, Justin Burns.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's how y'all could find it.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_00]: And give us, leave us with one word, it was number.
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's kind of like what I've been talking about in this, um, is episode like, um, you have a window of space of what I call the greatest wealth transfer in history.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_02]: I know people hype it up, but I'm telling you, like tech.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_02]: If you look at the top,
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_02]: top industries in the world.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's all around AI and tech.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_02]: $41 trillion.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm telling us like instead of us talking about how we're going to get our reparations, how we're going to do this.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_02]: This is our reparations right here.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_02]: This is building tech.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_02]: Stop being overwhelmed.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_02]: Stop saying it's a barrier.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_02]: Stop making up all these excuses.
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_02]: That stuff is completely removed.
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_02]: and now we could take ideas and be able to create generation well.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I'm doing it, it's why I'm helping other people doing it because this isn't just about you joining a summit and you coming on I'm telling you here's what you do here's what it is.
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_02]: I want to be able to and this is my legacy.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_02]: I have a lot of legacy, spiritual legacy, so many legacies.
- 1:07:00[SPEAKER_02]: One of my biggest legacies is I want to be able to in the next five years to say, I had a hand in that.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_02]: I helped to take the idea, make the idea better.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not saying that I helped you do the whole tech company.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_02]: What I'm saying is, if I could just have a small, I call them 1% appers.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_02]: 1% appers are the people that go through their whole process and I could say,
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_02]: and I helped them.
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_02]: That's one of the legacy.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_02]: So as Bill with AI.com, go out there, build something great.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_02]: And I just want to see people change the world with apps.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_00]: And thank you so much for stopping by, man.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_00]: I really, really appreciate it personally.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you because it really freed me up.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sure a bunch of people that are listening today.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_00]: So man, make sure you do yourself a favor.
- 1:07:46[SPEAKER_00]: Go follow Justin.
- 1:07:48[SPEAKER_00]: If you enjoyed this episode, I'm asking you to send him a DM right now on Instagram.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_00]: He may or may not reply, but I'm just a firm believer that if someone gives you something valuable, I grant my use to just say thank you.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_00]: Just say thank you.
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody does something for you.
- 1:08:04[SPEAKER_00]: Say thank you.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_00]: You're inspired.
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_00]: Say thank you.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_00]: Just send him a DM.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_00]: Say thank you for that episode.
- 1:08:10[SPEAKER_00]: Let him know you watched that episode and it's entirety.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_00]: Tell them some things you got.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_00]: Just show love back because this didn't cost you anything.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_00]: It calls them nothing to show love.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then also go get you some social proof meeting, go build something, build that app, build that company, build it really, really big.
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_00]: But then go back to your community and teach them how you did it.
- 1:08:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's the only way our community grows.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_00]: We out.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_00]: Peace.
