- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome back to the show, Jody.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: I can't really, it's so nice to be back.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's been a while.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I've been on your show a couple times, but it's been a while that you've been on mine.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so I'm glad you're here.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: Same.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: Same.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for asking.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: What's the weather like in California?
- 1:14[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's warming up again.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: It was, it's been so nice.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_01]: And then today it's supposed to be 90.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, wait tomorrow.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's gonna,
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: because I hate this fucking hate it when it's hot right now it's beautiful it's only 65 to your age but yeah it's supposed to be up to 90 by the afternoon and then tomorrow 87 Friday 88 Saturday 90 Sunday 83 Monday and at 82 and Tuesday 92 so yay
- 1:41[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'm, um, this is the time of year that I'm like, I like being on the east coast.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's like, I mean, I know we're going to have some days that are getting hotter than today.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_00]: Because today's the 63 yesterday was 60 and it was raining and the leaves are starting to change and it feels like fall.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: And I fucking love it.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: And, um, uh,
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if, I think everybody knows, but Bob and I will be moving in November, so I can hear it's congratulations.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: Looking forward to it and what I'm really excited about is our bedroom is.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: The view is all green.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we're going to miss the fall weather this year, but because I think we're moving in like mid November.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we're going to miss most of it.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: But we get to spend Christmas there, but um, and I'm all excited for decorating.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, you need to know.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so excited.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: And mainly because, you know, for the past, I don't know how many years I've been watching on YouTube.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what you would call them lifestyle videos, but it's just
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: I know there's a bunch of trad moms who do it, and I don't watch the trad moms.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_00]: There's like one girl that I watch.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: She lives where I call her a girl because she's like 32.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_00]: I love them to my world.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I do all the time.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: But she lives close by where I live right now.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: And she's not a trad wife.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: But you know, she decorates her home.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: She makes food.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: All she ever does is buy shit.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: And then she shows everybody what she buys.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: So I've been like watching, I'd say three or four women on YouTube who do this and I get like so into it because I love the way, you know, I love getting ideas on how to decorate.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: And now where we're moving is giving me a kitchen.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: because of course the kitchen is like the primary thing for me.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: I get that kitchen and I'm like, so fucking excited.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna have a good midterm because I want to enjoy this so much.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, so yeah, and the other thing is it's funny because talk about how we how things manifest for us in our lives because it's like I would watch those videos and I wanted to have those experiences and it's not like I just put it out there in the universe that I intend or, you know, dear God, please, it was just I liked it and I wanted to do it and I would kind of mimic and mimic them in my home, but my home is not that I don't have my dream kitchen here, so I don't have that experience and
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: So now I will, and then it's, you know, the other thing that I would kind of, I don't know, dream, fantasize, like imagine, I guess the best way, I would, like kind of embody it in my imagination, and I would imagine sitting out, like sitting at a window, watching it to snow, watching, like, leave, like looking at the leaves, and so I have an opportunity now where I live, that's, you know,
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: Bob and when Bob and I were looking, you never know what you're going to get.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: Right.

- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 4:53[UNKNOWN]: Right.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you have to.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, so what's going on with you?
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: Just fun-wise, we'll get into politics in a minute, but I just want to know what's going, because I haven't talked to you for a while.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_01]: I know, it's been a minute.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the show is doing okay.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_01]: We're making a little bit of money and thank you in part for helping us with our social media.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_01]: We might have a ad company.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, there's there's Sean's interviewing an individual and there's a company that my brother is working with that I've been in touch with and they are considering it's they haven't said yes or no yet so we'll see and they're big so we'll see
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm very cool, congrats, yeah, yeah, just all in turn.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, exactly.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: So if we can get proper advertising, then we'll start making real money, which will be nice to, you know, because, you know, we're really not.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Lonnie's making a little bit of money and it's just, you know, say things, where did they go?
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, we had to sell one of his classic cars.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, that sucks.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you know, I mean, the thing is, is it takes a while with podcasting, you know, What is the radio show, too?
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just a podcast for radio, too.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: That's true.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: And we're getting two more stations, too.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_01]: So that's good.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's really awesome.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Congratulations.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I pretty much will be not my listeners know.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: But after the 24 election, I just, I kind of pulled back and I mean, I've had some pretty cool people on like I had John cryeron and I don't know if I've had some some bigger names, I guess if you will, but I have kind of just pulled back on that because and I've also found and I don't know if you get this on your show all the time, but I cannot participate in the argument.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: about Israel, and, you know, I mean, I, of course, I am pro, Jewish, I am pro, and I'm pro Palestinian citizen, not necessarily, you know, I mean, of course, I'm not pro of us, right, but it's just like, and so I don't want to deal with someone throwing a label at me that isn't true, right, and, you know, I, I,
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: I have Jewish family members that are incredibly important to me.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, even if they weren't, it doesn't matter.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Jewish people.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: I know are experiencing right now.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: Anti-Semitism, and unfortunately some of it's coming from our own party.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I think the, I think that a lot of the anti-Semitism that's happening is wrong.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: Anti-BV Nanyahu is not wrong.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: That's different because that's not anti-Semitism.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: And people are conflating the two and that's wrong.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: Those that are conflating are in the wrong.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: Just like those that conflate Hamas with Palestinian citizens, that is wrong.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: They are not the same.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's the distinction, the nuance is lost.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and it's like, and I know early on because I had just wished I think it was, I don't remember what it was, but it was soon after October 7th, you know, and I had wished my Jewish friends and family love that's all I said and then I don't remember this guy's name, but he's such an asshole.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: And he messaged me privately and he was so upset with me and acted like I hated palestiner palestiner palestiner palestiner It's like no, oh my god, they had just they had just experienced a fucking massacre Yeah, you know, and it's upsetting for so many reasons and I'm not going to apologize to send I mean in it and the same thing I I feel
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: I feel so much for all these people who were innocent.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: It is the, it's just like saying, if you, if you support, how is it?
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you're an American,
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: Then I guess your anti-Christian, because Donald Trump says he's a Christian or some shit like that, I don't know, but it's like, I'm not Christian, but you know what I mean, it's like it doesn't, it has nothing to do with religion.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: It does have to do with religion in a way, because of why they're, and this is not my fucking area.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't even expect to talk about this as much as I am, I'm like, oh my god, shut up Kimberly, because we can't get in.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: But it's just I can't deal with all the fighting you know, I mean I am I am against Netanyahu period I'm not certainly not against Israel right and people who are Jewish or Palestinian or anything So anyway, I just it's like I can't fucking take it and then so there's that and then there's the whole DSA thing Which oh my god, I can't fucking deal with it.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: I can't deal with the people who hate the DSA and who are getting it all wrong and You know, I don't want everybody in the DSA either
- 9:32[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the problem is, is the one person that they found on broad snares, and she is just so extreme.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: She's a nihilist, basically.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I am not aligned with her.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_01]: And neither are most DSA directors in this country.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_01]: There are certain things like when she said about the police, I said, no, the police should be reformed.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: And abolish ICE, absolutely.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: But most of what bullshit she said is like, no, you don't get rid of the fucking Senate you fucking kidding.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: Idiot, that's a stupid fucking thing to say, and then I just I can't the up.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: So I've kind of pulled back.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what's going to happen after the election because I do have a feeling and of course we're going to talk about it, but I do have a feeling we're going to gain some ground there and I hope we gain a lot of ground, but
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: I think that that's going to put me back on feeling more confident about this country and it's not so much, I feel fairly confident about it now, even though we're in the pits of hell.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: I think it obviously could be worse, but it's like every day it's worse.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: So...
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: But I think the fact that every day it's worse is only going to motivate people to vote.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we're going to see a massive blue wave.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: I think that it's going to be probably better than 2018.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: If it all be happy if it's the size of 2018, but at the time they didn't have guard, I mean, they had guard rills then we don't know.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: So I do think, but so like let me ask you this because let me find, okay, so Larry Sabato.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: No, and Charlotte Climer, like quote tweeted this and said, you know, when Larry Sabato has something to say, you know, I've got my eyes open.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_00]: And anyway, so let me see.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: It says Texas Shocker, not only does this new Marxist poll show Taloreco up 50 to 44%.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: But I hope I say her name right.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: Gina, how do you say her name?
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: In a, in a disco or in a host, I don't have her name.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: No, Hosa.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: In a Hosa, yeah.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_00]: No, Hosa.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: Don't proud to Jay as a giant.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: Basically, right.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: Tina, Hosa, Democrat.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: Leads, Greg Abbott, 49, 44 because I fucked up her name.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: So let's go back.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: Taloreco, 50 to 44.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then Gina is up 49 to 44.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the, this poll is Marist poll.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: And it's, uh,
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I don't know, I don't know what to think of this.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think of this?
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Because, okay, let me just throw it in there that you know Texans are gonna cheat.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, they can't legal cheating, whatever.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: You think that we don't know about.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: Well, Texas GOP is gonna cheat.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I mean.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so,
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: That said, and what we are seeing with the polls and tell her we go, what do you have a gut feeling about it?
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think is going to happen?
- 12:19[SPEAKER_01]: Well, as far as any polling is concerned, you want to do what Nate Silver used to be good at is the aggregate polling because that's more accurate because it's a bunch of polls and with the margins of error blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_01]: It all depends on the sample size and the margin of error, as far as how good.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Marist is a very good polling company, so most likely it's an accurate poll, maybe not an outlier.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_01]: But like Bob says, don't get happy.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: Five and six points are great.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_01]: That's great.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_01]: Keep it going.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_01]: And Texas, they're they're starting to purge voters there.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_01]: And so if you live in Texas and you're registered Democrat, check here.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_01]: If you can vote early, do it.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_01]: Certainly do it earlier than election day if you can because they will fuck with you at the polling places I mean the threats are there and they they're really worried about Texas right now Obviously because if they lose the governor ship and a senator oh boy They can't gerrymandering because it's a statewide election That's one thing going right.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'll let me go and the lady Who's name is on front of me otherwise I'd say Heena Hosa
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: there you go and so anyway so I mean for me it's like if you are a registered Democrat or in an area a county, a city or whatever, where they're worried that you're gonna vote blue.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_01]: Make sure you register it.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_01]: If you get thrown off the rolls and you have time to re-register my view as register as a Republican.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: Can you vote for?
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you can.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's a general.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's a general number.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's not a primary.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: So I say, if you get thrown off the rolls, come back.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_01]: Use your middle name or don't this time.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_01]: And register as a fucking GOP guy because that is likely not to get you for an independent either way.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, because they're not going to throw independence off necessarily because they don't know where they're voting.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_01]: They're definitely not going to throw anybody off the GOP roles because they really want them to vote.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: So that's my little Rush Limbaughism for you, Operation Code Red.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do this because if you're thrown off, it's because you're a Democrat or you live in a certain city.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: there you go.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: And if you are thrown off, but you swear to, if you if you get to the polls and they say you can't vote your problem with it, but I demand a provisional ballot, okay, find out what the rules are in Texas, but most states is you can vote provisional late.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_01]: That's not an issue.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_01]: The issue is whether it gets counted.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_01]: So what I suggest you do is you get whatever receipt you get from when you voted go down to the closest county registrar's office to you if you can and make sure that they know that you are legally entitled to vote.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_01]: then that vote will be counted.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, listen, Jonny knows her shit.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: I learned that from Tom Hurtman.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_01]: That's a Tom Hurtmanism because otherwise it may not ever get counted.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, oh my god.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm going back to this.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: Do you have a gut feeling?
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: I do.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: I think we're going to win and it's funny.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_01]: I started a year ago saying I think we're going to take the Senate.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I started that a year ago.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_01]: When people were like, you're not going to take the Senate, you're not going to fucking take the Senate.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_01]: We may not take what I want, which is 67 votes, but at least 64, because we could probably turn three Republicans to convict the
- 15:34[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but uh, I think we're going to take this in it looks it looks like we are and I do you think of what do you think of Texas particularly in your gut.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: Do you have a gut feeling?
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: I think Tallarica's going to pull it out.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_01]: The thing is is first off he's an actual Christian.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, Greg Abbott is piece of shit.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so she's going to take it.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_01]: Plus the Latino vote, which they thought they could
- 16:02[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's like, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: Now, do you think, okay, there's like the whole idea of the lame duck session, right?
- 16:34[SPEAKER_00]: So, let's say there is a big blue wave.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say that we do take it and what we get to send it and the house.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_00]: How much?
- 16:42[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we all know that there's going to be some fuckery, right?
- 16:45[SPEAKER_00]: Because that's what their middle name is.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: But do you think it's going to be insane?
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: Or do you think it's just going to be normal fuckery?
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: Hold on, let me Chris just text to me.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yay.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I got no castle on Monday when I said for Stephanie.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you, no.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: So, I think what my concern is if Johnson tries to not seat the new members.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_01]: and because that.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_00]: But how does that work though?
- 17:18[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 17:18[SPEAKER_01]: Because they're because they're not because, okay, so they're still in office technically until the third of January where the new members are sworn in.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, then you vote for a new speaker and you move on from there, right?
- 17:34[SPEAKER_01]: So January 3rd of Johnson refuses to swear everybody in.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: What the fuck?
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: That's pitch forky and torchy time.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because that's how violently against law I have a feeling that if that were to happen we would see and it I don't necessarily see the violence and obviously not the fascism but maybe there would be another January six because you know I love to play around and listen to psychics on YouTube
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see what they're going to say that does not mean I believe everybody it's just like okay what are they saying and then we'll go back and see if they get it right but there was one person that I talked to and who I know in my life she's just a friend of mine and I asked her about it because there was one second okay let me go back the second on YouTube there's one that said I think there's going to be.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_00]: Crazy Ashley and Duck session be prepared.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to get rough, but in the end she thinks we're going to win an overcome because basically this regime is overplaying its hand and going too far.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_00]: My friend though,
- 18:34[SPEAKER_00]: Who's been pretty good, you know, I mean, the, the, the friend that I have has all kinds of health issues right now, it's just so sad, but I always like to ask her, you know, like, what are you seeing?
- 18:42[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
- 18:43[SPEAKER_00]: And like, she saw Trump win in 2016.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_00]: She saw Biden win in 2020.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_00]: She saw Trump again in 2024.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: And so she's right, she's been right about that.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_00]: She's not right about everything.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_00]: However, she did think that what she told me just recently, she didn't think that the midterms were going to be.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_00]: as big of a blowout as we're hoping but it's still going to be good and that it won't be as bad as we think as far as the lame duck.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll see, right?
- 19:09[SPEAKER_00]: Because I kind of have a feeling that the Republicans are going to be as bad as we think.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're going to go to as far as they can because everybody who wrote Project 2025, all the oligarch, all these people, they are the the
- 19:27[SPEAKER_00]: and they are going to know that this is it.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: This is it.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: This is they're done.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_00]: I would assume they are because the Democrats really fucking need some spines when they get power in order to make sure that they're done.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that they will, but that's what I think.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_00]: So I mean we'll see about this.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see how this goes.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_00]: But I anticipate a pretty decent
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: voting day.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like, I keep saying I just want to take a tranquilizer and wake up when it's all over.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_01]: I can handle it.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_01]: No, shit.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I mean, it's, it's, you know, and also for anybody that's voting that is voting absentee or by mail, drop it in a drop box.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_01]: If you can drive it to a polling place, drop it off early.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_01]: Don't trust the post office.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: If you have to mail it for whatever reason, don't mail it any later than October 17th.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, everybody's got to be on it.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, look, we all know when voting day is.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: If not, I mean, secret.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_00]: So no matter what your job is, no matter what you do, you need a plan, and you can do this.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: Take a sick day if you have to.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and you can.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: And then like, what is it?
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: like 92 precincts in Democratic districts and Texas were close.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they close it's over a third of the places in Texas.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_01]: So they still swam up.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so everybody needs to get their plan and acted in all of that.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, if you can afford a day off for more, if you can financially afford it, take that day as a sick day.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, I'm going to source throughout.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't feel well.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: I can't walk my back.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, my ankle is really bad.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_01]: my thumb hurts.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let's move on to Susan Collins because I want to know if- Oh my god, she's so corrupt.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: And she promised to only go for one term, right?
- 21:15[SPEAKER_01]: Or is it one or three years ago?
- 21:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah exactly.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting up, she's a fucking bitch, but just for those who are not in the know, this is what Allison Gill posted in 2021.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_00]: Susan Collins helped get an $8 million navy contract for Navituck.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_00]: then Navatect and from saying it right.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: Then Navatect donated 150,000 to her packs who has shell company and straw donors.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: Members of her staff knew about it.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_00]: Bonus.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: Navatect guy was already indicted for building taxpayers out of millions.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: So she's been caught doing this and I've been seeing or they're investigator.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_00]: So I've been seeing a lot of people say Susan Collins's toast and back in 2017.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, I was just going to say back in 2016 when the video came out
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: talking about grabbing pussy.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: I Bob was on a trip and I called him and I'm like Trump's toast.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I was wrong.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_00]: Um, do you?
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: This is different.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_00]: This is different.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_01]: There's a reason that this is different.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_01]: First off, it's a woman.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_01]: Secondly, it's about corruption.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_01]: Thirdly, he, you know, blew it off like, oh, it's just locker talk.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_01]: And guys buy that bullshit and so do some women for that matter.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's different than then yeah, it was fucked up what he said and he shouldn't have said it and he should have been toast when he made fun of the reporter actually killed his career.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so I mean, there is a bunch of things that should have done it, but the press loved him on top of it all.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: And so this is different Susan Collins.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she might win.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: She's very good about coming from behind.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_01]: She's done it the last several elections.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, at least the last two that she's been at for.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_01]: She's come back from a deficit in the polling, but this is different.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_01]: This is a corruption scandal that the Trump administration has dropped.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's like, wait, what?
- 23:04[SPEAKER_01]: And she's trying to distance herself from Donnie right now.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, yeah, they've protected you.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_01]: If she were smart, which she doesn't want to be, because she'll get busted, no, I want this investigation to come back on.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_01]: Bring it on.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_01]: Bring it on.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't do anything fucking rough.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_01]: But she's not going to say that because she knows she did something wrong.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_00]: So, okay, again, not that you know, Oracle Jody.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: But she's got your Oracle done.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_00]: I know you just said I helped so, but do you have a gut feeling about me?
- 23:32[SPEAKER_00]: Because I do think I think Troy's going to win now.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_01]: I think he is.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_01]: I think this is this is the thing.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_01]: I do.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_01]: I really think that the cut yes he was up a little bit and because like I said she's been down by six points before and comes out winning.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the thing with mainers.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_01]: I don't understand it, but that's the thing with those guys.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_01]: All of that farming all of that shit.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_01]: She's voted with Donald what 87 to 90 I thought it was like yeah 90 cent percent of the time right you know so she votes with him more often than not so she is not Bucking the system and then with the cabinet fucking but fuck you yes, it's kind of
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of people, I did see an article a while back a couple weeks ago talking about the voters being upset with the whole Capitol thing.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: So, I mean, we'll see what happens again in Maine.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, Maine.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, you guys.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, Maine or you can do it.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_00]: And the thing is is that while this is up to Maine, that Senator is going to influence everybody's
- 24:47[SPEAKER_00]: A lie of adjacent.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, the fact of the matter that that he was told how to vote the other day Because he was gonna vote with Democrats.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah And it's like you guys just let the man Reson't we will he's resigning at the end of the year anyway, but it's like dude just I know It's gross what they're doing.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_00]: I saw the epistemic crisis doctor called that mother fuck What did he call it mother fucking consequences?
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: Um, because people are saying isn't this elder abuse it is and and and he's like no, it's not elder abuse because it's consequences, but it is elder abuse and basically what it goes to show you is nobody truly loves that man.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_00]: They might love his money.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: They might love the proximity family members, et cetera, but no one is if he were my father.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_00]: I would be, oh my god, I would just be making a huge fucking stink about this.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_00]: I would, I don't know how much power that I would have, if I, you know, as the daughter, but I would not want them to parade my basically catatonic father around with his mouth hanging open, not nobody's doing, not knowing how to focus.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_00]: This guy is a live adjacent.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's so disgusting.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, it's the same with Donald's family.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_01]: They're not taking care of him.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_01]: at all they couldn't get their they like the power and they like the fucking money and there's waiting for him to die so they can get all that fucking money.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_00]: Like is there anyone on this planet who's not waiting for him to die?
- 26:14[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe Natalie Hart, you know, she's well-dude.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_01]: I think part of the reason by the way for the media ban, and I've said this a few times, is because she showed Donald the bad reporting.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_01]: She also didn't like them reporting on her.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_01]: And so I think it was self-serving as well as it is.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, look, my darling love.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: Look, I mean, I do the best Natalie Hart face.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, she just, I think it was partly to protect herself.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: Interesting.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: And that makes a lot of sense.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, because she's not used to all of this tension.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I know she wants the attention from Donald, but, um, it's just so gross.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_00]: In my god, he's just, he's just the poopy orange one.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I think of him now.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, I just can't even imagine, um,
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: What is it Kathy Griffin had talked about several years ago, nobody talks about his smell, which they do down, but she was like, oh my god, and this was years ago, and she had been on the apprentice.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: So this was when she was and she said he smells like poop, make up and hairspray.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so can you imagine what he smells like now?
- 27:23[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I can't.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: Practically like this rotting half corpse and I can't even imagine how bad he smells.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know if you saw I had posted a while back.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: because there was like a video out of Trump where I don't remember where he was.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember where he was.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_00]: But he had like the whoever was photographing him and filming him got him like Trump.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: was standing with his back and you could see this square thing around his ass.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_00]: Are you know what I'm talking about?
- 27:50[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: And so I'm like, what is that square thing?
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's not diapers, diapers not square.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_00]: And I, you know, epistemic doctor mentioned it in a video and I looked it up and I don't know if I'm going to say it right, but like an exoskeleton brace or something.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: And what it does is you just hold your hip in place to keep you from falling.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_00]: So I think that's what he's got going on.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's wearing diapers, but then over the diapers, he's got this contraption.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why all his clothes are so big.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_00]: And if you look at pictures of him with other men who are as heaviest he is, the pants that the other men are wearing are more...
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: They're just a little not tight, but they're good at better.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_00]: They're fitted better and I mean, not that I love today's men's pants that are all tight.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: I hate that fucking look.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_00]: But the difference between Trump's pants that are so flowy.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_00]: And then regular suit pants for men who are as heavy as Trump, that's I think because that brace goes all the way like there's a little hook that goes down to I think like the calf.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_00]: So it starts on it starts on his hip area and then it attaches and it there's like a little thing and there was a picture.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember when this picture was it was from a couple of years ago, but it was Trump's calves and they were like, what's on Trump's calves and that's what I think it is this brace.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, oh my god, this man is so super unhealthy and Bob has mentioned that recently Donald has gotten a lot better at speaking.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: I, the way I look at this is, you know, Bob suspects they're giving him something and I'm sure they are, but I'm going to take it to this cat that I had, who was always sick, and the only thing that kept him alive was, um, steroids, and so he, what would happen was, his name was Sid Elcid Keneval.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, he was not going to be there.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_00]: And Sid would lose a whole bunch of weight and he would go down to like five pounds and he was just skin and bones and he would lose a lot of his fur and he looked like he was dying then we'd take him to the vet and then they would give him steroids and he would just plump back up and he would be super healthy you know he'd have all the energy his fur would grow back he would have an appetite and then it would start to wear off and then we'd do it again and it started where you only had to give him a shot like once every couple of years.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_00]: then it eventually got to several times per year and I won't go into the just awful tragic details of it but it was those shots that ultimately killed him.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_00]: So it did prolong his life by a lot but in the end that's why he died and I feel like with Donald Trump he's being given drugs to appear, you know, healthy to appear like he can keep things together and maybe he can for the
- 30:49[SPEAKER_00]: are given to an 80-year-old man who has congestive heart failure and dementia, and God only knows what else.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_00]: You know?
- 30:57[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, no castler is sent for years.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_01]: The Donald's on Adderall.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, I mean, that's already bad for you.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_01]: Certainly, you're heart.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_01]: For everyday use.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's just not a good thing.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's speed, man.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_01]: And so,
- 31:10[SPEAKER_01]: And you can tell when he's on it and you can tell when he's not.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_00]: Because he's all in and then other times he's somber, so somber.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: And then he falls asleep.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: So there's that problem.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, it's, yeah, he's not healthy, obviously.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: And with the bruises on his hands, that's got to be IVs of whatever they're giving him to keep him alive.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_01]: If they're giving him steroids to keep down any information.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_01]: That could explain a lot of his rage because when my sister was on steroids for her tumors, I mean, she would get really upset at the drop of a dime.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_01]: And like to the point where we would get on the phone and talk and then she'd get upset with me and I'm like, Carrie, we can't talk on the phone anymore.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: I have to see you in person.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: And she's like, I understand.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_01]: I said, don't worry about it.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's not you.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_01]: It's what they're giving you.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_01]: And I said, but we cannot have detailed conversations over the phone because it upsets you.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_01]: And she's like, OK, and that's when we started just like, especially when it came to her care talking about that.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I would only do it in person.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_01]: So that you can see how I looked how I was talking.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, because that does matter.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_01]: And when you're on steroids, man, they make you
- 32:25[SPEAKER_01]: That's right, Rage is a thing, man.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I don't know that he's, I mean, I would assume they're giving them all kinds of things.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, in order to be, he's getting the best possible medical care.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: But that doesn't, and what it is, is yes, it is prolonging his life.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_00]: And nobody likes that.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: But I think I'm going to maintain though that all of the drugs that he's getting to keep him alive are ultimately going to serve
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: And the opposite direction, you know, I don't, I don't know when it's going to be nobody knows, but it's funny because I was scrolling Instagram and I I don't know who this woman is, but like it was all she said as she said no names and she just said okay everybody I keep asking my guides so she's clearly so I keep asking my guides and they just keep telling me 2030.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: And that's all she would say she didn't say anybody's name or what was going to happen, but I'm like, that's what she thinks Trump's gonna die in 23.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, that's what it is.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_01]: That's so far away.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_00]: I know and I'm like, please be wrong.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, I want to be wrong.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_00]: I really want to be wrong.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't, you know,
- 33:37[SPEAKER_01]: And I have anything to do with Donnie.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_00]: It might have everything to do with the rest of us.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my God.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: Now I want to ask you about John Olsof.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_00]: Because I don't, okay, for any reason.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking to the Congress and from Hunktown.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_00]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
- 33:53[SPEAKER_00]: President Bay is, yeah, there's a woman I don't know who she is, but she's on Twitter and she'd always called him Senator Bay, and I'm like, it just made me laugh because she loves him.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_00]: And every time I would see it, it would make me laugh and now I'm just like, oh my god President Bay.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_00]: So number one, I know it's too early to talk about 2028 and I don't give a shit.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_00]: Number two, I do think he's ascending and he just said the other day he's not running for president and I was like, ah, that's what they all say.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't fucking say that, so say what you want.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_00]: I know you gotta get elected this time.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: I think you will, but oh my fucking God, I think he's gonna be the one.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_00]: I just can't, and I'm, you know, what do I fucking know?
- 34:32[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, I can't make political predictions to save my life, but that's not necessarily true.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_00]: I've been pretty good at predicting things until Kamala, and I still think she won.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: I think she won too.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_00]: And she clearly didn't win by the numbers I was hoping.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_00]: count, but no, no, that didn't happen.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was never going to happen.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: You know, 400 electoral votes.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's very Reagan-esque.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I was really helping for that.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I thought stupidly that was going to happen.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_00]: But...
- 35:06[SPEAKER_01]: Not with the first black lady.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_01]: Nope.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not going to happen.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm I get it.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_00]: I get it.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_00]: And I will always Express the fact that I got that so fucking wrong.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: Although I think I was right in that I think she really did win.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_01]: I know, eventually we're going to find out that she's.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_01]: We are.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_00]: But I think that, I mean, I know we, somebody's friends at me, don't forget about Mark Kelly.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not forgetting about any of our Kelly's great, too.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I like Mark Kelly.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_00]: And if he's nominee, I'll be fucking happy.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just looking right now at the potential pull that we're going to see, which is, of course, going to be massive again.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: And probably ugly.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: See, that's one of the things I don't want to deal with, all the
- 35:48[SPEAKER_01]: But I hate primary season.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_00]: I know he's just, it's so horrible.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: And then, but I think though he's going to emerge.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you know, I don't give a shit.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_00]: What he says right now.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: He has this energy to him and it reminds me of the energy Obama had.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it's just, I'm not, I don't want to straight up compare him to Obama.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: Although I definitely see parallels.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_00]: He's his own person.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_00]: Obama is his own person.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_00]: you see an energy coming right you're feeling the energy building and I just have a feeling about him.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's going to be him.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I'm wrong.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe him in 32 and maybe or in 36.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_01]: That may be true.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe not.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_01]: Because he's young.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_01]: He's very Kennedy asked as far as I'm concerned.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's going to be the now.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_01]: Well, hey, if you're right, he's got my vote.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_01]: I mean,
- 36:44[SPEAKER_00]: I know oh my god he's he's handsome he's well spoken he speaks truth to power and you know this country has slid backwards as far as how we view women and what we think is possible I've talked about it a number of times on the show so I won't go over and over and over again
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: I obviously want to see a woman president in my lifetime.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: I think that it's possible, but I think in this particular election, I don't want to fuck around.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_00]: I hate, you know, I know that the more progressive people say, oh, we shouldn't say this, but it's like my answer to that is, well, when you tell a teen that they shouldn't have sex, how effective is that?
- 37:25[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: Just because it shouldn't be doesn't mean that's our reality right now we have a reality that has been kicked backward for the last God is it's like 10 years yeah and so.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_00]: Even though I still believe that a woman could win, we've got to change the system because the woman Hillary did win.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, she said.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_00]: She said no, you can't.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_00]: We've got to make sure that what's in place right now, that keeps women out.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: is gone.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'm like fucking bring it.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care who you are.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I mean, I know, oh my god, a black fucking woman president for me.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_00]: So people in this country lose.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_00]: Look what a black man president did to them.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_00]: A black woman president is going to set, but still.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_00]: I do think it's possible.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_00]: I think we can do this, but I just think right now we got to get out of this shit and and then whoever is president in 2028 is going to have the biggest fucking clean up job of any president, I don't know, I know that's why what we have to do for our hopefully future democratic president is give that person 70 people in the fucking Senate and 300 fucking people in the
- 38:41[SPEAKER_01]: house so that the work can get done quicker than if we just give them slight margins.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Nancy Pelosi worked her ass off with such a slight margin.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_01]: And got as much as she could get done, and the Senate when they had the majority got as much as they could get done.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_01]: And it was very, it was good.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't enough.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_01]: And so the problem is is we, and then everybody bitched in
- 39:04[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck you.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's a bus.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_01]: You know who they were.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_01]: What about FDR?
- 39:09[SPEAKER_01]: He had a huge supermajorities in the Senate in the House.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_01]: Same with LBJ.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_01]: Huge supermajorities in the House and Senate.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_01]: We need to do that.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_01]: That's how those people got that shit done if we only give them three votes in the Senate and 10 votes in the fucking house.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not going to fucking get done as quickly as it should.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I will be with my sledgehammer as the cartoon says at the stupid arch.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: wanted on a shirt and you heard that the Donald was mad that the architect for ballroom wanted to put in I don't know fire escapes and fire exits and Donald said no because it's not aesthetically pleasing and so the fucking the fucking contractor the the architect quit oh my god I didn't hear that
- 40:00[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, he's a Donald Everett said, no, I am the one with the code.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm the one that handles coding, building codes.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_01]: Like, no, you don't, you fucking piece of shit.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_01]: Fine, Donald, go and let's light a fun match.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_01]: I know, really, really.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to take up smoking.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm going to take up smoking again, start fireplace and ballroom because that'll be fun.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: That's close that flu, shall we?
- 40:26[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, how about the electrical?
- 40:28[SPEAKER_01]: Because that can start a fire.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, he skimps on everything when he does shit.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's like,
- 40:34[SPEAKER_01]: Even though we're paying for it because we are, he's pocketing all the, you know, the kickbacks that he, that the contractors are giving him.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_01]: And so they're skimping.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_01]: And so even the bunker that they're built rebuilding because there already was one below the east wing that they're reinforced, whatever they're doing.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_01]: First thing I would do if I were the new potas go down there, check for bugs and check to make sure it's up to fucking code.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, my God, this man, you know, it's just unbelievable to me because our press is failing us so my God.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_00]: They're so bad.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's unreal.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it's really sad because my dad used to be a cameraman for ABC News, right?
- 41:17[SPEAKER_00]: And when, you know, and he's a Democrat, he's been a Democrat his whole life when all this started happening with Donald Trump.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_00]: Certain people like me and other people in my family were complaining about the press and my dad was getting super defensive right because it was like hey, you know, and at this point he was retired, but it was basically when Donald Trump came on and people were just noticing that Donald Trump was getting a certain kind of coverage or
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: that you know it like for instance in the 2016 campaign they would just fucking film an empty podium and not they wouldn't post what Hillary Clinton was saying or doing right it was the comment watch the empty podium until Donald Trump shows up because like you said the press loved him.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so now my father sees it, I mean, he's he's been seeing it for a while.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_00]: And he's so disappointed.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, you know, it's it's interesting because Brian Keram talks about I know it's I can't remember Helen something.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_00]: I can't remember her name.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, Helen, she was a she died a few years back.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_01]: She was the queen in the press room.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_00]: And then Sam Donaldson he look I guess Sam Donaldson was kind of like a mentor and you know my dad worked with Sam Donaldson so many times to the point that when my grandparents had their 50th wedding anniversary my dad put together it's so cool.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_00]: My dad and stepmother is also had worked for national news as an editor and both of them are Emmy winners.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_00]: And so they put together this video for my grandparents of, you know, family pictures and this and that.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_00]: But then they had Sam Donaldson come on and wish them happy anniversary.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's so sweet.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_00]: And they had a couple other famous news people.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_00]: I can't remember all the names, but anyway, I just had to throw that out there because I think it's really cool.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_00]: And they don't even remember why I started talking about it.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the thing is with what the press is doing at the moment we're getting the pool, the pool is good.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_01]: And the fact of the matter of the donny got on Caitlyn Collins case, yes.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm just being at the, you're not supposed to be covering me.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_01]: And she's like, hi, I have my fucking correct wish.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_01]: She's just where I'm saying fuck you, you fucking used to show motherfucker, but she won't because she's a professional and she's not me.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_01]: She really looks like she really looks like a friend of mine.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_01]: Like she could be his sister.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's really funny.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's like really I'm like my friend.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_01]: All Anyway, so She when he said no, she's because no, the UN gave me credentials.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_01]: This is not the White House Okay, if the UN didn't give her but then what was hilarious was CNN and didn't even air anything that he did at the US
- 44:06[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so it's like, you know what?
- 44:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we were there.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_01]: We were talking to other people.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_00]: You can fuck right the fuck off.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_00]: So wait a minute.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_00]: Now Fox decided to join the spanner.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: They're still on it, right?
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: They're.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, basically they are.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_01]: They have a somebody always controls who is going to be the press pool person, you know, company and CNN was supposed to start this week.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_01]: But I guess it's Fox right now is controlling who does.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: This is a White House people that do this.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_01]: And so they're the ones that control the feed camera and then all the microphones get hooked up to the patch bay basically, so every network can hear it, but they all get the same camera feed.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_01]: And so Fox has agreed, and I think reluctantly, by the way, to do this because if they didn't talk about propaganda.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_00]: No shit.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, do they really want to be seen as that?
- 44:59[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's bad enough because news, Max and all those other people don't have the capability of even sea spans going, no, to this.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: So, and it's like, and that's their job.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_01]: And so it was a, yeah, it was funny watching the, the, the, a hell of pad, ceremony and it was just hilarious.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I think what's gonna happen is because Donnie is not getting the fanfare, he's gonna cave soon.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's like the fact that he even yelled at Caitlin for being there.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 45:31[SPEAKER_00]: He lives for that shit.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_00]: I know that this is a big stunt that he's pulling in his angry and blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: But it's like, yeah, how long can he go?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: He kept the camera on him all the fucking time.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_01]: He can't.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then what happens to mainstream media that lives in his fucking anus?
- 45:48[SPEAKER_00]: How do they keep going?
- 45:50[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, everybody that's normal is not going is not feeding into him.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_01]: The AP New York Times even Washington Post and these are, you know, leading people.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_01]: These aren't even, you know, television media and ABC NBC CBS Fox News Fox affiliates.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_01]: They're all saying no.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_01]: Because if
- 46:12[SPEAKER_01]: If this continues, I mean, it's going to be overturned in court regardless, but if it were to say be upheld, which I is not going to happen.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_01]: Then the next Democrat can go, well, no news, Max, no, oh, and no, no bright part, no, you know, because those are the only fuckers showing up right now.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: And nobody's the only people that are watching them are those fans.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not seeing anything from them.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not, you know, because I don't watch that shit.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like the mainstream has taken, has done the right thing.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_01]: Finally, and they just need to stand their ground on this because they can still get access.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_01]: They just don't have him on the TV machine, on white house grounds.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_01]: If he's off white house grounds, they can shoot him only one.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_01]: Like they did with mom Donnie the other day, because that was his press conference.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_00]: And then he did, as you know, called on CNN MSNow and Politico first.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, it's so funny to him.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_00]: He knows how to play Trump so well.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, he plays him like a fucking fiddle.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he does.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, it's all you have to do is tell Donald Trump what he wants to hear and say things.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_00]: But Mombani can look at him straight in the face and go, you are a fascist.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_00]: And Trump doesn't even get angry.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_00]: because Mondami knows how to mom Donnie.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_00]: I always fucking say it one.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: He just like, he's fucking brilliant at this.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_00]: He knows how he's charming.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: They all my god.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: They should play that new stone song coming.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_00]: Mr.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: Charm.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you know it, but that's my new favorite song in the whole world.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like, I love the Rolling Stones and I've always loved the Rolling Stones, but I haven't really loved new music.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then I listen to Mr.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_00]: Charm and it's like, I'm obsessed with this fucking song.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I should call mom, Danny.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_00]: Now I want the last thing I want to talk to you about
- 48:11[SPEAKER_00]: Trump is below 30%, so I guess he's at a 29% approval, which is like number super duper low.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_00]: I have seen two people in particular suggest two people who are intelligent and have a big following.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just not gonna name for, I'm not gonna tell you why.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_00]: But they are like, okay, the fact that he's acting like he doesn't care should tell you something.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_00]: Now I do remember,
- 48:40[SPEAKER_00]: Allison Gill, she's not sounding that alarm, but she was saying in 2024.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_00]: that Trump, his behavior and things that he was saying, she's like, why is he saying this?
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: It looks like he doesn't give a shit.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like they know they're gonna win.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_00]: And like he was giving hints about the fact, and so the idea is Trump set 29% right now and he's not acting like he is.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: He's not acting like he is.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_00]: He kind of is.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, banning the press, between certain things is acting like what the fuck?
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: You know, the fact that he's going to Alaska.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_01]: campaign.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_01]: Alaska, Alaska, that's I say like Sandra Bullock in the post Alaska, Alaska, Alaska, the fact that he's going up there, the fact that he's going went to Texas, the fact that he's going to certain places that they're concerned about tells me they are concerned.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_01]: If they weren't concerned,
- 49:33[SPEAKER_01]: Why even give money?
- 49:35[SPEAKER_01]: Why bother putting money out?
- 49:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, why bother spending a dime if you know that the fix isn't.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_01]: There's no reason to spend money that he could eventually pocket.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_01]: If he's giving some money away right now.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_01]: And so I mean, I know he doesn't need it because he's stolen so much from us and others, but he's he's a hoarder.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't think he would be spending money that he doesn't need to spend if he thought, same with Elon Musk and others, if they really thought the fix was in,
- 50:03[SPEAKER_01]: Right now, money would not be an issue in any of the elections.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_01]: At least on the GOP side and they're pouring money into Texas like there's no tomorrow.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_01]: They pulled money from North Carolina, which is interesting.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_01]: But they're spending money where they are worried that this like in Iowa, they're starting to spend money up there.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_01]: These are places where it's iffy.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's a lean den.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_00]: And they shouldn't have to be spending money.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_01]: They shouldn't have to be spending money in red states.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_00]: That's really good to know because I think people have a tendency to not necessarily know this information.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know until you brought up.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_00]: So knowing this shows you something, right?
- 50:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's giving you a story that, yeah, that obviously it's easier to rig a presidential election because it's one.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's one thing that you have to focus on.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_00]: When you have a midterm it's I know that they can vote they can focus on one candidate in that air, but it's all over and I know also I don't know what happened in 2024 when it comes to the house in the Senate.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_00]: I know there was some weird shit going on, you know, like there was numbers that didn't add up and I, you know, so obviously they can cheat.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_00]: There are things they can do.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know you have to be obligatory about it.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yes, it bought the rest of the good and you have to be surgical about at least the house seats because again, Senate and governships and the presidency are all statewide elections.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_01]: So when it comes to trying to work, you Jeremy
- 51:39[SPEAKER_01]: throw people off the rolls, long lines for polling.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_01]: Those are ways to do it without cheating per se, because those are all legal.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_00]: Legal chaining, right?
- 51:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_01]: And then the other chicaneary you get very surgical on.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what?
- 51:54[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, how far is this leaning this way or that way?
- 51:55[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what can we do?
- 51:56[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how you start.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Elon Musk's baby mama said that he fixed the election.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, and it's the, it's the house elections that are harder to fix because
- 52:07[SPEAKER_01]: This is 435 people versus, you know, how many senators it's what 30 senators per election cycle and then just present vice president.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_01]: So that's a lot less people.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_01]: But again, and their statewide.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_01]: So that's when you do polling place issues throw people off the right.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_01]: That's how you deal with a statewide thing is to to kind of fuck with that throwing people off the rolls is the fastest way to do it.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:34[UNKNOWN]: Wow.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_00]: Well, Jodie, it's always how it's like wonderful having you on.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_00]: Because you like Sunday morning and I wish you were on every day.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I mean, like it's so easy to talk to you.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_00]: I just let a New Year so smart.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_01]: I live talking to you too.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_01]: You know so many things.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_00]: and congratulations with Noel.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_00]: I remember when I had Noel on the first time in September, 2020.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_00]: And finally enough, just as a little side thing, my psychic friend, I remember at the beginning of that year, she told me in September of 2020.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, your podcast is going to get a big bump.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to get something's going to happen.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I forgot about it, but then I had Noel on and I got a huge bump.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: He gave me a hit on because I
- 53:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we just had him on our show and then since I'm hosting for Stephanie next week, I asked Chris has said, can you see if Noel can do Monday for the hour, you know, the eight o'clock hour and he just that's when he texted me goes, yeah, no, I'll do it.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, because I just had him on.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, because he's guest.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_01]: He's a great guess.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he was on, he's been on with me on Stephanie's before.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's, but he wasn't doing it for a long time because I asked him a year ago to be on our show.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_01]: And he goes, I'm really not interested in coming back.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_01]: It shows, and I said, totally understand.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_01]: And then he was on Stephanie's show a few months ago.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's when I reached out.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_01]: Because John Fee will send Kent couldn't do it last Thursday.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, I haven't done another funny person.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_00]: And then he goes,
- 54:01[SPEAKER_01]: like absolutely would love to do it.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_01]: So we had we had a lovely time with him.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, I just reminded myself, I got an email jaun to confirm for tomorrow.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_00]: Jodi and all her work.
