- 0:34Speaker 1: Producer Pooh is here. Good Morning, Candace, Happy.
- 0:37Speaker 4: Monday, Happy Monday. Guys. I had a funny Easter yesterday
- 0:40Speaker 4: and I didn't realize, well, I didn't really remember how
- 0:44Speaker 4: nice painting eggs was, Like, I just felt like it
- 0:48Speaker 4: was very calming. For some reason, I've really done this
- 0:51Speaker 4: with Enzo really ever.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I want to robbing him of a childhood.
- 0:55Speaker 4: I just don't know why. We just never had I
- 0:58Speaker 4: guess the plastic eggs.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Were they not gluten free dye?
- 1:02Speaker 4: No, No, they weren't. They were full on like red, forty, blue,
- 1:06Speaker 4: eighty whatever they are.
- 1:07Speaker 1: I believe you've never died eggs with Yeah, well.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Before we would paint them and color them, but we
- 1:12Speaker 4: never like did where you dip them in the thing and.
- 1:14Speaker 1: That's the only way, definite way to do it.
- 1:16Speaker 5: No.
- 1:16Speaker 4: I mean there's other ways, like stickers and stencils and
- 1:18Speaker 4: like you know, these gel pins and stuff like that,
- 1:21Speaker 4: and you know, that's just kind of what we did before.
- 1:23Speaker 4: But I forgot how nice and calming it was. I
- 1:25Speaker 4: had so much fun doing that yesterday, and like experimenting
- 1:28Speaker 4: with the colors. We did all that, and I made
- 1:30Speaker 4: a prize egg for him with like the magic crayon. Yeah,
- 1:34Speaker 4: you know, you right on it and then color them
- 1:37Speaker 4: and then the letters show up.
- 1:38Speaker 1: No, I do because I was.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Anyways, we had so much fun doing that. And then
- 1:44Speaker 4: we tried to make homemade Reese's eggs yesterday and they
- 1:47Speaker 4: were kind of they were all right, you know, these
- 1:49Speaker 4: recipes go viral and everyone gets hype about it. They
- 1:52Speaker 4: were okay. I was gonna bring you guys some, but
- 1:54Speaker 4: I knew you wouldn't appreciate them, so just let us
- 1:59Speaker 4: take I know, I guess I could tomorrow because there's
- 2:03Speaker 4: a few less now.
- 2:04Speaker 1: That's no, we don't want three day old eggs.
- 2:06Speaker 4: That are okay, two day old, but I could sprinkles
- 2:09Speaker 4: on them.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Well, what was wrong with them anyway was a TikTok recipe.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean they're okay. It's like almond flour and
- 2:15Speaker 4: you mix it.
- 2:15Speaker 1: With peel butter, all right, them out, and syrup is
- 2:18Speaker 1: going to be almond flow. Why can't it just be flour?
- 2:20Speaker 4: Well, it could just be flour. But that's the healthier
- 2:22Speaker 4: part because.
- 2:23Speaker 1: See exactly why you try to make a TikTok recipe healthy.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Yeah, this was a healthy recipe. These are like, you know,
- 2:29Speaker 4: healthy Reese's.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Eggs, healthy eggs. Can you let this kid live?
- 2:37Speaker 4: The good news is he got Reese's pieces in his
- 2:39Speaker 4: Easter basket and we shared those, all right.
- 2:42Speaker 6: Good.
- 2:43Speaker 1: He wasn't robbed of easter, not at all, all right.
- 2:47Speaker 4: And he found the prize eggs.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I'm glad you had a nice easter. Yeah.
- 2:50Speaker 4: How about you, guys?
- 2:51Speaker 1: I was good producer? What about you? Oh?
- 2:54Speaker 7: Yesterday it was a self care Part two Sunday. Yeah,
- 2:58Speaker 7: my sister had when was one? Part Part one was
- 3:01Speaker 7: when I got my pity last week? Okay tradition yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 7: Part two. Yeah, I'm trying to take care of myself,
- 3:08Speaker 7: try to get all these pimples and stuff off my face.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I got a got a mud mask.
- 3:13Speaker 4: You usually do look brighter. Your face looks thank you.
- 3:17Speaker 7: I used these two uh was it collagen strips up
- 3:20Speaker 7: under there trying to get the dog?
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yeah, dark colors up under my eyes. Dog, I'm tired
- 3:24Speaker 1: of looking like one hundred one is going on?
- 3:26Speaker 7: Yeah, so you put what on these muddy masks? Yeah,
- 3:29Speaker 7: mud masks. Set that on there for about fifteen minutes,
- 3:32Speaker 7: took it off. Then I used this exfoliating cream and
- 3:35Speaker 7: then rubbed that on rint that. Then I used the
- 3:38Speaker 7: collagen patches for about thirty minutes, and yeah, what do
- 3:41Speaker 7: I look like?
- 3:41Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 3:41Speaker 4: Yeah, I know your skill looks great.
- 3:43Speaker 1: You know what's funniest? And right before that, he shoveld
- 3:47Speaker 1: Dorito's Takers locos and mashed potatoes into his mouth.
- 3:51Speaker 4: He starts inside.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Shout out Charlene. Yeah, I love that. And I was
- 3:56Speaker 1: so frustrated with too yesterday watching that damn thing. Poo
- 4:00Speaker 1: did a review because we were talking about weird foods
- 4:03Speaker 1: and commos people like whatever. Last week, I'm Friday, Charlene
- 4:06Speaker 1: called and she said she like Dorito's Tacos Locos with
- 4:09Speaker 1: mashed potatoes from KFC. So he went and got both,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and pooh, I'm like waiting for this review Yeah, he
- 4:15Speaker 1: eats it, dances and goes big back approved. Can you
- 4:22Speaker 1: tell me a little bit about it?
- 4:25Speaker 7: Was it?
- 4:25Speaker 6: It was good?
- 4:28Speaker 1: I guess I should have. Okay, he's not he's not
- 4:30Speaker 1: a Keith Lee. Yeah, I need to go back and
- 4:32Speaker 1: go into detail, not into detail, go and say anything
- 4:35Speaker 1: about it. What did it tastes?
- 4:37Speaker 6: Like?
- 4:37Speaker 1: Who does a food review and then doesn't review the food?
- 4:40Speaker 1: Yeah it was good, Yeah, it was good. I'm like,
- 4:45Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, and and then it.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Just ended right.
- 4:49Speaker 4: But when I cooked for him, he just trashes with
- 4:51Speaker 4: all this every adjective.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yeah, when you come in, it's the world's worst review ever,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and he gives you every detail about why it sucked.
- 5:00Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, yeah, okay, back to the drawing board. Yeah no,
- 5:04Speaker 7: let's just forget the drawing board. Guess where I was yesterday?
- 5:09Speaker 7: I went to the metropolis of Weatherford.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Oh why, yeah, what's going on?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Why? You know what Weatherford is? Is cute?
- 5:23Speaker 5: It is.
- 5:24Speaker 6: So.
- 5:24Speaker 1: We were just trying to find some new fishing spots,
- 5:26Speaker 1: my son and I. So we went to a place
- 5:28Speaker 1: called the Weatherford Croppie House. Crappy yeah fish, that's a
- 5:37Speaker 1: type of fish. But yeah, So we went and then
- 5:38Speaker 1: we just literally there's like a little fishing pier slash
- 5:42Speaker 1: barge that you can go fish on, and uh yeah.
- 5:45Speaker 1: It was actually a lot of fun.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Really.
- 5:47Speaker 1: We caught some fish, had a good time, met some
- 5:50Speaker 1: very awesome people. They hung out and yeah, and then
- 5:53Speaker 1: we laughed. But I'm like, wow, it felt like small
- 5:56Speaker 1: town vibes to me. Oh yeah, I'm not really in
- 5:59Speaker 1: a small town often. So it was like everybody knew
- 6:02Speaker 1: each other. And it was the honor system. You pay
- 6:05Speaker 1: five bucks to go on this little pier, and it
- 6:08Speaker 1: was the honor system. When's the last time you heard
- 6:09Speaker 1: about the honor system? I love that you put your
- 6:12Speaker 1: five dollars in a little bucket. Oh pooh, would not
- 6:16Speaker 1: be honoring. No, I leave a note.
- 6:20Speaker 5: I owe you.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It was fun though. I like that caught a bunch
- 6:25Speaker 1: of fish, hung threw them back. We didn't keep it.
- 6:27Speaker 4: I was gonna say, do you eat crappee fish? Yeah
- 6:29Speaker 4: you can?
- 6:30Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, you're sure you can.
- 6:33Speaker 7: Don't think there were a lot of bones in them, No, coppie,
- 6:37Speaker 7: that's that's carp oh carps.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Have you ever caught a fish and eating it?
- 6:43Speaker 4: Poo me?
- 6:45Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, but I never cleaned it and stuff like that.
- 6:47Speaker 7: My mom actually when she was alive. Yeah, that's what
- 6:50Speaker 7: she used to do. No, I don't know how to
- 6:52Speaker 7: do all that.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Nope, she tried to show me to eat your man fish.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'll tell you what you won't do. I won't wait
- 7:01Speaker 1: for the review of.
- 7:01Speaker 6: Yeah, guess is tough.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in the.
- 7:05Speaker 6: Morning only on the new Mix one two point on
- 7:09Speaker 6: the way.
- 7:09Speaker 1: More chances to get these brutal Mars tickets. We got
- 7:11Speaker 1: them all day on the forty so your first shot
- 7:13Speaker 1: six forty four seats upgraded dinner Hotel, We got you,
- 7:18Speaker 1: Candice Lopez right now though, what's up?
- 7:20Speaker 4: Yeah, we got a mix of clouds and sun today
- 7:22Speaker 4: to start off the work week. Should be pretty nice though.
- 7:24Speaker 4: We get a high of seventy two. Midweek looks pretty similar,
- 7:27Speaker 4: and then we have chances for rain back into the weekend.
- 7:30Speaker 4: It's fifty degrees outside right now. It is a huge
- 7:33Speaker 4: day for the crew of Artemis two as they will
- 7:35Speaker 4: reach the moon later today, so they're going to hit
- 7:38Speaker 4: a new distance record during this fly by. It'll be
- 7:41Speaker 4: streaming on YouTube and also Netflix. Who will tap directly
- 7:45Speaker 4: into NASA's official broadcast. But this this broadcast starts at
- 7:49Speaker 4: noon and then at twelve fifty six they will set
- 7:52Speaker 4: the record for the farthest humans have ever gone into space.
- 7:55Speaker 4: And then at one forty five that's when the flyby starts.
- 7:58Speaker 4: But they're actually gonna lose communications with mission control for
- 8:02Speaker 4: about forty five minutes, right around five forty five today,
- 8:06Speaker 4: So that's gonna be.
- 8:07Speaker 1: The weird part. Yeah, just what forty five minutes of
- 8:10Speaker 1: just nothingness, no communication with Earth? You are just put
- 8:14Speaker 1: yourself in that position, right, I can't no, just think
- 8:17Speaker 1: about you are floating further away than any human's ever
- 8:20Speaker 1: been in space, and for forty five minutes you will
- 8:22Speaker 1: have zero contact with Earth. And this is the critical
- 8:25Speaker 1: point in the mission where nobody's ever done it. So
- 8:27Speaker 1: they're pretty much the guinea pigs to see if it's
- 8:29Speaker 1: gonna work.
- 8:29Speaker 4: Right, two hundred and fifty three thousand miles. That flyby
- 8:33Speaker 4: is gonna end at eight twenty. But yeah, I can't imagine,
- 8:36Speaker 4: like how is what is the training like for that?
- 8:38Speaker 4: Because you have to mentally be like do we just
- 8:41Speaker 4: check out? Do we like just breathe take it all in?
- 8:44Speaker 4: Like I couldn't imagine.
- 8:45Speaker 1: You don't really have a choice. I guess here we are.
- 8:48Speaker 1: This is I mean, they're very brave people. I will
- 8:51Speaker 1: say that. No matter what you know, whether you think
- 8:53Speaker 1: we've been to the Moon or not, whatever, this is
- 8:55Speaker 1: pretty intense. The fact that you're just getting shot into
- 8:59Speaker 1: space right doing something nobody's ever done before, to just
- 9:02Speaker 1: loop around the Moon real quick.
- 9:03Speaker 4: No, but we're just in control of the Moon's orbit now,
- 9:06Speaker 4: we're just letting it slingshot us around. I love all
- 9:10Speaker 4: these videos that are coming back. Did you see them
- 9:12Speaker 4: actually wake the crew up with Pink Pony Club? Yes,
- 9:15Speaker 4: on Saturday?
- 9:16Speaker 1: That was cool.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Yeah, they were playing the song and then you hear
- 9:18Speaker 4: the astronauts say we were eagerly awaiting the chorus, and
- 9:21Speaker 4: the guys like, we'll try again next time. We were
- 9:23Speaker 4: getting into the song it.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:26Speaker 4: And then how about that Eastern message from pilot Victor Glover.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Did you guys see that this.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Was actually very inspiring?
- 9:32Speaker 6: It was.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Do we have some of it? Yeah, we do, it's
- 9:36Speaker 4: just not are we transmitting from space right now?
- 9:38Speaker 1: That's how inspiring. We're actually on the dark side of
- 9:41Speaker 1: the moon right now. That's okay.
- 9:43Speaker 4: If I got it. I got it.
- 9:44Speaker 1: The button wouldn't work, though.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Have anything prepared? I you know, I don't have anything prepared.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I I'm glad you brought that up though. I think
- 9:52Speaker 3: these observances are important, and as we are so far
- 9:56Speaker 3: from Earth and looking back at you know, the beauty
- 9:58Speaker 3: of creation. I think for me, one of the really
- 10:01Speaker 3: important personal perspectives that I have up here is I
- 10:06Speaker 3: can really see Earth as one thing. And you know,
- 10:08Speaker 3: when I read the Bible and I look at all
- 10:10Speaker 3: of the amazing things that were done for us who
- 10:13Speaker 3: were created, it's you. You have this amazing place, this spaceship.
- 10:17Speaker 3: You guys are talking to us because we're in a
- 10:19Speaker 3: spaceship really far from Earth, but you're on a spaceship
- 10:22Speaker 3: called Earth that was created to give us a place
- 10:26Speaker 3: to live in the universe and the cosmos. Think, and
- 10:28Speaker 3: I'm trying to tell you, just trust me, you are
- 10:31Speaker 3: special in all of this emptiness. This is a whole
- 10:34Speaker 3: bunch of nothing, this thing we call the universe. You
- 10:36Speaker 3: have this oasis, this beautiful place that we get to
- 10:39Speaker 3: exist together.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Okay, Oh that's beautiful.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Yeah, that was the part that got me.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, think about that we are on this beautiful place.
- 10:49Speaker 1: We're so lucky to be here.
- 10:51Speaker 4: To stop being stupid, like zoom out like they're doing
- 10:54Speaker 4: right now, zoom and be like, Hey, I'm just one
- 10:57Speaker 4: little tiny space in this tree giant universe. Why are
- 10:59Speaker 4: we living like this?
- 11:00Speaker 1: I know we need to see Can we all just
- 11:02Speaker 1: get along? Yeah and figure it out?
- 11:05Speaker 4: Yeah? Exactly, I'm speaking of Eastern real quick, guys, because
- 11:08Speaker 4: this post from songwriter Diane Warren went viral because we
- 11:12Speaker 4: know where Britney Spears was on the holiday yesterday, apparently
- 11:15Speaker 4: with Molly Shannon, Diane Warren, her manager, and some celebrities.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Yesterday it was Molly Shannon.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Molly Shannon, she's an actress.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know her.
- 11:23Speaker 4: She was on SNL for a long time. Okay, yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 4: but this pick went viral because Brittany and Diane are
- 11:29Speaker 4: like flipping off the camera and we're like, what in
- 11:31Speaker 4: the easter is going on here? Yeah?
- 11:34Speaker 1: Britney Spear range yes, and Diane Warren, Yes, flipping off
- 11:37Speaker 1: the camera. Yeah, send them to the moon.
- 11:41Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 11:44Speaker 4: All right, I'm Canda Slopez. Those are your Texas top
- 11:47Speaker 4: stories on Mixedler fake News.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you three headlines, gonna tell me which
- 11:50Speaker 1: one is fake? Are you ready ready? First headline, Kansas
- 11:53Speaker 1: man kicked out of Walt Disney World for passing excessive
- 11:57Speaker 1: amounts of gas?
- 11:59Speaker 2: Oh what?
- 12:01Speaker 1: Kansas man kicked out of Walt Disney World for passing
- 12:05Speaker 1: excessive amounts of gas? All right? Headline number one. Headline
- 12:09Speaker 1: number two Chinese people buying apartments to store dead relatives
- 12:13Speaker 1: ashes because it's cheaper than grave sites. Come on, Chinese
- 12:18Speaker 1: people buying apartments to store dead relatives ashes because it's
- 12:23Speaker 1: cheaper than grave sites.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Come on.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Headline number two. Headline number three, Florida man stops to
- 12:29Speaker 1: help crashed lexus winds up in hospital after being attacked. Oh,
- 12:34Speaker 1: Florida man stops to help crashed lexus winds up in
- 12:37Speaker 1: hospital after being attacked. Three headlines, Right there, You gotta
- 12:42Speaker 1: tell me which one is the fake? Headline? Pretty good today?
- 12:45Speaker 1: It's pretty hard.
- 12:46Speaker 4: Yeah, it's very hard.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Candis, Do you want to go first? Or you want
- 12:49Speaker 1: to pass it to Monday or Monday version of poo
- 12:51Speaker 1: to the KFC version of Oh mashed potato poo.
- 13:00Speaker 4: Locos pooh?
- 13:01Speaker 1: All right, well pooh. Now that it's passed to you,
- 13:03Speaker 1: which one do you think is the fake headline.
- 13:07Speaker 2: That's hard.
- 13:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with that first story, McGee isn't okay, Okay, yeah,
- 13:12Speaker 1: you're want to lock that in? Lock me in blends,
- 13:14Speaker 1: lock that in Cannislow pass. Which one do you think
- 13:18Speaker 1: is the fake story? Man?
- 13:19Speaker 4: That second one sounds super crazy, but for some reason,
- 13:23Speaker 4: I'm leaning towards the Florida man's story. So lock me
- 13:25Speaker 4: in for that third one.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Hey, Florida man who gets tries to help some of
- 13:28Speaker 1: these crash and gets attacked. Yeah, let's lock it in.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Here we go, locked in. Oh the lock buttons. There
- 13:33Speaker 1: we go WD forty for this. All these buttons are
- 13:37Speaker 1: not working today, free, I know it is. Everything's still
- 13:40Speaker 1: loading like me.
- 13:41Speaker 7: All right.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Today's winner is producer Pooh. Congratulations starting off the week
- 13:57Speaker 1: with the wind. Okay, maybe only because Candice leag you first.
- 14:01Speaker 1: That's really what it comes down, all right, the real stories. Yeah,
- 14:04Speaker 1: the story is fake about Walt Disney World. There is
- 14:07Speaker 1: rumors going around. If you've seen the viral post where
- 14:11Speaker 1: it says people are getting kicked out of Walt Disney
- 14:13Speaker 1: World because they're passing gas. No, because Disney World has
- 14:17Speaker 1: thermal cameras now that they can tell how many times
- 14:19Speaker 1: you do that. Oh no, it's just a fake story
- 14:22Speaker 1: that went viral, but it's not real, which would be awful. Yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 1: that's if you had the job of checking the thermal cameras. Yeah,
- 14:30Speaker 1: that's disgusting, all right. Florida man stops to help crash
- 14:34Speaker 1: Lexis winds up in hospital after being attacked. A Florida
- 14:37Speaker 1: man who pulled over to help a crash victim near
- 14:39Speaker 1: Disney World ended up in the hospital after the persons
- 14:42Speaker 1: he stopped for attacked him. Oh no, Hans Hamilton. That
- 14:47Speaker 1: sounds like a fake name. Hans Hamilton spotted a car
- 14:51Speaker 1: that had hit a guardrail on the highway. He gets
- 14:54Speaker 1: out to help. Forty four year old Daniel Coleman appeared
- 14:58Speaker 1: to be unconscious in the grass, who then suddenly jumped
- 15:02Speaker 1: up and attacked Hamilton on his tesla's hood before punching
- 15:06Speaker 1: him repeatedly wow, leaving Hamilton with a brain bleed, oh,
- 15:11Speaker 1: broken ribs and a concussion. When a deputy arrived, the
- 15:16Speaker 1: guy swung on the officer as well.
- 15:19Speaker 6: Oh.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Hamilton still battered, helped to wrestle Comb into the ground,
- 15:23Speaker 1: and he was charged with multiple offenses and his bond
- 15:26Speaker 1: is now set at five thousand dollars. They don't know
- 15:29Speaker 1: what's going on. All I know is this guy gets
- 15:32Speaker 1: This is what happens when you're trying to be nice,
- 15:34Speaker 1: right exactly, you stop to help somebody. All of a
- 15:36Speaker 1: sudden you're getting punched. Like what, this guy's in the grass.
- 15:40Speaker 1: You're like, I'm going to help this guy. He hops
- 15:42Speaker 1: up like a squirrel with rabies and attacks you. This
- 15:48Speaker 1: is why I'm not nice, not stopping anymore. Gosh, all right.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Next story. Chinese people find it cheaper to buy an
- 15:56Speaker 1: apartment for dead relatives ashes than a grave site. When
- 16:00Speaker 1: it costs more to bear your loved one than to
- 16:02Speaker 1: get an apartment, there's a solution that came to mind
- 16:04Speaker 1: and people in China. However, the country is now banning
- 16:07Speaker 1: the growing practice where families store their relatives cremated remains
- 16:11Speaker 1: inside empty apartments rather than paying for cemetery plots. They're
- 16:16Speaker 1: known as bone ash apartments. Yes, this is happening, often
- 16:22Speaker 1: in barely occupied residential complexes that have been converted into
- 16:26Speaker 1: makeshift shrines with candles, urns, and portraits of the deceased.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Cemeteries cost they become out of control. I guess in China,
- 16:34Speaker 1: where it's so hard to afford a plot of land
- 16:37Speaker 1: to bury your loved one, So they said, well, we're
- 16:40Speaker 1: just going to cremate you and get you an apartment.
- 16:43Speaker 1: How is an apartment cheaper in China than a grace?
- 16:46Speaker 1: That is crazy? But now people are banning it because
- 16:50Speaker 1: yet people are living with so many shrines. I wouldn't
- 16:53Speaker 1: even be mad. Wouldn't you rather that than a loud neighbor?
- 16:57Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, that's true.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Right, every time I've lived in an apartment, I wish
- 17:02Speaker 1: my upstairs neighborhood was.
- 17:04Speaker 4: Dead in the garage, right, yeah.
- 17:08Speaker 1: But how cheap is it to get an apartment over there?
- 17:11Speaker 1: Or this is a solution?
- 17:12Speaker 6: Right?
- 17:12Speaker 4: Are we splitting this? If there's like multiples in there?
- 17:16Speaker 4: What's going on here?
- 17:17Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 17:17Speaker 1: And then your dead roommate doesn't pay rent to put
- 17:22Speaker 1: my ashes out in the streets. Oh my god, it
- 17:25Speaker 1: makes one or two point nine and bailing a kid
- 17:27Speaker 1: Canni Slowpas producer poo. Today's National Pajama Day, okay, which
- 17:32Speaker 1: there's a day for everything, and you know that annoys
- 17:33Speaker 1: me sometimes, But whatever National Pajamada'm gonna ask everybody in
- 17:37Speaker 1: the room what they sleep in what do you consider pajamas?
- 17:40Speaker 6: No?
- 17:40Speaker 1: And I say that because what is considered pajamas? Does?
- 17:43Speaker 1: I don't think anybody really goes to bed in pajamas, right,
- 17:46Speaker 1: like a set of pajamas. Who does that? Or maybe
- 17:49Speaker 1: they do? Maybe sometimes you do.
- 17:51Speaker 4: I mean sometimes it's rare, of course you do. No, no, no,
- 17:53Speaker 4: sometimes really like it's very rare.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So what do you typically sleep? Am I gonna regret
- 17:59Speaker 1: asking this question? Pooh and Candice?
- 18:01Speaker 4: I mean not me, but like pajama shorts, like the
- 18:05Speaker 4: pajama set, but I'll wear the shorts more than the tops. Okay, yeah,
- 18:10Speaker 4: so I'll rotate like pajama shorts with like T shirts
- 18:13Speaker 4: are like soft, like you know, nightwear things.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Which makes sense. Yeah right, Okay, So that's I think
- 18:19Speaker 1: that's typical for I don't know what the average woman
- 18:22Speaker 1: sleeps in. Maybe nothing, whatever whatever you're into. But for guys,
- 18:26Speaker 1: it's different. Like because we had a girl say that, Oh,
- 18:28Speaker 1: it's just her boyfriend. I'm not gonna say it yet,
- 18:31Speaker 1: because there's a rumor that Pooh does this. Oh, I
- 18:34Speaker 1: can't believe I'm gonna ask this, Pooh, what are you sleeping?
- 18:38Speaker 1: I don't sleep in nothing.
- 18:39Speaker 4: My God, weird.
- 18:41Speaker 1: This is so no, I'm sorry we talk about because
- 18:46Speaker 1: I don't sleep in nothing. Are you serious? How do
- 18:50Speaker 1: you do that? How do what do you mean do that?
- 18:52Speaker 1: Just go to bed? But okay, So I cannot sleep
- 18:56Speaker 1: in nude? Why you can't? I just can't do because
- 19:00Speaker 1: here's the deal, because I feel like, if there's an
- 19:02Speaker 1: emergency or I have to fight someone in the middle
- 19:05Speaker 1: of the night, I can't fight naked.
- 19:07Speaker 4: How many times in your life have does an emergency
- 19:10Speaker 4: happen or someone came to fight you while you were asleep?
- 19:12Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 19:13Speaker 1: Many times. Maybe not fight, okay, but I've had emergencies
- 19:19Speaker 1: definitely in the middle of the night, okay, And I can't.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I will not. I would not be able to sleep
- 19:24Speaker 1: and be okay if I had to just be naked
- 19:25Speaker 1: all night, okay, because first of all, my house is
- 19:28Speaker 1: burned down. As a kid, right, what was I gonna
- 19:30Speaker 1: do if I had to get up and just naked.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:32Speaker 6: No.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Second, if there's an emergency with like my son or something,
- 19:35Speaker 1: he comes downstairs and it's like, Dan, we gotta go
- 19:37Speaker 1: outside right now, something's going on. I'm just gonna be
- 19:39Speaker 1: walking around and just that takes too much time to
- 19:41Speaker 1: put on shorts and boots and no, you're right, T shirt?
- 19:45Speaker 7: So what happens if that happens? Pooh for you, It
- 19:48Speaker 7: magically happens. I always have some shorts like a standby
- 19:52Speaker 7: right there.
- 19:53Speaker 1: One off. Your kids come in and they need something.
- 19:55Speaker 1: If they come in, they go straight to the bathroom.
- 19:57Speaker 1: I'm bath room.
- 20:00Speaker 7: Bathroom is connected to my bedroom, so I sleep the
- 20:04Speaker 7: main bathroom.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I only have. Yeah, I have one bedroom, one bath
- 20:08Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, okay, that's more reason to wear claws. I'm
- 20:13Speaker 1: under the covers all the time. Okay, yeah, Well, because
- 20:16Speaker 1: we heard I had an anonymous tip from somebody that
- 20:18Speaker 1: you dated, I'm something you wore that. Should I bring
- 20:23Speaker 1: it up? Candice?
- 20:23Speaker 4: Yeah, bring it up?
- 20:24Speaker 1: Wait? What so somebody told me and this If this
- 20:29Speaker 1: is true, I'm gonna regret asking this because I don't
- 20:32Speaker 1: know why this would be. If I was a woman,
- 20:34Speaker 1: this would be a big gig. There's a rumor going
- 20:37Speaker 1: around that you sleep and nothing but a T shirt.
- 20:46Speaker 4: The Toddlers Spidey underwear and a T shirt. No, no,
- 20:52Speaker 4: just a T shirt?
- 20:53Speaker 1: Like no, is there really a man out there? Did
- 20:59Speaker 1: you go through?
- 21:03Speaker 4: It's basically a night gown.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I Is that true.
- 21:09Speaker 2: It's not true.
- 21:12Speaker 1: No, never went to bed just wearing a T shirt.
- 21:17Speaker 6: With that.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Ladies, let me ask you this, would that be an
- 21:24Speaker 1: in Okay, let me just ask you. You can't. Let's
- 21:28Speaker 1: just say it's let's just be. Let's just be take this.
- 21:32Speaker 1: What if you know?
- 21:32Speaker 6: I let my what.
- 21:34Speaker 1: What if you're with this guy?
- 21:36Speaker 4: Right?
- 21:36Speaker 1: And it's like, man, this guy is just everything I've
- 21:39Speaker 1: ever wanted in Like, let's say it's Eric. Yeah, because
- 21:42Speaker 1: he's obviously you're married to Eric. He's everything you've wanted.
- 21:45Speaker 1: You're like, oh my god, he's the perfect guy. Treats
- 21:48Speaker 1: me right. Date you just started dating. It's the first
- 21:51Speaker 1: night where he's going to stay over. You're staying over
- 21:53Speaker 1: there and he's like, all right, babe and brushing my
- 21:56Speaker 1: teeth and get ready for bed. And he walks out
- 21:57Speaker 1: of the bathroom. You're already cozied up and he walks
- 22:01Speaker 1: out of the bedroom just wearing a T shirt, no pants,
- 22:06Speaker 1: just a T shirt. Is that a deal breaker?
- 22:10Speaker 4: That's a deal breaker?
- 22:11Speaker 1: Right?
- 22:14Speaker 2: It's tests Tough Stories on the Tents with Billy the
- 22:16Speaker 2: Kid in the.
- 22:17Speaker 6: Morning only on the New Mix one two.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Point nine, right and early on a Monday morning. By
- 22:22Speaker 1: the way, Bruno Mar's tickets, we got them, Okay, Upgraded
- 22:25Speaker 1: floor seats get you up close to personal. Plus you
- 22:27Speaker 1: get dinner, you get a hotel. We hook it up
- 22:30Speaker 1: like that. So on the forties every hour, So seven
- 22:32Speaker 1: forty your next chance to win Candic Slowpez. What is
- 22:35Speaker 1: going on in our world?
- 22:36Speaker 4: Well, Triple A says the national average for a gallon
- 22:39Speaker 4: of regular gas has officially passed the four dollar mark,
- 22:42Speaker 4: although it looks stable going into this week at this point.
- 22:46Speaker 4: So because of this, they did want to share some
- 22:48Speaker 4: tips on how you can conserve gas to help your costs.
- 22:50Speaker 4: So they say, drive slower, Yeah, you'll use yes, the
- 22:54Speaker 4: less duel of course, So they say, go the speed
- 22:57Speaker 4: limit or slower.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Why would I do that? I know, just kidding?
- 23:01Speaker 4: Is money too?
- 23:02Speaker 1: Why would I do that?
- 23:03Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 23:03Speaker 1: I mean really though, to try to save gas, drives slower.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Is it really going to save you that much right
- 23:08Speaker 1: in the end?
- 23:09Speaker 4: Yeah, probably not that much. But they also say, you know,
- 23:11Speaker 4: you can shut off the AC, which who's doing that?
- 23:14Speaker 1: I guess I thought that was a myth that really
- 23:16Speaker 1: saves gas?
- 23:16Speaker 4: It does, yeah, unless you're like rolling your windows like
- 23:19Speaker 4: all the way down because then I feel like the
- 23:20Speaker 4: airflow is slowing you down coming into your car.
- 23:23Speaker 1: That is bizarre. I did not think that that actually
- 23:25Speaker 1: saved you any gas.
- 23:27Speaker 4: I thought that was it's a triple a. Yeah, miss
- 23:29Speaker 4: probably ask Eric though my husband knows all the car things.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Yeah. By the way, my entire computer froze.
- 23:34Speaker 4: Oh that's okay, I'll keep talking.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Yeah, go ahead, cannas.
- 23:36Speaker 4: Oh yeah, And then they also say, you know, you
- 23:38Speaker 4: should drop excess weight if you're carrying things in your
- 23:41Speaker 4: car that you don't really need, that effects fuel efficiency.
- 23:46Speaker 4: Well not you. Yeah, like if you're just carrying around
- 23:49Speaker 4: like like in the back of the trunk right now,
- 23:51Speaker 4: I've got like a chair for the baseball games. I
- 23:53Speaker 4: got a baseball bag with you know, helmets.
- 23:55Speaker 1: And my trunk does have a little Lextra in it.
- 23:58Speaker 1: My trunk is especial junk. I got drunk in that. Yeah.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Did they say for every one hundred pounds of weight
- 24:05Speaker 4: you can take out of your car, you can save
- 24:07Speaker 4: four cents a gallon?
- 24:08Speaker 7: So there you go.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Okay, Well, if you're.
- 24:10Speaker 4: Waiting for the costco gas, yeah, you're just burning gas
- 24:12Speaker 4: in the line waiting to get the disc.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Was just count the longest line the other day for
- 24:17Speaker 1: Costco Gas. Is that what they're waiting for? It because
- 24:19Speaker 1: it's the cheapest?
- 24:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I think so.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I mean I would rather get a part time job
- 24:23Speaker 1: than wait in that line. I mean that line was
- 24:26Speaker 1: so long.
- 24:27Speaker 4: Yeah, it's brutal.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Okay, so I get I can shed some weight, Yeah,
- 24:30Speaker 1: shed some weight.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Drive slower and turn off your AC.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Sounds awesome.
- 24:35Speaker 6: I know.
- 24:35Speaker 1: I can't wait to be on six thirty five. Just sweating.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Seriously, guys. A waimo had to be rescued from floodwaters
- 24:42Speaker 4: in San Antonio over the weekend after it got stuck.
- 24:45Speaker 4: Luckily no one was riding inside, but officers did try
- 24:48Speaker 4: to help re routed. I guess that caused more issues
- 24:52Speaker 4: for it. But waymos, I mean, what are we doing?
- 24:55Speaker 1: Wait? Wait, it was in floodwater.
- 24:57Speaker 4: It just got stuck there. So they're trying to move
- 25:01Speaker 4: this thing right, it's blocking the lanes.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Did you see the one that drove into a lake? No,
- 25:05Speaker 1: it was one that just kept drove a way.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Does that happen? Is the NAB not like updated?
- 25:15Speaker 1: I think that's what it was. I think it wasn't
- 25:17Speaker 1: updated or this road somehow, like there was something that
- 25:20Speaker 1: happened where the road was now a lake. Okay, and
- 25:23Speaker 1: the way moo just casually just kept driving. Wow.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Well last week there was one that was going the
- 25:29Speaker 4: wrong way in a one way school drop off zone too.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I saw that, come on. I remember the one that
- 25:34Speaker 1: was in a police chase. Yeah, and it blocked the
- 25:36Speaker 1: entire trying to turn around.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I was here in downtown Dallas, right.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it was. Oh my god. I'll tell
- 25:42Speaker 1: you what though, I would almost rather get in a
- 25:44Speaker 1: weymo that drives into the lake than with my son
- 25:47Speaker 1: who's fifteen.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Oh, I can't handle that. Stop posting videos. It's making
- 25:51Speaker 4: me feel like super old.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I didn't think this was going to be a weird thing.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I thought, you know, when he turns eighteen, it's going
- 25:57Speaker 1: to be a big deal to me. I'm gonna cry.
- 25:59Speaker 1: This is in the toughest one so far, because you
- 26:03Speaker 1: see him get behind a wheel and it feels like
- 26:04Speaker 1: that's freedom. That's a different that is where they kind
- 26:08Speaker 1: of start their adulthood. Now, this is an odd time
- 26:11Speaker 1: to be a parent when you see that, because and
- 26:13Speaker 1: Pooh's been through because he's got an older son. But
- 26:16Speaker 1: I just did. I'm not. I mean, and he's a
- 26:17Speaker 1: good driver. I'm kidding, but it's fifteen. He's fifteen, and
- 26:21Speaker 1: he's learning and I'm driving with him, and it's the
- 26:23Speaker 1: weirdest thing to me. I can't get used to it. Yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I can't.
- 26:27Speaker 4: I can't handle.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He did run a stomp sign yesterday.
- 26:29Speaker 2: He did ye.
- 26:31Speaker 3: Yell.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Oh my god. We were in weather for two boy.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Thankfully we didn't have cow or anything.
- 26:39Speaker 4: Anyway, real quick, guys. The Malcolm in the Middle reboot
- 26:42Speaker 4: will hit Hulu and Disney Plus on Friday. Frankie Munez
- 26:45Speaker 4: and Brian Kranson are back, reprising their roles. The actress
- 26:50Speaker 4: who plays their mom, she's also back, but Eric Persullivan,
- 26:53Speaker 4: who played Malcolm's little brother Dewey, he won't be part
- 26:56Speaker 4: of the show. And apparently this is because he's studying
- 26:59Speaker 4: Dickens and they're saying he is an incredible student and
- 27:02Speaker 4: just said no, thank you to the job offer. Actually
- 27:05Speaker 4: studying what Dickens?
- 27:07Speaker 1: What is that?
- 27:07Speaker 4: Charles Dickens?
- 27:08Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 27:09Speaker 4: Yeah, they said they throw buckets of money at this
- 27:12Speaker 4: guy and he's like, no, thanks, I'm good. I'm just
- 27:15Speaker 4: going to keep studying Dickens.
- 27:17Speaker 1: It's weird that some money forget about Dickens.
- 27:21Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I like that though this kind has been a part
- 27:24Speaker 1: of the fame, he doesn't want anymore. He knows what
- 27:26Speaker 1: he wants.
- 27:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 27:27Speaker 4: Well, the show is called Malcolm the Middle Life. Still unfair.
- 27:30Speaker 4: Like I said, it's premier was huge from two thousand

- 29:34Speaker 1: Yeah, like smells like yeah.
- 29:38Speaker 5: I even hate saying that because I love her, Like
- 29:41Speaker 5: she's amazing, she's sweet, she's everything like that I've ever
- 29:46Speaker 5: wanted in a relationship. And if this is just a
- 29:49Speaker 5: lately didn't start out this way, So.

- 29:57Speaker 1: going on in her world where all of a sudden
- 29:59Speaker 1: the smells horizon.
- 30:02Speaker 5: She's like on this new phase. I don't know if
- 30:04Speaker 5: it's like a trend online because I'm not really that
- 30:07Speaker 5: connected online. But she's in the like super organic, all
- 30:10Speaker 5: natural chemical anything talks.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Yep, she is. She's in her hippie phase right, Like
- 30:21Speaker 1: I get.
- 30:21Speaker 5: It, like be healthy, do your thing. But she switched
- 30:24Speaker 5: to like the hippie deodorant and it's like no fragrance,
- 30:28Speaker 5: gluten free shampoo and all this quote. Okay, I swear

- 30:51Speaker 5: Is it just I mean, it's just musty, you know,
- 30:58Speaker 5: And if once in a while, I oh, like, oh

- 31:02Speaker 5: day now and every night, and I don't know, I
- 31:06Speaker 5: feel bad. I just pretend like I fell asleep on
- 31:08Speaker 5: the couch, but it's really like I'm just trying.

- 31:14Speaker 1: You don't even sleep in the because she's musty.
- 31:19Speaker 5: It's genuinely like the romance and the intimacy's all gone.
- 31:22Speaker 4: Is she using low talks laundry detergent? Yeah, like the
- 31:27Speaker 4: unfragrance kind just makes clothes smell like clothes. It doesn't
- 31:31Speaker 4: like add fragrance.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Well, that's awful. I want fragrance. Is that bad for you?
- 31:35Speaker 4: Yeah, it's bad for you.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Why anything nice?
- 31:38Speaker 6: No?
- 31:38Speaker 4: I know, like the pants I have right now are
- 31:40Speaker 4: washed in like regular soap, and it's so strong I could.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Like smell it really Yeah good, thank you? Downy scent tabs.
- 31:49Speaker 1: I can't have those. So this is killing the romance.
- 31:51Speaker 1: It's killing everything about it. You can't you just can't
- 31:55Speaker 1: get past that smell. You gotta you gotta do something.
- 31:58Speaker 5: I can't. And I'd be okay if there was no smell,
- 32:00Speaker 5: but there is smell, you know, And I don't think
- 32:06Speaker 5: there's a nice way to say that to somebody that
- 32:08Speaker 5: you love, Like how do I just go, like, baby,
- 32:10Speaker 5: you stink badly?
- 32:12Speaker 4: Don't say that.
- 32:13Speaker 1: You can't say that. You can't say that.
- 32:15Speaker 4: I've experimented with like hippie deodorants before, right, yeah, Well,
- 32:21Speaker 4: and Eric told me that one of them wasn't working.
- 32:23Speaker 4: He didn't say like you yeah, he was just like, well,
- 32:27Speaker 4: because I was testing them, because you know, you got
- 32:29Speaker 4: to try them out, and Eric said something, yeah, Well,
- 32:32Speaker 4: he just said I don't think that one's working. I'm like, well, thanks,
- 32:37Speaker 4: that's perfect. That's what I needed to know.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Erk's awesome. He even figured out a way to be awesome.
- 32:43Speaker 6: Then.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Yeah, and he just said, I don't think that one's working, babe,
- 32:46Speaker 1: not you smell? Right there you go, Now you know
- 32:48Speaker 1: what to do?
- 32:49Speaker 6: Just someone.
- 32:49Speaker 4: And I've had him try them out before. He he
- 32:52Speaker 4: just can't like he loves fragrance. He loves smelling good
- 32:55Speaker 4: all the time. I like smelling good too. But and
- 32:59Speaker 4: I've told him, yeah, that one doesn't work. It's fine, Okay,
- 33:02Speaker 4: go back to your whatever man stuff as you use
- 33:05Speaker 4: man stuff.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Okay, Wow, I didn't know that happened. Well, I mean, sir,
- 33:10Speaker 1: you gotta do something.
- 33:11Speaker 5: Yeah, there's just been a trip.
- 33:12Speaker 4: Man.
- 33:13Speaker 5: I remember listening to your show in a while ago.
- 33:15Speaker 5: Somebody else called saying that their girlfriends thinks and I
- 33:19Speaker 5: just laughed so hard. I was like, no, way, that's real.
- 33:21Speaker 5: And then, like these last few days, I've just been like,
- 33:24Speaker 5: what is my life?
- 33:25Speaker 4: That didn't we determine it was her extensions or whatever?
- 33:30Speaker 2: Yes?
- 33:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it was her extensions got funky?
- 33:34Speaker 7: Yeah they did.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Yeah, because you leave me in there too long and
- 33:37Speaker 1: they start to smell like I don't know, like elbows,
- 33:41Speaker 1: like corn nuts. Yeah, like the back of the ear.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Corn nuts stink so bad, like belly butt cornnutstink. Well,
- 33:51Speaker 1: either way, I remember that because he had a problem
- 33:53Speaker 1: with it, and you're right. I mean, you gotta girls
- 33:56Speaker 1: in their extensions. Come on, well, sir, I'm going to
- 33:59Speaker 1: send you some vibes over the phone. You gotta figure
- 34:01Speaker 1: it out. I think that's the way to do it.
- 34:03Speaker 1: I think you say, hey, babe, you know what's funny
- 34:05Speaker 1: is I like I like this deodorant more than this
- 34:09Speaker 1: one and to pick one that smells good. Yeah, and
- 34:12Speaker 1: just pick a non hippie one. She's like, well that's toxic,
- 34:14Speaker 1: and be like so are you No, No, you gotta
- 34:20Speaker 1: speak up. Maybe that's the way it's saying. It's just
- 34:22Speaker 1: not working. It's not working. You can't let it just
- 34:25Speaker 1: die and and you sleep on the couch for the
- 34:27Speaker 1: rest of your life. But after a while you will
- 34:31Speaker 1: get used to it. They say that people get used
- 34:32Speaker 1: to their own sense, even if it's bad. And the
- 34:35Speaker 1: people around you like cat people, they're used to smoke
- 34:38Speaker 1: people who So if you get through this rough patch,
- 34:42Speaker 1: then you guys can just be oblivious together. We'll pray
- 34:48Speaker 1: for you. Thank you, sir.
- 34:52Speaker 2: All right, can court It gets settled here with Billy
- 34:57Speaker 2: the Kid in the morning.
- 35:01Speaker 1: For the animble Judge Candislompez on Monday. She gets grumpy
- 35:04Speaker 1: sometimes on Mondays.
- 35:05Speaker 4: Well you were playing your air saxophones.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Well it's that part of the song. Well, it's part
- 35:11Speaker 1: of the song when his horns come in. Yeah, I know,
- 35:13Speaker 1: I have to play air sacks.
- 35:15Speaker 4: That's fine.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Yeah, some people play air guitar. I've been playing air
- 35:17Speaker 1: sax for years.
- 35:18Speaker 4: Oh yeah, solid choice, solid Thank you.
- 35:20Speaker 1: It's mixed one of two point nine biling A Kid,
- 35:23Speaker 1: candaslow Pez Preducer Poo. It is distracting though.
- 35:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:25Speaker 1: When I play air Sacks, is it because it's sexy?
- 35:29Speaker 4: Is that why sexy Sack?
- 35:32Speaker 1: People often asked like, are you musically inclinable? And yeah,
- 35:35Speaker 1: I play air Sacks. I've been playing it for years now.
- 35:38Speaker 1: They're like, wow, are you serious. I'm like, okay, let's
- 35:43Speaker 1: not do that, all right, Cannis Court. If you have
- 35:45Speaker 1: an issue, we'll bring it on. Candas can help you
- 35:47Speaker 1: at Candas on Air on Instagram. Are you ready for
- 35:50Speaker 1: today's case?
- 35:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:51Speaker 1: I am a single mom and my nine year old
- 35:53Speaker 1: daughter is part of a carpool with two other girls
- 35:56Speaker 1: for school and extracurricular activities. Each parent drives at least
- 36:00Speaker 1: once a week, and it's worked out well for everyone,
- 36:03Speaker 1: especially since the girls are incredibly close friends. One of
- 36:06Speaker 1: the moms in the car pool is a heavy smoker.
- 36:10Speaker 1: When my daughter gets into her car, the smell is overwhelming.
- 36:14Speaker 1: When she gets home, her clothes or her backpack, they
- 36:17Speaker 1: all wreak of cigarette smoke. That alone makes me uncomfortable.
- 36:21Speaker 1: At the same time, I absolutely don't want to pull
- 36:23Speaker 1: her out of the car pool and separate her from
- 36:25Speaker 1: her friends. These girls are like sisters, and honestly, I
- 36:29Speaker 1: also feel bad for her friend, who lives in that
- 36:31Speaker 1: environment all the time when she comes home. When she
- 36:34Speaker 1: comes over for play dates, the girl smells of smoke.
- 36:37Speaker 1: It's so strong that it lingers in my house even
- 36:39Speaker 1: after she leaves. The lord part of me wants to
- 36:45Speaker 1: say something to the mom, but I don't want to
- 36:48Speaker 1: sound judgmental. Another part of me wonders if the simplest
- 36:51Speaker 1: solution is to just do all the driving by myself,
- 36:54Speaker 1: even if it means more stress on my schedule. Am
- 36:57Speaker 1: I wrong to confront her about the smoke? Should I
- 37:00Speaker 1: just quietly remove my daughter from those rides? Maybe that's
- 37:04Speaker 1: a solution. I don't know. I'm gonna take it to
- 37:06Speaker 1: Candas cor Candas, can you help? Ooh, Cannas is a
- 37:08Speaker 1: good one.
- 37:09Speaker 4: Oh man, Yeah, I mean the easy solution, yeah, is
- 37:12Speaker 4: to just drive yourself. But you're gonna drive yourself crazy.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Yeah, your single mind.
- 37:16Speaker 4: I'm not to your schedule.
- 37:18Speaker 1: You're trying to do everything. It helps out when you
- 37:20Speaker 1: know it takes a village.
- 37:21Speaker 4: It's so hard not to sound judging when you talk
- 37:23Speaker 4: about these types of things. But like it's proven it's
- 37:26Speaker 4: not healthy, right, and like you can cause other people's
- 37:29Speaker 4: allergies to react based on your smell.
- 37:32Speaker 1: But it doesn't sound like she's smoking in the car
- 37:35Speaker 1: with the kids.
- 37:35Speaker 4: Oh, definitely she better not be. We're definitely not doing it.
- 37:38Speaker 4: You're doing that.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I still see that, though, you do. I still see
- 37:41Speaker 1: that sometimes. Yeah, I saw it. The other day. I
- 37:44Speaker 1: saw a woman who was just hanging her whole arm out,
- 37:47Speaker 1: like she was almost hanging out of the car with
- 37:49Speaker 1: her sigh because it was a nice day the windows
- 37:52Speaker 1: rolled out. Sometimes I'm like, I don't I mean, I
- 37:54Speaker 1: don't smoke. You do what you want to do. Yeah,
- 37:57Speaker 1: I don't care. I don't judge people you want to smoke, smoke.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I don't smoke. I've never smoke, so I'm sensitive to
- 38:02Speaker 1: the smell. But I'm also not the person that's gonna
- 38:04Speaker 1: freak out.
- 38:05Speaker 4: Right. At least, if you're driving once a week, maybe
- 38:07Speaker 4: you can up it to two and slowly start just
- 38:09Speaker 4: adding a little more that makes sense for your schedule.
- 38:12Speaker 4: I hate to bust up the friend group because they're
- 38:14Speaker 4: like sisters, and I know how important that is. Like
- 38:16Speaker 4: Enzo's an only child, right, my son, He's the only one.
- 38:18Speaker 4: And when we have other kids that want to ride
- 38:20Speaker 4: with us, like after baseball or do whatever, like it's
- 38:23Speaker 4: the best thing for him in the world. Like he thrives.
- 38:26Speaker 4: When some of the kids want to ride with us
- 38:27Speaker 4: and I'm like bring them all, They're always like apology,
- 38:30Speaker 4: texting me like I'm so sorry. I'm like, no, please
- 38:32Speaker 4: bring it all. Ride with us.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, what if it was Enzo in a car
- 38:37Speaker 1: and he came home and he loves these kids and
- 38:39Speaker 1: he's having the best time, but he gets out he
- 38:41Speaker 1: smells like a Marlborough light.
- 38:43Speaker 4: Yeah, I'd have to just start driving everywhere honestly, just
- 38:46Speaker 4: for him.
- 38:47Speaker 2: You know.
- 38:48Speaker 4: It's like when he went to preschool when we were
- 38:51Speaker 4: living in Canada and they were this was like right
- 38:53Speaker 4: after the pandemic, you know, and they were wiping everything
- 38:55Speaker 4: down with bleach and clorox and whatever, and he would
- 38:58Speaker 4: come home smelling like that air his backpack, his clothes.
- 39:01Speaker 4: And I talked to them about it, and I actually
- 39:03Speaker 4: bought them an air filter because I was like, how
- 39:05Speaker 4: do I like help this, You know, I can't switch preschools.
- 39:09Speaker 1: That's a good way to do it.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Yeah, but for the car, that's different on me.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Ask Pooh, as a parent, what would you do if
- 39:14Speaker 1: your kids started coming out and smelling like smoke because
- 39:16Speaker 1: the car smells like smoke or everything. Do you do
- 39:18Speaker 1: anything or do you just let them go? No, I'm
- 39:20Speaker 1: gonna have to say something to the parent. No you're not. Yes,
- 39:22Speaker 1: I am.
- 39:23Speaker 7: And actually, my old my fourteen year old, he used
- 39:26Speaker 7: to ride when he played soccer back in the day
- 39:29Speaker 7: that the dad smoked, and I told him.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I was like, hey, can you not smoke with my
- 39:33Speaker 1: kid in the truck?
- 39:34Speaker 4: And he was cool with super fair request.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Yeah, no, that's reasonable.
- 39:39Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, okay, I wasn't rude about it, but yeah,
- 39:41Speaker 7: I told him, I was like, hey, man, can you
- 39:42Speaker 7: not smoke with my son's riding with?
- 39:45Speaker 1: Quick question? How did we survive in the nineties, Yeah,
- 39:48Speaker 1: because I felt like every car I got in was
- 39:51Speaker 1: an ash tray. Every family member of mine smoked back
- 39:54Speaker 1: in the day. It was just like that's what we did. Yeah,
- 39:57Speaker 1: matter of fact, sometimes on the way to school, I
- 39:58Speaker 1: would smoke.
- 40:00Speaker 4: No, I'm just kidding, no, but I had an aunt
- 40:03Speaker 4: that smoked and we would go over there and stuff
- 40:05Speaker 4: and we hated it. We hated that it smelled like smoke,
- 40:08Speaker 4: But what were we gonna do. She was fun and
- 40:10Speaker 4: she took care of us, and we had a good
- 40:11Speaker 4: time and loved her. But like, oh, it was so annoying.
- 40:14Speaker 1: It's always the crazy ant that smokes. Yeah, that can't
- 40:17Speaker 1: come over here and sit on Andy's lap and they
- 40:19Speaker 1: want to kiss you. Yeah, the only all of just
- 40:25Speaker 1: like Gil Daddy. It was one of those things though,
- 40:27Speaker 1: That nineties were so wild where we just I mean,
- 40:29Speaker 1: I remember at one point, I think in my Grandma's car,
- 40:32Speaker 1: I would just sit on the floorboard. I don't even
- 40:33Speaker 1: think I had a seat. I think I'm sleep on
- 40:36Speaker 1: the floorboard, no guys, no seatbelts. My grandma was smoking.
- 40:40Speaker 1: I mean, I think I was drinking a coke. It
- 40:44Speaker 1: was like nine in the morning. I was living my
- 40:46Speaker 1: best life. It was awesome. Now it's like, we can't
- 40:50Speaker 1: do that. So in this case, Candice loan Pas, the
- 40:53Speaker 1: verdict is in, Yeah, I.
- 40:55Speaker 4: Mean, this carpool Mom's guilty of being a Marlboro Mandy. Now,
- 41:00Speaker 4: what you're gonna do about that, I don't know. I mean,
- 41:03Speaker 4: is she cool? Can you bring it up? Can you
- 41:05Speaker 4: just tell her starting to become a problem, you know,
- 41:08Speaker 4: and you know, maybe if you're going to be driving
- 41:10Speaker 4: every day instead of her, maybe they're gonna have start
- 41:12Speaker 4: paying you.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Yeah no, wow pain. Yeah, so now you're gonna b
- 41:16Speaker 1: Venmo or Venmo requests.
- 41:18Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Maybe so.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Because she smokes, well, I mean, we can't have the
- 41:21Speaker 4: kids smelling like smoke every day and everywhere they go.
- 41:24Speaker 4: She's being the third hand. You know, what if it
- 41:26Speaker 4: we do?
- 41:27Speaker 1: What if it was Britney Spears. She doesn't smoke, but
- 41:29Speaker 1: there's a risk she might be drinking.
- 41:32Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, she's out of the car.
- 41:33Speaker 1: I mean better than Tiger Woods.
- 41:35Speaker 2: Yeah, right? Is Tess top Stories on the Tents with
- 41:40Speaker 2: Billy the Kid in the.
- 41:40Speaker 6: Morning only on the new Mix one O two.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Point nine one day morning. Got a chance at these
- 41:46Speaker 1: Bruno Mars takes upgraded floor seats plus hotel dinner or
- 41:49Speaker 1: romantic night with Bruno Mars will do that at eight
- 41:51Speaker 1: forty your next chance, We'll do it in the forties
- 41:53Speaker 1: every hour all day. So, Cannice Lopez, what is going on?
- 41:56Speaker 6: Well?
- 41:56Speaker 4: Weather looks good to start off the work week, mostly sunny.
- 41:59Speaker 4: Hi have seventy to today. It's gonna be nice all week.
- 42:02Speaker 4: Then we have chances of rain again going into the weekend.
- 42:04Speaker 4: But it's cool this morning, fifty one degrees right now.
- 42:07Speaker 6: I like it.
- 42:07Speaker 1: It's crispy. It feels like a spring day.
- 42:09Speaker 4: Yes, exactly. Well, big day for the crew of Artemis two,
- 42:12Speaker 4: as they will reach the Moon later today, so they're
- 42:16Speaker 4: going to hit a new distance record during this fly by.
- 42:19Speaker 4: It's also going to be streaming on YouTube. Also. Netflix
- 42:22Speaker 4: is also going to tap directly into NASA's official broadcast
- 42:26Speaker 4: that starts at noon, and then at twelve fifty six
- 42:29Speaker 4: that's when they will set the record for farthest humans
- 42:32Speaker 4: have ever gone into space. And then at one forty
- 42:36Speaker 4: five that fly by starts. But it's five forty four
- 42:39Speaker 4: this afternoon when mission control will temporarily lose communications with
- 42:43Speaker 4: that crew for about forty five minutes as they go
- 42:46Speaker 4: around the far side of the Moon. And that is
- 42:48Speaker 4: going to just have me on pins and needles.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I know you're gonna be watching it. Yeah, oh yeah,
- 42:52Speaker 1: and I will be too. I am a little bit nervous,
- 42:55Speaker 1: but just to think about the fact that we're going
- 42:58Speaker 1: to the other side, the dark side of the moon,
- 43:00Speaker 1: and to think that they know they're going to lose communications, right,
- 43:04Speaker 1: and they still go, hey, I want to do this
- 43:06Speaker 1: because you're pretty much the guinea pigs right now to
- 43:08Speaker 1: see if anything happens. I mean, and they know that, Yeah,
- 43:11Speaker 1: they know that this could be a mission of no return,
- 43:14Speaker 1: and they still take the risk for science. And you know,
- 43:18Speaker 1: it's amazing, man, it really is cool to think about.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Yeah, And I'm just wondering, like if they're in there,
- 43:23Speaker 4: like at what point, you know, does the communication come back?
- 43:25Speaker 4: When are we testing it? Are we testing it the
- 43:27Speaker 4: whole time? Is it forty five minutes of can you
- 43:29Speaker 4: hear me now? Can you hear me now?
- 43:30Speaker 1: And then you know, everything's down to such a science
- 43:33Speaker 1: that they know exactly when the radio waves and the
- 43:35Speaker 1: lasers cut out can reach them again, right, and they'll
- 43:39Speaker 1: they'll test it then, I'm sure, and then yeah, but
- 43:41Speaker 1: for forty five minutes, you just are not sure what's
- 43:44Speaker 1: going on.
- 43:44Speaker 4: Two hundred and fifty three thousand miles away. That flyby
- 43:48Speaker 4: is going to end at eight twenty. I love this
- 43:50Speaker 4: message that went viral from pilot Victor Glover, who is
- 43:54Speaker 4: on board right now for Easter yesterday.
- 43:56Speaker 1: It did make me tear up.
- 43:57Speaker 3: You know, I don't have anything prepared. I'm glad you
- 44:01Speaker 3: brought that up though. I think these observances are important,
- 44:04Speaker 3: and as we are so far from Earth and looking
- 44:07Speaker 3: back at you know, the beauty of creation. I think
- 44:10Speaker 3: for me one of the really important personal perspectives that
- 44:14Speaker 3: I have up here is I can really see Earth
- 44:17Speaker 3: as one thing. And you know, when I read the
- 44:19Speaker 3: Bible and I look at all of the amazing things
- 44:21Speaker 3: that were done for us who were created, it's you
- 44:25Speaker 3: have this amazing place, this spaceship. You guys are talking
- 44:28Speaker 3: to us because we're in a spaceship really far from Earth,
- 44:31Speaker 3: but you're on a spaceship called Earth that was created
- 44:35Speaker 3: to give us a place to live in the universe
- 44:37Speaker 3: and the cosmos. And I'm trying to tell you, just
- 44:39Speaker 3: trust me, you are special in all of this emptiness.
- 44:43Speaker 3: This is a whole bunch of nothing, this thing we
- 44:45Speaker 3: call the universe. You have this oasis, this beautiful place
- 44:48Speaker 3: that we get to exist together.
- 44:51Speaker 1: Okay, that's pretty awesome, right, That is pretty amazing to
- 44:54Speaker 1: think about, because there's no way you'd come back to
- 44:56Speaker 1: Earth with the same perspective on life. No, when you
- 44:59Speaker 1: see the planet and you're like, look at how beautiful.
- 45:02Speaker 1: That is what are we fighting for? What are we
- 45:04Speaker 1: upset for? What do we live in this rat race?
- 45:06Speaker 2: For? Right?
- 45:08Speaker 1: We're living something pretty special and we got to remember that.
- 45:10Speaker 4: Yeah, one hundred percent, one hundred percent real quick, guys.
- 45:14Speaker 4: This new study says the five day work week is
- 45:17Speaker 4: a waste of time. I wonder how the astronauts feel
- 45:20Speaker 4: about that too.
- 45:20Speaker 1: They're prob like, yeah, we are transition, Candice. I like that. Yeah,
- 45:24Speaker 1: her life is so short.
- 45:25Speaker 6: You know what?
- 45:26Speaker 1: Working is a waste day?
- 45:28Speaker 5: It is?
- 45:28Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 45:28Speaker 4: So it says people are more productive working four day weeks.
- 45:32Speaker 4: But this was the largest study of its kind, the
- 45:34Speaker 4: first to look at the long term benefits of the
- 45:36Speaker 4: four day work week, and they tracked workers in the US, Canada,
- 45:39Speaker 4: Ireland and the UK for over eighteen months. They were
- 45:42Speaker 4: given a paid day off every week, but their workloads
- 45:46Speaker 4: stayed the same, and as the study went on, people
- 45:49Speaker 4: became more productive.
- 45:50Speaker 1: I agree, I agree. I think that you could easily
- 45:53Speaker 1: do all your work in four days. Yeah, some people
- 45:56Speaker 1: say you could do it in three. Probably so matter
- 45:58Speaker 1: of fact, who could do hisn't two? You might not
- 46:02Speaker 1: be right, but he'll get it done. I mean, we
- 46:04Speaker 1: could try a lot of companies are switching to this, though,
- 46:07Speaker 1: and they find the happiness of their employees' skyrockets.
- 46:10Speaker 4: Yeah, overall health, job satisfaction, burnout improved, and employers also
- 46:14Speaker 4: saw a fifteen percent increase in revenue. So there's your
- 46:17Speaker 4: proof that you want to try this.
- 46:19Speaker 1: They got to your boss today.
- 46:20Speaker 7: There you go.
- 46:20Speaker 4: I'm Candislopez. Those are your Texas top stories. Oh that's
- 46:24Speaker 4: a hot tage.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Let us know what you think.
- 46:26Speaker 6: Here's today's hot.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Tape, My chance to get Bruno Mar's tickets. Coming up next.
- 46:29Speaker 1: It's Mixed one O two point nine and bail at
- 46:31Speaker 1: a Kid Canda Slopez producer poo. Have you seen this
- 46:34Speaker 1: video go viral? Candas yet the Chick fil A video?
- 46:36Speaker 1: I just watched it, Okay, I just posted it so
- 46:39Speaker 1: you can know what is going on, so you could
- 46:41Speaker 1: see it at Billy on the Radio, on my Instagram,
- 46:44Speaker 1: at Billy on the Radio, it's on my story. I
- 46:46Speaker 1: guess this has sparked a heated debate because trying to
- 46:50Speaker 1: describe what they're doing in the video. It's some dumb
- 46:53Speaker 1: TikTok trend. What they're doing. Yeah, I haven't seen the
- 46:55Speaker 1: trend before they did it, but It's basically this song
- 46:57Speaker 1: is on and then everyone in their Chick fil A
- 47:00Speaker 1: uniforms comes on. They basically just start bouncing their.
- 47:02Speaker 4: Chest, the bounce dance, the young bounce dance.
- 47:06Speaker 1: You're right, so it's in. It's guys, it's girls, it's everybody. Yeah,
- 47:09Speaker 1: they're bouncing. And the guy at the end not only
- 47:12Speaker 1: does he bounce, he kind of turns around and does
- 47:14Speaker 1: like a little quirk.
- 47:15Speaker 4: Yeah, backside bounce, a.
- 47:17Speaker 1: Backside bounce, which I'm often known to do on Mondays.
- 47:20Speaker 1: Oh yeah, sometimes I'll just turn around and let my
- 47:23Speaker 1: backside bounce. I will, but it's it's not the best work.
- 47:26Speaker 1: It's like a Pooh t work. If you saw his
- 47:28Speaker 1: twork in any recent video, It's kind of like a
- 47:30Speaker 1: mini almost like a rigid work. Somebody online called it
- 47:33Speaker 1: okay either way. The bottom line is the manager, the boss,
- 47:37Speaker 1: whatever they find out this happens, they see this video online,
- 47:41Speaker 1: they come in and they fire every single employee who
- 47:44Speaker 1: was a part of the video. Every single employee was gone.
- 47:49Speaker 1: This Chick fil A branch was not playing around, and
- 47:52Speaker 1: I guess they said actions have consequences, And now people
- 47:58Speaker 1: are debating on whether they should have been fired or not?
- 48:01Speaker 1: And my hot take, candis your hot take and Pooh's
- 48:04Speaker 1: hot take. I think we're all different on this.
- 48:06Speaker 4: Yeah, what do you think?
- 48:07Speaker 1: Well, I'll start with producer Poop. Okay, should they have
- 48:10Speaker 1: been fired? Nope? Wow, nope? Okay, all right, Cannas Slopez.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Should they have been fired?
- 48:16Speaker 4: I mean based on the Chick fil A brand standards,
- 48:18Speaker 4: yes they should. Were they having fun?
- 48:21Speaker 2: Yes?
- 48:21Speaker 4: And I think it's more important to say, hey, my
- 48:23Speaker 4: employees love working here. Look at this. Look how great
- 48:26Speaker 4: of an environment this place is? What they're having? This
- 48:29Speaker 4: much fun?
- 48:29Speaker 1: What a political answer? Yeah, like you a politician? Should
- 48:33Speaker 1: they have been fired? Candace?
- 48:35Speaker 6: No?
- 48:35Speaker 1: No, no, I think so get rid of them all. No,
- 48:39Speaker 1: you can't be like that. I'm sitting out in the
- 48:41Speaker 1: drive to waiting for my Polynesian sauce. It was after hour,
- 48:45Speaker 1: but it's but you know, Canna springs up a point
- 48:47Speaker 1: to me. I don't care if it's after hours. You're
- 48:49Speaker 1: wearing the Chick fil a uniform, right, Okay, you're doing
- 48:52Speaker 1: a sexually suggestive dance. You know what the brand is
- 48:55Speaker 1: all about. You know the brand is very conservative. You
- 48:58Speaker 1: know where you work? Should you have gotten fired? Maybe not? Fire.
- 49:03Speaker 1: Be shouldn't be suspended without pay for at least three.
- 49:05Speaker 4: Shifts, right, I mean sound by the way, A mean.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Boss, just write them up once. I don't let it
- 49:12Speaker 1: happen again.
- 49:13Speaker 4: Well right, that would be my take too, is like, hey,
- 49:16Speaker 4: this violates our company's you know, standards. We can't have
- 49:20Speaker 4: you doing this, So you're fired. No, you're This is
- 49:23Speaker 4: like a strong warning if this happens again.
- 49:25Speaker 1: Like you're out. Okay, how about this, if you do
- 49:27Speaker 1: any TikTok trend an uniform, you're fired? Okay, just because
- 49:31Speaker 1: I'm annoyed by TikTok trends.
- 49:32Speaker 7: I mean after a warning, yes, they should be fired,
- 49:36Speaker 7: but at least give them the benefit of But you.
- 49:39Speaker 1: Know what's going on in this, I mean they're they're
- 49:41Speaker 1: doing it. It's it's definitely sexual, is it not? Yeah? Yeah, right?
- 49:46Speaker 2: Part of it?
- 49:47Speaker 4: Did the video get millions of views? Is that would happen?
- 49:49Speaker 4: Like five million views?
- 49:50Speaker 1: Five million views?
- 49:51Speaker 4: That's crazy?
- 49:52Speaker 2: Now.
- 49:52Speaker 1: The guy did say, whoever posted the video said, it
- 49:54Speaker 1: wasn't like anybody was in the restaurant when we were
- 49:56Speaker 1: doing it. But it doesn't matter because you're posting it
- 49:58Speaker 1: online where everybody's going.
- 49:59Speaker 4: To see it right, you're showing me how productive you're not.
- 50:02Speaker 1: You know it happened in Florida, by the way, So
- 50:05Speaker 1: I mean, what have we Is there anything you've ever
- 50:07Speaker 1: done in work where you're like, I should have gotten
- 50:09Speaker 1: probably fired for that. Well I'm not.
- 50:11Speaker 4: Going to answer that question, but like for our job
- 50:13Speaker 4: making that video perfectly appropriate, you know what I mean.
- 50:16Speaker 1: But that's what I'm talking about. Chick fil A. No,
- 50:19Speaker 1: you know the kind of company they are, They don't like, they.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Don't message in the uniforms, and you're.
- 50:23Speaker 1: Doing it in the uniform.
- 50:25Speaker 7: I think about back in the day when I worked
- 50:27Speaker 7: at McDonald's and I was on the job. We're not
- 50:28Speaker 7: talking about the nineteen twenty saying when I was on
- 50:30Speaker 7: the drive due we had cameras. There were some crazy
- 50:32Speaker 7: stuff we used to do back in the day.
- 50:34Speaker 1: Really, what do you mean by that? Just when I
- 50:36Speaker 1: worked at that, well, what kind of crazy stuff?
- 50:41Speaker 2: Now?
- 50:41Speaker 1: We have the radio up on the Saturday night.
- 50:43Speaker 7: It was just us and we got a close But
- 50:45Speaker 7: I don't care well giving away free food, you know,
- 50:48Speaker 7: do all kinds of stuff, but that you're not putting
- 50:50Speaker 7: on social media for the entire company to be judged
- 50:53Speaker 7: by the way the franchise owner might get in trouble
- 50:55Speaker 7: by the owner.
- 50:56Speaker 1: But you know, but the big dog Chick fil a Dogs, Yeah,
- 50:59Speaker 1: because they their employees are acting crazy.
- 51:02Speaker 4: But if he fired him, then he did his job right, Right.
- 51:05Speaker 1: What's the difference between fun and inappropriate and crazy?
- 51:08Speaker 6: Right?
- 51:08Speaker 1: Could you have fun and done another trend that represents
- 51:10Speaker 1: the brand better? Like, if I'm an employee, I'm gonna
- 51:13Speaker 1: do something that represents the brand better. Go viral and
- 51:16Speaker 1: try to go up in the company.
- 51:17Speaker 4: The Our Pleasure challenge.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Yeah, the ar pleasure challenge.
- 51:19Speaker 4: What does that consist of?
- 51:21Speaker 1: It's something boring? Yeah, yeah, But the point is you
- 51:23Speaker 1: wouldn't get fired, right, all right, you go be the judge.
- 51:26Speaker 1: We got to pull up at Billy on the Radio
- 51:28Speaker 1: on Instagram, at Billy on the Radio. You go vote,
- 51:31Speaker 1: We'll give you the results.
- 51:32Speaker 2: Coming up next tests Tough Stories on the tens with
- 51:35Speaker 2: Billy the Kid in the.
- 51:36Speaker 6: Morning only on the New Mixed one or two point nine.
- 51:39Speaker 1: I chance to see Bruno Mars coming up. Those tickets
- 51:41Speaker 1: are up for grabs. Floor seats, upgraded floor seats plus
- 51:44Speaker 1: you get dinner, a hotel, a romantic night with Bruno Mars.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Will do that at nine forty. We do it every
- 51:48Speaker 1: hour all day on the forties, Candice, what is going on?
- 51:52Speaker 2: Well?
- 51:52Speaker 4: Triple A says the national average for a gallon of
- 51:55Speaker 4: regular gas has officially passed the four dollar mark, although
- 51:58Speaker 4: it looks stable going into the week at this point.
- 52:01Speaker 4: But because of this, they actually wanted to share some
- 52:03Speaker 4: tips on how to conserve gas to help your costs.
- 52:06Speaker 1: Is this a list?
- 52:07Speaker 4: Yeah, it is kind of a list. Yeah, there's three
- 52:08Speaker 4: things on it.
- 52:09Speaker 1: I love a list.
- 52:10Speaker 4: I posted actually a picture of me buying gas a
- 52:13Speaker 4: couple of weeks ago in Duncanville, of all places, randomly.
- 52:15Speaker 4: I was just passing through there and ran out of
- 52:17Speaker 4: gas and I had to put premium in my car
- 52:19Speaker 4: and it was over five dollars and people were like,
- 52:21Speaker 4: this is not in Texas, right, I'm like, no, it's
- 52:23Speaker 4: literally right here.
- 52:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 52:25Speaker 4: So just to heads up. But they say you should
- 52:27Speaker 4: drive slower, which is going to be a challenge for.
- 52:30Speaker 7: Some of us.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Now we're not doing that.
- 52:31Speaker 4: No, they say you'll use less fuel that way, you know,
- 52:35Speaker 4: go to speed limit or slower.
- 52:36Speaker 1: They say, okay, who's going slower? To see how much
- 52:39Speaker 1: gas we're going to save?
- 52:40Speaker 4: Yeah, well, that's the big question. They also say you
- 52:42Speaker 4: should shut off the AC.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Can you do that? Yes? Really ask Eric if that's
- 52:47Speaker 1: a myth. I always thought that was as skim.
- 52:49Speaker 4: He's probably listening right now.
- 52:50Speaker 1: I always thought that that had nothing to do with
- 52:52Speaker 1: your AC.
- 52:53Speaker 4: Yeah, well I've done it before, because that's what I thought.
- 52:56Speaker 4: I said. At one point, I was so desperate. I
- 52:57Speaker 4: was like, I'll just do whatever it takes. I'm gonna
- 52:59Speaker 4: drive slow, drive easy with no air, with no air, yeah,
- 53:02Speaker 4: just sweating in there.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Like what am I just walk? Yeah? At that point,
- 53:06Speaker 1: just walk.
- 53:07Speaker 4: Okay. It's like the adrenaline rush of your gas tank,
- 53:09Speaker 4: you know, going, I'm on so low, I'm on you
- 53:11Speaker 4: right now. You're always ony.
- 53:12Speaker 1: I live on you. Yeah, you do.
- 53:15Speaker 4: And then the other thing they say is to do
- 53:17Speaker 4: is to drop excess weight. If you're carrying things in
- 53:20Speaker 4: your car that you don't really need, that affects your
- 53:22Speaker 4: fuel efficiency.
- 53:23Speaker 1: With That's why Poo's girlfriend broke up with them. Oh
- 53:27Speaker 1: she was like, you know what, Enough's enough. I'm losing
- 53:29Speaker 1: so much money and gas.
- 53:31Speaker 4: I mean, they do say you can do the math here,
- 53:34Speaker 4: but for every one hundred pounds of weight you take
- 53:36Speaker 4: out of your car. You could save four cents a gall.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Okay, so weight everye hundred pounds. So let's do the math.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Take that carry the one with three hundred pounds extra.
- 53:45Speaker 1: How much do you weigh? Pooty? Are we sure about that?
- 53:53Speaker 1: Carry the one? Oh, she's saving like well, if I
- 53:59Speaker 1: did my math right, she's saving about five hundred dollars
- 54:03Speaker 1: a week, eight point.
- 54:06Speaker 4: Three cents a gallon. Wow, you could just take a
- 54:10Speaker 4: waymo guys. No, did you see this weimo that had
- 54:13Speaker 4: to be rescued from floodwaters in San Antonio over the
- 54:16Speaker 4: weekend after it got stuck stop? Luckily no one was
- 54:19Speaker 4: riding inside of it, but the officers were trying to
- 54:22Speaker 4: help re route it because you know that was causing
- 54:24Speaker 4: more issues. But it was just stopped there and the
- 54:27Speaker 4: road water's rushing and the weimo's just chilling blocking traffic.
- 54:31Speaker 1: Was it Hondai could have been refreshing. Did you see
- 54:34Speaker 1: the one that just drove into the lake the other day? No? Yeah,
- 54:37Speaker 1: it just kept going. The road disappeared and the weimo
- 54:40Speaker 1: just at a very very confidently like twenty miles an hour,
- 54:44Speaker 1: like it was just slowly just edging its way into
- 54:48Speaker 1: the lake. Well, and someone's in the back seating. I'm like,
- 54:50Speaker 1: this is the moment where you get out, dummy.
- 54:52Speaker 4: Yeah, well this makes sense. Remember the girl that went
- 54:54Speaker 4: viral because she was back there without her seat belt,
- 54:56Speaker 4: like vibing out making a TikTok video, And then the
- 54:59Speaker 4: car came on and the lady came on the speaker
- 55:01Speaker 4: and told her this was like, keep her seatbelt off
- 55:03Speaker 4: in case you need to ditch this thing because it's
- 55:04Speaker 4: going into the lake.
- 55:05Speaker 1: Yes, she was dancing and they called customer service. Call there, ma'am,
- 55:08Speaker 1: can you please put on your seatbelt? Yeah, I guess
- 55:11Speaker 1: they have cameras watching. We live in the creepiest world,
- 55:13Speaker 1: so creepy you can't even pick your nose back there,
- 55:17Speaker 1: no stupid.
- 55:19Speaker 4: Real quick, guys, this is giving me throwback vibes. But
- 55:21Speaker 4: the Malcolm in the Middle reboot with UH with Frankie
- 55:25Speaker 4: Munaz and Brian Cranston is going to hit Hulu and
- 55:27Speaker 4: Disney Plus on Friday. The actress who plays their mom
- 55:30Speaker 4: is also back, but the guy who played Malcolm's little brother, Dewey,
- 55:34Speaker 4: is not going to be part of the show, Eric Persullivan.
- 55:37Speaker 4: Apparently he's studying he's an incredible student. They say he's
- 55:40Speaker 4: studying Dickens, and he they offered him, she said, they
- 55:44Speaker 4: offered him, quote buckets of money.
- 55:46Speaker 1: You're making this story of studying Dickens, That's what she said.
- 55:49Speaker 1: Is this a fake story? Is this real or fake news?
- 55:52Speaker 4: And he just said, no, thanks?
- 55:53Speaker 1: What is studying? What is studying Dickens?
- 55:56Speaker 4: I think he's just studying Dickens? What is Dickens, Carls Dickens.
- 56:00Speaker 1: Charles Dickens.
- 56:00Speaker 4: Like he's just studying the works of Dickens.
- 56:03Speaker 1: The painter dick Oh he's an author. Yeah, okay, now
- 56:07Speaker 1: come on, yeah, giving up all that money to study
- 56:11Speaker 1: Charles Dickens.
- 56:12Speaker 4: Right, he's just an incredible student. And he's just like,
- 56:14Speaker 4: not want to be a part of this new the middle.
- 56:17Speaker 1: I don't want to be a part of it either.
- 56:18Speaker 1: I've never seen that.
- 56:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:19Speaker 4: Have you seen these shows that are coming back to though?
- 56:21Speaker 4: Baywatch is getting.
- 56:22Speaker 1: A reboot it is, Yes, Oh I love Baywatch when
- 56:24Speaker 1: I was younger. Yeah, I love it. Just good plots.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Nothing other than he's like going to Hooters. You know,
- 56:30Speaker 1: you don't You only go for the food and the wings, right,
- 56:33Speaker 1: I don't go for anything else. Yeah, okay. Yeah.
- 56:35Speaker 4: Anyways, prison Break is also coming back, and yeah that
- 56:39Speaker 4: was a good show. Yeah that's getting a reboot also,
- 56:41Speaker 4: so okay, not bad. You're not into Malcolm in the Middle,
- 56:44Speaker 4: be excited about prison Break?
- 56:45Speaker 1: Yeah? Please?

- 57:11Speaker 5: I feel like the worst pressing in the world for
- 57:13Speaker 5: even saying this out loud, but I don't really know
- 57:17Speaker 5: what else do. So I've got a secret about my
- 57:19Speaker 5: girlfriend that I haven't really told anybody.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Drum roll, drum roll, here it is. The secret is.
- 57:25Speaker 5: She smells Oh.
- 57:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it smells like Yeah.
- 57:34Speaker 5: I even hate saying that because I love her, Like
- 57:37Speaker 5: she's amazing, sweet, she's everything like that I've ever wanted
- 57:42Speaker 5: in a relationship, and this is just lately. It didn't
- 57:45Speaker 5: start out this way, so she.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Stinks as of recent. Yes, okay, well what is going
- 57:53Speaker 1: on in her world where all of a sudden the
- 57:55Speaker 1: smells horizon.
- 57:58Speaker 5: She's like on this new I don't know if it's
- 58:00Speaker 5: like a trend online because I'm not really that connected online.
- 58:04Speaker 5: But she's in the like super organic, all natural chemical
- 58:07Speaker 5: anything talks.
- 58:13Speaker 1: Yep, she is. She's in her hippie phase right.
- 58:16Speaker 5: Like I get it, like be healthy, do your thing.
- 58:19Speaker 5: But she switched to like the hippie deodorant and it's
- 58:23Speaker 5: like no fragrance, gluten free shampoo and all this quote. Okay,
- 58:31Speaker 5: I swear it is not working. Like I don't know
- 58:36Speaker 5: how else to really even say it, Like she just
- 58:39Speaker 5: doesn't smell or radiate cleanliness or hygienet wund what is it?
- 58:46Speaker 1: Body odor?
- 58:47Speaker 5: Is it just I mean it's just musty.
- 58:51Speaker 2: You know.
- 58:54Speaker 5: It's not once in a while, like oh I'm doing
- 58:56Speaker 5: it once a week. It's like every single day now
- 58:59Speaker 5: and every night, and I don't know, I feel bad.
- 59:02Speaker 5: I just pretend like I fell asleep on the couch,
- 59:04Speaker 5: but it's really like I'm just trying to avoid no way.
- 59:07Speaker 1: Okay, hold on, sir, it's that bad. You don't even
- 59:10Speaker 1: sleep in the bad because because she's musty.
- 59:14Speaker 5: It's genuinely like the romance and the intimacy's all gone.
- 59:18Speaker 4: Is she using low talks laundry detergent? Yeah, like the
- 59:23Speaker 4: unfragrance kind just makes clothes smell like clothes. It doesn't
- 59:27Speaker 4: like add fragrance.

- 59:51Speaker 1: get past that smell. You gotta you gotta do something.
- 59:54Speaker 5: I can't. And I'd be okay if there was no smell,
- 59:56Speaker 5: but there is smell, you know, And I don't think
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: there's a nice way to say that to somebody that
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: you love, Like, how do I just go like, baby,
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: you stink badly?
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: Don't say that.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: You can't say that.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: I've experimented with like hippie deodorants before.
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: Well, and Eric told me that one of them wasn't working.
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: He didn't say, like you probing. Yeah, he was just like, well,
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: because I was testing them, because you know, you got
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: to try them out.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: And Eric said something.
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: Well, he just said, I don't think that one's working.
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: I'm like, cool, thanks, that's perfect. That's what I needed
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: to know.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: ER's awesome. He even figured out a way to be
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: awesome then. Yeah, and he just said, I don't think
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: that one's working, babe. Not you smell right there you go.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Now you know what to do.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Just someone And I've had him try them out before.
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: He he just can't like he loves fragrance. He loves
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: smelling good all time. I like smelling good too. But
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: and I've told him, yeah, that one doesn't work. It's fine, Okay,
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: go back to your whatever man's stuff as you use
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: man stuff.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Okay, Wow, I didn't know that happened. Well, I mean, sir,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: you gotta do something.
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: Yeah, there's just been a trip.
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: I remember listening to your show in a while ago.
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: Somebody else called saying that their girlfriends thinks and I
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: just laughed so hard. I was like, no, way, that's real.
- 1:01:17Speaker 5: And then like these last few days, I've just been like,
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: what is my life? How did that?
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: He didn't we determine it was her extensions or whatever?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, yeah, it was her extensions got funky, Yeah
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: they did. Yeah, because you leave me in there too
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: long and they start to smell like, I don't know,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: like elbows, like torn nuts. Yeah, like the back of
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: the ear. Corn nuts stink so bad, like belly butt cornnuts. Well,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: either way, I remember that because he had a problem
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: with it. And you're right, I mean, you gotta girls

- 1:02:01Speaker 1: is I like, I like this deodorant more than this one,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: and you pick one that smells good. Yeah, and just

- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Maybe that's the way it's saying. It's just not working.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: It's not working. You can't let it just die And
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: and you sleep on the couch for the rest of
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: your life. But after a while, you will get used
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to it. They say that people get used to their
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: own sense even if it's bad. Yea, and the people
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: around you like cat people. They're used to smoke, people
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: who smoke. So if you get through this rough patch,
