- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Question I get a lot, and this is really a question I get a lot.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: I just say that because a lot of people seem to say that with no qualification.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Lots of people are asking, you know, how what the process is of bringing on AI into their business, how do they use AI into their business?
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: And when they're asking me that, because I build these systems, I'm thinking they're saying, you know, where what's the best utilization of it?
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Not how do I use it like myself, like how do I ask it questions, how do I set it up, how do I build specific agents to do separate things.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm looking at the business layer, and that's the question I get a lot.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: So that first part of the process, we have to break down your business into tasks.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: What does your tasks, what do they look like as far as your business goes, and which ones can be automated using either some kind of a manual trigger or a manual workflow, like maybe an organizational pipeline or something when leads come in, they go to a certain place, and then you can have employees, or you yourself can keep track and analytics profile.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Maybe it has to be that you want to have your business showing up higher in the search results when it comes to AI proofing and AI inquiries, and that's also something that I handle.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: But once we look at your tasks, then we're able to make determinations as to where AI is going to fit, or maybe a more analog type system would work.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: AI really is reserved for answering those forward-facing questions that people have, like when they call into your business and your employees are tied up on other phone calls or at lunch or off on weekends and holidays.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: So when it answers that call, what I do is I'll configure the AI system so it answers the questions in the correct way.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: It doesn't go outside the guardrails we established, and it only gives the information that's that's that you want it to give.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: And furthermore, it can book appointments on your calendar.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: That's how that works, or one of your employees' calendars.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: I mean, for for like a nail salon, for example, you know how they always have the one of the nail people answering the phone calls?
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Well, that that wouldn't be the case because you know there's hygiene, there's all this other stuff.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: It would be much better if the system itself dealt with it, and then it could book each individual caller on whichever person's calendar they wanted.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: And if let's say they didn't know anybody the first time there, it would just round Rob into the next one, and that's how the system works.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: They would be open and they would see all of their availability and they would offer them time slots, they would book, give up their name and email address, they would get a confirmation, an SMS confirmation of the appointment as well, and it's perfect.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: That works for any other business.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Then when you have a particular database, that might also be something that we want to use a little bit of AI for because maybe we want to develop a campaign to resurrect some of these people that you've maybe neglected over time, so you can put thousands of emails in, and it's not just simple like let's blast them all.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: It has to be built slowly, and it depends on the reputation of the email provider, which is what I build out, so everything has a high deliverability rate.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: That's important too.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: So looking at all this, call me honor, uh, call me hireaivoice.com.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: If you want to book an appointment with me, bookwithhonor.com.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: But these are the questions that that somebody should be asking if you're considering going in and changing your automated structure at your particular business.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: You know, there's a lot of people pitching this.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: I see it out there all the time.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: I've been doing this for a long time, just talking to people about where their business happens to be, whether you're agents, whether you are different people operating, you know, plumbing companies, electrical companies, HVAC.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: You know, there's a lot of people in the HVAC space too, a lot of businesses that are lead gen.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: So they're forward-facing businesses on Google.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: They're not really brick and mortar, they appear to be, but they're lead ginning for HVAC.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking, well, why doesn't a local HVAC company get on the radar and the map and just trump all of them using some carefully created AI structures within their business, and I can do that.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: We just need to get you and me to have a talk.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: All right, very good.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: Bookwithhonor.com.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Look forward to uh speaking with you.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: And I do all the work myself, by the way, so I don't farm this out to Odesk or some some place in some other country.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: This is something I deal with personally.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: I I take on a few clients, and that's where I stop because I'm not going to get so taxed that I can't provide the best possible service.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: And also I need to be available for people in case they have questions or concerns, and we can get those addressed and move on.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: I'm local here in Santa Clarita, so if you're a Santa Clarita based business, that's really the best fit because well, we might see each other at Costco and I don't want you throwing tomatoes at me.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Connor with honor.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: We'll see you tomorrow.
