Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Tampa Bay's best music is made.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Welcome to another episode of Scotti and Abby Unfiltered. I'm
- 0:07Speaker 2: very excited Abby to be able to show you what
- 0:09Speaker 2: I have booked for my thirtieth.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Birthday, Oh the Big three M.
- 0:13Speaker 2: I'm also kind of nervous to show you because I
- 0:15Speaker 2: feel like you were gonna laugh, and it's gonna make
- 0:18Speaker 2: so much sense on why I think this is a
- 0:19Speaker 2: good idea versus why you think it's a bad idea?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Is it your great plot?
- 0:24Speaker 2: I mean, it might as well be with you close
- 0:26Speaker 2: to death. I'm not gonna lie. You heard on the
- 0:28Speaker 2: last podcast, Like, first off, my back is all jacked up.
- 0:31Speaker 2: I'm walking around. I can't even stand up straight right now.
- 0:33Speaker 2: It's crazy. It feels so stupid. But the other thing
- 0:37Speaker 2: I was talking about was like my chest and like
- 0:39Speaker 2: I couldn't like swallow properly or breathe properly. I'm not
- 0:43Speaker 2: gonna lie, like it's only deeper in my chest. Like
- 0:45Speaker 2: that didn't go away.
- 0:46Speaker 3: So is it just the crippling fear of an adequacy
- 0:51Speaker 3: finally really weighing in on you?
- 0:53Speaker 2: Something's finally coming up. I mean I don't know what
- 0:56Speaker 2: it is, but I'm Also, I'm feeling like it's so
- 0:58Speaker 2: typical for dudes where you don't want to go to
- 1:00Speaker 2: the doctor. You're like, you're just gonna put it off
- 1:02Speaker 2: as long as possible.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, also, our healthcare system sucks.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Well that's what I think is going to happen. And
- 1:08Speaker 2: I'm not a doctor, not even close. Is if I
- 1:10Speaker 2: make an appointment and this is gonna be a shame
- 1:12Speaker 2: on me. I feel like I'm gonna go in. They're
- 1:15Speaker 2: gonna be like, you just have gas in your chest cavity,
- 1:17Speaker 2: and I'm be like, I spend all that money for gas.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Well they're gonna say that, and then it's gonna come
- 1:21Speaker 3: out like three years later that it's actually something else
- 1:23Speaker 3: that's terrifiic.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Oh great, Okay.
- 1:26Speaker 3: I feel like I've heard so many of those stories
- 1:27Speaker 3: where doctors just kind of brush you off.
- 1:29Speaker 1: They're like, hey, whatever, you're fine, and.
- 1:31Speaker 2: No, you're not really fine, and then actually there's something
- 1:32Speaker 2: way more serious happening.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I think you would enjoy going to a holistic practitioner.
- 1:37Speaker 3: I think I would too, instead of just like a
- 1:39Speaker 3: regular doctor, like go to someone and be like, listen,
- 1:42Speaker 3: I'm paying you out of pocket to take me seriously.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Yeah, just listen to me and like figure something out,
- 1:46Speaker 2: because like right now, before I was like when I
- 1:48Speaker 2: would swallow and it was more in my throat, and
- 1:50Speaker 2: now it's like the center of my chest where it's
- 1:52Speaker 2: like even if I move, I feel it, or when
- 1:55Speaker 2: I swallow or breathe too deep, I feel It's.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Like possible, this has to do because remember I was
- 1:59Speaker 3: going through this at one point is like a week
- 2:01Speaker 3: of feeling weird in my chest. I think I pulled
- 2:03Speaker 3: a muscle in my chest, like when I was lifting.
- 2:06Speaker 3: So is it possible you just went too hard in
- 2:07Speaker 3: the gym.
- 2:07Speaker 2: It's very possible.
- 2:09Speaker 1: You might have just strained yourself a little too much.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Like I would give it a week before you start
- 2:13Speaker 3: thinking you have like aesophageal cancer.
- 2:15Speaker 2: It's funny. It's not funny, but it is funny because
- 2:18Speaker 2: that is where your head goes immediately.
- 2:19Speaker 1: No, but you should.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Honestly, I really feel like it should be covered by
- 2:22Speaker 3: insurance to get a full body scan once a year.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I think so too, because now they have tests. Oh
- 2:27Speaker 2: we're about to get up in it. Not long, not long,
- 2:30Speaker 2: but I am so interested because now they do these
- 2:32Speaker 2: full body tests.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Yeah, the pernuvos.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and like you could get a screening like the
- 2:37Speaker 2: very slightest sight of like cancer way in advance, earlier
- 2:41Speaker 2: than I've ever been able to do.
- 2:42Speaker 1: It's really not that expensive.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I mean, I'm not gonna call this cheap by any means,
- 2:47Speaker 3: but it's like twenty five hundred dollars for a full
- 2:49Speaker 3: body scan to make.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Sure you don't have like cancer or disease that's about
- 2:53Speaker 2: to kill you.
- 2:54Speaker 1: You do that like once every three years. I mean,
- 2:56Speaker 1: divide it up. That's like you just save a thousand
- 2:58Speaker 1: dollars a year for the PERDUBO. I mean, it's not bad.
- 3:01Speaker 2: I would definitely think about doing it. I do blood
- 3:03Speaker 2: tests now, like every one every month because I'm like,
- 3:06Speaker 2: I want to know.
- 3:06Speaker 1: What you're doing a blood test every month.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Well, this is not a plug, so I'm going to
- 3:11Speaker 2: give him the name. But there's different things that will
- 3:14Speaker 2: send stuff to your house. And I have this little
- 3:16Speaker 2: system like it just put it on your arm. You
- 3:18Speaker 2: don't even feel it. It just it's another that is
- 3:21Speaker 2: not a time.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It's a bad time share.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I have spent money on stupid shit. This one's not
- 3:25Speaker 2: this one. Actually, it pulls your blood and you just
- 3:28Speaker 2: mail it in and then in like two days you
- 3:29Speaker 2: get your full list of results, all the things that
- 3:31Speaker 2: you could change.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Why do you do it once a month though?
- 3:33Speaker 2: Well I was doing it. I started in September because
- 3:36Speaker 2: I went to this festival and I saw him there
- 3:37Speaker 2: and I was like, oh, let me just check this out.
- 3:38Speaker 2: And I did it once and I thought it was cool.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I liked all the metrics they gave me. That was
- 3:42Speaker 2: way more in depth than the last time I went
- 3:44Speaker 2: to the doctor. Like the last time I went to
- 3:46Speaker 2: the doctor. I got the results and I was like,
- 3:48Speaker 2: first off, I don't understand this. And then when I
- 3:50Speaker 2: went to talk to my doctor about it, he like
- 3:52Speaker 2: didn't break it down at all because I saw one
- 3:55Speaker 2: and it wasn't really a concern, but it was like
- 3:56Speaker 2: liver enzymes or something, and I was like, should I
- 3:58Speaker 2: be concerned?
- 3:59Speaker 1: I mean, if you're a you know a lot.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, at that time, I was training for like
- 4:03Speaker 2: an iron man. I wasn't drinking at all, and so
- 4:05Speaker 2: he's like, nah, I shouldn't be concerned, that's.
- 4:07Speaker 1: All you're gonna tell me.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Well, because regular doctors just care if you're alive or not.
- 4:11Speaker 3: They're like, do you have cancer, Are you're alive?
- 4:12Speaker 1: Cool?
- 4:13Speaker 2: I want to know if things are leading, Like that's
- 4:15Speaker 2: why I do the blood test every month, which I'm
- 4:17Speaker 2: gonna do it every other month.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Now I'm like, that's expensive. Who's paying you?
- 4:21Speaker 2: It's okay, let me go ahead, And well that doesn't finances.
- 4:25Speaker 2: It's one hundred bucks for the tess. Still expensive it is,
- 4:28Speaker 2: but also like I don't spend money on like, like
- 4:30Speaker 2: my dinners for the past couple days are a tisseery
- 4:32Speaker 2: chicken and spinach. That's what I do, Like I save
- 4:35Speaker 2: money or because I don't eat crazy meals and I
- 4:37Speaker 2: don't go to crazy places until it's like really time too.
- 4:40Speaker 2: But that's why I'm gonna go every other month because
- 4:42Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, I got my track. I've tracked
- 4:44Speaker 2: for like the past four months to see like where
- 4:46Speaker 2: the metrics are going and what I need to improve,
- 4:48Speaker 2: and now I could take a step back and be like,
- 4:50Speaker 2: all right, every other month or every three months, just
- 4:52Speaker 2: to make sure things are not falling too far at
- 4:54Speaker 2: a route. And what I've learned so far is my
- 4:56Speaker 2: biggest hurt is sleep, and like we're I fix that.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Everything else goes through the roof Okay, so so far
- 5:03Speaker 2: it's good, but it is worth that money. And that's
- 5:05Speaker 2: why I say, like with those tests, I would spend
- 5:07Speaker 2: the money on it. I don't necessarily have twenty five
- 5:09Speaker 2: hundred dollars just sitting around for a screening. Yeah, but
- 5:12Speaker 2: going forward, it might be something that's like, all right,
- 5:14Speaker 2: let me put some money towards that to hopefully be
- 5:16Speaker 2: able to get that in a year.
- 5:17Speaker 1: There's one in Saint Pete, Is it really Yeah?
- 5:19Speaker 3: I would love for the sales team to try and
- 5:21Speaker 3: like get us a comped.
- 5:23Speaker 2: They have experience something that's like I know in our
- 5:26Speaker 2: sister station they do a lot of stuff with those scans.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Pernuvo.
- 5:30Speaker 2: I don't know if it's pernuvo. I don't really know
- 5:31Speaker 2: who pernuvo is.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Pernubo's the one with's like the full body scan.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Okay, well I know they do something similar.
- 5:37Speaker 1: What does the bone do?
- 5:38Speaker 3: Right?
- 5:38Speaker 1: Just prostate mries. I don't know what they do over there.
- 5:41Speaker 2: It's something similar, but it is like that where it's
- 5:42Speaker 2: the full body scan. They have the sponsorship over there
- 5:45Speaker 2: for that station because I think they for me, I
- 5:48Speaker 2: don't think you're ever too young to start getting these tests.
- 5:50Speaker 3: No, I was talking to my brother's best friend. One
- 5:52Speaker 3: of my brother's best friend from college. He's going to
- 5:54Speaker 3: be a corectal surgeon. He's gonna be the youngest corectal
- 5:56Speaker 3: surgeon in the country.
- 5:57Speaker 1: When he graduates.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Holy cry, I know.
- 6:00Speaker 3: And I was talking to him and he's like, literally
- 6:02Speaker 3: the second you can, you need to get a colonoscopy.
- 6:06Speaker 3: He's like, do whatever, do whatever it takes to get
- 6:08Speaker 3: someone up your butt because the cases he's seen, he's like,
- 6:14Speaker 3: the kids are so young coming in. It's like twenty
- 6:16Speaker 3: four year old, twenty five year olds, and by the
- 6:19Speaker 3: time they see him, not that it's too late, but
- 6:22Speaker 3: you don't see signs until it's bad.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Yeah, And that's what I don't want to wait to
- 6:26Speaker 2: where it's like, oh, okay, you've been putting off this
- 6:28Speaker 2: little bit of pain or uncomfort for five ten years. Yeah,
- 6:31Speaker 2: well you could have nipped that thing in the bud,
- 6:33Speaker 2: Like right now, I know that's what's great, but what's crazy?
- 6:37Speaker 2: And then we'll stop this little medical talk. If you
- 6:39Speaker 2: go to ask like, you'll get pushed back with resistance.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Even my functional doctor that I went to, like, I
- 6:45Speaker 3: think I've talked about this before, and I won't say.
- 6:47Speaker 3: I've literally told the story a bajillion times about my faryton.
- 6:50Speaker 3: But like, if you come in with any kind of
- 6:52Speaker 3: like issue and you look normal and healthy and you're
- 6:55Speaker 3: somewhat slim as like a twenty seven twenty eight year old,
- 6:58Speaker 3: people just didn't give an eating disorder, like oh, she's
- 7:00Speaker 3: got body just morphia.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I'm like, no, like something's a mess.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Yeah, something I know my body. Yes, that's so rough,
- 7:06Speaker 2: because I know if you go and ask for it,
- 7:08Speaker 2: you'll probably be met with a no, you don't need it. No,
- 7:10Speaker 2: you don't need it, No, you don't need it.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah, And you got to search out the person that's
- 7:13Speaker 2: willing to do the test. And I say that only
- 7:15Speaker 2: for the because I make jokes with my friends, but
- 7:16Speaker 2: it's actually serious. I'm like, guys, I whatever the test
- 7:19Speaker 2: is the kolonoskrophy, Like I want that, like what I'm like, no,
- 7:23Speaker 2: but why not?
- 7:23Speaker 3: No?
- 7:24Speaker 2: That everything's okay, going in the right direction, versus I
- 7:28Speaker 2: wait till forty five or whatever they say is the
- 7:30Speaker 2: right age to do it. And it's like, oh, sir,
- 7:32Speaker 2: something wrong, something's not okay, something is not okay. Gosh, anyway,
- 7:36Speaker 2: I say that all because I'm like, dang, I still
- 7:38Speaker 2: feel jacked up today, and I'm hoping that it goes
- 7:40Speaker 2: away by the time I come back for my trip.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Yeah, give it a week.
- 7:43Speaker 3: I think it'll be good to not be lifting so much,
- 7:45Speaker 3: because I remember I had that a couple months ago.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I was like, something's wrong with my chest. I think
- 7:49Speaker 1: I just pulled a muscle.
- 7:50Speaker 2: It might be it feels deeper, but it could because
- 7:53Speaker 2: I did do like a whole new set of workouts recently,
- 7:55Speaker 2: and damn it, it got me.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Yeah, give it a week. Give it a week.
- 7:58Speaker 2: My back jacked up, my chest is anyway. So I
- 8:01Speaker 2: want to show you what I'm decided to do for
- 8:04Speaker 2: my thirtieth birthday. Now, this is a you get asked
- 8:07Speaker 2: the questions as you will, but we talked about it
- 8:10Speaker 2: on the podcast. You're like, why do you go down
- 8:11Speaker 2: to keys? I thought, wait a second, that's a great idea.
- 8:13Speaker 1: I know, I'm I have really good idea.
- 8:16Speaker 2: You so smile. So I started looking and me and
- 8:19Speaker 2: my buddy got on the phone, which I appreciate him
- 8:21Speaker 2: so much. My buddy Logan. He's like, dude, let's start
- 8:23Speaker 2: pulling some places right now. Like, thank god, because if
- 8:26Speaker 2: I do it like, it's going to take me forever.
- 8:28Speaker 2: But we started going through airbnbs. After Airbnbs learned really
- 8:32Speaker 2: quick everything's expensive.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Life is very expensive.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Like I don't know what people are doing to make
- 8:37Speaker 2: all the money that they're making, but I want to
- 8:39Speaker 2: get on that. So we look at all these different
- 8:41Speaker 2: spots that are right on Duvaal Street, maybe some airbnbs,
- 8:45Speaker 2: maybe an RV, maybe tiny homes, thousands upon thousands of dollars.
- 8:49Speaker 2: And then my buddy goes, bro, we should get a yacht,
- 8:54Speaker 2: and I thought, wait a second, you might be onto
- 8:57Speaker 2: something here. He pulls it up and you could actually
- 9:00Speaker 2: rent out full ass catamarans and yachts that are docked
- 9:04Speaker 2: right at resorts, and so I thought, wait a second,
- 9:07Speaker 2: this might be really cool. I'm gonna show you the picture,
- 9:10Speaker 2: and I want you to be completely honest. Okay, because
- 9:13Speaker 2: the price was perfect. It was just over like two
- 9:16Speaker 2: k And I say that because we're all gonna split it.
- 9:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna bring like ten people on it. We're gonna
- 9:20Speaker 2: split it comes out to like two fifty person that's
- 9:22Speaker 2: not bad. But if I pull up let me see
- 9:25Speaker 2: if I can get the actual picture of it. Because
- 9:27Speaker 2: there's so many different options. You could get the high
- 9:29Speaker 2: up yachts that are like that looks like you live
- 9:31Speaker 2: in on that show you ever see Overboard where it's
- 9:33Speaker 2: like a reality show where it's a crew and they
- 9:35Speaker 2: bring staff out on a yacht.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Below deck, Yeah, that's the way below.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Deck, below deck. So there's some that look like that
- 9:41Speaker 2: boat where it's like it's all decked out. You got
- 9:43Speaker 2: all the bells and whistles, sugi. You also got some
- 9:46Speaker 2: like the one that we booked, and it's fine.
- 9:48Speaker 3: It's like a tug boat Baby Scot thirtieth birthday on
- 9:52Speaker 3: Happy Birthday boat.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I mean, here's the thing. It's I think it's beautiful personally,
- 10:00Speaker 2: but I think when you realize it. And I sent
- 10:02Speaker 2: it over to my girlfriend because I wanted to make
- 10:04Speaker 2: sure that she would be okay with it too. She
- 10:07Speaker 2: said it was fine. Let's see if I could pull
- 10:09Speaker 2: this up on my phone so you could actually take
- 10:11Speaker 2: a look. Because now I got to convince all my
- 10:14Speaker 2: friend's partners to want to do this as well. That's
- 10:17Speaker 2: where it's tough. We looked at it. All the guys
- 10:20Speaker 2: are in of course, here's the it's a spacious fifty
- 10:24Speaker 2: two foot sail boat with six cabins that sits dock side.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Take a look at that baby, Okay, scroll through these photos.
- 10:31Speaker 1: It's on Airbnb.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Yeah, like you can literally rent out boats on Airbnb.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Oh this is cute.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Yeah, So we wanted to make sure everyone had their
- 10:38Speaker 2: bed because if you're paying, I'm not going to make
- 10:40Speaker 2: someone sleep on a couch. You got to get your
- 10:42Speaker 2: own bed in your own stateroom. You can be a
- 10:44Speaker 2: little private.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Hosted by Gugi.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Yeah. I call her Jugi Juji Jugi. She's been I
- 10:50Speaker 2: think she's fake. I don't think she's actually real. I
- 10:52Speaker 2: think she's an aibot.
- 10:53Speaker 1: She looks like an ai.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Yeah, she replies quick cause I'm appreciative of the quick ai.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Here's the problem. Normal, As I was looking at it,
- 11:02Speaker 2: what's crazy? And this is why we landed on this one.
- 11:05Speaker 2: We were gonna do one that was a little bit
- 11:07Speaker 2: more expensive, but then they had a caveat that was,
- 11:10Speaker 2: if you get this boat, you are required to go
- 11:14Speaker 2: take it out on the water, which means you're required
- 11:17Speaker 2: to pay for those hours that you take it out
- 11:19Speaker 2: in the water. So it was like we looked at
- 11:21Speaker 2: that we found the perfect one. I was like, oh,
- 11:23Speaker 2: wait for four hours just to do a little charter
- 11:26Speaker 2: around the water. It was like another two thousand dollars.
- 11:29Speaker 2: I was like, all right, but split six ways. I mean,
- 11:32Speaker 2: what I don't want to do is I don't want
- 11:34Speaker 2: to give. I don't want people to have the reason
- 11:35Speaker 2: of it's too expensive. I feel that too, because you
- 11:38Speaker 2: guys will find it so cool. What about an all
- 11:40Speaker 2: inclusive somewhere? I think it would be tougher for them.
- 11:43Speaker 2: I think because it would be more expensive, Like this
- 11:45Speaker 2: option would be the cheapest but the most unique. And
- 11:49Speaker 2: so here's why we landed on it. I'll give you
- 11:51Speaker 2: the pros and cons. The pros how cool, it's not
- 11:53Speaker 2: a freaking boat.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Who doesn't love a boat? That's right.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Cool.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Everyone has their own room. It's a night it's connected
- 12:00Speaker 2: to a resort, so you could actually use the resort.
- 12:02Speaker 2: You could use the pool, you could use the restaurants,
- 12:04Speaker 2: you could use the showers, all the things. The cons
- 12:07Speaker 2: are a little rough. This is where I was going
- 12:08Speaker 2: at my buddy. I was like, I don't think the
- 12:09Speaker 2: girls are gonna be down for this. Yeah, it's on
- 12:11Speaker 2: a boat, so the bathrooms are extremely small, so you're like,
- 12:15Speaker 2: probably shoulder to shoulder in the shower, like your shoulders
- 12:18Speaker 2: are hitting the walls. I was reading one of the
- 12:20Speaker 2: reviews and one of the person was like, oh my god,
- 12:23Speaker 2: this day was so great. Not having AC was rough,
- 12:26Speaker 2: but the breeze made it okay.
- 12:28Speaker 1: And I was like, logan, no air conditioning and one
- 12:31Speaker 1: bathroom in.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Key West, Florida. Well, I think multiple bathrooms. I think
- 12:35Speaker 2: that's the good thing. So everyone's couple. But then there
- 12:38Speaker 2: was no AC and I was like, we can't do that.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Like the dudes could handle that, we could get down
- 12:43Speaker 2: on that, we could be a little sweaty where guys,
- 12:45Speaker 2: it's fine. I'm not gonna make my beautiful girlfriend sit
- 12:49Speaker 2: on a boat with me for three days and just
- 12:51Speaker 2: be sitting in heat and everyone starts arguing with me.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Key West is a different climate. It has more of
- 12:56Speaker 2: a breeze. You won't feel as hot. It's in October,
- 12:59Speaker 2: so it won't be as bad. I'm like, I'm contacting
- 13:01Speaker 2: Jiuji right now. I Didui. I called up Juji immediately,
- 13:04Speaker 2: and I was like, Juji, here's the thing. I love
- 13:06Speaker 2: this boat. We're gonna we're gonna need something. Luckily, a
- 13:10Speaker 2: new AC unit just got put in so the rooms
- 13:13Speaker 2: will be kept cold. Okay, So although it's small, and
- 13:17Speaker 2: I believe the toilets are gonna be pump toilets, which
- 13:20Speaker 2: you ever use one of those?
- 13:22Speaker 3: I don't.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I don't think I have any.
- 13:23Speaker 1: You have to like manually flushed.
- 13:24Speaker 2: You literally have to manually like pump it flushed. I
- 13:27Speaker 2: don't think that will be a problem because I've got
- 13:29Speaker 2: the resort right there. If you really gotta go, yeah,
- 13:31Speaker 2: get your ass to the resort.
- 13:32Speaker 3: My thing is, as a girl, I'm looking at that
- 13:35Speaker 3: and going oh, just like if I'm like, how long,
- 13:38Speaker 3: how many.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Days are you gonna be there?
- 13:40Speaker 2: It's gonna be three nights, so a Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- 13:44Speaker 2: leaving Sunday.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Okay, that's not bad, That's what I'm thinking.
- 13:46Speaker 2: It's it's not horrible.
- 13:47Speaker 1: I will say. As a girl, I'm not looking at
- 13:49Speaker 1: that and going ooh, I can't wait for the trip.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yay.
- 13:53Speaker 1: But I also don't know who.
- 13:54Speaker 3: I mean, I know your girlfriend, I don't know about
- 13:57Speaker 3: the other girls.
- 13:58Speaker 2: That's where it's tough because I only know so out
- 14:01Speaker 2: of the five couples that may be going, I know
- 14:03Speaker 2: two of the girls. We three.
- 14:06Speaker 3: My question is Why would you want to stay on
- 14:08Speaker 3: a boat if you can't take it out on the water.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I think because it's the cheapest option for everyone and
- 14:12Speaker 2: it's cool, Like it's different.
- 14:14Speaker 1: So you're a guy who thinks being on a boat.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Is cool, yeah, like it does sound kind of cool.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Yeah, but if.
- 14:20Speaker 3: We're not taking the boat out as a girl, I'm
- 14:22Speaker 3: going to show up and be like, why are we
- 14:23Speaker 3: on this fucking boat?
- 14:24Speaker 2: That's a good question.
- 14:25Speaker 3: What I mean, like, I'd rather you just find a
- 14:27Speaker 3: cheaper airbnb with full AC and a big bathroom.
- 14:32Speaker 2: That's where it's tough though, because we could do a
- 14:34Speaker 2: deeper dive. I locked it in, so I did, like
- 14:37Speaker 2: I could cancel it, but I did go ahead and
- 14:39Speaker 2: throw in a deposit to just hold it for now
- 14:41Speaker 2: so nobody else could take it. I did text my girlfriend.
- 14:44Speaker 2: She said she was in. I was like, that's one.
- 14:46Speaker 1: That's your girlfriend, though, I'm thinking about my.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Best friend's girlfriend's in two. That's two. Okay, we got
- 14:50Speaker 2: to win over three other women.
- 14:52Speaker 1: So I'm on their side.
- 14:54Speaker 3: I'm thinking about them because the people closest you're going
- 14:57Speaker 3: to do whatever. But like the girlfriend of someon who's
- 15:00Speaker 3: a friend of yours is gonna be like I don't.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Want to stay on this tiny ass boat, yeah, and
- 15:05Speaker 2: feel like I can't escape. Yeah, that's where I was too,
- 15:09Speaker 2: and that's why I held it down. I don't I'm
- 15:11Speaker 2: not married to the idea. I have until September to cancel.
- 15:14Speaker 2: What about a cruise. I thought about that too. Here's
- 15:17Speaker 2: one problem just eating. I think it's not me, but
- 15:20Speaker 2: there's some people that would be going on this trip
- 15:22Speaker 2: that have like intestinal issues, and so you got to
- 15:25Speaker 2: be careful with what you eat on a ship. Does
- 15:27Speaker 2: that make sense? So what like Okay, I don't know
- 15:30Speaker 2: how like silly acts disease or whatever that is.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Yeah, so they just don't eat gluten or.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Even further than that, there's some people with like like
- 15:38Speaker 2: real like real sensitive line.
- 15:40Speaker 3: So we want to put all of those people on
- 15:41Speaker 3: a catamaran in Key West.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Well, I think here's how the day would play out.
- 15:46Speaker 2: So we'd get there Thursday, we go bop around Key West.
- 15:49Speaker 2: The perks are we get golf carts to downtown Key West.
- 15:52Speaker 2: It's like, you know, five minutes and we get free shuttles.
- 15:55Speaker 2: So that is awesome. Okay, we don't got to worry
- 15:57Speaker 2: about ubers and all that, and when you're in this
- 16:00Speaker 2: you could buy whatever you want, Like if there's certain
- 16:02Speaker 2: foods that you can't have or can have, you could
- 16:03Speaker 2: find it the problem with the cruise because I'm your
- 16:06Speaker 2: boy loves a cruise.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I was about to saying, like the cruise seems like
- 16:09Speaker 3: the easiest often Doc's right out of Tampa.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Your boy loves a cruise, and it's the food. I
- 16:15Speaker 2: think it's the food and the time.
- 16:16Speaker 1: So what's wrong with the cruise food?
- 16:18Speaker 2: I think it's that it's just limited on all the
- 16:21Speaker 2: food is made on the ship, and you might not
- 16:24Speaker 2: be able to control like what oils or seeds are
- 16:26Speaker 2: put in certain so you might you're gonna have to
- 16:28Speaker 2: like it's a whole roundabout way. And so if that's
- 16:31Speaker 2: going to be the case and some people can't go
- 16:32Speaker 2: because we're on a cruise, I'm like, fuck it, we
- 16:34Speaker 2: might as well just go on the ship or on
- 16:36Speaker 2: our boat.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Well, I'm thinking about like a three day cruise, and
- 16:39Speaker 3: so you would only really need to be concerned about
- 16:41Speaker 3: like dinners.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Maybe that's what I'm thinking too. And I got to
- 16:46Speaker 2: talk to my buddy because he did say like he
- 16:48Speaker 2: doesn't know if his partner would be able to get
- 16:49Speaker 2: the time off for a cruise. I'm thinking I think
- 16:52Speaker 2: that'd be the same amount of time.
- 16:53Speaker 1: How many people have fully feeling acts?
- 16:56Speaker 2: Two?
- 16:57Speaker 1: Two people?
- 16:58Speaker 2: I think so yeah, Okay, so it's up in the air,
- 17:01Speaker 2: like I'm that's where I am. I'm cool with anything. Yeah.
- 17:03Speaker 3: I was about to say, I'm like, you got three
- 17:05Speaker 3: people with ibs on a catamaran in Key West.
- 17:09Speaker 2: I did bring that up.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Luckily the box in the catamaran.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Well, how much time do you really spend at the room,
- 17:17Speaker 2: Because we will be at the resort, so you're connected
- 17:21Speaker 2: to the resort. We could spend time by the pool.
- 17:23Speaker 2: For the most part, will be in the city and
- 17:25Speaker 2: I'll have some activity set up, so we'll be checking
- 17:28Speaker 2: out Duvall Street, bar hopping one day, maybe one day
- 17:31Speaker 2: doing some snorkeling. Okay, maybe like have a boat activity
- 17:35Speaker 2: that and for those things. I will try to pay
- 17:37Speaker 2: for what I can, Like if we do a full
- 17:39Speaker 2: team boat activity, team friend activity, I'll pay for that.
- 17:42Speaker 2: I'm trying to make this as easy as everyone because
- 17:44Speaker 2: I just want somebody to say I'm in. So far,
- 17:47Speaker 2: I think I have three people that are in Okay,
- 17:49Speaker 2: that's got a good seven more and that is really cheap.
- 17:52Speaker 2: That is really helpful. If everyone could jump in, will
- 17:55Speaker 2: be tight on this damn boat.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Might be on a catamaran is crazy, be fun?
- 18:00Speaker 2: And how much time we're going to spend on that boat?
- 18:02Speaker 1: Then why be on the boat. Then why not get
- 18:05Speaker 1: a room somewhere.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Because the rooms are expensive?
- 18:07Speaker 3: What's the praise difference between getting a room and getting
- 18:10Speaker 3: the catamaran?
- 18:10Speaker 2: I think it was like at least a thousand extra. Really, yeah,
- 18:14Speaker 2: I mean, and that's that's boys looking at Airbnb. Anytime
- 18:17Speaker 2: I've seen like my girlfriend get on to look at stuff,
- 18:19Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, I don't know how women
- 18:21Speaker 2: do it. You all are so good at finding the
- 18:23Speaker 2: greatest deals and being the best online. We were looking
- 18:27Speaker 2: and it's just expensive. We're looking at different apartments and
- 18:29Speaker 2: houses and everything was at least four grand, yeah, in
- 18:32Speaker 2: that range or just not even worth it, being too
- 18:35Speaker 2: far away from Key West would spend the money in ubers.
- 18:38Speaker 2: So at least this way we're in the city in
- 18:40Speaker 2: a cool catamaran okay with ac Okay, so at least
- 18:43Speaker 2: it's cool and we're saving money. So this way, people
- 18:47Speaker 2: don't have a say of like, oh, it's too expensive.
- 18:49Speaker 2: The only problem would be is people could say I
- 18:51Speaker 2: can't afford the plane ticket there.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Plane tickets are expensive, But I don't feel like it
- 18:55Speaker 3: would be that bad from Tampa.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I don't think.
- 18:57Speaker 1: I'm just thinking.
- 18:58Speaker 3: I'm thinking money wise logistically. You got I get a
- 19:00Speaker 3: plane to key West, Like, is it more economically efficient
- 19:03Speaker 3: to do something like an Anna Maria? So maybe you
- 19:06Speaker 3: don't spend money on the plane.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Do you know what I mean?
- 19:10Speaker 2: I did bring that up. I was like, are we
- 19:11Speaker 2: married to the key West idea? And me and my
- 19:13Speaker 2: buddy were like, actually, it does kind of sound cool,
- 19:15Speaker 2: like we never really go out there.
- 19:16Speaker 1: What about Fort Lauderdale? About Miami? Yeah, I don't know.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I've never really liked Miami. I've done spring break in
- 19:22Speaker 2: Fort Lauderdale and that was wild.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Fort Ltdereale, it was wild, But it.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Does feel like a nice that feels like a true getaway.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Going to key West for some reason, Miami it feels
- 19:29Speaker 2: like I might as well just be here. Yeah, and
- 19:31Speaker 2: then key West I feel like I'm in a tropical destination.
- 19:34Speaker 1: I get that.
- 19:34Speaker 2: And so far everyone's been open to the idea, like
- 19:36Speaker 2: nobody said no to it because everyone knows that I'm
- 19:39Speaker 2: looking at a boat. Everyone knows that they're gonna be
- 19:41Speaker 2: looking at a catamaran. Yeah, and the story that comes
- 19:44Speaker 2: out of it. How many times could you say that
- 19:46Speaker 2: you slept on a catamaran?
- 19:47Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 19:48Speaker 2: Can you say that this time?
- 19:49Speaker 1: See this one time?
- 19:50Speaker 2: One time?
- 19:51Speaker 3: Hey, what a great story. Hey guys, remember when we
- 19:54Speaker 3: slept on a catamaran?
- 19:56Speaker 2: Isn't that fun?
- 19:56Speaker 1: It's crazy, crazy story.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Well as long as the if there's any objections, especially
- 20:02Speaker 2: from people's partners, and then I'll do another deep dive, ye,
- 20:05Speaker 2: and I'll start looking and be like all right, because
- 20:06Speaker 2: I want people to go yeah, I want a reason
- 20:09Speaker 2: why I'm doing this is because it's so easy to
- 20:12Speaker 2: let years go by without seeing your closest people. And
- 20:14Speaker 2: I'm not talking about family, because I get to see luckily.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I'm very grateful I see my family, Like maybe sound sad,
- 20:20Speaker 2: but like once a year.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Yeah, but in the cabmarine, you're really going to see
- 20:23Speaker 1: them get the most.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Out of it. But I would like to start planning
- 20:27Speaker 2: like at least one trip a year for like a
- 20:29Speaker 2: bunch of friends to get together, because those are like.
- 20:31Speaker 3: The best an annual cabin trip. Yeah, oh, I love
- 20:35Speaker 3: a boygirl cabin trip. That's so fun.
- 20:37Speaker 2: That's really what Like if I wasn't doing this, that
- 20:40Speaker 2: will be next Yeah, like cabin in spring next year
- 20:44Speaker 2: or cabin in next fall.
- 20:45Speaker 3: I'm telling you, the first weekend in November in Georgia,
- 20:48Speaker 3: that is the best weekend to get a cabin.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Well, damn it. Now I should probably look. I would,
- 20:52Speaker 2: and I want to look. And I was laughing at
- 20:54Speaker 2: myself because we talked about my stupid vacation club. I
- 20:57Speaker 2: tried using it for this trip. Mm hmm. Ain't nothing,
- 21:01Speaker 2: no dice, no dice, no way could help me here,
- 21:04Speaker 2: and it just made me more mad that I have it.
- 21:05Speaker 3: I'm not going to yuck your yacht or your catamaran,
- 21:08Speaker 3: thank you, because I also want to do an obnoxious
- 21:10Speaker 3: trip for my.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Thirtieth I think you should so.
- 21:12Speaker 3: I think you're being very cognizant of people's finances, which
- 21:15Speaker 3: I think is important.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Everyone's in different positions.
- 21:17Speaker 3: And taking into account whether or want, whether or not
- 21:19Speaker 3: they'll enjoy their time being there.
- 21:21Speaker 2: I think Key West in general would be extremely enjoyable,
- 21:25Speaker 2: and what a cool experience to be on a catamaran.
- 21:29Speaker 1: What a great story.
- 21:30Speaker 3: I remember that time we slept on a cagy catamaran. Yeah,
- 21:34Speaker 3: slept on the cadmaran.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Isn't that great? Good story?
- 21:37Speaker 2: You could always say you stayed at a hotel, you
- 21:39Speaker 2: stayed at.
- 21:39Speaker 1: A holiday in yeah, or what about that? What about
- 21:41Speaker 1: that time we stayed at a really nice hotel in
- 21:43Speaker 1: Key West?
- 21:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that would be too basics. Yeah, bad story. There
- 21:47Speaker 2: were some though, like there's a MTV house in Key
- 21:50Speaker 2: West that you could rent for like thirteen k and
- 21:52Speaker 2: it looks crazy, like it's decked out all the MTV colors.
- 21:56Speaker 2: They got slides in the house, different pool tables and
- 21:59Speaker 2: arcade games and ping. It's crazy. No, if I invited everyone,
- 22:03Speaker 2: I know maybe we would get that. But I was
- 22:06Speaker 2: telling our boss, I was like, this kind of reminded
- 22:08Speaker 2: me of like not remind me because I've never done it,
- 22:10Speaker 2: but like gave me a little look into what it
- 22:12Speaker 2: will be like setting up a bachelor party.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 22:14Speaker 2: I was like, oh, looking at these houses because.
- 22:16Speaker 1: We know you're getting married soon that soon.
- 22:20Speaker 2: But you know, I'm sure I could assume I would
- 22:22Speaker 2: place money that would happen in the next five years. Yeah,
- 22:25Speaker 2: I would hope maybe or maybe it doesn't want. I
- 22:29Speaker 2: like the idea that it does. Though.
- 22:30Speaker 3: I was making a joke cause I think you're literally
- 22:32Speaker 3: going to get engaged next year. Next year, I'm putting
- 22:35Speaker 3: money on next fall. Wow, I'm putting money on next fall.
- 22:39Speaker 3: You heard it, your first mofos and I'm going to
- 22:42Speaker 3: be a lesbian by then.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Hey, you know what, new year and new exploring your
- 22:49Speaker 2: new parts. So there you go. I'm going on a Cadmoran.
- 22:51Speaker 1: That's so exciting. Well, I love that for you. When
- 22:53Speaker 1: I turned thirty, we will not be going on a Canemory.
- 22:55Speaker 2: What do you want to do? What would be your
- 22:57Speaker 2: obnoxious trip?
- 22:58Speaker 1: I don't know. Next year, not to rush it, No,
- 23:01Speaker 1: I know it's in April.
- 23:02Speaker 3: I'm trying to think what I want to do because
- 23:04Speaker 3: all I like, all me and my friends like to
- 23:06Speaker 3: do is we like to go to fun dinners, get
- 23:09Speaker 3: dressed up and go dancing. I'm like, I could literally
- 23:11Speaker 3: do that in Saint Pete's som Like, I don't know
- 23:13Speaker 3: why I want to make people like fly or anywhere,
- 23:15Speaker 3: So maybe I'll do Like, maybe I'll get.
- 23:18Speaker 1: A hotel like the Dawn. The Daun says a R.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe I'll get the hotel room. If somebody wants
- 23:24Speaker 3: the room room, they can pay for it.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, yo, buy one room.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Bye, I'll get like one one big room, the biggest room,
- 23:31Speaker 3: one big room.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Or maybe two rooms. Or maybe I'll get a house.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Maybe I'll I will get the house, and then I'll
- 23:36Speaker 3: just say to anybody, hey, I'm turning thirty.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Come hang. No pressure, like literally no pressure.
- 23:42Speaker 3: I just don't want to be alone on my birthday,
- 23:45Speaker 3: So come hang or don't.
- 23:46Speaker 2: That's it. I mean, I love the idea because I
- 23:48Speaker 2: remember you saying you should just That's why I did
- 23:51Speaker 2: the Key West trip. You're like, you should just cover
- 23:53Speaker 2: everything and just invite people over.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it.
- 23:55Speaker 3: My motto for my girls trips is always have the
- 23:57Speaker 3: trip you want to have. Could be actually I need
- 24:00Speaker 3: to add this caveat. Let us know what you're doing,
- 24:02Speaker 3: don't just run.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Off, don't just disappear, kind of like ahead, Yeah.
- 24:05Speaker 3: I have the trip you want to have, but just like,
- 24:07Speaker 3: let me know where you're going, let me know what
- 24:08Speaker 3: kind of trip you're having, and then go have that
- 24:10Speaker 3: kind of trip you want to have.
- 24:11Speaker 2: So that's the thirtieth I mean that's impressive, though, So
- 24:14Speaker 2: you'd cover like a beach house.
- 24:15Speaker 3: I I'm thinking so or sometimes my mom like, I
- 24:18Speaker 3: don't really know what to ask for my parents anymore
- 24:19Speaker 3: gift wise, so maybe I'll just ask my parents, like, hey,
- 24:21Speaker 3: for my birthday, I just want like a big house
- 24:23Speaker 3: for the weekend.
- 24:24Speaker 2: That would be sweet.
- 24:25Speaker 1: But I don't know if I'm ever going to have
- 24:27Speaker 1: a bachelorette party.
- 24:27Speaker 3: So it's not that I want to have like a
- 24:29Speaker 3: bachelorette party, like and I'm not trying to like fill
- 24:31Speaker 3: that void, but I'm like, what is appealing to me
- 24:34Speaker 3: about a boucherette. I'm like, I want to look fucking fabulous.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Oh yeah, and I want to go dancing with my friends.
- 24:40Speaker 3: I'm like, I don't need to get married.
- 24:41Speaker 2: You do that.
- 24:41Speaker 3: No, I could just buy some really fabulous outpitts and
- 24:44Speaker 3: weird them somewhere.
- 24:45Speaker 2: And why wait, why put off? Like that was my
- 24:47Speaker 2: thing about planning this. I was like, I could save
- 24:50Speaker 2: and wait before, you know, until I do a bachelor party.
- 24:52Speaker 2: But I was like, the truth is, and this sounds
- 24:55Speaker 2: so morbid, like you literally don't know what the next
- 24:57Speaker 2: couple of years will bring.
- 24:58Speaker 1: You could get that pernuvosk and they could be like, surprise,
- 25:01Speaker 1: three months to live.
- 25:02Speaker 2: You got three hours, I have three hours.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Starts now they have the sand thing, that sand thing,
- 25:07Speaker 1: and go whoa no.
- 25:09Speaker 2: But seriously, though, it's like why wait for these big
- 25:12Speaker 2: celebrations or why wait to have everyone come together? And
- 25:15Speaker 2: that's why I know there's always that person in the
- 25:17Speaker 2: friend group that has to be the captain of it,
- 25:19Speaker 2: Like you'll have to be the captain of the friend
- 25:20Speaker 2: group to get everyone to your third, your thirtieth.
- 25:22Speaker 1: And I will.
- 25:22Speaker 3: I'm gonna get people aheads up. I'm gonna listen. And
- 25:24Speaker 3: the good thing is we're old enough to where we
- 25:26Speaker 3: all have adult money. Yeah, like listen, And it'll probably
- 25:29Speaker 3: be Charleston because I always go to Charleston for birthday. Yeah.
- 25:31Speaker 3: I will probably get a hotel room at the Dewberry
- 25:34Speaker 3: and I will say, listen, mofos. I just want to
- 25:36Speaker 3: look fabulous and go dancing somewhere.
- 25:38Speaker 2: That's simple.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:39Speaker 2: See, I want to do I want to go out,
- 25:41Speaker 2: have a couple of drinks, go on a boat, maybe
- 25:43Speaker 2: do a little snorkeling.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Oho.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I just want to hang like my love language is.
- 25:46Speaker 2: I could literally probably just sit on that boat the
- 25:48Speaker 2: whole time.
- 25:48Speaker 1: And that's fun.
- 25:49Speaker 2: I'm down for it.
- 25:50Speaker 1: You don't have to do things for things to be fun.
- 25:52Speaker 2: That's exactly what I'm saying. And I think with the
- 25:54Speaker 2: people that I'd be bringing on, it would be perfect.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Everyone's so chill that nobody's like waiting for that next
- 25:59Speaker 2: thing to pop up, of like we gotta go do
- 26:01Speaker 2: this now. Everyone's just cool. Everyone's just good at just hanging,
- 26:04Speaker 2: just vibing, just vibin'.
- 26:06Speaker 1: How far are you along in Love Island?
- 26:08Speaker 2: I watched the latest episode yesterday.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Watch last night's episode, which was.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Okay, not last nights because they come out.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Do you watch Tuesday nights episode.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Which should have been when the hideaway episode the Hideaway?
- 26:19Speaker 1: Oh and Sincere and Melanie got on.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Yes, Yes, So I'm caught up, okay because I did
- 26:24Speaker 2: miss many episodes. But what I figured based off of
- 26:26Speaker 2: comments you said, it's just jump in that's okay, and
- 26:29Speaker 2: that's what I did. I was like, I'll figure out
- 26:31Speaker 2: who split up based off of this latest It's very
- 26:33Speaker 2: easy to follow. You're gonna see who's coupled up.
- 26:35Speaker 3: You're not gonna understand some of the conversations because you're
- 26:38Speaker 3: really like, why is why does someone hate Sincere?
- 26:40Speaker 1: But you know, just jump in. You'll figure it out.
- 26:42Speaker 2: You pick it up pretty quick based off of context
- 26:44Speaker 2: clues if.
- 26:45Speaker 1: You have, if you got like a C in English
- 26:47Speaker 1: in high school, you'll figure it out.
- 26:49Speaker 2: And I was watching and that's why I texted you,
- 26:51Speaker 2: because I was like, wait a second, and this is
- 26:53Speaker 2: where the context would probably matter. Yeah, I was like,
- 26:56Speaker 2: my favorite character might be Zach No, and we don't
- 26:59Speaker 2: like Zach. Zach though, is so funny, and yeah, I
- 27:02Speaker 2: don't like him because then we'll get into that in
- 27:04Speaker 2: a second. But I like him because he's so funny.
- 27:06Speaker 2: He's such a dude bro. And I've said this before,
- 27:09Speaker 2: like his relationship with what's his name?
- 27:11Speaker 1: Bryce, Yeah, the bromance that I love.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Like when you first told me about these two comparing
- 27:15Speaker 2: their Wieners, I was like, Okay, that's a little weird.
- 27:17Speaker 1: And then he started he like humped him at one point, but.
- 27:20Speaker 2: That I understood. Weirdly enough, I understood that.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I'm more concerned that you understood that and not the
- 27:25Speaker 3: Wiener comparison.
- 27:26Speaker 2: I have bromances just like that, Like now that I've
- 27:29Speaker 2: seen it play out in person, I'm like, oh, dude,
- 27:30Speaker 2: they're just browing out. They're just you know, weirdly enough.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Like I'm about to see my best friend this weekend.
- 27:36Speaker 1: I'm probably this is I'm.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Probably gonna give him hump, Probably gonna hump the dude
- 27:42Speaker 2: just for fun.
- 27:43Speaker 1: I don't know. It's just something we do.
- 27:45Speaker 2: It's like joking, like whatever it is to get each
- 27:47Speaker 2: other to laugh. Huh, you're willing to do it, and
- 27:50Speaker 2: so I'm not gonna like tell him to give me
- 27:52Speaker 2: a girth check. Yeah, yeah, but I'll probably give him
- 27:54Speaker 2: a hump when I hug.
- 27:56Speaker 3: I draw the line at comparing penises, but when it
- 27:59Speaker 3: comes to actually humping him, that's totally fine.
- 28:02Speaker 2: I know my girlfriend's about to see a whole new
- 28:04Speaker 2: side of me yeah, with this friend. But I love
- 28:07Speaker 2: their bromance and I love how he was so supportive
- 28:11Speaker 2: of them. I think that's I still think that's gonna
- 28:13Speaker 2: get them in trouble now. The parts that we don't
- 28:15Speaker 2: like about all freakin' what's his name, Zach Zach.
- 28:19Speaker 3: He's just pulling the classic gen Z guy move where
- 28:23Speaker 3: when he doesn't want to date you, he just says.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Oh, we're exclusive.
- 28:25Speaker 3: That's yeah, my best friend from college, Virginia had this
- 28:28Speaker 3: exact same conversation literally seven years ago.
- 28:31Speaker 1: So men have not changed.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Literally seven years ago, she was dating this douchebag and
- 28:38Speaker 3: she didn't What's ironic is she didn't necessarily want to
- 28:40Speaker 3: date him, but she wanted him to want him to
- 28:43Speaker 3: date her.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Does that make sense, Yeah, you didn't want the chase.
- 28:46Speaker 3: They've been seeing each other for a while, like casually,
- 28:49Speaker 3: and I think she brought it up. She was like,
- 28:51Speaker 3: how would you feel about being my boyfriend? And he goes, well,
- 28:54Speaker 3: I don't.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I don't know about that, but like we're we're definitely exclusive.
- 28:58Speaker 2: That's insane.
- 28:59Speaker 3: And I'm remember I told her the exact same thing
- 29:01Speaker 3: that Trinity is telling Cato right now when Zach said
- 29:04Speaker 3: he didn't want to be her boyfriend, is that we're exclusive.
- 29:07Speaker 1: I'm like, that's the same thing. But you're but you're
- 29:10Speaker 1: going out of your way to disrespect me.
- 29:12Speaker 2: You're literally telling me I'm not at the level of girlfriend.
- 29:15Speaker 3: You're literally looking me in the eyes and saying, sure,
- 29:18Speaker 3: I won't have sex with anybody else, but like you're
- 29:21Speaker 3: not my girlfriend.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and you get the excuse of That's where
- 29:26Speaker 2: it's probably like there's least so many doors open, so
- 29:28Speaker 2: many loose ends, where it's like if you're exclusive with somebody,
- 29:31Speaker 2: if you slip up or talk to someone or anything,
- 29:33Speaker 2: you're like, we're not even dating. Yeah, we're not boyfriend girlfriend, Like,
- 29:36Speaker 2: we're not. That's a cop out.
- 29:38Speaker 3: It's like a safety net. And the thing is gen
- 29:40Speaker 3: Z's always like, oh, I don't need labels. I don't
- 29:41Speaker 3: need to call you my girlfriend for you no matter
- 29:43Speaker 3: to me. But then they give you the longer label
- 29:45Speaker 3: of well, we're exclusive.
- 29:46Speaker 2: We're exclusive, but we gotta But I think that was
- 29:49Speaker 2: very accurate and I know she's not Melanie and the
- 29:50Speaker 2: show is not like not okay with this, but like
- 29:52Speaker 2: the situationship title, Yeah, that's what it looks like, where
- 29:55Speaker 2: it's you're just around for when it's convenient. You don't
- 29:59Speaker 2: got to do the and beyond shit because you're not
- 30:01Speaker 2: my girlfriend. That's where I think guys just cop out
- 30:03Speaker 2: because you're not willing to do the work. And I
- 30:05Speaker 2: think at the end of the day, you're literally telling
- 30:07Speaker 2: the person, like you said, you are not as good
- 30:10Speaker 2: or as desirable to make you that exclusive girlfriend.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Because when you want someone to be your girlfriend, you'll
- 30:17Speaker 3: make them your girlfriend. Oh yeah, we saw Casey switch
- 30:19Speaker 3: up immediately the second he got with Tierah because the
- 30:22Speaker 3: reality is he just didn't like Anny you that much.
- 30:24Speaker 3: But then the second he gets with t T. He's like,
- 30:26Speaker 3: oh yeah, I'm wifing her up immediately.
- 30:28Speaker 2: Yes, the right person will bring it out of you.
- 30:30Speaker 2: You won't be playing all these games trying to find
- 30:33Speaker 2: the truth and any little sliver that you can, you'll
- 30:35Speaker 2: make it happen. And not only that, And I loved
- 30:37Speaker 2: in the show. Gosh. I will say the show has
- 30:40Speaker 2: helped in so many different ways personally, but I love
- 30:43Speaker 2: that Casey has gone above and beyond in that episode
- 30:45Speaker 2: where he's like he set up a whole scavenger hunt.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Effort is literally everything.
- 30:52Speaker 3: Literally everything, And you have all the time in the
- 30:53Speaker 3: world in the villa to put in an effort.
- 30:55Speaker 1: What else are you doing.
- 30:56Speaker 3: You're sitting by the pool and you're talking with Bryce
- 30:59Speaker 3: about everybody else's relationship. You're talking with Zach about his
- 31:03Speaker 3: bromance with Bryce, You're talking with t T like your girlfriend, Like,
- 31:06Speaker 3: you might as well just wife are.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Up while you're there, I'd like.
- 31:09Speaker 3: But what I love about Love Island is it's always
- 31:11Speaker 3: such a fascinating sociology experience experiment because then you see
- 31:15Speaker 3: like how Bryce and Carl treat their women versus the
- 31:18Speaker 3: guys who are under twenty five with undeveloped frontal lobes.
- 31:22Speaker 3: And I'm like, I look at Carl and I look
- 31:24Speaker 3: at Bryce. I'm like, yeah, those are some men right there.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Those are mature men.
- 31:28Speaker 3: They are emotionally intelligent. They know how to treat a lady.
- 31:32Speaker 1: They like they like women.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Like when they had the girls' day and they did
- 31:36Speaker 3: the whole like water park thing and all the girls
- 31:38Speaker 3: like snuck out of the villa, Casey and Zach were
- 31:42Speaker 3: both like, oh my.
- 31:43Speaker 1: God, it's the sky always been so blue. It's so great.
- 31:46Speaker 3: And Carl and Bryce, the over twenty eight crowd or
- 31:49Speaker 3: the over twenty seven crowd is like, oh, it's kind
- 31:51Speaker 3: of weird, Like where's my lady?
- 31:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but you missed your person.
- 31:54Speaker 3: You're not like Waan Wamboo, who wear is she? But
- 31:56Speaker 3: it's like, oh, I kind of wish she was here.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Yeah, because that's what you should be looking for in
- 32:00Speaker 2: a partner. And this is we've talked about this, like
- 32:02Speaker 2: it's like, yeah, you don't need to be obsessed with
- 32:04Speaker 2: each other up each other's butts all the time, but
- 32:06Speaker 2: it is usually always a better time when they're there.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I know, even if they're just in the area, you
- 32:10Speaker 2: could see them. And I love that Bryce said that.
- 32:12Speaker 2: What he's like, I just like being able to see you.
- 32:13Speaker 2: And when you leave, I'm always like, where is she?
- 32:15Speaker 1: Where can I miss her? It's been ten minutes?
- 32:17Speaker 2: Like that part's really sweet. To some of the other guys,
- 32:19Speaker 2: I'm like, I look at them and I look at
- 32:21Speaker 2: their body language, and that's what pisses me off with
- 32:22Speaker 2: the younger guys, Like when they're talking to their person
- 32:25Speaker 2: and they just like look off and dinne la la land.
- 32:28Speaker 3: They're so bored and they're just like and I get
- 32:30Speaker 3: it that that's not your person. And I think, again,
- 32:33Speaker 3: it's like a sociology experience, Yes, sociology, so I can't
- 32:37Speaker 3: get the right words out. Sociology experiment where it's kind
- 32:40Speaker 3: of like the real world where it's everybody else is
- 32:42Speaker 3: coupled up, and you're in this experiment where you also
- 32:45Speaker 3: kind of have to be coupled up, or you feel
- 32:47Speaker 3: like you have to be coupled up. I mean, you
- 32:48Speaker 3: can leave the villa anytime you don't have to be
- 32:50Speaker 3: coupled up, but like everybody else is. So you think, oh, well,
- 32:53Speaker 3: I need to be with this person. But then when
- 32:55Speaker 3: someone better comes along, like a tet, you're immediately like,
- 32:58Speaker 3: oh my god, that's the person I'm looking for.
- 32:59Speaker 1: I want to be with that now.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, you see the difference and how they treat
- 33:03Speaker 2: that person immediately, like watching the things that they talk about,
- 33:06Speaker 2: watching how those conversations go. The one that makes me
- 33:09Speaker 2: mad is that girl she's with Dylan Kenzie Kenzie.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Yeah, those two are so painful to watch, so painful
- 33:17Speaker 3: to watch.
- 33:17Speaker 2: I feel like they're just like holding on to the
- 33:20Speaker 2: smallest of straw of hope.
- 33:22Speaker 3: But that's the thing is you have to because the
- 33:24Speaker 3: finale is Sunday, So it's like, Okay, well I just
- 33:26Speaker 3: got to pretend to like this person for four more days.
- 33:28Speaker 2: That's what I was thinking about when I was watching.
- 33:29Speaker 2: I was like, you guys suck, Like you're literally just
- 33:32Speaker 2: trying to like and I know that's the show, but
- 33:33Speaker 2: it's like you're just you know, you're not meant to
- 33:35Speaker 2: be m M.
- 33:37Speaker 3: That's how I feel about I think Melanie has finally
- 33:39Speaker 3: realized she's not supposed to be with Sincere.
- 33:40Speaker 1: I think that's finally clicked with her.
- 33:42Speaker 3: But she's like, well, I got through more days, so like,
- 33:43Speaker 3: let me just She's not saying that, but I can
- 33:45Speaker 3: see it mentally in her head.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Let me see Okay, wait, oh well one, I was
- 33:49Speaker 2: never a big fan of Sincere. Yeah, what did you?
- 33:51Speaker 2: Because when I saw it, when I went all that,
- 33:52Speaker 2: they just had fied away.
- 33:53Speaker 3: They just had family day, and her family's like, you
- 33:56Speaker 3: cannot be with this guy, and she I can tell
- 33:59Speaker 3: she knows she cannot be with him.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Why does she not think she could be with him?
- 34:03Speaker 2: I guess I missed that because he's horrible.
- 34:05Speaker 3: He's like not a good person to her, and so
- 34:07Speaker 3: her family's like, dude, you gotta break up with them,
- 34:08Speaker 3: and so she's like, well, I can tell in the
- 34:10Speaker 3: back of her mind she's like, I just need to
- 34:11Speaker 3: be with Sky for three more days and then we
- 34:13Speaker 3: can break up. And that's how I feel like a
- 34:16Speaker 3: lot of these I feel like some of these people
- 34:17Speaker 3: are sort of forcing their connections.
- 34:19Speaker 1: They probably do like them on.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Some base level, and they're all hot, and they're all.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Hot, so why not hang out with them?
- 34:26Speaker 3: But I can tell that they're in like real world
- 34:29Speaker 3: date three vibes where it's like.
- 34:32Speaker 1: I could keep dating this person.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Let's see, I don't know, I could, maybe I could,
- 34:36Speaker 3: Maybe we could probably break up, but like it's kind
- 34:38Speaker 3: of nice, just like whatever, it's just good enough. It's
- 34:41Speaker 3: just good enough, and you might get one hundred thousand.
- 34:43Speaker 1: Dollars out of it.
- 34:43Speaker 2: That's the part that I could understand, Like, all right, well,
- 34:45Speaker 2: let's just hang around for a little bit and see
- 34:47Speaker 2: what happened.
- 34:47Speaker 1: I think Trinity and Bryce will last. I think, I hope.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Unless they're just extremely good at manipulating us.
- 34:54Speaker 1: They are really good. I think Bryce. I don't think
- 34:56Speaker 1: Bryce is a good liar.
- 34:57Speaker 2: I don't think so that. He seems way too chill
- 34:59Speaker 2: and like heart forward. Yeah, well, I'm like, all right,
- 35:01Speaker 2: you actually care?
- 35:02Speaker 1: Yeahah.
- 35:02Speaker 3: And I feel like he would have explored in Kasa
- 35:05Speaker 3: if he really didn't like Trinity, and I think Trinity
- 35:08Speaker 3: would have explored too.
- 35:08Speaker 1: But they both were like, oh like mutually yearning. Yeah,
- 35:11Speaker 1: so beautiful.
- 35:12Speaker 3: So they're my favorite because I think they most likely
- 35:14Speaker 3: have the chance to last. I would have said Kenzy
- 35:17Speaker 3: and Dylan, but I feel like Kenzy's kind of acting out.
- 35:20Speaker 2: What did she do recently that Dylan got upset about
- 35:22Speaker 2: because I saw, like what I jumped back in. Yeah,
- 35:25Speaker 2: I guess they were having a discussion where like Dylan
- 35:27Speaker 2: was asking her to apologize.
- 35:29Speaker 3: They had movie night, and basically he saw her past
- 35:32Speaker 3: behavior with her previous connection Corbin and Caleb.
- 35:36Speaker 1: She was kind of playing both sides.
- 35:38Speaker 3: She really liked Corbin and she kind of liked Kleb,
- 35:41Speaker 3: So she was saying one thing to Kleb and then
- 35:43Speaker 3: acting a different way with Corbin. And so I think
- 35:45Speaker 3: Dylan kind of felt like, who am I dating?
- 35:47Speaker 2: That's okay? Like what version am I getting version of?
- 35:51Speaker 2: For sure?
- 35:51Speaker 1: For sure?
- 35:52Speaker 3: Oh that's awkwol I know, but Dylan's under twenty five,
- 35:54Speaker 3: and I felt like he kind of I feel like
- 35:56Speaker 3: he kind of acted out a little bit when he
- 35:57Speaker 3: saw that, Like he got a little too like Yeah,
- 36:00Speaker 3: I'm like, dude, you've known her like two days.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Give it out. Let's relax and let's see give somebody
- 36:05Speaker 2: grace to you know, they're exploring. That's exactly what they
- 36:07Speaker 2: should be doing. Yes, And if you can't handle it,
- 36:09Speaker 2: that's the biggest thing. If you can't handle that, now,
- 36:12Speaker 2: wait till you step out into the real world, I know,
- 36:14Speaker 2: and you see someone out in full force, you should
- 36:16Speaker 2: want to see them like fully as they are, not
- 36:19Speaker 2: trying to make them smaller than they are.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I think Casey and t t will last.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Hmmm yeah, they seem legit, they see I see a
- 36:27Speaker 2: different side of Casey now.
- 36:28Speaker 1: They seem well suited. Who else?
- 36:32Speaker 2: I honestly I could. This is gonna sound rude, but
- 36:35Speaker 2: because of how dumb Zach and what's his lady? Kada kada,
- 36:42Speaker 2: some of their conversations seem so dumb. Yeah, and I'm like,
- 36:45Speaker 2: they're just dumb enough for each other.
- 36:47Speaker 3: I would have said that they would have lasted until
- 36:49Speaker 3: the whole exclusive conversation because I'm like, oh, he didn't.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Like her then, oh okay, that makes sense.
- 36:53Speaker 3: See and he definitely explored and Cosa and would have
- 36:56Speaker 3: left her for somebody else, but she got kicked out
- 36:58Speaker 3: because there was a video of a Racials are coming out,
- 37:01Speaker 3: so that.
- 37:02Speaker 2: The conversation I think is still important though, because we've
- 37:04Speaker 2: seen those things. Okay, what did we see last time?
- 37:07Speaker 2: Like the Bachelorette, right, call, who's that girl that did tho?
- 37:11Speaker 3: Oh Taylor Franky Paul.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, like that was the right move,
- 37:16Speaker 2: hard move. A lot of businesses wouldn't make that move
- 37:18Speaker 2: because it's like that's a lot of money. They didn't
- 37:20Speaker 2: do a whole season of The Bachelorette.
- 37:22Speaker 1: It is crazy because ABC also knew that when they
- 37:25Speaker 1: cast her.
- 37:26Speaker 2: That part's crazy.
- 37:27Speaker 3: So really it was just like her man bringing it
- 37:30Speaker 3: back to the forefront again that made it was honestly
- 37:33Speaker 3: more of like a PR crisis because it was public
- 37:35Speaker 3: knowledge that.
- 37:36Speaker 2: She and she was still cast forwards and she was
- 37:38Speaker 2: still cast for that seems ichy.
- 37:40Speaker 3: I don't know, I really don't know how to feel
- 37:42Speaker 3: about it, because I think both of them are incredibly
- 37:45Speaker 3: more than just toxic dangers to each other.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Yeah, and that it.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Does feel like he provokes her a little bit knowing
- 37:51Speaker 3: he's going to get a reaction, you know what I mean,
- 37:53Speaker 3: not saying that her actions are right, But I don't know.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Probably still both people that we should not be like celebrating,
- 38:00Speaker 2: lebrating in the spotlight.
- 38:00Speaker 1: And I do miss the heyday of the Bachelor and
- 38:02Speaker 1: Bachelorette series.
- 38:03Speaker 2: I actually do too, when when it was.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Good, it was like crack.
- 38:07Speaker 3: It felt good when everyone watched it, Oh my god. Yeah,
- 38:10Speaker 3: cause then it was like my whole week. On Monday,
- 38:12Speaker 3: I would watch it. Then Tuesday you have the recap
- 38:14Speaker 3: podcast and then you see like the what the TikTokers say,
- 38:18Speaker 3: and then you had the previews for the next episode
- 38:20Speaker 3: on Monday on my.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Own and they were so good. They were so good
- 38:22Speaker 2: you'd go I remember I used to do a segment
- 38:24Speaker 2: on the radio and like, I didn't care about The
- 38:25Speaker 2: Bachelor till and then I jumped in. I think in
- 38:27Speaker 2: that hey day where everyone's talking about it, and I'd go,
- 38:29Speaker 2: like live on Instagram and like everyone would be talking
- 38:32Speaker 2: about it.
- 38:33Speaker 3: I used to live tweet during the Bachelor. That was
- 38:35Speaker 3: like my favorite. It was like a sport. I would
- 38:37Speaker 3: shut myself in my room. I would tell my parents
- 38:39Speaker 3: and like, do not bother me for the next two hours.
- 38:41Speaker 3: It's go time. And I would just see how many
- 38:43Speaker 3: times my tweet would go viral.
- 38:45Speaker 1: I I had some good ones.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Damn. I can only imagine you on vine? Are you
- 38:49Speaker 2: on Twitter?
- 38:50Speaker 1: Me on Twitter?
- 38:50Speaker 2: You're quick?
- 38:51Speaker 1: It was go time that reposted a lot. It was
- 38:53Speaker 1: a good time.
- 38:54Speaker 2: I want there. I mean, I guess Love Island is
- 38:56Speaker 2: the closest thing to that right now.
- 38:58Speaker 3: Right now, for sure, and then and yeah, I guess
- 39:01Speaker 3: Love Island's the closest thing.
- 39:03Speaker 2: But are people sharing, like what are the shares? I
- 39:05Speaker 2: don't know. Twitter is still a thing, but it's not
- 39:07Speaker 2: like it was.
- 39:08Speaker 1: No like Bachelor of Twitter. Oh got in This.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Bachelor where things would pop off boom, you'd see like
- 39:14Speaker 2: you just hit a chord. He struck a chord in
- 39:16Speaker 2: the Bachelor Nation, it's.
- 39:17Speaker 3: Like and you get so good at it because you
- 39:18Speaker 3: realize that there are certain jokes you can just sort
- 39:20Speaker 3: of repeat, like different little memes. Like one of my
- 39:22Speaker 3: favorite ones was what's the It's like this meal with
- 39:25Speaker 3: the cinnamon toast guy and it's caption what the cinnamon
- 39:28Speaker 3: toast fuck is this?
- 39:30Speaker 1: I thought that was so easy.
- 39:31Speaker 3: You could just like caption something and be like, oh God,
- 39:33Speaker 3: but yeah, I would just have I couldn't even enjoy
- 39:35Speaker 3: the episode because I just have my phone out like
- 39:37Speaker 3: this and I'd be like trying to get like a
- 39:38Speaker 3: good screenshot of something.
- 39:39Speaker 2: That's so funny because now we have to do that.
- 39:41Speaker 2: We do that with like different award shows, and it
- 39:42Speaker 2: does work. Like when we've done on the station, well,
- 39:46Speaker 2: is it either the halftime show or the other, Like
- 39:49Speaker 2: maybe the Grammys, and you don't eve enjoy it because
- 39:51Speaker 2: now it's like I sit there and I wait for
- 39:52Speaker 2: those moments and I film and as soon as it happens,
- 39:54Speaker 2: like if you get it up, boom, you strike a
- 39:57Speaker 2: chord with people the best and it goes by so quick. Though.
- 40:00Speaker 1: This is great, But have you ever had a viral tweet?
- 40:02Speaker 2: Have you ever gone viral on the internet?
- 40:03Speaker 1: Have you ever had fifteen hundred people say that you're funny?
- 40:05Speaker 3: Oh?
- 40:06Speaker 2: God, smoke a cigarette after that. That's good stuff. All right, Well,
- 40:09Speaker 2: I'm about to go on a diplo trip, so I
- 40:11Speaker 2: need to go pick very exciting. I am excited.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Oh can you also tell the people that you're going
- 40:15Speaker 3: to be gone part of next week when you get back.
- 40:17Speaker 2: I get back Wednesday.
- 40:18Speaker 3: So you get back Wednesday. So this is the only
- 40:20Speaker 3: episode going out next week?
- 40:22Speaker 2: Is it? No one on Wednesday?
- 40:24Speaker 3: I'm going to Nantucket on Wednesday, so I'll be here Wednesday.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll be here Wednesday. You'll be here Wednesday. That'll
- 40:31Speaker 2: be our only time and then you go to Nanti.
- 40:32Speaker 3: So this is getting posted Monday. Your next episode will
- 40:34Speaker 3: be Thursday.
- 40:35Speaker 2: Okay, there you go. That works, so that will be more, though,
- 40:38Speaker 2: I mean, think about how much more we're going to
- 40:39Speaker 2: have to talk about a trip to Nantucket. That place
- 40:42Speaker 2: seems crazy. I need a vacation so bad Nantucket. I
- 40:46Speaker 2: need to be I need to be drunk on a sailboat.
- 40:49Speaker 2: I'll be honest with you. You could be invited to my
- 40:50Speaker 2: thirtieth birthday nothings.
- 40:53Speaker 1: That's going to be a noe for me, Doug.
- 40:55Speaker 2: No, I actually I completely agree because one of the
- 40:57Speaker 2: things is I was supposed to be in Alaska this
- 40:59Speaker 2: past week, and I'm glad, like I work things out
- 41:02Speaker 2: and that trip wasn't what literally led my vacation. But
- 41:05Speaker 2: I'm glad I took these couple of days because I
- 41:07Speaker 2: do feel like I'm at that point where I'm.
- 41:08Speaker 3: Like, fuck, what if you took your thirtieth birthday to
- 41:11Speaker 3: in Alaska Alaskan cruise instead?
- 41:13Speaker 1: Like, wait, I thought you didn't want to go to
- 41:15Speaker 1: I don't want to.
- 41:15Speaker 2: Go to Alaska. No, I mean my bank accounts happy
- 41:17Speaker 2: I didn't go to Alaska. I'll tell you that right now.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Until October your b day.
- 41:21Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, the deeper season, I'm hoping that somebody
- 41:25Speaker 2: comes along and they're like, hey, Scott, happy birthday. Man,
- 41:27Speaker 2: we're going to cover it, even though I think I'm
- 41:28Speaker 2: actually going.
- 41:29Speaker 1: We're in the morning Joe boot Camp. What if we
- 41:31Speaker 1: just did that?
- 41:32Speaker 3: And Hey, instead of the money you were going to
- 41:34Speaker 3: spend to send us there, just give us, just give
- 41:36Speaker 3: me and Scott, how would give us some better ratings? Well,
- 41:40Speaker 3: like a like a weekend trip somewhere, Like let's just
- 41:43Speaker 3: let's let's Scott and I go somewhere.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Crazy Scott and Abby take.
- 41:46Speaker 2: So it's like provo utah, is it to bring the
- 41:52Speaker 2: show along for the trip or is it so we
- 41:53Speaker 2: could rest?
- 41:54Speaker 1: Maybe both?
- 41:55Speaker 2: Okay. I was like, the whole idea of this vacation
- 41:57Speaker 2: is like I want to unplug completely.
- 41:58Speaker 1: I do think you'd be fund a library podcast from somewhere.
- 42:00Speaker 3: I do too.
- 42:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I think we've brought that up in the past
- 42:03Speaker 2: and people are like hmmm. I'm like, well, look at
- 42:06Speaker 2: the benefit, Like why don't we watch these crazy TV shows?
- 42:08Speaker 3: What ratings do we have to hit for them to
- 42:10Speaker 3: let me broadcast from like London.
- 42:12Speaker 2: One number one? Consistently we got a little bit de
- 42:16Speaker 2: lad to go.
- 42:17Speaker 1: We're in summer, so the ratings are going to tank.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Yeah, which we know what you know we might get
- 42:21Speaker 2: some good news next week.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Maybe maybe Okay, bye bye bye bye
