The Army’s Communications-Electronics Command is positioning itself as a premier artificial intelligence development hub at the heart of the service’s transformation plans. CECOM oversees the portfolio of software and hardware that connects soldiers, collects intelligence and wages cyber warfare. And it’s weaving AI into all those systems.
