Speaker 3: on in the show. What if I told you that
• 1:40
Speaker 3: there was now another candidate on a ballot for governor
• 1:42
Speaker 3: in West Virginia. Now we got to work out all
• 1:44
Speaker 3: the particulars. But Marshall Wilson from the Constitution Party has
• 1:48
Speaker 3: garnered as I understand, that required eight thousand signatures to
• 1:51
Speaker 3: be on the ballot for the November general election. We're
• 1:54
Speaker 3: going to talk to Marshall about that coming up at
• 1:57
Speaker 3: about fifteen to ten to fifteen minutes or so. We've
• 2:00
Speaker 3: got some of the things I want to get to
• 2:01
Speaker 3: in the news as well. There's going to be a
• 2:04
Speaker 3: wide spread training drill in Kadah County today. It starts
• 2:09
Speaker 3: about ten o'clock and it's been well publicized. It's been
• 2:11
Speaker 3: all over all the news channels here in the valley,
• 2:14
Speaker 3: the newspaper, all the websites. We've covered it extensively. But
• 2:18
Speaker 3: I promise you when it all starts about ten o'clock
• 2:21
Speaker 3: and this is going to be a major, major deal,
• 2:24
Speaker 3: you're gonna hear in certain areas, you're gonna hear what
• 2:26
Speaker 3: you think is gunfire, and it's like hostage situations and
• 2:29
Speaker 3: stuff like that. It's all for training. I promise you,
• 2:32
Speaker 3: though somebody's gonna think it's real, even though it's been
• 2:36
Speaker 3: out there for months, that this is going to happen.
• 2:38
Speaker 3: Your Facebook feed, somebody's gonna say what's going on? And
• 2:42
Speaker 3: you know so so well, I'm gonna talk about exactly
• 2:44
Speaker 3: what's going to go on a little bit later on. Plus,
• 2:46
Speaker 3: as I said, I got several other things I want
• 2:48
Speaker 3: to get to as well. Phone calls to the show
• 2:50

• 2:58
Speaker 3: dot com. Welcome to the no I'm a good friend,
• 3:00
Speaker 3: Steven Alan Adams from Ogden Newspaper.
• 3:03
Speaker 5: Steve A good morning, Good morning, Dave, happy to be
• 3:05
  Speaker 5: with you today.
• 3:06
Speaker 3: What's what's what's new in your world? Goods or better?
• 3:10
  Speaker 2: Yet?
• 3:10
Speaker 3: Where are you where you're traveling to?
• 3:12
Speaker 5: Oh? Good? That is actually a good question. Actually, if
• 3:16
Speaker 5: the rain cooperates, we were going to try a camping
• 3:18
Speaker 5: trip over at Somersville Lake over at the Battle Run,
• 3:23
Speaker 5: go grab some secrets, Sandwich.
• 3:26
Speaker 3: And sob and Fayeville one of my favorite places.
• 3:28
Speaker 5: But the rain may probably cancel that camping trip, but
• 3:32
Speaker 5: we may just make a day trip anyway.
• 3:34
Speaker 3: I say that because you and the lovely Jessica are
• 3:36
Speaker 3: always going somewhere, always going some ways. So I had,
• 3:40
Speaker 3: as I said to mention, I have Marshall Wilson coming
• 3:42
Speaker 3: up a little bit later on this show. Now he's
• 3:43
Speaker 3: attempting to be on the ballot as a member of
• 3:45
Speaker 3: the Constitution Party. It's difficult sometimes to to cover all
• 3:51
Speaker 3: the candidates on all the parties, but there are a
• 3:53
Speaker 3: lot and what's your stance on that?
• 3:55
Speaker 5: Yeah, look, you got to give respect to anyone who
• 3:58
Speaker 5: puts their name on the ballot, taking time, they paid
• 4:01
Speaker 5: money to get on the ballot. They in this case,
• 4:04
Speaker 5: in the case I asked Marshall Wilson had to go
• 4:06
Speaker 5: get signatures to get out the ballot, eight thousand signatures.
• 4:10
Speaker 5: But also, I mean it is hard for third parties anyway,
• 4:15
Speaker 5: but it's really hard for third parties. In West Virginia.
• 4:17
Speaker 5: The Mountain Party candidate for governor whose name escapes me
• 4:20
Speaker 5: at the moment, which is the point, he got maybe
• 4:24
Speaker 5: just over one percent into twenty twenty general election for governor,
• 4:28
Speaker 5: and that was with around eleven thousand votes, like north
• 4:31
Speaker 5: of eleven thousand votes. So I mean it's hard as
• 4:36
Speaker 5: a reporter to provide everybody equal coverage when the voters
• 4:42
Speaker 5: don't provide equal attention themselves to third parties. So I mean,
• 4:46
Speaker 5: you got to take that stuff and balance it out.
• 4:49
Speaker 5: Like I'll be with a US Senate candidate, former Wheely
• 4:53
Speaker 5: mayor Glen Elliott tomorrow in the Parkersburg area. He's a
• 4:56
Speaker 5: big candidate, he's got a lot of support, he's even
• 4:58
Speaker 5: being somewhat competitive fundraising. But am I going to follow
• 5:03
Speaker 5: around the third party candidate. That probably not right, right.
• 5:07
Speaker 3: So I want to talk about this Mark Scott resignation
• 5:10
Speaker 3: from the Governor's Cabinet last week, and we talked about
• 5:12
Speaker 3: it to Brad and I covered it, and I've talked
• 5:14
Speaker 3: about it individually as well. I don't think you've been
• 5:16
Speaker 3: on to talk about it, though, to talk about what
• 5:21
Speaker 3: your feelings overall on the Mark Scott, because this could
• 5:23
Speaker 3: be a much bigger story than what's already been put
• 5:26
  Speaker 3: out there.
• 5:26
Speaker 5: Well, for sure, for one thing, I'm a little annoyed
• 5:28
Speaker 5: as a reporter because, and I'm sure you've heard these
• 5:30
Speaker 5: rumblings too prior to the May fourteen primary, this has
• 5:34
Speaker 5: been one of the worst kept secrets. Everyone down here
• 5:37
Speaker 5: in Charleston knows about it. There's very few lobbyists I've
• 5:41
Speaker 5: talked to who haven't said that they've been approached by
• 5:45
Speaker 5: Mark Scott sometimes during state time in regards to donations,
• 5:49
Speaker 5: either working on behalf of a candidate a nun named Canada,
• 5:52
Speaker 5: or working on behalf of this political action committee, the
• 5:55
Speaker 5: super Pack Conservative Policy Action. But none wanted to go
• 5:59
Speaker 5: on the record to do it. And it's a very
• 6:01
Speaker 5: hard story to prove unless you're pull in phone records,
• 6:04
Speaker 5: and if we're doing it on public on their personal phonees,
• 6:07
Speaker 5: you're not going to get that. It's a hard thing
• 6:08
Speaker 5: to do. I've been aware people brought this to the
• 6:11
Speaker 5: Governor's offices. Attention Brian Abraham, chief of staff over there.
• 6:15
Speaker 5: I don't know what Straw broke the camel's back to
• 6:18
Speaker 5: where they finally approached him. Now, I think about two
• 6:21
Speaker 5: weeks ago with this information and then he voluntarily resigned.
• 6:25
Speaker 5: Something happened. I don't know if there's another big incident
• 6:28
  Speaker 5: out there.
• 6:28
Speaker 3: Again, let me let me back up. I should have
• 6:30
Speaker 3: probably said this at the beginning, in case you haven't
• 6:32
Speaker 3: been listening. Mark Scott, Yeah, what is his title with the.
• 6:35
Speaker 5: He is the Cabinet Secretary of the Department of administer.
• 6:38
Speaker 3: Right, and he has been accused by it by several people. Well,
• 6:41
Speaker 3: he definitely is with this pack. I mean that goes
• 6:44
Speaker 3: out of Oklahoma. Was it Oklahoma?
• 6:47
  Speaker 6: Oh?
• 6:47
Speaker 5: Well, also that's a good question too, because it's funded
• 6:50
Speaker 5: from partially from a pack based out of oklat. Well,
• 6:54
Speaker 5: it's got Oklahoma in the name, but the address is Wisconsin.
• 6:56
Speaker 5: Explain that to me. I don't know.
• 6:58
Speaker 3: Okay, all right, So he were employed by the governor
• 7:01
Speaker 3: during the day, and he's been accused of accused being
• 7:05
Speaker 3: the keyword of shaking down, talking to negotiating whatever with
• 7:11
Speaker 3: people to try to get them funds for the packs,
• 7:15
Speaker 3: or to try to connect A with B and whatever,
• 7:17
Speaker 3: which is not cool if you're on the clock as
• 7:20
  Speaker 3: a state government.
• 7:21
Speaker 5: And it's specifically what the Governor's office, what the governor
• 7:25
Speaker 5: even said during last Thursday's briefing that that was what
• 7:28
Speaker 5: he was confronted with. You've been doing these things on
• 7:31
Speaker 5: behalf of politic candidates or on behalf of this pack
• 7:34
Speaker 5: on state time, and they apparently confronted them with us,
• 7:38
Speaker 5: and he said he didn't want to cause any embarrassment
• 7:41
Speaker 5: the governor. He thought he was doing everything on the
• 7:42
Speaker 5: up and up. This is according to what Brian Abraham
• 7:45
Speaker 5: told the governor and that he voluntarily offered his resignation.
• 7:50
Speaker 5: They accepted it. So's that's where we are in His
• 7:53
Speaker 5: last day is today actually, so we'll see what happens.
• 7:57
Speaker 5: But there are other things going on out there. I've
• 8:00
Speaker 5: probably got a story coming out this weekend that's looking
• 8:02
Speaker 5: into additional issues with this pack and connections to other projects.
• 8:09
Speaker 3: Another candidates, possibly the.
• 8:10
Speaker 5: Other candidates possibly, so this will be so, and without
• 8:15
Speaker 5: revealing anything that's off the record, there are some pending
• 8:18
Speaker 5: investigations going on out there, and that's all I'll say
• 8:21
Speaker 5: about that. So this is going to probably get worse
• 8:23
Speaker 5: before it gets better.
• 8:24
Speaker 3: Talking with Stephen Allen Adams from Ogden Newspapers, A Dave
• 8:27
Speaker 3: Allen Show and five Any Live presented in part by
• 8:29
Speaker 3: General Hardware, Winfield and Milton and General number of Winfield
• 8:32
Speaker 3: for all projects big and small shop locally visit General
• 8:35
Speaker 3: Hardware WV dot com. So the Governor's got a presser today,
• 8:39
Speaker 3: I think was it eleven or so? You think Brad
• 8:43
Speaker 3: will be a part of.
• 8:44
  Speaker 5: It, Brad m I don't think Brad will be a
• 8:48
Speaker 5: part of it, and it's got to be. It's a
• 8:50
Speaker 5: real shame because Brad has a lot of things I
• 8:52
Speaker 5: asked the governor about right now. Brad's been doing some
• 8:55
Speaker 5: good work this week. He has stories shut out though
• 8:57
Speaker 5: he's been shut out. He has story a couple of
• 8:58
Speaker 5: days ago on the release of some leans tax liens
• 9:02
Speaker 5: on the Greenbrier, but the addition of others. He's had
• 9:06
Speaker 5: another story about the possible liquidation of one of the
• 9:10
Speaker 5: holding companies that controls a lot of Governor's cole assets.
• 9:15
Speaker 5: That's going on too, and Governor thinks this is fake
• 9:18
Speaker 5: news or unfair questions. That's one of the reasons that
• 9:21
Speaker 5: they that they gave him the boot. And Governor, I
• 9:26
Speaker 5: don't know if you, I hope you listened to Dave Allen.
• 9:30
Speaker 5: These are valid questions.
• 9:31
  Speaker 2: He doesn't.
• 9:32
Speaker 3: I promise you valid.
• 9:34
Speaker 5: Questions to ask him. They're valid for the number one
• 9:37
Speaker 5: reason of only seven of year one hundred and eleven
• 9:40
Speaker 5: is businesses are in blind trusts. If you had put
• 9:42
Speaker 5: everything in blind trusts and you weren't truly involved with it.
• 9:46
Speaker 5: Two of those big loans, the Quarterbank one and this
• 9:49
Speaker 5: Green Soul one that's seven hundred million dollar ones or
• 9:51
Speaker 5: things that he personally guaranteed during his time as governor.
• 9:55
Speaker 5: So he is still involved with his businesses. Maybe not
• 9:57
Speaker 5: the minutionhip, but he is still involved. And these are
• 10:00
Speaker 5: questions that should be asked. It's fair Brad to ask them.
• 10:02
Speaker 5: I've asked them before and I may ask him again
• 10:05
Speaker 5: in the future too. Am I going to get banned?
• 10:07
Speaker 5: Who's going to get banned next? Or the only people
• 10:09
Speaker 5: we're going to allow on these briefings be Charles Young
• 10:12
Speaker 5: with West Virginia News and Mark Curtis. WOWK, I mean
• 10:16
Speaker 5: that's going to make a very lonely briefing.
• 10:19
Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I agree with you, and I think
• 10:21
Speaker 3: you know Brad. And I'm not just being a company
• 10:23
Speaker 3: boy here, but Brad is a consummate professional and has
• 10:26
Speaker 3: been well before he came to work for this company too.
• 10:30
Speaker 3: Anything shaken on the whole It's been kind of quiet
• 10:33
Speaker 3: for a while, the whole baby dog murals controversy. Haven't
• 10:35
Speaker 3: heard a whole lot about that.
• 10:37
Speaker 5: It's kind of quiet right now. I've had some stories
• 10:40
Speaker 5: on a possible lawsuit.
• 10:43
Speaker 3: Harvey's all over this.
• 10:45
Speaker 5: Harvey Payton I think has at least two clients that
• 10:47
Speaker 5: are considering this. Brad had some more details about that,
• 10:50
Speaker 5: I think at the end of last week. And thirty
• 10:52
Speaker 5: day notice is just to be clear for everyone. If
• 10:54
Speaker 5: you're going to sue a state agency, by law, you're
• 10:57
Speaker 5: required to give a thirty day notice before you do
• 11:00
Speaker 5: so here in Charleston, here in Kennell County Circuit Court,
• 11:03
Speaker 5: because that's where those cases are filed. Doesn't mean you're
• 11:05
Speaker 5: going to file a lawsuit in thirty days or even
• 11:09
Speaker 5: after thirty days but you have to provide that notice.
• 11:12
Speaker 5: So even once a thirty day notice, you know, timeframe goes,
• 11:16
Speaker 5: they may not file a suit at all, or they
• 11:17
Speaker 5: may file one maybe a month later, but they've at
• 11:20
Speaker 5: least provided that notice, so it remains to be seen
• 11:22
Speaker 5: if they do. I gotta tell you, I think a
• 11:25
Speaker 5: lawsuit at this point over it. You're just going to
• 11:28
Speaker 5: cost taxpayers more money. I do think it's pretty innoculous.
• 11:32
Speaker 5: I mean, nobody even really noticed it until people start
• 11:36
Speaker 5: looking at the close ups of the thing.
• 11:37
Speaker 3: So I again, again, Stephen though again, and I've had
• 11:40
Speaker 3: people that a text to show, and I've had people
• 11:41
Speaker 3: that have reached out to me independently. This is not
• 11:44
Speaker 3: about a dog in a picture. Yeah, it goes. It's
• 11:46
Speaker 3: about the process, which was apparently flagrantly violated very much.
• 11:51
Speaker 5: So yeah, yeah, yeah. They operated off of an old
• 11:54
Speaker 5: permission nearly a decade older than a decade from the
• 11:58
Speaker 5: Capitol Building Commission saying hey, yeah, sure, you can look
• 12:00
Speaker 5: for an artist, and then they canceled it because of
• 12:03
Speaker 5: the lack of money. And then twelve years later, Andal
• 12:06
Speaker 5: Reid Smith revives the project under that original permission, which
• 12:10
Speaker 5: only even gave them permission to look for an artist,
• 12:12
Speaker 5: didn't give him permission to approve what the artist did,
• 12:16
Speaker 5: didn't give them permission to find a company to build
• 12:19
Speaker 5: a scaffolding to go up there and install it whatever.
• 12:22
Speaker 5: So there's a lot of steps that were missed. The
• 12:25
Speaker 5: question is, I mean, do we reverse everything that was
• 12:29
Speaker 5: done to this point or do we slap Randa Reid
• 12:33
Speaker 5: Smith's hand. I don't know which way to go on that,
• 12:36
Speaker 5: but that is something that Harvey Payton and his clients
• 12:38
Speaker 5: are trying to figure out.
• 12:39
Speaker 3: I do want to ask you one thing before you go,
• 12:41
Speaker 3: and it has to do with Senator Mansion. Sure, you
• 12:43
Speaker 3: know a couple of weeks ago, you know, it's when
• 12:46
Speaker 3: the pressure was really putting being put on President Joe
• 12:49
Speaker 3: Biden to back away. And then we had that Sunday,
• 12:53
Speaker 3: which was a very interesting Sunday because Joe Mansion was
• 12:57
Speaker 3: on all the Sunday morning shows and is saying it
• 13:00
Speaker 3: was time, it was time. And then we have the
• 13:04
Speaker 3: announcement that Biden is going to step awake. Kamala Harris
• 13:07
Speaker 3: is now the presumptive nominee. There was a two or
• 13:11
Speaker 3: three hour period there that Joe Manchon his name was
• 13:15
Speaker 3: back in back out over everything again, where do you
• 13:19
Speaker 3: think and he said absolutely, he's not run for president,
• 13:22
Speaker 3: and I think we can pretty much put that the rest.
• 13:23
Speaker 3: As you've been saying for some time, what do you think,
• 13:26
Speaker 3: Joe Manchin, Senator, Mansion now Independent Joe Manchon, where do
• 13:29
Speaker 3: you think his role in the national political scene is
• 13:31
  Speaker 3: going to be?
• 13:32
Speaker 5: Now? Well, right now, his role as being that vaudeville
• 13:35
Speaker 5: actor who they send a really long hook out for
• 13:39
Speaker 5: because he's been on stage too long and he doesn't
• 13:42
Speaker 5: want to go. There's even rumors as of yesterday that
• 13:46
Speaker 5: he may be behind the scenes getting signatures to do something,
• 13:50
Speaker 5: whether that would be US senator, governor.
• 13:52
  Speaker 4: Now.
• 13:52
Speaker 5: I haven't heard anything from anybody on that, and I've
• 13:55
Speaker 5: checked in with the state Democratic Party, see because if
• 13:57
Speaker 5: anyone's going to have their ear to the ground for
• 13:59
Speaker 5: that sort of thing. No, they haven't heard anything. I
• 14:01
  Speaker 5: don't think he's going to I think he's struggling trying
• 14:04
Speaker 5: to figure out what he wants to do next. He
• 14:05
Speaker 5: doesn't really want to leave the political stage. I do
• 14:08
Speaker 5: think for a moment he thought there was a chance
• 14:11
Speaker 5: he could jump back in.
• 14:12
Speaker 3: There's about a two hour time frame there that he
• 14:14
  Speaker 3: was all about.
• 14:15
Speaker 5: It, and then the party quickly quickly count Kamala Harrison.
• 14:19
Speaker 5: You could tell he was mad about it. Even his
• 14:21
Speaker 5: what he said on the morning shows the next day
• 14:23

• 18:01
Speaker 3: chuckle this morning. You thought that you found that interesting,
• 18:04
Speaker 3: found that funny? Yes, sir, right, I did, okay expound
• 18:07
  Speaker 3: upon that.
• 18:07
Speaker 10: Well, I mean, as you as you know, I was
• 18:09
Speaker 10: a Republican for over thirty years. Ronald Reagan was president
• 18:13
Speaker 10: when I was in high school. So when I graduated
• 18:15
Speaker 10: high school, I joined the army and sign up to
• 18:19
Speaker 10: vote for Ronald Reagan. But I was elected twice as
• 18:23
Speaker 10: a delegate for South Berkeley County as a Republican. Halfway
• 18:27
Speaker 10: through my second term as a Republican delegate, the Republican
• 18:31
Speaker 10: chair of the West Virginia Republican Party called me into
• 18:34
Speaker 10: her office screen met me for fifteen minutes, told me
• 18:37
Speaker 10: I was a terrible Christian and embarrassment as a representative,
• 18:40
Speaker 10: and that the Republican Party of West Virginia doesn't want
• 18:43
Speaker 10: people like me. So I am now with the Constitution Party.
• 18:46
Speaker 3: Explain what the Constitution Party is?
• 18:49
Speaker 10: Well, you know, let me back up two seconds. At
• 18:51
Speaker 10: Heart's okay, I like to. So I asked her to
• 18:54
Speaker 10: explain what she meant by people like me. I said,
• 18:56
Speaker 10: do you mean short guys with big heads? You talked
• 18:58
Speaker 10: too much? She literally said, all you do is run
• 19:01
Speaker 10: around spouting the Constitution all the time. I said that,
• 19:04
Speaker 10: Madam is a stone cold fact. Is that a problem
• 19:06
Speaker 10: for you? And she said yes, we can't get anything
• 19:08
Speaker 10: done when you're around. I said, outstanding. So I am
• 19:12
Speaker 10: now with the Constitution Party. It's a national party. It's
• 19:15
Speaker 10: about twenty years old, and here in West Virginia it's
• 19:19
Speaker 10: not quite twenty years old. But you've got a hardcore
• 19:22
Speaker 10: of very serious, very thoughtful people who have been trying
• 19:26
Speaker 10: for a while to get this thing going, and I'm
• 19:28
Speaker 10: their first gubernatorial candidate who has actually made it onto
• 19:32
Speaker 10: the ballot. And basically, the purpose of the Constitution Party
• 19:37
Speaker 10: is to recruit and train and elect candidates who will
• 19:43
Speaker 10: actually execute the growths to uphold the Constitution. I spent
• 19:46
Speaker 10: twenty years in the infantry doing it as well as
• 19:48
Speaker 10: in combat. I spent four years in the House of
• 19:50
Speaker 10: Delegates doing it. It got me thrown out of the
• 19:52
Speaker 10: Republican Party, and the Constitution Party has chosen me as
• 19:56
Speaker 10: there a gubernatorial candidate.
• 19:58
Speaker 3: I want to talk about this process to get you
• 20:00
Speaker 3: on the ballot because all of that, to all that
• 20:03
Speaker 3: stuff that you did in the military with the infantry
• 20:05
Speaker 3: and stuff like that, if nothing else, it made well.
• 20:08
Speaker 3: And thank you for your service.
• 20:09
Speaker 10: By the way, it was an honor to serve it.
• 20:10
Speaker 3: Probably you had a lot of a lot of experience
• 20:13
Speaker 3: marching and things of that nature, which has really served
• 20:17
Speaker 3: you well. Because you had to go out and get
• 20:19
Speaker 3: eight thousand signatures on the ballot.
• 20:21
Speaker 10: That's a lot, yes, sir, well the actual number was
• 20:24
Speaker 10: seven eight and forty three, but you know when I
• 20:27
Speaker 10: made my public statements, it was you know, eight thousands.
• 20:29
Speaker 3: Around it out of it right.
• 20:30
Speaker 10: Of course, now you're probably referring to the fact that
• 20:33
Speaker 10: I wore out three pair of boots walking around and
• 20:36
Speaker 10: literally wore out three pairs of boots walking around knocking
• 20:38
Speaker 10: doors together. The signature is necessary, but frankly, what came
• 20:43
Speaker 10: in more handy from my military experience was my time
• 20:45
Speaker 10: as an operational and strategic planner. What I was able
• 20:48
Speaker 10: to do was bring together disparate people from across the state.
• 20:51
Speaker 10: I had nothing to offer them but a vision. I
• 20:53
Speaker 10: couldn't pay them. I don't have any money. They're all volunteers.
• 20:56
Speaker 10: There is no I have no paid staff. Everyone who
• 20:59
Speaker 10: is helping me out is a member of the is
• 21:01
Speaker 10: a member of the campaign team, is a West Virginian
• 21:04
Speaker 10: who believes in what we're doing. And we've got a
• 21:07
Speaker 10: couple of hundred people out there who've been working.
• 21:08
Speaker 3: Hard, all volunteers as you see, every.
• 21:11
Speaker 10: Single one of them. And what I've been able to
• 21:15
Speaker 10: do is what the Army trained me to do, which
• 21:17
Speaker 10: is to project a vision so clearly and so compellingly
• 21:21
Speaker 10: that people who have no other reason than because they
• 21:24
Speaker 10: believe in that vision have given their time, their efforts,
• 21:27
Speaker 10: their capability, sometimes their money. Most of them don't have
• 21:30
Speaker 10: a lot of money because the people who support me
• 21:32
Speaker 10: are not wealthy. And there's a reason for that.
• 21:36
Speaker 3: So what's the selling point of this party? I mean
• 21:40
Speaker 3: when people went, whether they went door to door, they
• 21:42
Speaker 3: set up at a county fair because I know you
• 21:44
Speaker 3: did a little bit of everything, whether it's you, whether Marshall,
• 21:48
Speaker 3: it's one of your one of your volunteers. What's the
• 21:52
Speaker 3: somebody comes up to your table or they answer the door,
• 21:55
Speaker 3: and then they look at you and they say, okay,
• 21:56
Speaker 3: what's this about. What do you tell them?
• 21:58
Speaker 10: Well, it's not about me, it's not about the party.
• 22:01
Speaker 10: It's about the message, and the message is very clear.
• 22:04
Speaker 10: We hold these truths to be self evident, that all
• 22:06
Speaker 10: men are created equal, that they are endowed by their
• 22:08
Speaker 10: creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty,
• 22:12
Speaker 10: and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights,
• 22:15
Speaker 10: governments are instituted among men to secure these rights. Governments
• 22:19
Speaker 10: are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the
• 22:22
Speaker 10: consent of the government. In other words, the only reason
• 22:24
Speaker 10: the government exists is to secure your rights to life, liberty,
• 22:27
Speaker 10: and the pursuit of happiness. So if we all can
• 22:30
Speaker 10: agree that our job is to ensure that our government
• 22:34
Speaker 10: secures the natural rights of our neighbors, even when we disagree,
• 22:37
Speaker 10: or maybe especially when we disagree terribly with them about
• 22:40
Speaker 10: how they use their natural rights, we can do this.
• 22:45
Speaker 10: This is what America is. We are all defending each
• 22:48
Speaker 10: other's rights by means of the government. What we have
• 22:51
Speaker 10: now is a government that's run by two parties, which
• 22:53
Speaker 10: George Washington warned us against in his farewell address very clearly.
• 22:57
Speaker 10: He said, this will actually happen. And then it happened,
• 23:00
Speaker 10: and we're all sitting there going, wow, how did this
• 23:01
Speaker 10: happen the same way George Washington told us it would.
• 23:04
Speaker 10: So what we need to do is we the people
• 23:07
Speaker 10: need to stand together even when we disagree with each other,
• 23:10
Speaker 10: probably mostly when we disagree with each other about the tactical,
• 23:14
Speaker 10: the day to day stuff, and we have to agree
• 23:16
Speaker 10: on the principles that we're all created equal, which means
• 23:19
Speaker 10: we all have the rights to life, liberty, and the
• 23:21
Speaker 10: pursuit of happiness, equal standing before the law, equal responsibility
• 23:24
Speaker 10: before the law, and that the government exists for no
• 23:26
Speaker 10: purpose other than to secure our rights. Now, once we
• 23:30
Speaker 10: figure that out and we all agree on that the
• 23:31
Speaker 10: government will have no power over us except to secure
• 23:34
  Speaker 10: our rights.
• 23:35
Speaker 3: But dave allan chill and find any line brighte to you.

• 23:56
Speaker 3: happens next? You went to you made a visit tomorrow
• 24:00
Speaker 3: stomping grounds, the capitol yesterday over with the Secretary of
• 24:02
  Speaker 3: State's office.
• 24:03
Speaker 10: What happens, Well, there was a lot that happened in
• 24:05
  Speaker 10: between those two.
• 24:05
Speaker 3: Okay, all right, go ahead.
• 24:07
Speaker 10: What we did was see in twenty twenty, when I
• 24:08
Speaker 10: ran as the candidate for the Independent Party of West Virginia,
• 24:11
Speaker 10: which is unfortunately defunct now. And a big part of
• 24:14
Speaker 10: the reason that it's defunct is what I'm about to
• 24:16
Speaker 10: describe to you. We had a lot of our signatures
• 24:19
Speaker 10: that were invalidated, and it wasn't because they weren't valid signatures.
• 24:23
Speaker 10: It's because the writing on the paper was illegible. Now,
• 24:27
Speaker 10: keep in mind that every single signature has to be
• 24:29
Speaker 10: an actual physical signature. So, just to give you some context,
• 24:37
Speaker 10: can you sign a petition online and have it legally valid? Yes,
• 24:41
Speaker 10: there are all kinds of petitions you can sign online.
• 24:43
Speaker 10: They're legally valid. This one, no, it has to be
• 24:46
Speaker 10: a physical You have to look someone in the eye,
• 24:48
Speaker 10: take a piece of paper out of their hand, and
• 24:50
Speaker 10: write your name on it. Okay, that sounds fair. But
• 24:54
Speaker 10: can you register to vote online?
• 24:55
Speaker 3: I mean, yes, you can.
• 24:56
Speaker 10: You can. And yet when I asked in twenty twenty,
• 24:59
Speaker 10: can we do the petition process online? I was told no,
• 25:01
Speaker 10: it's not secure. And I said, oh, well, can I
• 25:04
Speaker 10: register to vote online? Well, sure, that's no problem.
• 25:07
Speaker 3: Yeah, you can register, change a party, do whatever you
• 25:09
  Speaker 3: want online.
• 25:09
Speaker 10: Fascinating, it's fascinating. Of course. In twenty twenty we were
• 25:13
Speaker 10: dealing with COVID and everybody was locked down and Jim
• 25:15
Speaker 10: Justice moved the data the primary So all of that
• 25:19
Speaker 10: worked against us. But this year we didn't have any
• 25:21
Speaker 10: of those problems. But what we also did was we
• 25:23
Speaker 10: built a process to ensure that all of the valid
• 25:28
Speaker 10: signatures would be recognized as such. And what we did was,
• 25:31
Speaker 10: we have a team that receives every single document, maintains
• 25:35
Speaker 10: physical security of it, maintains physical custody of it, actually
• 25:41
Speaker 10: tracks where it goes, and then what they do is
• 25:44
Speaker 10: they look it up on the voter roll, each signature,
• 25:46
Speaker 10: each name, they look it up on the voter roll.
• 25:48
Speaker 10: And then what they'll do is they build a spreadsheet
• 25:50
Speaker 10: that they then staple to the back of those signature
• 25:53
Speaker 10: sheets that has each of those names and all of
• 25:55
Speaker 10: the valid information that goes along with them. So when
• 25:58
Speaker 10: the folks at the county clerk I have to look
• 26:00
Speaker 10: them up, all they really have to do is look
• 26:02
Speaker 10: and see that we've already copied it out of the
• 26:03
Speaker 10: voter rolls, and of course verify that the information game
• 26:06
Speaker 10: is correct. But they don't have to sit here and
• 26:08
Speaker 10: decipher all the names and the presses and everything. Because
• 26:10
Speaker 10: we understood that was one of the problems.
• 26:12
Speaker 3: It was It's a very tedious process that I got
• 26:14
Speaker 3: tasked with on a couple of things. I getting my time,
• 26:17
Speaker 3: and there's no easy way to do it. Back at that,
• 26:19
Speaker 3: I mean, because most people start with the signature myself included.
• 26:22
Speaker 3: Most people's signature you can't read.
• 26:24
Speaker 10: Well, you can't read mind, that's and.
• 26:25
Speaker 3: So you've got to look at people and say, okay,
• 26:26
Speaker 3: I need you to write this so people can read it.
• 26:29
Speaker 3: So where where does it stand now? You went to
• 26:30
Speaker 3: the Secretary of State's office yesterday.
• 26:32
Speaker 10: We had turned in far more than we were required
• 26:34
Speaker 10: to turn in. We're still collecting because we have until
• 26:36
Speaker 10: Thursday at five pm to turn in.
• 26:38
Speaker 3: But you're already over the threshold, all right, well over it.
• 26:40
Speaker 10: So the number we actually needed, as I said before,
• 26:43
Speaker 10: is seven eight hundred and forty three. I was telling
• 26:45
Speaker 10: people eight thousand, just because it's easier for them to
• 26:47
Speaker 10: deal with. And now we're over ninety three hundred and
• 26:51
Speaker 10: still gaining signatures, and we'll turn those in. We'll be
• 26:56
Speaker 10: at the Capitol on Thursday tomorrow at five pm to
• 26:58
Speaker 10: turn those in. But the Secretary of State has until
• 27:02
Speaker 10: August nineteenth to validate my actual candidacy. I've already done
• 27:07
Speaker 10: the paperwork, I've paid the fee, I've declared my candidacy.
• 27:11
Speaker 10: I have no doubt. I don't think that any reasonable
• 27:14
Speaker 10: person would have any doubt looking at what we've done.
• 27:17
Speaker 10: But we're going to continue collecting. And I'm a little
• 27:20
Speaker 10: concerned that our opponents. This happens all over the country
• 27:24
Speaker 10: with minor parties, especially the Constitution Party. It's happened a
• 27:27
Speaker 10: lot too that what will happen is you'll have a
• 27:30
Speaker 10: candidate who actually meets the criteria to be on the ballot,
• 27:33
Speaker 10: and then the entire system comes against them, the entire establishment,
• 27:37
Speaker 10: and does whatever it takes to kick them off. Usually
• 27:39
Speaker 10: it takes the form of engaging them in some sort
• 27:42
Speaker 10: of law fair which just prevents them from proving they
• 27:45
Speaker 10: should be on the ballot long enough to prevent them
• 27:48
Speaker 10: to make the deadline to get printed falling basically, and
• 27:50
Speaker 10: they don't even have to win the case. They just
• 27:52
Speaker 10: have to stall you long enough to miss the date
• 27:54
Speaker 10: for the ballot printing.
• 27:56
Speaker 3: So why do you want to do this? I mean,
• 27:58
Speaker 3: I know we talked about you know, so your love
• 28:01
Speaker 3: and I share that with you with the Constitution, But overall,
• 28:03
Speaker 3: I mean, because you know Marshall. With all due respect,
• 28:05
Speaker 3: this is an uphill climb. You're going against the establishment,
• 28:10
Speaker 3: as you said, you know, Patrick Morrissey's the Republican nominee.
• 28:13
Speaker 3: Huntington mayor Steve Williams is the is the Democrat nominee.
• 28:16
Speaker 3: Why do you want to do this?
• 28:17
Speaker 10: Okay? Well, first of all, you talk about the establishment
• 28:20
Speaker 10: and the one thing that people always bring up with
• 28:22
Speaker 10: Pat when they say, you know, Marshall, it's going to
• 28:24
Speaker 10: be really hard for you to beat him because he's
• 28:26
Speaker 10: got a lot of money. And my response is threefold.
• 28:29
Speaker 10: First of all, where does that money come from? Secondly,
• 28:32
Speaker 10: you realize that when somebody buys your groceries, they own you.
• 28:35
Speaker 10: And thirdly, can West Virginian's votes be bought or do
• 28:39
Speaker 10: they have to be earned? Because I am earning them.
• 28:41
Speaker 10: So that's the first thing. Why do I want to
• 28:43
Speaker 10: do this? That answer is twofold. First of all, I
• 28:46
Speaker 10: don't This is not something I would choose for myself.
• 28:49
Speaker 10: I don't enjoy this. I enjoy meeting West Virginians and
• 28:52
Speaker 10: talking about I don't want to be in politics. I
• 28:55
Speaker 10: didn't want to be in politics the first time I
• 28:57
Speaker 10: ran for delegate, but I ran for delegate for the
• 28:59
Speaker 10: same Rea, and I'm running for governor because my family
• 29:02
Speaker 10: needs someone in that position who will do the job,
• 29:05
Speaker 10: do it right, do with integrity, and do it with
• 29:07
Speaker 10: the right vision. There is no one to do it.
• 29:10
Speaker 10: That's why I'm here, because somebody has to do it,
• 29:13
Speaker 10: and apparently I'm the only guy on the ballot who
• 29:16
Speaker 10: actually has that vision.
• 29:18
Speaker 3: So what's the next couple of months ago, once you
• 29:20
Speaker 3: get by five o'clock tomorrow, what's the next couple of
• 29:22
Speaker 3: months going to look like?
• 29:23
Speaker 10: Well, I'm going to spend some time with my family.
• 29:26
Speaker 10: I've got a daughter who lives with us, who's in college.
• 29:28
Speaker 10: She's going to be going back to college in a
• 29:29
Speaker 10: couple of weeks. I have not spent nearly enough time
• 29:33
Speaker 10: with her this summer. She deserves better. And then, of course,
• 29:38
Speaker 10: my wife and the two kids who still live with us,
• 29:40
Speaker 10: the eighteen year old twins, they deserve more of my time.
• 29:43
Speaker 10: So I think we're going to go to the beach
• 29:45
Speaker 10: for a couple of days, and then when we come back,
• 29:46
Speaker 10: I'm going to take off fronting harder and faster than
• 29:48
Speaker 10: I ever have before.
• 29:49
Speaker 3: And when you go out on the campaign trail, your
• 29:53
Speaker 3: message to the voters is going to be pretty much
• 29:55
Speaker 3: what it was when you were collecting the signatures.
• 29:58
Speaker 10: And the same thing it was when I ran for
• 30:00
Speaker 10: Deli at the first time. I will take a bullet
• 30:01
Speaker 10: to the face to secure your natural rights because if
• 30:04
Speaker 10: you are not free, my kids can't be free. It's
• 30:06
  Speaker 10: that simple.
• 30:07

• 30:14
Speaker 3: you want if they want to learn more about you.

• 38:33
Speaker 10: Don't know what that they do.
• 38:36
Speaker 3: I don't know that they do. Although some of the
• 38:40
Speaker 3: I will say this, some of the things that former
• 38:42
Speaker 3: president and Republican nominee for president now Donald Trump has said.
• 38:46
Speaker 3: Some of the things that he has said don't exactly
• 38:50
Speaker 3: ring of democracy. If elected again, out again with Trump,
• 38:54
Speaker 3: you're dealing with a lot of hyperbole, and sometimes he
• 38:57
Speaker 3: says things that he doesn't really mean or he doesn't
• 38:59
Speaker 3: mean them literally. Doesn't make him any less dangerous in
• 39:03
Speaker 3: my opinion the statements. But yeah, some of the things
• 39:06
Speaker 3: he said that if he's elected again have kind of
• 39:10
Speaker 3: caused me pause. But you know where I stand on that.
• 39:14
Speaker 3: I'm going to go ahead and get this out there
• 39:16
Speaker 3: right now. And We've talked about it both on air
• 39:19
Speaker 3: and online. All three local television stations have reported it.
• 39:23
Speaker 3: It's been in the paper. But starting in just around
• 39:28
Speaker 3: let me see, about thirteen minutes or so from now,
• 39:31
Speaker 3: over one hundred first responders here in the Kanal Valley
• 39:36
Speaker 3: are going to be taking part in a training exercise.
• 39:39
Speaker 3: Professors from LSU and others are also involved. They've been
• 39:44
Speaker 3: actually here training for a while, but it is going
• 39:47
Speaker 3: to wrap up today. Now there's going to be emergency
• 39:52
Speaker 3: drills having to do with chemical and biological explosives. The
• 39:57
Speaker 3: drill is going to fake some mass mass casualties. It
• 40:02
Speaker 3: will be at West Virginia State and the the Shawnee
• 40:05
Speaker 3: Sports Complex, and it will involve WVU Medicine, Thomas Hospital,
• 40:09
Speaker 3: and some others. This thing is going to be pretty intense,
• 40:14
Speaker 3: with command centers set up so on and so forth.
• 40:18
Speaker 3: You're gonna hear gunfire in those areas and you're gonna
• 40:22
Speaker 3: see a whole lot of smoke. So to just know this,
• 40:25
Speaker 3: be prepared for it. It has been well publicized for
• 40:29
Speaker 3: weeks and I'm talking about it now. Jeff Jenkins has
• 40:32
Speaker 3: a story posted about it a WV Metronews dot com.
• 40:35
Speaker 3: Just want to make sure you know what's happening, because
• 40:38
Speaker 3: let me give you a prediction, folks, of what's gonna happen.
• 40:43
Speaker 3: Once it starts around ten o'clock. The post will start
• 40:47
Speaker 3: hitting social media around ten thirty, maybe not maybe ten
• 40:51
Speaker 3: to fifteen with people saying what's going on over at
• 40:55
Speaker 3: West Virginia State, what's going on at Shawnee. Never bothered
• 41:00
Speaker 3: to look into it. Uh, And by the end of
• 41:04
Speaker 3: the exercise, you know.
• 41:07
  Speaker 7: It.
• 41:08
Speaker 3: But I know the way social media works, and by
• 41:11
Speaker 3: the end of the day it will be a real event.
• 41:13
Speaker 3: Not that it's going to be a real event. I'm
• 41:14
Speaker 3: saying the perception of it will be a real event.
• 41:16
Speaker 3: I'm only saying this just so you know that when
• 41:21
Speaker 3: your Facebook feed, when you're supposed to be working, by
• 41:23
Speaker 3: the way, your Facebook feed starts exploding about ten fifteen
• 41:27
Speaker 3: or ten thirty with people saying, what is going on?
• 41:29
  Speaker 3: There's a mash. It's all a drill. Been publicized for
• 41:32
Speaker 3: some time, but it's going to start at around ten
• 41:35
Speaker 3: this morning. So just no, don't take to social media.
• 41:39
  Speaker 3: Don't believe what you read. It's it's just a drill.
• 41:42
Speaker 3: It is is what they used to say. It's a test.
• 41:46

• 45:17
Speaker 3: a moment, and not the fun kind. The situation with
• 45:20
Speaker 3: the homeless in Morgantown. Now, Hoppy's talked about it a lot,
• 45:24
Speaker 3: as has Northern Dave Wilson on his local show and
• 45:26
Speaker 3: when he's filled in for Hoppy. And I'm only bringing
• 45:28
Speaker 3: it up because Charleston has certainly a city that's dealt
• 45:33
Speaker 3: a lot with a homeless issue. Lead's story this Morning,
• 45:36
Speaker 3: wv Metronews dot com. Last night, Morgantown City Council voted
• 45:41
Speaker 3: four to three to consider a proposed ordinance to ban
• 45:45
Speaker 3: camping on public property. Now they are going to continue
• 45:49
Speaker 3: to study it, I understand, but the proposal would implement
• 45:54
Speaker 3: a fine for anyone camping on city property without proper
• 45:58
Speaker 3: permits camping on any each park, trail, public property within
• 46:03
Speaker 3: city limits, it would be outlawed. Fines could be up
• 46:06
Speaker 3: to five hundred dollars for the first offense and possible
• 46:09
Speaker 3: jail time for the second. Again, problems this is in Morgantown,
• 46:13
Speaker 3: problems that both the administrations of Danny Jones and Amy
• 46:16
Speaker 3: Goodwin have been faced with here in Charleston. It is
• 46:19
Speaker 3: bad in Morgantown now, very bad. People aren't even trying
• 46:24
Speaker 3: to hide the open drug use on the streets, public
• 46:28
Speaker 3: defecation and such and such. We've seen that in Charleston too,
• 46:31
Speaker 3: But apparently, from what my people in Morgantown tell me
• 46:34
Speaker 3: and what I've personally seen when I've been there, Charleston
• 46:37
Speaker 3: can't hold a candle to the problems going on in
• 46:39
Speaker 3: Morgantown right now. So you got to do something, Yay,

• 47:04
Speaker 3: toyed with this idea just a bit, the idea of
• 47:06
Speaker 3: bringing up what I'm about too on the show as
• 47:08
Speaker 3: we close. So just bear with me for a moment.
• 47:11
Speaker 3: You know, I have been doing this show for four
• 47:13
Speaker 3: years now, and I'm kind of an open book. I
• 47:15
Speaker 3: talk a lot about my personal life and love of
• 47:18
Speaker 3: food and things of that nature. But I'm going to
• 47:20
Speaker 3: share something with you now that not a lot of
• 47:22
Speaker 3: people may know about me. A couple of months ago,
• 47:27
Speaker 3: I made a decision in my life away from the microphone,
• 47:30
Speaker 3: and I've decided it kind of went back and forth.
• 47:33
Speaker 3: Should I bring this up on the aeront or is
• 47:35
Speaker 3: it even important? Or when people even care. I have
• 47:38
Speaker 3: made the decision to leave the Republican Party effective June.
• 47:48
Speaker 3: I am now a registered independent. Oddly enough, Senator Manchin
• 47:53
Speaker 3: and I switched parties on the same day, and I
• 47:56
Speaker 3: swear to you it was totally one hundred percent coincidence,
• 47:59
Speaker 3: and I struggled with this lot. I'm gonna give you
• 48:02
Speaker 3: a quick history of my party registration. Okay, I was
• 48:04
Speaker 3: originally a Democrat, registered as a Democrat in my first
• 48:07
Speaker 3: year of eligibility in nineteen eighty eight. I registered Democrat
• 48:10
Speaker 3: because I'm from Logan County and at that time one
• 48:13
Speaker 3: of the nineties and two thousands, there were no Republicans
• 48:15
Speaker 3: to vote for in Logan County, so everyone was a Democrat.
• 48:18
Speaker 3: But I was always conservative, especially on economic issues, gun rights,
• 48:22
Speaker 3: ce and social issues, not so much on social issues,
• 48:25
Speaker 3: I should say. I moved to Putnam County in twenty fourteen.
• 48:30
Speaker 3: At that time I was working on some political campaigns
• 48:32
Speaker 3: on the state level, and in Putnam County it was
• 48:36
Speaker 3: exact opposite. There were basically in our no Democrats. Everything
• 48:40
Speaker 3: was Republican. So I switched to Republican because I felt
• 48:44
Speaker 3: it more allied with my value system. And I started
• 48:47
Speaker 3: seeing some changes in the National Democratic Party that I
• 48:51
Speaker 3: simply didn't like, so I switched to Republicans, and Republicans
• 48:54
Speaker 3: still firmly controlled Putnham County. They're all wonderful people, by
• 48:57
Speaker 3: the way, and I do want to say my decision
• 49:00
Speaker 3: to switch parties had zero, absolutely nothing to do with
• 49:04
Speaker 3: anyone personally in Putnam county or even within the state
• 49:08
Speaker 3: Republican Party. They're all good people. I've also said in
• 49:13
Speaker 3: the past that I voted for Trump in twenty sixteen
• 49:15
Speaker 3: and twenty twenty, but I started to see a change
• 49:18
Speaker 3: in people and their views of Trump, and you saw
• 49:21
Speaker 3: it into May primaries for governor and Senate. I'm more Trump. No, no,
• 49:25
Speaker 3: i am more Trump. And as for Trump, I never
• 49:29
Speaker 3: liked the guy, but I saw him as a better
• 49:31
Speaker 3: alternative to Hillary Clinton and later Joe Biden. But again,
• 49:37
Speaker 3: twenty twenty happened. Trump lost the election. I wasn't happy
• 49:40
Speaker 3: about it on election night, but I accepted it. Then
• 49:43
Speaker 3: I saw what happen on January sixth, knowing that Trump
• 49:46
Speaker 3: at any time could have said one or two sentences
• 49:48
Speaker 3: and could have been the end of the entire thing
• 49:50
Speaker 3: on January sixth, but chose not to because for Trump,
• 49:55
Speaker 3: it's all about ego and it's all about him, and
• 49:58
Speaker 3: it was well before he ever got into po politics
• 50:00
Speaker 3: and it continues to be. And I just simply a
• 50:02
Speaker 3: couple of months ago, looked at myself in the mirror,
• 50:04
Speaker 3: and this was when Joe Biden was still on the running,
• 50:06
Speaker 3: and said I can't do this.
• 50:08
  Speaker 2: Anymore.
• 50:09
Speaker 3: I can no longer be a part of a party
• 50:12
Speaker 3: that in effect worships this guy as a god, which
• 50:16
Speaker 3: many people do. I'm out now. Does that mean I'm
• 50:20
Speaker 3: going to vote for Kamala Harris. I think I've made
• 50:22
Speaker 3: my stance on the choices we have very very clear.
• 50:28
Speaker 3: I'm glad that Joe Biden got out of the race.
• 50:30
  Speaker 10: He needed to.
• 50:31
Speaker 3: God bless him for all of his service, but it
• 50:33
Speaker 3: was time to go. I could not vote for him.
• 50:35
Speaker 3: I cannot vote for Kamala Harris and can't vote for
• 50:38
Speaker 3: Donald Trump. So again, I don't know what I'm going
• 50:42
Speaker 3: to be doing. I just can no longer do it.
• 50:48
Speaker 3: And I will say this, I will wager I will
• 50:50
Speaker 3: still vote Republican in every other race ninety nine point
• 50:54
Speaker 3: nine nine nine percent of the time because most of
• 50:56
Speaker 3: the ideals of theirs aligned with mine, particularly as I said, economy, guns, military, energy, etc.
• 51:02
Speaker 3: I differ from them on other issues, like social issues,
• 51:06
Speaker 3: because I simply don't care what people do. It's none
• 51:09
Speaker 3: of my business. And you sleep with it's none of
• 51:11
Speaker 3: my business what you do. What's between you and your doctor,
• 51:13
Speaker 3: that's none of my business. I am pro life for me,
• 51:17
Speaker 3: but I'm pro choice for you. I can't make that
• 51:19
Speaker 3: decision for you. So this happened in early June. I
• 51:23
Speaker 3: didn't know what I was going to make a big
• 51:24
Speaker 3: deal about it, but I decided I did squead and
• 51:26
Speaker 3: throw it out there. So now it's Dave Allan independence.
• 51:30
  Speaker 10: Now.
• 51:31
Speaker 3: I may go back to the Republican Party at some
• 51:34
Speaker 3: point if they stopped this blind worship of the altar
• 51:37
Speaker 3: of Donald Trump. I looked at the stage at the
• 51:40
Speaker 3: Republican debates and thought there were plenty of those people
• 51:42
Speaker 3: on that stage that would have done a better job,
• 51:44
Speaker 3: but they decided to go at the Party of Trump,
• 51:47
Speaker 3: which is now what it's become. I'm out once Trump
• 51:51
Speaker 3: is gone, and probably will become a Republican again, but
• 51:54
Speaker 3: not till then. All right, I'm gone. My thanks, saw
