- 0:46talking about the gains, the recent gains made by Argentinian President Javier Milier Trudeau
- 0:53on the other side of the of the conversation passes a new bill that sound's
- 1:00a little anti free speechee and ber heard stand. Charlotte Proudman faces a potential
- 1:04suspension. Suspension and more so, stick around, It's going to be a
- 1:08good time and be sure to join us afterwards or the patron only show.
- 1:14On this week's Patreon only show. I have this article from Business Insider entitled
- 1:19the death of the Nuclear Family. The typical American family was always a blip.
- 1:23It's time to rethink it where they put their anti natalism on full display.
- 1:30Potentially we will find out what they have to say about that in the
- 1:34Patron Show. So if you want to join us on the Patron Show,
- 1:37you have to become a badgery yourself. Are going to feed thebadgeer dot com
- 1:41and starting a monthly subscription five bucks a month will get you into our discord
- 1:45where you'll be able to enjoy all of the additional content like our extra shows
- 1:51and whatnot. And there's also lots of stuff going on in the community as
- 1:55well, so please consider doing that. And also if you want to send
- 1:59us a message and we will endeavor to read it on the show, by
- 2:04going to eat the Badger dot com for slash, just the tip and we
- 2:09will read your message. And you know, like when you send it,
- 2:14I don't know why I'm like doing not well today. I don't know what's
- 2:16going on in my head anyway, And if you don't want to, does
- 2:21it not count as a threat to say death to the Nuclear Family? Does
- 2:23it not even count as hate speech. The nuclear family, Oh yeah,
- 2:28it's a concept. It's it's a physical thing that you can actually kill.
- 2:32You can actually kill a nuclear family. But apparently you can say death to
- 2:38the nuclear family. It's a good thing and it should happen, and apparently,
- 2:40yeah, it's fine, it's fine. Well, there there are ways
- 2:46to do it without admitting that you're actually doing it. Like if you redefine
- 2:52the meaning of the word of the term nuclear family in a really small and
- 2:55subtle ways, people will be like, oh, yeah, I guess,
- 2:58I guess to some degree that sense. And next thing, I know,
- 3:00we're extinct. So you know, this is why you have to like be
- 3:05vigilant and call it out whenever you see it. We'll see what they're argument
- 3:08that maybe they're going to make a really good case or getting rid of them,
- 3:14and we could go back to what existed historically before the nuclear family,
- 3:17where people would have, you know, like eight to ten kids because the
- 3:23chances were some of them were going to die. That's that seems to be
- 3:29what they were referring to so far as I could tell, Because there wasn't
- 3:34really a time when it was normal for parents to be single, right,
- 3:38So obviously it's it's they must be wanting people to have more kids. Yeah,
- 3:46well that's the thing though a white people are there are still families where
- 3:50there are like eight or nine kids. Oh yeah, So I mean this
- 3:53is unless you're going to make it illegal to have kids, which they could
- 3:57do. I mean, they did it in China. Why wouldn't they do
- 4:00it here? I mean, this is the thing that is if they're if
- 4:06they're saying it was a blip on the radar, if it was just an
- 4:10abnormal thing. You know, they can't be talking about people having kids because
- 4:15people have been in history. Yeah, I think I think people having kids
- 4:19was a kind of big, kind of a big thing. So I don't
- 4:23I don't. I don't know, but we will find out. So consider
- 4:27joining us in the Patron Show to learn more. And if you don't want
- 4:30to wake up one morning to find that we have been yeeded by the legacy
- 4:32Internet, then first of all, get on alternate internet like rumble dot com
- 4:38and follow us there. But if you don't want to avoid if you want
- 4:42to avoid that, or if you want to be sure to be able to
- 4:45watch our content, go to badger Feed dot com. That's badgerfeed dot com
- 4:48or Honey Badger Radio dot com. All right, with all that out of
- 4:51the way, I personally look forward to the death of illegal immigration. And
- 4:57I can't go to Scotland now having said that, because they'll arrest me.
- 5:01Oh yeah, yeah, I didn't. I didn't make Scotland one of the
- 5:04stories, although I thought about it. Maybe I should have. You can
- 5:08always bring it up. It's unavoidable. Really yeah. All right, Well,
- 5:14anyway, let's let us get into today's stories. So we're going to
- 5:18start by talking about Xavier Millie and his this whole thing. You're gonna say
- 5:32it back, man, who's gotta say it back? It's like a prayer.
- 5:40Argentine President Javier Milier slashes seventy thousand governments jobs as he continues massive reforms
- 5:47for Argentina after being elected as a libertarian candidate Millia Chance campaigned heavily to cut
- 5:55needless spending and purge corruption that comes out of much of Argentina's government workforce.
- 6:00Millie announced the cuts during his closing speech at the International Economic Forum of the
- 6:05Americas in Buenos Aires this week. So far, five thousand jobs have already
- 6:12been cut, but more on the way. Seventy thousand will proceed in stages,
- 6:16with at least fourteen thousand expected by the end of March. The Association
- 6:20of State Workers is one of the unions representing public employees in Argentina. Ate
- 6:27leader Rodolfo Aguilar called the layoffs illegal and unjustified. Says the says the guy
- 6:33with the government job. Milai has described his process as a combination of chainsaw
- 6:40and blender. Why not wood chipper or he's saving that for a different department.
- 6:46Maybe the women's combination of chainsaw and blender right there. Yeah. He
- 6:51claims that this approach is necessary to transform Argentina's economy. He also said that
- 6:58anticipates a v shaped recover for the economy with short term hardships now before things
- 7:02get better in the long run. Yeah. He has addressed critics saying that
- 7:08quote there is a lot of talk that this is not sustainable. We did
- 7:13what we had to do and that implies doses of courage that others do not
- 7:16have and quote. Melie Is has pointed towards positive signs of his short term
- 7:21and policies, showing that the peso's futures are aligning with the Central banks incremental
- 7:28adjustment strategy and that the Central Bank is moving toward net neutral reserves. Do
- 7:33do do do do do do do do do do do do do. People
- 7:42are calling Malay the Argentinian Trump, But frankly that does him a disservice.
- 7:46He's way better than Trump. Yeah. Trump tried to work with the swamp.
- 7:53That was That was his biggest mistake. Yeah, there is no working
- 7:57with these crooks. They are an org organized crime syndicate, not just in
- 8:01Argentina but everywhere. They They're raison gesta is to shake you down as much
- 8:07as they can, as often as they can, and in return they promise
- 8:11to keep you safe from all the other mobs. But they don't. On
- 8:16the contrary, they're in coats with all the other mobs, working together to
- 8:20steal from you as efficiently as possible. Now they're at the point where they're
- 8:26importing the other mobs and paying them to rob you through through squats, what
- 8:31rights or just by giving you giving them your tax payer money to live their
- 8:41high life in hotels and what. I don't know how bad it got in
- 8:45Argentina, but over here north of my own border, i e. Scotland,
- 8:52the government has already given up trying to solve or prevent crimes committed against
- 8:56scotsmen. All they do is arrest innocent Scotsman for saying things the government doesn't
- 9:03like, anywhere, at any time, for any reason. The law came
- 9:07into effect on Monday, everyone's talking about and no JK. Rowling. They're
- 9:13not going to charge you with these hate crimes. After all, you represent
- 9:18one of the mobs with whom they are in cahoots, namely the feminists.
- 9:24You can spew all the hateful bile you like against men and all they'll give
- 9:31you is a pat on the head for doing their work for them. This
- 9:35is how it got so bad. People will proclaim that they don't trust the
- 9:39government even though they're on the exact same page as them at all times.
- 9:43Miss andric Bycophobia. As far as the eye can see, they're lazy,
- 9:50incompetent thugs who follow the at least resistance, So they go around kicking over
- 9:56all the sand castles because it's a shitload easier than actually building them. The
- 10:01first step is to stop feeding their missandric orcophobic ideology. The next step after
- 10:09that is stop funding them, or at least give them less funding. We
- 10:16we we can never altogether rid the world of criminals. It's you know,
- 10:22it's it's it's an unfortunate element of of of of humans, especially as they
- 10:28accrue in such numbers. The best we can do is diminish their organized stronghold.
- 10:37And as long as we're forced to conform to the scam that is democracy,
- 10:41the only way to do that is by voting foreign anarcho capitalists like the
- 10:46Amlas. As soon as you have such an option, are and and yeah,
- 10:54and give these criminals no quarter while they dream and lie and reathe their
- 11:01way into the dustbin of history where they have always belonged. God Save Malay,
- 11:07Long Live Malay. Where that was like that was the only good.
- 11:13That's like the best story. I should have opened with something darker and ended
- 11:18on this, but it's sometimes good to get get a happy start. And
- 11:24that this is and I expect to see people pointing to the early hardships as
- 11:31evidence that it doesn't work right, that it that it's a complete failure and
- 11:37he needs to go back to big government, despite the fact that he is
- 11:41predicting the early failures, the early hardships, that that they're going to be
- 11:50sighting they won't, they won't stop people. Right. Oh, look,
- 11:54look this is going on. Obviously you need more government, but you don't.
- 12:01And in fact, it's it'd be very much like pointing to symptoms of
- 12:07withdrawal as evidence that you need more heroin. And and unfortunately, government programs
- 12:13are a lot like heroin. Once you start adding systems and agencies and departments
- 12:24and regulations and benefits for the public that come at the expense of members of
- 12:33the public, you end up with people who are so dependent on government that
- 12:41they don't know what to do without it. And so we will have growing
- 12:46pains, you know, we will see growing pains with that. And I'm
- 12:50hoping that as the success of it starts to show that other nations will follow
- 13:01instead of the world government that doesn't exist except for the fact that it does,
- 13:09doesn't close in and and try to put a stop to what's going on
- 13:15there, because that is a possibility, and it is a It is a
- 13:22good story, is a happy story, and is also one that like kind
- 13:26of makes you want to hold your breath a little bit and hope and be
- 13:31worried. Yeah, it's it is good news. I'm overall mostly I'm happy
- 13:41that he's like eliminating I think, uh, well, he's liminitting the gender,
- 13:46women's and gender ministry. I mean that's that, like, that's that
- 13:52is just incredible. I wonder what's like. I think what's going to happen,
- 13:58what's going to have to happen, is that the people of Argentina are
- 14:01gonna have to come together and support each other, because if it's true that
- 14:05this is going to cause a lot of pain and suffering for in the short
- 14:09term, it just means that the government was essentially standing in for a bunch
- 14:13of stuff that individuals could have been doing, and now those individuals are going
- 14:18to have to start doing And that's okay. I think that I think that
- 14:22it will work out in the long run if they're willing to endure some short
- 14:28term, you know, suffering. But I think that's how it's gonna have
- 14:31to be, and then you'll see. I think that it'll take some time,
- 14:35but as long as they stick to it, adapt and support each other
- 14:37as citizens, we'll see a recovery and they may bounce back faster than we
- 14:43think. Who knows, I think a lot of people really want this,
- 14:48maybe not the unions and the people who depend on the state. But you
- 14:52know what, they gotta go. So any other thoughts on this? Usually
- 14:58the good news is short. One more time, all right, Well,
- 15:03let us know what you guys think about this in the comments. I'm gonna
- 15:07look at your superchows and we'll move on to the next door. So got
- 15:11this one from my mini rant who gives us five dollars and says, I
- 15:15wish people would understand the concept of opportunity costs. Every dollar taken to fund
- 15:18a government job is a dollar taken away from the rest of the economy to
- 15:22fund anything else. It's just funding. No no, no nose loan they
- 15:26wait, let me finish, Let me finish, such as funding a small
- 15:31business loan, to pay someone's paycheck, to sit in someone's savings account,
- 15:35to mitigate risk as part of a rainy day fund, et cetera. The
- 15:37government does not compete on the market. It can only use violence to abstract
- 15:41resources to fund itself. It's not just taken away from from funding for something
- 15:48else. It is stolen from members of the public. Every dollar that goes
- 15:54to fund anything the government funds is taken under threat of force and forced incarceration
- 16:04from members of the public. Mostly men. It's not taken from some other
- 16:11part of the government that that isn't you know, being funded the same because
- 16:17some other part of the government isn't getting the money. It's taken from you.
- 16:22It's taken from your neighbors, it's taken from your boss. Your boss
- 16:27can't give you a pay raise because he's paying for the welfare programs that support
- 16:33the people that don't work, you know, or support the people who aren't
- 16:37getting paid enough because their bosses can't afford to give them a raise because they're
- 16:41paying for the welfare programs that support their employees less than a paycheck. Would
- 16:48That's that's how the government is funded. Yeah, yeah, I'm triggered Michael.
- 16:55When we hear government funding of one thing is bad because it means the
- 17:00government can't fund something else. That's no. No, it's bad because it
- 17:06means you got ripped off for nothing. You got ripped off to pay for
- 17:12something that you could buy for yourself better and more easily if the government wasn't
- 17:18stealing money from you and spending it on their way of doing that. All
- 17:25right, Well, thank you for the superchow my mini rant, and next
- 17:30I got one from Meredith Jigue is his five bucks and says HBr News for
- 17:33fifty. The question about JK. Rowlings is will she make people feel a
- 17:37false sense of security to citizens because of police refusal to arrest her, or
- 17:41will she cross the turf line too many times to the point where her feminism
- 17:45can't protect her any longer. The only thing I'll say about that is that
- 17:52you are only a feminist until the feminist lobbies and the feminists that matter decide
- 17:57you are no longer a feminist, and then you are the enemy of feminism.
- 18:00This is what happened to Aaron Pitsy. Aaron Pittsy will tell you herself
- 18:03that when she built the first shelter, she was a feminist. She believes
- 18:08strongly in what they were doing. She probably agreed with most of their you
- 18:12know, talking points and philosophy. And then when she was like, oh,
- 18:15you know what, turns out women are just as violent in many cases
- 18:18as the men are, all of a sudden she lost her cred as a
- 18:22feminist. So Jickiy Rowling will likely inevitably cross a line if she hasn't already,
- 18:27and she'll become the enemy of feminists. That our intersectionality will take over,
- 18:33and I think it is taking over. That's right. She's never going
- 18:37to do what Aaron Pitsy did, which is admit that women can be perpetrators
- 18:41and men can be victed. Jicki Rowling's never going to do that. That's
- 18:45what I was on about. It's like she's delivering the exact same message that
- 18:52the Scottish government wants wants her to put out there. Women are victims and
- 18:56men are oppressors. She's never deviated from from from that line. So of
- 19:03course she'll never be arrested. It's not even because she's a billionaire. Like
- 19:07if if if she was a billionaire saying hey, women can be cunts as
- 19:11well, yeah, then she'd get arrested. But she's not good. She's
- 19:15not gonna do that. It's just gonna be the little guys you know there,
- 19:18and and not just because they're poor, but because they have anything to
- 19:26say pushing back on on the feminist narrative or the eucophobic narrative. It's,
- 19:33you know, that's that's always. That's all it's ever gonna be, just
- 19:37just like hums of Us is never going to be arrested, no matter how
- 19:40much he how much bile he spews about white people because that doesn't count as
- 19:48hate. Hating white people doesn't count as hate. Hating men doesn't count as
- 19:52hate. All hums of use have does is hate white people. All JK.
- 19:56Rowling does is hate men. It's always gonna be fine. It is
- 20:00always going to be this, this tooted justice system. Yeah. As long
- 20:03as they hate, it's going in the right direction. Yeah, all right,
- 20:07well, thank you, Oh go ahead. Okay. The really bad
- 20:11thing about these laws is, you know, people don't really realize what's going
- 20:17on with them. This isn't really about the subjects of speech that they're trying
- 20:23to control. It's about creating a complicated web of laws that allow for the
- 20:32arrest of anyone at any time, for any reason, with very little explanation.
- 20:37Uh and and basically, if they continue and it's not just one place,
- 20:44as we'll see in our later news news stories, this is happening in
- 20:51multiple countries. But if they continue doing this, it'll it'll make it so
- 20:56that you don't know when you're breaking the law. And then, I think
- 21:02is the goal. If you don't know when you're breaking the law, then
- 21:04you don't know when you're not breaking the law. And if you're inconvenient in
- 21:10any way, whether it's you are opposing something that the government doesn't want you
- 21:15to pose, or your home that you own is in the way of something
- 21:19that they want to do, it doesn't matter. They'll find a reason to
- 21:23arrest you, throw you in jail, take all your shit, and make
- 21:27you persona on gratis and people will say, well, it wouldn't have happened
- 21:30if you hadn't broken the law because they won't understand. But that's what's really
- 21:37being done here, and that's going to continue until people get wise to it
- 21:44and put a stop to it. Yep, thank you for that. And
- 21:51next super chow, Richard Bierre gives us five dollars and said, I'll just
- 21:56play you the soundby for that, since that's what you gave. And then
- 21:59I got another one from Richard Beer for five dollars and he says, how
- 22:02many ads have you seen for government subsidies this year? I heard about a
- 22:06company that was given a government grant build a vehicle wash bay that they don't
- 22:11use because of additional government requirements in order to operate it in compliance with regulations.
- 22:15Ah the government, you have to for those ads, though, because
- 22:21a lot of them are actually scams. There are now so many instances of
- 22:27senseless and ridiculous free money that it's to the point now where you can't tell
- 22:38what the scams are and what are not scams until you start investigating it.
- 22:42And nothing is too ridiculous to sound realistic. So kind of watch off,
- 22:49especially if you've got aging parents, you know, boomer parents that are actually
- 22:55boomers. They may be looking at stuff on mine and think that they can
- 23:00get paid for something that actually they're going to end up giving their financial information
- 23:07to a scammer. So just another fun thing to be alert to. Yep.
- 23:15And last I got a super chat from Zara ANX and he says all
- 23:19of that pain you're feeling as you lift weight, says you should stop and
- 23:22go back to your sedentary lifestyle because it's good for you. L M A
- 23:26O. Thank you, Matt. Okay, well that Oh I think I
- 23:32just got another one, another super chow Pierre. He says, you are
- 23:38in compliance with the law as long as you weigh more than a duck.
- 23:44Right, thank you for that. Okay, now, sorry about that sound
- 23:45effect. Oh no, well we okay, So Hannah's getting tornado warnings.
- 23:56So if she suddenly like drops out pretty a watch, that is that worse?
- 24:04Yeah, well, hopefully nothing bad happens. We'll see let us know
- 24:12if she drops out suddenly, that's why. But yeah, actually might to
- 24:17the bathroom right now. Okay, it's a computer. Yeah, No,
- 24:23it's a computer because it'll be easier than where. Yeah, we're in in
- 24:30the in the area for it. So sorry, I'm gonna mute for a
- 24:33few a few minutes and then when I get set up in there, then
- 24:37I'll unmute. Okay, sounds good. All right, We're gonna move on
- 24:41to the next story. Let us know you guys think about this one in
- 24:44the comments section. All right, So the article that I have here might
- 24:48be a tad hyperbolic. I will I will clarify after it's over. But
- 24:55this is coming from the website is called the People's Voice dot TV and it
- 25:03goes as follows. The Trudeau government, so this is in Canada has introduced
- 25:07Bill C three sixty seven, which critics argue could criminalize expressions of traditional Christian
- 25:14beliefs under the guise of combating hate speech. They specifically refer to anti Semitism.
- 25:19The bill aims to redefine hate speech boundaries and could lead to penalties for
- 25:25public expressions of Christian teachings, particularly on controversial topics like transgenderism. Past examples
- 25:32such as the classification of Bible based criticism of homosexuality as a hate crime and
- 25:37the imprisonment of a father for referring to his biologically female child as his daughter,
- 25:41highlight a trend of anti Christian bias in Canada. These legislative changes pose
- 25:48a significant threat to religious freedom and have sparked concerns about broader societal and legal
- 25:52implications. And I say it might be hyperbolic because I shared this and somebody
- 26:00who's a friend of mine that is like, you know, an NMRA,
- 26:04but is definitely like a lefty MRA. He sees this as hyperbolic lie.
- 26:11And he shows, honestly shows like a fact check that says Bill three C
- 26:18three sixty seven is a private member's bill. Private members' bills don't often become
- 26:22law. Bringing in public and reading aloud from the Bible are not mentioned,
- 26:26all right, But let's specifically though, And I think this is worth pointing
- 26:30out because I know that they frame it in a Christian context. But let's
- 26:37back off of that for just a moment, let's just look at bill Okay,
- 26:45summary this enactment and men's a criminal code to eliminate as a defense against
- 26:49willful promotion of hatred or anti semitism, the fact that a person in good
- 26:55faith expressed or attempted to establish by an argument and opinion on a religious subject,
- 26:59or an opinion based on a belief in a religious text. So this
- 27:06is not specifically about Christianity, although the person who is you know, wrote
- 27:12the article is framing it in that regard. But if you just look at
- 27:17it as a hate speech law, it almost doesn't matter. It's called an
- 27:23act to amend the criminal co promotion or of hatred or anti semitism, So
- 27:30like without we don't even basically that's the write up. If you guys want
- 27:33to give your opinions on if it's fine, Yeah, yeah, go ahead
- 27:38already. You can see a theme developing in tonight's show, folks, and
- 27:44it's it's not even as simple as your government hates you. I mean it
- 27:48does, but it's the hatred your government has for you is proportional to how
- 27:52familiar you are, how much of a majority you are, and how male
- 27:59you are, obviously, but missonry is static, as static as biological reality
- 28:07actually is in reality, whereas oilcophobia is fluid gratically gaseous. Actually it changes
- 28:17with the tides and with and with the ever expanding Overton window of progress.
- 28:26Right now, they're cracking down on Christianity, despite how feeble and anemic the
- 28:32Church has become as unfortunate as you may find that, and they're letting Islam
- 28:37get away with anything and everything, despite how vividly homophobic it is not to
- 28:42mention anti Semitic, not just in its texts, but in its practice,
- 28:52which goes to show you it's nothing to do with protecting the Gaze or the
- 28:56Jews. It's about destroying the majority in favor of the minority, along whatever
- 29:03lines they can draw it. And what do you suppose is going to happen
- 29:06when Muslims outnumber Christians. You might think that's when Sharia law takes over and
- 29:12we magically flip from hating the majority to loving the majority. But you underestimate
- 29:21the ruthless evil of the state. It is. It is greater even than
- 29:25the ruthless evil of any other ideology. The state is even more evil,
- 29:30even more totalitarian, than Islam. When you are the majority, they were
- 29:37cracked down on you as well, because at that point you are a threat
- 29:41to a big brother. You are necessarily the greatest threat to a big brother,
- 29:45because you're anything that resembles a majority. What do you think will happen
- 29:49if the gays outnumbered the straits? See It sounds implausible, I know,
- 29:56but with enough sexual abuse, it could happen. With enough state sponsored euthanasia
- 30:03targeted at the majority, it could happen. And that's exactly what's happening in
- 30:07Canada. But you can already see what's going to happen to the gays as
- 30:11they drift out of the minority class. Then next on the chopping block,
- 30:17because compared to the trans people, the gay people are practically already a majority.
- 30:22You may have noticed the pattern. The state is already far more interested
- 30:27in pandering to the truons than pandering to the gays. The gays are so
- 30:33nineties, man, we're sick of playing with that toy. Everyone has it
- 30:38now. We want the new thing at all times. Yeah. It's I
- 30:45don't know how telling it is that the government machine is so analogous to a
- 30:51child, because it's allowed to be. It's allowed to be as immature as
- 30:56it possibly can be because there's no one to hold it accountable for anything.
- 31:00And what happens when even trans is the old thing? What happens when you've
- 31:07euthanized so many, says people, that you're left with mostly trans. That's
- 31:12right, same thing. Now you're the familiar thing, My triuney friends,
- 31:18You're now in the in the crosshairs of the eucophobes. The state will not
- 31:23stop until there is no majority left anywhere in the populace over which it rules,
- 31:30and everyone is splintered and balkanized and assimized, and there is nothing left
- 31:36to revere, let alone worship, accept the state itself, big brother itself.
- 31:44Needless to say, we should be imploring the Christians to fight back,
- 31:51and we should be imploring the straight people to fight back, but it doesn't
- 31:53end there. We should be imploring the Muslims and the Gates to fight back
- 31:59against what the state is inevitably going to do to you as well. Even
- 32:04if you consider each other to be enemies in one way or another, please
- 32:08understand you all, we all have a mutual enemy who is far more threatening
- 32:15to your cohesion, your way of life and everything you hold it, no
- 32:20matter who you are, and it's it is that, the cold, relentless
- 32:25machine we call the state. It can't be bargained with, It can't be
- 32:34reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity or remorse or fear, and it absolutely
- 32:39will not stop ever until you are dead. This public service announcement concludes as
- 32:47home, this is what're talking about for a while, And I've actually gotten
- 32:55in trouble for talking about a YouTube memory hold some of my work over discussing
- 33:00this, so I hope I don't memory hold this in this episode. But
- 33:08in episode one of HBr Talk, I went over how political correctness is used
- 33:15as a means of escalating tribalism and preventing rigorous political debate by using the intimidating
- 33:22threat of being perceived as backward, bigoted, and ignorant to course the public
- 33:29to speak and act as if the preferred realities of the elitist correct population are
- 33:36real. And then I went on to discuss in the dystopian quandary, the
- 33:42steps that sort of go from zero to political mass murder by a government or
- 33:52genocide, depending on whether you're looking at a group that's based around Pauloitics or
- 34:00a group that's based around, you know, their race. They do this
- 34:04to religious groups. This is something that's happened throughout history over and over again.
- 34:10It's not there's not just one example that can be cited. Although there's
- 34:16just one example that sticks in everybody's minds, and that it's actually quite sad
- 34:23that that one example sticks in everybody's minds because there were genocides and political mass
- 34:30murders that were bigger and crueler. And so when you start by dehumanizing a
- 34:40group and making them the bad guys in a war of political correctness, that's
- 34:47that's that pretty much sets the stage for people to accept atrocities against them,
- 34:55people to accept abuses, and then uh denials of of them being able to
- 35:02participate in society on the same level as everybody else, and denials of them
- 35:08having the same rights and freedoms as everybody else. And then it gets worse
- 35:15as the stages go to where they're getting attacked in the streets by people,
- 35:20to where uh, their businesses are being boycotted, to where they're their their
- 35:28humanity is being discounted by their neighbors. And that's when it gets to the
- 35:35point where a government can actually start imprisoning and you know, killing people,
- 35:43and people will let it happen, and they'll they'll do nothing. They've already
- 35:50seen the group being defined as having a common characteristic right. They all have
- 35:55a set of beliefs, they've we've already seen them being defamed as having unacceptable
- 36:02traits of character. Oh, they're all bigots because they have this set of
- 36:07beliefs and collective guilt, historical guilt. And there are people that demonize Christians
- 36:15as having inferior qualities as well. Oh, you must be crazy to believe
- 36:20in that evil Skydaddy. You shouldn't be allowed to vote because you believe in
- 36:23a sky Daddy. Like That's that's pretty much, and it usually targets Christians
- 36:30too. It doesn't when I hear this stuff from people, it doesn't.
- 36:32It's not about all religions. It's specifically targeted to Christians. These traits aren't
- 36:40treated as just common problems within the group, but as like natural or defining
- 36:45characteristics and therefore inevitable right. You can't do anything about it, And in
- 36:54treating it that way, you set the stage, you create the mentality for
- 37:01people to accept These people just need to be, you know, shuffled off
- 37:07into special places where they can be taken care of because there's something wrong with
- 37:13them. And that's where we are now, that's where people are talking.
- 37:19Now. That's basically the reason why Trudeau wants to do this. It's basically
- 37:24the reason why you're seeing various nations outlining types of criticism of human behavior.
- 37:35That what they're outlying, generally speaking, targets people with certain religious beliefs.
- 37:43That's the first group they go after because it's easy. You're allowed to be
- 37:49prejudiced against people with certain religious beliefs as long as it's not certain other religious
- 37:53beliefs, right, and you're allowed to be you're allowed to be prejudice against
- 38:00people with certain skin colors as long as it's not people with lighter shades of
- 38:05certain unskinned other skin colors. And uh so, yeah, we've we've we've
- 38:10hit the villain stage. That's that's actually pretty far down the scale, pretty
- 38:17far along toward uh government mass violence, government sponsored mass violence. So you
- 38:29know, if you're celebrating this because you're atheist, you're part of the problem.
- 38:36And if you're if you don't care because you're not Christian, you're part
- 38:40of the problem. You're basically creating a pathway for you to be next mm
- 38:47hmm. And and nobody should be subject to this. Christianity is the only
- 38:57Abrahamic religion that it's completely okay to deep there is there is no there is
- 39:01no lobby group that will slander you. There is no media institution that will
- 39:09come forward and slander you or you know, stepping out like I don't know
- 39:15for for criticism. It just won't happen. They're the only ones. And
- 39:21frankly, in certain parts of the world you might not know, but there
- 39:23are you know, parts of the Middle East and Africa where there is a
- 39:30large Christian population and they are tact I mean in Ukraine, for example,
- 39:37Zelensky banned the Orthodox Church there and his claim was that it was like connected
- 39:44to Russia, and he used it to eliminate the only religious institution they had
- 39:50there and instead he replaced it with a state religion. State is now the
- 39:54religion in Ukraine. But we're not supposed to criticize that because putin bad in
- 40:01Israel, the Israel Gaza or Israel Hamas situation, Israel bombed a an Orthodox
- 40:10church that was there that there were twelve Orthodox Christians, including the priest that
- 40:15died. They claimed that is because you know, Hamas was hiding behind human
- 40:22shields in an Orthodox Christian church. Oh and again, nobody can get upset
- 40:30about that. Nobody can say anything because they're either going to be called an
- 40:31anti semi or they're going to be called Islamophobic because we have those weapons.
- 40:37But there is nothing for the Christians. So and again, yeah, go
- 40:39ahead, Mike, Well, we learned since October the seventh's it's not that
- 40:44Christianity is the only Abrahamic religion. They can be attacked. You can attack
- 40:47Judaism as long as you do it on behalf of Islam. You can attack
- 40:53Islam as long as you do it on behalf of even Judaism, but specifically
- 40:59Israel ills fucking weird. It's women women. You can attack anyone you like
- 41:06as long as you are a protected group. It's that Christians aren't allowed to
- 41:13criticize anyone else, let alone attack anyone else, you know, Yeah,
- 41:21and uh, well, and again the broader point is this, though,
- 41:23because I think that the that the if you look at the bill, doesn't
- 41:29specify Christianity. It just says anti Semitism. So it's possible that it was
- 41:35put into place because of pro Palestine protests happening in Canada, because I know
- 41:42that was happening in the States in all of the major cities, and it
- 41:45was because of the you know, the woke activists that the state created,
- 41:51and they ended up criticizing Israel because they saw them, they did. All
- 41:54they see is that it is what they perceive as the power dynamics. And
- 41:59I think the same thing may have happened in Canada and there this is damage
- 42:02control. But the thing is, I think it's Christianity that will be targeted
- 42:07even though they're not involved, I mean largely. And I think that the
- 42:14really important thing is because I know that they are atheists that wash and I
- 42:17know that they have their you know, their beliefs and everything. But the
- 42:22thing is that is that this bill can't apply to anyone and if it's like
- 42:25Canada doesn't have free speech, they don't have a First Amendment. So it's
- 42:30just a matter of time before it gets I mean, like right now in
- 42:32Canada, if you if you address, like if you have a child and
- 42:37the child is convinced by their teacher that they're transgender and you say no,
- 42:43I'm sorry, honey, you're not you're not actually a boy or a girl,
- 42:46then the state can just come in and call it hate speech and take
- 42:50your children from you. And they have done this. So like you know
- 42:52this, remember Bill C sixteen. Remember farn Meyer was speaking and saying,
- 42:59you know, this is a bad idea. Jordan Peterson was speaking. It
- 43:01passed through anyway, and as soon as it did, the transactivists were like,
- 43:06it's the law now. They were telling you to your face, we're
- 43:07going to use the state against you. You don't give us what we want,
- 43:12we will terrify you until we get what we want. And that's what's
- 43:15happening. And this is just another step down that same path. So you
- 43:19know, if you're focused on the fact that the person who wrote this is
- 43:22a Christian concerned about it targeting Christians, you're looking at it in the completely
- 43:27the wrong way, especially if it bothers you. Here's the thing about the
- 43:30guy who responded to me that was like scoffing at the idea because he was
- 43:35an atheist and he thought that this was like some Fedora tipping moment that he
- 43:38could take. And it's like dude, it doesn't matter what you believe,
- 43:42Like if you live in a Muslim country. Let's say, let's say you
- 43:45live in Iran and you're an atheist. Guess what. Your atheism doesn't mean
- 43:50shit there. You can call him Skydaddy all you want. You are now
- 43:53living under an Islamic state, so you're going to follow their rules or else.
- 43:58So like your beliefs or lack thereof don't matter depending on the context you're
- 44:01in if the people around you believe it. And guess what is basically real?
- 44:07So you know, and yeah, I mean you should be. You
- 44:10should be against this kind of thing on principle. That's it. We'll stop
- 44:15on principle. Anyway. With that said, listen to you guys think about
- 44:20this one in the comments, and we will you see if I got any
- 44:23superchows or anything. Yes, I got one from Richard Again. Richard Pierre
- 44:30gives us five dollars and says a thing that is that all of the mentioned
- 44:36factions are all competing to be the government authority and excluding all other factions from
- 44:42the seats of powers. So good luck try and get competing factions to work
- 44:45together for any purpose when they are all after the top seat of authority.
- 44:51Yep, thank you for that. And then I got one from the One
- 44:53good Man. Oh, welcome, do we have the one good Man in
- 44:55our chat? I was hoping he would come along. I meybe we can
- 44:59convince to stop simping. The One good Man gives us five dollars and says,
- 45:02have you trued put a diverse chick in it and make it gay?
- 45:07And I want it lame? Have you tried? I think it's what you
- 45:10wanted to say. Put a diverse checken it maker gay and lame. Thank
- 45:15you so much for the super child. Appreciate it. Let's get to get
- 45:20a little bit of levity in here. Oh and I got one more from
- 45:22Richard again, who gives us five dollars and says Canada is trying to make
- 45:27up for applauding in parliament. A World War II veteran from Ukraine who turned
- 45:31out to be a not see. I don't think I think he could see
- 45:37just fine and see that everyone was cheering for him. He was. He
- 45:42fought the Soviets. He fought the Soviets right in World War two? Pretty
- 45:46sure? Yeah, Yeah, that's totally it, That's totally it, right,
- 45:52let us know what you guys think about this one in the comments.
- 45:55We're gonna move on to the next story. All right, So, a
- 46:00social media influencer who sexually assaulted a fourteen year old boy twice in one night
- 46:07has claimed to have no sexual interest in children, a court has been told.
- 46:13A forty six year old woman who cannot be identified for legal reasons,
- 46:16was jailed earlier this month for two counts of aggravated a sexual intercourse with a
- 46:21child under sixteen years old. A jury found that she had climbed into bed
- 46:24with the teenager on an evening in mid twenty twenty one and kissed him.
- 46:30Don't tell your father about this, the woman told her victim, before taking
- 46:34off his clothes and undressing herself. She then forced the team to engage in
- 46:37oral and penetrative sex. On March first, Judge Sarah Hopkins sentenced the influencer
- 46:44to at least eighteen months in jail, with a maximum of three years behind
- 46:46bars. However, the judge told an NSW district court on Tuesday she had
- 46:52omitted part of her judgment during sentencing proceedings. She amended the record by clarifying
- 46:58that she had relied on expert opinions, and the influencer had a low risk
- 47:02of reoffending. Judge Hopkins highlighted the conclusion of forensic psychologist Stephen Woods that there
- 47:09was no evidence the forty six year old woman had pedophilic tendencies. No evidence.
- 47:16Professor Woods found she had no sexual interest in children. She said the
- 47:21influencer was three times older than her victim when she snuck into a bed and
- 47:24raped him in the middle of the night. Judge Hopkins determined the woman had
- 47:29quote good prospects of rehabilitation end quote because quote the offenses were isolated end quote,
- 47:36and she had committed to abstaining from drugs and alcohol. During the sentencing,
- 47:40the judge accepted the sexual assailant had been experiencing a quote complex combination of
- 47:46comorbid mental disorders end quote at the time of the grape. She said,
- 47:52also quote in all probability it was symptomatically acute at the time of the offending
- 47:59end quote. Court heard the woman who had previously sought treatment for an eating
- 48:04disorder, anxiety disorder, and adjustment disorder. In light of my failings as
- 48:07to the connection between the offending and the offender's mental issues, I accept the
- 48:13offender's moral culpability is reduced, Judge Hopkins said on Tuesday. She also found
- 48:17that there was justification for a longer parole period due to the onerous conditions of
- 48:22custody for the influencer, who had been subjected to quote threats and harassment behind
- 48:28bars. The forty six year old is likely to remain in protective custody for
- 48:32the remaining length of her sentence due to her profile and the offenses that she
- 48:37committed. She will be eligible for release in less than a year on February
- 48:40twenty six, twenty twenty five. Earlier this month, her lawyer confirmed the
- 48:45forty six year old woman will appear will appeal her conviction. The influencer has
- 48:50denied engaging in sexual activity with the teen beyond a kiss, which she said
- 48:54she stopped before it went any further. However, the jury found her guilty
- 48:59of engaging in oral sex with the teen before having penal vaginal sex with him
- 49:04in three different positions. Merely two hours earlier, the influencer was filmed performing
- 49:08a sexually suggestive dance for the fourteen year old boy. In the video shown
- 49:14in to the court, she can be seen caressing her bum. This is
- 49:17in English article, so lifting her skirt to reveal her stomach, and twerking
- 49:23in front of the victim. Judge Hopkins previously said the forty six year old
- 49:28appeared to be very intoxicated in the video. The woman claimed she had drunk
- 49:32one and a half bottles of wine on the night of the rape, while
- 49:36the victim estimated she had consumed twice that amount. A few days after sexually
- 49:40assaulting him, the court heard, the influencer told the teen to quote just
- 49:45keep this quiet for a bit end quote. Yet, in a lawfully tapped
- 49:50phone call a year later, the forty six year old laughingly admitted her attraction
- 49:53towards a fourteen year old boy. I started loving you so much that it
- 49:58got confused, like I started getting attracted to you. She told him,
- 50:00you're a man. Now, you're not a boy. You're obviously a man.
- 50:05She said during the call, the influencer, you urge the victim several
- 50:08times not to tell his father about the late night sexual assault. I'm hearing
- 50:14a great deal of excuses from this woman along the lines of it's something something
- 50:22drugs and alcohol, something, something mental disorders, something something anorexian shit like
- 50:29this, anxiety eating the story, anxiety and stuff that happens to normal people
- 50:34all the time. I wonder how paradoxical it is to notice there's no greater
- 50:38predictor for victimizing behavior than victim mentality. This is this is often expressed when
- 50:50it comes to male feminists. They adopt the feminist mindset as a cover for
- 50:55their sex pesting, or indeed, great if you want to call it,
- 51:00as a mechanism for automatic forgiveness for the transgressions to which they are so inclined.
- 51:08It's annoying the way people ascribe this specifically to male feminists, as though
- 51:15it doesn't apply to female ones. If anything, it applies more to female
- 51:20ones, and for even more sinister reasons. Women adopt this victim mentality not
- 51:27as a rectoactive cover for any atrocities that they that they might commit, but
- 51:30as a prescribed proactive reason for getting away with anything. They're not even putting
- 51:38the cart before the horse. First, they decide that they are victims,
- 51:45and they are victimized just by virtue of being female, and then by some
- 51:51mad coincidence, they conclude nothing they do to any male bodied individuals can possibly
- 51:58constitute victimization of those male bodied individuals, or even any female bodied individuals for
- 52:04that matter. If you've decided ahead of time that you are necessarily a victim
- 52:12just because you're a woman, then you can justify any action you take as
- 52:15being not victimizing. You can rape a man and it's not rape. You
- 52:22can rape a woman and it's not rape. You're rape but child, and
- 52:24it's not rape. You can do anything that takes your fancy, no matter
- 52:28how exploitative, no matter how sadistic, and you never have to burden yourself
- 52:35with any remorse because you do not possess the appendage or indeed, the identity
- 52:43that you have decided by foregone conclusion is by definition necessary for rape to have
- 52:47even taken place. This is only compounded when such a mindset is enshrined by
- 52:54law. When the system put in place to prevent rape doesn't even acknowledge it's
- 53:00that anything you do could ever be rape. Of course you're going to indulge
- 53:06every whim safe in the knowledge that you can never be called a rapist.
- 53:12Just try and think about this, folks, whenever you're saying something something male
- 53:16feminist, as though it's somehow the maleness that makes male feminists so very rapey,
- 53:24it's not. It's the feminism. Female feminists are, if anything,
- 53:30even more rapey. Male predators use feminism to pretend they care about other people
- 53:37as a smoke screen, whereas female predators use feminism so that they genuinely don't
- 53:45have to even bother pretending to care about other people. It's not even a
- 53:50smoke screen. It's a sword and a shield. And when you deflect the
- 53:58evils of feminism onto men, then I'm sorry to tell you, but you
- 54:06hashtag are their shield and their sword. I imagine the good we could do
- 54:12for society if we made some effort to stop women from raping quite so very
- 54:17much. Women aren't inherently any more rape than men, as far as I
- 54:23can tell. But when you give them an ideological excuse to get away with
- 54:29anything, you make them a great deal rapier. And that goes for any
- 54:35other demographic for whom so many excuses are made. No demographic is inherently evil.
- 54:44It's only when you overlook the possibility that anyone among them even can be
- 54:50evil that you that's when you make all things possible. This has been done
- 54:57along racial lines. Has been done along religious lines, but they're all just
- 55:01secondary and tertiary symptoms of what has been done along the lines of gender for
- 55:07a very bloody long time. If you don't like where it's going, then
- 55:15start where it started. It started with this unfounded, knee jerk assumption that
- 55:21women as a demographic are victims and that men as a demographic are the perpetrators
- 55:28of that victim. It's not true, it's never been true. That's the
- 55:32head vampire, and as long as it continues to walk this earth, this
- 55:38shit will keep happening. Else to tell you public service announcement. Conclude,
- 55:46something that Peter Wright highlighted on Twitter a while back was there's and this is
- 55:54from a book about female sexual aggression, but there was a study on women's
- 56:07motives for sexual aggression and sexual initiation, which obviously you can't really lump those
- 56:15together, but they did for the study. So it ranged the answers ranged
- 56:23from things like mutually consenting contact, which obviously is a motivation for sexual initiation,
- 56:31and then as you get to the bottom of the list, you get
- 56:37methods instead of motives, and some of them were violent, and it is
- 56:43not uncommon. In fact, you know feminists made this big deal about a
- 56:49study in which, in a feminism course, one in three of the male
- 56:59students answered questions in a way that the researchers were able to interpret to say
- 57:06that if nobody would know about it, they would engage in a whole set
- 57:09of rape behaviors. But they interpreted that basically by taking answers that were anything
- 57:20from probably not too yes and lumping them all in as yes answers. This
- 57:27wasn't like that. This This was was women actually answering yes to things that
- 57:32they did. And on this list you had by using the other person's age
- 57:45when he was a miner and you were not. Twenty nine point three percent
- 57:52of the women answered yes to that when he was a minor and you were
- 57:55not, and then twenty six point five by using a position of power and
- 58:04authority. So this isn't something that like, yes, this kid was a
- 58:09minor, and I think that was a factor in this. I don't believe
- 58:15the claim that she was not attracted to him because he was a minor,
- 58:22that there was some other reason, because otherwise she would have done this with
- 58:25an adult, right. But I will bet this woman was also in a
- 58:31position of power here besides her age, being in a position of power like
- 58:37a babysitter or a stepmother, or you know another situation, a tutor,
- 58:45something where this kid had to interact with her and was regularly exposed to her.
- 58:55And this, this predatory behavior isn't anymore rare with women than it is
- 59:00with men, and in fact, it might be more common. The thing
- 59:04is that the crap that she says about being abnormal in various ways, the
- 59:08anxiety, the various mental health conditions, the being too drunk and all that,
- 59:15those things are factors. In cases of male perpetrators. They're considered to
- 59:21be things that the court can look at in terms of, all right,
- 59:27how do we how do we direct this guy's treatment program so that we can
- 59:35prevent him or discourage him from recidivism meaning perpetration again, that's where that goes.
- 59:44It's not are we going to convict him or not. It's all right,
- 59:49we know all these things we're contributing factors. How do we get him
- 59:53into a better mentality so that he will not perpetrate Again, Women shouldn't have
- 1:00:00any different than men either. You totally change the system for everybody, and
- 1:00:07these extenuating circumstances become a reason to change the whole incarceration system so that you're
- 1:00:19not treating people as if they are just out of the blue with no extenuating
- 1:00:24circumstances, willfully committing crimes, or you change the system so that women are
- 1:00:32treated like men, and they do get convicted, and they do get incarcerated,
- 1:00:37and then you figure out how to engage in treatment so that you can
- 1:00:43change their mentality so that they will not commit the crime again. And it's
- 1:00:50really important too, because when boys are sexually abused like this, they become
- 1:00:59up to eight times more likely to commit suicide. They become up to forty
- 1:01:04four times more likely to engage in abuse of substances, which can be a
- 1:01:10slow suicide. Forty four times more likely. This kid has just been put
- 1:01:17on a path that can lead to self destruction on many levels. He is
- 1:01:27now more likely to have difficulties in his relationships with women. So if he's
- 1:01:32heterosexual, that's going to affect his ability to find a partner, create a
- 1:01:39partnership, an intimate relationship, and start a family. And if that's something
- 1:01:45that he wants to do, and she just fucked it up for him,
- 1:01:50She just ruined his life. Right, he's in a set of victims that
- 1:01:59are more more likely to question their sexuality, so they're they're basically experience experiencing
- 1:02:06a type of dysphoria. Uh. And he's in a set of victims that
- 1:02:12are more likely to engage in a whole range of potentially self destructive behaviors,
- 1:02:17to not do as well in school because of the stress of their situation,
- 1:02:22to have their career path affected by that. Right, this isn't just a
- 1:02:28minor thing that she did, and him being a boy doesn't just make it
- 1:02:32a minor thing. And this is something that we have talked about over and
- 1:02:37over again every time we see one of these stories. And if people didn't
- 1:02:42care about anything else to do with this story, all of the bad things
- 1:02:47that she has just inflicted on this boy, he's also more likely, or
- 1:02:53at least he's in a group of victims that are more likely to be perpetrators
- 1:03:00than non victims in their later life. So if people can't be compassionate,
- 1:03:08at least maybe they could be mercenary enough to care about this because of how
- 1:03:14she could have warped them. But chances are she'll probably get more lenient treatment
- 1:03:22because she's a woman and she won't be treated like a man. Now,
- 1:03:30the part of this is the worst part about this is people who are in
- 1:03:43prison for sexual crimes. The overwhelming majority of them, over ninety percent,
- 1:03:51have experienced sexual assault themselves. So what is going to happen. I'm going
- 1:03:58to make a prediction, although I may not be around to see the conclusion
- 1:04:00of it. This fourteen year old boy who was sexually assaulted by this woman
- 1:04:08who did not really like suffer, you know, massive consequences, is now
- 1:04:14at a much higher risk of going on and sexually assaulting somebody himself unless he
- 1:04:19gets like a lot of help and sort And if he does, that will
- 1:04:24make the news. That person will see like real jail time, and the
- 1:04:29narrative will continue. It will become a story about patriarchy and men because the
- 1:04:36abusive boys is ignored. And the reason why is because it benefits these people
- 1:04:43in the long run, because the abused boy goes on to abuse, and
- 1:04:45then when they abuse, they become That becomes the story and not where it
- 1:04:50came from. And if you look over ninety five percent of criminals of felons
- 1:04:56that are in prisons for violent crimes where themselves abused as children, and they
- 1:05:01don't have mothers or they don't have fathers I'm sorry, in the home,
- 1:05:05and they go on to do these things. And what do these people do?
- 1:05:10What do the intellectuals do? What do the politicians do? What do
- 1:05:13the media people do? What do the podcasters do? They look at that
- 1:05:16and they say, oh, that's just men like they treat it like it's
- 1:05:20in a vacuum. So this is what is gonna happen. This is like
- 1:05:27this boy, if he goes on to offend, that will be the story,
- 1:05:30not the woman who did this to him. Oh anyway, those are
- 1:05:38my thoughts on that. I don't know if you guys have anything else to
- 1:05:41add, but and move on to the next story. I got a super
- 1:05:45chow from Richard Bierre, thank you, and he gives the five bucks and
- 1:05:49says her being intoxicated at the same at the time of the incident would make
- 1:05:53the underage boy the perpetrator. I'm surprised that she didn't try that angle for
- 1:05:57her defense and claim victimhood. Well, she only kissed them. Something that
- 1:06:02needs to be enacted, actually is perpetrators need to have to pay for the
- 1:06:09victim's therapy. If that's not already a thing, it needs to be,
- 1:06:15and the victim's therapy needs to you know, include efforts at re establishing their
- 1:06:23confidence in themselves and their own sexuality and uh their goodness as a person so
- 1:06:31that they don't end up, you know, becoming self destructive or becoming uh
- 1:06:39destructive toward other people. She caused this, she should pay for it,
- 1:06:47agreed, at the very least, right, yeah, at the very least.
- 1:06:57I'm just I'm just saying Woodchipper, I mean, oh, yeah,
- 1:07:02she should pay for his therapy, and then Woodchipper is a compromise. Well,
- 1:07:09let us know what you guys think in the comments section. We're gonna
- 1:07:14move on to the next story. Our last story of day is about Charlotte
- 1:07:20Proudman. We are finishing on some good news after all. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:07:26I guess it is good news. Yeah, Doctor Charlotte Proudman, a
- 1:07:30barrister, faces disciplinary action for criticizing a family court judgment by Sir Jonathan Cohen
- 1:07:36on Twitter. She accused the judgment of reflecting a quote boys Club end quote
- 1:07:42attitude and demanded recusal of Philip Hayers, another judge and Garrick Club member from
- 1:07:47her proceedings. Proudman's tweets could result in suspension or even a fine, with
- 1:07:54charges of misleading information and offensive language. She denies all charges, arguing that
- 1:08:00for her right to freedom of expression, suddenly the feminist cares about freaneddom of
- 1:08:03speech. The case highlights concerns over judicial membership in exclusive clubs like the Garrick,
- 1:08:11with implications for perceived bias and judicial conduct conduct. And by the way,
- 1:08:15Charlotte Prodman was a staunch supporter of Amber Heard during the Amber Heard and
- 1:08:20Gihin Depp and she probably still is actually so anyway, that's the in brief
- 1:08:29so so basically it wasn't her family court case. She just commented on this
- 1:08:34random case and insisted that this guy shouldn't have been on the case. That's
- 1:08:44kind of with who is she to do that. She's not She's not anybody
- 1:08:51special, She's not He's Charlotte Prodman. I mean, like we criticize all
- 1:08:59the time, but it's interesting that that she called for a specific action against
- 1:09:08this this Uh yeah, I mean you want me to go in into some
- 1:09:15more detail. I'm kind of looking at the detail here. After considering her
- 1:09:21request, he did review remove himself from the case. That's interesting. Yeah,
- 1:09:30Oh that's the judge handling her disciplinary proceedings. Okay, so I don't.
- 1:09:38Oh it's the men only Garrett Club over remarks he made in a family
- 1:09:43case two years ago. So she just went after this this guy over his
- 1:09:56reasoning and case. It says here there is no suggestion that Cohen and Haber
- 1:10:04discussed this case, or any or any work matters or ever met at the
- 1:10:09Central London Club. So she's like making allegations, but it highlights some of
- 1:10:13the issues around public perception raised by the membership of significant numbers of Britain's most
- 1:10:16senior judges of a club that has resisted calls to allow female members since the
- 1:10:21nineteen sixties. So she's trying to enter in or use this as a way.
- 1:10:26Traubman could face a twelve month suspension of her license or fine if found
- 1:10:30in breach for posting a fourteen part thread on x holy crap that's muspurgy shit
- 1:10:35then called Twitter in April of twenty twenty two. It expressed her concerns at
- 1:10:41the tone of a judgment handed down by Cohen in relation to a family court
- 1:10:45case. Three person disciplinary panel will consider the five professional misconduct charges against her.
- 1:10:50Later this year, she is accused by the Bar Standards Board of tweeting
- 1:10:55misleading information that inaccurately reflected the findings of the judge in a case in which
- 1:11:00she was instructed. Interesting. I suspect then that she probably promoted the story
- 1:11:13of the wife in that case with the mother of the kids. If it
- 1:11:16was a custody case. Family court indicates maybe divorce and custody, but that
- 1:11:25that would be what I would like. I don't pay a lot of attention
- 1:11:28to her, but that kind of yeah, and made a long yeah,
- 1:11:36she made a long thread about it, and she said things that are not
- 1:11:42factual. I'll bet it's something along those lines. And that's an issue that's
- 1:11:46that's kind of more widespread than just her. So it is nice to see,
- 1:11:54uh, that that being done, although I still I don't know.
- 1:12:00I'm it's interesting. It's interesting, you know that she felt entitled to call
- 1:12:08for action and stuff. Other than her being a vocal support of Amber heard,
- 1:12:12what else is Charlotte Prowman. I feel I know that name doctors not
- 1:12:15involved in a case in the United States, and it helped to deny due
- 1:12:21process to three young men who had had been accused of a crime. So
- 1:12:29that's probably the most flattering picture of her, and she still looks really smugging
- 1:12:32it. Yeah, it's amazing because I've seen her look as seen her with
- 1:12:39her her hair really really short, like head shaved short. But yeah,
- 1:12:46yikes, Mike, do you have anything. I didn't even know what she
- 1:12:51looked like until you showed me that picture. None of that is important,
- 1:12:55But the important thing is she's a massive hosebast and a cunt and I hope
- 1:13:01that she gets recused all the way down to the botwels of hell where she
- 1:13:08belongs. Okay, well, let us know what you guys think about the
- 1:13:17story. Oh, mister O three or three says she was the professor at
- 1:13:20Cambridge who organized the mob against Mike Buchanan and Elizabeth Hobson. That's where I
- 1:13:25knew her from. Here we go, there we go. That's where I
- 1:13:27knew her from. Thank you, mister O three oh three. Yes,
- 1:13:32that's right. And I got a super chow from Richard Viere who gives us
- 1:13:39five dollars and says, uh w Leaf in Canada is a bunch of legal
- 1:13:44bloggers who sit on a court proceedings and then write about the judges in order
- 1:13:48to nudge the outcome in a certain way. Next time you have Diana Davidson
- 1:13:51on, ask her about that organization. I know that she mentioned it at
- 1:13:56ICM nineteen. The majority of the cases, if I remember correctly, we're
- 1:14:00those involving SA sexual assault, if not family court. Christine, is that
- 1:14:03what the essay stands for? I assume, thank you Richard for that super
- 1:14:09child. You know what? Actually I need to reach out. I found
- 1:14:11something. I found something. Actually, Okay, it's another article, a
- 1:14:16guest post and it Yeah, this is a guest post from doctor Charlotte Proudman,
- 1:14:28family law barrister at Goldsmith Chambers, specializing in violence against women and girls.
- 1:14:34She tweets as doctor Proudman, and then the article goes on it's a
- 1:14:42it's criticizing a June twenty first, twenty nineteen Ministry of Justice announcement panel professionals
- 1:14:50that will be reviewing evidence on how the family courts can better protect children and
- 1:14:56parents in cases of domestic abuse and serious offenses. And so I think,
- 1:15:06if that's her specialty, this has to have been a situation where abuse was
- 1:15:12alleged and she didn't believe the evidence against it. Uh huh, and that's
- 1:15:25probably what she went on her rant about. Yeah, well, or fourteen
- 1:15:32posts. That does seem a bit excessive, she's basically saying. So,
- 1:15:40she's basically saying that because this judge belongs to a club that doesn't allow women
- 1:15:45in, that that makes him automatically prejudice against alleged victims of domestic violence.
- 1:15:53And that's the factor that would do it. Nothing else, just the fact
- 1:15:59that he is in a male only space. The feminists tell you that women
- 1:16:05are not attacking male only spaces. There you go, there you go.
- 1:16:14Well, let's see what happens. Hopefully there is some consequences. I mean,
- 1:16:18I'm generally like or free speech, but I don't think Charlotte prowdman it.
- 1:16:24Maybe she feels a thing. She'd be like, oh, I should
- 1:16:27probably fight for that. The whole free speech thing seems kind of important.
- 1:16:30All right. Well, with all that said, let us go into the
- 1:16:34Patron Show where we're gonna be looking at this article that is about how the
- 1:16:40typical American family was always just a blip. It's time to rethink it,
- 1:16:44which is sounds like code for eliminate it. And let's all just I guess
- 1:16:48go extinct for the planet. And I'm wondering if the person who wrote this
- 1:16:54actually has a family, because most of the time I find that the people
- 1:16:57who are the most anti natalists have families of their own. They just don't
- 1:17:01want it for you, you know. So anyway, I hopefully I'll see
- 1:17:08you guys in the Patron show chat and you could join us there by going
