Daily Devotions: Spiritual Security - May 14, 2026

Pastor David E. Sumrall Podcast · May 14, 2026 · 2m

John 10:27–30 (ESV)

In this episode of Daily Devotions, Pastor David Sumrall reflects on the comforting words of Jesus about the security believers have in Him. Jesus describes His followers as sheep who hear His voice, are known by Him, and are safely held in His hand.

Pastor Sumrall explains that salvation is not meant to leave believers living in constant fear or uncertainty. While a person can choose to walk away from God, no outside force, person, or power can snatch a believer away from Him. This truth gives Christians confidence and peace in their relationship with God.
