Delmarva Power’s rate hike request hit a snag as Delaware officials approve only half of the original ask—thanks to Governor Matt Meyer’s push to freeze rates amid soaring energy costs and new commissioners. Lawmakers also stepped in with Senate Bill 326 to cap utility spending and boost transparency.
