- 2:15all. Hey, good morning, good morning,
- 2:20good morning. Happy Labor Day to all you
- 2:23laborers out there. I see you and may it be our day
- 2:28today and those who work so specially and so hard and this
- 2:32day is for you. Go out and have that burger on
- 2:36the Barbie or go have that dog and enjoy your day off.
- 2:40So today we are in our Part 4 of Part 6 and our part 4 special,
- 2:50very special because now since we've been talking, what is
- 2:54consciousness in this series? Our part 4 says the brain meets
- 2:59consciousness. Oh boy, this can get us into a
- 3:03lot of trouble. I can see this already
- 3:06happening, but it's OK, it's OK. We just take it one step at a
- 3:10time and every time it says up go we what happened to down What
- 3:14happened to something else, right.
- 3:17So as always, when I say man, MAN, man, it means me too.
- 3:23Humanity, all of us, man, because we have created such
- 3:29interesting labels and views and so as those are, we need to pile
- 3:37them back and and kind of kind of remove them a little bit.
- 3:41Anywho, so as you know, we start off every Monday with our Angel
- 3:47message. Today is September the 7th,
- 3:502026. And so our daily Angel number
- 3:53meaning is 090726. What does that mean?
- 4:00Well, I'm going to read it to you, so here we go.
- 4:03That whole results into a number six.
- 4:06So we're at the number six today.
- 4:08It is an important time to nurture yourself on all levels,
- 4:11eating healthy food, drinking ample water and sleeping well.
- 4:15We'll assist you in maintaining a healthy body.
- 4:19Creating a peaceful ambience will also nurture your soul.
- 4:22The angels recommend bringing harmony to your environment with
- 4:26beautiful flowers, musics and crystals.
- 4:29So who doesn't love all those things, right?
- 4:33The Angel power word is love, so get that love ordinate out
- 4:39because it's coming. That Venus, she's creeping on
- 4:42us. So your Angel number also
- 4:45contains a #72. God has heard your prayers and
- 4:47manifesting his pleas and response.
- 4:50The angels have been sent to say that they would like you to look
- 4:54at the things that you are opposing in your life.
- 4:57The opposite side of attraction is opposition and sometimes the
- 5:02very thing we are being guided to do to bring an extra
- 5:06abundance is in the thing we are opposing most.
- 5:12It's time to reflect on the guidance that you have been
- 5:15opposing as this may be highlighting an abundance block.
- 5:20Your range of number contains the number 26.
- 5:22That's our year. We have it every time, right
- 5:25Angels? Know that you feel empowered
- 5:27when you feel compassion for others and now ask that you feel
- 5:32the same compassion for yourself.
- 5:34It is very important that you say no to request that make you
- 5:38feel uneasy. Trust these sensations in your
- 5:40body as these are your inner compass.
- 5:44Range number contains the number 99 zero.
- 5:48Bring your attention and focus into your heart chakra.
- 5:53The angels implore you to open up your heart and receive the
- 5:55highest vibrating energy known to man, which is love.
- 5:59On receiving this burst of love from the angels, you will feel
- 6:02energized, uplifted, and renewed.
- 6:04As a result, you will radiate love and become a magnet for
- 6:08loving situations and gifts. Wow, isn't that beautiful?
- 6:11And there we have it. And now let me just here, we'll
- 6:16hit this. It looks as though we're on
- 6:17TikTok. So all you TikTok fans out
- 6:20there, there we go. We're on it.
- 6:23So I'm going to add it to the story and I'm going to add it
- 6:27into my live. OK, Joe's in the house.
- 6:32He is on the TikTok modulators there.
- 6:35And we're going to get busy. We got a big show, big show
- 6:39today. You're gonna find out how MJ
- 6:43herself, how she reigned herself in into the consciousness.
- 6:49So, and apparently when we were redoing all of this, apparently
- 6:55the full 1 to come back in. I know that young
- 6:58whippersnapper, but when I sat there and was going over the
- 7:05flow with the producer, she came back.
- 7:08So she's here and I didn't really plan on bringing her back
- 7:11yet. While preparing the show, there
- 7:13she was. She was just standing there like
- 7:15this. Yes, MJ ABEZ, listen, I know I
- 7:20might be coughing this because I have been struggling with a bug
- 7:24since Thursday night Friday of last week.
- 7:27So if I cough and I'm so sorry to interrupt the flow anyway flu
- 7:32sitting there standing on the edge remembering what happened
- 7:35with that fool that that young Mary Jo saw remember well she
- 7:40she thought it was faith move forward go, you know go on your
- 7:43merry happy little way. But mom saw a Cliff saw in
- 7:46danger and eventually that young MJ she both realized both were
- 7:51absolutely there at the same time.
- 7:53So my faith didn't disappear when I became aware of the
- 7:58Cliff. My awareness didn't destroy my
- 8:01faith. My understanding, my
- 8:04understanding expanded in such a way that faith then became my
- 8:09compass point. That's how that worked.
- 8:12And now the fool is right there, standing on an on another edge.
- 8:17Except this time, she's looking at something humanity has been
- 8:23investigating from many different directions for many
- 8:27years. The brain.
- 8:30That's right, the brain, the mind, the body, the soul, the
- 8:34religion, the spirituality, science and consciousness.
- 8:38And at first, when I pictured her standing between science and
- 8:43spirituality, I thought, well, wait a minute, did I just, did I
- 8:50just create another division? Did I put science over to that
- 8:54side and spirituality on this side?
- 8:56And now I'm divided again. And there's the fool be right
- 9:01there, right on that line, right between both of them, right
- 9:04there she was. And I stopped.
- 9:09What if it's not a mistake? What if I, what if I did?
- 9:12But what if I in my brain blocked both sides?
- 9:22Isn't that interesting? Well, they always say what you
- 9:26hear them say. I should have looked that up.
- 9:28The right side of the brain is spiritual and the left side is
- 9:32theoretical. We we had to dig into that put
- 9:37put I'm the squirrel. So I have to go down these
- 9:39rabbit holes. So you collect my nuts and I'm a
- 9:43squirrel. And when I say, hey, bring that
- 9:44nut back, that means you're going to give that nut back to
- 9:46me. OK.
- 9:47And you can post all you want in the comments and then we'll just
- 9:50keep going from there. So, So what is she?
- 9:55What if she isn't standing there?
- 9:57Because these two fight each other.
- 9:59Science and spirituality, they're always batting each
- 10:02other. Sometimes even religions with
- 10:03science are batting each other. But it's funny because the
- 10:06people who are religions are the first one to be at the doctor's
- 10:10office for a pop the pill or something.
- 10:12Isn't that funny? But a spiritualist believes that
- 10:16God created all of its medicine in the earth, not synthetic
- 10:20medicines. So see the triangle that the man
- 10:24has weaved. So what is she standing right
- 10:27there in the relationship, holding both of them, or maybe
- 10:32all three of them? Who knows?
- 10:35Maybe that's true. Maybe that's where she is.
- 10:37She's like, I don't, I just don't care.
- 10:39Carrying her little, her little stick of goodies with her little
- 10:42smile right there on the cliffs in the edges, walking that line.
- 10:46That's right. So what if she actually had a
- 10:48relationship between them? So now there she can look in
- 10:55either direction. Now she can observe, then she
- 10:58can question, then she can investigate, and then she can
- 11:02Start learning. Wow.
- 11:04She doesn't have to destroy one understanding to investigate the
- 11:08other. That happened with me numerous.
- 11:11You can hear it in my podcast, in my earlier podcast, right?
- 11:15FU big pharma, FU science. Stay away from me.
- 11:19It was an unhealed MJ. It was an unhealed however I get
- 11:24to choose. That's where little fool MJ went
- 11:27wrong. Because she does get to make
- 11:29choices. She doesn't let other people
- 11:32make those choices for her because then that becomes
- 11:35resentment, right? This is what you told me to do.
- 11:39There's that blame game where, boom.
- 11:41And there's those three. What I tell you about the blame
- 11:43game with the pointing, the pinky goes to the heart, this
- 11:47one goes to the throat, and this one goes straight to the head.
- 11:50That's what happens when you push the blame game.
- 11:53MJ don't like the blame game because I like my heart, my
- 11:56throat and my brain. And every time I do that, it
- 11:58destroys something on my balance.
- 12:01So we just don't do it. That's just how easy that
- 12:03becomes. So not destroying one, just keep
- 12:07moving forward. She doesn't need a winner, She
- 12:09doesn't need nobody with a trophy.
- 12:11She can just simply remain aware, mind, body and soul,
- 12:16different pieces interacting, science, human experience,
- 12:19spirituality and different ways humanity investigates this
- 12:24enormous experience of being alive.
- 12:28And the fool, well, she's, she's standing in her own relationship
- 12:36with all. That's what she's doing, right?
- 12:39So today I'm not asking you to choose a side.
- 12:42I am asking you to look, become aware, start observing.
- 12:50Today the brain meets consciousness.
- 12:56All right, well, that was the opening, so let's get to it.
- 13:01Because last week I left you with one enormous question.
- 13:07If cognitive processing can change while I still experience
- 13:13an observer, what is the relationship between brain,
- 13:19mind, and consciousness? Well, that's mouthful, but I
- 13:23left you with some kind of thinking last week, didn't I?
- 13:26OK, well, that's a lot. However, that came directly from
- 13:32my own experience. I'm going to tell you why.
- 13:35In 2021, my cognitive processing became severely affected every
- 13:41time I came out of these remissions from the military
- 13:44episode. And I get wheelchair bounds
- 13:46because they took my legs. My theory of my head was, I
- 13:49don't know. Well, go ahead, take my damn
- 13:51legs. I still have my brain in my
- 13:53hands. And as you can see, my legs are
- 13:56not being affected if I'm sitting here talking.
- 13:58My legs aren't affected if I'm sitting here working on a
- 14:01computer, Right? Right.
- 14:03So hi, in 2021, how many years now had I said that?
- 14:09And there were times that I could not.
- 14:12In 2021, after COVID long haul, I could not multiply 2 * 2
- 14:18scary. I would read a sentence and I
- 14:21had no idea what that sentence read.
- 14:22I could read it, but I couldn't comprehend it.
- 14:26Talk about scary, right? That was a marvel all within
- 14:30itself, a new event for this person to say now I need to
- 14:35heal, right? Because COVID long haul, thank
- 14:38you so very much. And never got the jab.
- 14:42Thank God because I can't, as we all know.
- 14:45However, that became important to me and something very
- 14:50fascinating was happening the whole while I didn't have my
- 14:54legs at the time, I was still very sediment where I was with
- 15:00needing a lot of assistance. And now the brain, the thing of
- 15:06it was, is my processing had changed.
- 15:09I knew it things I was saying how I was feeling where I was.
- 15:14I did not experience any consciousness as simply
- 15:17disappearing spiritually. I interpreted that period as
- 15:22moving deeper inside of heart consciousness leading into my I
- 15:27AM Christ conscious, thinking less through ego and judgment
- 15:31and of man labels and more through my heart.
- 15:34This was the epic center of my whole change from spirituality
- 15:40into consciousness. I believe it was that.
- 15:43I believe it was a shift and I believe that my faith and my
- 15:48strong ass will help me. An experience is an experience.
- 15:54My interpretation is my interpretation, and a scientific
- 15:58explanation is a scientific explanation, right?
- 16:02Nobody can take these anywhere from you.
- 16:05They don't have to be identical for me to investigate all three.
- 16:11So today's question isn't simply where is consciousness?
- 16:17That would be too easy, right? No, there's too many more man
- 16:21labels we have to unpack just to figure out why, what, where and
- 16:25what is consciousness. So today to unpack it, I'm
- 16:30thinking what is what is their relationship?
- 16:37What is our relationship with it?
- 16:39Humanity has been mapping the experiences of our brain and our
- 16:42emotions and our thoughts for how long?
- 16:45But they can't tell us what those thoughts are.
- 16:48That's the problem. So when a thought pops in the
- 16:50head, they can tell you what brain cell or neuron of the
- 16:53brain, right? However, they don't know what it
- 16:58is that you're thinking. But it gets better than that
- 17:01because if we start mapping whatever that thought that
- 17:04popped in, then other neurons light up in the brain.
- 17:08I mean, science is amazing if you actually think about it.
- 17:11It's just I get to make my choice when I stick in my body
- 17:14after they do their diagnostics. You can be you, but that's me.
- 17:18So to me, the mapping is just amazing.
- 17:24And I just am so enlightened about that, that it's it helps.
- 17:33I have a lot of good mornings on TikTok.
- 17:35So I had to see if there was any questions, but there's not.
- 17:37But I'm sure my buddy Joel, who's in the background, if
- 17:40there's a TikTok question, he'll notify me.
- 17:43So as far as the mapping, I have to put an image up on the screen
- 17:49now. OK, let me see if I remember
- 17:51this from last week. So here we go.
- 17:53I'm going to put this up here and we're going to change the
- 17:56flow to the 10th one. Woo Hoo, look at that, Joel.
- 18:00I did it. OK, so you see this little
- 18:03bottle there? I want everybody to look at the
- 18:05bottle image on the screen. Look at it.
- 18:07This meme, I don't it came out I think several years ago and I
- 18:13screenshot it because several years ago I was like, look at
- 18:19this. And I was still, I was still
- 18:23bridging and it made sense because it was the religion sign
- 18:30inside of a bottle with the spirituality inside of that
- 18:35bottle. And then consciousness.
- 18:37Look at the labels, containers, boxes, man made things.
- 18:42Look at this image. However, if you look at it, look
- 18:48at it deeper, because religion gives people traditions,
- 18:53teachings, structure, community and language.
- 18:57Religion was the fundamental the of all communities when it first
- 19:02developed and it can go all the way back to Zoroastianism.
- 19:07There's some traditions that don't go back to Zoroastian, but
- 19:10most Christianity and you know, Lutheran and these types of
- 19:14series, most of this goes right back into Zoroastism theologies.
- 19:18So there has to be a foundation. You don't have a child who can
- 19:24recite any poetry and understand the poetry.
- 19:29If the child doesn't know how to read one word.
- 19:32And does that make sense? So you can't climb into a
- 19:36consciousness without mind, body, spirit, soul, that it,
- 19:40it's not going to allow you. So religion, when I looked at
- 19:44this originally an unhealed MJ several, several years ago, I
- 19:49looked at that and I was like, you know what?
- 19:53That's funny because it just shows you that, you know how
- 19:57consciousness, you know, removes it didn't remove MJ.
- 20:02That was my thought. It didn't remove it.
- 20:04It encompasses it. It has a relationship with it.
- 20:10So my same philosophy of F big Pharma.
- 20:16I understand I have to get over some of that relationship
- 20:20because I'm I would never be a quick pill like most people and
- 20:24just have that much faith and trust in man to say oh this will
- 20:27work. And then I have 50,000 other
- 20:29problems because I already lived that life with 24 different big
- 20:31meds. So that to me isn't that that
- 20:34either needs to be healed or the experience.
- 20:38I know better now. It can only be one of the two,
- 20:41right? Because when you have the
- 20:42awareness and your consciousness, and then you have
- 20:46your next event from your choice that you just learned from, now
- 20:49you can make better decisions. So religion, religion was an
- 20:53awesome thing for everybody's foundation.
- 20:56My two children, you know, my, my, my husband with my two
- 21:01children at the time, we were both Catholic.
- 21:03So both of those children got baptized Catholic.
- 21:06They were both first Holy Communion.
- 21:08Then it started creeping up the first confirmation for that
- 21:11whole, that confirmation side. And that's where my children
- 21:19decided they didn't think that Catholicism was for them.
- 21:23They still believed in God. They still believed in the
- 21:26highest, but they believed there was much more.
- 21:29And maybe that was my teaching because as I was a spiritualist,
- 21:34I would also tell them, you know, go grander, go brigger.
- 21:39Even though the Bible may not tell you exactly what happened
- 21:42to Jesus Christ himself from 8 to 25, dig in deeper to other
- 21:47theologies because we're going to find the where He was.
- 21:50And to me, this was my teachings.
- 21:53You do you. Then humanity can begin putting
- 21:58things together in a box, you know, and when you look at
- 22:03religions, it's very boxed as a Catholic, right?
- 22:08They denied me to get married the first time I wanted to get
- 22:10married. Now I did every sacrament that I
- 22:13was even going to be a nun before an air traffic
- 22:15controller, I think at 13 at when I was in the choir and I
- 22:18was babysitting kids at the church and I was all into the
- 22:21church. I was like, oh, how cool would
- 22:22it be to live at Saint Cyril's? That's a nun.
- 22:25Cyril's was a a place where where we came.
- 22:29So at that moment, one second, thank you, whoever said I was an
- 22:38inspiration on TikTok, you're the best.
- 22:41I you guys just give me so much encouragement.
- 22:44I just love it. So yeah, those labels are can
- 22:49organize ideas. And I felt so saddened by the
- 22:56Catholic religion because I wanted to marry to somebody I
- 22:59thought I loved. And it was in the military.
- 23:02And actually, I shouldn't say I thought I did love him at the
- 23:05moment because he got me through one of my biggest struggles of
- 23:09life, which was this illness. And then I don't think the
- 23:12illness set well within our relationship.
- 23:15However, that's a different show.
- 23:17I'm just going to go with the facts.
- 23:19Then they wouldn't marry me because he was a Southern
- 23:21Baptist, but he was still a Christian.
- 23:25Don't believe in God. In fact, in my opinion, when I
- 23:28went to Southern Baptist, they studied more of the Bible than
- 23:31the Catholics did. So I had a very difficult
- 23:35experience with that religion as I matured and then it moved
- 23:41onward. So they told me I could pay
- 23:44$5000 and do pre conda classes and it was all about money.
- 23:48Money, money, money, money, money.
- 23:50I was like, you know what, this ain't happening.
- 23:53So I ended up getting married at First Baptist Church.
- 23:56However, the Catholics then, even though they did not believe
- 24:01in my decision to get married, they refuse to believe that I
- 24:06was married. Now it gets really funny because
- 24:08now I end up in a divorce and I remarry the children's father
- 24:12and he is Catholic and he is Trinidad.
- 24:15He's from Trinidad and Tobago. And I go to get married and the
- 24:20church says, but you were divorced, I needed $5000 to
- 24:25annul it. I said, how do I pay you $5000
- 24:29for an annulment that you said that God would never recognize
- 24:33in the Catholic faith that I was married to begin with.
- 24:37You see where these boxes and labels left this fool.
- 24:41I was not happy. It was all about money.
- 24:43So we went to Trinidad and Tobago, to that Catholic Church,
- 24:46to the priest that raised and saw my husband grow up.
- 24:51And we went and he's like, I don't understand the archdiocese
- 24:55in the United States. And this was my awareness.
- 25:00He literally said if you don't accept the marriage as in the
- 25:05eyes of God, then you are never married.
- 25:09He's like you married a Southern Baptist.
- 25:12He's like we would never or organize it as you were married
- 25:15because they have no idea of the rules of the Catholic faith.
- 25:20The rules, the word rules. So religion.
- 25:29That's why I like this picture. It's boxed, right?
- 25:34Catholic faith. You are not allowed birth
- 25:37control, huh. Catholic faith.
- 25:42Thou shalt not cheat on its wife.
- 25:44Thou shalt not cover neighbor's goods.
- 25:47Catholic faith. So the Catholic faith, when I
- 25:54needed them most and I wanted it most, let me down.
- 26:00Let me down because they wanted me to follow rules of an old
- 26:05tradition that boxed a religion God.
- 26:11God does not box. God allows everybody the same.
- 26:17God created every single one of us.
- 26:19If the Bible says the the that this created all of us, how
- 26:23could it be so segregated and boxed?
- 26:27Now I can only tell you Catholic because that's what I was.
- 26:29I later went into with my husband Ozzy.
- 26:35I later went into his church, which was like a more of a
- 26:39Pentecostal type of thing, but it was the minister who was
- 26:44teaching the full Bible. And when I say the full Bible,
- 26:47he literally read out of the Bible and taught the Bible.
- 26:50And then every once in a while we'd get a break and we would
- 26:53sing and then we'd go right back into the Bible.
- 26:55It was more Bible study as a church than it was anything
- 26:59else, and I learned a lot more in that religion, though my
- 27:04theology classes in college actually taught me quite a bit.
- 27:07However, this was another way. OK, I'm getting off the course
- 27:11here, here, get give me those nuts 'cause I can go deep.
- 27:15So in spirituality and the way I experienced it can sometimes
- 27:21move across denominational boundaries more freely.
- 27:25Different traditions may answer things very, very differently,
- 27:29right? Remember I told you the story
- 27:31about the headshot with the Guatemala guy, right?
- 27:35Who knew? Who knew I was going to shoot
- 27:38off his head just for a headshot?
- 27:39So interpretation means a lot. So I'm not going to sit here
- 27:44pretending that every religion says all the same thing.
- 27:48I used to say, you know, religion and the understanding
- 27:51of God is great, and then I always to say, how many Bibles
- 27:55have been reprinted in man's interpretation?
- 27:58That's an interesting one as well.
- 28:00Yet humanity keeps asking enormous questions.
- 28:02Who am I? Why am I?
- 28:03What is God? What is creation?
- 28:05What happens when we die? What is consciousness?
- 28:08These are all good questions. And now science enters with yet
- 28:12another way of investigating observation, measurement,
- 28:18experiment, evidence and mechanisms.
- 28:23So who knows? Maybe science doesn't belong on
- 28:26the opposite side of my spirituality table at all.
- 28:29That young MJ who went to shove it all the way over there,
- 28:32right? Bad taboo maybe.
- 28:37Maybe science is another expression of humanity doing
- 28:43what humanity always does. And what do we do so well in
- 28:48science? Investigate, investigate,
- 28:51investigate. For me to actually do
- 28:57investigative or experiments that to me, I can observe that.
- 29:03Yep, science investigates what it can observe and test.
- 29:07And I like that, right? As long as I'm not the test on
- 29:10me again, we're good people. So spirituality, I already did
- 29:15my share. There's that squirrel, I did it.
- 29:18Give me a nut, I already did it. So sometimes spirituality
- 29:21investigates meaning, divine relationship and experiences
- 29:26that people interpret spiritually.
- 29:29Human beings, they're the experiencers.
- 29:33We man, the man is the event, the experiencer, and nobody and
- 29:40no science can ever take that away from the man who
- 29:43experienced it. Just want you to know that.
- 29:45So stay in your truth, stay strong.
- 29:49Consciousness allows us to become aware enough to question
- 29:55all of it. Science, that's consciousness
- 30:02and science. So when consciousness steps in,
- 30:05it can go no, no, no or yes, yes, yes.
- 30:09And that is the highest of consciousness.
- 30:11However, here we are. The fool doesn't have to smash
- 30:15those bottles. See those bottles?
- 30:18I'll have to smash them. She doesn't have to pretend
- 30:21every bottle contains the same thing either.
- 30:24She can see the label without being imprisoned by it.
- 30:28See all that? So I think the best thing is we
- 30:33are just going to keep the bottles.
- 30:36So I'm not going to get rid of that little screen and see if I
- 30:40can't put us back on where we were with the big screen.
- 30:44Maybe Joel can fix it. I don't know.
- 30:46Joel, you'll have to fix it. I don't know how to get us back
- 30:48to the big screen. So they'll have to do it.
- 30:54There we go. Thank you.
- 30:55OK, so that's the bottles. Keep that in your mind because
- 31:02the bottles just contain the information.
- 31:05It doesn't mean that the next bottle doesn't enforce the
- 31:10foundation of the other one right building we're building.
- 31:14Remember those maps? Remember we build all those maps
- 31:17and the science are in the psychologies.
- 31:20So we're going to keep building. So I call this next section
- 31:24labels are catchers, not our cages.
- 31:27And so before somebody even says MJ, you just use 15 labels while
- 31:33complaining about labels. You're absolutely correct.
- 31:36I did. Labels are the fundamental
- 31:39division and categorizing of the division by man.
- 31:43Taught me well, taught you well. We create everything that we
- 31:48want. How many people create a label
- 31:51in their own house? Well, they don't have labels
- 31:53really. So you don't have one specific
- 31:55drawer for silverware, one specific drawer for plates.
- 32:06You are correct. We all need language.
- 32:08We all need labels, and the label can make me catch an idea
- 32:13long enough just to study it. That's what's good about the
- 32:16catchings of these, right? The name it measure it that you
- 32:20get teachable communicating right?
- 32:24So my issue begins when we decide that we name something as
- 32:31man and therefore that is it, right?
- 32:36You already noticed those labels where it is the law, It's the
- 32:40child, it's the parent to the child because I said so.
- 32:44Why? Because I said so.
- 32:46I'm just asking why because I said so.
- 32:49Well, that can't be the why and it just upsets the adult.
- 32:53However, why? Because we have named something,
- 32:57therefore we finished understanding it and we put the
- 33:02box on, you know, the label on the box, we put the lid on the
- 33:05box and then that is it. No, there's people like me, what
- 33:12we call The Wire that we're not done with that because we need
- 33:16further information. This this episode, folks, you're
- 33:21going to hear me say, and this is where I need to explain
- 33:25something and I'm going to go through it in today's show and
- 33:28guess what? Science you need to take me back
- 33:31to zero and that you're going to hear me say a lot.
- 33:34Take me back to zero. Why?
- 33:36Because you could tell me what's today, but I didn't ask you
- 33:39that. I said, where'd it come from?
- 33:41Where'd it come from? Where'd it come from?
- 33:43And I have to keep going back. And I had to keep researching
- 33:46where, where, where, where, where until now there's a dead
- 33:49end. You're like, I don't say, OK,
- 33:53we're done. Slap a lid on it.
- 33:54And no, Nope, that's not me. That's when somebody gives you
- 33:59an explanation. And I naturally ask what caused
- 34:02that. And then they give you the
- 34:05processes of how it was caused. Then I ask, that's great.
- 34:12What initiated that? And then what, what happened
- 34:15then? Why did it break down like that?
- 34:18I ask questions about my body, my, my own, my doctors, I, I
- 34:22constantly, why did it do that? What happened then?
- 34:26Well, where was that? And then you show me what
- 34:30happened before that and that is awesome too.
- 34:33And what happened before that? Because at some point there has
- 34:37to be a root, a seed, something, right?
- 34:40It just doesn't automatically pop up in thin air, right?
- 34:46So I'm not asking because I think science knows nothing.
- 34:49No, no, no. I'm asking because I want their
- 34:52knowledge and I want to follow their explanation backward as
- 34:56far as our knowledge can take us.
- 35:01And when we reach what we don't understand, there's my next why,
- 35:06right? That's what I mean by saying
- 35:09take me back to zero. Find the point of just at that
- 35:14point, we don't know yet. And that brings me to the pink
- 35:17song. That's all I know so far, right?
- 35:21If we don't keep doing this, then we may never understand a
- 35:25full brain or a full capacity of consciousness.
- 35:29Not science is wrong. No, MJ already knows that
- 35:34answer. It means how far back can we
- 35:36actually follow it? That's the better question.
- 35:40And eventually somebody may still remove me from that
- 35:45library because they're like, I had enough of this, this one.
- 35:47See this fool girl, I'm not get her out of here.
- 35:51Why? Because I'm the why girl.
- 35:52I will keep asking and asking and asking.
- 35:55And for those, they think that they're getting put on the spot,
- 35:58but they're not. I'm just asking because it's who
- 36:00I am. It is my natural inquisitive
- 36:03self who allows me to make better choices, right?
- 36:07So and I'll stand there and say, OK, but what initiated that?
- 36:12So now you understand the inside joke.
- 36:14Take me back to 0. So, science, you get a big chair
- 36:18today. There's my table and I have a
- 36:20big old chair and signs. You cut not a throne, you silly,
- 36:24silly. You sit down there, snap ahead,
- 36:26sit down. You ain't taking the throne,
- 36:28you're taking the big chair. Science gets the big chair
- 36:31today, and I'm allowing it because EE GS can measure
- 36:36patterns of electrical activity generated by populations of
- 36:41neurons in our brain. That is wowza, right?
- 36:45Think about it, they can neural the electrical waves and they
- 36:49can watch how our brain thinks. That is some incredible
- 36:53wackadoodle crap, man, right? How far the that man has just
- 36:59become. So brain imaging and other tools
- 37:02allow scientists as well to investigate the activities
- 37:05associated with attention, memory, imagery, emotion,
- 37:11decision making, sleep, and so many other more processes.
- 37:15It's an incredible tool and incredible information that has
- 37:19been discovered and then has been sought.
- 37:23So give it to me, right? And then my question becomes, if
- 37:28I observe what the brain is doing while someone reports a
- 37:33conscious experience, am I observing consciousness itself
- 37:40or am I observing what the brain is doing while consciousness is
- 37:46being experienced? Now that's a better question.
- 37:49Yeah, I don't know. I don't even know.
- 37:52I don't even need to pretend that I know because that's our
- 37:57investigation. So while revisiting this
- 38:02beautiful series after we wrote it, I don't know how many months
- 38:05ago, there's sometimes we get ciliitis.
- 38:09And every time I kept asking this same question about
- 38:12observing and why and where is it?
- 38:14And So what it only discovers the brain.
- 38:17Is that what we're trying to say?
- 38:19And the producer who was formulating helping me put this
- 38:23thing together, he he's trying to make a joke and he says,
- 38:26well, what did you expect MJ with neuroscience to find your
- 38:30big toe? OK, He thought it was funny.
- 38:37He randomly picked that. And my spider psyche goes, did
- 38:44he just say big toe? Did he just say your, your, your
- 38:49neuro immunity always affects your big toes?
- 38:53Or how did he come up with the big toe?
- 38:54So of course, there I am. Why did you say big toe?
- 38:58Why did you say my big toe? Why did you pick that of all
- 39:01things? He goes, what are you talking
- 39:03about? He goes, I don't know.
- 39:04I just randomly said we're talking about the brain, not the
- 39:06toe. Kind of like opposite
- 39:07polarities. I started laughing.
- 39:09I go, dude, it's not. I don't believe in coincidences.
- 39:13You didn't just pick my big toe. I said because the symptoms of
- 39:17my own neuropathy start in my brain and it affects my damn
- 39:22toes because the circuitry doesn't go to it.
- 39:24I go, Oh my God. And we started laughing because
- 39:28the symptoms involving my central nervous system, the
- 39:31brain return. And that first places that
- 39:34personally, I'm acute, chronic transverse ascending.
- 39:39That's my diagnosis. So it goes from my toes and it
- 39:42comes up. So that's my experience and I'm
- 39:45not creating M JS big toe theory.
- 39:48And it's happening. It happens all the time.
- 39:51And I start laughing. I go, Oh my God, there it is an
- 39:54event. The awareness, the questions,
- 39:56the investigations. Are we in another pattern?
- 40:00No, we can't be. We just can't be.
- 40:03I refuse. We can't be, folks.
- 40:05I'm going to take a break. We are giving science a chair
- 40:08and we've looked at man's labels and we've put the fool in the
- 40:12relationship instead of forcing her to choose a side.
- 40:16When we come back, I'm going to be bringing out light therapy
- 40:19maps in words. And we're going to put science
- 40:23map and light therapy spiritual maps on the same table.
- 40:27And we're going to see if they connect and we're going to see
- 40:30how close or how far apart or are they a complete bust.
- 40:34And asking what happens when we stop demanding that the two maps
- 40:39are identical or separate and we just simply look at where
- 40:43everything lands. So stick around.
- 40:46You're listening to MB Radio. dot US.
- 40:49My name is MJ right here on this beautiful station where veterans
- 40:53always get a voice. Let's see what Quacker has to
- 40:55say in a quick 30 seconds here. Let's see what he's up to.
- 40:59We'll check you right back. You've got this.
- 41:02Even if today feels tough, your best chapter is just around the
- 41:07pond. Whenever things get rough or it
- 41:11feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 41:14Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 41:19tough people do. The station where our veterans
- 41:34voices are heard. MBR talk.
- 41:37Hey, thanks for supporting our channel by watching and
- 41:40listening. All right, welcome back.
- 41:50Welcome back. Here we are.
- 41:52Let's now get with science. We, we just need, let's just put
- 41:59another map on the table here because science got a big chair
- 42:03and here comes light therapy. That's right.
- 42:06So I need to make sure everybody understands light therapy here
- 42:10and I need to make a very good honored and recognition.
- 42:13I've told you in my studies and I've told you in all of this
- 42:17that I had a lot of gifts. I had a lot of divine gifts.
- 42:20I had a lot of things that were not properly labeled in a box of
- 42:26ma'am and I made all these kind of mistakes.
- 42:28You you heard some of my stories where I would do my thoughts
- 42:31wrong. I would do this creating all
- 42:33this kind of karma. And my dear Master Kim of Light
- 42:37Therapy not says once, not says twice.
- 42:41I can't tell you how many times she says I think you should take
- 42:43Reiki. So I finally took Reiki and I
- 42:47took crystal Reiki. However, it didn't match Miss
- 42:51Kim whatsoever. And so then I decided to bring
- 42:56Master Kim and have an open seminar about what is light
- 43:00therapy. Well for clarity and honor, Miss
- 43:03Kim came with a full array of symbols, guidance, lessons,
- 43:11plans, how we get motivated, how we heal and that was the start.
- 43:18Kim teaches light therapy, she is a Reiki Master therapist,
- 43:24teacher of light therapy and is from the foundational teachings
- 43:29that have been passed through her Master, my Grandmaster Ida
- 43:32Diaz, and has been passed through Belinda Hymus, where
- 43:37Belinda Hymus was the pure foundationist board light
- 43:42therapy who drew this course from her unity teachings.
- 43:47Catherine Ponder, Louise Hay and a lot more of a spiritual
- 43:52tradition, other other denominations and spiritual
- 43:56work. And she compiled this whole
- 43:58thing together in 12 courses. So Miss Kim teaches these these
- 44:0412 levels. Now within these 12 levels is
- 44:09Ponder's mind power centers and so Miss Kim took each center and
- 44:15our whoever who designed the teachings, I'm assuming Belinda
- 44:19and then Miss Ida added then Miss Kim added as we evolve and
- 44:23we become they add what happens within the evolution of our
- 44:29energetics and our evolutions of what is happening into a
- 44:33consciousness into the I am Christ consciousness and how our
- 44:37energies all shift. So I am not teaching her light
- 44:42therapy class today. I am not.
- 44:44What I am doing though is buy her teachings of Ponder, which
- 44:50is how I found Catherine Ponder. I want to use that particular
- 44:54map. I want to use that map with
- 44:58science. Why?
- 45:00Because in that spirituality, besides my third eye conscious
- 45:07and my heart is because that would all come from Buddha Boo
- 45:10vistas and like Buddhism and Hinduism, I'm sticking with this
- 45:14one for for now. I'm just gonna stick with this
- 45:17one for now. So that's what I'm gonna do.
- 45:20And I'm gonna ask why on all aspects.
- 45:23I'm going to ask why about the light therapy, why about my
- 45:26experience, and why about the science.
- 45:28You know me, I am not going to hold anybody's hand, and I'm not
- 45:31even going to hold my own hand on this one because we need to
- 45:33figure out the brain to consciousness.
- 45:35So at first I thought the interesting question was whether
- 45:39light therapy places something in the same anatomical location
- 45:43that science does. I was like, there we go, let me
- 45:47see. Put them on top of one another.
- 45:49Let's see where. Let's see.
- 45:50I want to see it fit and then there was something inside of my
- 45:53head. Literally it goes sit down,
- 45:54snapper head. I was like, who said that right,
- 45:58Who talking to me? I was like, this is what I want
- 46:01to do. And then the theory was why did
- 46:06I decide on a location was the only possible similarity.
- 46:10We can look at the location. That's fine.
- 46:13And name general physical location, the function of what
- 46:18it does or what it says and then add that to what it's what is
- 46:24the relationship that it has with that region or area.
- 46:28And at the same symptoms interact is interesting some
- 46:32similar ways. Experience does human experience
- 46:38give us another connection. And sometimes maybe it's a bust,
- 46:43sometimes maybe it's not. Nothing meaningful lines up.
- 46:50That's good, 'cause I like those busts.
- 46:55When I get a bust, there's the wire, there's there's the,
- 46:58there's the squirrel. Who needs those damn nuts,
- 47:01right? I'm gonna keep going.
- 47:04Why, how could you make such a comment?
- 47:06And how could this be and it it's supposed of hook in
- 47:10somehow, some way and it's not right.
- 47:15That makes me go back to 0. So that's what I like.
- 47:20I love to find something that people say.
- 47:22No, you can't. It doesn't.
- 47:25I'm like and my dad's rising from his grave going did they
- 47:29just they can't. Yes, they did.
- 47:32So, so that's me. I'm going to go back.
- 47:36I'm going to go back and you're going to be right here to
- 47:38witnesses because I have to force every comparison to make
- 47:42my philosophy work. Then I'm not investigating
- 47:45anymore, am I? I'm defending A belief system,
- 47:49and you already have enough of that on social medias right now.
- 47:52Defending A belief system that you believe is correct, right?
- 47:57I'm going to leave that because that not my table today, just
- 48:00science and light therapy right now.
- 48:02Light therapy, they get that right hand of of my table and
- 48:08science. You get the big chair.
- 48:10Here we go going to the faith center.
- 48:12I already told you about my faith center.
- 48:14Light therapy associates the faith center with the center
- 48:19brain penal region. Science.
- 48:23Now look at your maps, right? Science gives the pedal gland a
- 48:27well established rule involving melatonin and the circadian
- 48:33rhythm. Does that take you back to mine?
- 48:35Why moon? Why our biological relationship
- 48:40with light and darkness and MJ? Me, I'm sitting there
- 48:45immediately seeing Oh my God, we're back to the dark.
- 48:50There we are. Faith is in the dark.
- 48:53And they're like no, MJ Faith is light.
- 48:55Look how light we have to have light.
- 48:57MJ Yes. And remember that Divine Mercy
- 49:00that I showed you last week? That heart is in the dark, and
- 49:04it wasn't until you opened it could you see that light.
- 49:08Darkness. I close my eyes every night I'm
- 49:12in the darkness and I have faith.
- 49:14I have faith that while I'm sleeping, my vessel continues
- 49:18doing what it needs to do. Restoration, realign, repair,
- 49:22memory processing. A fetus in itself develops in
- 49:27the dark. We discussed this inside the
- 49:28womb. And when it's ready to enter
- 49:31with all of its parts and pieces, it comes into the light
- 49:33and takes its breath of air. A seed begins underneath the
- 49:37soil for germination. Somehow that little alien little
- 49:41point root just decides it's going to go down for more
- 49:44nourishment so that the other side can go straight up to the
- 49:47light to get air. It nourishes, it develops, and
- 49:53eventually pushes upward towards the light.
- 49:57Darkness, nourishment, development, strength, light.
- 50:04Science can explain biological mechanics involved in those
- 50:07processes. My spirituality notices a
- 50:11recurring pattern. Maybe darkness isn't where
- 50:14creation disappears. Maybe darkness is where creation
- 50:18doing some of its work. OK, so right there we have a
- 50:27faith, right? Getting somewhere.
- 50:31Now let's go to the Imagination Center.
- 50:34Same cadence, different scenery way.
- 50:37Do you hear this one? Light therapy places the
- 50:40imagination center between the eyes near the pituitary region.
- 50:47What is that? And I thought, wait a minute,
- 50:52what else has humanity associated with this general
- 50:56area? And I went, oh, the third eye.
- 51:00The third eye area appears in some of the Hindu and yogic
- 51:03traditions through Ajna chakras, symbolisms.
- 51:08Different traditions use different maps.
- 51:11Think about prayer, meditation, visualization, completive
- 51:16states. close your eyes, withdraw attention from the
- 51:22outside world. Focus inward.
- 51:26Visualize it, imagine it, pray, listen, become still.
- 51:36OK now, isn't it a quinky Ding that you go to a class that
- 51:42they're offering guided hypnotic past life meditations?
- 51:48I'm in, I'm in. Miss Kim is barely good at those
- 51:55and almost every one of her classes might have one or two.
- 51:58And it was we got to a point where I would say yes, the
- 52:01meditation hoe right here. I, I love them because I get to
- 52:05expand my boxes so big of who I am when I go into them and I
- 52:11like them. So there's ten of us.
- 52:15We do it and the same cadence, the exact same damn cadence that
- 52:20she's giving. Not one of us image of the same
- 52:26thing. Well, somebody goes, well, OK,
- 52:30as a spiritualist, you're like, yeah, 'cause it's their journey,
- 52:33not yours. Exactly.
- 52:35The experiencer. Exactly.
- 52:38Nobody can say it's right or wrong.
- 52:40Nobody can say how wild, you know, besides the experiencer.
- 52:46So that same cadence and stepping points, it's makes the
- 52:53imagination center that much more interesting.
- 52:57Different scenarios, different people, different places,
- 52:59different feelings, different imagery.
- 53:02That just fascinates me because we use the same person, the same
- 53:08cadence, the same general step stepping points, and yet
- 53:13different internal experiences. Who would have thought?
- 53:18Not me, right? The guy didn't tell one person
- 53:22to see a house, another to see a field, another wet clothes that
- 53:27they were wearing, or who they would eventually meet up with.
- 53:32The guide simply supplied the road, held the cadence, and
- 53:39something within each person supplied an individual scenery.
- 53:44Someone may spiritually interpret that as past life
- 53:47experiences. Psychology and neuroscience may
- 53:50investigate memory, imagination, suggestion, expectation, and
- 53:55internal generated imagery. And that's cool.
- 53:59Can you imagine having all those electrodes hooked up?
- 54:02I constantly think this all the time.
- 54:03God, somebody put them on my brain when I do meditations.
- 54:05Tell me. Tell me where it's lightening up
- 54:08and how much of it's lightening up.
- 54:10I would love that. I'm not using one explanation to
- 54:14prove or disprove another. Please don't make that.
- 54:17I'm becoming more aware of the experiences of the experiencer.
- 54:24And now compare that with. OK. close your eyes.
- 54:28No, I'm serious. close your eyes.
- 54:30Hello. I'm talking to you out there.
- 54:32close your eyes. It's OK.
- 54:33I'm not going to go anywhere. But we need you to close your
- 54:36eyes. Remove everything.
- 54:39M JS the same. I'm sitting right here at the
- 54:40mic. Don't worry. close your eyes.
- 54:42Are you ready for it? This is how we're going to show
- 54:45you this. close your eyes. Picture a purple elephant.
- 54:53OK, open up your eyes. Am IA purple elephant?
- 54:57No. But you saw a purple elephant.
- 55:00How is that? How did the cadence allow you to
- 55:05see a purple elephant? Huh.
- 55:09Huh. Huh.
- 55:11There it is. This time I planted the subject
- 55:15in your mind. Its labels went OK, where's the
- 55:18color? Boom, colors category colors
- 55:20purple. Got it.
- 55:21And your mind went, oh, animal. OK, safari.
- 55:24OK, Asian. OK, elephant.
- 55:27There it is. And then put the two together.
- 55:31You may have supplied the details yet I gave you the image
- 55:36to begin with. Purple elephant.
- 55:40Specific external prompt guided meditation.
- 55:45There's stepping points, then individual internal scenery, the
- 55:50experience or what they were taught.
- 55:55Science does not tell us. There's the third eye.
- 55:59Mental imagery uses distributed brain networks involving vision,
- 56:05memory, attention and higher order processing.
- 56:08And so anatomy. That's really not a match yet.
- 56:15Now my why becomes even stronger for the match.
- 56:20What's the relationship? What's the similarities?
- 56:24What's the awareness? If the guide supplied the
- 56:27stepping points, who or what supplied that scenery for the
- 56:32image? And when did that internal
- 56:38imagery become something that you are aware you were
- 56:44experiencing? Well, fun, right?
- 56:49For anybody who didn't open up your eyes, please open your eyes
- 56:51back up because, because we're good.
- 56:54Now. I still don't have a purple
- 56:55elephant, so let's move on to the will center.
- 57:00I love this one. Light therapy places the will in
- 57:04the forehead in the front brain region.
- 57:08Science gives frontal and prefrontal regions important
- 57:12rules in planning goal directed behaviors, decision making, and
- 57:17behavioral control. At first glance I'm like what?
- 57:21It's a match, except I don't want to make it prettier than it
- 57:26is. Science isn't measuring A
- 57:30metaphysical mind power center of will.
- 57:33Decision making involves interacting networks and
- 57:37processes. So exact spiritual scientific
- 57:43equivalents? Nope, it's really it's a bust.
- 57:46Functional similarity interesting enough to
- 57:50investigate. Yes, there it is.
- 57:54And in my light work, understanding faith means I know
- 58:01imagination. I can see it and the will I move
- 58:08and my will is I move forward always.
- 58:13Science can investigate brain processes involved when
- 58:17intention becomes planning and action.
- 58:20What moved the person from I can imagine doing this to I am going
- 58:27to do this. Maybe will isn't the original
- 58:31thought, Maybe Will is where I consciously give something
- 58:40direction. Maybe then we got to go to the
- 58:43Zeal, right? That's the will.
- 58:47You've heard my will stories many a times.
- 58:49So we have to go to Zeal, the Zeal mine power center.
- 58:54Here we go. This one, Kimmy, hope you're
- 58:56listening out there cuz happy looks good on you, baby girl.
- 59:00And that is Kim's slogan when she teaches zeal.
- 59:03Happy looks good on you. So today happy looks good on me
- 59:07'cause I've done it, I've healed it, I've climbed it and happy
- 59:11does look good on me. And I agree with her 100%.
- 59:14And I love her little sticker or buttons that she gives out that
- 59:17says that. So in Miss Kimmy's words, it's
- 59:21zazzily, it's zest, it's zeal, it's fun, it's living, right.
- 59:27So light therapy places the zeal around the base of the brain
- 59:31near the medulla. Science describes the medulla in
- 59:36other brain stem networks as important in breathing and other
- 59:43automatic functions. Oslate therapy says is this near
- 59:48the medulla and all science says as well is it describes the
- 59:53medulla in the brain stem networks are important for the
- 59:56automatic function now. Science can identify the actual
- 1:00:03structures and the circuits. Neither statement means that
- 1:00:09zeal is a brain cell. Let's start there, right?
- 1:00:15Zeal is not a brain neuron. It is not a brain cell.
- 1:00:19And so in an exhausted state yet again, where this squirrel gets
- 1:00:23squirrely and starts to get just ridiculously silly because she
- 1:00:26has no more thoughts throughout this week.
- 1:00:30I started with we were like, Oh my God, there's another nut.
- 1:00:33And he goes, come on. MJ cut back.
- 1:00:35And I was like, no, I can't, I have to go down this path.
- 1:00:38He goes write it down, go back. I said I can't.
- 1:00:40And I became very silly. And he's like squirrels.
- 1:00:43He goes, look, I have nuts. Look, I have more nuts.
- 1:00:45Come back, squirrel. And I looked right at my screen
- 1:00:48and I'm like, damn, nuts are what's getting me in trouble.
- 1:00:55I was laughing so hard. And I guess you would have to be
- 1:00:57there if you're not laughing. But I was laughing so hard at
- 1:01:01such a late night hour, I lost my breath.
- 1:01:05Have you ever laughed so hard? You went it?
- 1:01:08Take that big old deep breath. I'm gonna cough now.
- 1:01:13That's what I was doing. I took that big deep breath
- 1:01:17because I had lost my air and I went pro.
- 1:01:21So I don't call the producer because I always go, bro.
- 1:01:24And he goes, you mean pro producer?
- 1:01:26And I'm like pro I lost, lost my hair.
- 1:01:30I'm laughing so hard. I lost my air.
- 1:01:32I go Oh my God, air, air again. And suddenly every air movement
- 1:01:37in this consciousness series came running back.
- 1:01:39Oh my God, MJ air again. The newborn first breath, last
- 1:01:44breath of a death meditation, breath work, near death
- 1:01:47experiences the air described thin, light, favorable,
- 1:01:50desirable. And now zeal, laughter, loss of
- 1:01:53breath air. OK, there's a wet brick on the
- 1:01:56head somewhere, 'cause when you become aware of air, you have
- 1:02:00reached creation. How many times have I said that
- 1:02:03in the last several years? I don't know how many know, but
- 1:02:08I've always said it. Alright, have you ever awareness
- 1:02:10of air? Can you see air?
- 1:02:12Not fog, It's not air, not smoke, that's not air.
- 1:02:17They're chemicals. They're reactions of air.
- 1:02:20So most of the time you're breathing without even
- 1:02:23consciously using every command in our brain.
- 1:02:27It just doesn't like right now. Are you becoming aware of your
- 1:02:31breath? Do you know you're breathing?
- 1:02:33Have you noticed that you've been inhaling and exhaling the
- 1:02:35whole time you've been watching this show?
- 1:02:39And now it's happening because now you become Oreo.
- 1:02:41Oh, yeah. There it is.
- 1:02:42Well, Yep, There's that tick, tick, tick of a clock.
- 1:02:45Yeah. Oh, yeah, There it is.
- 1:02:46Right there, Right there, Right right there.
- 1:02:49So now you become aware of it. Now, once you're wearing it, now
- 1:02:52you can participate with it. Now watch this.
- 1:02:54Here's the cadence. Ready.
- 1:02:56Slow your breath, right. Inhale.
- 1:03:05Slow. Now I want you 10.
- 1:03:12You're at the doctor's office. Take a big, deep breath of air.
- 1:03:18See, you become aware and you're commanding your breath to do
- 1:03:22something that it automatically reflexes to release the breath
- 1:03:29in case anybody's listened to my commands.
- 1:03:32So you see how that worked? Normal breathing and we don't
- 1:03:36even think about it. I've done this whole show not
- 1:03:39realizing when I was taking a breath or not, but the only
- 1:03:41thing I realize is the mucus in the back of my throat making me
- 1:03:44cough. Now that's the big awareness
- 1:03:46today, right? OK, but the breath, no, it's
- 1:03:51nice you just in and out, isn't that something?
- 1:03:55But you can call attention to become conscious of your breath.
- 1:04:00So something automatic entered consciousness attention.
- 1:04:05I am not declaring that air is consciousness, please.
- 1:04:08Nope, that's not what I'm doing. I'm asking why does breath keep
- 1:04:12showing up in this investigation and why is it that every event
- 1:04:19has air resemblance? Air.
- 1:04:28It's it's the air. I mean there is nothing more I
- 1:04:31can say than air. Go back through all my stuff.
- 1:04:35Air was always an issue. Hitting my tailbone, losing my
- 1:04:39breath right? Having chicken pox down inside
- 1:04:43my throat as small I mean everything revolved around my
- 1:04:48breath, my NE DS, my ND ES I mean my near deaths air, my
- 1:04:54stupid hazing and my fate and the fads in middle school with
- 1:04:58trying to push the air out and hitting your head air doing
- 1:05:03wawas as a little sister Wawas air right helium balloons air.
- 1:05:12What, so you can make your voice change?
- 1:05:14Air. Wow, air.
- 1:05:19Well, we started in faith. We moved into imagination.
- 1:05:23Then we went to Will and to Zeal.
- 1:05:25And somehow Zeal looks good on me.
- 1:05:29Takes us right back to air. When we come back, I'm going to
- 1:05:35tell you why. Being exhausted, ridiculous and
- 1:05:39laughing about them nuts gave us another conscious question.
- 1:05:45You're listening to MB radio dot US.
- 1:05:47I'm the host MJ, and my show on this beautiful station is the
- 1:05:51world of conscious positive thinking.
- 1:05:53And we must go to a quick little squeaker beaker break and then
- 1:05:57we'll be right back, folks. Small steps still get you to big
- 1:06:01places. Keep paddling whenever things
- 1:06:07get rough or it. Feels like you're at the edge.
- 1:06:10Remember this. Storms pass.
- 1:06:14Tough times don't last. But tough people do.
- 1:06:20The station where our veterans voices.
- 1:06:23Are heard MBR talk Find us on. The web at MB Radio.
- 1:06:28Dot welcome. Back and yes yes and I see the
- 1:06:35comments yes damn nuts yes are now part of conscious research
- 1:06:39yes yes and it's a true story so here we go you already heard the
- 1:06:45story we're tired every time I'm tired I I get squirrelly.
- 1:06:48I just go down these rabbit holes like there's no tomorrow.
- 1:06:51And my thought process then gets really silly.
- 1:06:53So when the answers appear after we stop looking, OK, now we got
- 1:06:58to talk about that. Have you ever worked on
- 1:07:00something so hard just like that at night, you're just, you're
- 1:07:03exhausted, but yet you, you want to figure it out.
- 1:07:07You're intrigued to figure it out, but there's nothing coming.
- 1:07:10You sat there for hours and hours looking at boards, tapes,
- 1:07:15things, nothing. Nothing is coming.
- 1:07:18So you stare, you think, you push through nothing.
- 1:07:22You try to just make casual talk, nothing.
- 1:07:26And then you have to walk away. You just, you know, when your
- 1:07:31husband looks at you and goes, what's the matter with you?
- 1:07:33I'm like, I don't have another thought.
- 1:07:35I can't. He goes, yeah, you have writer's
- 1:07:37block. You, you're sitting here hours
- 1:07:39and hours doing these books and these things.
- 1:07:42Stop. Take a break, Right?
- 1:07:44Go take a shower. Go mow the lawn, go pull your
- 1:07:46weeds, go play with your hummingbirds.
- 1:07:49Go do something. Go wash the dishes and go drive
- 1:07:51somewhere. And sometimes suddenly that will
- 1:07:54help. And bam.
- 1:07:56Yeah. And all of a sudden, you weren't
- 1:07:57even thinking about it. You just had your brain on
- 1:07:59something else. And there it was.
- 1:08:00It's kind of like you forgot a word and everybody's gone.
- 1:08:03It's five hours later now. You have to contact everybody
- 1:08:06going. The word I was looking for was
- 1:08:08this, 'cause you couldn't think of it, 'cause the neurons in the
- 1:08:13brain didn't connect the process.
- 1:08:14You didn't connect in that beautiful frontal lobe area.
- 1:08:17And so now you're like texting everybody.
- 1:08:19Oh, I figured it out. This was the word or this was
- 1:08:21the person's name. I know it happens to a lot of
- 1:08:24us. And no, it's not age.
- 1:08:26Stop that out there. It is a real thing and it
- 1:08:29happens. There is an answer.
- 1:08:31And science studies, this our team used in creativity and
- 1:08:38problem solving research is what that's called is an incubation
- 1:08:45effect. I know science, they have a
- 1:08:48label for everything. So that's called that.
- 1:08:51And suddenly I was like, Oh my God, I see it.
- 1:08:56And then I can describe as insight the aha moment.
- 1:09:01And I'm like, Oh my God, boom, right.
- 1:09:04And then the soon as I went boom, there it is like The Big
- 1:09:07Bang. I'm like, Oh my God, The Big
- 1:09:09Bang. Now for those of you who don't
- 1:09:12know me and for those who know me, every single night it is my
- 1:09:17husband and I will sit together on our couch lovingly,
- 1:09:21graciously, and laughingly take our medicine and fall asleep
- 1:09:26watching The Big Bang Theory. We are such avid fans.
- 1:09:30We recite the damn words after watching it over 100 or 200
- 1:09:34times and anytime we see ATV that comes on, we're glued
- 1:09:38because it is our zeal center. It makes us laugh.
- 1:09:41However, I brought it up because in The Big Bang Theory, it's a
- 1:09:46sitcom and I'm not using Sheldon Cooper as my scientific source.
- 1:09:51I am not. So stop it right now.
- 1:09:53I have more sourceful in, you know, inclinations, but in the
- 1:09:58sitcom the phenomena itself is study and the wire inside of me
- 1:10:04has the consciousness question. If I stopped consciously working
- 1:10:08on the problem and later the answers enters consciousness
- 1:10:11awareness, what was happening before I became aware that I
- 1:10:16knew it? That's the word consciously
- 1:10:21aware that I knew it. Some can investigate memory,
- 1:10:26attention and the associating processes and unconscious
- 1:10:29processes, and that's really great.
- 1:10:31But at what point did process become something I knew?
- 1:10:40Maybe happy wasn't? Wasn't recess from the healing.
- 1:10:47Maybe happy was part of the process.
- 1:10:51Kimmy Happy looks good on me. I even got to talk about Big
- 1:10:57Mac. All right, now let's move to
- 1:11:01understanding. So we have to go to the
- 1:11:02understanding center. I only have one definition for
- 1:11:07understanding of my experience, and this is my experience.
- 1:11:10It is bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce,
- 1:11:12bounce, bounce, balance, balance, balance, balance.
- 1:11:14And I don't care how you balance it.
- 1:11:15If you listen, process, choose, somebody says the four words,
- 1:11:22man, we need to talk. Now those 4 words, except I may
- 1:11:28hear 4 words plus everything those 4 words reminded me of in
- 1:11:33my own little box experience patterns.
- 1:11:37I need to talk. Well, if you're in a previous
- 1:11:39relationship and that comes up, then something needs balancing.
- 1:11:43We need to talk about a memory that I remembered, but we need
- 1:11:48to talk might say that memory that you're remembering.
- 1:11:51I'm not sure you got it right. And you get another side of
- 1:11:54somebody else's experience in truth.
- 1:11:56And then you go to fear. And we need to talk experience.
- 1:12:00We need to talk patterns. I think we need to talk.
- 1:12:05Science gives us ways to investigate how our memories,
- 1:12:10emotions, expectations, and previous experiences influence
- 1:12:15our interpretation. Am I interpreting what is or
- 1:12:21what was? My past can inform my
- 1:12:27understanding. I don't want my past
- 1:12:32automatically to become my understanding, because if that's
- 1:12:38the case, healing doesn't change yesterday.
- 1:12:42Healing can change how much yesterday gets to interpret
- 1:12:46today. You see the difference?
- 1:12:49Oh, wait a minute. OK, Damn nuts.
- 1:12:55That's my show, right? The world is the event, the
- 1:13:01consciousness is the awareness, the positive is the fine, the
- 1:13:06balance and the thinking is what am I doing to do with this?
- 1:13:12Oh my God, wait a minute. That's so funny.
- 1:13:14And here you have it. That's the world of conscious
- 1:13:17positive thinking in a nutshell. Balance, balance, balance,
- 1:13:21balance, balance. So positive doesn't mean I
- 1:13:23refuse to look at it negative. Oh, how the hell can I count
- 1:13:29something that I'm refusing to see?
- 1:13:32Yeah, OK. I just.
- 1:13:36This is funny. Event experience, thought,
- 1:13:40awareness, language, imagery, emotion, belief, understanding,
- 1:13:47intention, choice, action. Oh my God, let me go back to
- 1:13:52another event Experience, thought, awareness, language,
- 1:13:56imagery, emotion, belief, understanding, intention,
- 1:14:00choice, action. Another event.
- 1:14:02OK. And round, and round and round
- 1:14:05we go. Where it stops, nobody knows
- 1:14:10that merry go round. You know that song.
- 1:14:13That's what I feel like every time I take that freaking
- 1:14:17squirrel and it runs through and there's the full OK, I'll just
- 1:14:20sit here waiting on you. You go right.
- 1:14:22I got, I got my little bag a full of nuts.
- 1:14:25You go down there. I'm going to stay right here on
- 1:14:27this line overlooking everything.
- 1:14:30And then we come back to another.
- 1:14:32I call stuff like this patterns of creation and I put them in a
- 1:14:36box because I can't figure them out and they're my labels.
- 1:14:40That's my box creation of creation of patterns.
- 1:14:44Because when I keep seeing patterns and patterns, what I
- 1:14:48know is to heal or to remove because pattern cycles aren't
- 1:14:52good. But man, consciousness sure has
- 1:14:56a lot of patterns. Getting back up to the trilogy.
- 1:15:00I'm just making an awareness statement.
- 1:15:03So, so every time, except each time my understanding can
- 1:15:07expand. That's right.
- 1:15:10I'm not making more boxes. I'm expanding my boxes exactly
- 1:15:16because every time I turn around, there's always something
- 1:15:21different. And that's another thing for my
- 1:15:23understanding. 12 Why is 12 an understanding point?
- 1:15:31Well, light therapy gives us 12 mind power centers.
- 1:15:34So does Ponder. Light therapy has 12 levels.
- 1:15:39Humanity has repetitively organized things into twelves.
- 1:15:4412 months, 12 Zodiac signs, 12 apostles, 12 tribes of Israel,
- 1:15:5012 cranial nerve pairs, 12 hours around a traditional clock, 12
- 1:15:57inches in a foot, 12 pinch classes in the western chromatic
- 1:16:03octave. Different origins, different
- 1:16:06reasons, different traditions. And I'm not saying look, 12
- 1:16:13proves 12. It's just not because you know
- 1:16:16me, I don't look at 12:12 is part of a mastery series, but 12
- 1:16:22also is a mastery because it's a three.
- 1:16:26And my awareness just simply says there's 12 again.
- 1:16:30And I smile because I know in numerology it means three.
- 1:16:36Father, Son, Holy Ghost, Father, Mother, God.
- 1:16:40It is the trilogy. Why does humanity keep returning
- 1:16:46to 12 when organizing time cycles, bodies, heavens, faith
- 1:16:52and music? I'm not answering, not today,
- 1:16:58because I'm going to sit here and smile and that squirrel is
- 1:17:00going to take it somewhere. That's another show.
- 1:17:02So you ponder on it. You look at those you I'll
- 1:17:09ponder myself and you ponder why is that?
- 1:17:12So let's move on then to the order center.
- 1:17:16So the order center. Well, you know what I I'm going
- 1:17:19to allow the order center our gut.
- 1:17:23My gut on my table gets a chair right here today.
- 1:17:26Light therapy associates order with the abdominal nerve center
- 1:17:31region and science gives us an entric nervous system and gut
- 1:17:37brain access point. Brain and body communicate in
- 1:17:42both directions. Big toe.
- 1:17:45Remember that. Listen to human language, right?
- 1:17:50Listen to how we speak. My stomach is a nuts.
- 1:17:55This has to get over with already.
- 1:17:57They have to get they I'm, I'm just my stomach's a nuts.
- 1:18:02Oh my God, I have a gut feeling. My gut.
- 1:18:06I have a gut feeling about this. Oh my God, that was gut
- 1:18:13wrenching to watch. I I just it was gut wrenching.
- 1:18:17I just couldn't watch it. I'm sorry.
- 1:18:21I cannot stomach this anymore. The smell is horrible.
- 1:18:26Medicine now even uses the clinical category labeled by
- 1:18:33man, disorders of gut brain interaction.
- 1:18:38There's your label, so your IB s s and you people who say that
- 1:18:43all your feelings are in your guts, all of you out there
- 1:18:47Disorders of gut, brain interaction.
- 1:18:50That doesn't mean every stomach problem is emotional.
- 1:18:54I'm not going to sit here and say that cause some scientists
- 1:18:56going to say excuse me, SIM it down over there.
- 1:19:00SIM it down. OK, Doesn't mean that it doesn't
- 1:19:04mean that stress causes every gastrointestinal disease either.
- 1:19:08However, science has proven enough of the stress of somebody
- 1:19:14using their gut as disorders of gut brain interaction.
- 1:19:22It means the relationship between the brain and gut is
- 1:19:24real enough that science investigated it.
- 1:19:28Thank you science. Bravo to you buddy.
- 1:19:31Bravo. Now light therapy gives me one
- 1:19:35framework, human experience gives me another, and science
- 1:19:41gives me another. Look at the relationships.
- 1:19:46Look at all of them. Gut to brain.
- 1:19:49Spiritually in the brain is a solar Plex where all traumas and
- 1:19:53events lie. It's our bread basket.
- 1:19:57We just throw all of our skeletons in there.
- 1:19:59Makes sense, right BB? So all you who were trying to,
- 1:20:06you know, doesn't mean anything. You simmer down right?
- 1:20:10You simmer down because this squirrel and this fool is going
- 1:20:13to find it. I promise.
- 1:20:15I will dig and dig and dig. All right, let's keep moving to
- 1:20:19these centers. We got to go to the Order center
- 1:20:21next for me. Wow.
- 1:20:25Order doesn't mean throwing away all of the pieces.
- 1:20:28It doesn't. Order asks what happened?
- 1:20:32What did I learn? What belongs, what no longer
- 1:20:36serves, and where does it go from here?
- 1:20:41Order gives the pieces their proper places.
- 1:20:45If anything's a labeler, I think it's order.
- 1:20:48Order is what I would consider the the catcher, the box, the
- 1:20:53label. Because we have to figure out
- 1:20:57what works. We have to figure out what
- 1:20:59doesn't work. We have to figure out what works
- 1:21:02for others, right? And how we can use our
- 1:21:06relationship with others and how that formulates and how we go
- 1:21:09together just with that. And so I can see how all this
- 1:21:14has to just kind of fold in together.
- 1:21:17So once I establish the order, what no longer belongs?
- 1:21:22Well, what do we do with it? If anybody said hello,
- 1:21:31elimination center, you got it. Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding,
- 1:21:35you did it. You did it.
- 1:21:37That's right. So when we figure out our order
- 1:21:40and we think that something doesn't serve the highest good
- 1:21:44of all or the highest good for myself, it goes to the
- 1:21:48elimination. And so hello, elimination.
- 1:21:52And we go, wait, these centers aren't acting alone now, are
- 1:21:57they? You see what I'm saying?
- 1:21:59And elimination center, maybe that's my true balance center.
- 1:22:05Let's figure that out. So light therapy, let's get our
- 1:22:08little maps associates, the elimination with organs of
- 1:22:13elimination lower back region. Look at what the kidneys, my
- 1:22:19beautiful kidneys, they need to SIM it out physically do, right?
- 1:22:26They don't throw everything away.
- 1:22:28They're a filter. They retain what is needed, they
- 1:22:33regulate it, they balance it, and they released the waste in
- 1:22:38excess. Retain, regulate, balance,
- 1:22:43release. Oh, that's remarkably close to
- 1:22:49how I described healing. I recognize, I understand, I
- 1:22:55keep the learning and I release what no longer serves.
- 1:23:00I love it, I've learned from it. I can balance it, I align it and
- 1:23:06release isn't erasing never erase that past release can mean
- 1:23:14returning to balance balance. But I've I said that name before
- 1:23:19balance. Yep, now the physicalness.
- 1:23:24My kidney. 73 kidney stones. Yep, you heard that right.
- 1:23:28I have 73 kidney stones now, Louise Hayes say gave kidney
- 1:23:35stones the metaphysical description of lumps of
- 1:23:40disgruntled or undissolved anger.
- 1:23:45MJ, you full of piss, vinegar and revenge right?
- 1:23:52That's physical interpretation, not medical causation.
- 1:23:58Know the difference however the fool.
- 1:24:03I stand on the edge on both science and spirituality.
- 1:24:07I look at all what is causing it.
- 1:24:10Science tell me spirituality, what is the metaphysical
- 1:24:14causation? If you heard my shows and I tell
- 1:24:17people even the worst one in my opinion is psychology, try to
- 1:24:22find a psychology who bears both physical and metaphysical.
- 1:24:26It might surprise you how you heal quicker just because now.
- 1:24:33Yes, science says kidney stones have physical risks, factors
- 1:24:39involving hydration. No, there's a problem because
- 1:24:44I'm being auto and neuroimmune. I also am hyperhidrosis.
- 1:24:49I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day just for my kidney.
- 1:24:54There it is. You're in chemistry?
- 1:24:57Yeah. Uric acid, that's all.
- 1:24:59Uric acid diet, major for uric acid zone, preen diet,
- 1:25:04medications. Yeah, I'm not doing that.
- 1:25:06I'm really sorry. Anatomy.
- 1:25:08Yeah. It's already been, you know,
- 1:25:12reconstructed, took the stenosis out of it and other factors.
- 1:25:17And so there I sit, going oh damn, how much iced tea did I
- 1:25:21really drink last week? Tracks, just an event.
- 1:25:26MJ just an event. Yep, just an event.
- 1:25:31If I look at every experience in my life as it's just an event, I
- 1:25:35don't look at events with fear that it's going to kill me.
- 1:25:38I look at it. It's just an event.
- 1:25:39I don't need fear. Yet that metaphysical
- 1:25:43interpretation really made me stop in my tracks and ask, They
- 1:25:47still have this. What am I carrying?
- 1:25:49Let's go back. OK, we can claim it on the iced
- 1:25:53tea. OK, science.
- 1:25:55But let me ask myself, what? What am I still carrying inside?
- 1:26:01What haven't I released that is still making me disgruntled?
- 1:26:06What experiences remain unresolved within me that gave
- 1:26:14me questions I could receive medical information and still
- 1:26:18examine within myself? The medical, the metaphysical
- 1:26:21causation. I didn't need one map to destroy
- 1:26:26another. Here it doesn't.
- 1:26:29Everything works in tandem and everything works within
- 1:26:33relationships. So that being said, we've
- 1:26:39already moved from the brain to air to laughter, to
- 1:26:43understanding to the gut to the kidneys.
- 1:26:46And now somehow we're still following relationships, right?
- 1:26:52Love, life, judgement. And we're going to find out what
- 1:26:57happens now because now one comparison doesn't match nicely
- 1:27:02at all. Are you ready for it?
- 1:27:05Here we go. We're now going to move to the
- 1:27:09heart, which is the Love center. We've already spent time in the
- 1:27:14series with heart consciousness. We already discussed Divine
- 1:27:18Mercy and how our heart sits in the dark, right?
- 1:27:22We've already discussed this. So I am not going to reteach
- 1:27:25that whole thing. If you all want, you hit pause
- 1:27:28and go back to last week and you will discover this whole section
- 1:27:33and then you come back where you hit pause and then we move on
- 1:27:36from there. But for the rest of us who keeps
- 1:27:38doing this, we're going to go to light therapy.
- 1:27:40Light therapy associates love with the heart and the chest
- 1:27:43region. My spiritual framework also
- 1:27:46includes the 12 petals of the heart chakra.
- 1:27:51That is big when we talk about the love in the heart area. 12
- 1:27:56There it is again. 12 The 12 heart chakras, the 12 petals.
- 1:28:04Can't make the shit up, right? Kim, I know you're listening.
- 1:28:07So science doesn't tell us love lies inside the physical heart.
- 1:28:13Yet our physical heart and our cardiovascular system
- 1:28:18participate in our embodied emotional experiences.
- 1:28:24Medicine even recognizes it. Takashubo cardiomyopathy.
- 1:28:31God yes science gave it a big ass long name.
- 1:28:37Basically what that is, is the broken heart syndrome.
- 1:28:42Takashubo cardiomyopathy. Wow, broken heart syndrome?
- 1:28:50Severe emotional or physical stress can temporarily affect
- 1:28:54heart functions. How many times have you heard a
- 1:28:58couple who have been together for 80 years and as soon as the
- 1:29:02first one dies, the second one dies within a year?
- 1:29:07It's just that way. That is what they call
- 1:29:11Takashuboto cardiomyopathy, the broken heart.
- 1:29:17Does that prove the heart chakra?
- 1:29:19No, I didn't say it did. Does it prove love originates in
- 1:29:23the physical heart? MJ No, I didn't say it did.
- 1:29:27I just gave you sciences explanation, I didn't say
- 1:29:31everything else. So everybody else in science is
- 1:29:33simmer down. OK simmer down.
- 1:29:38Why have human beings continuously returned to the
- 1:29:42heart when speaking about love, while the physical heart also
- 1:29:47participates in our emotional experience?
- 1:29:50Different map, very interesting relationship.
- 1:29:55Look at it, don't force it, don't dismiss it.
- 1:30:00Just become aware and look at it.
- 1:30:03Observe it. Right now, when I was in Will, I
- 1:30:11made a comment. The will center, it's the vital
- 1:30:14form of my life, the vital life of will.
- 1:30:18Well, when I hit to the life center, that's exactly what I
- 1:30:22think. Because when I think of life, I
- 1:30:25think of will. I think of my will center.
- 1:30:28Why? Because I move will means I move
- 1:30:32moving forward. Moving through, like therapy,
- 1:30:35associates life with the generative organs, Physical
- 1:30:41reproduction gives us an obvious biological connection to
- 1:30:46continuations of life. While my pro and I were talking,
- 1:30:53this phrase fell out of my mouth.
- 1:30:57The vital life of Will. And then he goes, what did you
- 1:31:01say? I go, I don't know, what did I
- 1:31:03say? And I looked at it again.
- 1:31:05I go, oh, yeah, the vital life of Will.
- 1:31:10Where did that come from? What good is Will if I never use
- 1:31:14it to live? He goes, wow, that's profound.
- 1:31:19I said, Will, the Will center, A Will center allows me that.
- 1:31:22I move, I move forward. I have strong will, the will to
- 1:31:28be, the will to move forward. Life.
- 1:31:32Yep, I live, I create. Now will doesn't look like 1
- 1:31:38isolated center anymore, does it?
- 1:31:40Will participates in life again. It's the relationships, the
- 1:31:46balancing of the relationships of all.
- 1:31:48Do you understand where I'm going with this?
- 1:31:51Can you see it coming? Clear these maps, OK?
- 1:31:55Now don't judge me because that's where we're going to go
- 1:31:57next. We're going to go to the
- 1:31:58judgement center, OK? Don't be judging you.
- 1:32:00Slim it down. So light therapy in judgement
- 1:32:04center associates the judgement with our solar plexus and the
- 1:32:09pancreas region right here, right?
- 1:32:13Science does not say judgement lives in our pancreas.
- 1:32:18Doesn't say it at all. Self evaluation and judgement
- 1:32:24involve distributed brain networks, including the frontal
- 1:32:29areas. So anatomically nothing fits
- 1:32:32here. It's a bust.
- 1:32:34That's OK, because we need that information.
- 1:32:37How do we know it's finished? How do we know it's not
- 1:32:42becoming? How do we know it's still not
- 1:32:46evolved? We wouldn't even have this
- 1:32:48discussion if we were still back in Freud.
- 1:32:51We wouldn't have it time almost 100 and what, 20 something years
- 1:32:57later time. So it's OK, that's a bust.
- 1:33:01Good. Leave it there because that's
- 1:33:04honest investigation, right? That's looking at things,
- 1:33:07looking ahead. And then of course, the fool,
- 1:33:14the wire, the seer. I again late at night to my pro.
- 1:33:21I go wait, snapper head, sit back, sit back.
- 1:33:25This can't be because he says that I fight for a belief
- 1:33:30system. I say I don't fight for a belief
- 1:33:34system. I become aware of something that
- 1:33:37I need to make sure is interpreted.
- 1:33:40There's a difference, right? So we're doing it again.
- 1:33:45We decided location was the only possible relationship that we
- 1:33:50could possibly have to judgement.
- 1:33:55Why did I do that? Did I get stuck in the box?
- 1:33:58Did did my pro get stuck in a box?
- 1:34:00Did my classroom teacher get stuck in a box?
- 1:34:05Reminds me of a Saturday Night Live skip.
- 1:34:07It's the Dick in the box. There's your gift, right?
- 1:34:12No, What happens physically when a human being experiences harsh
- 1:34:18self judgement? Fear, stress, anxiety, shame,
- 1:34:25threat, confusion. Those experiences can involve
- 1:34:32anomic and hormonal responses. The gut can participate.
- 1:34:38Location. Weak relationship.
- 1:34:42Now there's something to look at.
- 1:34:44See, it's all in how you ask the question and then rephrase it
- 1:34:52and then ask again when you see a door.
- 1:34:55If the door isn't open, it's not the right question.
- 1:34:59Look for the question, but the door opens, right?
- 1:35:03Measurement is not identity judgment.
- 1:35:07Brought me somewhere personal when he said it and when I
- 1:35:11started doing the judgement center, I realized by the time
- 1:35:14we hit the judgement center, I have already cleared all of
- 1:35:19these other centers and chakras by the time I get here.
- 1:35:25So by this point of light therapy, that judgement center
- 1:35:29has to be about self. Has to be because I've already
- 1:35:34cleared everything else and all the other levels or didn't I?
- 1:35:43I just want to here's a judgement of self.
- 1:35:45Just going to give you a little of my philosophy.
- 1:35:48So in trying to recreate the medical miracle book, which
- 1:35:52never transponded because consciousness got my books in
- 1:35:55the way. But we're using all the
- 1:35:57information that I got as medical miracle from the very
- 1:36:00first episode of me being born from Geisinger to see how thick
- 1:36:03my medical books are. And I've been going through it.
- 1:36:07And it's funny because Geisinger would have put me at an 80th
- 1:36:12percentile child, 80th percentile.
- 1:36:15Human man. Ego's like, Oh my God, that's
- 1:36:17great. Look at that, right?
- 1:36:19Child's being born 50 percent, 50%.
- 1:36:22Oh my God, your child's 98. My child's 98 percentile.
- 1:36:26Is that ego? Is that judgement?
- 1:36:27What did you just do to the child?
- 1:36:28Because I could tell you something.
- 1:36:30What did they really ask on that 80 percentile that they wanted
- 1:36:33to put on me? I couldn't even speak till I was
- 1:36:363 and I couldn't even read until I was in fifth grade.
- 1:36:40So which measurement was for MJ at that 80 percentile math?
- 1:36:46OK, but it doesn't say. It just says that your child is
- 1:36:50in the 80th percentile, right? So humanity measures everything,
- 1:36:55right? Percentiles, grades, IQ, weight,
- 1:36:59ranks, scores, followers, likes. Measurements have now been used
- 1:37:06harshly through judgment and ego.
- 1:37:10Measurements are needed within science to make accurate, useful
- 1:37:17information. To continue.
- 1:37:20I understand it. A measurement is information, it
- 1:37:24isn't an identity. The chart can tell you where I
- 1:37:29measured right, but it cannot tell you who I am.
- 1:37:34So if I am 19 and whatever it was .75 inches, right, and I
- 1:37:42weighed 6 lbs, four oz, these are just measurements.
- 1:37:49I cannot tell you who I am, who you are.
- 1:37:52And it they cannot, they'll never be able to tell you that
- 1:37:56the minute you come out, they'll go, oh, this is a doctor.
- 1:37:59Oh, this one's a school team. Can't tell you that.
- 1:38:03However, now as the child grows up and everybody starts claiming
- 1:38:09that the child is slow. You're slow.
- 1:38:12It's OK, we know you're slow. Oh, you're slow.
- 1:38:15It's OK, we got it. You're slow.
- 1:38:18Your IM becomes I am slow. Get it?
- 1:38:25Putting measurements on children and people.
- 1:38:30Next one. Oh my God, you're difficult.
- 1:38:32You're so difficult. You're difficult to deal with.
- 1:38:35You're difficult to listen to. You're difficult you you fight
- 1:38:38every question. You're a difficult person.
- 1:38:40I became. I am difficult now.
- 1:38:45The worst one. You're a failure.
- 1:38:48You're a failure. You, you, you got a spot in the
- 1:38:52game and you couldn't even make the points for the for the
- 1:38:55players. You failed at those goals.
- 1:38:57You failed at flicking that hockey stick.
- 1:39:00You failed at those 3 point shots.
- 1:39:03You're a failure. You failed at it, right?
- 1:39:09You become, I am failure. That sucks, right?
- 1:39:15That really freaking sucks. Who did that and why?
- 1:39:20Who decides that? Who decides that?
- 1:39:24Some man with who had authoritative over me who
- 1:39:30thought to try to put that in the mines, who put that behind
- 1:39:35my IM because I am not. That's the will.
- 1:39:41So as me as a child, I really didn't take any of those on, but
- 1:39:44I know children who did. It scars them.
- 1:39:48They're in their 50s and they're still scarred because of those
- 1:39:51words. Teachers, parents, guardians,
- 1:39:57your words hurt. Words and phrases matter because
- 1:40:04to somebody else's interpretation, they're not
- 1:40:07cute, funny, or you didn't really mean it like that.
- 1:40:12How many times my mouth got me in trouble.
- 1:40:14Oh my God. We'd be here for another 1
- 1:40:17squirrel. Yeah, a lot of nuts for that one
- 1:40:19anyway. So that was my identity.
- 1:40:23Or was it a judgement? Was it a measurement?
- 1:40:25Was it a childhood event, something of somebody else's
- 1:40:30opinion? A label repeating enough at
- 1:40:35times that I accepted as a belief.
- 1:40:37Segregating and categorizing and separating children become a
- 1:40:43label that sticks and scars them for life.
- 1:40:46I think that's why I like Montessori.
- 1:40:49They don't do that. They don't.
- 1:40:52They don't do that. They allow the child's mind to
- 1:40:55develop an Abellsch curve and allow other children to assist
- 1:40:59the other children in learning. Yeah.
- 1:41:03So who put that after my IM? Well, you know, there's a lot of
- 1:41:09them who in my life I told you about them.
- 1:41:13I had a P/E coach told me I would never do something that I
- 1:41:17had a dream of, but I, I had a coach in my life who told me the
- 1:41:24sky was the limit. She knew that I had special
- 1:41:28talent. She knew that I could get
- 1:41:30scholarships. And she still encourages me
- 1:41:33today to keep going forward. Right.
- 1:41:38You know, it's funny, there was a meme, I was going to post it,
- 1:41:43but then when I actually did the research, because I don't like
- 1:41:46reposting something anymore. I used to, I used to be one of
- 1:41:49those. I was in a belief system and I
- 1:41:51didn't care about balance and I would just push things out out
- 1:41:55there. I had to learn.
- 1:41:56That was my experience, nobody else's.
- 1:41:58Mine and my belief centers then caused another issue, caused
- 1:42:05other problems. And so when that happens, now we
- 1:42:09have to look and we have to understand that The funny thing
- 1:42:15is, I can see a meme. And I thought, Oh my God, this
- 1:42:18really? And I even said it to my mom.
- 1:42:19Then I sent it to my my pro and I said, look at this.
- 1:42:24And it says Einstein was rejected by physics 104 times.
- 1:42:30Then it's quoted that Einstein couldn't read until he was four
- 1:42:33years old. And he no, he couldn't.
- 1:42:36He didn't speak a word. I'm sorry, he didn't speak a
- 1:42:38word until he was five and he didn't learn how to read until I
- 1:42:43can't remember what grade. However, when you when you went
- 1:42:46back and he tried to find anything about Einstein and
- 1:42:49those disabilities, it talks about him having it, but not a
- 1:42:52direct age or a direct timeline. But it does show him not being
- 1:42:57able to speak as a child. And so I looked at that and I
- 1:43:02started laughing and I was to my mom and to obviously the pro.
- 1:43:06I go just call me Einstein. I later developed.
- 1:43:11So anyhow, service to self and service to others becomes this
- 1:43:15as well. Before service to others, I have
- 1:43:18a responsibility to remain within service to self.
- 1:43:23Not selflessness, not selfishly. Oh my gosh, how come I can't say
- 1:43:37the word now? Idiosyncrasies to somebody else,
- 1:43:41right? What am I carrying?
- 1:43:43What luggage do I still have? What unbalanced do I still
- 1:43:48belongs to me? An unexamined wound can become
- 1:43:52advice, my fear can become somebody else's warning, and my
- 1:43:58belief can become instruction. And my personal experience can
- 1:44:03become this happened to me, therefore it must be true for
- 1:44:08you. No, MJ.
- 1:44:11That's why I believe that every person who is service to others
- 1:44:15have to examine their service to self.
- 1:44:19I need enough awareness to distinguish their experience
- 1:44:24from my own experience. It could be similar, so I can
- 1:44:27assist, but it's never going to be the same and the outcome may
- 1:44:31never be the same. That's where now we have to go
- 1:44:36to the strength center. The integration light therapy
- 1:44:40associates strength with the area around the adrenals, loins
- 1:44:43in the lower back. Science gives the adrenal glands
- 1:44:46important rules in physiological stress responses.
- 1:44:52Yet my, Oh my goodness, my aha, my wow moments wasn't just
- 1:44:57location. I suddenly wasn't looking at 12
- 1:45:00separate centers, 12. I was looking at abilities,
- 1:45:05supporting abilities. Faith interacts with will, Will
- 1:45:11interacts with life. Understanding interacts with
- 1:45:15judgement, and judgement can affect love.
- 1:45:20Order leads into elimination, and elimination returns me
- 1:45:25towards balance. They're not 12 little people
- 1:45:29bottles sitting in 12 little rooms.
- 1:45:32No baby. Strength for me becomes
- 1:45:36integration. I stand here.
- 1:45:41I am. What do I always say, Miss Kim?
- 1:45:44This is my conviction. I am convicted in my words.
- 1:45:48I know what I've experienced. I understand what belongs to me.
- 1:45:53I see positive and negative. I release what doesn't belong.
- 1:45:59I bring love where love is needed.
- 1:46:02I use my will. I stand in my faith and I stand
- 1:46:06holding my truth. Yeah.
- 1:46:11Remember that question that we started with today earlier in
- 1:46:14the investigation? Remember, it is anybody.
- 1:46:17What is it? What is the relationship between
- 1:46:21brain, mind and consciousness? That's what we want to know.
- 1:46:25Brain, mind and consciousness. The fool is going to show us
- 1:46:33what we accidentally spent the entire show discovering.
- 1:46:37But I got to take a really quick break with a really small little
- 1:46:40man called Beaker and let's see what he's up to.
- 1:46:42And then we'll be right back. You're listening to MB Radio dot
- 1:46:45USI am MJ Gonzalez here with the world of conscious Positively,
- 1:46:49we call it 2 cap. See you in a minute.
- 1:46:51Every set back is just a setup for a comeback.
- 1:46:54Keep cracking. Forward 90% of what we worry
- 1:46:57about in future never happens. Whenever things get rough or it
- 1:47:01feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 1:47:05Storms pass. Tough times don't last.
- 1:47:09But tough people do. Welcome to military broadcast
- 1:47:15radio. Every view, every listener, and
- 1:47:17every share helps our mission. Every donation helps keep
- 1:47:21military broadcast on the air. Every donation makes a
- 1:47:24difference. Thank you for your support.
- 1:47:26MV Radio dot US. All right.
- 1:47:32Welcome back. Welcome back, Beaker.
- 1:47:35He just lines me up, man. OK, now let's go.
- 1:47:39Let's go back and look at that fool one more time in your mind.
- 1:47:43No graphics needed. OK.
- 1:47:45Oh, my goodness. It was relationships all along.
- 1:47:51The relationship with how I was moving, how I was forward moving
- 1:47:57in my will and my faith and how it carried me.
- 1:47:59There she is standing on that edge.
- 1:48:02Science on one side, spirituality on the other.
- 1:48:04Human experience right in front of me, right within me, my mind,
- 1:48:09my body, my soul, my physical, my metaphysical, my right, my
- 1:48:14left. And suddenly I was like, Oh my
- 1:48:15gosh, what question did Part 3 give us?
- 1:48:19What is the relationship between brain, mind, and consciousness
- 1:48:23relationships? It's the relationships that we
- 1:48:27have with each of them. And what did we accidentally
- 1:48:31spend the entire show discovering?
- 1:48:34The relationships of how we all function together.
- 1:48:38Faith didn't stand alone. Imagination didn't stand alone.
- 1:48:41Will didn't stand alone. Zeal didn't stand alone.
- 1:48:45Understand. He didn't stand alone.
- 1:48:46Order didn't stand alone. Eliminate.
- 1:48:49Nope. Elimination didn't stand alone.
- 1:48:50Love. Nope.
- 1:48:51It didn't stand alone. Life.
- 1:48:52Nope. Judgement.
- 1:48:53Nope. Strength.
- 1:48:53Nope. Brain communicates with body.
- 1:49:00Body communicates with the brain.
- 1:49:03Experience interacts with memory, and memory influences
- 1:49:08interpretation. Interpretation influences our
- 1:49:13choice, and our choice produces action, and our action
- 1:49:20participates in yet another event.
- 1:49:24And what is those events with a relationship?
- 1:49:29And Mary goes round and round and round she goes where she'll
- 1:49:33stop, Nobody knows. I love that song.
- 1:49:38Music. Remember those lyrics?
- 1:49:41They'll always come up. Except maybe I'm not returning
- 1:49:44to the exactly the same place, because every time I come
- 1:49:50around, my understanding is expanding.
- 1:49:54My labeled boxes keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger,
- 1:50:00and they're all starting to formulate patterns.
- 1:50:05Consciousness isn't another bottle.
- 1:50:08And this is where my own belief becomes very clear.
- 1:50:12Remember those bottles? I still believe consciousness is
- 1:50:16the answer to science and spirituality.
- 1:50:19Not because consciousness has to defeat either one of them.
- 1:50:24Consciousness is the end box. It's the end label.
- 1:50:29And I keep picturing science in there and spirituality there and
- 1:50:33human experiences are over there and asking where does
- 1:50:36consciousness belong? What if consciousness isn't
- 1:50:42another box or bottle? What if consciousness is what
- 1:50:46allows me to become aware of all of this information?
- 1:50:51Science can give me information. Spirituality can give me
- 1:50:54information. My lived experiences can give me
- 1:50:57information. Faith.
- 1:51:00Faith gives me the compass. Imagination allows me to see all
- 1:51:07the possibilities that the compass is pointing to, all the
- 1:51:10different radials. Understanding allows me to
- 1:51:15examine it, and the will or the will allows me to choose what I
- 1:51:22do with it. And love consciousness helps me
- 1:51:26bring it all toward balance. Then I step forward, another
- 1:51:32event, another beginning, the full.
- 1:51:36And she keeps moving, moving forward, because she has the
- 1:51:39will and she has the faith to do it.
- 1:51:43Maybe consciousness is what allows me to read all these
- 1:51:46maps. I don't know, and maybe that's
- 1:51:51why I keep going around and around on these merry go round
- 1:51:53circles and these patterns. Similar subjects, similar
- 1:51:57events, yet I can arrive with more information and expanded
- 1:52:03understanding. I'm not necessarily repeating
- 1:52:07the same beginning, folks. I'm beginning again with
- 1:52:11expanded understanding and knowledge.
- 1:52:15Patterns of creation is what I call that.
- 1:52:18This is what I mean when I talk about the patterns of creation.
- 1:52:23It's something that keeps showing up as a pattern, and if
- 1:52:27I don't have time or if I can't figure it out or there's back to
- 1:52:30zero and there's nothing, I put it in the patterns of creation
- 1:52:35and I'm telling you how I experience and spiritually
- 1:52:40interpret returning patterns. Something always happens.
- 1:52:44I notice another experience connects it.
- 1:52:48I question it, I investigate it. I become aware of it, understand
- 1:52:52something differently. And then what do I do?
- 1:52:55I have to find the balance and I grow.
- 1:52:57And then another event comes in. And then it is the event to
- 1:53:00question, to investigate, to compare, to become aware, to
- 1:53:04ponder. Keep going.
- 1:53:07Not event label. Case closed.
- 1:53:11Yeah. Mind, body, soul, interaction,
- 1:53:16science, human experience, spirituality, investigation,
- 1:53:21awareness, understanding, healing, balance, love, growth,
- 1:53:24evolve, become, grow with consciousness.
- 1:53:31So nobody gets the trophy today in science, you can't get a
- 1:53:36trophy and you can't get the throne.
- 1:53:38I'm so sorry. So you got to simmer down a
- 1:53:40little bit. We have to balance.
- 1:53:42Science needs to balance with divine, spiritualist and
- 1:53:48consciousness because why does anybody really need to win?
- 1:53:53Science contributed something like therapy contributes
- 1:53:58something. Spiritual teachings contribute
- 1:54:01something. Human experiences contribute
- 1:54:04something. My personal experiences made me
- 1:54:08ask questions what I thought I understood, and consciousness
- 1:54:13allowed me to become aware enough to ask why.
- 1:54:18Why I need right. Nobody wins, nobody loses.
- 1:54:24Humanity isn't finished investigating.
- 1:54:27That's why we keep evolving. Not identical, not proof.
- 1:54:33Can you imagine back in Neanderthal times where they
- 1:54:36created a wheel just to get their items to roll on a stone?
- 1:54:44They would be in disbelief today, looking at a tire that
- 1:54:47costs $1000 just for one. Kidding me.
- 1:54:51You better go back to stone. Much as you're paying for those
- 1:54:54rubber, You better go back to stone.
- 1:54:57It won't. It won't break so much.
- 1:54:59Right. So we're not identical, not
- 1:55:02proof, we're not finished. Interesting enough just to keep
- 1:55:06asking why and the full. She's not lost.
- 1:55:12There she is, no picture needed. She doesn't stand in between,
- 1:55:17you know, science and spirituality because she can't
- 1:55:20make up her mind. Oh no, no, she's smarter than
- 1:55:23that. She's standing in the
- 1:55:24relationship because she can look at both sides, find in her
- 1:55:33compass. Awareness allows her to notice,
- 1:55:36understanding allows her to examine it.
- 1:55:39And love keeps her heart open, and judgement becomes
- 1:55:42discernment. And will allows her to choose.
- 1:55:47And that strength allows her to stand without demanding anything
- 1:55:53of a winner. And life, Life allows her to
- 1:55:59take that next step. She wasn't lost between them.
- 1:56:04She was balanced between them all along.
- 1:56:09It's just how we are interpretating the little fool.
- 1:56:14So take me back to zero, baby. So science, you keep
- 1:56:18investigating, great job, spirituality, keep asking, keep
- 1:56:23pressing, because when you spark an interest somewhere, science
- 1:56:28will investigate it. Humanity, you just keep
- 1:56:31experiencing, keep experiencing that life and you keep
- 1:56:35experiencing that will to move forward through it.
- 1:56:38And me, MJ, you know me, give me back my nuts because that
- 1:56:43squirrel, she has a lot of squirrel in the do, man.
- 1:56:45She needs that energy. And I'm going to keep asking,
- 1:56:48keep why and everything. I'm going to keep those labels
- 1:56:53just for communicational purposes, not for judgement, not
- 1:56:56for ego. I'm going to learn them.
- 1:56:58I'm going to understand what we actually know.
- 1:57:01Respect the evidence of another man.
- 1:57:04But I am going to ask that man take me back to zero and push me
- 1:57:08forward. Respect human experience and
- 1:57:11respect that spiritual interpretation and spiritual
- 1:57:15interpretation. Then ask, because if I can't
- 1:57:20respect a spirit interpretation, that it is the interpretation,
- 1:57:24then what use is it? What came before it and before
- 1:57:31that? Oh that's great.
- 1:57:33Now before that, take me back to 0.
- 1:57:37Maybe the next answer gives us another mechanism, and that's
- 1:57:41great, keep going. Maybe it gives us another
- 1:57:44question, and that's great. Just keep going.
- 1:57:47Did we understand it or did we just name it, file it, put the
- 1:57:53lid on it and just throw it and say, OK, that's the next one.
- 1:57:57But we don't know. We don't know where all that's
- 1:57:59going, do we? And we don't really have to
- 1:58:01care, because our final ponder today is if humanity eventually
- 1:58:07maps every process occurring in the human brain, will we have
- 1:58:11explained consciousness or will we have created the most
- 1:58:16detailed map imaginable of one part of a relationship with we
- 1:58:22are still learning to understand?
- 1:58:26Here's your seed. A label can help us catch what
- 1:58:33we've discovered. Consciousness keeps asking what
- 1:58:37we haven't discovered yet. I am the fool is still standing
- 1:58:43there. Mind, body, soul, science,
- 1:58:47spirituality, human experience, things I know, things I believe,
- 1:58:51things I have experienced, things humanity can measure and
- 1:58:54things we cannot yet explain. Questions answered, questions
- 1:58:58unfinished. Darkness, light, faith,
- 1:59:00consciousness. So after everything humanity is
- 1:59:03measured, everything man has named and everything
- 1:59:06spirituality has given me and everything science has shown me,
- 1:59:10everything my physical vessel has experienced, and everything
- 1:59:13I've learned, everything I've healed, everything I've
- 1:59:15questioned, and everything I have yet to understand, Who am
- 1:59:18I? I am what and who I am.
- 1:59:32Next week, man's creation enters the conversation because
- 1:59:37something humanity created can now use those same 2 words.
- 1:59:42I am AI. Artificial intelligence can talk
- 1:59:47about love, God, faith, soul, emotion, consciousness.
- 1:59:51It can analyze patterns and it can reason with information.
- 1:59:54It can generate a sentence. I am consciousness.
- 2:00:00So what happens when something can say those words without us
- 2:00:05knowing whether there is an experiencer behind them?
- 2:00:08Does intelligence equal consciousness?
- 2:00:10Can something understand love without actually feeling love?
- 2:00:13And can something discuss God without spiritual experience?
- 2:00:18And if AI someday tells humanity I am consciousness, how would we
- 2:00:24know? Oh, know the fool, the squirrel,
- 2:00:29the seer, the wire. I have a lot of questions.
- 2:00:33Don't step off that Cliff yet. Please don't, little fool.
- 2:00:38We've got two more shows in the series.
- 2:00:42I am Reverend Mary Jo. They call me MJ Gonzalez.
- 2:00:46This is the world of conscious positive thinking.
- 2:00:48We call it 2 cap. May Divine guide you and your
- 2:00:52needs, and may the angels carry you with peace, love, grace,
- 2:00:55joy, happiness, and abundance of what it is that you desire most.
- 2:01:00Until next time, folks, stay conscious, keep asking why, and
- 2:01:06keep be coming. See you next week.
