- 0:00Speaker 1: He's our comedian in chief. It's one more Thing.
- 0:03Speaker 2: I'm strong and Getty one more Thing.
- 0:09Speaker 1: We rarely do Trump on the One More Thing podcast,
- 0:12Speaker 1: but this audio just came to us recently. He's doing
- 0:15Speaker 1: a little bit of his comedy routine on the whole
- 0:17Speaker 1: trans issue. As he was speaking to graduates from the
- 0:21Speaker 1: University of Alabama. Let's hear this.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Where they have a record that wasn't broken in eighteen years,
- 0:27Speaker 3: and they have should I imitate you?
- 0:28Speaker 4: On?
- 0:29Speaker 3: My wife gets very upset when I do this, she said,
- 0:32Speaker 3: it's sir, darling, it's not presidential. It's yeah, but people
- 0:36Speaker 3: like it Should I do it or not?
- 0:42Speaker 4: All right, I'm in trouble when I get home, But
- 0:43Speaker 4: that's okay. What the hell. I've been in lots of
- 0:46Speaker 4: trouble before.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Oh boy.
- 0:48Speaker 3: But now you look at the weightlifting where eighteen years
- 0:51Speaker 3: it stands, and they have this young woman and her
- 0:54Speaker 3: parents are right where you are in the front row,
- 0:56Speaker 3: and they're so proud of her, and it's like two
- 0:58Speaker 3: hundred and nine and she's gonna lift that. The record
- 1:02Speaker 3: stood for eighteen think of it, eighteen years, and they
- 1:06Speaker 3: put an eighth of announce here and an eighth of
- 1:09Speaker 3: announce here a little tiny little bit, and she's gonna
- 1:13Speaker 3: do it, Mom.
- 1:14Speaker 4: I love you, I'm gotta.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Do it for you, Mom.
- 1:17Speaker 4: And she goes and she lies and she gets it. Mom,
- 1:23Speaker 4: I'm gonna do it mom.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Ah canto.
- 1:29Speaker 4: And then a guy comes along, or a gal or whatever,
- 1:36Speaker 4: a transitioned person comes along, and he was a failed
- 1:41Speaker 4: weight lifter as a man, but he comes along two
- 1:46Speaker 4: hundred and six pounds.
- 1:47Speaker 3: They put the little thing on and he goes boom boom.
- 1:54Speaker 4: And breaks a record, like by one hundred and nineteen pounds.
- 1:58Speaker 3: That's that right.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Uh, there's several funny things about that one. I like
- 2:03Speaker 1: him taking on that topic, but I like the way
- 2:06Speaker 1: he did that thing where he said, and Maloney says
- 2:08Speaker 1: to me, he started to say sir, but he said darling.
- 2:12Speaker 1: He wasn't gonna have his wife calling him sir as
- 2:14Speaker 1: he's done in the past, which is kind of funny.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And then also it's okay, I've been in lots of
- 2:21Speaker 1: trouble before, lots of trouble. Yeah, we all know. Yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 1: a number of different stories that have come out about
- 2:27Speaker 1: you and your marriage and your lifestyle. So that's pretty funny. Yeah, yeah, wow.
- 2:32Speaker 1: So okay, all right, yes, katiem, I just watched the
- 2:39Speaker 1: video and it is amusing.
- 2:41Speaker 2: He he you know what he love or hate the
- 2:43Speaker 2: guy he is entertaining?
- 2:45Speaker 1: Yeah, oh, no doubt. He's got a skill for standing
- 2:47Speaker 1: out in front of the crowd and entertaining them. It's funny,
- 2:51Speaker 1: he says. My wife hates when I do this. I'm
- 2:52Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it anyway. And uh, switching gears, we
- 2:56Speaker 1: got this. I haven't heard this yet. What do you
- 2:57Speaker 1: It's a weight loss anthem? Is that what it is?
- 3:00Speaker 2: It is a comedian that sings a song about needing
- 3:03Speaker 2: to lose weight to the tune of Kings of Leon fantastic.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 3:07Speaker 5: I've been kneading all over town now and I look down,
- 3:11Speaker 5: came and.
- 3:11Speaker 6: See my feats.
- 3:15Speaker 5: I've been a gloves and broke the bird and off matcheans.
- 3:22Speaker 5: I need to reduce small bady.
- 3:26Speaker 1: It's true.
- 3:29Speaker 5: Or I gotta reduce small bady because I'm getting into huge.
- 3:38Speaker 5: I always lose it head and seek. I cremed a
- 3:44Speaker 5: TSI not a bird matchets. I need to reduce small body.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I think there's a lack of fat acceptance there, so
- 3:57Speaker 1: I don't appreciate that. Oh for crying out loud.
- 4:01Speaker 6: I haven't heard a song parody that really amused me
- 4:05Speaker 6: for many many moons. That was very funny. That's kind
- 4:09Speaker 6: of his the fact that the guy's just dead up.
- 4:11Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I mean sounds like the singer from Uh
- 4:14Speaker 6: Yeah Kings.
- 4:15Speaker 2: I was going through his Instagram profile when I when
- 4:18Speaker 2: I found this video.
- 4:20Speaker 1: He does.
- 4:20Speaker 2: This is part of his his thing, and he is
- 4:23Speaker 2: really talented with with his vocals, and I mean he
- 4:27Speaker 2: did he does a couple of other bands where he
- 4:29Speaker 2: sounds spot on.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Yeah, there have been so many comedians like that who
- 4:33Speaker 1: clearly have tremendous musical building. Jimmy Fallons one of them.
- 4:38Speaker 1: But you know, it's a slightly different, maybe easier way
- 4:41Speaker 1: to use your musical chops if you can turn it
- 4:45Speaker 1: into comedy rather than fight your way up and through
- 4:48Speaker 1: the whole music.
- 4:49Speaker 6: Biz right, which these days is not only incredibly crowded
- 4:54Speaker 6: and incredibly arbitrary, but also the pot of gold at
- 4:59Speaker 6: the end. The rainbow doesn't have any gold in it
- 5:02Speaker 6: unless you're you know, one of like five quote unquote
- 5:06Speaker 6: recording artists around the world. So yeah, yeah, that's that's
- 5:08Speaker 6: really good. I've seen a couple of comedians like that
- 5:10Speaker 6: that do the musical thing, and yeah, it's really really good,
- 5:13Speaker 6: really entertaining.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I like is I've been getting huge. I always lose
- 5:17Speaker 2: at hide and Seek.
- 5:18Speaker 1: That's very silly. Well, I guess that's it.
