Latest / The Good Girl Rebellion / 011 The Rebellion: Finally Stop Looking Outside of Yourself for Answers + Trust Your Inner Voice
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: You already know the answer.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: You already know what is in your heart, what is in your soul, what your deepest desires are.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: So instead of asking everybody else in your life what you should do, what they think you should do, how they think you should live your life, why don't you take a minute, close your eyes, sit down and go internally.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Go inside, ask your intuition, ask your inner guidance, ask your inner knowing, and actually allow yourself to connect to that voice within you that already knows what you should be doing, that can already guide you through every single aspect of your life.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: Because the only one who truly knows how you want to live your life and what you want to do and how you want your life to unfold is you.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: So every single time you outsource confirmation that you're making the right decision, you tell your intuition that you don't trust it, you tell your inner knowing that you don't believe it knows best.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And you stamp down on your soul's desire over and over and over.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: So stop asking friends, stop searching for signs, stop pulling tarot cards, stop looking at your astrology and your human design, to give yourself the permission to live the life, to make the choices, to make the moves that you know you should make, regardless of what anybody else thinks.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: Hello and welcome to the Good Gar Rebellion Podcast.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Izzy, and I'm so grateful to have you here on another episode.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: The Good Gar Rebellion is all about reclaiming our rhythm in mind, body, and spirit.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Each week we are unraveling years of conditioning to reclaim our wild, rebellious, and intuitive truths.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: So if you're ready to reclaim your power, reconnect with your wildest self, and rise as the woman you were never taught to be, you are in the right place.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the rebellion.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: It is not your fault that you don't know how to ask yourself internally for the answer and what you need to do and how to make the next move and how to make your next steps in what you actually truly want to go after in life.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: It is not your fault because we have been so taken away from our divine magic over the years.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: We've been so removed from the magic that runs within the female body.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Go all the way back to the witch hunts, go all the way back to women being abused and burnt at the stake and drowned and tortured just because of their intuition, just because of divine wisdom, just because of herbal medicines and midwifery and all of these ancient practices that women have always held the secrets to.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: Just because there was wise women who knew what to do, who knew their intuition, who knew how to follow their own internal voice, we were punished for it.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: And whether you resonate with that or not, that collective witch wound sits within every single one of us women.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: There is no way around it unless you have gone into this work and faced your witch wound and understood how it stops you from taking up space.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: It keeps you playing small, it stops you connecting to your intuition, and it also stops you connecting with other women in sisterhood.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Unless you have done all of this work, the witch wound is still so deeply ingrained within us.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: And within that witch wound is our good girl conditioning.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: It is where we've been so disconnected from ourselves.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: It's where we've been taken away from our inherent magic, our intuition, our divine knowing.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Every single woman has a divine intuition within her that knows everything before she even does.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: You can call it your spidey senses, your intuition, your just how a feeling, your gut feeling, whatever it is you want to call it, however it is it shows up for you in your body, that is your intuition, and that is your divine feminine superpower.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: And that right there is what is going to help you make every single decision in your life if you allow it to guide you and you allow yourself to listen to.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: But for so long we've been taken away from this divine magic.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: We've been told that as a good woman, we should be agreeable, we should please others, we should make sensible choices.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: We learn to prioritize authority figures, parents, partners, and society over our own opinions, over what we wanted to do.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: We learn to prioritize everybody else's needs above our own.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: We confuse being liked with being right.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: We've allowed our fear of getting it wrong to overtake our search for the perfect decision and the search for what we actually wanted to do.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: We then overthink, we overanalyze and we research over and over and over again to confirm that we're making the right decision.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Every single time you ask five other people in your life what it is you should be doing and their opinions on yourself before you ask yourself you are abandoning yourself.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: That is the greatest form of self-abandonment when you ask everybody else in your life what you should be doing and you don't ask yourself.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I will never forget in Bali, there is a massive poster as you come down the hill into Uluatu and it says, if you want to make the wrong decision, ask everybody else.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Because it's so true.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: If you want to make the wrong decision, you ask somebody else what you should be doing.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: If you want to make the right decision, ask yourself what you should be doing.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Because we are constantly outsourcing our power.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: We are constantly looking for external validation from friends, from family, from colleagues, from people in our lives to confirm that we're making the right decision.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: We are consuming endless self-help and self-development content in order to keep ourselves in this evolving spiral rather than just taking action.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: We're continuing to learn over and over and over again rather than just doing the thing that we're learning about that we know we should actually be doing.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: We look for signs, as I mentioned, in astrology, in synchronicities, in signs from the universe, in animals, however it is you want to allow it into your life, we ask for signs to make the right decision.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: And when those signs come up, we sometimes get confused or we don't feel like we should do it, or we get mixed messages, and then we use that as an excuse to procrastinate again.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: We then overthink.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: If we're not 100% certain or we have a slight amount of fear within ourselves about this decision, we decide that maybe it's not the right decision to make.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: Whereas how we talked about in one of the other episodes, fear is not always a red flag.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: Fear is often just your ego keeping you safe, keeping you in your comfort zone because you are about to grow.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: You're about to step past what your body knows is safe because you are stepping into new territory.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: And then we people please, we stop ourselves making the decisions we want to make because we know that we all disappoint people.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: We don't quit the job because we don't want to upset our parents, we don't move home because we don't want to leave our friends and family, we don't leave the relationship because we don't want to upset our partner.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Like there's so many decisions we don't make because we are afraid of letting other people down.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And in the process, you let yourself down over and over and over again.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Because you have to ask yourself, would I still make this choice if nobody understood?
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: Am I learning something that helps me act or am I avoiding action?
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: What am I already aware of that I'm pretending not to know?
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Because you know what you want to do, you know the big moves, the big changes, the big shifts, the big controversial thing that you want to do with your life.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: You know what it is, but you're too afraid to say it.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: You're too afraid to write it down, you're too afraid to voice it and allow it to come into your reality.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Because you know once you give it your energy, once you bring it into your awareness, you can't turn back.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Once you open that door, you know you're gonna have to step through it.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: But that is going to be probably one of the greatest things you can do for yourself in your life to step through that door, to face your fears, to do the thing that scares the fucking shit out of you.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Because everything you ever dreamt of is potentially on the other side of that threshold.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: And let's not get confused because there are many different voices inside our mind, inside our head that are speaking constantly.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: You have your intuition, your inner knowing, you have your fear, and then you have your conditioning.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: So your intuition is like your soul.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: That is you at your deepest level of self.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: That is who you are to your core, that is what you are here to do in this lifetime.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: Then your fear is your mind, it's the monkey mind, it's things that just run on autopilot to keep you entertained, to keep you distracted, to keep you in this loop of comfort rather than allowing you to evolve and spiral with your intuition.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And then you have your conditioning, which is again the mind.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: It's very much things that we've learned, things we've picked up, things we've been told as children that have solidified in our brain as fact, which potentially most of the time are not fact at all.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: So your intuition, your inner knowing, your soul is often it's quiet, it's grounded, it's simple.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: It's a gentle whisper, it's a gentle push.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: It's things like I don't want to do this anymore, or do you know what I think I actually want to try that?
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: It doesn't always feel exciting, it doesn't always feel big, it doesn't always feel bold.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: Most of the time it is a small, slow nudge.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: And it probably will lead you towards something uncomfortable, but it is most likely going to be meaningful in the long run.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: And then you have your fear, you have your mind.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: This is your what if fears.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: What if I fail?
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: What if it doesn't work out?
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: What if I fuck it up?
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: Or what if I get it wrong?
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: What if, what if, what if?
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: What will everybody think?
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: What if I regret making that decision?
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Your fear will protect you, but it will also keep you stuck.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: This is your ego keeping you in this loop of your comfort zone, keeping you small, keeping you in what it knows, because the ego would rather stay in uncomfortable familiarity than grow into comfortable unfamiliarity.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: It would much rather you do the same thing over and over and over again for the rest of your life and be miserable about it than actually go after what it is you truly desire, which is gonna be taking a risk, which is gonna be putting yourself out there, which is gonna be scary.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: And then you have your conditioning.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: Underneath all of this, you have things like I should want this.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: I should want to climb the corporate ladder, I should want to get married, I should want to have children, I should want to get a mortgage and settle down and spend the rest of my life in my hometown surrounded by my friends and family.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: I'm too old to start again.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: No, no, now I'm 30.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: That means that everything that I wanted to do, I've had my chance and I missed it, and now it's just time for me to have children and settle down.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: A good woman shouldn't choose that.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: A good woman shouldn't go after her career and her hopes and dreams and desires.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: A good woman should concentrate on her family, should concentrate on becoming a mother, should concentrate on her partner.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: A good woman wouldn't talk back like that, a good woman wouldn't stand up for herself like that, a good woman wouldn't set boundaries like that.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Old beliefs, these are other people's expectations of you that you have taken as truth.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: These are things that you may have been raised to be told.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: Things like children should be seen, not heard, or money doesn't grow on trees.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: All of these phrases that we've heard as children that we then internalize, we then take them into our mind and they become truth.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: And at some point you stop realizing that that was just something that somebody told you.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Your mind actually takes it as fact.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: This is where you need to challenge your mental capacity.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: This is where you need to connect your intuition and you need to actually truly ask what it is you want, regardless of all the thoughts, regardless of all the fears, regardless of your conditioning.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Because your conditioning will never allow you to grow into the woman you want to be.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: It will never allow you to grow past everybody else's idea of safety, everybody else's idea of what is possible.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: But you are here to prove possible what people once believed impossible.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: So fuck the conditioning, fuck the fears, listen to intuition and allow it to guide you into the life you've always dreamt of living.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Okay, so how do you rebuild self-trust?
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: How do you rebuild this connection to your intuition to know what you need to do, to know what it is you want to do to make the first, the next steps in your life?
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be make one big massive decision and just go with it.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: You can allow yourself to tap into intuition and ask it small questions throughout the day.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: Start small and then allow it to, as you get to know it and as you get to know what it is you want to do, allow it to guide you into making these bigger decisions.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: Even silly things like what do I want to eat for dinner?
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: How do I want to spend my day off?
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: What walk do I want to go on?
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: What book do I want to read?
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: What movie do I want to watch?
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: You can just ask.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Ask a question and close your eyes and just see what pops up.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: See what pops up before anything else.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: See what pops up before you're then redirected into what you think you should do.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: It's your day off, for example, and you don't know what you want to do.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Maybe you feel like you should rest, but then you feel like you shouldn't rest, and you're not really sure if you should go to the gym because you should be going to the gym, but actually you're exhausted.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Close your eyes.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Ask yourself, how do I want to spend this day off?
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: And see what comes up.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Because what you truly want to do will come up, but then your fear will take over, your conditioning will take over.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Something else will come into your mind shortly after, like a quick snap, and it will tell you, no, no, no, this is what you want to do.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: But what was the quiet voice that came before that?
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: What was the gentle nudge that came before that?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Because that is your intuition.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: So listen, go internally, sit down, close your eyes, ask the questions.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Ask yourself what it is you want to do before you ask other people for advice.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: Keep promises to yourself.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: If your intuition tells you to do something, do it.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Do not go and ask somebody else what you should do and then do that instead.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Because that is just telling your intuition over and over and over again that you don't trust it and you don't believe it and you're not going to do what it tells you to do.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: Allow yourself to build this self-trust by actually following through on what it is you know deep in your soul you should be doing.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Let yourself be misunderstood.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: If you haven't listened to last week's episode, go back and listen to that.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: The freedom of being alone and misunderstood.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Because allowing yourself to be misunderstood, but knowing that you are following your own heart's dreams, desires, hopes, wishes, what it is you truly want from this life, is going to confuse some people.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Not everybody's going to agree, but allow yourself to be misunderstood, knowing that you are holding true what you know is right for yourself in your heart.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Because every single time you abandon that, you hand over the authority to your life.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: You hand your life over to other people, and you are here to live your life for you, not anybody else.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: And allow yourself to get it wrong.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah, your intuition is going to probably take you down a path that isn't gonna get you where you want to go immediately.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: It might not all work out exactly as it's supposed to in the first go.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: But along that journey, you will have learned a lesson.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: Along that way, you will have met people.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Along that way, you will have been in experiences or places or done things that you may have never done.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: And yes, you're gonna make mistakes.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Yes, you're gonna fuck it up.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: But having the self-trust and the self-belief in yourself that you know you have yourself, whatever comes your way, whatever happens, you can hold yourself.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: You know that if something goes wrong, you're just gonna pick yourself back up, you're gonna dust yourself off and you're gonna try again.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: And that is building self-trust.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: That is knowing that yes, your intuition led you here, yes, it might not be where you want to go immediately, but you're just gonna ask and you're gonna try again and you're gonna show up and you're gonna do it all over again.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: And you are going to get where you want to go in the end.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: Because if you act with pure intentions, you open your heart and you allow it to guide you through your intuition, you will never ever be in the wrong place.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: You will always end up exactly where you are supposed to go.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: But I understand trusting your intuition is difficult.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: Allowing yourself to be guided into a life that not many people understand just because you have this gentle nudge, this gentle feeling, this gentle urge and pull to do something different is really hard.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: I have had it multiple times in my life when I was in my corporate job and I was climbing the corporate ladder and I was going to be from sales consultant to sales director.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: That was my vision, that's what I wanted to do.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: And then I had this urge, and it was like, no, I don't want to do that anymore.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: I want to work for myself, I want to be a nomad, I want to travel, I want to see the world because that's actually what's important.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: This right here isn't important to me anymore.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: This is what I was told I should want.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: This is what I was told I should do.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: This is what I was told would make me happy.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: But I'm at the bottom, I'm not even halfway up the ladder yet, and I'm not happy.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: So why would I chase something that I don't think is gonna make me happy?
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: So I stepped out, I quit my job, I went traveling, and it's been a whirlwind adventure since then.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I'm not exactly where I want to be yet, but I'm getting there.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And I've learned all these lessons along the way.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: I've met incredible people along the way.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: I've learned and developed all the skills and the tools I need to get myself where I want to get to.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: And even if I'm not at the end zone, I'm currently living in Australia, surrounded by a beautiful community, surrounded by people who I love and who love me, doing something that I love in a beautiful place in the world.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: And I think I'm winning.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: I think I'm getting there.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: I don't think this is a bad little life compared to the life that I was living in England, which yes, was great on the outside and made a lot of my friends and family happy, but didn't make me happy.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: So it's just about understanding what it is that's gonna make you happy, what it is that you wanna do, what do you want to do deep down in your soul, in your core, that yes, is probably gonna upset some people, but would you rather upset those people or would you rather upset yourself?
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Would you rather follow your dreams and do what you know you are put on this earth to do, or would you just rather follow everybody else's dreams and do what you've been told you should do?
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Do what you've been told will make you happy, do what you've been told would make you successful and just no.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: Because I don't know about you, but the idea of working for the next 40 years in a corporate company and retiring in my 60s when I've earned it, when I've given my contribution to society, was a hard no from me.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: So let's just see what the future holds.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: But that was a really difficult thing to step out of.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: It was a difficult thing to leave because I had a successful career.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: I was stable, I was supported financially, but financially supported was probably the only way I was supported.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: I wasn't supported emotionally, I wasn't supported physically, I wasn't supported spiritually, and I think that's a great price to pay, and it's not a price that I'm prepared to pay.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: Because quitting that corporate job, allowing myself to go on this journey to become free out in the world, was the first time I took complete control of my life.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: It was the moment that I truly stepped out of my good girl conditioning.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: It was the moment that I truly allowed myself to see my life from an outside point of view and understand that actually all the things I was doing, all the things I was striving for, all of the moves I was making weren't my own dreams, desires, wishes.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: They weren't what I wanted from my life.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And it was the first time really I went out on my own, because the most rebellious thing a woman can do is stop treating herself as someone who needs constant supervision, who stops treating herself as somebody who needs other people to help her make a decision.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: And making that decision, quitting that job, making the move to go out and travel and see the world and experience more of what life has to offer was the first time I stepped outside of my good girl conditioning, was the first time I was truly rebellious and I stopped needing constant supervision.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: I stopped allowing my life to be guided by the opinions of others, and I put my own opinions, I put my own dreams, I put my own desires first before anybody else.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: So your rebellious act for this episode is to sit down with your intuition and truly allow it to guide you.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: Can you sit in a quiet space, lie in your bed, sit on your floor, sit on the sofa, wherever it is that you're not going to be disturbed, wherever it is that you're not going to have anybody interrupt you or anybody ask you questions or what you're doing or just somewhere you can be alone.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Can you sit down and can you close your eyes and can you ask a question?
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: Ask a question to your intuition.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: You know what it is you want to ask, you know what it is you're afraid of, you know what it is you're hiding from.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: So sit down, close your eyes and ask this question.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: Ask your intuition to come forward, to guide you and allow it to nudge you into making this next step.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Allow it to nudge you into what it is you truly want from your life.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Allow it to give you the answer that you have been so desperately seeking from everybody else.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: Allow that answer, allow that guidance to be a divine message from yourself in how you should live your life, in what you should be doing, in the next step you should be taking.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: And then allow yourself to be the rebellious, bold, brave, courageous woman that I know you are, and allow yourself to make that first step.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Allow yourself to take that bold action into rising as the woman that you were never taught to be.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: Allow your intuition to help you get there.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: Allow yourself to become the woman who trusts herself because you don't need to have every answer.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: You don't need to know exactly where your life is going.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: You don't need to know every single next step.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: You just need to listen, take advice, and take action.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Take that next step.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: You can't see the whole staircase.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: You just need to take the first step and the rest of it will always be revealed.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: Because becoming her, becoming this version of you that you so desperately want to be isn't about finding someone who will tell you how to live your life.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: It isn't about finding someone who's going to guide you along the way.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: It's about becoming the woman who knows that she has the answers already within her, who knows how to take the next step, who knows what it is she truly wants to do, and who trusts her intuition, who trusts her opinions, and who trusts her inner guidance.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: You just need to stop abandoning yourself every single time you don't have every single answer.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: So the next time you feel the urge to look outside of yourself, the next time you feel the urge to ask somebody else what it is you should be doing, I want you to pause and I want you to reflect and I want you to go inwards and I want you to ask yourself how you should be moving, how you should be living.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: Come back to yourself, come back home to this divine inner wisdom that you have within your body, within your soul, that will always be there to guide you to where you need to go.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Because the answer might not be there immediately, it might not come up straight away.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: But for once, give yourself the space, give yourself the silence, give yourself the permission to know what it is you truly want.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: Allow yourself to speak before you allow the rest of the world to speak.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: Because you might be surprised what it is you know, and you might be surprised where it is this divine inner knowing and inner guidance of yours will take you.
