  SPEAKER_01: It's the award-winning In-Wheel Time Car Talk Show.
• 0:09
  SPEAKER_01: You say award-winning?
• 0:11
  SPEAKER_01: What?
• 0:12
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, somewhere back in our past, I think we won an award for some engineering, I think it was.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_01: Ahead, our feature story of the week.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_01: We're going to have some recalls for you, and we're going to review the 2025 Ford Maverick.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_01: Later, Jeff will have the crews in and events calendars.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_01: And I'll bring the stories make another money in Traswick County, along with Mike out of this world of ours.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_01: We always need more Jeff Zekin.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_01: Chief Engineer David Hazley is joining us today for his garage.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_01: Thank you, David, for letting us don't ask why.
• 0:51
  SPEAKER_01: But dry.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: It's the in-real time of our talk show.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_01: We thank you very much for being with us on this Saturday for our live show.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_01: And if you're listening on a podcast, thanks for doing that too.
• 1:05
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_01: Time for our story of the week.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_01: I thought that this was uh a very interesting story, and I think that you'll probably agree.
• 1:12
  SPEAKER_01: Hear me out.
• 1:12
  unknown: Okay.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_01: This is from Automotive News.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_01: James Moylan, an interior trim designer at Ford Motor Company, hopped in one of the company's pool cars on a rainy day in April of 1986 to attend a meeting in another building there on the Ford property.
• 1:28
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_01: But the gasoline tank was empty, and when he pulled up to a pump in Dearborn, Michigan to refuel, he'd parked on the wrong side.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_01: He moved the car and fueled up, but got soaked in the meantime in the driving rainstorm.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_01: For Moylan, who died December 11th of this past year, at the age of 80, the personal episode sparked a simple idea.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_01: He quickly proposed to install an arrow near the fuel indicator gauge to advise drivers on which side to refuel.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_01: It has benefited countless new car owners and other drivers ever since.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_01: I got back to my office after the meeting, and without even taking my coat off, I sat down and started writing the first draft of this proposal.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_01: He said, I typed it up and turned it in and forgot completely about it.
• 2:20
  SPEAKER_01: In a one-page proposal addressed to P.
• 2:22
  SPEAKER_01: M.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_01: Moss with a simple subject, product convenience suggestion, Moylan laid out his vision.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_01: Very good.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_01: The indicator or symbol I have in mind would be located near the fuel gauge, Moylan wrote in April of 86 proposal to his boss, and simply described to the driver on which side of the vehicle the fuel fill door was located.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_01: R.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_01: F.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_01: Zocus, a Ford director for interior design, replied on November 18th, of 86 that the company would install the indicator arrows on 1989 model year cars that are under development currently.
• 2:59
  SPEAKER_01: Cool.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_01: It debuted first on the Ford Escort and Mercury Tracer.
• 3:04
  SPEAKER_01: Remember those?
• 3:04
  SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_01: And soon after on the 1989 Ford Thunderbird and Mercury Cougar.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: What is now widely known inside the family and some automotive enthusiast circles as the Moylan Arrow has become indispensable.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_01: Since automakers were forced to move the fuel filler door from the back of the car, typically behind the license plate, to the side for safety reasons, some owners have struggled to remember which side to refuel on.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_01: James Moylan was born in Detroit on December 19th, 1944, and grew up in the city.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_01: He joined Ford as a draftsman in body engineering in March of 68.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_01: He was laid off in the 70s and later called back to work in plastics engineering.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_01: See, there's a future for you, David.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_01: It's a key area at the time when Detroit cars were being downsized to save weight and enhance fuel economy.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_01: In the late 80s, when Ford and Mazda partnered on small cars such as the MX6 and probe, he was stationed in Hiroshima, Japan.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_01: He later attended night school to earn a B.S.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_01: in plastics manufacturing and engineering from the University of Detroit, Mercy, in 1999.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_01: He retired in July of 2003 after more than 30 years with the automaker.
• 4:21
  SPEAKER_01: That's pretty cool.
• 4:22
  SPEAKER_01: The Moylan error.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_03: Did not know that, but I always wondered why some people put it on the right and some people put it on the left.
• 4:32
  SPEAKER_01: That I can't I can't tell you that.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_01: I would imagine it would have been they're trying to get out of the way of something else that's already designed into the car.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_01: Let me just finish this up by saying Dad always chuckled about the attention the arrow received in later years, his son Andrew Moyland said in an interview.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_01: James Moyland initially called it a no-brainer of an idea and would cost the company pennies, create goodwill, and enhance customer satisfaction for years to come.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_01: Even if all Ford product lines eventually locate on the same side for the minor investment involved on the company's part, his proposal said, I think it would be a worthwhile convenience not only for two car families, but also pool car users and especially car rental customers.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_01: Now on an EV, does it have the arrow top or bottom for front or back?
• 5:19
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's funny you should say that because I'm driving an electric vehicle this week.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_01: And it does not indicate on which side the plug is located in this particular car.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_01: It happens to be at the rear on the driver's side.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_03: So I would have thought they would have still put it on to let you know.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_03: But then again, I would have thought they all put it on the driver's side.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_03: You know, here's this guy who came up with a simple idea, and he will be known and remembered for everyone.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_03: In 1986, what were you doing in 1986?
• 5:47
  SPEAKER_01: The boiling era.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_01: I'm not saying Well Lord, that's that is a very scary thought right there.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_01: You know, David, that thing has a microphone on it.
• 5:58
  SPEAKER_03: You control that.
• 5:59
  SPEAKER_01: I do.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_03: Did you not drive the EV over here because you were gonna run out of fuel?
• 6:04
SPEAKER_01: Well, that was one of the that was one of the stipulations when I talked to Jeff this morning.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_01: I could have driven it over here, but we would have probably had to make a stop at the DC fast charger over by Hobby Airport because I've got to work tomorrow for the Houston Marathon.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_03: Or he could have spent the night here with it plugged in until it gets charged.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_01: No, that that was not going to happen.
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_03: That was an option.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_01: I did not want to have Larry walking.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_01: Larry needs a roomy holding my head.
• 6:34
  SPEAKER_01: Larry the cat.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_01: Larry the cat, though.
• 6:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 6:37
  SPEAKER_04: I didn't see.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_04: I saw him run by earlier and I was getting coffee.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_04: Was that Larry or was that Lulu?
• 6:43
SPEAKER_04: It was a little black cat.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_03: That was Lulu.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, Lulu.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_03: I think Don scared Larry.
• 6:49
  SPEAKER_03: Apparently.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_03: He said hey Harry Larry.
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Harry Larry.
• 6:53
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_01: I do that to most people.
• 6:55
  SPEAKER_01: Scary things.
• 6:57
  SPEAKER_01: Scary Harry Larry.
• 6:58
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 6:58
  SPEAKER_01: Um, let's see.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_01: So we can do a couple of things here.
• 7:02
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, let's do them.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_01: Uh we can do the recalls, of which I have a few.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_01: And um I can also do the car review.
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_01: Which would you like?
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_01: It's your call.
• 7:13
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_01: Well, let since I've got it pulled up right here, why don't we do the review?
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_01: This would be the 2025 Ford Maverick.
• 7:22
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 7:23
  SPEAKER_01: Pickup truck.
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: Final assembly location, Hermosillo Mexico.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_01: Available trim levels, the XL, the XLT, the Lobo, I like that, the Lariat, and the trimmer.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_01: I reviewed the Lobo, which is kind of the middle of the road version that um has popular elements when it comes to trim.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_01: Uh what size class?
• 7:50
SPEAKER_01: This is considered a small pickup truck.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_01: It's smaller than the F-150 and smaller than the Ranger.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_01: Um I'll tell you what it's based on here in just a minute.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_01: Uh five seats, including the driver.
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_01: All new for 22.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_01: This year, new dash with a larger screen.
• 8:05
  SPEAKER_01: That's for 2025.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_01: Sharp-looking front fascia, modern and very Ford attractive.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_01: Uh concentric wheel openings and great wheel options, too, I might add.
• 8:17
  SPEAKER_01: Color choices are excellent.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_01: And the trimmer package uh rocks with great accents on it, so be sure and check that out too.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_01: Excellent rear lighting, tailgate, and bumper design all integrated back there in the back end.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_01: What I liked, the integration of the overall look really worked for me.
• 8:35
  SPEAKER_01: What could use improvement?
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_01: I just put a question mark because I don't really know.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_01: Interior highlights, plain, simple layout.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_01: Let's not forget, this is a pickup truck, and it really can be a working man's pickup truck.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_01: And I throw back to the Rangers, the original Rangers, that you still see.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_01: Every now and then, yeah.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_01: Every once in a while.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_01: Matter of fact, there was one who went down the road the other day.
• 9:00
  SPEAKER_01: This thing was immaculate.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_01: You could tell that the guy really took care of it.
• 9:03
  SPEAKER_01: That's cool.
• 9:04
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yes.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_01: Two-tone versions, add pizzazz to the interior look, made from rugged materials and coverings throughout the cabin.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_01: Uh, cargo room below the rear seat, handy storage bin back there for my trim level, the Lobo.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_01: Uh, what I liked about it, um, Ford knows how to make pickups, and here is just another one that really, if you're in the market for a small pickup truck, this is one you definitely need to check out.
• 9:33
  SPEAKER_01: What could use improvement?
• 9:35
  SPEAKER_01: I say don't touch it.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_01: Great options on all of the trim levels.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_01: Now, as far as motivation, it has a two-liter EcoBoost inline four-cylinder engine that has 250 horsepower, which is more than most.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_01: You know, when you get into those two-liter uh inline four-cylinders, 200 horsepower is about all it's got.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_01: This one's got 250, 280 pound feet of torque.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_01: Transmission, seven-speed automatic with a tow rating of two tons, four thousand pounds.
• 10:05
  SPEAKER_01: Hall, 1500.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_01: And it's smaller than the maverick.
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_03: It is the maverick.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_03: But this is the maverick.
• 10:11
  SPEAKER_01: Smaller than the range.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_01: It's the Lobo edition, okay.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_01: And smaller than the F-150.
• 10:15
  SPEAKER_01: That's what you got.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_01: Uh miles per gallon, it got 21 in the city and 30 on the highway for a combined to 24.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_01: I got 26.1 miles per gallon over the 208.6 miles that I drove it.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_01: Why did I not drive it very much?
• 10:30
SPEAKER_01: Because there was a short window for me to have this because of the holidays.
• 10:34
  SPEAKER_01: Gotcha.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_01: So they picked it up on Tuesday.
• 10:37
  SPEAKER_01: It was just short.
• 10:38
  SPEAKER_01: Just schedule.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_01: What I liked about it?
• 10:40
SPEAKER_01: Plenty of horsepower and standard all-wheel drive on mine.
• 10:43
  SPEAKER_01: What could use improvement?
• 10:44
  SPEAKER_01: Nothing.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_01: Like I said, I really like this.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: Uh ride and handling, smooth ride for a pickup truck.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_01: It is based on the Ford Escape SUV and the Ford Bronco Sport.
• 10:56
  SPEAKER_04: Huh.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_01: So it's got underpinnings and it shares some under the body work bits and so they can run it on the same line pretty much, yeah.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_01: So it uh it it really is kind of a car-based uh truck.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_01: It's easy to maneuver in parking lots because it's not so massively huge.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_01: What could use improvement?
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_01: Nothing.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_01: Would a four by eight sheet of plywood fit in?
• 11:19
SPEAKER_01: Yes, four feet wide it would.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_01: Eight foot long, you'd have to lower the tailgate and let it hang out the back end because it is small.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_01: Okay, here's the pricing on it.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_01: Base trim price for this particular vehicle was$40,750.
• 11:36
  SPEAKER_01: Prices tested,$42,345.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_01: Base model price, entry level for this particular truck, the Maverick,$28,125.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_03: For a small truck, yeah.
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_01: Uh I really did like it.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_01: Okay, competitors, really, there's only one.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_01: Believe it or not, there's only one.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_01: I looked and looked and looked, and the only one that actually goes head to head with this is the Hunte Santa Fe.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_01: The Hyundai Santa Fe starts at$28,750.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_01: And what and what did the base price of the Ford Maverick go for?
• 12:12
  SPEAKER_01: $28,145.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_04: Now the that uh Santa Cruz.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_04: Santa Cruz, it's a unibody.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_04: There's no gap between the bed and the cab.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_01: That's the same thing with the Maverick.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_01: So uh next up would be uh in kind of comparison, uh mid-size ranger.
• 12:29
  SPEAKER_01: That starts at 33,350.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_01: And then the Honda Ridge line, man, it's expensive.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_01: Forty thousand one hundred and fifty dollars is where it starts.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_03: And and it's not a unibody anymore.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_03: They've actually put a cab big conversion thing on the code.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_01: From what I understand is it's not a unibody in the sense that the cab and the truck bed are one piece.
• 12:56
  SPEAKER_01: Right, right.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_01: There is a separation, but it's still considered a unibody underneath.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_03: The way the frame, the way the platform is.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because there is no frame.
• 13:04
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 13:05
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 13:05
  SPEAKER_01: It's car-based.
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_01: It's an accord, basically.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_01: That's weird the way I don't know why they did it that way, but you know the Japanese they do things differently.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_03: Well, and and you can't hardly find one on a used car lot, even the old ones just that ridgeline holds its value.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it does.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_01: Well, I think most Hondas do, don't they?
• 13:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, they do.
• 13:23
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 13:24
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_01: And you know, I don't get Hondas very much anymore, do you?
• 13:27
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 13:27
  SPEAKER_01: I see a lot of them.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_01: No, but I see a lot of people in the press fleet.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they we just don't get them.
• 13:32
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know why.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_01: I guess they don't think enough of us.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_01: Or they don't need the advertising.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_03: Well, uh you know my my oldest daughter had a uh an accord hybrid, and she's now got a pilot.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_03: I mean so the pilot?
• 13:46
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and they're both nice, really nice cars.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_03: You know, I haven't driven them, but looking at them isn't it?
• 13:51
SPEAKER_01: Hell no, they wouldn't let you drive it.
• 13:53
SPEAKER_03: No, they've seen you drive.
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know, he tears up uh cast iron exhausts on on engines.
• 14:01
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, he hits curbs.
• 14:03
  SPEAKER_01: He does things.
• 14:04
  SPEAKER_01: What's the curb fault?
• 14:05
SPEAKER_01: Why was the curb there?
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_03: That's right.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_03: If it hadn't been there, I wouldn't have hit it.
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
• 14:09
  SPEAKER_03: Come on.
• 14:10
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm sorry, Mike.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_01: I I had to go there.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_01: It was there, and you let me go there, so it's all your fault again.
• 14:17
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_01: Um, I didn't want to, if I could find it.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_01: Do we uh I'll have to look for it.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_01: Do we need a break?
• 14:22
SPEAKER_01: Uh we're going to take a break, but I was going to do recalls.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_01: If I can find it, I'll I'll do that coming up.
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: Uh coming up, Jeff has the cruise in and events calendars, and I'll have stories making automotive news headlines.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_01: And I know that I have the recall list here somewhere.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_01: And when I find it, I will play it for you.
• 14:37
  SPEAKER_04: All right.
• 14:38

  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 20:37
  SPEAKER_01: 2019 to 2025.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_01: You own one of those, you're probably not listening to the lot of years and you probably don't go in reverse much anyway.
• 20:47
  SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't imagine so.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_04: Not unless you're backing it up on the rollback.
• 20:51
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_01: Or backing it out of parking space because you've stolen it uh from a Carabas uh Italian restaurant in the parking lot I have no idea.

SPEAKER_01: Or don't put them in this seat thing in the back.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: Get them their own car.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that's uh those are the recalls this week.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_01: I have a lot of news stories and um I'm going to have to edit this as I go depending on how much time we've got right now we've got plenty of time.
• 21:43
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_01: So let's start with this one.
• 21:45
  SPEAKER_01: U.S.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_01: new vehicle sales in 2025 defied defied expectations that they would buckle under higher prices, import tariffs and regulatory uncertainty.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_01: Instead achieving their best year get this since 2019 as consumers rushed to buy before the vehicle they wanted got more expensive.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_01: But 2026 isn't likely to see the same level of demand according to analysts and continued pressure on pricing and monthly payments have some concerned that fewer consumers will be able to afford a new vehicle.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_01: Well at most of the prices right now, which by the way the average price of a new vehicle across all brands and all models is$50,000.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_01: That's the average price are you kidding light vehicle sales rose 2.3% in 2025 to 16 point three million according to a preliminary report from global data that includes a 4.3% drop in the fourth quarter when electric vehicle sales plunged so we don't pay for the$7500 rebate anymore.
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_01: Former owner of three Iowa dealerships are you listening Jeff Heitzmann has been arrested on charges of theft according to a criminal complaint.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_01: Daniel Winchell no relationship to Walter I hope Daniel 64 of Cherokee Iowa is was arrested December 8th on two counts of ongoing criminal conduct in four counts of first degree theft according to Storm Lake Radio big 5000 watt blow your socks off machine in the middle of nowhereville Iowa so the corn can hear it and the pigs.
• 23:42

• 23:45
SPEAKER_01: The Iowa Department of Transportation filed the charges in Cherokee County and Buena Vista County and alleged that Winchell withheld title and registration fees and sold vehicles without repaying loans known as being out of trust that's the word for it.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_01: The State Department alleged that Winchell kept tax title and registration payments from customers instead of forwarding them to county treasurers, according to Storm Lake Radio.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_01: Some customers ended up paying fees twice.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_01: Transportation department also alleged that Mr Winchell sold at least 80 vehicles out of trust that he withheld loan payments from Citizens First National Bank of Storm Lake Winchell owned Holeshower Motors, a General Motors dealership selling Chevy and GMCs in Cherokee.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_01: Holeshower Ford Cherokee and Holzhauer Ford Storm Lake the dealerships closed in the fall of 2024 when Citizens First National Bank of Storm Lake filed lawsuits against Mr.
• 24:51

• 26:07
SPEAKER_01: Finding specific car listings 40% summarizing vehicle reviews and ratings 39%.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_01: Summarizing dealership reviews and ratings I find that interesting so they get a car and they can okay well we got four dealerships who are we going to buy the car from but i isn't it kind of like using AI for like Google search yes I think that that is partially involved in that I I don't trust AI because there's a lot of things right now that you see that are AI produced and with all the fraud going on in the world AI is just that one more link to fraudulent car buying.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_01: So continuing the numbers 35% summarizing likely financing rates and options negotiating tips and advice 30% exploring warranty or protection plan information 29% and chat bot on a dealership website 24% and scheduling dealership appointments 23%.
