- 1:10Speaker 6: Borton Menji on the job today. Phones are open eight
- 1:13Speaker 6: seven seven forty four Wooding. You can send us a
- 1:16Speaker 6: text over to two to nine eight seven. Got some
- 1:19Speaker 6: of the trending news headlines coming up for you this morning?
- 1:21Speaker 6: Tell us poetry day. And Vaughn's got some what he's
- 1:25Speaker 6: calling poetry for slams Oh. Now, this was an idea
- 1:29Speaker 6: because chicks love poetry, right, yeah, we love it, apparently
- 1:33Speaker 6: most chicks. Morgan, Yeah, you're not like most.
- 1:38Speaker 7: I would like it.
- 1:39Speaker 6: And Vn does all these like poetry slam things. So
- 1:43Speaker 6: and he's a single guy, and we were trying to
- 1:45Speaker 6: get a date for you know, Menji and for dumbass Tyler.
- 1:48Speaker 6: But you know, not that not not that he needs
- 1:51Speaker 6: that kind of help, but maybe this will just charm
- 1:53Speaker 6: the panties right off, some some ladies for Vaughn Perfect
- 1:56Speaker 6: So Vaughn's poetry for slams that's coming up. Uh see
- 2:00Speaker 6: what else we got today? Oh, Morgan went to a
- 2:03Speaker 6: reptile convention.
- 2:05Speaker 7: Oh yeah, you should have gone with me, Greg.
- 2:07Speaker 6: And she talked to some of the ladies there for
- 2:10Speaker 6: a round of Morgan's bush or bear happening today. Also,
- 2:13Speaker 6: the entertainment stuff got the Birthday's port of Birthday all
- 2:16Speaker 6: on the way You're on the Woody Show. So this
- 2:19Speaker 6: year's CEES gadget show there in Vegas is all wrapped
- 2:22Speaker 6: up and uh, while there are some cool stuff to
- 2:24Speaker 6: see and we talked a lot about that stuff with
- 2:26Speaker 6: Rich rich on tech on the show, there was also
- 2:29Speaker 6: some really dumb stuff that is there at CEES and
- 2:33Speaker 6: there's been a write up of some of the dumbest stuff,
- 2:37Speaker 6: the worst stuff.
- 2:38Speaker 5: Can I just a dumb question first, because you guys
- 2:40Speaker 5: have been right yeah multiple times. Okay, so do you
- 2:44Speaker 5: pay to get in?
- 2:45Speaker 8: Like?
- 2:45Speaker 6: Oh yeah, the point we didn't pay to get Yeah,
- 2:50Speaker 6: I believe.
- 2:51Speaker 5: But can the general public go if they get a ticket?
- 2:54Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 2:55Speaker 5: Yeah, Okay, I thought it was invite only or no.
- 2:58Speaker 5: Never really understood, like they've.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Always done media, so I shouldn't, like say, for sure.
- 3:04Speaker 6: There are the media days and then there are days
- 3:06Speaker 6: that it's open to the public. Okay, thank you, I've
- 3:08Speaker 6: always can't you can't get a past. But it's like
- 3:10Speaker 6: after the first like when Rich went in the days
- 3:12Speaker 6: that we were there, Yeah, we were there like before
- 3:15Speaker 6: all that stuff, and then afterwards, you know.
- 3:18Speaker 5: And then you could basically spend the whole time seeing
- 3:21Speaker 5: new stuff.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:23Speaker 6: Like it's not like after a couple of hours you're like,
- 3:24Speaker 6: all right, we're done, dude. It's so it's huge, okay,
- 3:27Speaker 6: and are there are only three passes. There's industry, media
- 3:29Speaker 6: and exhibitors, so it's technically a trade show.
- 3:32Speaker 5: In okay, But the public can also go.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Not unless you're.
- 3:38Speaker 9: You have to show your or convince them you're part
- 3:40Speaker 9: of an industry or pay to exhibit, which I might.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Have have done for friends.
- 3:46Speaker 6: Uh see, so a grip of judges. They have made
- 3:48Speaker 6: their picks official and here we go. The worst in
- 3:52Speaker 6: show at the latest cees and so number one list
- 3:56Speaker 6: is the bet Spoke Ai Family Hub fridge. So it's
- 3:59Speaker 6: a Samsung fridge that opens and closes the doors on command.
- 4:04Speaker 6: The fridge didn't always recognize the commands and only worked
- 4:06Speaker 6: about half the time, So like, how hard is it
- 4:08Speaker 6: to like just open the fridge and close the fridge
- 4:10Speaker 6: by yourself.
- 4:12Speaker 5: When you have to use your hands.
- 4:14Speaker 6: It also senses when certain food is running low and
- 4:17Speaker 6: runs ads on things that you might need to replace
- 4:19Speaker 6: something that nobody asks for. So that that made the
- 4:22Speaker 6: list of worst and show order. Uh the Amazon Ring doorbell.
- 4:26Speaker 6: The judges say that the doorbells under Amazon double down
- 4:29Speaker 6: on privacy invasion, support the misconception that more surveillance is
- 4:32Speaker 6: always making us safer. It also includes mobile surveillance towers
- 4:36Speaker 6: and app store that will allow people to develop sketch
- 4:39Speaker 6: your apps for the doorbell. We've heard about there was
- 4:42Speaker 6: something else that they were gonna you know what's it
- 4:44Speaker 6: like the neighborhood something that was going to be part
- 4:46Speaker 6: of Ring. There was there was a story that we
- 4:49Speaker 6: had within the last like six days, were talking.
- 4:50Speaker 3: About the facial recognition for pets.
- 4:53Speaker 6: Yes, that's what it was. So they're they're saying, Okay, well,
- 4:56Speaker 6: if you're missing your dog, you're missing you know, you know,
- 4:59Speaker 6: your animal. You can basically use the network of ring
- 5:03Speaker 6: doorbells around your neighborhood.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Triangular.
- 5:06Speaker 6: Yeah, but they're like, okay, you're saying it's gonna it's it's.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Animals for this one thing.
- 5:11Speaker 9: Yeah, I like this mobile surveillance trailer. It's like those
- 5:13Speaker 9: little lot cops you see, but you can it's smaller
- 5:15Speaker 9: and you can use it yourself.
- 5:17Speaker 6: Amy the three D Soulmate made the list of Morton
- 5:21Speaker 6: Show for cees, a three D companion that appears as
- 5:24Speaker 6: a female avatar on a curb screen and it's marketed
- 5:28Speaker 6: as You're Always on three D Soulmate. The judges called
- 5:32Speaker 6: out the Chinese makers for having the audacity to suggest
- 5:36Speaker 6: that an AI video surveillance device on a desk could
- 5:40Speaker 6: be anybody's soul mate. Although there was this woman I
- 5:42Speaker 6: just saw. I think she's in Japan. She just married
- 5:46Speaker 6: like an AI. Of course, it was like some fat
- 5:49Speaker 6: loser chick. Of course, you know, you know what they say,
- 5:52Speaker 6: there are winners and then there are these chicks.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Yeah, but dude, that things can be put in a
- 5:57Speaker 3: robot and she'll have sex with it with years.
- 6:00Speaker 6: Worston show treadmill with an AI coach. So this Chinese
- 6:03Speaker 6: company showed off this new treadmill that boasts of having
- 6:06Speaker 6: the first AI coach installed. The treadmill collects biometric data
- 6:10Speaker 6: behavioral interferences, with the company saying the fine print, we
- 6:15Speaker 6: cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Now, when
- 6:19Speaker 6: you talk about dumb, this is by far the dumbest thing.
- 6:21Speaker 6: It did get brought up and we were talking with
- 6:23Speaker 6: rich this is the dumbest thing at cees. Lollipop Star.
- 6:28Speaker 10: I knew it. I knew you were gonna say that.
- 6:30Speaker 6: It's a lollipop that lets people hear music but can't
- 6:33Speaker 6: be recharged or reused once the candy's gone. So it's
- 6:37Speaker 6: like a one and dumb thing. Here's here's somebody. This
- 6:39Speaker 6: is somebody from the company, from the Lollipop Star company
- 6:43Speaker 6: talking about it.
- 6:44Speaker 11: A Lollipop Star is a lollipop where as you eat it,
- 6:47Speaker 11: you start hearing the music and you enjoy music while
- 6:50Speaker 11: you're enjoying. A lollipop uses bone conduction technology, so from
- 6:55Speaker 11: the back of your mouth you'll start to feel the
- 6:58Speaker 11: different vibrations that go up into your ear.
- 7:02Speaker 10: It's a novelty toy, basically stupid experience. I know, we do.
- 7:06Speaker 5: I want to try that.
- 7:07Speaker 6: So that made worst insho for CEO. That's worse than
- 7:11Speaker 6: show ice Spices endorsing it.
- 7:13Speaker 3: How could we be bad?
- 7:14Speaker 10: Yeah, we like pop rocks just because it's a novelty.
- 7:18Speaker 3: I think that they're going to fail in that one.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Because if that got released publicly, it will do really
- 7:23Speaker 3: well initially. Really yeah, people are going to want to
- 7:27Speaker 3: try it.
- 7:27Speaker 6: Teenage depends on how much it is. Yeah, yeah, exactly
- 7:30Speaker 6: because parents. Parents would be willing to buy something at
- 7:32Speaker 6: a certain price point. Lollipop, Yeah done.
- 7:36Speaker 5: If it's more than five bucks, I don't think people
- 7:38Speaker 5: would be interested.
- 7:39Speaker 8: You know what.
- 7:39Speaker 6: I always want to like people buy this. That was
- 7:42Speaker 6: It's one lollipop, but it's on the thing where it's
- 7:43Speaker 6: got the button. It spins around. I do like see
- 7:47Speaker 6: kids like, but what is that? I mean, that's that's
- 7:49Speaker 6: really okay.
- 7:49Speaker 3: They're saying nine dollars tager will buy that once?
- 7:54Speaker 6: Yeah, absolutely eight seven seven forty four text us over
- 7:58Speaker 6: to two two nine eight seven more what he shows next?
- 8:01Speaker 3: Hang on.
- 8:03Speaker 12: Backing a bit today in Downey Tuesday January thirteenth, What's
- 8:08Speaker 12: up everybody? At ce Menace myself and Port We're gonna
- 8:11Speaker 12: be in Downey, California from one pm to three pm
- 8:14Speaker 12: doing a bunch of giveaways at the brand new Raising
- 8:16Speaker 12: Canes and nine thousand Telegraph Road. Wow giveaways for theme
- 8:20Speaker 12: parks concert tickets. What is show merch m more again
- 8:23Speaker 12: Today Tuesday, January thirteenth from one to three pm and
- 8:27Speaker 12: nine thousand Telegraph Road at Raising Canes.
- 8:31Speaker 3: We'll love to see you there. She wants to d
- 8:34Speaker 3: and she's going to get one the Woodie Show.
- 8:37Speaker 6: A Hi, Welcome back everybody. You well the big headline,
- 8:41Speaker 6: I'm sure you guys have all seen it. Taylor Swift
- 8:44Speaker 6: went out with through friends and gave each one of
- 8:46Speaker 6: them a loaf of her homemade sour dough bread.
- 8:49Speaker 11: Hold.
- 8:50Speaker 6: Yeah, it's dominating the headline. It keeps popping up all
- 8:52Speaker 6: these different places. Now, one thing I will say and
- 8:55Speaker 6: does not Killer Swift related. I don't know how it
- 8:58Speaker 6: en up in my algorithm. All of a sudden, I'm
- 9:01Speaker 6: getting a ton of videos of people attempting sour dough
- 9:05Speaker 6: like to make sour.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Like?
- 9:07Speaker 3: What we what are we doing?
- 9:09Speaker 8: Is this?
- 9:10Speaker 1: It?
- 9:10Speaker 13: Is?
- 9:11Speaker 3: It? Is a thing. Sour dough bread has become really popular,
- 9:14Speaker 3: and they're even selling like these sour dough bread makers
- 9:18Speaker 3: in Costco.
- 9:19Speaker 6: Because you don't you need like whatever is it called
- 9:25Speaker 6: heirloom or it's a it's a they called it's a
- 9:27Speaker 6: something piece. I don't know what I'm saying, Like, you take,
- 9:32Speaker 6: you take? Uh No, I learned this from all these
- 9:35Speaker 6: different stupid things. You take like a piece of the
- 9:37Speaker 6: dough or whatever from your current batch that you're making,
- 9:41Speaker 6: and you set it aside and you use that for
- 9:43Speaker 6: the next time you make it. And so like all
- 9:46Speaker 6: the sour dough that is out there is exactly there's
- 9:52Speaker 6: like a little bit that.
- 9:55Speaker 3: The mother do.
- 9:56Speaker 6: Okay, maybe that's what you only take like a little mother.
- 10:00Speaker 3: But this pand that they're selling Costco, it seems like
- 10:03Speaker 3: a super thin piece of like ten Yeah, it doesn't
- 10:06Speaker 3: seem it doesn't seem special.
- 10:08Speaker 6: But see, well that there you go. I think we
- 10:10Speaker 6: just covered all the really important stuff. Taylor Swift went
- 10:13Speaker 6: out with their friends and gave them each a loaf
- 10:14Speaker 6: of homemade sour dough. That's okay, neat lucky. Actually this
- 10:18Speaker 6: is man. These we saw this thing that they're doing
- 10:22Speaker 6: an auction about these like Disney cards. Dude, all this
- 10:27Speaker 6: dork stuff is going for so much money now and
- 10:30Speaker 6: this one is like a copy of Action Comics number one,
- 10:34Speaker 6: which features the first appearance of Superman. It just sold
- 10:38Speaker 6: for fifteen million dollars.
- 10:41Speaker 10: Say what now?
- 10:42Speaker 6: Now this was the actual comic book that was stolen
- 10:45Speaker 6: from Nicholas Cage in two thousand. Remember that story, he
- 10:49Speaker 6: got it back, He got it back in twenty eleven.
- 10:52Speaker 6: Now he later sold it. He sold it for two
- 10:56Speaker 6: point two million. And now that was in twenty eleven.
- 10:59Speaker 6: So here we are twenty twenty six and just sold
- 11:01Speaker 6: for fifteen million dollars. God, it's because they're not spending
- 11:05Speaker 6: that money on dates, I guess saves a lot of money.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Saves a lot of money. Yeah, they have their new
- 11:10Speaker 3: AI girlfriend from that Razor gaming company. Oh yeah yeah.
- 11:14Speaker 3: It sits on your desk and it talks to you
- 11:16Speaker 3: and asks you about your day. It's a little anime girl.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Of course it is young lady.
- 11:23Speaker 6: So there's a guy. It's a celebrity death. Thomas Kent
- 11:26Speaker 6: TK Carter has died now. He was best known for
- 11:30Speaker 6: his role as the roller skating chef Knolls in John
- 11:33Speaker 6: Carpenter's nineteen eighty to the Thing because But to me,
- 11:37Speaker 6: he was best known as playing Mike Fulton on the
- 11:40Speaker 6: first two seasons of Punky Brewster. So Mike ran Finster Hall,
- 11:45Speaker 6: the youth home where Punky stayed for a bit, or
- 11:47Speaker 6: they were doing the whole thing whor they're trying to
- 11:48Speaker 6: figure out Henry Warnock was going to remember everybody know
- 11:52Speaker 6: he was like the real tall, skinny black dude who
- 11:55Speaker 6: was like the main counselor there at Fenster Hall.
- 11:57Speaker 10: Wow.
- 11:58Speaker 6: And he was like a recurring character on Punky Birst.
- 12:01Speaker 6: But he was on a ton of shows, Good Times,
- 12:03Speaker 6: The Waltons, The Jefferson's two two seven, Family Man Matters,
- 12:07Speaker 6: and a bunch of Yeah, he was found dead in
- 12:09Speaker 6: his home. Now, no foul play was suspected, but yeah,
- 12:12Speaker 6: the face.
- 12:12Speaker 10: He looks very familiar.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Recognized.
- 12:15Speaker 6: He's been in a ton of stuff. I remember, man,
- 12:19Speaker 6: he he he. He saved He saved Punky when when
- 12:24Speaker 6: Blade broke into the Fenster Hall took the petty cash box.
- 12:31Speaker 6: Blade had a switch blade. That's how I got his
- 12:33Speaker 6: name Blade.
- 12:34Speaker 14: Yeah, he was always going to talking to her in
- 12:36Speaker 14: her little treehouse thing too.
- 12:37Speaker 7: He's really nice guy.
- 12:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:39Speaker 6: Also, hey, uh dude, Gina, I'm putting Dolly pardon on
- 12:44Speaker 6: official celebrity death watch. I'm saying, between now and July first,
- 12:52Speaker 6: that's my that's.
- 12:52Speaker 10: My If I stopped showing up to work, you'll know why.
- 12:56Speaker 6: Something's going on. So she won't be at her birthday
- 12:58Speaker 6: party at the Grand Old eye Oria this year. Now,
- 13:01Speaker 6: she didn't give a reason for her absence, but this
- 13:03Speaker 6: was her message to everybody. Here's Dolly party.
- 13:06Speaker 15: Well, hey, that Grand Old Opery family. I just wanted
- 13:10Speaker 15: to say how much it means to me that you're
- 13:12Speaker 15: all coming together again this year to celebrate my big
- 13:16Speaker 15: old birthday with some of my songs. Some of my
- 13:20Speaker 15: favorite memories happened right here on stage at the Grand
- 13:24Speaker 15: Old Opery, and I wish I could be them person.
- 13:27Speaker 15: But I'll be sending you all my love for sure,
- 13:30Speaker 15: so you have the best not ever.
- 13:32Speaker 3: So what do you think? Guys didn't say, why is
- 13:35Speaker 3: it going to be there?
- 13:36Speaker 6: What's what's the over? Under my heart, I'm saying July first,
- 13:39Speaker 6: over under.
- 13:41Speaker 3: I'll go over over over, yeah over.
- 13:43Speaker 6: I'm not rooting for it. I'm just saying there's something
- 13:45Speaker 6: going on. She's not going to her own birthday.
- 13:48Speaker 10: Remember when her sister put out like, oh everyone prayed
- 13:51Speaker 10: for Dolly and you stop stop.
- 13:53Speaker 6: Out right, Yeah, exactly, there's something happening. There's something going on.
- 13:56Speaker 10: God, she's eighty now blushing up.
- 14:00Speaker 6: Well you can't see God, bless that exactly when when
- 14:03Speaker 6: you say it that way, it could be interpreted as
- 14:05Speaker 6: an insult, not that you mean it as an insult,
- 14:06Speaker 6: because I know how much you loved.
- 14:12Speaker 3: What you got this morning.
- 14:13Speaker 10: Well, there's this wild claim floating around that Hollywood icon,
- 14:16Speaker 10: you know, Marlon Brando, he may have actually been the
- 14:19Speaker 10: biological father of Michael Jackson's youngest son, Biggie aka Blanket.
- 14:24Speaker 6: Well, somebody had to be because it wasn't Michael exactly of.
- 14:27Speaker 10: Any of them. So sources say that Brando may have
- 14:29Speaker 10: donated sperm to Jackson before this kid was born, from
- 14:33Speaker 10: you know, the surrogate in two thousand and two. And
- 14:35Speaker 10: apparently this caught everyone off guard that this could be
- 14:37Speaker 10: a sperm donation, and Brando and Jackson were really close friends,
- 14:42Speaker 10: by the way, and people around them say that Michael
- 14:45Speaker 10: used a sperm donor. Shocking. Fans have even pointed out
- 14:48Speaker 10: that Blanket looks a lot like Brando's son, So we
- 14:51Speaker 10: need to do a little side bysycond they do look
- 14:53Speaker 10: familiar and all of this coming out again as Jackson's
- 14:56Speaker 10: daughter Paris. She's in this big legal fight, by the way,
- 14:58Speaker 10: with the executors of Michael Jackson's estate because she's accusing
- 15:01Speaker 10: them of mismanaging hundreds of millions of dollars.
- 15:03Speaker 5: I believe that.
- 15:04Speaker 10: Yeah, a lot going on with the Jackson.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Yeah, this is I wouldn't.
- 15:08Speaker 3: There's the nose, Yeah, the eyebrows.
- 15:10Speaker 10: There is some similarity.
- 15:11Speaker 3: For sure.
- 15:12Speaker 14: She looks a lot like Marlon Brando's son.
- 15:14Speaker 3: So when he was younger, he was much more dark complexioned,
- 15:16Speaker 3: but obviously we don't know what Brander looked much like that.
- 15:19Speaker 6: But now that he's older, I mean, so did Michael
- 15:21Speaker 6: get younger? But but honestly, I mean so did Michael.
- 15:24Speaker 10: Yeah, kind of legal twins.
- 15:25Speaker 3: If you do a side by side yep, Greg.
- 15:27Speaker 6: Gory, what you got?
- 15:28Speaker 5: Well, I think this is pretty codependent and weird.
- 15:32Speaker 11: Uh.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Jennifer Aniston, she's got this new boyfriend, right, the wellness
- 15:35Speaker 5: coach Jim curtis hypnotist? Right? Is that what he is?
- 15:39Speaker 5: A hypnotist?
- 15:40Speaker 16: Uh?
- 15:40Speaker 5: Huh Okay, well they called him a wellness coach, and
- 15:44Speaker 5: she wants.
- 15:44Speaker 6: To do yeah exactly, talk about people go oh, once
- 15:47Speaker 6: you at a real job. Now, that's a good example
- 15:48Speaker 6: of sayings like that's a person. You could definitely use
- 15:51Speaker 6: that line and it would it would make sense, makes
- 15:53Speaker 6: sense totally.
- 15:54Speaker 5: So she wants to do a quote trust test with
- 15:57Speaker 5: her new boyfriend by going out to dinner with Brad Pitt,
- 16:00Speaker 5: her ex, because she still has this big friendship with
- 16:03Speaker 5: Brad Pitt, and she bases a lot of things on
- 16:06Speaker 5: how people interact with him and wants to see how
- 16:08Speaker 5: this new boyfriend will navigate star power and emotional history.
- 16:12Speaker 10: So the trust isn't if she goes to dinner alone
- 16:15Speaker 10: with Brad Pitt.
- 16:16Speaker 5: It's all of them go together, the new boyfriend, Brad Pitt,
- 16:20Speaker 5: and then his girlfriend Inez de Ramond. Insiders say that
- 16:25Speaker 5: she wants to see how Jim carries himself when he's
- 16:27Speaker 5: face to face with Brad. How the hell would we
- 16:29Speaker 5: know this? Well, because quote insiders have been talking.
- 16:32Speaker 6: About is this one of your favorite things? When they
- 16:37Speaker 6: when when there's an article, I think, well, they say,
- 16:41Speaker 6: are people making like who are who is?
- 16:44Speaker 3: So that's how they get away with the allegedly stuff.
- 16:47Speaker 5: And plus she's notorious for having these failed relationships. She's
- 16:52Speaker 5: always been wanting to find a husband and it never
- 16:54Speaker 5: works out until Brad Pitt came along, and now she
- 16:57Speaker 5: can't let go of him and she needs to use
- 16:59Speaker 5: him as the barometer for the new boys.
- 17:00Speaker 3: But that happens a lot with famous people that were
- 17:04Speaker 3: in relationships with other famous people and when they break
- 17:06Speaker 3: up and then they start dating normal people and if
- 17:09Speaker 3: they're still cool with each other, they always have to
- 17:12Speaker 3: like hang. So the non famous person is always like
- 17:15Speaker 3: outseeing on vacation with two famous people.
- 17:18Speaker 5: With this new boyfriend, Jim, he's dating Jennifer Andison. He
- 17:21Speaker 5: probably knows how to handle himself around stars. I would think, dude,
- 17:26Speaker 5: you're with Jennifer Aniston. But to also put all your
- 17:29Speaker 5: trust in to see how he reacts with Brad Pitt.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Maybe let that part Goya.
- 17:33Speaker 10: That's very strange.
- 17:34Speaker 5: It's strange, like just get back together with him then.
- 17:37Speaker 6: And if I'm the dude, I'm saying to put yourself
- 17:39Speaker 6: in a regular person situation, right, like you're you're now
- 17:42Speaker 6: the guy, right, you know what, man, I'm not doing that. Yeah,
- 17:47Speaker 6: it is too weird, Like, forget who Forget that it's
- 17:49Speaker 6: Jennifer Andison for a second. Forget that's Brad Pitt for
- 17:51Speaker 6: a second. If your current person needs you to meet
- 17:55Speaker 6: their ex person, I think that's enough for me. It
- 17:59Speaker 6: would be enough of a flag like this is too weird, coach,
- 18:03Speaker 6: unless it's unless it's a situation where that person is
- 18:07Speaker 6: the mother or father of the kid that's involved, totally,
- 18:09Speaker 6: because this is a person now who is going to
- 18:11Speaker 6: be around and you know they okay, just so everybody
- 18:14Speaker 6: kind of knows each other, but not to get a
- 18:15Speaker 6: sign off from them exactly, Isn't that?
- 18:19Speaker 3: If I'm Jennifer Inison, actually would give that guy more
- 18:22Speaker 3: respect if he did say no, because then you're like, okay,
- 18:25Speaker 3: well he's not just being a guest man just because
- 18:28Speaker 3: I'm famous and just doing whatever.
- 18:31Speaker 14: To Brad Pitt, that was so long ago for Jennifer,
- 18:35Speaker 14: I remember him.
- 18:36Speaker 6: No, he would love to get a phone call.
- 18:40Speaker 10: I like him.
- 18:41Speaker 6: I met us. What you got?
- 18:42Speaker 3: Well. I feel like I watch a lot of television,
- 18:45Speaker 3: and it's not just reality shows like everybody thinks. I
- 18:48Speaker 3: feel like I do watch a lot of shows, but
- 18:51Speaker 3: all these super popular shows that everybody is watching. I
- 18:55Speaker 3: feel like I don't watch them as what the hell
- 18:58Speaker 3: is puriable lists? That's what I know you you mentioned,
- 19:05Speaker 3: but I don't. You never really broke down what is
- 19:08Speaker 3: it like about?
- 19:09Speaker 9: Well, that's that's part it is. It is a reveal show,
- 19:12Speaker 9: so that's probably don't want to give it away. It's
- 19:13Speaker 9: about a woman who's Yeah, well, okay it is.
- 19:17Speaker 6: You said Greg wouldn't like it because it's got a
- 19:19Speaker 6: sci fi I don't.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Think it's very sci fi.
- 19:20Speaker 9: It's a it is technically sci fi, but it's but
- 19:24Speaker 9: it's not aliens lasers side.
- 19:25Speaker 10: Yeah, if Society suddenly wasn't what it seemed was what
- 19:28Speaker 10: you thought it was.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and then Severance, Okay, I watched episode.
- 19:32Speaker 6: You would not like that.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Don't like it? Last of Us? What is that?
- 19:37Speaker 10: It's great?
- 19:38Speaker 3: Zombie slow Horses. I started watching Horses.
- 19:43Speaker 10: Task is boring, very boring, as.
- 19:45Speaker 3: These are the best shows out there. It's about like
- 19:48Speaker 3: like everybody's watching for Greg.
- 19:51Speaker 9: Have you watched that one Last of Us episode that
- 19:53Speaker 9: may have been recommended to you because of the relationship
- 19:55Speaker 9: in it.
- 19:55Speaker 10: I can never watch that again. It broke me it literally.
- 19:58Speaker 5: That's the dude from the Office.
- 20:00Speaker 10: No, not yet, Nick Offerman, and then the guy from.
- 20:04Speaker 9: White Lotus like you don't need to watch any other episode,
- 20:06Speaker 9: you get it's a standalone episode.
- 20:07Speaker 3: It was sad, what is this crowd?
- 20:10Speaker 9: So it's it's about it's about so it's a zombie
- 20:12Speaker 9: it's a zombie show World, But this episode is about
- 20:16Speaker 9: a particular two guys who meet up and their relationship
- 20:20Speaker 9: much more than it's about the.
- 20:21Speaker 10: Zombies anyway, based on a video game gay episode.
- 20:23Speaker 6: What else.
- 20:25Speaker 8: That was?
- 20:26Speaker 3: Like the task thing?
- 20:27Speaker 10: What is the task It's about the task force in Philadelphia,
- 20:30Speaker 10: like a drug task force.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Okay, I don't know. These are like all the stuff
- 20:35Speaker 3: that like one at all the award shows. I'm just
- 20:38Speaker 3: like I'm not watching them. Yeah, listeners, are you watching it?
- 20:42Speaker 3: I know, like a couple will probably text in because
- 20:44Speaker 3: they are, But like overall, is everyone watching it? Or
- 20:47Speaker 3: is just this stuff that's.
- 20:49Speaker 6: Like with critics now, you know how I feel when
- 20:52Speaker 6: people talk about YEP celeberties in general. I'm saying like, oh,
- 20:56Speaker 6: like for whatever reason, like there's names that I've heard,
- 20:57Speaker 6: but I couldn't tell you like why they're famous, or
- 21:00Speaker 6: this show I've heard of it, I couldn't tell you
- 21:02Speaker 6: what it's about.
- 21:03Speaker 10: Yeah, pretty good.
- 21:04Speaker 6: But the thing is a menace is paying attention to
- 21:05Speaker 6: a lot of this stuff. Ye still can't figure it.
- 21:07Speaker 3: And I always base a lot of myself off numbers,
- 21:10Speaker 3: and I'm just like, I don't see people like heavily
- 21:14Speaker 3: talking about it.
- 21:15Speaker 6: People, I mean, we talked about Avatar, like Avatar brings
- 21:18Speaker 6: in all this money.
- 21:19Speaker 10: Don't know about it.
- 21:20Speaker 6: I don't know anybody in my immediate circle who went
- 21:23Speaker 6: out and saw Avatar.
- 21:24Speaker 10: I've never seen an anybody.
- 21:27Speaker 6: In this room go see Avatar. One person, not one person. Okay,
- 21:32Speaker 6: but yeah, it makes billions of do you know.
- 21:34Speaker 5: What I mean? Yeah, it's weird. Huh, all right, thank.

- 23:36Speaker 6: let's not forget about the classics. She was in My

- 23:42Speaker 7: I hate it when he does that.
- 23:43Speaker 10: That sounds like a child.
- 23:48Speaker 6: Yeah, that's whatever. Her name is Celina Celestina Celestiana Blooms
- 23:54Speaker 6: twenty seven years old today and that Chapporto birthday, your

- 24:03Speaker 6: We're getting a quick break more Woody shows next, Hang on,
- 24:09Speaker 6: all right, welcome back everybody. Hey, it is Tuesday. It's
- 24:13Speaker 6: The Wood Show. Like I mentioned, it's a I thought
- 24:15Speaker 6: it was National Poetry. It's it's Poetry at Work day perfect.
- 24:19Speaker 6: I was corrected. I would like to apologize to the
- 24:22Speaker 6: poetry community.
- 24:24Speaker 5: This is specifically at work.
- 24:26Speaker 6: It's specifically at poetry at work or no, maybe am
- 24:30Speaker 6: I reading that wrong? Is it like poet like, uh,
- 24:34Speaker 6: make sure tax dollars at work?
- 24:35Speaker 10: Right?
- 24:36Speaker 3: You poetry?
- 24:37Speaker 6: So maybe that would make sense because it's Vaughn's poetry
- 24:40Speaker 6: for Slams, like if he ended up getting laid from it,
- 24:42Speaker 6: that would be his poetry at work.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Encouraging people to find and create poetry in the workplace.
- 24:48Speaker 6: Okay, well then the original mine makes way more sense
- 24:51Speaker 6: literal literal do it at work? Yeah, so yeah, Vonn
- 24:55Speaker 6: will have his poetry for Slams. Ladies, get ready to
- 24:58Speaker 6: just have your panties melt off off now, yeah, exactly.
- 25:03Speaker 6: Today menaces National Shop for Travel Day. If you're looking
- 25:07Speaker 6: to book a trip, I am you really do need
- 25:10Speaker 6: something to look forward to. Yes, you always have, because
- 25:13Speaker 6: now I mean, you know, get to the end of
- 25:14Speaker 6: the year and there's so much stuff coming up, and
- 25:16Speaker 6: then you get to this part of the year just
- 25:18Speaker 6: this blach place like January February.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 6: Yeah, So if at least if you maybe book something
- 25:27Speaker 6: for the spring, or maybe start looking forward to something
- 25:29Speaker 6: you can do in the summertime, you know, go ahead
- 25:32Speaker 6: and book your travel for that. Today is National Sticker Day,
- 25:38Speaker 6: So if you if you're remember whatever happened to remember
- 25:41Speaker 6: all the stickers we collected in the eighties, like sticker
- 25:45Speaker 6: album album we did we had to Yeah, we would,
- 25:50Speaker 6: we would stick it was. It was in the photo
- 25:53Speaker 6: books that had like the little thin piece of plastic
- 25:56Speaker 6: with the with the with the tacky you know, because
- 25:59Speaker 6: underneath it was like a because you could put your
- 26:01Speaker 6: your your photos would stay in whatever position.
- 26:03Speaker 10: They're glitterally, they're scented, they're puffy.
- 26:05Speaker 6: And then I'm saying, but then you put the you
- 26:06Speaker 6: put the plastic back over and you could bring your
- 26:08Speaker 6: sticker book to school.
- 26:09Speaker 10: And trade boys did this.
- 26:12Speaker 6: Oh yeah, but I would not keep in mind I
- 26:14Speaker 6: was I was a younger boy at this point. This
- 26:17Speaker 6: is like, it's pretty early, this is early eighties. I
- 26:20Speaker 6: was like in first and second grade.
- 26:21Speaker 14: Yeah, I think it might just be a kid thing
- 26:23Speaker 14: because I did it in the nineties and first grade.
- 26:25Speaker 3: That a kid think, Because you guys don't notice. Every
- 26:27Speaker 3: time we travel at the airport, I buy a sticker.
- 26:29Speaker 6: You don't that your book though?
- 26:31Speaker 3: Oh really, I had no idea. I got to put
- 26:33Speaker 3: your sticker book.
- 26:34Speaker 6: We've been traveling together for a dozen years.
- 26:35Speaker 3: I've never won. I've seen you buy hot sauces in
- 26:39Speaker 3: different places, but I always buy a little sticker. That's
- 26:42Speaker 3: probably when I'm buying the hot.
- 26:43Speaker 6: She buys every airport that we go to a travel
- 26:46Speaker 6: pillow inevitably.
- 26:47Speaker 3: Loses dam there's like twenty four, leaves it on the plane.
- 26:54Speaker 5: Usually how it goes, we're at the gate, and then
- 26:56Speaker 5: what he disappears? He comes back with a neck pillow
- 26:59Speaker 5: from menace in a bag of eminem.
- 27:01Speaker 6: I bought medicine, but there was one time I bought
- 27:04Speaker 6: medicine neck pillow. He went to rip the tag off
- 27:07Speaker 6: of it and the little stupid like styrofoam crap all
- 27:10Speaker 6: over the place and exploded in the plane. So I
- 27:14Speaker 6: went back and I bought him another one, and I
- 27:17Speaker 6: brought that one to him. Was it just leave the
- 27:18Speaker 6: tag on, doc? And then what do you do? He
- 27:21Speaker 6: left that one on the plane. So there are two
- 27:23Speaker 6: that went one destroyed.
- 27:29Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 27:29Speaker 6: The big ones that we collected that we loved, uh, well,
- 27:32Speaker 6: there were three if you included garbage pail kids, because
- 27:34Speaker 6: those are stickers. They were a card, but you can
- 27:36Speaker 6: peel the sticker off the card.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Did that?
- 27:38Speaker 5: I didn't know that.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Yeah, they are.
- 27:40Speaker 6: They are stickers. So that Wacky packages. Do you guys
- 27:43Speaker 6: remember Wacky package member that? Yeah, look up Wacky Packages.
- 27:46Speaker 6: They were stickers and they would go into specific books
- 27:50Speaker 6: based on the series and it was always like based
- 27:52Speaker 6: on products, so it would be like, you know, like
- 27:54Speaker 6: instead of like a folders off, it was like something.
- 27:57Speaker 10: Instead of poets l pooh al pooh, right, instead of jello.
- 28:03Speaker 9: Between this and the garbage pails. You some parody, Yeah,
- 28:06Speaker 9: I did, I did well.
- 28:07Speaker 6: Mad Magazine was all the rage. Yeah, whacking back and
- 28:11Speaker 6: then scratch and stiff sniff stickers were the biggest ones.
- 28:14Speaker 6: And I remember the puffy Smurf's ones too, one of
- 28:16Speaker 6: those instead of golf oil, gulp oil. There you go.
- 28:19Speaker 6: It's a National rubber ducky Day. That's for all you
- 28:23Speaker 6: folks in the jeeps. But why how did that become it?
- 28:29Speaker 6: I'm curious, honest question, honest question. I don't care what
- 28:32Speaker 6: you guys do, jeep people, but for the jeep people,
- 28:35Speaker 6: where did this duck thing come from? And why is
- 28:38Speaker 6: it associated with jeeps?
- 28:39Speaker 11: Right?
- 28:40Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, I read about it. Somebody just started it. Yeah,
- 28:46Speaker 3: like one person started it.
- 28:47Speaker 9: It was a girl and it's it's not long. Twenty
- 28:51Speaker 9: twenty left a rubber duck on a jeep some like
- 28:55Speaker 9: pandemic things like oh.
- 28:57Speaker 6: Yeah, because then also when you go on cruises, like
- 29:00Speaker 6: people hide little rubber ducks all over cruise.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Ships and that's everywhere.
- 29:02Speaker 6: Yeah, today is National Clean your Desk Day and it's
- 29:06Speaker 6: a make your dream come true?
- 29:08Speaker 8: Day?
- 29:09Speaker 5: Do it?
- 29:09Speaker 6: Yeah, there we go. I'm eight seven seven forty four wood.
- 29:12Speaker 6: I mean the sticker thing. I guess you're right. It's
- 29:14Speaker 6: kind of still different than what we remember. But I
- 29:17Speaker 6: feel like every cool brand, whenever you like whatever, is
- 29:21Speaker 6: considered like a cool brand. When you order something and
- 29:23Speaker 6: they ship you whatever, to say, it's a pair of headphones,
- 29:26Speaker 6: you know they'll ship you the headphones, and then your
- 29:28Speaker 6: receipt for your item, and then inside is inevitably like
- 29:32Speaker 6: a sticker sticker, like their branded logo for the company.
- 29:35Speaker 6: You're supposed to put that on your water bottle, on
- 29:37Speaker 6: your uh yeah, do that. But you don't really see
- 29:41Speaker 6: people putting those kind of stickers on cars anymore.
- 29:43Speaker 10: Not Stanley's. But what was the other big water bombing
- 29:46Speaker 10: they all put it? Well, I think it was, I
- 29:49Speaker 10: don't know. It's like hyper last stickers on.
- 29:52Speaker 6: The lid of your laptop. Yeah, eight seven seven Food
- 29:57Speaker 6: texts over to two two nine eighty seven more what
- 29:59Speaker 6: he shows next?
- 30:00Speaker 17: Hang on show and we are into another new hour
- 30:10Speaker 17: insensitivity training free, politically correct world.
- 30:14Speaker 6: Woodie, Greg Menace, Hi, Jina grad SeaBASS is here, you
- 30:19Speaker 6: got Sammy Morgan is here, and we got the phones
- 30:24Speaker 6: open eight seven seven forty four Wooding, you can hit
- 30:27Speaker 6: us up of the text send your text over to
- 30:29Speaker 6: two to nine eight seven. As we talked about at
- 30:32Speaker 6: the top of the show, one of the dumb holidays
- 30:35Speaker 6: today is poetry at work day.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 30:39Speaker 6: Now there was some confusion as to what exactly that meant,
- 30:41Speaker 6: but it really did mean there should be more actual
- 30:44Speaker 6: poetry in the workplace at the.
- 30:47Speaker 7: Oh yeah, that's what we need.
- 30:48Speaker 6: Ye huh, yeah, exactly. Well, I mean, Vaughn you you
- 30:53Speaker 6: do slam poetry.
- 30:54Speaker 18: You still do that, not that often, but I did
- 30:56Speaker 18: slam poetry for about ten years or so from out
- 30:59Speaker 18: of high school through college and grad.
- 31:02Speaker 3: School, and then kind of bowed out about five years
- 31:04Speaker 3: ago or so.
- 31:05Speaker 6: Nobody does that as like a career, right, Oh, they do,
- 31:08Speaker 6: they do. How do you make money? Is a slam poet?
- 31:13Speaker 5: There was a poet who won America's Got Talent a Million.
- 31:18Speaker 18: One of my friends, Brendan Leeka, beat some time and slam.
- 31:21Speaker 18: But a lot of the slams are cash prizes. Uh,
- 31:25Speaker 18: there are big slams that are like national regional that
- 31:27Speaker 18: are like five thousand dollars ten thousand, So you go
- 31:30Speaker 18: from city to city you can like get your own father.
- 31:33Speaker 3: That many contests that you can like survive.
- 31:35Speaker 6: There are people play carn Hoole professionally.
- 31:39Speaker 3: You can get sponsors on that though. Do you have
- 31:43Speaker 3: like there's a billions do you have like a NASCAR
- 31:46Speaker 3: jacket when you're doing I haven't seen that yet. You
- 31:50Speaker 3: get sponsored?
- 31:52Speaker 8: See. The problem is poets are a little too and moral, so.
- 31:54Speaker 10: They won't take like, yeah, blood money, bloody.
- 32:00Speaker 5: I'm trying, what is the main age demographic, Like, what's
- 32:03Speaker 5: the range that really loves it.
- 32:05Speaker 18: I would say a lot of high school like eighteen
- 32:09Speaker 18: to twenty five, it's like the big age range, but
- 32:11Speaker 18: it's been a lot older now though it's a lot
- 32:12Speaker 18: of thirty plus year olds are kind of running the
- 32:15Speaker 18: slam game.
- 32:16Speaker 6: The slam game, which I mean it sounds sexy, can
- 32:19Speaker 6: be sexy. Poetry can melt the panties off chicks, right,
- 32:23Speaker 6: So we figured, you know, poetry at work day and
- 32:25Speaker 6: we're trying to get dates for you know, dumbass Tyler
- 32:29Speaker 6: and for Menji which we're working on. We'll have a
- 32:31Speaker 6: little update for you cover it up a little bit
- 32:33Speaker 6: later in the show. But you know, Vaughan is also
- 32:36Speaker 6: a single man.
- 32:37Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 32:37Speaker 6: No, you've been on kind of like a you've been
- 32:39Speaker 6: in a kind of like a like a dry streak,
- 32:41Speaker 6: right somewhat. Yeah, someone someone has that.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Has that changed since the last time you had mentioned something?
- 32:46Speaker 8: No, it hasn't.
- 32:47Speaker 3: Oh my, somewhat, it's been it's been a long time.
- 32:52Speaker 8: It's been a few months.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Yeah, And I think that we don't put you in
- 32:55Speaker 3: the mix with those two because we feel like, you know,
- 32:58Speaker 3: we look at you have a lot of personality. Yeah,
- 33:03Speaker 3: you know, you're at events all the time, Like you
- 33:06Speaker 3: look at the guy and you're like, oh, he's he's
- 33:07Speaker 3: getting laid looking.
- 33:09Speaker 5: Yeah, he's ripped.
- 33:11Speaker 8: Yeah I used to be ripped.
- 33:12Speaker 3: I'm got to get back into my.
- 33:15Speaker 18: But but no, I'm I went through my entire horror
- 33:19Speaker 18: phase and all that. So I'm trying to be better now,
- 33:23Speaker 18: which is kind of an issue. So like when I
- 33:25Speaker 18: go out, I'm not like looking for the action at
- 33:27Speaker 18: the end of the night, like.
- 33:29Speaker 6: You tug it before you go out.
- 33:30Speaker 5: So you're not.
- 33:35Speaker 6: Right, that's one way to put it, I mean, how
- 33:37Speaker 6: do you control yourself just like tug it before you go.
- 33:41Speaker 7: Out wait for marriage.
- 33:43Speaker 6: It's not one of those like you're not having sex,
- 33:45Speaker 6: but you're doing other things.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Yeah for sure, absolutely.
- 33:48Speaker 6: So what so what like when you say dry streak,
- 33:50Speaker 6: you mean like actual intercourse or like have you received
- 33:53Speaker 6: the mouth party in the last handful of months?
- 33:56Speaker 8: That's handful of months.
- 33:57Speaker 6: Yeah, but what I'm saying like, does that count? So
- 34:00Speaker 6: when you say dry streak, that doesn't mean that means
- 34:02Speaker 6: nothing other than something you've done yourself. Nothing at all,
- 34:06Speaker 6: nothing at all. Okay, just a clarificy because you know,
- 34:09Speaker 6: there are like lots of a lot of questions now
- 34:11Speaker 6: because the virgin okay, well you know yeah, well the
- 34:17Speaker 6: biggest beef I.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Have that Younger people have kind of like changed the
- 34:21Speaker 3: meaning of is we hooked up? Because when I, you know,
- 34:25Speaker 3: was a younger man, when we said we hooked up,
- 34:28Speaker 3: that means we had sex.
- 34:29Speaker 6: I mean sex.
- 34:30Speaker 3: Nowadays are like, oh they just made out. Yeah, No, dude,
- 34:33Speaker 3: Like when you say you hooked up, you.
- 34:35Speaker 6: Like went all the way agreed, Yeah, I mean at
- 34:39Speaker 6: least oral, right, like cooking up, making.
- 34:43Speaker 7: It just making out?
- 34:44Speaker 3: Now, it means, but you know what I'm.
- 34:46Speaker 6: Saying, no, like just making like making out, making you
- 34:50Speaker 6: They'll say they hooked up just like made out like kissing.
- 34:54Speaker 6: Yeah what Yeah, I know that's even dumber than I
- 34:56Speaker 6: was thinking, bar right, because.
- 35:00Speaker 14: Such young kids started using the term that you haven't
- 35:03Speaker 14: even had sex yet, so you know, fourteen and be like,
- 35:06Speaker 14: oh yeah, I hooked up with them and that means
- 35:07Speaker 14: making out.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Yeah you just said making out. I mean that's what
- 35:11Speaker 3: we did.
- 35:12Speaker 7: French ing.
- 35:13Speaker 6: Yeah. I remember we had the conversation about the bases.
- 35:19Speaker 6: Oh yeah, right, first base, I'll get the second base,
- 35:21Speaker 6: third base, And that was very different from you know,
- 35:23Speaker 6: like when I grew up to now.
- 35:26Speaker 3: It's also very different thought.
- 35:28Speaker 10: First base was boobs.
- 35:31Speaker 6: First kissing, Oh yeah, first base was making like like
- 35:34Speaker 6: french kissing, okay, french ing okay, like yeah, like you know,
- 35:37Speaker 6: tongue in second base. Second base was boobs. Third base
- 35:41Speaker 6: was fingering. Yeah yeah right, and then yeah and then
- 35:46Speaker 6: then all the way like you know, like you hooked up.
- 35:48Speaker 6: That meant you know, what I'm saying is different than that.
- 35:53Speaker 6: You're a different generation X, You're millennial, right.
- 35:56Speaker 14: So I would say that kissing was first base, and
- 36:00Speaker 14: then second base is hands regardless of where they are,
- 36:03Speaker 14: and then third.
- 36:04Speaker 3: It could be down the panther and.
- 36:07Speaker 14: Then home because otherwise where is everything else going?
- 36:10Speaker 10: Yeah, where it is?
- 36:11Speaker 6: I mean it makes sense. This is not the way
- 36:13Speaker 6: it was. The rules were different.
- 36:15Speaker 10: Where did we didn't go on your bases the third.
- 36:18Speaker 6: We didn't have designated hitters in the National League at
- 36:20Speaker 6: that point, you know, I mean, like the pictures hit
- 36:23Speaker 6: things change, Yes, rules a different sense, because I think, yeah,
- 36:27Speaker 6: I agree with her. I agree that just wasn't the way.
- 36:29Speaker 3: We're more pure.
- 36:30Speaker 6: We're going to see how Vaughn does with his Uh
- 36:33Speaker 6: we're calling it poetry for slams instead of slam poetry
- 36:36Speaker 6: because this is gonna like, really this is his mating call. Yeah,
- 36:41Speaker 6: the flood gates. Indeed, there are gonna be some basements flooded.
- 36:45Speaker 6: Ready when when Vaughn turns on the charm coming up
- 36:49Speaker 6: next year on The Woody Show eight seven, seven forty four,
- 36:51Speaker 6: what he text us over to two to nine, eight seven.
- 36:54Speaker 6: We should have put Vaughn's profile up there too. We
- 36:56Speaker 6: had Benji's and we had dumbass Tyler's. Yeah, I mean
- 37:00Speaker 6: today it's not that you're you know, it's not from
- 37:03Speaker 6: a lack of options, like is it just from you
- 37:05Speaker 6: being more picky these days?
- 37:08Speaker 18: For sure, being more picky and also just like in
- 37:10Speaker 18: a very grind grinding mode.
- 37:12Speaker 8: You know, for years, no.
- 37:14Speaker 6: Real time for relationship, you're not necessarily even looking for
- 37:16Speaker 6: a relationships.
- 37:17Speaker 5: So maybe we don't put them out there, like, well.
- 37:18Speaker 10: Girls do be reaching out about Vaughn?
- 37:21Speaker 3: Oh they be reaching.
- 37:25Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, they want to break up a little
- 37:29Speaker 6: piece of that chocolate. Yeah, So Vaughn's poetry for slams.
- 37:34Speaker 6: Next on the Woody show.
- 37:35Speaker 5: Hanging.
- 37:39Speaker 6: The show, Oh love is in the air. I got
- 37:44Speaker 6: you the log into, right Morgan? For what do you
- 37:46Speaker 6: show email? Yes, I haven't Okay, so I have a
- 37:49Speaker 6: bunch that I'm gonna need you to uh. I marked Yeah,
- 37:52Speaker 6: I marked up a bunch of the emails that we're
- 37:54Speaker 6: coming in for dumbass Tyler and for yeah, yeah it's all.
- 38:00Speaker 6: I'll have you go for those and print those out
- 38:02Speaker 6: for it. But get a little update on how would
- 38:04Speaker 6: show love connections going?
- 38:06Speaker 5: All right?
- 38:06Speaker 6: And then Von's over here just living his best life. Man,
- 38:09Speaker 6: he's doing a lot of DJing and you don't really
- 38:12Speaker 6: do much slam poetry except for here on the show.
- 38:14Speaker 6: But this is poetry for slams and just kind of
- 38:16Speaker 6: like put themselves out there because you never know. I mean,
- 38:18Speaker 6: maybe this will be maybe this, maybe maybe this will
- 38:21Speaker 6: be what gets the attention of your soulmate.
- 38:23Speaker 10: Yeah, this is ringing the dinner bell.
- 38:26Speaker 6: Well, we'll see it.
- 38:26Speaker 4: I want to.
- 38:27Speaker 6: I want the ladies to uh on the show, ladies
- 38:29Speaker 6: to give me their their thoughts on this. So you know,
- 38:31Speaker 6: Gina Morgan, Sammy, Yeah, this is uh, this is just
- 38:35Speaker 6: what you would normally do, right. Is there music involved? Like,
- 38:38Speaker 6: because I've seen both, yes, but not for you the
- 38:41Speaker 6: way that you do it, not joining.
- 38:42Speaker 18: So slam poetry is no music, no props, no accompaniment.
- 38:46Speaker 18: There's normally a three minute time limit.
- 38:48Speaker 6: Because I guess if there was music, I then be rap, right.
- 38:50Speaker 18: Yeah, yeah, or just like a you know, a show.
- 38:52Speaker 18: More so you have like a poetry over music.
- 38:55Speaker 6: I think technically would fit under the headline of hip
- 38:58Speaker 6: hop or you know something, yeah, more like a song
- 39:01Speaker 6: than it would poetry. Yeah, agreed, All right, So we're
- 39:05Speaker 6: not uh, we're not using any music. We are gonna
- 39:07Speaker 6: use music, we all because this is a oh is
- 39:11Speaker 6: that what we have here. Okay, Vonn's got some music
- 39:14Speaker 6: for Okay, hold on, let's.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Get all right already.
- 39:19Speaker 6: The shirts are coming off. Yeah, whoever wins, you're the
- 39:25Speaker 6: bit on your panties today, Morgan, that's.
- 39:30Speaker 5: Gonna be ripe.
- 39:36Speaker 6: We are the audience in the palm of your hand.
- 39:37Speaker 6: All right, let's do it. Vaughn's poetry for Slams.
- 39:41Speaker 18: Dear, beautifully gorgeous, hot pretty women who like poetry. This
- 39:47Speaker 18: is a p s A for you to love me.
- 39:52Speaker 18: Love me like the last bite of chocolate wedding cake, gluttonous,
- 39:57Speaker 18: a ceremony of its own. Indulge in the rich cocoa,
- 40:01Speaker 18: so silky, smooth, like my skin and arms toned from
- 40:06Speaker 18: years of keeping my life together. Will hold you ever
- 40:09Speaker 18: so tight in the night. I pray that you have
- 40:14Speaker 18: the grip of a vice, just saying it would feel
- 40:18Speaker 18: pretty nice to be in the grasp of another. My
- 40:22Speaker 18: heart hasn't been held since the last line. Lover, So
- 40:25Speaker 18: let us fall like comets through the sky, plummeting into
- 40:28Speaker 18: a fiery passion of Phoenix and Icarus, resurrected in love.
- 40:32Speaker 18: Romance will be the life of my lady. Five three
- 40:36Speaker 18: or six seven. The world will lay at your feet.
- 40:39Speaker 18: And I may only be five eight, but we're always
- 40:42Speaker 18: the same height in the sheets. Baby, I am deep
- 40:46Speaker 18: and cunning. Some call me a linguist. Plus I got
- 40:51Speaker 18: a little stutter, so the tongue game is liquordy split.
- 40:54Speaker 18: I promise you I am practically perfect. Extra nerdice so
- 41:00Speaker 18: sell gains perfect collecting dragon balls for a wish, Just
- 41:05Speaker 18: in search of a woman with a sense of style,
- 41:09Speaker 18: my ride or die. A lady who lives life without limits.
- 41:13Speaker 18: A mother who will teach our children more about Santa
- 41:16Speaker 18: than glass ceilings. A wife to be the best thing
- 41:20Speaker 18: that ever happened to me. Yes, like a gladdyest Night song.
- 41:23Speaker 18: As long as you love me, music, movie, sports, my
- 41:28Speaker 18: lack of therapy, art, tequila, stupid joke, stupid stupidness, high
- 41:33Speaker 18: talks about the universe, ignorance, my broke self, the everlasting
- 41:37Speaker 18: smell of weed, and of course poetry. We will be
- 41:43Speaker 18: a match made to burn throughout eternity. My lady, beautifully gorgeous,
- 41:48Speaker 18: pretty and hot, hopefully from a very wealthy family, made
- 41:55Speaker 18: my voice find you and the love of our dreams
- 41:58Speaker 18: ring true PSHM for our first date. I might be late,
- 42:04Speaker 18: but don't be afraid to show some skin. I ain't
- 42:08Speaker 18: got much, so we're going Dutch. If you're down for
- 42:11Speaker 18: a vibe, hit my d ms.
- 42:14Speaker 7: Oh my god, my god.
- 42:17Speaker 13: Wow.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Now you've done some you've done some of this on
- 42:21Speaker 3: the show before. But that was cream was good.
- 42:26Speaker 6: Might not go out of the limb here. I'm wanna
- 42:28Speaker 6: be happy to everybody to say I think that was
- 42:29Speaker 6: your best.
- 42:30Speaker 3: Word was amazing ya.
- 42:37Speaker 6: Like what Yeah, Like, I gotta ask the question a
- 42:41Speaker 6: il all.
- 42:43Speaker 3: I can't write like that garbage, dude.
- 42:46Speaker 6: You gotta you gotta ask right, you gotta put that
- 42:48Speaker 6: after all, I will.
- 42:49Speaker 18: Say I did ask AI one thing, and that was
- 42:52Speaker 18: what does the first bite of wedding cake tastes like?
- 42:55Speaker 3: And it gave me a ceremony of its own.
- 42:57Speaker 5: It tastes like right, Greg at the start of it.
- 43:04Speaker 18: You haven't shout out the Instagram, Oh Vonda wizard v
- 43:07Speaker 18: O n d A w Izzie a r D von
- 43:10Speaker 18: du wizard.
- 43:11Speaker 7: Dude, that was so good Instagram.
- 43:13Speaker 5: I liked it because I understood all of it. Sometimes
- 43:17Speaker 5: in slam poetry, I think.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Wait, yeah, too much of a metaphor what do you yeah?
- 43:21Speaker 5: A little too deep? This was like straightforward. I like
- 43:23Speaker 5: the Icarus reference and from Morgan he points out same
- 43:28Speaker 5: height in the sheets.
- 43:31Speaker 6: Yeah, let's go to the ladies. I did ask and
- 43:33Speaker 6: one of the ladies opinion on this. This was, you know,
- 43:35Speaker 6: Von's poetry force slams he is not a gay person,
- 43:38Speaker 6: so he wants the opinion of the ladies. So let's
- 43:41Speaker 6: go around the room. We'll start with you, Gina Gren.
- 43:42Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean I was literally clutching my heart. I
- 43:46Speaker 10: loved it. And you know something, I really loved about it. Everybody.
- 43:50Speaker 10: You know, we're in the society of like you sell
- 43:53Speaker 10: yourself and you bring your best representative, but you had
- 43:55Speaker 10: some things that were like very imperfect, oh for sure,
- 43:59Speaker 10: and like we're going and Dutch and bubble like like
- 44:01Speaker 10: it was so three dimensional, it was so you. It
- 44:06Speaker 10: was so perfect and imperfect. It was awesome And I'm tingling,
- 44:11Speaker 10: all right.
- 44:12Speaker 6: Yeah, all right, So I did it for you?
- 44:13Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, all right. If you were in the market,
- 44:16Speaker 3: I would.
- 44:16Speaker 10: Be so sliding up in them dms.
- 44:19Speaker 3: All right, let's let's go to Morgan.
- 44:21Speaker 2: I love the part when you're like, I need a
- 44:22Speaker 2: woman for these arms to hold. It's been so long,
- 44:25Speaker 2: or you know, you said it more eloquently, But like,
- 44:28Speaker 2: how did I even explain like the panties. I know
- 44:30Speaker 2: you were joking before anymore, and just knowing you as
- 44:36Speaker 2: a person, you are so genuine and vulnerable and that's
- 44:40Speaker 2: what a girl wants, you know, you don't want the
- 44:42Speaker 2: fake stuff.
- 44:43Speaker 10: Yeah, exactly.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Wow, just that was beautiful honestly.
- 44:47Speaker 6: Now let's just say, like, you know, one of you
- 44:49Speaker 6: ladies was a loan in a room with him and
- 44:51Speaker 6: he had like read that because he wrote that for you?
- 44:53Speaker 6: Was that one of those like you you push him
- 44:55Speaker 6: up against the wall and start making out. You're seeing
- 44:57Speaker 6: movies you.
- 44:57Speaker 10: Hope he'll push you up against the wall.
- 45:00Speaker 6: So yeah, all right, Samy, what are you? What are
- 45:03Speaker 6: your thoughts?
- 45:03Speaker 14: I do agree with Gina that it was very I mean,
- 45:06Speaker 14: it was great and it was very Vaughn. And I
- 45:08Speaker 14: think that's what's great he because he mentioned dragon ball.
- 45:11Speaker 14: He loves dragon balla that and his weed, his sports
- 45:15Speaker 14: and things that he enjoyed. He is going to I think,
- 45:18Speaker 14: attract a girl who understands him, likes the same things.
- 45:22Speaker 14: I think he was very smart in the way that
- 45:23Speaker 14: he did it because it was very Vaughn and it
- 45:28Speaker 14: was done very well.
- 45:29Speaker 10: It was vulnerable.
- 45:30Speaker 3: You're like, this is my interests exactly.
- 45:33Speaker 6: You know what effect did have on you?
- 45:35Speaker 14: What affect did it have on me?
- 45:37Speaker 6: I mean, you know, people go to weddings and all
- 45:38Speaker 6: of a sudden they're like they're feeling all romantic. Have
- 45:41Speaker 6: that kind of effect that for me?
- 45:44Speaker 14: No, And I think it's mostly because No, but it
- 45:47Speaker 14: has nothing to do with Vaughan von died.
- 45:48Speaker 3: Great.
- 45:49Speaker 7: Everything was great.
- 45:50Speaker 14: I'm uncomfortable with words like.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Don't be nice to the right use a lot of
- 45:56Speaker 3: them industry. By the way, I totally understand.
- 46:04Speaker 14: Like when people are saying like nice things to you
- 46:07Speaker 14: where they like romantic, it makes me uncomfortable.
- 46:10Speaker 6: Yeah, just people saying nice things in general makes me
- 46:12Speaker 6: uncomfortable and right, it's weird. I can't explain that, but
- 46:16Speaker 6: I guess what I'm saying, I understand you. Yeah, I
- 46:18Speaker 6: don't understand you know why. You know, uh, some people
- 46:22Speaker 6: like me, Yeah, have that reaction.
- 46:24Speaker 10: It's a problem.
- 46:26Speaker 5: I relate.
- 46:27Speaker 6: I guess what I'm saying is I relate to what
- 46:28Speaker 6: you're saying.
- 46:29Speaker 5: All right.
- 46:30Speaker 10: The only thing that I hope you you ease up
- 46:32Speaker 10: on is when you said at the end, you hope
- 46:34Speaker 10: she's a rich family. It's okay, girls, you don't have
- 46:36Speaker 10: to be rich.
- 46:37Speaker 6: Just I wasn't kidding that.
- 46:44Speaker 3: That was really words like you don't have to be rich,
- 46:47Speaker 3: but we ain't getting married generation Yeah, exactly, build myself up.
- 46:55Speaker 16: All right.
- 46:56Speaker 6: Well, nice work, Vaughn.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Well yeah, thank you, thank you.
- 46:59Speaker 6: This on the text says I'm not gay, but I
- 47:01Speaker 6: mean boner. Vaughn had me at Dragonball wish sweet nice nice.
- 47:08Speaker 3: The ladies love drink, all.

- 47:38Speaker 6: On yesterday's show, Menace aka no Stra Dumbass laid down
- 47:43Speaker 6: his verdictions for twenty twenty six. Oh my god, we
- 47:48Speaker 6: recapped some of the some of the twenty twenty five predictions.
- 47:53Speaker 6: They're out of the ten to two came true.
- 47:57Speaker 3: Yeah, so we'll see how it turns out people always
- 47:59Speaker 3: get in their feelings when I toasted, like, yeah, people
- 48:02Speaker 3: will get angry. You don't know why, and a lot
- 48:06Speaker 3: of stuff has to be like, oh, people already know
- 48:08Speaker 3: about that. And I tried to explain. Maybe I didn't
- 48:11Speaker 3: do a good job of it, familiar hunt. Yeah, I try.
- 48:14Speaker 3: I try to, like, hey, you know, I'm talking about
- 48:18Speaker 3: the mainstream, like your mom and dad know about like
- 48:21Speaker 3: prediction markets, they know about stable coin because the people
- 48:25Speaker 3: are already like in the know with that stuff. They're like,
- 48:27Speaker 3: this is already a twenty twenty five thing. People know
- 48:29Speaker 3: what this is. I go the main where it hits
- 48:32Speaker 3: the mainstream. Yeah, but a lot of people don't get that,
- 48:36Speaker 3: and they get upset for some reason they should.
- 48:38Speaker 6: They get angry and everything is a conspiracy. That's that's
- 48:43Speaker 6: a big thing.
- 48:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:44Speaker 3: But if you want to see the full list at
- 48:45Speaker 3: the what show on Instagram?
- 48:46Speaker 6: What was the the conspiracy thing that you were talking about? Oh,
- 48:51Speaker 6: I mean, oh, Helen Keller.
- 48:52Speaker 14: Yes, it's been around for a minute, I guess, but
- 48:54Speaker 14: that Helen Keller was a fraud.
- 48:56Speaker 10: Have you guys seen I've seen yes later yes, Yeah.
- 49:00Speaker 10: The last couple of days and showing.
- 49:02Speaker 3: Right always it didn't make sense to be honest.
- 49:06Speaker 14: Well, here's the thing is that like it does, though
- 49:08Speaker 14: you do have to fact check it because it's a
- 49:09Speaker 14: bunch of like gen z ors I guess on TikTok,
- 49:11Speaker 14: who are like, this doesn't seem right, which is true.
- 49:14Speaker 3: But she was.
- 49:15Speaker 14: She became deaf and blind when she was nineteen months old,
- 49:18Speaker 14: and they're saying that her teacher is the person who
- 49:21Speaker 14: was like like she was faking it when she was around.
- 49:23Speaker 10: The teacher and Sullivan, Yeah, but she.
- 49:25Speaker 14: Met her when she was seven, so she already had
- 49:29Speaker 14: been diagnosis. But they were saying that like her there's
- 49:32Speaker 14: like hidden documents that her eyes would show like movement
- 49:36Speaker 14: and like she would react to sound, but only when
- 49:39Speaker 14: her teacher wasn't around. And that teacher person, Yeah.
- 49:42Speaker 6: So because I know, like my grandma was quote legally blind.
- 49:47Speaker 6: She could see, but it's like just through like peripheral yeah,
- 49:50Speaker 6: you know vision, and she had to like turn her
- 49:52Speaker 6: head a certain way to see, you know whatever, because
- 49:54Speaker 6: there was a macular degeneration some condition where like the
- 49:58Speaker 6: center was just kind of she couldn't see. So but
- 50:00Speaker 6: technically legally blind, so was Helen Keller legally blind or
- 50:04Speaker 6: legally deaf, she could hear or see certain things. Because
- 50:08Speaker 6: the part that I can't make any kind of sense
- 50:10Speaker 6: of is if somebody cannot see anything and cannot hear anything,
- 50:15Speaker 6: like a complete vacuum.
- 50:17Speaker 3: Really, that's the part saying I'm trying to say that
- 50:19Speaker 3: it never made sense. Not the conspiracy doesn't make sense.
- 50:23Speaker 6: How do you teach how to communicate speak? I mean,
- 50:25Speaker 6: I guess there's through touch.
- 50:27Speaker 14: They signed hand, right, they did sign language on her hand.
- 50:31Speaker 3: But what but how? But how how is the brain
- 50:33Speaker 3: able to understand anything?
- 50:36Speaker 6: Or as someone who does communicate, you know, if you've
- 50:40Speaker 6: just made up like you've never been able to see
- 50:42Speaker 6: or hear.
- 50:42Speaker 5: Right, how do you know that like three taps the
- 50:45Speaker 5: letter E?
- 50:45Speaker 14: Well, because there is the letter yeah exactly. They're like
- 50:51Speaker 14: having her hold water, drink water and then signing water
- 50:53Speaker 14: in her hand, so she knows that's what that is, okay.
- 50:56Speaker 6: Because that's a mask, you know, a schaer Yeah, blind
- 51:00Speaker 6: or nobody had that blond girlfriend because you know, thank
- 51:03Speaker 6: god his face. Yeah, and she was very sweet and
- 51:07Speaker 6: but she couldn't see he's like, you know, giving her
- 51:09Speaker 6: like a like something hot.
- 51:11Speaker 3: This is red.
- 51:13Speaker 14: Yeah, very sweet, but she can hear, so yeah, but
- 51:17Speaker 14: I mean for Helen Keller.
- 51:19Speaker 10: Though.
- 51:19Speaker 14: What they're saying is is that when the teacher was around,
- 51:23Speaker 14: though she acted like she couldn't hear or see anything,
- 51:25Speaker 14: there was no movement, there was no reaction to sound,
- 51:27Speaker 14: and this teacher was bringing her around the country where
- 51:31Speaker 14: she was doing appearances as this disabled person, where she
- 51:34Speaker 14: was making a bunch of money per appearance, and that
- 51:36Speaker 14: was going to the teacher. So they're saying that the writings,
- 51:38Speaker 14: everything that Helen Keller allegedly wrote and all this stuff
- 51:41Speaker 14: was actually the teacher and not her, and that the
- 51:44Speaker 14: whole disabled community really needed someone to like cheer behind
- 51:48Speaker 14: and go, you know, they can still do things and
- 51:50Speaker 14: look at the success that she is because it was
- 51:52Speaker 14: like an industry, if that makes sense.
- 51:56Speaker 10: How do they know what she could see or what
- 51:57Speaker 10: she couldn't see?
- 51:58Speaker 6: How they know what dogs can see?
- 52:00Speaker 10: These gen X conspiracy theorists, whereas this, no, they don't know.
- 52:03Speaker 14: They're just saying it doesn't make sense, the same way
- 52:05Speaker 14: that Menace is going like, yeah, it doesn't add up,
- 52:08Speaker 14: and the same way that like, I guess they say
- 52:10Speaker 14: that that Rosa Parks was a plant and that was
- 52:13Speaker 14: originally a different girl, but they wanted it to be
- 52:16Speaker 14: the appearance of well that was.
- 52:20Speaker 3: Well because the original girl she was pregnant and they
- 52:22Speaker 3: didn't want her to.
- 52:23Speaker 10: Be the yeah right, yeah, So they basically know that
- 52:26Speaker 10: that Rosa Parks wasn't alone, like it was part of
- 52:28Speaker 10: like the snick movement.
- 52:30Speaker 4: Right, And that's what they're saying.
- 52:31Speaker 14: Helen Keller was was basically almost like the spokesperson for
- 52:35Speaker 14: this like disabled movement and like saying that they can
- 52:39Speaker 14: still do things and getting like encouragement behind it. And
- 52:41Speaker 14: the whole thing was all based on Helen Keller and
- 52:45Speaker 14: that it was really just a fraud and because because
- 52:48Speaker 14: her writings and the things they're saying she did and
- 52:50Speaker 14: accomplished was not true and that she was alliterate she
- 52:53Speaker 14: didn't do those things.
- 52:54Speaker 6: Text going in the two two Nights Evans is I'm blind.
- 52:56Speaker 6: I still don't understand honestly, really how well or.
- 53:01Speaker 5: How about how about she became such a success, right,
- 53:05Speaker 5: and you can.
- 53:05Speaker 6: Really go down the rabbit hole and so much of
- 53:07Speaker 6: the stuff.
- 53:07Speaker 3: I mean, if that teacher went on yachts and stuff,
- 53:09Speaker 3: it all makes sense, you know. Ye, she's just like
- 53:15Speaker 3: bringing this girl around and then all the money. Hell yeah, yeah,
- 53:20Speaker 3: she was in Barbados. Right.
- 53:21Speaker 14: They're saying that of Helen Keller's writings matched her teachers
- 53:26Speaker 14: until the teacher died essentially, and then Helen Keller's writing
- 53:30Speaker 14: was like that of a five year old.
- 53:32Speaker 3: It didn't.
- 53:32Speaker 6: It was basically yes, like now, so go ahead, let
- 53:37Speaker 6: me hear blame it in the rain, Let's go has
- 53:40Speaker 6: nothing like yeah, singers.
- 53:42Speaker 3: But I am liking that we've gone back so far
- 53:45Speaker 3: because we're running out of stuff to dig up. We're
- 53:48Speaker 3: Elan Keller now, we get we get.
- 53:50Speaker 6: People with the conspiracy theories on this show that's true
- 53:53Speaker 6: about how we're just giving away stuff too or we
- 53:57Speaker 6: don't even really give anything away, or we're trying to
- 53:59Speaker 6: keep them from Like, dude, when it comes to prize,
- 54:02Speaker 6: for example, I don't care who wins this stuff. If
- 54:04Speaker 6: you're listening, great, you think I paid for it, You
- 54:07Speaker 6: think like anyway, you think in any way, shape or
- 54:09Speaker 6: form it it it like affects me one way or
- 54:11Speaker 6: the other. Who who individually wins something.
- 54:14Speaker 5: Or and that we even have that many friends or.
- 54:16Speaker 3: Just it just doesn't It doesn't make any It doesn't
- 54:18Speaker 3: make any sense.
- 54:19Speaker 6: But people are like they get angry, and you see
- 54:21Speaker 6: the text and people that will write in there, they're
- 54:24Speaker 6: legitimately angry at us, thinking that we're somehow out to
- 54:27Speaker 6: screw them out of a pair of contra tickets or
- 54:30Speaker 6: you know, whatever the hell we're giving away. We have
- 54:31Speaker 6: pretty good jobs. We're not going to risk it over
- 54:33Speaker 6: a blink one ay, two tickets. I think I think
- 54:37Speaker 6: the world has just made everybody paranoid. Social media and
- 54:40Speaker 6: all this because it just amplifies all that stuff.
- 54:43Speaker 7: Oh yeah, and you can look up anything.
- 54:46Speaker 3: Well.
- 54:46Speaker 5: Yeah, and then Helen Keller's teacher, she was at the
- 54:48Speaker 5: general store buying stuff like money didn't matter. So look
- 54:51Speaker 5: at that round.
- 54:56Speaker 3: Back in the day, you can get you could get
- 54:57Speaker 3: away with so much stuff.
- 54:58Speaker 6: Oh, here you go, guys. A fifty page report on
- 55:01Speaker 6: Helen Keller in the eighth grade. And this conspiracy theory
- 55:04Speaker 6: is complete. Trash Well wrote a fifty page paper in
- 55:08Speaker 6: the eighth grade. Ye settled. Yeah, and who knows? I mean,
- 55:13Speaker 6: you know, there was god what was his name, Robert
- 55:16Speaker 6: Wall remember roberta comedian actor r less Yeah, exactly. He
- 55:23Speaker 6: did a thing for HBO, which I think was fascinating
- 55:26Speaker 6: and a man. He went around to schools and he
- 55:31Speaker 6: was telling all these stories about how the real story
- 55:37Speaker 6: is never as good as the tales. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 55:42Speaker 6: So like just to like, you know, a Yankee doodle
- 55:44Speaker 6: went to town and riding on a pony, put a
- 55:46Speaker 6: feather in his hand, called it Macaroni, Like, well, where
- 55:48Speaker 6: does that come from? About how it was really like
- 55:51Speaker 6: a it was really a knock that it was a
- 55:53Speaker 6: song that was made up to knock him because Macaroni
- 55:57Speaker 6: was the Macaroni Club.
- 55:58Speaker 3: Which is basically the gay club.
- 56:00Speaker 6: Oh cool, right, yeah, so so like it wasn't like
- 56:04Speaker 6: this like you know or Paul Revere. There's different stories
- 56:07Speaker 6: about like you hear the story of the history version
- 56:11Speaker 6: of the story of whatever happened, but then the actual
- 56:14Speaker 6: thing is completely different.
- 56:18Speaker 3: As the position, assume the position.
- 56:21Speaker 6: Man, that was good. I don't know where you can
- 56:22Speaker 6: find it.
- 56:23Speaker 3: Where you can see it.
- 56:25Speaker 6: It was on HBO, but if you can find it
- 56:28Speaker 6: on YouTube, assume the position with Robert Wall w h H.
- 56:35Speaker 3: We had him on the show. We had we had
- 56:38Speaker 3: him on the you know what.
- 56:39Speaker 6: I might be able to find hopefully maybe I can
- 56:40Speaker 6: find a clip of that, because it just have him
- 56:44Speaker 6: explaining it was really neat. Yeah, the truth is never
- 56:48Speaker 6: as good as the story is, basically the bottom line.
- 56:51Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 56:51Speaker 3: Yeah, Well, our friend Charlotte Ma and the God he
- 56:53Speaker 3: clost this all the time. I listened to all this podcasts.
- 56:55Speaker 3: He always says the lie is more entertaining than the truth.
- 56:59Speaker 3: Oh yeah for sure.
- 57:00Speaker 5: Well for his day. People put pictures of Plymouth Rock
- 57:03Speaker 5: online and they get so mad. That's it, it's so small. Well, sorry,
- 57:07Speaker 5: that's Plymouth Rocks.
- 57:08Speaker 7: Sorry what did you think?
- 57:10Speaker 5: Do you want them to make it bigger? What are
- 57:12Speaker 5: you are you're complaining about?
- 57:13Speaker 4: Yeah, the Woody Show.
- 57:20Speaker 6: And we are into another new hour, I mean the
- 57:26Speaker 6: same pack of people. But yeah, we got a bunch
- 57:30Speaker 6: of new stuff for you this hour, Woody, Greg Menace, Yeah,
- 57:34Speaker 6: Junia Grant, Yeah, Seed Mances. Here we goin Sammy Morgan's here.
- 57:40Speaker 6: Phones open eight seven seven forty four. Woody, you can
- 57:45Speaker 6: hit us up with the text over to two two
- 57:46Speaker 6: nine eighty seven. I think I did find some audio
- 57:49Speaker 6: better than better than when you know, having like a
- 57:53Speaker 6: clip from the actual show. I found an old clip
- 57:57Speaker 6: of Robert Wall on this show from God we were
- 58:02Speaker 6: I'm going through the conversation we're talking about Barry Bonds
- 58:05Speaker 6: playing baseball and whether he gets into the Hall of
- 58:08Speaker 6: Fame eventually after he retires, and he was still playing baseball.
- 58:11Speaker 6: This is this got to be I don't even know
- 58:13Speaker 6: what year this would be. Oh my god, eight seven,
- 58:21Speaker 6: two thousand and seven.
- 58:22Speaker 3: So you say, Robert Wall who is that again?
- 58:25Speaker 6: He's a he's an actor and comedian. Look him up.
- 58:27Speaker 6: I'm sure you've seen.
- 58:28Speaker 5: His face before him.
- 58:29Speaker 7: He was on a bunch of stuff.
- 58:31Speaker 6: He was Yeah, he was at a bunch of stuff. He
- 58:33Speaker 6: was like Ari Gold before wasnizable. Okay, yeah, yeah, you've
- 58:38Speaker 6: seen this guy. And some people were saying that the
- 58:41Speaker 6: special assume the position. You can still find it on
- 58:44Speaker 6: on HBO Max or whatever the hell they're calling it
- 58:47Speaker 6: the HBO again. Yeah, yeah, but pretty cool. He was
- 58:50Speaker 6: in Good Morning Vietnam.
- 58:51Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's right.
- 58:52Speaker 6: Yeah, Adrian crow Now he was well Robin Williams was
- 58:56Speaker 6: Adrian crow Now or he was the other DJ on
- 58:59Speaker 6: the Armed Forces radio station. Yeah, yeah, he came on
- 59:04Speaker 6: before Adrian Cronell.
- 59:05Speaker 3: Yes, you loved him anyway. So that's uh.
- 59:08Speaker 6: Let me let me find a little bit on the
- 59:10Speaker 6: audio and it's cool again about how the the story,
- 59:15Speaker 6: that the truth is never as good as the story,
- 59:18Speaker 6: and and how how that plays into history things we've
- 59:22Speaker 6: always just kind of assumed about history. You're right about
- 59:25Speaker 6: Plymouth Rock, like you're saying about how you know people
- 59:28Speaker 6: post on and they get.
- 59:29Speaker 5: So Madol, it is as if anybody can change.
- 59:32Speaker 6: That, and what do you expect?
- 59:35Speaker 7: You were duped?
- 59:38Speaker 6: Yeah, it was just like kind of like it was
- 59:40Speaker 6: a thing that was there.
- 59:41Speaker 5: But I have seen that so often when people say, wow,
- 59:43Speaker 5: I came to Plymouth Rock and this is.
- 59:46Speaker 6: Sorry, Yeah, let me let me let me grab that
- 59:49Speaker 6: audio again. I saw like them four years old because
- 59:51Speaker 6: it's super super old. Voice changes over the years, I guess.
- 59:55Speaker 6: But Gina Grad's got the trending news headlines here for us.
- 59:57Speaker 3: First.
- 59:58Speaker 10: Yeah, well, the wildcard round of the n FELL Playoffs
- 1:00:00Speaker 10: is officially over after the Texans took out the Steelers
- 1:00:04Speaker 10: thirty to six. The Houston defense was as advertised, and
- 1:00:09Speaker 10: the game went exactly the way what he said it
- 1:00:11Speaker 10: would go.
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: Yeah, and this is why, like people are hit me
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: up and they're they're trying to talk smack. I'm not mad,
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: Like I'm not. I can't even be mad about it
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: because it went exactly how I thought it was gonna go. Yeah,
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: I knew they were going to lose. And I keep
- 1:00:24Speaker 6: looking at this as hey good, this is probably Mike
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: Tomlin's last game as the head coach of the Steelers,
- 1:00:32Speaker 6: which I appreciate all the things he's done, but it's
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: time for a change right Well now, I will say
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: if he returns his coach next year. I had this
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: conversation with a couple of other friends. I might have a
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: protest here, oh where I don't watch any games.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: But you're still a fan.
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: Of course, I'm still a fan.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: But do you have like a backup team that you
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: would watch?
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: No, I mean I'll watch. I pay attention to football anyway.
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: It's not like it's the only team. But yeah, I
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: mean that is my team. But you know I won't
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: I won't go to a game for sure. Well yeah,
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: and then out of protest, if Tomlin's back next.
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: Year, you're not gonna waste I'm considering.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: I haven't.
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: That's how I feel right now. It's like, dude, how
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: can you Yeah, how can somebody posted this? I was like, Wow,
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: that is absolutely the case. Time to check in and
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: how the Steelers have been performing? In the playoffs. So
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: you know last night thirty to six. Before that, they
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: got blown out twenty one to nothing by the Ravens.
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: Before that, they got blown out twenty one to nothing
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: by the Bills. Before that, thirty five to seven by
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: the Chiefs, twenty eight to nothing by the Browns, thirty
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: three to nine to the Patriots. I mean they get
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: they get creamed. They don't even show up close. So yeah,
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: got it. You got to expect more.
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: Do you see Aaron Rodgers playing another season?
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: If Tomain's back, he'll play.
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: I don't.
- 1:01:53Speaker 6: If Tom's not there, I don't think he comes back.
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: I really liked Aaron Rodgers answer to the question. One
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: of the reporters said, did you go to this game
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: thinking this might be my last game? And his answer was,
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: I look at every game as it could be my
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: last game. Is it his forties man? Exactly? So I
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: thought that was a decent.
- 1:02:08Speaker 10: Realistic Well as far as Houston goes, they move on
- 1:02:11Speaker 10: to the divisional round. They play the Patriots in Foxborough.
- 1:02:14Speaker 10: The rest of the schedule set to on Saturday, the
- 1:02:16Speaker 10: Bills and Broncos have the early game on CBS, then
- 1:02:19Speaker 10: the forty nine Ers and Seahawks on Fox. The Texans
- 1:02:22Speaker 10: and Patriots have the early slot Sunday on ABC, followed
- 1:02:25Speaker 10: by The Rams and Bears on NBC. And the guy
- 1:02:28Speaker 10: that rammed his truck into a Border Patrol vehicle in
- 1:02:31Speaker 10: Portland last week has been officially charged. Border Patrol agents
- 1:02:35Speaker 10: attempted to stop his truck while he was doing a
- 1:02:37Speaker 10: targeted enforcement operation, and that's when the man felt anxious,
- 1:02:41Speaker 10: he said, put his truck in reverse, hitting the agent's car.
- 1:02:43Speaker 10: He then allegedly drove forward and backward multiple times and
- 1:02:47Speaker 10: kept hitting the agent's car, and that's when the agent
- 1:02:50Speaker 10: opened fired and on the guy hitting him hit the passenger.
- 1:02:53Speaker 10: And when they were investigating this, the DOJ also found
- 1:02:56Speaker 10: that the man is here illegally and has admitted to
- 1:02:59Speaker 10: intentionally ramming the car. He's been charged with aggravated assault
- 1:03:03Speaker 10: of a federal officer with a deadly or dangerous weapon
- 1:03:06Speaker 10: and a bunch of other stuff. And the judge in
- 1:03:09Speaker 10: the Luigi Mangioni case, well, she's flipped her stance and
- 1:03:12Speaker 10: now she's decided there should be a hearing to decide
- 1:03:15Speaker 10: whether Mangioni's backpack was lawfully seized during the arrest or not.
- 1:03:19Speaker 10: So she'd been saying that a hearing was unnecessary, but
- 1:03:22Speaker 10: now all of a sudden considering it.
- 1:03:24Speaker 6: Oh look, I'm Paul fine, and this is all in
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: the name of false hope, right, anything that gives you
- 1:03:30Speaker 6: false hope on a little longer. Absolutely well.
- 1:03:33Speaker 10: The hearing will include testimony from local cops talking about
- 1:03:36Speaker 10: how they go about securing someone's personal property. Emangioni's defense
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: team has been trying to get this backpack and all
- 1:03:42Speaker 10: these items thrown out of the case since it started.
- 1:03:44Speaker 10: So they may have the break they're looking for, but
- 1:03:46Speaker 10: like you said, could be a lot of false home.
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: Let's say they get what they want and the backpack
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: portion of it is off the table. They still have
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: video of the murder, No, they don't have a.
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: Well, speaking of conspiracy, like the gun that did it? Yeah, okay, okay,
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: reasonable doubt.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: Yeah okay.
- 1:04:06Speaker 10: Well, Canadian police have finally arrested one of the masterminds
- 1:04:10Speaker 10: behind the biggest gold heist in country's history. The robbery
- 1:04:14Speaker 10: involved these thieves stealing gold from an Air Canada cargo
- 1:04:17Speaker 10: flight and they got away with about sixty six hundred
- 1:04:20Speaker 10: gold bars. That's but by the way, that's worth like
- 1:04:22Speaker 10: fifteen million dollars. Damn. Investigators think it was an inside job,
- 1:04:26Speaker 10: say this person helped move the gold after it was stolen.
- 1:04:29Speaker 10: The gold's never been found, and cops think it's already
- 1:04:31Speaker 10: been melted down and sold off.
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: Of course, yeah, dude, gold and silver is up right now.
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: People are going a little crazy over it, and they're
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: going to like thrift shops and buying silver.
- 1:04:42Speaker 7: My neighbor just gave me a silver coin.
- 1:04:45Speaker 10: Put it on your pillow.
- 1:04:48Speaker 16: Well.
- 1:04:48Speaker 10: The fine people over at Mattel have announced that an
- 1:04:50Speaker 10: autistic barbie will be the newest member of their doll line.
- 1:04:54Speaker 10: This new barbie is supposed to celebrate diversity, and it
- 1:04:56Speaker 10: joins a collection of barbies with down syndrome and vitalago andlineness.
- 1:05:01Speaker 10: The new doll has slightly shifting eyes for autistic people
- 1:05:04Speaker 10: who like to avoid direct eye contact, articulated elbows and
- 1:05:08Speaker 10: wrists for stemming and hand flapping, noise canceling headphones, and
- 1:05:12Speaker 10: a tablet for communication. Mattel said they developed the doll
- 1:05:15Speaker 10: during an eighteen month partnership with Autistic Self Advocacy Network,
- 1:05:20Speaker 10: and that their goal is to create a barbie that
- 1:05:21Speaker 10: reflected some of the ways autistic people experience and process
- 1:05:25Speaker 10: the world around them.
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: Morgan and I are church laughing so hard right now,
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: and has it has nothing to do with people who
- 1:05:32Speaker 6: actually have it, just like it, like dude. Some of
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: our favorite videos to share back and forth with each
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: other are those ones like, Hey, what's what's the what's
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: the kid's name?
- 1:05:40Speaker 17: Who?
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: Like you just got hired as a train conductor And
- 1:05:43Speaker 6: then they show the news clips, Oh, the train.
- 1:05:48Speaker 10: Has ended up on the seventy second floor of the building.
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: The shifting eyes got Yeah.
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: I'm sitting here listening to the Genus Report and I
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: look over it. Morgan, she's dying now, I'm laughing.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: Okay, having never had do they have moving eyes?
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: What?
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: No?
- 1:06:04Speaker 10: Instead of it, instead of it looking straight ahead, it's
- 1:06:07Speaker 10: like looking like to middle distance, like off to the side.
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:06:11Speaker 10: And for the first time ever, and in just in
- 1:06:13Speaker 10: time for the thirtieth anniversary Menace Bort listen up, Pokemon
- 1:06:18Speaker 10: and Lego are teaming up. They say the new sets
- 1:06:20Speaker 10: are going to be released on Pokemon Day.
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: Anyone, Yeah, yeah, because they excited.
- 1:06:29Speaker 10: February twenty seventh, the first initial sets have been announced,
- 1:06:32Speaker 10: with the big one being the Pokemon Starter set that
- 1:06:35Speaker 10: features charzar Blastois and Venosaur, and that set is six
- 1:06:40Speaker 10: hundred and fifty dollars.
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: These people got money, man, these cards and stuff for.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: Pocket.
- 1:06:49Speaker 10: The medium size set has Pikachu and a poke ball
- 1:06:53Speaker 10: and uh, that's two thousand pieces. That's gonna be two
- 1:06:55Speaker 10: hundred bucks. And finally the little itty bitty small set
- 1:06:58Speaker 10: that's six hundred pieces. That's for e that's gonna be
- 1:07:01Speaker 10: about sixty bucks. And while fans are excited about this,
- 1:07:04Speaker 10: you know new legos, a lot of them, they're pissed
- 1:07:06Speaker 10: off because they're very, very expensive, because they say, if
- 1:07:10Speaker 10: scalpers get their hands on these and the prices are
- 1:07:12Speaker 10: just going to go high.
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: But of course they are. I was talking Aboard yesterday
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: about Pokemon, as we do, and he says that he
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: is predicting for twenty twenty six a cool off for Pokemon. Yeah,
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: the bubble's gonna burst. It's their thirtieth anniversary. They're gonna
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: go big this year.
- 1:07:29Speaker 6: And then I think the cards selling, the scalping everything,
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: it's the bubble's gonna pop now. I mean, it's on.
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: What happened with was the NBA cards that people were
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: freaking out about at Target. Remember Target got they took
- 1:07:41Speaker 6: all the cards and stuff. Oh yeah, oh yeah yeah,
- 1:07:44Speaker 6: but those over the NBA cards at that point, right.
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: Uh yeah, the NBA cards and the baseball cards.
- 1:07:49Speaker 12: Right.
- 1:07:50Speaker 6: And then it went to Pokemon and it's like it's
- 1:07:52Speaker 6: always something different, so of course you know ebbs and flows.
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: Yep, I mean Pokemon Land does open this year, though.
- 1:07:58Speaker 10: I am interested in. All right, that's what's going on.
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: So cool.
- 1:08:03Speaker 6: Barbie does this thing, the autism doll, right, okay, diversity inclusion,
- 1:08:07Speaker 6: awestup whatever, who cares? Right, great, it's a bar And
- 1:08:11Speaker 6: when I say who cares? I mean fine, But they
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: they have this report and like I wonder why, Like, okay,
- 1:08:20Speaker 6: isn't it more of like a celebration, right, It's more
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: like a celebration.
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: To have an autistic I'm thinking.
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: Because it's representation, right, I feel seen. Okay, So they
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: released this thing and the music that I was thinking,
- 1:08:34Speaker 6: it's so funny the music that they add to certain things. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:08:37Speaker 6: like listen to the music in this.
- 1:08:39Speaker 14: If they just spinner feels relatable. I myself carry around a.
- 1:08:42Speaker 6: Toy that just like dramatic. It's an autistic Barbie are.
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: One of the many toys I have in there. I
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: did approve her dress.
- 1:08:51Speaker 18: It has first and loose dresses makes her feel comfortable.
- 1:08:55Speaker 19: But what are these them?
- 1:08:58Speaker 7: You got headphones? Don't you?
- 1:09:00Speaker 14: Gaze is a little indirect because as people with autism
- 1:09:03Speaker 14: often struggle with eye contact.
- 1:09:05Speaker 12: I was looking at a Barbie and it makes me
- 1:09:07Speaker 12: feel really amazing and.
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: Proud seeing her play with it all. It gives me
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: a sense of peace.
- 1:09:14Speaker 6: Why.
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: Yeah, the music doesn't fit it all right.
- 1:09:17Speaker 10: It's it's like they're having a funeral for autistic Barbie
- 1:09:21Speaker 10: and shout out to Madison from Love.
- 1:09:22Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:09:22Speaker 10: We immediately Morgan, I picked up on that that's Madison.
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: Is that what that was?
- 1:09:27Speaker 10: Yeah, she's pretty much that was And that's great, that's
- 1:09:30Speaker 10: you know, fantastic. But then you have people with you know,
- 1:09:33Speaker 10: like I a friend with you know, severely autistic kid.
- 1:09:37Speaker 10: They're like, fine, great, but like, what about the services
- 1:09:40Speaker 10: that are you know, that I need for my kid?
- 1:09:42Speaker 10: Like a Barbie's not going to cure that? Like it's
- 1:09:44Speaker 10: it again, just seems very pandering to a lot of
- 1:09:46Speaker 10: people as well.
- 1:09:47Speaker 6: Yeah, there's a song that's being used on Instagram constantly
- 1:09:54Speaker 6: and it says when a guy who blah blah blah blah,
- 1:09:58Speaker 6: you marry him kind of thing, but they use the
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: same music clip and part. It starts with Billy Joel
- 1:10:03Speaker 6: and then it goes into I think it sounds like
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: Fleetwood Mac.
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: Oh yes.
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: You yeah, like the.
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: Freaking video since we're talking about putting music to stuffs.
- 1:10:21Speaker 5: Isn't that Silver Springs by Fleetwood Mag.
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: It starts, it starts with Billy Joel, ends with Fleetwood Mag.
- 1:10:27Speaker 10: I didn't realize it started with Billy Joel.
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: And the whole theme, well most of the themes for
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: these posts is like eight year old me didn't know
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: I'd be working in radio.
- 1:10:37Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, but what's videos?
- 1:10:42Speaker 6: What what's the It's it's on every hold on yeah, yeah, okay,
- 1:10:53Speaker 6: every every effing video. Please stop. I'm begging.
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: With the uh the year end recap.
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: I humbly ask everybody to please please set Yeah, I
- 1:11:07Speaker 6: mean using that.
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: Now you're watched, I will say.
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: Also, it's mega cringe.
- 1:11:12Speaker 14: Billy Joel has been doing shows with Stevie Nicks.
- 1:11:15Speaker 7: They've been doing shows.
- 1:11:16Speaker 14: Together, so I wonder if this is some sort of
- 1:11:18Speaker 14: them trying to get their music out there together.
- 1:11:20Speaker 7: Yeah, they've been Yeah.
- 1:11:21Speaker 6: I thought I thought Billy Joel was like sick and
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: not performing.
- 1:11:24Speaker 14: Well, yeah, but they were previously. I saw that together.
- 1:11:28Speaker 7: Yeah, they were doing shows.
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: Together too, But no, that that trending audio started at
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: the beginning of last year.
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: Yeah, well it's going strong.
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: It's on.
- 1:11:38Speaker 6: It's every Please I'm begging everybody.
- 1:11:41Speaker 5: Please, I'm you know.
- 1:11:42Speaker 10: Please can't take it anymore, Please.
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: Find find something else. We'll take a quick break.
- 1:11:48Speaker 6: I do have the the Robert Wall audio just to
- 1:11:50Speaker 6: wrap up that whole conversation that we were having earlier
- 1:11:53Speaker 6: in If you're just tuning in, I'll kind of give
- 1:11:55Speaker 6: you like a quick recap so you have some frame
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: of reference on it. But that's next year.
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: On the one show Hang Up What Her, we.
- 1:12:10Speaker 6: Had a conversation about a conspiracy theory about Helen Keller
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: and Sammy had watched something about that, and she was
- 1:12:20Speaker 6: talking about Menace was talking about all these different conspiracy people,
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: you know, on the reaction to his predictions for twenty
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: twenty six. People get into stuff about making predictions about
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: well that's because the government this, that or the other thing,
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: Like okay, well, just how there's a conspiracy theory for everything.
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: Kind of got into the you know, the Helen Keller
- 1:12:38Speaker 6: thing because Sammy had been talking about that off the
- 1:12:40Speaker 6: air and she's a big phony fraud about like Helen
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: Keller who was blind deaf is not really blind deaf fraud,
- 1:12:47Speaker 6: you know, this person that she had her teacher or whatever.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: So start talking about that and got into the bottom line,
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: which was the truth is always way less interesting.
- 1:12:59Speaker 5: Than the story, right.
- 1:13:01Speaker 20: Uh.
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: And it reminded me of this thing that I watched
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: years ago on HBO from Robert Wall who's an actor
- 1:13:08Speaker 6: and comedian. He was r lest on the show. He
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: was Ari Gold before Ri.
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: Gold pretty much.
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: Okay, so he played a sports agent. Yeah, and they
- 1:13:16Speaker 6: had like cameos from every major you know, sports athlete
- 1:13:20Speaker 6: or you know a sports figure at the time. And
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: that was a regular series on HBO. He's been in
- 1:13:25Speaker 6: a bunch of movies. You would know his face. Look
- 1:13:29Speaker 6: up Robert Wall w U h L. Anyway, he did
- 1:13:33Speaker 6: this this little one off special for HBO called Assume
- 1:13:37Speaker 6: the Position, and from what I understand based on the
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: text and stuff, you could get it on HBO.
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: Max or whatever again and whatever they're calling it.
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: That now I meant to look it up in the
- 1:13:47Speaker 6: break and see if it was if it would show
- 1:13:48Speaker 6: up on my app. But and I'll do that as
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: I play this. But it reminded me there was a
- 1:13:52Speaker 6: time that he came on the show and we were talking.
- 1:13:55Speaker 6: This is from two thousand and seven I got for
- 1:13:56Speaker 6: that had come out, and again to two thousand and seven.
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: It's crazy how different I sound different person. Yeah, it's
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: it's really weird. Before your nags drop, I guess so, yeah,
- 1:14:12Speaker 6: I guess so. But anyway, this is Robert Wall talking
- 1:14:16Speaker 6: about his assume, the position and the whole premise that
- 1:14:19Speaker 6: we're talking about here about how the truth is never
- 1:14:21Speaker 6: as interesting as the actual The truth is never as
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: interesting as the story.
- 1:14:25Speaker 8: Because yeah, history, I believe is pop culture that dealing
- 1:14:28Speaker 8: when the legend becomes fact. Whether it's Columbus saying that
- 1:14:31Speaker 8: he was going to tell Isabelle that the world was round,
- 1:14:33Speaker 8: I mean that never happened. That was a Washington irving.
- 1:14:35Speaker 8: He wrote a story that way, but it became part
- 1:14:37Speaker 8: of the pop culture because he's the guy back then
- 1:14:40Speaker 8: and just the same you know, the same thing happens
- 1:14:42Speaker 8: happening now. You know what happened recently. The legacy of
- 1:14:46Speaker 8: Jay go Hoover now is that you know this guy
- 1:14:49Speaker 8: who was not a great guy by any stretching the
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: imagination probably, but this whole story about him in address
- 1:14:53Speaker 8: and him being gay, there's not one corroborating piece. One
- 1:14:57Speaker 8: person came forward and said something, what a grudge against
- 1:15:00Speaker 8: the guy, Not that there wasn't, but there's not been
- 1:15:03Speaker 8: one piece of corroborative evidence ever.
- 1:15:05Speaker 6: But you're the guy who saw the rumor because you're
- 1:15:06Speaker 6: a pist at him. You're stoked.
- 1:15:08Speaker 8: That's right. He's going to go down in history is
- 1:15:09Speaker 8: being this you know, flamboyant, you know guy walking around
- 1:15:12Speaker 8: with dresses and the whole thing. Well, which is okay
- 1:15:14Speaker 8: because he just almost deserves it because of a horrible
- 1:15:17Speaker 8: human being. It is, but it has no basic in fact,
- 1:15:20Speaker 8: the basis of it.
- 1:15:21Speaker 6: Can we can we do the the Yankee doodle dandy things?
- 1:15:23Speaker 8: Well it's a hard one to do because you tell
- 1:15:25Speaker 8: me what you need on the put on the other
- 1:15:28Speaker 8: thing first. Now, this is something is America's apple pie.
- 1:15:34Speaker 8: You can go to any stadium, right, I don't care
- 1:15:36Speaker 8: what the score is. When this comes on, everybody gets
- 1:15:39Speaker 8: into it, right, everybody gets into this. We're all listen to.
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: Here we go. Everybody, the crowd gets together. We you
- 1:15:47Speaker 8: gotta your face, everybody's we get behind this gay It's
- 1:15:51Speaker 8: a rallying cry. It's a battle cry. Everybody we will
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: rocking with. And who are we following? Who are really following?
- 1:15:57Speaker 8: We're following Freddie Mercury, That's who we're following right now.
- 1:16:00Speaker 8: I guarantee you of the people in that stadium full
- 1:16:04Speaker 8: of testosterone wouldn't follow Freddie Mercury into the front door
- 1:16:07Speaker 8: of their own home, right And yet.
- 1:16:09Speaker 13: I get we're following now, we'll follow him to hell?
- 1:16:12Speaker 13: How come he's created a gay battle cry? Yet, I'll say,
- 1:16:17Speaker 13: I'll tell you assume your position of gay battle cries
- 1:16:19Speaker 13: or as American as apple pie, starting with a little
- 1:16:22Speaker 13: song that when Yankee Dudho went to town riding on
- 1:16:24Speaker 13: a pony.
- 1:16:25Speaker 8: Stuck a feather in his cap, called it macaroni. Now, yskoo,
- 1:16:28Speaker 8: three guys here, did you ever wonder why the hell
- 1:16:30Speaker 8: he called it macaroni? I know what it meant, right,
- 1:16:32Speaker 8: No one knows why he called it macaroni?
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: Okay, I'm just kind of silly right now.
- 1:16:36Speaker 8: In the early seventeen hundreds in England, which is this
- 1:16:38Speaker 8: song is a British import, just like many, there was
- 1:16:41Speaker 8: a very notorious club known as the Macaroni Club. The
- 1:16:43Speaker 8: Macaroni Club catered to young dandy, foppish feet young men
- 1:16:48Speaker 8: who would gather together to talk about the latest in fashion,
- 1:16:51Speaker 8: culture and cuisine. Basically, we are talking ee o queer
- 1:16:55Speaker 8: ei right, so right, so what happened is that the
- 1:16:58Speaker 8: upper class Bridge hated these guys. Right, and the word
- 1:17:02Speaker 8: yankee comes from the Dutch word yank, which means a rube,
- 1:17:05Speaker 8: a hic to hillbilly. So basically what the Bridge is
- 1:17:07Speaker 8: saying is, here comes this yankee into town, this rube,
- 1:17:09Speaker 8: this hicc, and he's probably gonna wide up at the
- 1:17:11Speaker 8: Macaroni Club, you know. So right now, the only thing
- 1:17:15Speaker 8: that the upper class Brits hated worse than the proofs
- 1:17:18Speaker 8: in London were the colonists in America who were costing
- 1:17:21Speaker 8: them money causing them trouble. So they decided to call
- 1:17:24Speaker 8: to assault the Americans. They called them all yankee doodles. Now,
- 1:17:27Speaker 8: we don't know anything about a Macaroni club, but we
- 1:17:29Speaker 8: knew a good tune when we heard one, right, So
- 1:17:32Speaker 8: we ran with it, but make the mistake. It's a
- 1:17:33Speaker 8: gay battle cry right, and gay battle cries are as
- 1:17:36Speaker 8: American as apple pie.
- 1:17:40Speaker 6: It's a really love and he goes into a bunch
- 1:17:43Speaker 6: of different stories. I did find it. It's on HBO

- 1:19:07Speaker 21: might be bad luck guys. Lakers couldn't buy a three
- 1:19:09Speaker 21: point shot last night. On the other hand, the Kings

- 1:19:15Speaker 21: one twelve. Luca had forty two in the loss. Lebron
- 1:19:18Speaker 21: had twenty two. Here is Lebron after the game.
- 1:19:21Speaker 16: I think we play solid, different defense, had a bunch
- 1:19:24Speaker 16: of threes, we didn't make many, but I thought we played.
- 1:19:27Speaker 16: We had our game plan, we execute our game plan.
- 1:19:29Speaker 16: Tonight was just one of those cases where you didn't
- 1:19:31Speaker 16: make shots.
- 1:19:32Speaker 21: Yeah, three point shooting has been bad, but it'll get
- 1:19:34Speaker 21: better once Austin Reeves and Rui come back.
- 1:19:36Speaker 3: Lakers and Hawks.
- 1:19:37Speaker 21: Tonight at Crypto dot Com Arena, Clippers beat the Hornets

- 1:19:53Speaker 8: Being from La.
- 1:19:54Speaker 16: You know him and Cove doing anything, winning multiple championships,
- 1:19:58Speaker 16: the most dominant big man in the history again.
- 1:20:00Speaker 5: You know, it's a true honor.
- 1:20:01Speaker 3: It's a testament's of the work that I'll put in.
- 1:20:03Speaker 21: Clippers welcome Washington tomorrow into a dome. NFL Playoffs Steelers
- 1:20:08Speaker 21: hung around until the fourth quarter, then the wheels fell off.

- 1:20:37Speaker 8: The Trojans need you, man. I'm Jeff G.
- 1:20:39Speaker 3: And that's your SoCal sports, Hi, Jeff G. The Woody
- 1:20:46Speaker 3: Show did they keep?
- 1:20:48Speaker 6: I mean, I understand it's a business story, but this
- 1:20:52Speaker 6: Paramount Warner Brothers Discovery bid Netflix like Meth and Mann.
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: Dude, who cares?
- 1:20:59Speaker 6: Like I guess you unless you're like intimately involved.
- 1:21:01Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, but it's it's it's interesting.
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: Yeah, I guess yeah if you have stock. Because I
- 1:21:09Speaker 6: was wondering, like, why why does this get so much play?
- 1:21:12Speaker 6: Why do you wonder about certain stories? Like when there's
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: something about a celebrity that's really that I get people
- 1:21:18Speaker 6: are drawing, But when you get to stuff like this,
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: I forget what it was a company that hit like
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: a certain valuation I go meet yeah yeah, or like
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: the weekend box office Okay, well you know what number
- 1:21:32Speaker 6: one is. But then they break down, well how much
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: money made domestically and internationally and what it's taken in
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: so far? It's something like do you have do you
- 1:21:40Speaker 6: have points on the movie?
- 1:21:42Speaker 3: Who can? But this is like old Hollywood versus New Hollywood.
- 1:21:45Speaker 3: Who's gonna win?
- 1:21:46Speaker 6: Paramount has now filed a lawsuit against Warner Brothers Discovery
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: for a lack of transparency when it comes to the
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: decision to favor Netflix. Bit So if you want to
- 1:21:53Speaker 6: read more about that, and it's all over, it's all,
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: it's all over, but you can read all about it now.
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: There are some dumb asses in the news. These are
- 1:22:00Speaker 6: more fun. And the American Airlines flight got delayed in
- 1:22:03Speaker 6: Miami because these two bitches who boarded the plane they
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: just took the first seats they saw in first class,
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: without having tickets for them. They just they just sat
- 1:22:12Speaker 6: down and claimed them. And so the flight attends you're like,
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: and they said, by all accounts, all the other people
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: around the flight politely, very politely asked them to move
- 1:22:20Speaker 6: because hey, these aren't your seats, and these bitches are like, nah,
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: I mean you could do.
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: That, and they just sat there and they made a scene.
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: So the cops, they were called cobs, dragged both these
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: bitches off the plane and the handcuffs. Now before they
- 1:22:31Speaker 6: got him in cuffs, and there's video, of course, one
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: of these horse does the splits on the way out
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: and she makes a comment about doing a little yoga
- 1:22:42Speaker 6: or she's high, and the flight ended up being delayed
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: for over an hour. Can you imagine, like, that's why
- 1:22:47Speaker 6: you're delayed split. Here's a little clip in that video.
- 1:22:53Speaker 3: Like.
- 1:23:02Speaker 6: That's she just dropped into a split. Idiot.
- 1:23:06Speaker 5: The only one is just crazy impressed by anybody who
- 1:23:08Speaker 5: can do the splits.
- 1:23:09Speaker 10: I am too wow. And the less you look like
- 1:23:12Speaker 10: you could do the splits and the more you do it,
- 1:23:14Speaker 10: oh my god, it's mind blowing.
- 1:23:18Speaker 6: He's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: He is a tool.
- 1:23:22Speaker 6: This guy DJ at college station in Massachusetts. He resigned
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: after he called for the assassination of Vice President jd Vance.
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: Oh yeah, you can't do that, you.
- 1:23:31Speaker 10: Guys, probably a problem.
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: How dumb are you so? The DJ said, quote, it's simple,
- 1:23:36Speaker 6: we killed jd Vance end quote. The school was alerted,
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: they contacted the local police, the FBI, the Secret Service.
- 1:23:42Speaker 6: Secret Service made a contact to you know, appointment a
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: little little, little, little little meeting with this kid, and
- 1:23:50Speaker 6: he has since stepped down from his position at the
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: college radio station. You know, I'm not sure what happens
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: from there. I was always man. You would hear about man.
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: You can't make any kind of comment about like a
- 1:24:02Speaker 6: threat against the president or yeah, you know, but I
- 1:24:04Speaker 6: remember being a kid. Yeah, because the Secret Service will
- 1:24:07Speaker 6: show up at your house and I thought you were
- 1:24:09Speaker 6: going to jail. I thought that's that. I had a
- 1:24:12Speaker 6: lot of thoughts.
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: When I was a kid.
- 1:24:13Speaker 6: I was convinced that if you touched a drug of
- 1:24:16Speaker 6: any kind, they say that, just say no. Campaign did
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: not work. Instead, it was such an ineffective program. It
- 1:24:21Speaker 6: worked on me, it really did. I was paranoid. I thought, man,
- 1:24:25Speaker 6: if you even did a little bit of cocaine, that
- 1:24:29Speaker 6: more than like how Greg says about flying, well, you
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: know there's like a ninety six percent chance.
- 1:24:34Speaker 5: Planes going down right exactly.
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: I thought for sure, like if you just did like
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: a little bump of the tinese bump of cocaine, there
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: was like a nine to ten chance that your heart
- 1:24:42Speaker 6: would stop right then and there.
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: And you just die.
- 1:24:44Speaker 10: Damn.
- 1:24:44Speaker 3: I just know I'll be addicted.
- 1:24:46Speaker 8: So that.
- 1:24:48Speaker 6: As I got older, I realized that was the danger.
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: Yeah, immediate addiction.
- 1:24:52Speaker 10: Movies of the week, and you were going to go
- 1:24:54Speaker 10: crazy and jump out the window and kill yourself.
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:24:56Speaker 6: But I always thought, like, man, you made a comment
- 1:24:57Speaker 6: like that, Oh you're done about killing the resident or
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: killing something that you were you were done.
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: It wasn't a politician, but I was working at a
- 1:25:04Speaker 3: station where a guy made like a similar threat about
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: another DJ instantly fired.
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: Yeah, or if he threw a penny off the Empire
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: State Building, you could kill somebody below.
- 1:25:13Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, anyway, what what a dumb ass idiot like
- 1:25:19Speaker 9: you still look?
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: I don't know if you you know, they paid a
- 1:25:23Speaker 6: visit to this person, I guess to see if it
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: was an actual threat or not, if there was anything
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: to it.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: The first thing you learn in the training videos, yeah,
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: don't do that to kill someone.
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: But dude, what like, how dumb? What are you doing?
- 1:25:34Speaker 6: And then another dumb ass in the news please In Vegas,
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: they got a call about someone trying to hot wire
- 1:25:39Speaker 6: a vehicle. However, this wasn't just any card something that
- 1:25:42Speaker 6: it was a bulldozer. Sweet, So the cops they arrived
- 1:25:45Speaker 6: in the scene. This guy was in the driver's seat.
- 1:25:47Speaker 6: He had got the engine running. They told him, hey, man,
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: shut the engine down, come down off the bulldozer. But
- 1:25:52Speaker 6: he told the officers that he was quote going to
- 1:25:54Speaker 6: kill them, and then he proceeded to try to run
- 1:25:57Speaker 6: one of the officers over and then he took out
- 1:25:59Speaker 6: two police SUVs with the bulldozer. That sounds fun, So
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: the cops they shot his ass. He was hit twice.
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: Unfortunately he survived. Greg He's facing a ton of different charges,
- 1:26:13Speaker 6: including attempted murder.
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: When you were a kid and you saw construction zones,
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: did you ever climb into the bulldozers after hours all
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: the time, tend to drive?
- 1:26:21Speaker 6: Yeah, I used to do that. But my son, when
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: he was little, he loved those trucks. I mean every
- 1:26:26Speaker 6: every boy at some point did stop. I won't see it,
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: he would say, I won't see it. Wait, you guys
- 1:26:31Speaker 6: would get in the Yeah, cray, they don't have doors,
- 1:26:36Speaker 6: they have the keys in them.
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: I'm scared of cocaine. But you're gonna go get in
- 1:26:39Speaker 7: the bulldoze.
- 1:26:40Speaker 6: No, we're not running it. He's just sitting in the sea.
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: Even just climbing into it seems turn on.
- 1:26:46Speaker 6: There's no key in it, it's not started. And he
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: just would sit in there. He would just sit in
- 1:26:49Speaker 6: the seat. He couldn't do anything. So why they left
- 1:26:51Speaker 6: it there on the den? It's like you just drive
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: off with it?
- 1:26:55Speaker 7: Seems illegal.
- 1:26:56Speaker 6: I we'll see you.
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: But it would be so fun to run over a
- 1:26:58Speaker 7: car with a bulldozer.
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: It would I think it'd be cool.
- 1:27:01Speaker 6: I keep saying I want to go to that place
- 1:27:03Speaker 6: in Vegas where you can drive excavators and bulldozers and
- 1:27:09Speaker 6: it's cool.
- 1:27:09Speaker 17: Man.
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: I forget time.
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: I know, I forget what the I forget what the
- 1:27:13Speaker 6: place is called.
- 1:27:14Speaker 14: I think it's called dig this and they let you
- 1:27:17Speaker 14: do it without a permit or license.
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: An Yeah, it's just this big open space and you
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: get just dig holes and move dirt around.
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:27:25Speaker 6: It's like what you used to do as a as
- 1:27:27Speaker 6: a little boy with your trucks and the dirt, except
- 1:27:30Speaker 6: to do it with the real legit stuff.
- 1:27:32Speaker 10: Let's do it.
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: It'd be hella cool.
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: Reminds me of when they were remodeling this office and
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: the first swing of the sledgehammer. Woody and I talked
- 1:27:40Speaker 5: the guys into letting us.
- 1:27:41Speaker 4: Do Yeah, breaking down the Woody show.
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: We sent Morgan out.
- 1:27:49Speaker 6: This is what she was talking about on her weekend
- 1:27:52Speaker 6: Cheer and Jeer, is that she drove an hour to
- 1:27:57Speaker 6: get to the place where this reptile convention was happening.
- 1:28:01Speaker 6: She was nice enough to agree to go down there
- 1:28:03Speaker 6: and do this, to talk to people at a reptile convention. Yeah,
- 1:28:08Speaker 6: a reptile show.
- 1:28:09Speaker 7: It was a time.
- 1:28:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: I went in with a little stinking thinking and assuming
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: the type of people and crowd. But I was pleasantly surprised.
- 1:28:17Speaker 6: So she gets there, realizes that she forgot her wallet.
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm about to get in line into paper parking
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: and then get a ticket, and I'm taking for my
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: wallet and I'm like, oh my god.
- 1:28:28Speaker 6: So then she turned around drove an hour back home
- 1:28:33Speaker 6: to get the wallet.
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: I had the thought of, like, should I text Woody
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: and say, hey, it's not going to work out? I
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: was like, no, I got a power through.
- 1:28:39Speaker 10: Wow.
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: I tell you, this is one of the things I
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: love about Morgan. I would I would have understood.
- 1:28:44Speaker 7: Really.
- 1:28:46Speaker 3: I would.
- 1:28:47Speaker 6: I would have that's because that that sucks.
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: Would I would?
- 1:28:50Speaker 9: I would have understood it is your schedule two hours
- 1:28:52Speaker 9: too tight? Because that's yeah, it sucks obviously, But it's
- 1:28:55Speaker 9: only two hours.
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: Okay, Seve basketball, it's my Sunday, only a few to
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: myself talking.
- 1:29:01Speaker 9: To guy who slept in a van in a parking
- 1:29:03Speaker 9: lot for an entire weekend, and that was your choice,
- 1:29:05Speaker 9: right exactly? So yeah, no, but my my, my confusion
- 1:29:08Speaker 9: with Sea Bass. He's very difficult to figure out when
- 1:29:10Speaker 9: it comes to the time thing, because a lot it's
- 1:29:12Speaker 9: about efficiency. And I always go back to the example
- 1:29:15Speaker 9: of it saves him time to throw change on the
- 1:29:19Speaker 9: ground as opposed to keep change in his pocket and.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: Take it home and put it in a jar and
- 1:29:23Speaker 3: then take it back out. And but two hours.
- 1:29:25Speaker 6: Yeah, it's two hours, right, so you're you're your time
- 1:29:29Speaker 6: thinking now, you know, I love you?
- 1:29:31Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I just like it was like I'm doing
- 1:29:35Speaker 3: something for my job. Like I would have never called
- 1:29:37Speaker 3: what I would just figure it out.
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: And that's why I didn't call him.
- 1:29:40Speaker 3: She did did the assignment.
- 1:29:41Speaker 6: We have a round, yeah, but we have a round
- 1:29:44Speaker 6: of Morgan's game Bush or Bear fun coming up.
- 1:29:47Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 1:29:47Speaker 7: So I spoke to some women at the Reptile Convention.
- 1:29:50Speaker 6: Nice ask a bunch of different questions than the last
- 1:29:52Speaker 6: question being are you bush or bear? And then we
- 1:29:55Speaker 6: have to try to guess if they're a busher. Now
- 1:29:57Speaker 6: again the like there's there can't be any at all,
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: no hair, no no like little landing strip no whatever, groomed,
- 1:30:06Speaker 6: even if it's groomed. As if there's hair, that's bush,
- 1:30:10Speaker 6: so that it doesn't mean necessarily full.
- 1:30:11Speaker 7: Bush, right, but any hair at all.
- 1:30:13Speaker 6: Any hair at all? Right, Yeah, So that's that's the game.
- 1:30:15Speaker 6: Bush of bear that that's coming up now before we
- 1:30:17Speaker 6: get to the game. Because it's not just It's not
- 1:30:21Speaker 6: just reptiles at this event.
- 1:30:24Speaker 7: No, it is not. And I did not realize are
- 1:30:26Speaker 7: they are.
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: They selling reptiles and stuff?
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: There, selling geckos, lizards, snakes. Dude, there was and this
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: place was huge. There was tons of stuff.
- 1:30:34Speaker 6: But you get look at they had They have Madagascar
- 1:30:39Speaker 6: hissing cockroach.
- 1:30:41Speaker 5: Me in a video, and I was not happy about that.
- 1:30:44Speaker 6: Oh you saw the video already.
- 1:30:45Speaker 7: No, not the cockroach one. You need to see the
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: one of me holding this cock I didn't want you
- 1:30:51Speaker 7: to drop your phone.
- 1:30:52Speaker 6: Yeah, you don't swear on this to you. Okay, So
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: here I'm gonna show. I'll explain, I'll explain the video.
- 1:30:58Speaker 6: Make sure we can hear. I really want to get
- 1:31:00Speaker 6: your reaction to this, so I'll show him the video.
- 1:31:03Speaker 6: So here is the guy handing uh Morgan this cockroach. Now,
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: I will tell everybody, this is by far the biggest
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: cockroach I think I've ever seen in my life, Bigger
- 1:31:17Speaker 6: than the ones we had. This thing is like the
- 1:31:20Speaker 6: size of a hamster. Oh geez, are you ready Greg?
- 1:31:24Speaker 6: Watch how brave she is? Hold on my god, that's big.
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: That's your hand.
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty.
- 1:31:41Speaker 5: Oh you can see just.
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: This spiky legs.
- 1:31:46Speaker 6: Look how big that sucker is an impressive cockroach?
- 1:31:51Speaker 9: But why just show a video and we can actually
- 1:31:53Speaker 9: outside the studio.
- 1:31:56Speaker 3: Because like right here, freaking.
- 1:31:59Speaker 6: Out if you're holding your hand out, Morgan, this this
- 1:32:02Speaker 6: thing takes up almost her entire palm.
- 1:32:04Speaker 7: That's huge and I don't have small baby hands.
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: Craig was it ticklish and heavy?
- 1:32:10Speaker 7: And yeah, I was heavy, and he's pretty chill like
- 1:32:12Speaker 7: I was.
- 1:32:13Speaker 6: He's got a box like a cardboard. It was, it was,
- 1:32:20Speaker 6: it was empty. He was kind of yeah, he kind
- 1:32:22Speaker 6: of like threw it toward Greg like he was gonna
- 1:32:24Speaker 6: dump dump something on him about.
- 1:32:26Speaker 5: Taking We don't know, you know, don't know.
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: They were only like three dollars, five dollars. That big
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: one was ten dollars.
- 1:32:37Speaker 7: That's so cheap.
- 1:32:38Speaker 10: Did you each get one?
- 1:32:39Speaker 7: Well, I got a gift, but we'll get there.
- 1:32:42Speaker 6: Do you have did they have?
- 1:32:43Speaker 3: I want to get a praying mantis because those are
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: actually kind of common.
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: Yeah, they had those sidewalk and they had the millipedes
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: like any bug you could think of.
- 1:32:54Speaker 5: I remember I saw a millipede in my bathroom and
- 1:32:56Speaker 5: I shifted it into the shower and washed it down.
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: The I actually bought over the break a praying mantis eggsack.
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: But why for fun?
- 1:33:07Speaker 9: For science?
- 1:33:07Speaker 3: Why does anybody get anything as a wife?
- 1:33:09Speaker 6: No, you guys never order one of those.
- 1:33:12Speaker 9: Come on, I've never got eggs I think unfortunately it
- 1:33:15Speaker 9: hatched while like I was out of town. So now
- 1:33:17Speaker 9: there's because you have to feed them, these little flies.
- 1:33:20Speaker 9: So I'd rather just buy one praying mantis, like semi
- 1:33:23Speaker 9: full grown.
- 1:33:25Speaker 3: In the studio.
- 1:33:25Speaker 6: That makes sense. I should have described the crowd for us,
- 1:33:29Speaker 6: like is it what we're expecting? Is it a stereotypical
- 1:33:32Speaker 6: Like these are the like you look at somebody go, yep,
- 1:33:34Speaker 6: they're going to the reptile show.
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: Like I found one pretty girl there and I don't
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: mean that lightly, like, but that's just the crowd, and
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: they're you know, bigger.
- 1:33:46Speaker 9: Wow.
- 1:33:48Speaker 7: I'm just being honest.
- 1:33:50Speaker 6: Morgan makes me.
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: Laugh, trying to be nice holiness.
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: Yes, a lot of tattoos, a lot of colored hair,
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: a lot of colored hair.
- 1:34:02Speaker 6: You know what she's doing, She's just sharing observations hundreds
- 1:34:04Speaker 6: of people.
- 1:34:06Speaker 7: Maybe my eyes are broken, who knows?
- 1:34:07Speaker 2: This is what I saw hundreds of people there, and
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: I was there like the last few hours of the
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: last day, and like.
- 1:34:12Speaker 10: Wiry hair, I'm kind of guessing, well.
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: We're sort of more natural looking, oh for sure, like
- 1:34:18Speaker 2: there was a musk in the air, a little yeah, yeah.
- 1:34:21Speaker 3: No, what's your theory on why people look like that
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: at these events?
- 1:34:27Speaker 7: Don't make me answer this. I don't think I have
- 1:34:30Speaker 7: a theory.
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: A lot of the people I talked to, they say
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: their reasons for having reptiles and cockroaches and stuff is
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: because they can't care for a dog or a cat,
- 1:34:39Speaker 2: so they live in apartments or they're busy.
- 1:34:41Speaker 6: And I'm gonna have a cockroaches, a pet.
- 1:34:45Speaker 7: Or a snake, Like about a bird.
- 1:34:46Speaker 2: These are easier to care for animals.
- 1:34:48Speaker 9: Here's why I think you're going with this, Morgan, is
- 1:34:51Speaker 9: dogs and cats, especially dogs or an outdoor pets. As
- 1:34:54Speaker 9: you're kind of hinting at reptiles, tarantulas, et cetera. Are
- 1:34:58Speaker 9: that's what you get your teenager that hey have in
- 1:35:00Speaker 9: the basement. Those are indoor, dark, dank sort of things
- 1:35:04Speaker 9: for that sort of person. A small part you're an
- 1:35:07Speaker 9: indoor dank person.
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: Dark dark and dank is a good way to describe
- 1:35:10Speaker 2: these people. Yeah, did you know before I forget they
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: served alcohol these things.
- 1:35:14Speaker 7: Wow, that was a surprise to me.
- 1:35:16Speaker 9: That's what they do, get hammered and then you buy
- 1:35:17Speaker 9: some lizard like they do it purse shopping, right man.
- 1:35:20Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean she's describing what she's, you know, seeing
- 1:35:23Speaker 6: at a reptile convention the same way we can make
- 1:35:26Speaker 6: an assumption about the crowd at like a cat convention. Right,
- 1:35:30Speaker 6: But then you go there and if that's what you observe,
- 1:35:32Speaker 6: then and it matches the stereotype that you were expecting. Well,
- 1:35:36Speaker 6: you know, maybe this is one of those examples where
- 1:35:38Speaker 6: the stereotypes are based on truth.
- 1:35:40Speaker 3: Yeah. It was weird because when I went to that
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: Barbie convention, like all the straight guys that I met,
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: it was I was shocked by that. How big were
- 1:35:49Speaker 3: the iguanas Because when I was in a cobo just recently,
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: people were just like throwing iguanas onto people photo. Yeah,
- 1:35:57Speaker 3: so like if you're walking around like the Marinas stuff,
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: like they want you to take photos with you and
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: they're like get money from you. Yeah, they just like
- 1:36:05Speaker 3: throw it onto your shoulders.
- 1:36:06Speaker 6: The biggest you go to some cities they hand out mixtapes. Yeah,
- 1:36:10Speaker 6: you go to Cobba man, they're.
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: Throwing you I didn't see and you've go on as
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: that size. They did have like huge tortoises.
- 1:36:16Speaker 5: Though, what those go for?
- 1:36:18Speaker 7: Oh you know, I didn't ask and they lived for
- 1:36:20Speaker 7: like eighty years.
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I mean they.
- 1:36:22Speaker 7: Just sit there.
- 1:36:23Speaker 6: So why well, after you know the back and forth,
- 1:36:25Speaker 6: we're going to get the wallet and everything else. You know,
- 1:36:28Speaker 6: she was determined to have this round of Morgan's Bush
- 1:36:32Speaker 6: or Bear.
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: You're gonna take it and you're gonna like it, which is.
- 1:36:35Speaker 6: Which is what we're gonna play next here on The
- 1:36:36Speaker 6: Woody Show.
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: If you hang out Atologieslogy Man, it's seasonology show.
- 1:36:47Speaker 8: The wood.
- 1:36:50Speaker 6: Had time to play Morgan's Bush or Bear. So Morgan
- 1:36:55Speaker 6: went to the reptile convention that we were discussing before
- 1:36:57Speaker 6: the break, and she found some volunteers who would come
- 1:37:01Speaker 6: and answer some questions, and then based on those answers,
- 1:37:05Speaker 6: the last question is are you bush or bear? That's it.
- 1:37:10Speaker 6: We have to try to guess based on what we
- 1:37:12Speaker 6: already heard. Just try to, you know, judge a book
- 1:37:14Speaker 6: by its cover. So we can't even we can't even
- 1:37:16Speaker 6: see these people.
- 1:37:16Speaker 20: We can only just go.
- 1:37:17Speaker 6: By what we're hearing. You guys can play along. There's
- 1:37:19Speaker 6: no prize or anything. It's just it's just for fundsies.
- 1:37:21Speaker 6: Bush or Bear now again for the sake of the game.
- 1:37:25Speaker 6: Bush is any kind of hair at all, could be groomed,
- 1:37:28Speaker 6: could be styled into a you know, a shape or
- 1:37:30Speaker 6: a pattern, landing, yeah, stencil, landing strip kind of thing.
- 1:37:34Speaker 6: And then Bear, of course is what it is, hardwood floors.
- 1:37:36Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:37:37Speaker 6: So Bush or Bear? Who's the first person?
- 1:37:38Speaker 7: This first lady is Nicole Nicole?
- 1:37:42Speaker 6: All right, So here we go at the reptile Convention,
- 1:37:44Speaker 6: Bush or Bear?
- 1:37:45Speaker 7: Nicole? What did you buy today?
- 1:37:47Speaker 10: A lot?
- 1:37:48Speaker 7: A lot?
- 1:37:49Speaker 20: Somehow I got bundled in with three scorpions. So I
- 1:37:51Speaker 20: got the three scorpions, and then I got two other scorpions,
- 1:37:54Speaker 20: So that's five scorpions.
- 1:37:56Speaker 7: Do you already have scorpions at home? Yes? How many
- 1:38:00Speaker 7: think about this one? Five? So now you have ten?
- 1:38:03Speaker 8: Yes?
- 1:38:04Speaker 7: And I do live streams with them. So what else
- 1:38:06Speaker 7: did I get?
- 1:38:06Speaker 20: I just got two dart frogs, and then I got
- 1:38:10Speaker 20: two tarantelas.
- 1:38:11Speaker 7: Do you have any cockroaches at home?
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: A lot?
- 1:38:14Speaker 7: Do you have any.
- 1:38:14Speaker 2: Advice for someone that's scared of bugs when they really
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: shouldn't be exposure therapy observing them in a way that
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: they aren't so creepy.
- 1:38:22Speaker 20: So sometimes there's one of mine that looks like she's
- 1:38:24Speaker 20: got a little dirty face. It's a tarantula and she's
- 1:38:28Speaker 20: got little things, but it looks dirty, and like, Okay,
- 1:38:30Speaker 20: just look at it this way, and all're.
- 1:38:32Speaker 7: Gonna see a little buctique.
- 1:38:33Speaker 20: Find something that isn't so creepy in them, and then
- 1:38:36Speaker 20: you'll kind of come around.
- 1:38:37Speaker 7: What's your biggest fear personally?
- 1:38:39Speaker 20: You're gonna laugh fish on phobica Fish.
- 1:38:43Speaker 7: What's your favorite band?
- 1:38:44Speaker 20: They're all like Jusa of Japanese, uh Deer and.
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: Gray do you know them?
- 1:38:48Speaker 4: I've also got into like.
- 1:38:50Speaker 20: Hailung and all those kind of vikingsh bands.
- 1:38:53Speaker 7: But yeah, and then so what's your job like your
- 1:38:56Speaker 7: day job? Pet store? Are you single? Dating on dating apps?
- 1:39:01Speaker 8: No?
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: I don't have the patience.
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: And then one last question for you? Are you Bush
- 1:39:05Speaker 7: or Bear?
- 1:39:07Speaker 10: Why dark chogs are super cute? Look at these? Yeah,
- 1:39:13Speaker 10: they're like all colorful.
- 1:39:15Speaker 6: It's screaming Bush.
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: But I'm going Bear for some reason.
- 1:39:18Speaker 10: You know why I'm leaning towards Bear because she live
- 1:39:21Speaker 10: streams and something like that. Just I don't know it screams, but.
- 1:39:26Speaker 7: You don't know what these are going with her animals.
- 1:39:29Speaker 6: I know, but it's not like OnlyFans type of live streaming, right,
- 1:39:31Speaker 6: not cam girl type stuff.
- 1:39:33Speaker 7: I don't think.
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: So, Okay, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: So I'll say, well, y'all are thinking Greg, I got
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: you in the name of exposure therapy.
- 1:39:44Speaker 6: Okay, yeah, don't open the genie.
- 1:39:47Speaker 10: That's not your gifts and I'm handing it to Greg. Gee.
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: It's nothing alive. It's just something to help you get exposed.
- 1:39:59Speaker 6: She was not some to get your gift when money
- 1:40:02Speaker 6: on this paper and stopping vagina.
- 1:40:04Speaker 5: You know it's in there, right, Okay. It's some sort
- 1:40:11Speaker 5: of plastic ball in tissue paper. It has a Christmas
- 1:40:16Speaker 5: What is that?
- 1:40:18Speaker 7: It's a dead butterfly.
- 1:40:24Speaker 10: It looks a little snow.
- 1:40:26Speaker 5: It's a little snow globe with a dead butterfly in it.
- 1:40:31Speaker 7: Thank you so much because Christmas.
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: That's very.
- 1:40:36Speaker 3: Welcome.
- 1:40:37Speaker 5: I mean, that's incredibly sweet.
- 1:40:39Speaker 3: She thought of you.
- 1:40:40Speaker 10: That's pretty cool.
- 1:40:41Speaker 3: Parents of Panics. She had to sell the beild a botom.
- 1:40:45Speaker 3: Do you want these dead progmantis nymphs?
- 1:40:47Speaker 6: No, alright, I'm saying Bush. I'm also saying Bush, bear,
- 1:40:52Speaker 6: Bear menaces Bear, Morgan and Sammy.
- 1:40:55Speaker 14: I'm saying Bush because if she doesn't have the patience
- 1:40:57Speaker 14: for dating. Answer to date, Yeah you can't.
- 1:41:00Speaker 6: Guess you already know seas have? I got bear because
- 1:41:03Speaker 6: of the age. All right, Bush or Bear?
- 1:41:05Speaker 7: And then one last question for you, are you Bush
- 1:41:08Speaker 7: or Bear? Okay, that was not where I was going.
- 1:41:11Speaker 20: That was uh bush, very very eloquently graized.
- 1:41:18Speaker 7: It's just very very.
- 1:41:19Speaker 3: Eloquently eloquently in eloquent.
- 1:41:22Speaker 5: Nice.
- 1:41:23Speaker 3: Okay, so you're saying trimmed but not bear.
- 1:41:26Speaker 6: Yeah right, yeah, all right, Reptile Convention.
- 1:41:30Speaker 7: Our next lady is named Mikayla.
- 1:41:31Speaker 6: And Morgan's they're asking the lady some questions and then
- 1:41:35Speaker 6: we got to figure out Bush or Bear.
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: All Right, I'm here with Mikayla, MICHAELA. What are you
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: looking at here at the Reptile Convention?
- 1:41:41Speaker 7: I am looking for gargoyle ge goos? Do you have
- 1:41:43Speaker 7: get goos? Already? I have a crusted get go at home.
- 1:41:46Speaker 7: What's a crescent get go? They have really pretty eyelashes.
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: They're known for being jumpy and they're just they're they
- 1:41:52Speaker 1: got dumb little faces.
- 1:41:53Speaker 7: I love them. So what do you do for a living?
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: I'm a receptionist at pet groomers.
- 1:41:57Speaker 7: What's the craziest dream you've ever had?
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: My most recent crazy dream we were at like a
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: beach bar and somebody said something dumb and I just
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: started punching everybody and like knocking them out.
- 1:42:09Speaker 7: I don't know why. What's your biggest goal in life?
- 1:42:13Speaker 7: To be happy? I just want to be happy with
- 1:42:15Speaker 7: my animals. That's it. Are you single?
- 1:42:17Speaker 15: Married?
- 1:42:18Speaker 7: Dating? I am very single? Are you on the dating apps?
- 1:42:23Speaker 7: I just hop back on Tender and I'm regretting it.
- 1:42:26Speaker 7: Why are you regretting it?
- 1:42:27Speaker 18: Man?
- 1:42:28Speaker 7: Nobody wants something real on there.
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: They just want to touch you.
- 1:42:31Speaker 7: So in your bio and Tender, what does this say?
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: First thing it says is no hookups and no friends
- 1:42:36Speaker 1: with benefits, and then it says my eight kids need
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: a father, and then in parentheses it's four snakes, a gecko,
- 1:42:42Speaker 1: a cat, a bunny, and a dog.
- 1:42:44Speaker 2: The guy can be perfect, But what's something you just
- 1:42:45Speaker 2: absolutely know for you?
- 1:42:48Speaker 1: If I see them smoking weed in a picture, it
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: just turns me off. I'm not against it, but that
- 1:42:53Speaker 1: shouldn't be your whole personality down below?
- 1:42:56Speaker 7: Are you Bush or Bear?
- 1:43:00Speaker 17: Sorry?
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: Rick, she's anti weed, basically anti hookup, and so that
- 1:43:04Speaker 3: that's leading you which way?
- 1:43:05Speaker 6: Bear Bear?
- 1:43:06Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:43:07Speaker 10: I think I think her vibe, her sound her. I
- 1:43:09Speaker 10: just think she's out there looking even though she's discouraged.
- 1:43:12Speaker 5: She's Bear Bear, I'm going Bush. She seems to have
- 1:43:16Speaker 5: zero interest in that world. It's all about the animals.
- 1:43:19Speaker 6: So Bush I'm getting, I'm getting Bear vibes same. I mean,
- 1:43:25Speaker 6: could very easily be Bush with a lot of this stuff.
- 1:43:28Speaker 6: Like you know, Greg was just saying, I but no
- 1:43:31Speaker 6: interest in gun instinct, says Sammy Bear Bear, Sea Bass.
- 1:43:36Speaker 3: Her and her acrested get go? Are bushy? Oh?
- 1:43:40Speaker 5: All right?
- 1:43:41Speaker 6: This is that the reptalk mentioned Bush or Bear? Mikayla
- 1:43:44Speaker 6: down below?
- 1:43:44Speaker 7: Are you Bush or Bear?
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: You know what I keep myself like always five o'clock shadow,
- 1:43:52Speaker 1: because bald it's just itches, I get ingrowns, and then
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: full bush it's just there's too much hair. So I
- 1:43:59Speaker 1: give my the permanent five o'clock shadow.
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: Before you haven't heard five o'clock shadow. Not for you,
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: not for that, I mean just to me, that just
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: means stubble.
- 1:44:10Speaker 6: But yeah, are not stubble.
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: You know what I mean, like like a number like
- 1:44:13Speaker 3: a half on your.
- 1:44:15Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, like that would be it's just.
- 1:44:19Speaker 6: Long enough not to be itchy.
- 1:44:21Speaker 10: Yeah, you guys would know better.
- 1:44:23Speaker 6: Oh it's yeah, it's a it's a very specific length.
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: Yeah. After about a week, it actually starts to hurt.
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: It's weird, really facial hair. I think it's like after
- 1:44:31Speaker 5: a week.
- 1:44:32Speaker 6: Yeah, to me, has to get longer in order to
- 1:44:35Speaker 6: know for the Sometimes it can not hurt, but.
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: You know, it's not ing grounds. It's just it's almost
- 1:44:43Speaker 3: like it's.
- 1:44:44Speaker 6: Like too thick, too curious, too almost like too heavy
- 1:44:50Speaker 6: to where it's like pulling on the skin in a way.
- 1:44:53Speaker 6: I don't know how to describe uncomfortable. I would I
- 1:44:55Speaker 6: want to use.
- 1:44:55Speaker 3: It's not pain, it's not it doesn't hurt.
- 1:44:58Speaker 5: It actually just hurts touching it.
- 1:45:00Speaker 14: Brush it is it because it gets kind of brush it.
- 1:45:04Speaker 6: You can never get it madded.
- 1:45:05Speaker 3: I just you know, I don't know.
- 1:45:07Speaker 6: Yeah, no, but there is that you know where you
- 1:45:09Speaker 6: go from like just the five o'clock shadows double kind
- 1:45:12Speaker 6: of thing, and then there's that middle part where it's
- 1:45:15Speaker 6: itchy you're like, oh man, and then it grows out
- 1:45:18Speaker 6: just another day or two longer, and then you're fine,
- 1:45:21Speaker 6: and then you're in the clear.
- 1:45:23Speaker 7: Just power through.
- 1:45:23Speaker 6: Yeah, you're you're You're good. I mean I could see
- 1:45:25Speaker 6: where you wouldn't want you want to we was, you know,
- 1:45:27Speaker 6: scratching your mound all day?
- 1:45:29Speaker 8: Lady?
- 1:45:29Speaker 13: Like?
- 1:45:29Speaker 10: No?
- 1:45:31Speaker 5: I get all right?
- 1:45:31Speaker 15: One more for.
- 1:45:33Speaker 6: The reptile convention? Bush or bear? Who's this person's is Shira?
- 1:45:36Speaker 5: All right?
- 1:45:36Speaker 3: Here?
- 1:45:37Speaker 5: Shira?
- 1:45:37Speaker 7: Okay? So I'm here with Shira okay? And what are
- 1:45:40Speaker 7: you doing here?
- 1:45:41Speaker 19: I'm just getting supplies. I'm not getting any more reptiles.
- 1:45:44Speaker 7: I have enough. How many do you have at home?
- 1:45:46Speaker 7: I don't want to say more than ten or less
- 1:45:49Speaker 7: than ten.
- 1:45:50Speaker 19: Less than ten, But it depends on if you're counting
- 1:45:53Speaker 19: invertebrates or not, because if it's invertebrates, then I have
- 1:45:55Speaker 19: more than ten, like spiders, scorpions, things like that.
- 1:46:00Speaker 7: So are you single?
- 1:46:01Speaker 15: Married?
- 1:46:02Speaker 7: Dating?
- 1:46:03Speaker 4: Single?
- 1:46:04Speaker 7: So is that part of your you know spiel?
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: When you meet a guy's like, hey, I have all
- 1:46:08Speaker 2: these lizards and cockroaches.
- 1:46:10Speaker 19: Yes, So the biggest thing with guys is they usually
- 1:46:13Speaker 19: don't like snakes, and I have snakes, and I have
- 1:46:15Speaker 19: snake tattoos and stuff. So typically they're gonna be like,
- 1:46:18Speaker 19: oh my gosh, I'm terrified and I don't want to
- 1:46:21Speaker 19: come anywhere near your snakes, And I'm like, okay, that's fine.
- 1:46:23Speaker 10: It's like, wait, really, I didn't know that dudes are
- 1:46:26Speaker 10: afraid of snakes.
- 1:46:26Speaker 5: Like that news to me. I don't mean would, but.
- 1:46:33Speaker 7: Probably more scared of snakes than bugs.
- 1:46:36Speaker 10: I totally disagree. Really really yeah, I.
- 1:46:40Speaker 6: Don't think guys are afraid of either one except for Greg.
- 1:46:42Speaker 10: Greg's you know me personally, I much of the holder
- 1:46:46Speaker 10: snake than a bug. Really, Oh yeah.
- 1:46:50Speaker 7: Guard onto the next.
- 1:46:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:46:52Speaker 19: I used to definitely be afraid of spiders, hated them,
- 1:46:56Speaker 19: was terrified. Now I have multiple as pets and I
- 1:46:59Speaker 19: have a lot of respect for them. Usually most animals,
- 1:47:02Speaker 19: if you leave them alone, they leave you alone.
- 1:47:04Speaker 7: How many tattoos do you have? Too many to count?
- 1:47:06Speaker 7: And what's your dream job?
- 1:47:08Speaker 19: I love working with animals. I actually this year started
- 1:47:11Speaker 19: working at an animal shelter, so I get to help
- 1:47:14Speaker 19: animals every single day and help people do what's best
- 1:47:17Speaker 19: for their animals.
- 1:47:18Speaker 7: I think that's kind of like my dream job. What's
- 1:47:20Speaker 7: your favorite fast food joint? Probably in and out? And
- 1:47:23Speaker 7: then one last question? Are you bush or bear?
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: I love the bridge.
- 1:47:29Speaker 6: How many tattoos would you? I mean, just looking at her.
- 1:47:32Speaker 7: Oh, covered, I wouldn't have been able to I'm getting.
- 1:47:35Speaker 6: I think people have got a lot of tattoos. I
- 1:47:37Speaker 6: mean they they'll keep the skin clear so you can
- 1:47:40Speaker 6: really kind of see the tattoos.
- 1:47:42Speaker 10: It's a good point.
- 1:47:43Speaker 5: Yeah, and very in tune with her body.
- 1:47:46Speaker 10: She had a bushy voice to me though, she does
- 1:47:47Speaker 10: have a bushy voice.
- 1:47:48Speaker 6: That's true. I did think about here.
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm just going but from now on.
- 1:47:56Speaker 6: Said, unless they have alopecia, these are all bushes on
- 1:48:00Speaker 6: the on the text is the reptiles. All right, I'll say, uh,
- 1:48:07Speaker 6: I'll say.
- 1:48:07Speaker 3: Bear, bear, bush, bear up?
- 1:48:13Speaker 5: All right?
- 1:48:14Speaker 3: Sheer a butcher bear. Are you bush or bear?
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: Depends on how I'm feeling, so for the majority of
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: the time, I.
- 1:48:21Speaker 19: Mean when I was younger, I would say bear, Older,
- 1:48:23Speaker 19: I get bush.
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: Do you ever use stencils like I have a coworker
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: that she likes to stencil like a Christmas tree for
- 1:48:29Speaker 2: the holidays and like do funny stuff like that.
- 1:48:33Speaker 19: No, that's too much good for her, but that's too
- 1:48:35Speaker 19: much for me.
- 1:48:36Speaker 6: Yeah, it really takes a commitment. You got be like
- 1:48:39Speaker 6: really in the Christmas crafty like the missile to pretty.
- 1:48:44Speaker 7: She used to be Bear but now.
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: Older, now it's Bush.
- 1:48:49Speaker 7: So good job, guys. Thank you Hard.
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: Morgan.
- 1:48:53Speaker 6: Thank you for all the commitment.
- 1:48:55Speaker 7: Of course you enjoyed that butterfly.
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: Thank you so much driving back and forth the gifts

- 1:50:17Speaker 6: your parents? Yeah, okay, yeah, I didn't know if it was,
- 1:50:21Speaker 6: like Greg's all excited for I'm so his parents are
- 1:50:26Speaker 6: having their sixtieth anniversary.
- 1:50:30Speaker 10: That's amazing.
- 1:50:31Speaker 6: And do you think they still enjoy having sex with
- 1:50:33Speaker 6: each other? Like after sixty years, Greg.
- 1:50:35Speaker 5: They've only had sex twice right their entire life ever,
- 1:50:39Speaker 5: Oh god.
- 1:50:40Speaker 6: They've only had sex twice this morning.
- 1:50:43Speaker 5: Can you imagine?
- 1:50:44Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I can no.
- 1:50:46Speaker 5: So, like of all people, my mom said to me,
- 1:50:50Speaker 5: she said, you know what, we got our sixtieth coming up.
- 1:50:53Speaker 5: Let she said, hoop instead of whoop, let's hoop it up.
- 1:50:57Speaker 5: Let's hoop it up. So we are gonna go see them.
- 1:51:01Speaker 5: We booked a hotel for the entire weekend. Yeah, you know,
- 1:51:04Speaker 5: like rooms right near each other. Dinner plans were flying
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: in some friends of theirs to visit, and we're gonna
- 1:51:11Speaker 5: make an entire weekend out of it to hoop it
- 1:51:13Speaker 5: up for their sixtieth anniversary. And my mom said, I'm
- 1:51:16Speaker 5: so glad you're on board with that idea. And I said,
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: this sounds like something I would have proposed, and you
- 1:51:20Speaker 5: would have said, no, everything I proposed to them. Well,
- 1:51:24Speaker 5: let's just go out to dinn.
- 1:51:25Speaker 6: So what does that mean? So what are you gonna do.
- 1:51:27Speaker 6: You're staying at this hotel.
- 1:51:28Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, not much beyond that, but at least
- 1:51:31Speaker 5: we're flying in, getting this hotel, staying, making a whole
- 1:51:35Speaker 5: weekend out of it. This is my mom's favorite place,
- 1:51:38Speaker 5: right on in the ocean. And then and then the
- 1:51:41Speaker 5: rooms have fireplaces, and it's like and then we can
- 1:51:44Speaker 5: meet up in your room, and then you can meet
- 1:51:45Speaker 5: up in our room, and then we can go out
- 1:51:46Speaker 5: to dinner, and then afterwards we could have like, what
- 1:51:49Speaker 5: would it be called an after.
- 1:51:50Speaker 6: Party in our room.
- 1:51:51Speaker 5: And oh, and then in the morning we can meet
- 1:51:55Speaker 5: for Bloody Mary's at the bar, and then we can
- 1:51:57Speaker 5: go to the beach, and then we can figure out, Oh, let's.
- 1:51:59Speaker 3: Go to sushi. Let's do that. Yeah, that's cool. What
- 1:52:02Speaker 3: kind of drugs are we talking?
- 1:52:04Speaker 20: I know.
- 1:52:06Speaker 5: AFTERPA, and then I said, you know what, I don't
- 1:52:08Speaker 5: want to do it for one night, Let's do it
- 1:52:09Speaker 5: for two. Yeah, let's stay for two. Why not Normally
- 1:52:13Speaker 5: they would be like nope, uh uh one night, that's it. Yeah,
- 1:52:17Speaker 5: if they even agreed to school. So it's next middle
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: of sixty years, six years.
- 1:52:23Speaker 14: Do you think that your yoloing is now rubbing off.
- 1:52:26Speaker 7: On your parents?
- 1:52:27Speaker 5: Maybe?
- 1:52:28Speaker 14: Okay, maybe it might be the year of Yellow for
- 1:52:31Speaker 14: them as well.
- 1:52:31Speaker 3: See what's possible.
- 1:52:33Speaker 5: It's all working out.
- 1:52:34Speaker 6: My grandparents, your parents are still together, Yes, I know.
- 1:52:38Speaker 6: I just know very few people who their parents are.
- 1:52:42Speaker 3: Still with the birds like they're the original, like.
- 1:52:45Speaker 6: Your your biological mom and dad are still together.
- 1:52:48Speaker 3: I hardly know any It's pretty rare. It is sixty
- 1:52:52Speaker 3: years now.
- 1:52:52Speaker 5: Great.
- 1:52:53Speaker 3: I was like the hit of the family because I
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: put a video together for my grandparents' sixtieth I don't know,
- 1:52:59Speaker 3: like how much stuff you might have with existing footage
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: like photo just like photos, like I could do a slide.
- 1:53:06Speaker 5: I could do that, but I might have to enlist
- 1:53:08Speaker 5: your help. Okay, yeah, no, that could do that. I
- 1:53:10Speaker 5: phone basically do it for you now anyways, that's true,
- 1:53:13Speaker 5: make a slide show or whatever.
- 1:53:14Speaker 6: Greg's parents are the are the sweetest people. His mom's
- 1:53:18Speaker 6: great dad is hilarious. Yeah, they're not bad like I mean,
- 1:53:21Speaker 6: not like comedian. Find like like I enjoyed having a conversation.
- 1:53:25Speaker 6: He's just so like you know, direct and matter of
- 1:53:27Speaker 6: fact and you know, just uh kind, just I don't know.
- 1:53:32Speaker 6: It's his, it's his. It's his. It's his vibe and demeanor.
- 1:53:35Speaker 6: That's true. Like I find him entertaining. I enjoy to
- 1:53:40Speaker 6: give you an idea of my dad's vibe. Out of
- 1:53:42Speaker 6: the clear blue. Yesterday he texted me. To be is
- 1:53:47Speaker 6: oh sorry, to do is to be Nietzsche. To be

- 1:55:47Speaker 6: breakup rules. When my breakup rule for people, you get
- 1:55:51Speaker 6: a day to feel sad and sorry for yourself for
- 1:55:53Speaker 6: every year you were together, especially if they're the ones
- 1:55:55Speaker 6: who broke up with you, Like, why are you crying
- 1:55:57Speaker 6: and feeling so miserable for yourself over someone who's telling
- 1:56:00Speaker 6: you they don't want to be didn't want to have someone?
- 1:56:02Speaker 6: So if this person ghosted, you have some respect for

- 1:56:05Speaker 3: What, thank you, Right, you got freed.
- 1:56:07Speaker 5: You got to look at it differently, you do, and

- 1:56:11Speaker 6: There's another one I saw that said nobody says, oh, man,
- 1:56:14Speaker 6: you know what, I really wish I would have fired
- 1:56:16Speaker 6: that person later.
- 1:56:17Speaker 3: Yeah, oh you.
- 1:56:18Speaker 6: Know I should have done that soon or I was
- 1:56:21Speaker 6: watching some business podcast and this guy, I forget his name,
- 1:56:25Speaker 6: dorky looking guy, a little round like uh, look like
- 1:56:27Speaker 6: Einstein glasses.
- 1:56:28Speaker 5: Damn it.
