- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning, friends, Welcome to Wednesday. Thank you so much
- 0:05Speaker 2: for being here, starting your day with us. Rick, He's
- 0:07Speaker 2: got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain real Estate.
- 0:10Speaker 1: The Jonas brothers have a new podcast. Nick, Joe, and
- 0:13Speaker 1: Kevin launched their podcast Hey Jonas today in partnership with
- 0:17Speaker 1: iHeart Podcasts. There's already a little introductory episode up there.
- 0:21Speaker 1: I think it's like twelve minutes, but they explain why
- 0:25Speaker 1: they created a podcast. They joke around you very much,
- 0:27Speaker 1: see their brother like, uh, just relationship between all three
- 0:32Speaker 1: of them happening right there in front of you. This
- 0:34Speaker 1: podcast is going to give an inside look at their
- 0:36Speaker 1: journey in the industry, as well as some fun convos
- 0:39Speaker 1: with family and friends. What I think is the best
- 0:41Speaker 1: part is that fans are going to have the opportunity
- 0:44Speaker 1: to call in with questions.
- 0:45Speaker 3: That's cool.
- 0:46Speaker 1: So yeah, so you're gonna have an ability to talk
- 0:48Speaker 1: to them in a way that you've never done before.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Their actual official first episode launches today. Nashville is the
- 0:56Speaker 1: number three best city to be an introvert in according
- 1:00Speaker 1: to a new study. We're right behind Sydney and Melbourne
- 1:02Speaker 1: in Australia. They said introverts are looking for low decibel streets,
- 1:06Speaker 1: public parks, and population density that doesn't feel like a
- 1:10Speaker 1: permanent group. Hug. I love that explanation a permanent group, Hug,
- 1:15Speaker 1: And Nashville gives that vibe with an introvert Nightmare scale
- 1:18Speaker 1: of four, which is very low because it's out of
- 1:21Speaker 1: one hundred. The worst place in the world for an
- 1:24Speaker 1: introvert is Mumbai. They got a hundred on the Introvert
- 1:28Speaker 1: Nightmare scale, so very scary for anybody who wants to
- 1:31Speaker 1: just chill and be alone. You can't do it there.
- 1:35Speaker 1: But congrats to Nashville because your parks were the main
- 1:37Speaker 1: reason why you got such a big well, I guess
- 1:41Speaker 1: low score when it comes to the introvert Nightmare scale.
- 1:44Speaker 1: There's lots of areas for people to just hang out
- 1:46Speaker 1: and be outside at very cool Costco has added a
- 1:49Speaker 1: strawberry Shortcake Sunday to the food court menu. Zachary, you
- 1:53Speaker 1: gotta tell David about that. They had a limited time
- 1:59Speaker 1: Caramel and that's now not going to be around anymore.
- 2:03Speaker 1: They're replacing it with the strawberry Shortcake Sunday for only
- 2:06Speaker 1: two dollars and ninety nine cents. Okay, it's a Sunday
- 2:10Speaker 1: with strawberry flavored soft ser strawberry topping, and shortcake bites.
- 2:15Speaker 1: It sounds delightful. Zach's boyfriend loves a good sweet treat,
- 2:18Speaker 1: so I immediately thought of him. Because Zach also loves Costco,
- 2:21Speaker 1: So whenever you drag him there, you can treat him
- 2:24Speaker 1: to a strawberry shortcake Sunday.
- 2:25Speaker 3: They open at ten o'clock today. I'm ready.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:31Speaker 1: need to know.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Thank you very much, Ricky. Here's Bieber getting back into it.
- 2:34Speaker 3: We do have shabboozy tickets on the way.
- 2:36Speaker 2: We've got them all week for the first caller of
- 2:38Speaker 2: the day within ten minutes, they can be yours.
- 2:41Speaker 4: It's the river, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
- 2:46Speaker 1: On the river. I am stuffy today, guys. I don't
- 2:50Speaker 1: know everybody else is feeling, but I am unwealthy.
- 2:52Speaker 3: The allergies are out now we've got my right here.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Okay, so everybody is struggling. The allergies are out of control.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Rhianna and in Glasgow. You're in Kentucky. How is the
- 3:04Speaker 1: situation there? When it comes to allergies. Are you guys
- 3:06Speaker 1: just as bad as here?
- 3:07Speaker 5: You can literally see the pollen in there.
- 3:12Speaker 1: It's disgusting. Why why do we go through this?
- 3:17Speaker 3: Does it affect you as much? Deary? Are you hit hard?
- 3:20Speaker 4: No?
- 3:20Speaker 5: But my kids have been, so it's hit our whole household.
- 3:24Speaker 6: You could say.
- 3:25Speaker 1: It's so annoying, and I think that obviously everybody feels
- 3:29Speaker 1: this way. But it's getting worse and worse every year.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Like allergies used to be something where it's like, oh,
- 3:34Speaker 1: just got a little sniffle today, I got some allergies.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Now it's like I could barely function because I feel
- 3:39Speaker 1: like my brain is exploding inside my head.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Oh if I can't breathe.
- 3:43Speaker 6: I have an odd question for you. What's the last
- 3:45Speaker 6: dream that you remember?
- 3:47Speaker 1: Oh?
- 3:47Speaker 5: Boy, oh goodness, this was an odd one. I had
- 3:50Speaker 5: a dream that the other night, my husband and I
- 3:53Speaker 5: were trapped in a house and we.
- 3:55Speaker 7: Ended up downstairs in this basement and it was completely.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Flooded, and he took my head to duck me under
- 4:01Speaker 5: the water, to go under like this piece of wood.
- 4:04Speaker 5: And when we came up, we turned around and there's
- 4:07Speaker 5: this big figure there. Kind of reminded me of like Jason,
- 4:11Speaker 5: and he like flashes black. And then in the next
- 4:16Speaker 5: like scene or whatever of my dream, it's him with
- 4:19Speaker 5: us over his shoulder and he's got a knife and
- 4:22Speaker 5: he's about to attack other people.
- 4:24Speaker 1: And Zach was not expecting to have respect. We started saying,
- 4:32Speaker 1: dunked my head underwater. He got so scared.
- 4:38Speaker 7: It's like all my biggest fears welled than the ones.
- 4:40Speaker 2: I thought that was such a strange question from Zach.
- 4:42Speaker 3: But you were ready.
- 4:43Speaker 2: You had a very detailed story.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I never remember my dream.
- 4:49Speaker 5: So there we go.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Okay, Rann and you gotta google what that means because
- 4:53Speaker 1: it clearly means something. Oh, I know it's got too
- 4:57Speaker 1: And even though I don't know that I don't know
- 4:59Speaker 1: that it means something good. We do have good news
- 5:01Speaker 1: for you. You are ready the first color of the day.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So you got anyse Chaboozy tickets or September eighteen y awesome.
- 5:10Speaker 5: That's so exciting that my husband's anniversary is the nineteenth
- 5:13Speaker 5: of September, so that's perfect.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Great.
- 5:15Speaker 2: I hope you guys survive and make it till then
- 5:17Speaker 2: don't get murdered by.
- 5:19Speaker 5: Why really hard.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I'm still shaken by that, but thank you for waking
- 5:24Speaker 2: up with us, Thank you for calling.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Have a great day to day. Be careful.
- 5:27Speaker 5: Thank you you guys, as will hang on the I
- 5:30Speaker 5: love all right.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Kevin is in pure shock, Zach. I think immediately regretting
- 5:36Speaker 1: the question.
- 5:37Speaker 6: I just like immediately started thinking about it, like what
- 5:39Speaker 6: it could mean. I'm like, I feel like she has
- 5:41Speaker 6: a lot of stress in her life right now for
- 5:42Speaker 6: it to be like such a scary nightmare in her
- 5:44Speaker 6: trying to escape of a trapped house hopefully consciously.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, hopefully not. Hopefully all is well. We have
- 5:51Speaker 3: more least seconds tomorrow.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Zach is convinced that he has started his own own
- 6:00Speaker 2: dating app.
- 6:00Speaker 3: It's one oh seven five the River.
- 6:02Speaker 2: If you remember a couple of weeks ago, Zach told
- 6:04Speaker 2: us about the hot new place to meet singles. You're
- 6:07Speaker 2: in a relationship, Zach, Yeah, you're committed.
- 6:10Speaker 3: This was on accident though, like it just happened.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I'm really concerned, like all the way around, and I
- 6:15Speaker 1: know that's something new when it comes to you, but
- 6:17Speaker 1: I am really concerned.
- 6:18Speaker 6: It was literally just by accident, But I'm convinced I
- 6:21Speaker 6: started my own dating app.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Is it about the laundromat?
- 6:24Speaker 4: No?
- 6:24Speaker 2: Is it about sherless guys at the car wash? I
- 6:27Speaker 2: wish we're gonna.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Find out right after this song.
- 6:29Speaker 4: Zach's new dating app, Ricky is Zach and Mano in
- 6:33Speaker 4: the Morning on.
- 6:36Speaker 1: You're Single and You're looking for love? You found the
- 6:39Speaker 1: right place. It's Ricky, Zach and Manno in the Morning
- 6:41Speaker 1: on one of seven five the River. Zach is a
- 6:44Speaker 1: lover boy of the show. Apparently this is a new
- 6:47Speaker 1: thing that we've learned about him because although he is
- 6:49Speaker 1: in a relationship, he feels like he knows the perfect
- 6:52Speaker 1: place to find singles. He's now created a dating app
- 6:55Speaker 1: without even trying. We know about the perfect place to
- 6:58Speaker 1: find singles.
- 6:59Speaker 3: He believes that that's the laundromat.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Yes, now, tell us about this just dating app that
- 7:03Speaker 1: you randomly created it?
- 7:05Speaker 3: What can I say?
- 7:05Speaker 6: I'm a magical person. Sometimes I just like create love.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Okay. Sure. So the other day.
- 7:12Speaker 6: Somebody like dropped off a random package at my house
- 7:14Speaker 6: and it was not like to me. So I went
- 7:17Speaker 6: around my entire neighborhood and.
- 7:18Speaker 3: I was like, Hey, whose package is this? Whose packages this?
- 7:21Speaker 4: Like?
- 7:21Speaker 3: Where does it belong?
- 7:22Speaker 6: So I finally figured it out, and while I was
- 7:24Speaker 6: going around to everybody's house, I got everybody's phone number
- 7:27Speaker 6: on my street so that we could create a group
- 7:30Speaker 6: chat with everybody on the street, just to make it
- 7:32Speaker 6: easier for in the future. So I texted, yeah, just
- 7:37Speaker 6: in case you need anything or if you get the
- 7:38Speaker 6: wrong package. Yeah, safety reasons. There's so many reasons. Okay,
- 7:43Speaker 6: So I created the group chat, and so I texted
- 7:45Speaker 6: in the group chat, and we finally found out where
- 7:47Speaker 6: the package belonged. And then later in the group chat,
- 7:50Speaker 6: people were just like yapping back and forth about the street.
- 7:54Speaker 6: And then somebody goes, hey, you up, girl, and the
- 7:59Speaker 6: girl responds with always, And I was like, I think.
- 8:03Speaker 3: I just created like a match on my street.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I'm just gonna go ahead and say that that doesn't
- 8:07Speaker 1: sound like dating. We're just going to throw that out there.
- 8:14Speaker 3: They fall in love afterward, there's.
- 8:16Speaker 1: A possibility, a very small possibility, that they fall in love,
- 8:20Speaker 1: but that is absolutely not a dating app.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Well, I definitely created a baby.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Then there you go.
- 8:28Speaker 2: So let me ask you this, How is your app
- 8:30Speaker 2: different than like, you know, next door or any of those.
- 8:33Speaker 6: Okay, So this one is very specific because it's just
- 8:35Speaker 6: for my street, and you have their information already, you
- 8:38Speaker 6: know exactly where they live.
- 8:39Speaker 1: That's the scariest I have ever heard of in my life.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 8:45Speaker 6: I have everybody's like name saved and then with their
- 8:48Speaker 6: address next to just so I know which houses which,
- 8:50Speaker 6: like who is texting?
- 8:51Speaker 4: What?
- 8:52Speaker 1: If anybody tries to use this as an actual dating tool,
- 8:55Speaker 1: that is, you're gonna find them on dateline.
- 8:57Speaker 3: I mean that's a stalker's.
- 9:01Speaker 8: Like what it?
- 9:03Speaker 6: Or I will finally be a man of honor in
- 9:05Speaker 6: somebody's wedding. There's no way to know all the time.
- 9:10Speaker 6: Go to your wedding, Ricky, Maybe I'll can invite it
- 9:12Speaker 6: to my neighbor's wedding.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Why does it always come back to this, I'm just
- 9:15Speaker 1: some way it always goes.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Out for that.
- 9:17Speaker 6: Anyways, I think it's a brilliant idea. And so now
- 9:20Speaker 6: I have decided that I'm going to like print out
- 9:22Speaker 6: little stickers and put it on other people's doors, like
- 9:25Speaker 6: on different streets in my neighborhood, because right now it's
- 9:27Speaker 6: just my street.
- 9:28Speaker 3: What are these stickers gonna do. Well, they're gonna have
- 9:31Speaker 3: like my phone number and.
- 9:32Speaker 2: The group chat you're going to get arrested zeg I
- 9:35Speaker 2: don't I think you should pump you brace on this.
- 9:37Speaker 2: This doesn't sound like an app at all. This just
- 9:38Speaker 2: sounds like a bad idea.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Well, I just want to like have everybody communicate you
- 9:44Speaker 3: have good intentions.
- 9:46Speaker 6: Yeah, I'll give you intend for it to be a
- 9:48Speaker 6: dating app. They took it to the weird place, not me.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I just said, hey, you, they took it to a
- 9:54Speaker 3: weird place.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You're one uping then to the weirdest place possible.
- 10:00Speaker 2: If you want to opt into Zach's thing reach out,
- 10:03Speaker 2: we'll put you on the list so you don't. The
- 10:05Speaker 2: stickers are not a good idea, not a sorry buddy.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I shut the group chat down any one again on
- 10:14Speaker 1: your street.
- 10:15Speaker 3: I was really proud of this.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I'm sorry to ruin your day. Terrible idea.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Well, hopefully they had a fun night.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Hopefully hopefully. I hope the package getting delivered.
- 10:26Speaker 3: What you did, okay, the correct You accomplished a lot
- 10:28Speaker 3: of stuff. We're proud of you.
- 10:29Speaker 2: You three things you need to know morning just after
- 10:33Speaker 2: seven o'clock. Thank you for starting your day with us.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things? Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate, The.
- 10:39Speaker 1: NFL owners voted on whether or not Nashville would host
- 10:42Speaker 1: the super Bowl in twenty thirty. They decided yesterday the
- 10:46Speaker 1: National is the perfect fit. We are getting a super
- 10:50Speaker 1: Bowl in twenty thirty. Part of the reason they wanted
- 10:53Speaker 1: to build a new stadium was in hopes of securing
- 10:55Speaker 1: a super Bowl, and it seems like that has worked.
- 10:58Speaker 1: To celebrate, they're going to throw it a free community
- 11:01Speaker 1: party at First and Broadway. It starts at seven thirty
- 11:03Speaker 1: pm tonight with live performances, special appearances, and a drone show.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So if you want to get out and celebrate, tonight
- 11:10Speaker 1: is your night. This is obviously a huge deal for Nashville.
- 11:13Speaker 1: We want to continue talking about it at seven twenty
- 11:16Speaker 1: because there are a lot of people who have a
- 11:17Speaker 1: lot of feelings about it, so make sure you stick
- 11:20Speaker 1: around for that. Google is changing the search bar. They're
- 11:23Speaker 1: calling this the biggest change in over twenty five years.
- 11:27Speaker 1: So yesterday at their Google conference, the company explained that
- 11:31Speaker 1: the search results are now going to closely resemble AI chatbots. Instead,
- 11:36Speaker 1: the quote intelligent search box will allow you to ask
- 11:40Speaker 1: follow up questions and narrow down the responses. So this
- 11:43Speaker 1: means you're no longer going to get a list of
- 11:46Speaker 1: websites to sort through. Kind of scary.
- 11:49Speaker 3: You don't think it's ready, man, so.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Either I recommendations from Google sometimes, like most of the time,
- 11:55Speaker 2: they are pretty weird.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so little scary. Uh, there's a pot disability
- 12:00Speaker 1: that this is because they want to work on it more.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And this means that obviously people are going to be
- 12:04Speaker 1: forced to use it. You can right now turn off
- 12:07Speaker 1: the AI option in Google. I think that this is
- 12:10Speaker 1: something that you won't be able to turn off, so
- 12:12Speaker 1: more and more people are going to be using it.
- 12:14Speaker 3: I know a lot of.
- 12:14Speaker 1: People who are in AI spaces. They say the more
- 12:17Speaker 1: you use it, the better it learns. I don't know,
- 12:19Speaker 1: but it seems a little scary for me, especially for
- 12:22Speaker 1: anybody who's writing like a paper in college or high
- 12:25Speaker 1: school or middle school and you're googling things. It's going
- 12:27Speaker 1: to make it kind of easier but kind of harder
- 12:30Speaker 1: for you in the end. And Duncan is launching their
- 12:34Speaker 1: iced beverage buckets on Friday. Earlier this year, they started
- 12:37Speaker 1: testing forty eight ounce Duncan iced beverage buckets. People went nuts,
- 12:42Speaker 1: So now they're rolling it out nationwide starting Friday. Duncan
- 12:45Speaker 1: says that every store will have twenty five buckets at
- 12:47Speaker 1: twelve ninety nine each. You can fill them with iced
- 12:50Speaker 1: coffee or Duncan refreshers, and they are fully customizable.
- 12:55Speaker 3: It's just a whole.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Lot of coffee. You have a whole forty eight ounce
- 12:59Speaker 1: of coffee. Like I said, you could also do refreshers
- 13:02Speaker 1: if you're not really into ice coffee, but the idea
- 13:04Speaker 1: of that much ice coffee in anyone's system is frightening
- 13:07Speaker 1: Maricky Sanchez And those are the three things you need
- 13:09Speaker 1: to know.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Thank you, Rick.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Here's somber getting back into the music.
- 13:13Speaker 3: We have a fact on the way Zax facts. We
- 13:15Speaker 3: are learning lifelard learners around here. That's what we.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Are expanding our brains.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Next on the River class is in.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Session Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 13:28Speaker 4: On one oh seven five the River.
- 13:30Speaker 6: Did you guys know that peanut butter will actually help
- 13:32Speaker 6: remove like a sticky bond or adhesive, So like a
- 13:36Speaker 6: sticky label on the outside of something, you can use
- 13:39Speaker 6: peanut butter to get it off. Hmmm, I feel like that's.
- 13:41Speaker 1: A mess on top of a mess.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Well it should.
- 13:43Speaker 6: The natural oils in the peanut butter help penetrate and
- 13:46Speaker 6: break down the sticky bonds of the adhesive and then
- 13:48Speaker 6: you just use a paper towel and wipe it off.
- 13:50Speaker 3: I knew that you could.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Like, if you get gums stuck in your hair, you
- 13:52Speaker 2: use peanut butter to get it out. So it always
- 13:55Speaker 2: drives me crazy when they put like a like the
- 13:57Speaker 2: price tag, they stick it onto like a picture frame
- 13:59Speaker 2: or something like what are you doing?
- 14:01Speaker 6: Well, you can use peanut butter now because that'll get
- 14:03Speaker 6: rid of glue stick our residue, even chewing gum.
- 14:05Speaker 3: So you're correct, keV, there's your fact of the day.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Zach.
- 14:09Speaker 8: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on one
- 14:12Speaker 8: o seven five the River.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Oh, it's official. We're getting a Super Bowl. It's one
- 14:16Speaker 2: oh seven five the River. We found out yesterday. We
- 14:19Speaker 2: mentioned it a bit ago. Ricky brought it up in
- 14:21Speaker 2: three things you need to know and we need to
- 14:23Speaker 2: make some ground rules.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Yeah, what do we need the tourists to know? Because
- 14:27Speaker 1: it looks like we can get anywhere between one hundred
- 14:29Speaker 1: thousand and two hundred thousand visitors to the city. According
- 14:33Speaker 1: to estimates.
- 14:35Speaker 2: There's a lot a lot of people six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 14:39Speaker 2: one oh seven. Just let's assume that we're building a
- 14:41Speaker 2: list of rules. These will be chiseled in a stone.
- 14:44Speaker 2: What do all of the tourists need to know before
- 14:47Speaker 2: they come in? Vade Nashville six.
- 14:49Speaker 1: One five, seven, seven, nine, one O seven.
- 14:52Speaker 8: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 14:54Speaker 8: and Mano in the morning on one O seven five
- 14:57Speaker 8: the River super.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Bowl is coming to town twenty thirty. Nashville is getting
- 15:00Speaker 1: a super Bowl. It's one of seven five the River.
- 15:03Speaker 1: We want some rules. You want to lay down some
- 15:05Speaker 1: rules for the tourists because it looks like we can
- 15:07Speaker 1: get anywhere from one hundred thousand to two hundred thousand
- 15:09Speaker 1: people here visiting just for the Super Bowl Easton. What
- 15:14Speaker 1: do you think is a rule that the tourists need
- 15:16Speaker 1: to like, know and follow when they come to visit bartenders?
- 15:20Speaker 3: Bartenders, The parking.
- 15:24Speaker 5: Is very high in Nashville, Yeah, it is.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Well, the tourists usually won't have a car, you know,
- 15:31Speaker 2: unless they rent one. I guess, but maybe that's a
- 15:33Speaker 2: rule that's a that don't rent a car, don't make
- 15:35Speaker 2: the traffic worse.
- 15:36Speaker 6: Well, at the Super Bowler are always rich.
- 15:40Speaker 7: It does take a.
- 15:41Speaker 5: Lot of money.
- 15:41Speaker 3: You're right Eastern.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Can you remind us how old you are? Twelve? And
- 15:46Speaker 1: he already knows to tip your bartenders, so none of
- 15:49Speaker 1: you have an excuse.
- 15:50Speaker 5: Not to neighbor the bartender. My mom used to be
- 15:54Speaker 5: a bartender, so.
- 15:55Speaker 1: You know, I think that's smart. It's good that you
- 15:57Speaker 1: know already because there's a lot of people who are
- 15:58Speaker 1: older than you who go to bars and still don't
- 16:00Speaker 1: know to tip their bartenders. So reason you're right, thanks
- 16:03Speaker 1: for calling in this morning, Easton.
- 16:06Speaker 5: Bye.
- 16:06Speaker 2: So those rules, tap your bartenders and don't bother driving.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely don't bother driving.
- 16:12Speaker 6: No one here can drive to begin with, so you
- 16:14Speaker 6: don't want to add to the traffic.
- 16:16Speaker 3: I will say two things that I do want to add.
- 16:18Speaker 6: Is no local actually wears cowboy boots, Like you don't
- 16:22Speaker 6: have to wear a cowboy.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Boots because you're coming to Nashville, true, or a cowboy hat,
- 16:26Speaker 3: very true. That shows me that you're a tourist immediately.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Absolutely anything you want to add, Kevin, because I got
- 16:32Speaker 1: a few too, I'll go.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Since we're talking about you know, cars and ride share,
- 16:36Speaker 2: don't stomp on the dreams. Of our sweet uber drivers.
- 16:40Speaker 2: They're going to tell you how they almost made it
- 16:42Speaker 2: in music or whatever, the songwriter or whatever.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Their side hustle is. Just let them have it, Okay.
- 16:47Speaker 1: I like that. That idea, that's a good one. Mine
- 16:50Speaker 1: is to watch out for your friends. A lot of
- 16:52Speaker 1: people come here. Yeah, they do not watch out for
- 16:54Speaker 1: their friends. They're drinking. They think they can handle the
- 16:57Speaker 1: drinks on Broadway. But a shot on Broadway is about
- 17:00Speaker 1: three shots in real life. So you gotta be prepared
- 17:03Speaker 1: for that.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 17:06Speaker 2: If you have rules before hundreds of thousands invade Nashville
- 17:11Speaker 2: in twenty thirty, what are the rules?
- 17:13Speaker 8: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on what
- 17:17Speaker 8: seven five the River Ashley in Smyrna is on the
- 17:20Speaker 8: line right now, it's one oh seven five the river.
- 17:22Speaker 3: We are talking about the.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Super Bowl that will be heading to Nashville in twenty thirty,
- 17:26Speaker 2: and we're making some ground rules. What would you like
- 17:28Speaker 2: all of the tourists to know before they invade.
- 17:31Speaker 5: I would just say, like stay away from anywhere between
- 17:35Speaker 5: like the five to ten mile radius of like downtown.
- 17:38Speaker 7: Like anywhere like anywhere close to Broadway. I would say
- 17:41Speaker 7: just saying your hotels, don't don't plan.
- 17:43Speaker 3: On it's gonna be very hard.
- 17:45Speaker 5: There's already so many people that are down there that
- 17:49Speaker 5: if you're like regular tourists, yeah, it's gonna be packed,
- 17:53Speaker 5: like thirty down there. I'm in Tornta and I rarely
- 17:56Speaker 5: go downtown because of how packed it is, so I
- 17:58Speaker 5: can only imagine people flooding him from everywhere. It's probably
- 18:01Speaker 5: gonna make it ten time.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 18:03Speaker 6: I feel like that's probably a good idea for like
- 18:04Speaker 6: a hotel. It's gonna be a lot less expensive if
- 18:07Speaker 6: you get somewhere like outside of downtown.
- 18:09Speaker 1: It is not gonna be a lot less expensive during
- 18:11Speaker 1: the super Bowl.
- 18:12Speaker 7: Everywhere might be okay, you're still gonna pay.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Normal, like to say, anywhere, and I like where your
- 18:22Speaker 1: head is at.
- 18:22Speaker 2: But I don't think it's gonna happen. They're all going
- 18:25Speaker 2: to hit Broadway. I picture the bars on Broadway like
- 18:28Speaker 2: the emergency room in the pit, like just yeah.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Madness is calling in.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Every possible extra hand to help. It's gonna be It's
- 18:35Speaker 3: gonna be nuts, oh for sure.
- 18:37Speaker 1: It's probably gonna be like CMA, like time twenty Oh yeah,
- 18:40Speaker 1: but actually as locals, we agree with you. Just don't
- 18:43Speaker 1: go outside and stay.
- 18:46Speaker 7: Just pay on watching it from your hotel.
- 18:49Speaker 3: I would just say.
- 18:50Speaker 1: That, yes, I like it. I like where your heads out. Ashley.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Thank you for calling in this morning.
- 18:55Speaker 5: All right, thanks love.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Ricky.
- 18:57Speaker 2: This might be hard for you because you're in an apartment,
- 18:59Speaker 2: but Zack, would you rent out your.
- 19:00Speaker 3: House for the Super Bowl?
- 19:02Speaker 6: I think I might actually do it because I could
- 19:04Speaker 6: charge so much money and then just like go on
- 19:06Speaker 6: a vacation.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Yeah, like they would pay for my vacation. You're and more. Yeah,
- 19:10Speaker 3: you're not wrong. Post Malone tickets. Win them next with
- 19:13Speaker 3: the Game of the Day. Thanks for being a part
- 19:16Speaker 3: of our morning, Ricky, Zach.
- 19:17Speaker 4: And Mano in the Morning.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Are playing topical trivia for Kevin Manno's Game of the
- 19:22Speaker 1: Day on one O seven five the River for tickets
- 19:25Speaker 1: to see Post Malone at Nissan Stadium on June thirtieth.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Clay in Bellevue is in the car on the line
- 19:31Speaker 2: right now, High.
- 19:32Speaker 5: Clay, good morning, good morning.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Good morning. Wait, so who's who all is in the car?
- 19:38Speaker 3: Who are we talking to?
- 19:39Speaker 1: It's actually Clay and his mom.
- 19:41Speaker 7: Clay wanted to call.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Okay power well, what's what's your name?
- 19:45Speaker 3: Mom? Money is Tandy? Okay?
- 19:49Speaker 2: Handy so Oklay and Tandy will be playing together, hopefully,
- 19:53Speaker 2: you guys, can you know, use your collective brain power
- 19:56Speaker 2: to answer some of these questions?
- 19:57Speaker 3: Two out of three of them?
- 19:58Speaker 2: Right, You're going to see post malone top trivia is
- 20:00Speaker 2: the game? Here we go, It starts right now, play
- 20:05Speaker 2: in Tandy. What comedian is the focus of the latest
- 20:09Speaker 2: celebrity roast on.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Netflix at Let's take a wild guest and say, Jerry Seinfeld.
- 20:23Speaker 3: No, it's Kevin Hart. I'm sorry, Kevin Hart. It's okay,
- 20:27Speaker 3: you're still alive.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Here.
- 20:28Speaker 3: How about this.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I'll give you guys kind of a gimme question here.
- 20:32Speaker 3: I bet you'll get this.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Ree what city will host the Super Bowl in twenty thirty?
- 20:44Speaker 3: You're alive?
- 20:45Speaker 2: You need this one to win though. Okay, this might
- 20:47Speaker 2: be tough, but hopefully this is in your wheelhouse.
- 20:50Speaker 1: The Freak Easy Easy, the first.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Star Wars movie in seven years, is in theaters this weekend.
- 20:58Speaker 3: What's the name of that movie?
- 21:01Speaker 5: Oh?
- 21:01Speaker 1: What is it? It's called like, don't be Mandalorian?
- 21:08Speaker 7: What?
- 21:08Speaker 8: No?
- 21:09Speaker 5: No?
- 21:09Speaker 2: I would listen to Clay, He's on the right track.
- 21:14Speaker 2: It's like, hey, you know what, Clay just got it
- 21:18Speaker 2: exactly right. That's it the Mandalorian and Grogu. You guys are.
- 21:25Speaker 5: So excited and we wanted to go so back to
- 21:27Speaker 5: Post Malone.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Awesome, nice job. Clay is a man. They matter when he.
- 21:32Speaker 1: When he says that, Clay loves y'all.
- 21:34Speaker 5: We listen every day on the way to school. He
- 21:36Speaker 5: calls in all the time. Hilarious, he loved Oh.
- 21:42Speaker 1: We love Clay, We love both of you. You guys
- 21:44Speaker 1: did a great job together. That was teamwork at its
- 21:47Speaker 1: finest right there.
- 21:49Speaker 7: Oh, that's gonna make for the best school of games.
- 21:51Speaker 5: Today going in with the mojo.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Yeah, good luck with your exams and congrats again. You
- 21:57Speaker 1: guys are going to Post Malone at Nissan Stadium unto thirtieth.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you, thank Youdy hangout so we can
- 22:05Speaker 2: get out your info.
- 22:06Speaker 1: K yes, okay, three things you need to know?
- 22:11Speaker 2: Okay, Just after eight o'clock, Ricky's got those three things
- 22:14Speaker 2: presented by Mark Span Real Estate.
- 22:16Speaker 3: What's happening Ricky?
- 22:17Speaker 1: Harry Styles fans are upset with the new stage for
- 22:20Speaker 1: his Together Together tour. Fans who went to the opening
- 22:23Speaker 1: Amsterdam shows have been very vocal online about the new stage.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Floor ticket holders specifically are the ones who are upset
- 22:30Speaker 1: because there are a bunch of ten foot tall walkways
- 22:33Speaker 1: that blocked parts of their view. A tour rep shared
- 22:36Speaker 1: in a statement that the setup was meant to create
- 22:38Speaker 1: quote freedom of movement and an open, free flowing floor experience,
- 22:42Speaker 1: which is very different than a typical floor seat where
- 22:45Speaker 1: you find a spot and you don't move from that spot. Obviously,
- 22:49Speaker 1: a lot of people who are big fans of Harry
- 22:51Speaker 1: or any artists that they're going to go see and
- 22:52Speaker 1: are going to have floor seats, they get there as
- 22:54Speaker 1: early as possible. They want barrier, they want to be
- 22:57Speaker 1: as close as they can to the stage, so this
- 22:59Speaker 1: is a very different set up than what people are
- 23:01Speaker 1: typically used to. The rep also admitted that a small
- 23:04Speaker 1: area had restricted sitelines and they are now being reviewed,
- 23:07Speaker 1: so there's going to be adjustments. They assume adjustments that
- 23:11Speaker 1: are going to be expected in the coming days, so
- 23:13Speaker 1: hopefully it'll be fixed. Harry spend a lot of the
- 23:16Speaker 1: concerts just running around and dancing all over the massive
- 23:21Speaker 1: network of walkways. If you see what the stage looks like,
- 23:23Speaker 1: it is huge. It's a very cool concept, and he
- 23:26Speaker 1: is doing a lot of movement, so you see him
- 23:29Speaker 1: at some point. Obviously, opening acts harder to see makes
- 23:33Speaker 1: it a little tough if you also don't want to
- 23:36Speaker 1: really move around very much. So we'll see how they
- 23:38Speaker 1: decide to change that up for the next few concerts
- 23:41Speaker 1: that he has coming up. Nate Brigetzie, his three hundred
- 23:44Speaker 1: and fifty million dollar theme park concept has been revealed.
- 23:47Speaker 1: The reposed development would span more than one hundred acres
- 23:50Speaker 1: and is somewhere in the Netro Nashville area. We don't
- 23:54Speaker 1: have a specific location just yet, though it's still under wraps.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Current plans for the park include roller coaster, stunt performances,
- 24:01Speaker 1: live entertainment, and interactive attractions that are all inspired by
- 24:06Speaker 1: his life and his career. A Tennessee themed section is
- 24:10Speaker 1: set to feature a nineteen ninety style mall entrance and
- 24:13Speaker 1: a donkey dive ride, which is pretty cool. I love
- 24:16Speaker 1: the idea of bringing mall entrances into a theme park,
- 24:20Speaker 1: and obviously oper Land being such a huge thing and
- 24:22Speaker 1: not being here anymore. He talked about it earlier this
- 24:25Speaker 1: year and said they took it away and now I'm
- 24:27Speaker 1: bringing it back. He wants to bring back theme parks
- 24:29Speaker 1: to Nashville and have some fun with it. We'll also
- 24:33Speaker 1: see when this is actually going to be set to
- 24:35Speaker 1: be downe. These are the early stages. Obviously, there's a
- 24:38Speaker 1: new dating red flag and it's for sure a sign
- 24:41Speaker 1: of the times.
- 24:42Speaker 4: Guys.
- 24:43Speaker 1: It's called emotional outsourcing. It's where people are using chatbots
- 24:46Speaker 1: to write texts, make apologies, and figure out how they
- 24:50Speaker 1: feel about someone. Someone who starts to use AI to
- 24:53Speaker 1: dodge those like uncomfortable and very vulnerable parts of a
- 24:57Speaker 1: relationship is a huge concern and something that people are
- 25:01Speaker 1: seeing more and more of, obviously, as things like chat
- 25:04Speaker 1: gybt and all these AI chatbots are more and more
- 25:07Speaker 1: parts of our lives. I know it's hard to get
- 25:10Speaker 1: through the emotional things, but you kind of have to
- 25:11Speaker 1: do it yourself. I'm sorry, I'm Rick Casanchez And those
- 25:15Speaker 1: are the three things you need to know.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 25:20Speaker 1: We want to know what dog breed you could would
- 25:22Speaker 1: compare your significant other? Too insane question, I know, but
- 25:27Speaker 1: now that I said it, I know that you know
- 25:30Speaker 1: which dog your significant other would be.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I had an initial thought that came to mind
- 25:35Speaker 2: when we talked about this amongst ourselves yesterday. But I
- 25:38Speaker 2: spent all day researching, thinking, and I have the perfect one.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Oh wow, you had to really think about yours?
- 25:44Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes, I took it well.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Zach and I had ours right away for our significant others.
- 25:48Speaker 1: We didn't even have to think about it.
- 25:49Speaker 3: Very much for both of you. Oh my god.
- 25:52Speaker 1: All right, Well, you want to share with us what
- 25:55Speaker 1: dog breed you would compare your significant other? Two six, one,
- 25:58Speaker 1: five seven through seven nine seven. That's the phone number
- 26:01Speaker 1: to call. We want to hear yours and we will
- 26:02Speaker 1: share ours next.
- 26:03Speaker 4: On the river, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 26:07Speaker 2: On the river that dog breed would you assigned to
- 26:12Speaker 2: your significant other?
- 26:13Speaker 3: That is our question this morning.
- 26:14Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five the river Yosenia in spring
- 26:17Speaker 2: Hill is on the line.
- 26:18Speaker 3: What dog breed is your partner?
- 26:22Speaker 7: I love that y'all had that question because I've never
- 26:25Speaker 7: heard of it. In the moment y'all mention it, I
- 26:27Speaker 7: spent pull dog.
- 26:28Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, so why do you think they are a bulldog?
- 26:32Speaker 7: I don't want to say too much, like it's too much,
- 26:34Speaker 7: but to me, I'm like, he's just a bully to me,
- 26:37Speaker 7: like I love him to death, but he's a little
- 26:39Speaker 7: bully in a bad way.
- 26:43Speaker 3: I mean, I feel like your partner shouldn't be a
- 26:45Speaker 3: very good way.
- 26:46Speaker 7: Absolutely, but I will keep him.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, it's like a loving way. I totally get that.
- 26:51Speaker 1: I feel like my brother and I bully each other
- 26:54Speaker 1: a little bit with love and affection.
- 26:56Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 26:59Speaker 7: I know there's that might hate the bulletof and I
- 27:01Speaker 7: live the bulldog. I have to say that with the
- 27:05Speaker 7: cha with a gold.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Chain off, that is the perfect picture that I have
- 27:10Speaker 1: in my head right now.
- 27:14Speaker 3: I appreciate you very much. Have a great day.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Bye.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Okay.
- 27:21Speaker 2: So for Ali, I thought about this long and heart.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Are you ready?
- 27:23Speaker 3: Okay? Tell us an Afghan hound? What is that?
- 27:28Speaker 1: Look up?
- 27:29Speaker 2: The description here says glamorous and beautiful but with a
- 27:33Speaker 2: you answer to me energy.
- 27:35Speaker 1: So I like how you did the glamorous and beautiful part.
- 27:39Speaker 1: You are a smart man, keV, because you knew better
- 27:42Speaker 1: you did something wrong.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Why are you trying to suck up? I'm not. That's
- 27:46Speaker 3: just that's who I see. That's who she is to me.
- 27:48Speaker 1: I also just got to say, an Afghan hound looks
- 27:51Speaker 1: wild hair, pretty, fabulous, fabulous, but like not what I
- 27:58Speaker 1: was expecting whatsoever.
- 28:00Speaker 3: My wife, Yeah, that's my wife.
- 28:03Speaker 1: He says it all proud. I love it. Zach tell
- 28:05Speaker 1: us David.
- 28:06Speaker 6: Okay, So I would definitely say that David is probably
- 28:10Speaker 6: like a Saint Bernard.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Oh.
- 28:13Speaker 1: I actually agree.
- 28:15Speaker 6: And so because I was looking at like their personality
- 28:18Speaker 6: traits and it says that they're very friendly, gentle, calm, watchful, lively,
- 28:22Speaker 6: So I was thinking of Saint Bernard.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Helpful too.
- 28:25Speaker 2: I feel like always helping in like emergency is very helpful.
- 28:29Speaker 6: They're very affectionate and patient. So I'm like, that's definitely David,
- 28:33Speaker 6: that's good.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I love that. I totally agree with you. I would
- 28:36Speaker 1: say for me, my fiance AJ definitely gives me lab vibes.
- 28:40Speaker 1: He's like a retriever. He's a small one though he's
- 28:44Speaker 1: the runt of because labs get pretty big. But he
- 28:50Speaker 1: is for sure like Labrador retriever, like very uh. Training
- 28:55Speaker 1: is like pretty good with them. They're very good dogs.
- 28:57Speaker 2: They like.
- 28:59Speaker 3: You're such a good dog.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Here's a loyal and I think he's just kind friendly
- 29:04Speaker 1: like labs always just want to be pett Yeah, they're.
- 29:06Speaker 3: Really smart and then real quick, Zach, real quick? What
- 29:09Speaker 3: is Ricky? What am I to you? Okay, Ricky's at Chihuahua.
- 29:12Speaker 1: What the heck?
- 29:13Speaker 6: I'm just saying they have like powerless and spirited personality
- 29:18Speaker 6: and you never know when they're going to attack you.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Okay. I wish that I could defend myself, but you're
- 29:24Speaker 1: kind of right, Vin.
- 29:25Speaker 3: You're a poodle.
- 29:28Speaker 6: What I'm just saying that they're very well known for
- 29:31Speaker 6: like their quick wits and being trained well, and they're cute,
- 29:35Speaker 6: and they're cute and they're easy to get the fluffy hair.
- 29:38Speaker 4: Yeah, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Robin and Shelbyville, Welcome to one of seven five the River.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Tell us what dog breed your significant other would be.
- 29:52Speaker 1: I would say a bulldog, but not for the same
- 29:55Speaker 1: reason as the other collar, Okay, because they're.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Adorable and loyal on a bit stubborn and sushi.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Oh sweet, I love the bull I'm picturing like the
- 30:06Speaker 1: bulldog with the underjaw moment where he sticking out where
- 30:10Speaker 1: you look at him and you're like, oh, you're so cute.
- 30:13Speaker 3: You got between the rolls on their face.
- 30:16Speaker 1: You're so cute.
- 30:17Speaker 8: Yeah, we have a bulldog.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Oh you love that. What's your bulldog's name?
- 30:24Speaker 2: Is that your husband dogs?
- 30:27Speaker 1: No, that's down.
- 30:28Speaker 5: My husband's the bulldog you were.
- 30:34Speaker 3: I love that.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Very cute, Robin. Thank you for calling in.
- 30:38Speaker 5: We have a great dad.
- 30:40Speaker 3: Appreciate it.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Jacqueline and Brentwood. Tell us what kind of dog your
- 30:44Speaker 1: husband is?
- 30:45Speaker 5: Oh? My husband and I have been best friend since
- 30:48Speaker 5: the sixth grade and we're coming up on twenty years married.
- 30:51Speaker 5: He is the most loyal but farcest man. I know. Okay,
- 30:57Speaker 5: he's precious if he's traded right, and he's also a
- 31:02Speaker 5: great protector of our four children. So I say he's
- 31:06Speaker 5: a Rottweiler.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Oh that's good.
- 31:09Speaker 1: That was a very sweet description too.
- 31:13Speaker 5: Well, he's awesome. He's my man.
