- 0:00Three things you need to know, all right, just getting things started on
- 0:03this Tuesday morning. Thank you for being here. Ricky's got those three things.
- 0:07We have a lot of new features coming to iPhones with their new update.
- 0:11iOS eighteen is gonna be the new update that we've been that will be
- 0:15available. You're gonna get so many new things at this So you're gonna be
- 0:18able to lock or hide apps, which means that when you do that,
- 0:22you're not gonna be able to find any of the apps in any other places
- 0:25like the search or notification bars, so you can fully lock and hide the
- 0:29app, which is great for parents. I think you know if you don't
- 0:31want your kids getting into certain apps. Yes, yeah, that's see.
- 0:36You went right to share though, Kevin, I went to kay and I
- 0:39don't even got any There's gonna be jen Moji, which is gonna allow you
- 0:42to create custom AI generated emojis, which are really cool. You're gonna be
- 0:46able to bowld italic, underline and strike through your text, which is fun.
- 0:51You'll be able to schedule texts, so this means, you know,
- 0:53if you ever get a good morning, beautiful text, he scheduled it.
- 0:56He didn't actually remember in the morning. Keep that in mind, ladies,
- 1:00I'm on to you. Chat. GPT is gonna be integrated into iOS eighteen.
- 1:03This was a rumor, now they have confirmed it. They announced there
- 1:07will also be a tap to cash feature, which means that you can send
- 1:11money by phones just tapping phones to each other. That one is actually the
- 1:14most nerve wracking one out of all of them to me, because you know
- 1:17a lot of people are gonna be scamming each other. And you'll be able
- 1:19to rearrange apps anywhere on the screen and alter the colors of the icons on
- 1:23the home screen, which is really cool. So if you have a picture
- 1:26of something that you really love, you no longer have to deal with your
- 1:29apps covering up faces and things like that, which is fun. So a
- 1:32lot of really cool fun things coming in iOS eighteen, and it looks like
- 1:36we're getting a second Practical Magic. I'm so excited about this. If you
- 1:41don't know about the nineteen ninety eight film Practical Magic with Sandra Bullock and Nicole
- 1:45Kidman, you need to watch I never saw I know. They're sisters and
- 1:48their witches. God, it is a classic Halloween movie. You need to
- 1:52watch it. Yes, they are sisters who are witches. It's Spooky season
- 1:56Classic. They're talking about getting both Sandra Bullock and Whole Kid meant to be
- 2:00part of the sequel. They haven't officially announced that and there is no official
- 2:04release date yet. All we know is that it is definitely happening and I'm
- 2:07so excited I cannot contain it. Tracks a local LGBTQ plus bar is closing
- 2:14after Pride Month. This is really sad. So the bar. They said
- 2:16that they signed a five year lease in January, but they claim that the
- 2:21landlord has just terminated it out of nowhere, so they're looking at several locations
- 2:24to relocate. However, there have no not been any contracts. There's no
- 2:30signs of where they might be moving to. We'll keep you updated on that.
- 2:34They did make a post to Facebook and they said if anyone has questions
- 2:37to quote, ask me, not the gossip groups. So there seems to
- 2:40be a little bit of gossip going on around this, but I will keep
- 2:44you updated on when they find a place to move to. Obviously we want
- 2:47them to move somewhere else. We need LGBTQ plus bars around town for everybody
- 2:52to feel safe at, so keep you posted. I'm Ricky Sanchez, and
- 2:55those are the three things you need to know. Ricky is Zach and Man
- 3:00I know in the morning on one O seven five the River, one of
- 3:02our favorite summer events is happening this Friday, Brew at the Zoo. Really
- 3:07cool. So you basically get to go and drink from sixty different craft breweries
- 3:10at the Zoo. That's so cool with all the animals around you. I
- 3:14love everything about there's live music as well, there's food trucks. Let's go
- 3:17right now six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 3:21That's our phone number. First caller of the day, Yeah, first
- 3:23caller the day on one of seven five the River gets tickets this Friday to
- 3:25Brew at the Zoo. You gotta have small talk with us, tho.
- 3:28We'll do an next on the River, Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the
- 3:31morning on the River? Is it Joanne on the phone? Julianne, Julie,
- 3:37Julie, thank you? Where are you calling from, Julianne? Or
- 3:44all right, julian and Murphy's Burro? What are you doing up this early
- 3:46in the morning? You go to work? I am all my way.
- 3:50Yeah, what do you do Julianne. I work in surgery. Surgery,
- 3:54like you go into someone's body and fix them. That's wild, Julianne,
- 3:58exactly. So we're almost early a lot of healthcare professionals calling us at six
- 4:03in the six o'clock hour. Yeah, yeah, what is your shift?
- 4:06Is it? Like you have to be there at seven? I actually have
- 4:09to be there at six point thirty, but I work eight, so I
- 4:12get off at three, So it's actually a really good schedule. Have you
- 4:15ever been in a surgery and something was left behind in a patient? Oh?
- 4:18My god, Kevin, No I haven't. That's like you're supposed to
- 4:25do that. No one doesn't. I've seen it on TV shows. There's
- 4:30an entire TLC show about it. Okay, wait, wait, wait then,
- 4:32Julie Anne, I have a question for you. They're talking about TV
- 4:35shows and surgeries and surgeons. Are those shows accurate at all? Like?
- 4:41Is that an accurate depiction of your job? I try to steer clear from
- 4:45watching them because they drive me insane, insane because they are not clear.
- 4:48I had a feeling. What about Gray's Anatomy? Is that real? I
- 4:54doubt it. I've actually never seen it. Okay, so all the TV
- 5:00and the movies are lying to us, of course. Yes, so you
- 5:03can't YouTube it. Surgery is on there, oh like real surgeries. Yes,
- 5:10I don't think I'm gonna do that. I didn't know that you could
- 5:13do that. It's on there. Everything's on YouTube. I guess it makes
- 5:15sense. Hey, we should probably tell your first caller that is. So
- 5:18you're gonna go to Brew with a zoo. Yeah, you're welcome this week
- 5:24of surgerying, you kid, surgery, do drink it Brew at the Zoo.
- 5:29I love that. Thank you so much. All right, Juliette,
- 5:30hang on a second. Best of luck at work today. Don't leave anything
- 5:34inside anybody and Raffy, Zach and Meno. In the morning, Zach's boyfriend
- 5:45David is very upset with Zach shocker and it's all my fiance's fault. See,
- 5:50I don't think it is. I I think it's Zach's fault completely.
- 5:54No, it's literally all AJ's fault. Ricky's fiance a, it's all his
- 5:57faults. Okay, well, let's see what everyone thinks if it's your fault
- 6:00or if it's AJ's fault. Something that was a nice gesture just turned real
- 6:04bad, real bad. Just to explain. We're to take me up to
- 6:06the volume. It's because it was a sound it was the incident that happened.
- 6:12We'll explain the whole thing, break it down in two songs. We
- 6:15play Olivia, then Sizza, and then we'll find out what Zach did.
- 6:17It's it's Zack's fault. It's not my fault, Kevin find out next.
- 6:20Other rivers, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the river David,
- 6:27Zach's boyfriend is a little upset with him, and I think it's my
- 6:31fiance AJ's fault. Okay, So I'll say right now, I wasn't there,
- 6:34so I didn't see it firsthand. Right based on the details I've heard,
- 6:38I think, Zach, you think it's Zack's fault. Shocker, you
- 6:40always think it's my fault. Kevin's, well, normally it is Zach.
- 6:43Okay. If we're all at a Sounds game over the weekend, great game.
- 6:47We had lovely weather. It was like perfect. We won. Yes,
- 6:51it was so nice. We took AJ's parents were in town, so
- 6:55we took them to the Sounds game. They loved it. We were all
- 6:58having a lovely time. Where we were sitting though there were a lot of
- 7:01foul balls that could come our way. Yeah, so obviously when a foul
- 7:05ball comes your way, you want to catch it. That's like AJ's thing
- 7:09is he wants to catch the ball. Yeah, a glove. No,
- 7:15he should have. He should have because Zach, every time that a ball
- 7:19got hit, not even in our direction, would yell out AJ. Because
- 7:25AJ said, don't worry Zach. After he freaked out the first time that
- 7:29a ball came his way, he said, don't worry Zach. I will
- 7:31protect you. He literally said, I will protect your face. We can't
- 7:34mess up the money maker. So every time a foul ball came, I
- 7:38would say, I would duck and go AJ. And then my boyfriend was
- 7:41like, so you don't think I would protect you? Like, why are
- 7:44you screaming for another man right now? See? I kind of agree with
- 7:47him. Well, because AJ offered it up, didn't say no thanks.
- 7:50Aj. I've a big strong David over here, big strong David over here
- 7:55to help me. So I gotta feel like it's a little bit of AJ's
- 7:59fault, but also a little bit of zax fault, because then at that
- 8:01point, every single time a ball got hit, he yelled out, AJ,
- 8:05So you tried to get a little under your boyfriend's skin with it too.
- 8:09Well after I realized he was upset about it, That's when I really
- 8:13dug in, did you guys get any follow balls or Nope? Did not
- 8:16catch any. We went to the game on Sunday with us and another family
- 8:20and we got there early for like the pre game like warm up stuff on
- 8:22the field, and all the kids got balls. All the players out there
- 8:26like tossing balls when they were see. We didn't get any. All we
- 8:28got is David upset with Zach. Ya all that happened. So you know,
- 8:33is it Zach's fault or is it AJ's fault? It's not my fault,
- 8:35AJ offered, text us right now six four, eight, nine to
- 8:39five. Put river at the beginning of the message. You're naming where you're
- 8:41texting from. Help us settle this? Does Should AJ feel bad? Should
- 8:45he apologize to David? Or should Zack apologize to David? Honestly, I
- 8:48think Zach and AJ botho David and apologize for David in this situation. Yeah,
- 8:54that was a great dad response. Kevin. Three days you need seven
- 8:58o'clock on this Townesday morning. Hello, welcome to the show. Rick,
- 9:01you got those three things? Dwayne the Rock. Johnson's youngest daughters have roles
- 9:07in Molana too. Oh that's cool. Yeah, which is really cool.
- 9:11So Jasmine and Tiana are their names. They've been cast in Molana to They're
- 9:15only eight and six years old, and as of what we know, they
- 9:18are only working one day. It seems like they have a contract for a
- 9:22day of work for one one and fifty eight dollars each to do the job.
- 9:28Yeah, which is a lot of money for an eight and six year
- 9:30old. We don't know what their characters are, or how long their characters
- 9:33will be in the movie or anything like that. All we know is that
- 9:37they're part of it and the film will released November twenty seven. Cool,
- 9:39so we will see what their characters are at that point. Sabrina Carpenter,
- 9:43her hit Espresso is everywhere. You can't open social media without hearing it,
- 9:48you can't listen to the radio without hearing it. It's on every playlist.
- 9:52It's mass I hear it when I'm sleeping, not listening to music. Yes,
- 9:56that working like beause I have a singer line will not leave my head.
- 9:58Well, she's taken it to an other level because she's teamed up with
- 10:01Van Luin, which is an ice cream company, and they're making an espresso
- 10:05flavored ice cream that is all for her. It's got her on the cover
- 10:09and everything like that. We don't know like just when they plan to announce
- 10:13this because only she's posted about it, so gotcha, But we are being
- 10:18told that it will be available starting June twenty eighth to try out for yourself,
- 10:22so you can find it in stores wherever they carry Van Luin. Lucky
- 10:26Lad Farms has reopened after experiencing tornado damage in May. This is great news
- 10:31so the May Aid severe weather that we went through. The farm had a
- 10:35lot of damage. Over two hundred animals are there, none of which were
- 10:39hurt during this, which is great great to hear, but a lot of
- 10:43the farm itself had damage to it. So after two hundred thousand dollars in
- 10:48losses, they're super excited to announce that they are finally open. The farm
- 10:52is back to their normal hours. You should go check them out, support
- 10:54your community, see all the animals and obviously this will help them in all
- 11:00of the losses that they had because of the tornado damage. Happy that they're
- 11:03back up and running. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:05need to know. Thank you, Ricky. Here's Ariana Grande right after this
- 11:09song. We're gonna learn something together. Zach's facks. He's got a good
- 11:11one. Next on the River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning
- 11:16on one O seven five the River. If you're ready, it's zach'svax on
- 11:20one O seven five the River. I know a lot of people are traveling
- 11:22this summer, and if you are going to Disney World, your fact is
- 11:26you are never farther than thirty steps away from a trash can at Disney World.
- 11:30Really, yeah, they have them everywhere, even if you're on a
- 11:33ride. Well apparently so Kevin. That's actually really smart though. It keeps
- 11:39the park clean. Yeah, and that's your fact of the day, Ricky,
- 11:43Zach and Manow in the Morning on one oh seven five the River.
- 11:46I'm gonna buy my tongue and not share my opinion here while Ricky shares her
- 11:50hot take. But if you want to agree or disagree with her, which
- 11:52she's about to say, six one five seven, three seven nine, one
- 11:56oh seven, that's the phone number. It's Ricky, Zac and Mano in
- 11:58the morning. I have a hot takes. I have a lot of hot
- 12:01takes. This is This is probably, though, my most controversial one.
- 12:05All Right, Sneezing is the worst feeling in the entire world. The worst
- 12:09feeling in the entire world is when you sneeze. You sneeze, you lose
- 12:13control of your body. You don't know where you are, you can't see
- 12:16anything, not everywhere you look. You're embarrassed because you're like, oh my
- 12:20god, I can't believe that that noise just came out of my body.
- 12:24It's the worst feeling ever. I hate sneezing. Do you agree or do
- 12:28you disagree? Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 12:31one oh seven Ricky's hot take today. It hurt Kevin not to say his
- 12:35opinion. You got to hear from Kevin saving I'm saving Zach because I can
- 12:37hear him screaming in the other room already. Where do you stand on sneezing?
- 12:41Let us know, call us he's hoes here. It's too sweet on
- 12:43the rivers, Ricky is, Zach and Manno in the morning on the River
- 12:48Carteeth in Clarksville. Do you agree or disagree with me? I think that
- 12:54sneezing is the worst feeling in the world. I disagree. Yes, thank
- 12:58you, Nortief. I was biting my tongue earlier, but now I will
- 13:00speak freely. It's the best feeling in the world. Okay, But what
- 13:03makes it so good, Nortief? Like, why do you like sneezing?
- 13:07I didn't say I like sneezing. I say it wasn't the worst feeling.
- 13:11Oh what do you think is the worst feeling in the world, Nortief?
- 13:13The ring of fire during natural childbirth? Oh my god? What is that?
- 13:18The ring of fire when the child actually comes out? Oh my god.
- 13:22Okay, so a very practical answer here. I need you to know
- 13:28that I don't want to say that childbirth is my worst fear because I hope
- 13:33to have kids one day, but it's my worst fear in life. And
- 13:35Ricky, sometimes some women sneeze during the ring of fire. No, no,
- 13:39that is that is the worst case scenario. I'm getting tense right now
- 13:43thinking about that, Nortiev. Let me just tell you something while we have
- 13:46you on the phone. I googled it. It says studies have shown that
- 13:48there are a small number of endorphins that are released. During a sneeze,
- 13:52the pleasure sensors of the brain are activated by endorphins, leading to a feel
- 13:54good sensation, so most people feel good during a sneeze. Well, now
- 14:01all I'm thinking about is the ring of fire. Oh my god, thank
- 14:07you for calling and uh, you know, kind of giving us perspective on
- 14:11pain and scaring me even more about childbirth. They make good drugs for that,
- 14:16Thank God. Thank God, ran your teeth. Have a great day.
- 14:18Thank you, you do. Bye. If anybody else has an opinion
- 14:22here on sneezing, are you on Ricky's side or the normal side of this
- 14:26thing? WHOA? I resent that. I'm sure there's somebody out there who
- 14:30also hates sneezing. Sometimes I seaze on purpose. I can like scratch my
- 14:33nose and make myself sneeze. You're insane, Kevin, I'm doing it right
- 14:35now. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine one
- 14:37seven. Give us a call. Don't do that, like to share your
- 14:41opinion on sneezing. It's coming good. Don't do it, Kevin. It's
- 14:43gonna come during commercials, So no, but please don't do this. We'll
- 14:46continue the conversation next on the River one rafew, Zach and Menno in the
- 14:50morning, Lucas and Columbia, what do you think about my hot take?
- 14:54I hate sneezing. Do you love it or hate it? I love and
- 14:58hate it, so I think it feel it was great to my mind,
- 15:01but ultimately physically, I actually have a lot of pain when I sneeze and
- 15:07not mention my schoolgirls screaming. Can you don't have to sneeze for us,
- 15:11but can you give us a recreation of that scream? Do you ever see
- 15:15the screaming goat? Yes? Okay, oh yeah, so it's kind of
- 15:18similar to that. It's like a you know, Lucas, I'm dead.
- 15:24I cannot That's actually so much better though than some people. You know,
- 15:28some people make the most dramatic where they're like and they like make the chew
- 15:35noise the most dramatic way possible. I'd rather you're screaming. You don't think
- 15:37the ghost scream is dramatic. I like the screaming goat though it's unique.
- 15:43It's unique to Lucas. Lucas, you reminded me of something though, mentioning
- 15:46your pain when you sneeze. I was at the grocery store in college with
- 15:50a friend of mine and she sneezed and one of her ribs inverted and she
- 15:54had like it like turned and she had to go to the house. I
- 15:56can't see what I'm talking about. It's the worst feeling the world. Sneezing
- 16:00is terrible. I will risk it. I love it. Yeah. I
- 16:03get this back pain whenever I sneeze sometimes where it poffs my back see it
- 16:07and I'm just like, what's happening? Is my spine coming out? You
- 16:10know? Oh my god? The worst feeling in the world. It's the
- 16:14worst. Sneezing is the absolute worst. Thank you Lucas for proving that for
- 16:17me. Lucas, thank you for calling. You prove nothing but thank you.
- 16:19Luck good luck man. I will say I don't like sneezing while driving
- 16:25the car. That's scary, Okay, I mean yeah, because you can't
- 16:27see anything. Doesn't your heart stop like whenever you sneeze, so you're like
- 16:32dead for a second. Yes, that's what they say. It's like a
- 16:33miss. That's what they say. What they say, that's what I've always
- 16:37heard. It's a terrifying feeling. You have no control over your body.
- 16:40You don't know what's happened for at least forty seconds. I think it's the
- 16:42worst feeling in the world. I just I can't do it. Thrill of
- 16:45dying for a second, Kevin, we have those gitts for Dirty, Blind
- 16:51and Yellow Card coming in minutes with the game of the day. Ricky is
- 16:55Zach and Manno in the morning on the River. I'm nervous. It's pick
- 17:00a partner trivia on one O seven five the River. That is the name
- 17:03of Kevin Mano's Game of the Day presented by Genesis Diamond. You should be
- 17:06nervous. Whoever we get on the phone here is gonna choose either you,
- 17:08Ricky or Zach to be their partner. Yesterday, Ricky, you were the
- 17:12chosen one. Yes and afterwards it was like you just ran a marathon.
- 17:15You don't like to lay on the couch. Were sweating so nervous. This
- 17:18is the most nerve wracking moment because the one that's like helping them win ticket.
- 17:22Yeah something, there's a lot of pressure here. Okay six one five,
- 17:26seven, three seven nine one oh seven. If you want to call
- 17:27and play the game we are playing for tickets to see Third Eye, Blind
- 17:30and Yellow Card. They're in town at the end of the month. If
- 17:33you want those tickets, you gotta call now. I'll give you your category,
- 17:36and then based on that category, you choose do you want Ricky or
- 17:40Zach? Helping me answer the question, I don't like the way you said
- 17:41my name what I feel like he's already saying like he's not gonna okay.
- 17:45You can either choose Ricky or Yeah, that's how we said it. Ricky
- 17:52is Zach and Mano in the morning on the back in White House is on
- 17:56the line. She was ready to play Kevin Mano's Game of the day on
- 18:00one of seven five the River. Hi, Rebecca, good morning, it's
- 18:03game time baby. All right, all right, we're playing to pick a
- 18:07partner trivia. So I'm gonna tell you that your category today is food and
- 18:11Beverage. Now you, based on that, have to choose Ricky or Zach
- 18:15as your partner. Please don't pick me. Please don't pick me. Please
- 18:18don't pick me. Thank god, this might have been your category. I
- 18:26literally was crossing my fingers whispering to myself, please don't choose me, Please
- 18:30don't choose me. It's a lot of it's a lot of pressure that we
- 18:33have on ourselves during this game. That's why you don't want to be chosen.
- 18:36Yeah. No, you guys are gonna be great, Rebecca if you
- 18:38and Ricky can get two out of three of these, right, you're going
- 18:41to see Third Eye, Blind and Yellow Card. Okay, we got this,
- 18:45We got this right now we do? What are the two ingredients in
- 18:52an Arnold palmer Ooh? Rebecca? Okay, you got iced tea and lemonade.
- 19:00Look at this team over here. All right, we got one.
- 19:03We got one, Rebecca, we need one more. What restaurant has used
- 19:07the slogan eaten good in the neighborhood? Oh? No, Rebecca? Is
- 19:15it? I'm going to go with Rebecca's answer that it's chili chill? Is
- 19:19Ricky Bector up? It is Applebee? I honestly, Rebecca would not have
- 19:26even guessed anything. I didn't know what that went to, so down to
- 19:30the wire. How sweaty are you right now? Ricky? Very nervous?
- 19:34Yeah? This one. I feel good about it. Here we go.
- 19:37What vegetable gives Popeye's strength? Rebecca? Do you know makes the dream work?
- 19:48Third Night, Blind and Yellow Card at First Bank Ampatheater on Juice thirtieth
- 19:52congratulations. Yeah, you and Ricky A're gonna have fun. Oh that's part
- 19:56of it. You have to take Ricky, you don't. Congrats, Thanks
- 20:02for listening, Thanks for calling you so best day. Hang on the line
- 20:07so we can get him on from you. Okay, Lovey, Ricky,
- 20:08you've done it again. Oh my god, but they really they put me
- 20:11through the ringer. I get so stressed out when I do the way that
- 20:15she's literally so clammy right now? What's the way? I got so excited
- 20:18that they did not choose me because I'm like, I would freak out.
- 20:21How many of those answers? Did you know? All of them? Is
- 20:22that true? You know? He says this every time. I think I'm
- 20:26gonna start making him write down the answers I get chosen, because I need
- 20:30to see if you actually know that perfect. You're gonna play again tomorrow with
- 20:32a new category, same time, same tickets. Be here three things you
- 20:36need to know? All right, Ricky Sanchez over here has those three things?
- 20:38What is going on this morning? Ricky will Smith is having a great
- 20:41week. His new movie Bad Boys Rider Die, which stars him and Martin
- 20:47Lawrence, did very well at the box office over the weekend. Which it
- 20:49was necessary for a very slow summer. It's real rough for everybody putting new
- 20:55movies out. Even Zendaia's new movie didn't do as well as they predicted.
- 21:00Everyone's kind of just slumping mad Max Furiosa, The fall Guy. They all
- 21:03underperformed. But Bad Boys writer Die is projected to make fifty six million domestically
- 21:08when they count tally everything up, which is higher than the previous estimate of
- 21:14fifty three million, and then globally it's over one hundred million, which,
- 21:18like we said, amazing for this summer. And it seems like people are
- 21:22even more impressed with these numbers because there was a little uncertainty like surrounding the
- 21:26hole, Are we okay with Will Smith? After the slap at the Oscars?
- 21:30Are we not? This did happen back in twenty twenty two. Eventually
- 21:34everybody kind of you know, moves on from those things, and it seems
- 21:37like they have because it did so well. I know, I want to
- 21:40go see it. It's also just a classic movie. Cour like Bad Boys,
- 21:42you gotta watch all of them. They are just so funny and just
- 21:47easy watches, so it makes sense to me doing very well. Also,
- 21:49hopefully this means that the rest of the movies that come out do very well
- 21:52as well. Inside Out two is opening this weekend. I mean, they're
- 21:55very excited about that. So hopefully, you know, theaters and movies they
- 21:59do well the summer. The iconic Freedman sign was removed yesterday. This store
- 22:04they announced that they were closing after seventy five years in business. So it's
- 22:08a Nashville staple and now the sign came down yesterday. But there's good news.
- 22:15Liquid fired vintage Neon. They're leapers Fork. They purchased the sign and
- 22:19they're going to keep it. They're gonna make it nicer, you know,
- 22:22touch it up, make it look real good. Yeah, and then they're
- 22:26going to put it someplace where everybody can enjoy it. They don't know where
- 22:29it's going to be just yet, but they're going to keep it as you
- 22:30know, a Nashville iconic moment that doesn't get just you know, thrown and
- 22:36swept under the rug. I drive past that store every day. It was
- 22:37very weird to see the sign down today. It's wild, very weird.
- 22:41Wild. It's like I said, seventy five years it's been in business.
- 22:42That sign it says it's been at the Hillsboro location since nineteen sixty eight,
- 22:48so a staple of Nashville and Panera. This one's for you, Kevin.
- 22:52I've specifically picked it for you. Panara wants to your dad jokes for Father's
- 22:56Day. So in celebration of Father's Day, Panera is running a contest right
- 23:00now, so you can write your best dad joke under their post on Instagram
- 23:04that is about dad jokes and about the contest. They're gonna pick fifty winners
- 23:07to get gift cards, so you can win yourself a twenty five dollars gift
- 23:11card to Panera. All Right, I'm trying to think of a joke right
- 23:12now, and it's not coming to something about like how the how the bagette
- 23:18get a strike, something about the bread bull I'll come up with it like
- 23:22bully because they back to the bread bulls. You know, it's it's pretty
- 23:26clever to come up with the spot, right. Yeah, And those are
- 23:30the three things you need to know. Ricky, Zach and mannow in the
- 23:33morning on the river. All right, Ricky, you know what he asked
- 23:37for this, but I I fletched out the joke a little bit. You're
- 23:40ready, Okay, Okay, here we go. When can you see a
- 23:42baguette get a strike? When Kevin, when you watch the bread bull,
- 23:48that's actually not bad. It's okay, ar dad joke on the River they
- 23:55sever Rickey, Zach and Menno in the Morning. You know, what is
- 24:00your boomer complaint? And what I mean by boomer complaint is something that like
- 24:04your parents would complain about. You know, something you're agreeing with the older
- 24:08demographic guess right, Like an example would be I hate QR codes and restaurants.
- 24:12I want a physical menu, Like that's what I want. I feel
- 24:15the same way stuff like that six one, five, seven, three,
- 24:18seven, nine, one o seven. If you have a boomer complaint,
- 24:21and we have like a little list of them that we can run back the
- 24:22best of the best of what the internet had to say when it came to
- 24:25their boomer complaint. I have one of my own, also about restaurants.
- 24:29I'll share that and if you have one, let us know. Here's Kaleid.
- 24:30It's one of seven five the Rivers, Ricky is, Zach and Man
- 24:34in the Morning on now they're in Nashville. What is your biggest boomer complaint?
- 24:41Video games? What about your beef with video games. Well, no,
- 24:45granted, I love video games, as you know, an adult in
- 24:48my thirties with two young boys. I still love playing video games, but
- 24:52it's a matter of trying to make them go outside or just do something different,
- 24:56separate their time from video game. It's like, Okay, that time
- 25:00is up, and let's go out and do something else. They're like Chris
- 25:03good more minutes. Pretty much every time you catch yourself say, like back
- 25:06in my day, like we played outside it for us to come home.
- 25:11You're like, I didn't get a video game or my first Game boy until
- 25:14I was fifteen and my kids, right, I get that one, Heather.
- 25:18I mean, I do get like wanting them to do other things,
- 25:19but also I don't have children, But in my mind, I'm like,
- 25:22cool, free daycare, play video games all day. Honestly, I will
- 25:26admit that I do use it to my advantage. One minute. It does
- 25:30sound fine. Don't you hate when, like when your kids warrant a consequence
- 25:36and you're like, fine, no screen time, But really you're just punishing
- 25:38yourself literally night like that would have been great if I could have, you
- 25:42know, had a minute to myself. Yeah, exactly, thank you,
- 25:47so much for calling in. We appreciate you. Yes, thank you,
- 25:49guys. Bay by Love. Ricky did find a list of boomer complaints.
- 25:52It's one of seven five. The river mine I mentioned is also about restaurants.
- 25:56You had mentioned the QR code menus, but for me, just music
- 26:00and restaurants just too loud, too loud. It's just always too loud.
- 26:03Heaven right now. You also had a boomer complaint. Yeah, minus why
- 26:11are we getting so many emails all the time? Like there's so much junk
- 26:15mail that I get literally every single day. Like I just checked my phone
- 26:18and I have twenty five junkie mools in the last ten minutes six years ago,
- 26:22and they email me every day. Yeah, that is a very reasonable
- 26:26one. Here are some of the best responses from the internet as well.
- 26:29TV shows are too dark and commercials are too loud. I agree, except
- 26:33boomer complaints on here is also why is everything a subscription service? If I
- 26:37buy something, I shouldn't have to also buy a subscription, agreed? You
- 26:42know, when you buy Adobe or any of those big yeah programs and then
- 26:45they're like monthly subsides, It doesn't make any sense. Some printers even have
- 26:48them now. You buy the printer and then you have to buy a subscription
- 26:52service to print things. No people are getting makes sense. Another one here,
- 26:56which is a good one, No more touch screens. I need some
- 26:59buttons. I don't necessarily agree with that one, but it's about and again,
- 27:03the touch screen can get annoying. Also, I don't want to talk
- 27:06to robots for customer service. And I think that's a sign that we're all
- 27:10getting old guys. See, yeah, and that's gonna get worse with AI.
- 27:12It's just they're taking It's just no, no more, no more robots.
- 27:15Yeah, they're intense. These are some of the boomer complaints. And
- 27:19you have let us know old no Yay, Ricky, Zach and menow in
- 27:26the morning. On one of the river, I hope you're ready for this
- 27:30beautiful moment you're about to hear on one of seven five the River, it's
- 27:33the Daily Devil tap. This is the viral video that we found that I
- 27:37found. It is the epitome of girlhood. Though it's very sweet, it
- 27:41is such a nice moment between two women who never met each other, complete
- 27:45strangers. This story is just amazing. Here you go locked eyes with this
- 27:48girl from across the room. I was like, I need that dress,
- 27:52and she looked at me with the same look of like I need your dress.
- 27:55We eventually start talking and she goes, Babes, where's your dress from.
- 27:57I was like, Babes, were your dress from? I need it
- 28:00for Italy. She's like, I have a wedding in a month and I
- 28:03need your dress for that wedding, and I was like bet. At one
- 28:06moment, we both looked at each other and we go, wait, do
- 28:08you plan on wearing that dress again? She goes no. I say no,
- 28:11I'm not wearing that dress again. That's against girl code. Both of
- 28:15us were like, we're gonna swap dresses. I met this girl tonight five
- 28:18minutes prior and she's going to take my dress home. I'm taking her dress
- 28:22home. That is girlhood. Yeah, I love it so much. That's
- 28:26so great. It makes me so happy because it's so true. You don't
- 28:29want to wear the same dress over and over and over again if you don't
- 28:33have to. Yeah, that part I can't necessarily agree with that. I
- 28:34know it's girl code and everything. I'm that girl. I wouldn't understand it,
- 28:37But that's wasteful to wear something one time not if you could swap with
- 28:41somebody. Yeah, that's a good point. They're lucky they were the same
- 28:44size. It all worked out. I'm gonna post the full video on one
- 28:47of seven five the rivers in Ceremacat. You can check it out in the
- 28:48story Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River
