  [SPEAKER_02]: The intervention validated the anti-Communist strong on foreign policy messaging that had already been pulling these Latino communities right word since 2020.

  [SPEAKER_02]: They are now openly acknowledging that Donald Trump has permanently dismantled the entire post-World War II global order, and that there's no going back to it.
