- 0:07Speaker 2: Now back to Mark Simon on w R.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Let's take some cause. Let's go to Claire and Seagert. Claire,
- 0:15Speaker 1: how you.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Doing, I'm good.
- 0:17Speaker 4: I love you show Mark. I have to say after
- 0:20Speaker 4: the debate, which I watched online, I caught the ten
- 0:24Speaker 4: o'clock news Fox, and it was lit. I think Liz
- 0:28Speaker 4: is the reporter. She reported that Como didn't hang around
- 0:35Speaker 4: like the Epitude did to speak to reporters. He made
- 0:39Speaker 4: his way up to the garden and caught the second
- 0:41Speaker 4: half of the Knicks. And who is he sitting next
- 0:43Speaker 4: to Adams?
- 0:46Speaker 1: You know, I'm a New York Yeah, well, he's trying
- 0:49Speaker 1: to get Adam's endorsement. That's why I think while he
- 0:50Speaker 1: rushed over there to see Adams, and he doesn't give.
- 0:53Speaker 4: A damn about it. And I'm a I'm a native
- 0:56Speaker 4: of New Yorker eighty years ago. And I tell you what,
- 1:01Speaker 4: there's no way a true Republican is going to hold
- 1:05Speaker 4: their news. No one's going to hold their nos.
- 1:07Speaker 1: And both the com well, yeah, that's the other problem.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Thanks to there's this fantasy that if Curtis dropped out.
- 1:12Speaker 1: All his voters would go to Cuomo. Most of them
- 1:14Speaker 1: would just stay home. But after the debate, Clomo rushed
- 1:17Speaker 1: over to Madison Square Garden to sit with Eric Adams
- 1:20Speaker 1: and try to win that vote over. Let's go to
- 1:24Speaker 1: uh Rich and Myrtle beach Rich. How you doing pretty good?
- 1:27Speaker 3: Mark? Forty nine degrees here this morning, But it'll be
- 1:30Speaker 3: up to seventy before the day's over, so it's into
- 1:33Speaker 3: a real fall season here.
- 1:34Speaker 1: All right, all right, you win, It's only going to
- 1:37Speaker 1: like fifty nine here, all right, go ahead.
- 1:39Speaker 3: I almost thought they shot Cromo up with the same
- 1:42Speaker 3: stuff they used to shoot Biden up with, because you know,
- 1:44Speaker 3: he was yelling and screaming, and he actually looked animated
- 1:46Speaker 3: for a change. You know, Dana Pruno had a good
- 1:49Speaker 3: remark this morning. You know, Cromo loves himself. When Donny
- 1:53Speaker 3: loves the money and Curtis loves New York, he's the
- 1:56Speaker 3: only guy up there that truly really loves New York
- 1:59Speaker 3: City by life. There.
- 2:01Speaker 1: No, it's a good point. You know, Clomo was good
- 2:03Speaker 1: last night. You're right they might have shot him up
- 2:05Speaker 1: with some of that Biden's juice, But you're right nobody
- 2:10Speaker 1: would trust Mom Donnie, and nobody really trusts Cuomo, and
- 2:14Speaker 1: Curtis the only guy you could really, really actually trust
- 2:17Speaker 1: who seems to be sincere about everything. Let's go to
- 2:20Speaker 1: Vincent in Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing, good.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Morning, Mark, I'm fine, Hi, Mara. That was pretty animated debate.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I have to agree with Rich and also the previous
- 2:31Speaker 2: call of that they must have juiced Cuomo up with something.
- 2:36Speaker 2: A lot of people have been tossing around the fact
- 2:39Speaker 2: that nobody pays the bus and the subway fair I've
- 2:44Speaker 2: been telling friends that depends on what neighborhood you are.
- 2:49Speaker 2: I have to take a bus a couple of stops
- 2:52Speaker 2: to go to the place where I lease my car,
- 2:55Speaker 2: and it's an Easton Parkway. It's a nice neighborhood. I
- 3:00Speaker 2: don't see anybody evading the bus there and even there
- 3:06Speaker 2: on the subways more often than not where I live,
- 3:09Speaker 2: it's the high school kids when they get out of school.
- 3:12Speaker 2: They're pulling pranks and they're jumping over the thing. Here's
- 3:16Speaker 2: one thing that everybody missed yesterday that's in the works.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Kathy Hawklan, this stupid New York State legislature with this
- 3:26Speaker 2: whole green energy and green ideas. They're pushing this zero
- 3:31Speaker 2: emissions law, which means by twenty thirty all of the
- 3:35Speaker 2: houses that currently are heated with natural gas or with
- 3:41Speaker 2: oil would have to do away with their systems and
- 3:46Speaker 2: put in these heat pumps. Well, heat pumps are a
- 3:50Speaker 2: relative from the turn of the nineteenth century where you
- 3:54Speaker 2: had all these ducks going throughout the building. The boiler
- 3:59Speaker 2: was in, the heat up was in the cellar. But
- 4:01Speaker 2: the problem is is you still got to use fuel.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Usually you use gas, and it had the fan that
- 4:07Speaker 2: pushes the heat throughout the building. Once the fan and
- 4:12Speaker 2: the echo off the building gets called and Curtis talked
- 4:16Speaker 2: about it's going to cost landlords, especially small landlords. You're
- 4:21Speaker 2: talking about minimum yeah, two thousand.
- 4:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Curtis had some great points. Excellent call, Vincent, thanks for calling. Hey,
- 4:27Speaker 1: when we come back, Jimmy Fayla, he'll be with us
- 4:30Speaker 1: next on seven to ten wor
