- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. Today,
- 0:04we're going to talk about the alleged force marriages, the
- 0:08marriage sham that Jeffrey Epstein's estate was getting up to
- 0:12and they were involved in, and it is one of
- 0:16the most grotesque parts of this whole entire thing. And
- 0:19the fact that these dudes, Indyke and Khan and the
- 0:22rest of the executors were put into the position that
- 0:26they were put into in the first place is just
- 0:28beyond me. But the fact that they've been able to
- 0:31stay in this position throughout this whole entire thing, it
- 0:35is just absurd. And there has to be some sort
- 0:38of safeguard where you can remove executors from an estate,
- 0:42especially if they're under criminal investigation themselves. No, but here
- 0:48we are with these heavy allegations against these guys and
- 0:52still nothing happening. They're still in charge of the estate,
- 0:56They're still in charge of Jeffrey Epstein's money, and nothing
- 1:00as far as repercussions, have ever came their way. So
- 1:04with that said, let's get right into this article from
- 1:07The Insider and let's get caught up headline, the executors
- 1:12of Jeffrey Epstein's Virgin Islands of State forced three of
- 1:15his accusers to marry to keep them under his control.
- 1:19Prosecutors say this article was authored by Jacob Shamsian. Prosecutors
- 1:28in the US Virgin Islands have accused Darren k Endyke
- 1:31and Richard Dcon the EXE, the executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate,
- 1:36of being captains of the dead millionaires, sex offenders, allege
- 1:40criminal schemes. Now, you tell me, how is it that
- 1:43these two dudes are able to be the executors when
- 1:46there's these sort of allegations hanging over their head. And
- 1:48we're not talking about short allegations, right, We're talking about
- 1:52serious allegations. And we haven't even dove into the financial
- 1:56implications here, because we know that there's a money train
- 2:00well that leads directly to Indyke from Epstein, and they
- 2:02were involved in all kinds of things like structuring, trying
- 2:06to hide money, avoiding Title thirty one, you know, the
- 2:09things that would get normal people in trouble. Nah, they
- 2:12were able to avoid all that. The prosecutor said. The
- 2:17two executors facilitated three sham marriages as part of a
- 2:21plot designed to keep Epstein's accusers from being deported and
- 2:25to keep them under his thumb. So if somebody is
- 2:29working on getting you a passport, or you're going to
- 2:33be let into the country via this marriage or whatever,
- 2:36and you want that passport, you know this is a
- 2:39good way to try and get these girls under your thumb,
- 2:42right with the promise of citizenship, the promise of a
- 2:46better life. And you know those promises were never kept.
- 2:51Indike and Khan had direct participation and virtually all of
- 2:55the business operations and financial activities of what they describe
- 2:59as as a sex trafficking scheme run by the now
- 3:02dead financier pedophile. Prosecutors said in a new court filing,
- 3:07So this is all the stuff that we know about
- 3:09these dudes. This is all the stuff that we've heard
- 3:11about these dudes, yet nothing has been done. How is
- 3:16that even possible? How is it that these guys, who
- 3:19are obviously hip deep in Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit for years
- 3:23and years and years, are able to get up here
- 3:27and be in control of who gets what as far
- 3:30as the settlement fund, they're the ones who are managing
- 3:34how that money is spent. Who thought that was a
- 3:37good idea and who decided to let them keep that role.
- 3:40And if there's no safeguards to stop that from happening,
- 3:44don't you think maybe we should, you know, update it
- 3:47and add some of those safeguards. Probably a good idea. No,
- 3:54Indike and Khan were, in short, the indispensable captains of
- 3:58Epstein's criminal enterprise, roles for which they were richly rewarded.
- 4:03Prosecutors wrote, and again more with the financial angle of
- 4:06all of this. So you have the financial angle of
- 4:09all of these crimes, and it has never really truly
- 4:12been explored. If it was, don't you think that they
- 4:14would have really come down on these people. But the
- 4:18problem has always been the same thing, folks, And that
- 4:21problem is that nobody who was really digging into this case,
- 4:25as far as prosecutors, has the courage or the backbone
- 4:29to go the extra mile. And all you would have
- 4:32to do is take a look at the financials. According
- 4:37to the filing, Indike and Khan helped lure young girls,
- 4:40some as young as thirteen years old, into the sex
- 4:43trafficking scheme with promises to help them and their families
- 4:47pay for school, healthcare, or other financial needs. So everybody
- 4:53who wants names, well you got names, right, here, what's up.
- 4:56Where's the big press from the media to go after
- 4:59these guys. Where's the big press from everybody who's supposed
- 5:02to care to go after these guys? They're right there
- 5:05in front of your face. Well, it's not not salacious enough.
- 5:09The political implications aren't big enough for you, So you'll
- 5:12just stand on the sideline. The Justice Department made the
- 5:17claims about Epstein's executors in an amended complaint filed against
- 5:21Epstein's estate in the US Virgin Islands, describing sex trafficking
- 5:26operation that ran as late as twenty and seventeen. The
- 5:30marriage scheme was first reported by Insider in twenty nineteen.
- 5:34So look, people will tell you, oh, well, Epstein did
- 5:39his time and then, you know, I thought he was rehabilitated.
- 5:42But according to numerous, numerous court documents, numerous you know,
- 5:47court filings, he was still doing his nonsense all the
- 5:51way up till he was his second arrest. So how
- 5:56is it that's even possible. He's a registered sex offender,
- 6:00he's supposed to be monitored, but he's able to continue
- 6:03to do this in a large scale way. And we
- 6:07have reports, not only from the Virgin Islands about this,
- 6:10but from Florida as well. You know, the Palm Beach
- 6:13officers that were supposed to be watching them, how they
- 6:15ended up not having the documentation they're supposed to have
- 6:19was destroyed, paperwork, destroyed, the whole thing. The initial Virgin
- 6:25Islands lawsuit, filed in January of twenty twenty, sought the
- 6:28dissolution of the estate, which includes two private islands called
- 6:32Little Saint James, where Epstein's home was located, and Great
- 6:36Saint James, and what prosecutors described as a slew of
- 6:39shell companies used to disguise an international sex trafficking operation.
- 6:44Now they know about all of these shell companies, and
- 6:48they know that all of these shell companies are obviously
- 6:50moving dirty money. But there was not one single financial indictment,
- 6:55was there. You mean to tell me Glenn Maxwell didn't
- 6:58benefit from any of them, these ill gotten gains? How
- 7:01is that even possible? We all know that she did.
- 7:04We all know that Jeffrey Epstein transferred her what thirty
- 7:07point seven million dollars at one point, So how don't
- 7:11you connect all of this financially and just there alone
- 7:14you have RICO. The government continues to allege Epstein anchored
- 7:20a criminal enterprise through which numerous young women and female
- 7:24children were trafficked, raped, sexually assaulted, and helped captive in
- 7:28the Virgin Islands at Epstein's secluded private island, Little Saint James,
- 7:33The Justice Department said in a release, So you have
- 7:36all of these people saying this, The Justice Department prosecutors everybody,
- 7:41and still nothing happens. So what does that tell you.
- 7:45Attorneys for Endike and Khan didn't immediately respond to Insider's
- 7:48requests for comment forced marriages and medical consent forms. Epstein
- 7:57killed himself in a Manhattan jail, allegedly while fallow awaiting
- 8:00trial on sex trafficking charges in twenty nineteen. His longtime partner,
- 8:05Glenn Maxwell, co conspirator general all around scumbag, is currently
- 8:09jailed on charges that she participated in the sex trafficking operation,
- 8:14sexually abusing young girls herself, and lied about her activity
- 8:18in a deposition. She is pleaded not guilty. Well, we
- 8:22know how that ended up for her, And this is
- 8:24exactly what should be going down with Kahn and Indyke
- 8:27at the very least for me, a good hard look
- 8:29at them. In the new filing against Indike, and Khan.
- 8:34The prosecutors said, the two three accusers into marriages that
- 8:38would secure their immigration status. That way, prosecutors alleged, but
- 8:43women would remain in the Virgin Islands under Epstein's watchful eye. Hey, look,
- 8:48he wants to have the girls around, right. He wants
- 8:50to be able to keep an eye on them, keep
- 8:52an eye on what's going on, and mold them into
- 8:55what he wants them to be. The survivors were coerced
- 8:59into a part dissipating in these arranged marriages and understood
- 9:03that there would be consequences, including serious reputational and bodily harm,
- 9:08if they refuse to enter a marriage or attempted to
- 9:12end it, Prosecutors wrote in the filing. In each instance,
- 9:16Indike and Khan knowingly facilitated the fraudulent and coerced marriages,
- 9:21performing and securing the legal and accounting work involved, and
- 9:25enabling a fraud that would further bind Epstein's survivors to
- 9:29him and enable Epstein to continue to control and abuse
- 9:35these survivors sexually. And remember, there was supposed to be
- 9:40a deposition for Khan a couple different times, and he's
- 9:43avoided it. He's been able to get off the hook
- 9:45several times and not go under oath. Now, don't you
- 9:48think that it would be kind of important to have
- 9:51a guy like this under oath? Probably a good idea, yeah.
- 9:58The prosecutors wrote that Epstein controlled intimate aspects of the
- 10:02accusers' lives. He approved of the doctors they used, forced
- 10:05them to sign consent forms so that he could access
- 10:08their medical records, and require them to give him their
- 10:11email passwords. Prosecutors said, so a guy who was controlling
- 10:15every aspect of their life, every aspect of it. The
- 10:20new filing says Epstein paid his survivors to go to
- 10:23nightclubs and on shopping trips to recruit other young girls
- 10:27into his sex trafficking scheme. It also includes fresh details
- 10:30of the sexual abuse that is part of the major
- 10:33plot that he had going on. He would bring girls
- 10:36in and then he'd unleash them into the community to
- 10:39bring other girls in. Another survivor, who was brought to
- 10:43Little Saint James more than fifty times during the year
- 10:46two thousand to two thousand and two when she was
- 10:48seventeen to nineteen years old, was required to have sexual
- 10:51relations with guests of Epstein and was subjected to sexual
- 10:55abuse virtually every day and on some days multiple times
- 11:00a day by Epstein or as guests. Prosecutors wrote, this
- 11:05is all coming from the prosecutors, by the way, folks, Okay,
- 11:09this isn't coming from somebody who's just you know, making
- 11:11up a story in the news. There's plenty of that,
- 11:13no doubt, But this is actually coming from the prosecutors.
- 11:17So how is it again that Indike and Khan are
- 11:21not caught up here? Epstein's estate is at the center
- 11:25of ongoing litigation. The judge overseeing the case must now
- 11:29decide whether to accept the amendments to the lawsuit. It
- 11:33was previously filed against Indike and Khan in their capacity
- 11:36as executors for Epstein's estate, but now includes them in
- 11:39their individual capacities as well. So they extended the scope
- 11:44of what they were doing, meaning Denise, George and the
- 11:47prosecutors down in the Virgin Islands. It went from them
- 11:51just being Epstein's executors and under investigation for that in
- 11:55that manner, for them being under investigation personally. Now, after
- 12:01Epstein's death, his estate became the focus of a ticket
- 12:04of a thicket of legal machinations. It is paid out
- 12:08around fifty million to an unspecified number of survivors so far,
- 12:12according to court filings reviewed by The Miami Herald, and
- 12:15one hundred and ninety million dollars in taxes. Crazy right,
- 12:19so much money and taxes and so little money to
- 12:21those survivors. But you know, Uncle Sam has to get
- 12:24his cut. The estate overall was valued at two hundred
- 12:28and forty eight two hundred and forty point eight million
- 12:31dollars at the end of twenty twenty. The filing also
- 12:35says the estate is paying millions of dollars to attorneys.
- 12:38According to The Herald, Epstein's islands are now for sale.
- 12:42According to the Miami Herald, as the compensation fund for
- 12:45his survivors was halted because of a lack of liquidity,
- 12:49So when that happened, it was goofy. Even then, how
- 12:52is it that this dude has a lack of liquidity?
- 12:55And how is it that the government takes their chunk
- 12:57before the survivors get theirs. Maxwell's criminal case continues to
- 13:03move forward and is scheduled for July of twenty twenty one.
- 13:07Her attorneys recently asked the judge overseeing her case to
- 13:10throw it out claiming she didn't know what sexual activities
- 13:13or the two thousands meant during a deposition, and the
- 13:17proof of the grand jurors who indicted her didn't have
- 13:20enough black and Hispanic people. Oh well, that's the case,
- 13:24Uncle Lene. All of a sudden, you're a woman of
- 13:26the people. Huh. She is an absolute clown. Epstein's an
- 13:31absolute clown, and everybody who work with them they're all
- 13:34clowns too. But Indike and Cohn, these two dudes need
- 13:38a good look by the federal authorities. They need to
- 13:41be brought in and they need to be put under
- 13:43oath because if you think that these dudes don't know
- 13:45what's going on and that they don't have the keys
- 13:47to the kingdom, I don't know what to tell you.
