- 1:46SPEAKER_04: No, he's a bad 'cause he because he's gotta say that the darts in it.
- 1:50SPEAKER_04: You said it was my arrow.
- 1:53SPEAKER_05: So the coroner is called a magic portal opens up on the dock and a man what wearing a kind of long white set of robes walks out and he takes his he puts his hand and he swells to tell the truth, and then he takes a seat and Vincenzo goes, Welcome to the car.
- 2:14SPEAKER_05: So can you tell me what your name is?
- 2:17SPEAKER_05: And the coroner's voice does the coroner.
- 2:27SPEAKER_04: I'm not the fucking truth, pet.
- 2:30SPEAKER_03: Howie.
- 2:32SPEAKER_05: Hello, I am the coroner.
- 2:34SPEAKER_05: Oh, you could go that way.
- 2:36SPEAKER_05: I'm the coroner.
- 2:37SPEAKER_05: My name is Dr Doctor G.
- 2:41SPEAKER_05: Doctor G and I've been the coroner of Never Winter for seven years.
- 2:46SPEAKER_02: Full full name is Dr.
- 2:48SPEAKER_02: J?
- 2:48SPEAKER_05: Dr.
- 2:48SPEAKER_05: J, I didn't know.
- 2:49SPEAKER_05: Dr.
- 2:49SPEAKER_05: G ball.
- 2:50SPEAKER_05: Dr.
- 2:50SPEAKER_05: G.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: G.
- 2:52SPEAKER_05: G.
- 2:52SPEAKER_05: Whoa.
- 2:53SPEAKER_05: Dr.
- 2:53SPEAKER_05: G.
- 2:55SPEAKER_02: And what does G stand for?
- 2:58SPEAKER_05: My name is Vivian G.
- 3:00SPEAKER_05: So the Jen goes, right, so Dr.
- 3:05SPEAKER_05: G, tell me what is going on with this body?
- 3:09SPEAKER_05: What is going on?
- 3:11SPEAKER_05: Or are they bringing the body out?
- 3:15SPEAKER_04: Let's bring the body.
- 3:16SPEAKER_04: I don't think they do that in court.
- 3:17SPEAKER_07: Yeah, but that's on earth.
- 3:19SPEAKER_07: Okay.
- 3:19SPEAKER_07: We're not we're not there anymore.
- 3:21SPEAKER_04: Like this could be like a totally different thing.
- 3:24SPEAKER_04: Thank you very much.
- 3:25SPEAKER_05: Dr.
- 3:25SPEAKER_05: G goes, I I can I can bring the body out if everybody wants to see it.
- 3:29SPEAKER_04: I want to see the body.
- 3:30SPEAKER_04: I want to see my buddy Derek, who I love dearly.
- 3:34SPEAKER_04: And I was so sad when he sacrificed his life to make sure that Forlorn was free of a prime hold.
- 3:44SPEAKER_04: Bornhold.
- 3:45SPEAKER_04: You know what I meant.
- 3:46SPEAKER_04: Yeah, thank you.
- 3:47SPEAKER_04: That's good, good, good.
- 3:48SPEAKER_04: Bornhole was free.
- 3:50SPEAKER_04: I want to see my good friend.
- 3:52SPEAKER_04: Who's point me?
- 3:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah, good, good.
- 3:55SPEAKER_04: Stumble your head.
- 3:57SPEAKER_04: Bring him out.
- 3:58SPEAKER_04: Bring out the body.
- 3:59SPEAKER_05: So a portal opens.
- 4:01SPEAKER_07: Try not to cry.
- 4:03SPEAKER_05: A portal opens in the middle of the co op between between yourselves and the judge, right in the middle of the room, a portal opens and a bunch of it kind of splatters.
- 4:15SPEAKER_05: It's just a bunch of pretty much shredded flesh and bone and organs just splat down on the courtroom floor.
- 4:23unknown: Whoa!
- 4:28SPEAKER_05: Whoa!
- 4:30SPEAKER_10: We'd like to apologize to the improv show currently happening in my room.
- 4:36SPEAKER_03: I wished it was me.
- 4:41SPEAKER_04: I'm doing a whole dramatic.
- 4:42SPEAKER_04: Your Honor, you can see how heartbroken our client is.
- 4:46SPEAKER_04: To me cover up the body.
- 4:48SPEAKER_04: This is too traumatic for our client.
- 4:50SPEAKER_04: And measure.
- 4:53SPEAKER_04: And then before you cover it up, measure the book the hold.
- 4:56SPEAKER_05: I want to know how.
- 4:57SPEAKER_05: Judge slams his gabo and he's like, listen, you'll get a chance to make your arguments when it's your turn.
- 5:03SPEAKER_05: It's Vincenzo's turn, everybody.
- 5:05SPEAKER_05: He'll give Vincenzo a chance, yeah.
- 5:08SPEAKER_04: That's just we're trying, but it's just not very good.
- 5:11SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 5:11SPEAKER_04: All right, Your Honor.
- 5:14SPEAKER_07: I just want to see the body, that's all.
- 5:15SPEAKER_04: But this is why lawyers do this in real life.
- 5:17SPEAKER_04: They're just trying to the more they put they know it's not going to be heard by the judge, but they're just throwing it out so the people in the jury.
- 5:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: But do we have a jury?
- 5:26SPEAKER_04: Is this by the way, is this televised for the people of Neverwinter.
- 5:32SPEAKER_04: We are fucked.
- 5:33SPEAKER_04: What?
- 5:34SPEAKER_04: There's no jury.
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: It's just the judge who's being That's what I told him.
- 5:40SPEAKER_04: Is that right?
- 5:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: Oh, we're fucked.
- 5:42SPEAKER_04: Okay, but is it televised?
- 5:43SPEAKER_04: Like people are gonna see the revolution will not be televised.
- 5:47SPEAKER_05: You see a couple of the portals sat in the front row writing about it.
- 5:52SPEAKER_05: Thornhole describing.
- 5:53SPEAKER_02: I'd like to look at the holes myself.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: I'm rolling inside.
- 5:58SPEAKER_07: I would like to hand her one of my bolts.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: Seventeen.
- 6:02SPEAKER_05: Right.
- 6:02SPEAKER_05: You see that it looks like exactly what the body looked like to Fanny when she seen it, it was full of the darts and the arrows that got shot out of the wall.
- 6:11SPEAKER_07: Yeah, but there's no arrows, there was only darts.
- 6:15SPEAKER_04: Just wanted to do that.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: So that was no, these holes are dart holes, not crossbow bolts.
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: Your honor, I rest my case.
- 6:24SPEAKER_04: Boom.
- 6:25SPEAKER_04: Drop the mic.
- 6:28SPEAKER_05: I'm just gonna refer to the intelligence and the judgment of the coroner over some sad sack candle making lawyer.
- 6:38SPEAKER_04: You fucking asshole.
- 6:40SPEAKER_04: You leave her can his candles out of this.
- 6:44SPEAKER_04: Damn fine candles.
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: I open up a small candle.
- 6:46SPEAKER_04: So she's got and he's got a sale on right now.
- 6:49SPEAKER_02: I open up a small candle that's uh labeled for emergency zones.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: I say, Well, Vincenzo, I made you a candle.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: Won't you take a whiff?
- 6:59SPEAKER_05: I don't want a candle.
- 7:01SPEAKER_05: I wanna ask the coroner about the body.
- 7:04SPEAKER_05: Well damn it, I read.
- 7:11SPEAKER_05: Dr.
- 7:12SPEAKER_05: Vivian G.
- 7:13SPEAKER_05: Well ask fucking Vivian G then.
- 7:15SPEAKER_05: Do it.
- 7:16SPEAKER_05: So Vincenzo goes, right, what can you tell me about the body?
- 7:20SPEAKER_05: So then Vivian G's like, well, as you can see, uh it's been shot apart many, many times.
- 7:26SPEAKER_05: Probably by m I would say, from my judgment, multiple attention.
- 7:29SPEAKER_07: How many, how many, how many times?
- 7:32SPEAKER_05: A hundred?
- 7:33SPEAKER_05: I would say at least if five or six.
- 7:36SPEAKER_05: No, there's more than that.
- 7:38SPEAKER_07: Way more than that.
- 7:39SPEAKER_07: You say he came out all fucked up.
- 7:40SPEAKER_07: Hey, hey, Bill, go in eight days.
- 7:42SPEAKER_07: Don't don't say there was.
- 7:43SPEAKER_07: I just want to show that I didn't have that many arrows.
- 7:46SPEAKER_05: Well, listen, uh in my expert opinion, I'd probably say this has either been done by five people or I don't know, a multiple.
- 7:55SPEAKER_05: There's multiple attacks in this body.
- 7:57SPEAKER_05: Uh and then what I do say is that you know it's been completely destroyed.
- 8:03SPEAKER_05: It's clearly been thrown around as well.
- 8:05SPEAKER_05: You can see the body's been moved constantly, it's a lot of damage.
- 8:09SPEAKER_05: Whatever did this was seriously dangerous.
- 8:11SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo goes, What what did you want to say?
- 8:14SPEAKER_05: I'd want to argue it.
- 8:17SPEAKER_05: Well you wait till you're okay.
- 8:19SPEAKER_05: Let's write all the arguments down.
- 8:21SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo goes, My God, that sounds terrible.
- 8:25SPEAKER_05: So what what type of frenzied maniac would do that?
- 8:30SPEAKER_05: Yeah, well, I I can't speak to that, but what I can say is whatever did it, it was entirely on purpose.
- 8:36SPEAKER_05: They knew exactly what they were doing.
- 8:38SPEAKER_05: And and and that and that's for me the shocking part of it is the brutality and the consistent attack after attack after attack, you know, even when the body's clearly being destroyed, they've still kept on going.
- 8:51SPEAKER_05: And then Vincenzo goes, Right, and tell me what sort of a weapon would do this?
- 8:57SPEAKER_05: Would it be?
- 8:58SPEAKER_05: Could could a crossbow do this?
- 9:00SPEAKER_05: Could a dart do this?
- 9:01SPEAKER_05: And then she goes, Well, yeah, uh it's smaller hose, so I'd say more likely a dart.
- 9:07SPEAKER_05: So I would say multiple hearts with a dart.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: It's uh it's honestly it's hard to listen to this.
- 9:13SPEAKER_04: Just lie after lie after lie.
- 9:16SPEAKER_04: Your Honor, I really want to put forth now, and if I may, can I put forth now?
- 9:23SPEAKER_04: Fourth! Fourth! Your Honor.
- 9:26SPEAKER_04: Your Honor, what has been presented here is lies.
- 9:30SPEAKER_04: It is being presented that my client was the reason entirely behind Derek's death.
- 9:36SPEAKER_04: That is not the case.
- 9:39SPEAKER_04: It was Derek's plan to lead the group up the spiral staircase.
- 9:44SPEAKER_04: He was leading the group, he was there first, he was part of Bill's team, not uh uh an enemy of Bill.
- 9:52SPEAKER_04: Bill was not attacking Derek, he was there for the same goal to go up and investigate what was happening at the top of the tower.
- 9:59SPEAKER_04: My client did not lay a finger on Derek Littlehammer.
- 10:02SPEAKER_04: Because they were all scared of what was up there, and he led us.
- 10:07SPEAKER_04: Derek led the way.
- 10:09SPEAKER_04: Hence why he got the attack and not my client.
- 10:12SPEAKER_04: And it's that dart.
- 10:14SPEAKER_04: Sorry.
- 10:15SPEAKER_05: So the genre goes, right, so if one of these crazy maniacs happened to be carrying a dart, let's just say, in this gang of mad men that was with Derek, do you think they could have repeatedly used this dart to kill Derek?
- 10:33SPEAKER_05: Yeah, and then Dr.
- 10:34SPEAKER_05: G goes, oh yes, that seems entirely plausible, yeah.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: I would I would just like to say something.
- 10:40SPEAKER_02: You said they were with a band of mad men.
- 10:45SPEAKER_02: Let's not forget there was a mad woman as well.
- 10:47SPEAKER_04: No, no, no, no, no.
- 10:49SPEAKER_04: Thank you for bringing up this mad woman.
- 10:51SPEAKER_04: Well, you do it.
- 10:52SPEAKER_04: No, stop.
- 10:53SPEAKER_04: My fellow lawyer here is talking absolutely insane.
- 10:56SPEAKER_04: Look, I go I want to challenge the language used.
- 10:59SPEAKER_04: I and I would actually like if if you if you're gonna use those words and you shouldn't use them lightly, then I uh request a psychic uh uh psych evaluation of my client right here, right now.
- 11:14SPEAKER_04: And you will find he is not mad.
- 11:16SPEAKER_04: He is a sane man.
- 11:18SPEAKER_04: A pervert, a dirty, dirty pervert.
- 11:20SPEAKER_04: We've let them go.
- 11:22SPEAKER_04: But he is sane and he's not uh he is not a criminal.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: I think maybe we should actually plead insanity.
- 11:28SPEAKER_02: I don't know how much we want to go down the route of insanity.
- 11:30SPEAKER_04: Scarface, you have changed so much from the last episode.
- 11:33SPEAKER_04: I don't know what that fucking match has done to you, but you're bloody on one.
- 11:37SPEAKER_04: We're gonna win this.
- 11:37SPEAKER_04: Stay on bloody point.
- 11:39SPEAKER_04: I want to know from the court how we all know how he was killed with a dart, yes.
- 11:46SPEAKER_04: But what were does the does he know we were going up the steps with all the darts coming out?
- 11:53SPEAKER_04: You say one dart, but I know that when we were there trying to save Forlorn with my buddy Derek, who who who said, if you could do this, guys, we'll make sure like you say it was with maybe one dart.
- 12:12SPEAKER_07: I can say it was with many darts that Derek bravely fought to save Forlorn that day.
- 12:19SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 12:19SPEAKER_05: Well you'll get you can make that point on your cross of the corner.
- 12:23SPEAKER_04: Oh, okay.
- 12:24SPEAKER_04: I just wanted to run the record again.
- 12:26SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's an adapter.
- 12:27SPEAKER_04: Plus, also if you measured my client's darts with the darts.
- 12:31SPEAKER_04: I don't have darts.
- 12:32SPEAKER_04: Well, exactly, you fucking couldn't do it.
- 12:34SPEAKER_04: You don't have it.
- 12:34SPEAKER_05: I don't know darts.
- 12:35SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 12:37SPEAKER_05: So Vincenzo goes, so now they've brought up the mad woman.
- 12:42SPEAKER_05: So the mad woman has darts.
- 12:46SPEAKER_05: And you've pointed out he's not crazy, and that's my point exactly.
- 12:51SPEAKER_05: This man knows exactly what he's doing.
- 12:53SPEAKER_05: He sat over there with a fucking mute man who's clearly crazy.
- 12:59SPEAKER_05: He's hanging about with crazy people who carry around darts.
- 13:02SPEAKER_05: We all know.
- 13:06SPEAKER_04: You're the only crazy.
- 13:07SPEAKER_04: I put it to you, you're mad.
- 13:09SPEAKER_04: I don't even know what a dart looks like.
- 13:11SPEAKER_04: Me neither.
- 13:12SPEAKER_04: Me neither.
- 13:13SPEAKER_04: Um I know they have flights.
- 13:16SPEAKER_04: The only darts I've ever used are against a board, sir.
- 13:20SPEAKER_04: Oh, slam.
- 13:21SPEAKER_04: Fucking slam.
- 13:22SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 13:23SPEAKER_04: Eat shit.
- 13:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
- 13:25SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo was so I'm saying they have the murder weapon.
- 13:30SPEAKER_05: No, we don't have lie, lie.
- 13:33SPEAKER_05: They were seen with the murder weapon at dirt.
- 13:37SPEAKER_05: Then they also were seen with the victim.
- 13:40SPEAKER_05: They had a dislike for this man.
- 13:45SPEAKER_04: There is no dislike for this man, there's no evidence.
- 13:47SPEAKER_04: I'd like to take the judge to the crime scene.
- 13:51SPEAKER_04: So hard to hear lie after lie after lie.
- 13:53SPEAKER_02: Wait, fuck.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: We've gotta let him finish.
- 13:56SPEAKER_04: Okay, finish.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: If there's something I know about you and me in our hand jobs, if there's something I know about if there's something I know about you and me in our handjobs, we never let men finish.
- 14:11SPEAKER_05: They were They were seen with the victim, they were seen with the exact same weapon that was used to kill this man, and they were known not to like him.
- 14:26SPEAKER_05: I think that's all the questions I have for you today, Dr.
- 14:30SPEAKER_05: G.
- 14:31SPEAKER_05: And I pass you over to my esteemed colleagues, Stacy and Scarface.
- 14:38SPEAKER_07: What's his last name?
- 14:40SPEAKER_05: Stacy's.
- 14:41SPEAKER_05: Stacy Gleneth.
- 14:43SPEAKER_04: Stacy's a woman.
- 14:46SPEAKER_04: Um I wanna go if we can magically transport people, right?
- 14:52SPEAKER_04: Fucking you brought Derek's body.
- 14:55SPEAKER_04: Can we go to the stairs?
- 15:00SPEAKER_04: So good.
- 15:01SPEAKER_04: Let's go to the stairs.
- 15:04SPEAKER_04: Is it still gonna be the boobby trap though?
- 15:05SPEAKER_04: It doesn't matter because the his body, if it was with that, I you say that you don't have the murder weapon.
- 15:14SPEAKER_04: I say that I was there and there were plenty of murder weapons, but they weren't fired by us.
- 15:21SPEAKER_04: They weren't fired by us, and and I want one of those darts, and I want to go who here has owned one of these.
- 15:29SPEAKER_04: Even one dart that was shot in.
- 15:31SPEAKER_04: It's a terrible idea to go back to the scene where it happened.
- 15:33SPEAKER_02: Mr.
- 15:33SPEAKER_02: Judge, if I may.
- 15:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah, y yes.
- 15:37SPEAKER_05: Yes, you may.
- 15:38SPEAKER_02: Who's speaking right now?
- 15:39SPEAKER_05: I don't I don't know it.
- 15:41SPEAKER_04: Can I just say Stacy is I think you're doing great, Liam.
- 15:44SPEAKER_04: You're the best TM member.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: Is priced to cut off Scarface if he goes rogue again and just hands them something.
- 15:53SPEAKER_05: What what are you are you not wanting to cross examine the witness?
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: Yes, that's that is what I'm doing.
- 15:58SPEAKER_05: Okay, go ahead.
- 15:59SPEAKER_05: Mr.
- 15:59SPEAKER_02: Jones, first I would like to say uh everything, all that evidence that you just brought up, Mr.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: Vincenzo, esteemed colleague, is a completely uh referential.
- 16:10SPEAKER_02: You were seen with someone doesn't mean you murdered them.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: And how dare you plant that idea in someone's head, uh you fish smelling man.
- 16:19SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: I can smell the fish through the air.
- 16:21SPEAKER_02: It's raw and it's stinky.
- 16:23SPEAKER_02: Mr.
- 16:25SPEAKER_04: And it's not one of our candles, it's candles.
- 16:27SPEAKER_04: Can you get out a candle?
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: Because this is I get out a candle, I light one.
- 16:31SPEAKER_02: It's uh it's also birthday cake.
- 16:34SPEAKER_02: Dr.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: Vivian G.
- 16:36SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 16:37SPEAKER_02: Uh I've been looking through your past credentials.
- 16:40SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 16:41SPEAKER_02: You've been working for the city of Neverwinter for how many years?
- 16:46SPEAKER_05: Seven.
- 16:47SPEAKER_02: Seven.
- 16:48SPEAKER_02: And who may who may I ask are your parents?
- 16:51SPEAKER_05: Mr.
- 16:52SPEAKER_05: and Mrs.
- 16:52SPEAKER_05: G.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 16:54SPEAKER_02: And were they were they or were they not employed by um Neverwinter I don't know, the old scary guy.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: The Chancellor.
- 17:04SPEAKER_02: The Chancellor for their entire lives?
- 17:06SPEAKER_05: Well, yeah, everybody is employed by the Chancellor.
- 17:09SPEAKER_05: He's he's well, actually, we're employed by the ruler of Neverwinter Taz, but you know, he handles the paperwork.
- 17:15SPEAKER_05: So really I worked for Taz.
- 17:16SPEAKER_02: Yes, you work for Tees.
- 17:18SPEAKER_02: And what do you feel about Taez?
- 17:20SPEAKER_05: I think he's the best uh ruler Neverwinter's ever had, but it's so prosperous.
- 17:25SPEAKER_02: What school did you go to to study corpse analysis?
- 17:29SPEAKER_05: Uh the University of Neverwinter.
- 17:32SPEAKER_05: That's the worst university ever.
- 17:34SPEAKER_04: I had a friend that went there.
- 17:35SPEAKER_04: They're all very dumb.
- 17:37SPEAKER_04: They come out thick as fuck.
- 17:38SPEAKER_04: They come out thick as judges.
- 17:40SPEAKER_05: The judge bangs is gavel.
- 17:42SPEAKER_05: I went to the University of Neverwinter.
- 17:44SPEAKER_05: Exhibit A.
- 17:45SPEAKER_05: Exhibit A.
- 17:46SPEAKER_05: Exhibit A.
- 17:48SPEAKER_05: That's gonna get you a minus one.
- 17:51SPEAKER_04: Oh, for having a bit of a laugh, Your Honor.
- 17:54SPEAKER_04: Awesome Lightning Judge.
- 17:56SPEAKER_04: Bloody Ellie, can you get a crack a joke?
- 17:58SPEAKER_04: Keep going.
- 17:58SPEAKER_02: I'm just questioning your professionality in this case and your objectivity in this case.
- 18:04SPEAKER_05: Well, I've never met this man before.
- 18:06SPEAKER_05: I don't even really know who he is.
- 18:07SPEAKER_04: Do I look like I shoot darts?
- 18:09SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 18:10SPEAKER_05: Have you met Vincenzo Gambino before?
- 18:12SPEAKER_05: I've been cross-examined by him many times, yes.
- 18:15SPEAKER_04: Would you say you're close with Mr.
- 18:16SPEAKER_04: Gambino?
- 18:17SPEAKER_05: No, I only see him when it comes to the.
- 18:18SPEAKER_05: Would you say that you would actually go as far to go along with Gambino's lies?
- 18:23SPEAKER_05: Well, no, because he asked me if he shot him and I said no, because I don't know.
- 18:27SPEAKER_04: No, you didn't say no.
- 18:28SPEAKER_04: You said it's uh potentially, but possibly.
- 18:31SPEAKER_04: You should have shut it down as a lie, which it was.
- 18:34SPEAKER_02: Because you don't know anything you don't know anything about that.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: Uh Judge, I would like to bring uh a separate uh coroner from outside of the city to review the case.
- 18:45SPEAKER_04: Good one, yes.
- 18:46SPEAKER_04: Yes, we want a different coroner.
- 18:50SPEAKER_05: So the judge goes uh bangs of gabling is like, hey, who who is this coroner you want to bring in?
- 18:59SPEAKER_02: I present a completely objective coroner from the town of Cornfeather.
- 19:05SPEAKER_04: Born.
- 19:07SPEAKER_04: No, no, not the one.
- 19:08SPEAKER_04: Born and raised Cornfeather.
- 19:10SPEAKER_02: Now, Cornfeather uh uh is a b is a beautiful town far away, and as you know, is uh as is like s uh some would say Switzerland in the sense It sure is.
- 19:19SPEAKER_04: That's a great, great example.
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: That it's it's it's not aligned to anyone.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: Now, I have just uh you uh we have been studying these files from this case for the last two.
- 19:28SPEAKER_04: Oh, I'm all read up, I'm caught up, yes, yes, yes.
- 19:31SPEAKER_02: And what is your name?
- 19:32SPEAKER_04: My name.
- 19:33SPEAKER_04: Damn, that's a damn good question.
- 19:35SPEAKER_04: Stacy My name is Frederick Alexander.
- 19:41SPEAKER_02: Frederick, Dr.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: Frederick Alexander, thank you so much for joining us.
- 19:45SPEAKER_04: You're very, very welcome.
- 19:46SPEAKER_04: We've just pulled up the lovely courtroom you have.
- 19:48SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 19:50SPEAKER_02: What are you what is your first original findings by looking at the case?
- 19:54SPEAKER_04: Well, my first findings is that uh when I examined the the the defendant, uh or whatever the correct legalist term for that is, I I don't think it's the uh the accused.
- 20:06SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 20:07SPEAKER_04: I examined his weapons that uh the other defendant is or the other prosecutor is accusing uh him of using to objection.
- 20:16SPEAKER_05: Well, that's because I have never once said that this man owns the dot.
- 20:22SPEAKER_05: I said the mad woman Phaneus Bigwind owns the wheel.
- 20:25SPEAKER_05: I examined that as well.
- 20:26SPEAKER_05: I examined them all.
- 20:27SPEAKER_05: I examined them all.
- 20:28SPEAKER_05: You don't you can't say that because you Well not uh you've not had the dot?
- 20:34SPEAKER_05: You don't need to be able to do that.
- 20:35SPEAKER_05: This is why people get mad at it.
- 20:36SPEAKER_05: Do you know what Frederick Alexander's been up to?
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: Judge, I'm sorry, but uh we are not on trial for Phaneus Bigwin.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: We are on trial for Bill Futler.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: Bill Futler.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: So whatever Phineas Bigwin did or did not do, I cannot speak to.
- 20:50SPEAKER_02: All I can speak to is what Bill Dan Bill has never used darts in his goddamn life.
- 20:54SPEAKER_04: Well, when I examined them, I do have to say that I uh agree.
- 20:57SPEAKER_04: Uh but Bill, maybe Fabi's guilty, but I'm not.
- 21:01SPEAKER_04: It's wherever she is, it's not wherever she is.
- 21:04SPEAKER_04: I don't know this woman.
- 21:06SPEAKER_04: They were not compliant with each other, was what I found with my findings.
- 21:10SPEAKER_05: Uh so is that are you done?
- 21:12SPEAKER_05: Are you wanting to ask any more questions of Frederick Alexander?
- 21:16SPEAKER_05: Um Frederick Alexander.
- 21:18SPEAKER_04: I wanna ask him how many holes were in Derek?
- 21:23SPEAKER_04: Hundreds.
- 21:24SPEAKER_04: Hundred what can you say hundreds?
- 21:26SPEAKER_04: Uh except for and top heaps, heaps.
- 21:30SPEAKER_04: So this is a good thing.
- 21:31SPEAKER_04: It's real hard to tell with the hundreds, and you're saying that uh it was either one dart a hundred times or a hundred darts one time.
- 21:44SPEAKER_04: I would also say this I would also say this.
- 21:47SPEAKER_04: Uh I come to courtrooms uh many times, you know, being a coroner and all, and there and you know, I am sometimes not the only coroner called into the court, and never, never in my entire life.
- 22:00SPEAKER_04: Have I disagreed with what the previous coroner's findings were?
- 22:05SPEAKER_04: I j uh they're usually quite close.
- 22:08SPEAKER_04: This is so far away.
- 22:09SPEAKER_04: That first coroner was obviously a big bag of shit.
- 22:13SPEAKER_04: Telling lies after lie.
- 22:16SPEAKER_04: My findings are true.
- 22:18SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 22:19SPEAKER_05: Are you s any more questions or can Vincenzo's?
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: We rest our case.
- 22:23SPEAKER_05: Okay, so Vincenzo.
- 22:24SPEAKER_05: They would call that am I dropping the biz?
- 22:26SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo's gonna cross examine no shit.
- 22:30SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo's up.
- 22:31SPEAKER_05: Alright, I'm gonna be honest.
- 22:32SPEAKER_05: My horse just flat a little bit.
- 22:34SPEAKER_02: Oh Vincenzo.
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: Vincenzo's gonna cross-examine.
- 22:37SPEAKER_05: Bring it on, you stupid horse.
- 22:39SPEAKER_05: So you call Frederick Alexander.
- 22:43SPEAKER_05: That's your name, isn't it?
- 22:44SPEAKER_05: Correct.
- 22:45SPEAKER_05: Not Doctor.
- 22:46SPEAKER_05: Well, Dr.
- 22:47SPEAKER_05: Fred.
- 22:48SPEAKER_05: Why did you not introduce yourself as Doctor?
- 22:50SPEAKER_05: I'm a humble man.
- 22:51SPEAKER_05: A humble man.
- 22:52SPEAKER_05: Oh, right.
- 22:53SPEAKER_05: And you come from where?
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: Cornfeather.
- 22:57SPEAKER_05: Cornfeather.
- 22:59SPEAKER_05: Oh, corn feather.
- 23:01SPEAKER_05: I know it well.
- 23:02SPEAKER_05: I know it well.
- 23:03SPEAKER_05: I know it well, my friend.
- 23:07SPEAKER_08: Oh boy, do I know it well.
- 23:10SPEAKER_05: Tell me, still cannibalism happening in corn feather?
- 23:14unknown: Right.
- 23:15SPEAKER_05: Is that why you're here?
- 23:16SPEAKER_05: You smell the nice juicy carbs you want to put on your table?
- 23:19SPEAKER_04: I mean, Your Honor.
- 23:20SPEAKER_05: Is that what we're doing here?
- 23:21SPEAKER_05: Are we offering this man an appetizing menu?
- 23:26SPEAKER_04: Your Honor, this is crazy talk.
- 23:29SPEAKER_04: I don't know where he's got this cannibalism thing from, but Your Honor, do I even have to dignify myself with a response?
- 23:37SPEAKER_05: Don't respond.
- 23:37SPEAKER_05: I can see your lips are smacking, boy.
- 23:40SPEAKER_05: So tell me now.
- 23:41SPEAKER_05: Let the record show.
- 23:42SPEAKER_05: My lips are very much open and fine.
- 23:45SPEAKER_10: But your ass lips are very much.
- 23:47SPEAKER_05: My ass lips are a little sweaty, I'll say that.
- 23:49SPEAKER_05: So let me ask you a question.
- 23:51SPEAKER_05: You said you disagree with the previous corner.
- 23:54SPEAKER_05: Explain how in which way.
- 23:56SPEAKER_04: Well, just uh on on all findings, I disagreed on all of them.
- 24:00SPEAKER_04: So if you want to bring one up to me.
- 24:01SPEAKER_05: So you disagree this person was killed by darts.
- 24:04SPEAKER_05: Is that what you're saying?
- 24:05SPEAKER_04: The amount?
- 24:06SPEAKER_04: I do disagree with that.
- 24:07SPEAKER_05: Oh, so you do agree with my corner?
- 24:10SPEAKER_05: On the uh on the amount of uh That's not a body.
- 24:15SPEAKER_05: I disagree.
- 24:16SPEAKER_02: Excuse me.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: Yes, I'm now the judge.
- 24:20SPEAKER_05: Is that what this man said merely five minutes ago?
- 24:25SPEAKER_05: I think he said five or six, and I said heaps or hundreds.
- 24:28SPEAKER_05: He said my coroner said this per this attack could have been taken out by five or six people.
- 24:36SPEAKER_04: She also said Well then Gareth misheard you, and I don't think you should judge him on that.
- 24:41SPEAKER_10: I also misheard you.
- 24:42SPEAKER_04: We all misheard you.
- 24:43SPEAKER_04: You said five or six people, I thought you said five or six wounds.
- 24:47SPEAKER_04: How could you think that?
- 24:50SPEAKER_05: Well, maybe you need to speak better, because a few of us that thought the same.
- 24:54SPEAKER_05: What I'm hearing is here, you have came into this court uninformed, under prepared, and let's be perfectly honest, underintelligent.
- 25:06SPEAKER_05: So my question to you is Objection, that was mean.
- 25:11SPEAKER_05: That was pretty rude.
- 25:12SPEAKER_02: Objection.
- 25:13SPEAKER_05: Well, I'm gonna continue to be a little bit mean.
- 25:16SPEAKER_05: I'm asking you what see why this guy is honestly, this is getting ridiculous.
- 25:25SPEAKER_05: What are you actually providing that is any different to what was said?
- 25:30SPEAKER_04: I'll tell you right now what I'm providing, you horny fuck.
- 25:34SPEAKER_04: I'm providing truth.
- 25:36SPEAKER_04: I'm the only one in here speaking facts and truth.
- 25:41SPEAKER_04: I think I'm gonna get off on this case.
- 25:45SPEAKER_05: I put it to you, dude.
- 25:46SPEAKER_05: What you were saying is that this man was killed by a dart.
- 25:50SPEAKER_05: He was killed by a dart being pushed into him on multiple occasions.
- 25:55SPEAKER_05: And pushed into him.
- 25:59SPEAKER_05: And that is how this man died.
- 26:01SPEAKER_05: Is it or is that not accurate?
- 26:03SPEAKER_05: That is accurate.
- 26:05SPEAKER_05: I have no further questions for this witness.
- 26:07SPEAKER_05: You can leave the stand.
- 26:08SPEAKER_05: Oh, fuck.
- 26:09SPEAKER_04: I just handed him a win right on my hand.
- 26:11SPEAKER_04: No, you didn't.
- 26:11SPEAKER_04: No, you did not.
- 26:12SPEAKER_04: I did my best.
- 26:14SPEAKER_04: I did my best.
- 26:14SPEAKER_04: For the record.
- 26:15SPEAKER_04: I did my best.
- 26:16SPEAKER_04: For the record, a lot of darts hit this guy.
- 26:21SPEAKER_02: And to confirm, Bill Futler had no darts.
- 26:24SPEAKER_04: And no darts.
- 26:25SPEAKER_04: That last coroner, I found him really attractive.
- 26:29SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 26:30SPEAKER_05: Okay, who wants to know for this one?
- 26:32SPEAKER_05: What is it?
- 26:32SPEAKER_05: This is to see what the judge makes of this coroner.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: It's not Tom either.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: He's a lawyer.
- 26:40SPEAKER_04: No, no, we're sending him to the show.
- 26:42SPEAKER_09: Tom has just rolled his dice out of an empty Pringles can.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: Well, I need to know.
- 26:52SPEAKER_01: I mean, he's in the defense.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: He could get it.
- 26:54SPEAKER_09: Gareth, I need people to know that there are now barbecue Pringle crumbs all over the table.
- 26:59SPEAKER_05: I know what I got when you get it.
- 27:02SPEAKER_05: So now it should be the lawyer's role, and we're in charge of the case.
- 27:06SPEAKER_08: It's too late.
- 27:07SPEAKER_04: Well.
- 27:07SPEAKER_04: Um, Vincenzo.
- 27:11SPEAKER_04: I was really excited because it was.
- 27:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I was as well.
- 27:14SPEAKER_04: I saw the Pringles can.
- 27:16SPEAKER_04: Hey.
- 27:16SPEAKER_04: It didn't work.
- 27:17SPEAKER_04: I got a rolling cup.
- 27:18SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo is now gonna call Peggy a little hammer.
- 27:22unknown: Oh fuck.
- 27:23SPEAKER_04: Oh that she hey didn't.
- 27:26SPEAKER_04: Hey Peggy! No, she fucking hates us.
- 27:32SPEAKER_04: Why?
- 27:33SPEAKER_04: What did we do to her?
- 27:34SPEAKER_04: I can't remember.
- 27:35SPEAKER_04: Because you murdered her husband.
- 27:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but we didn't do that.
- 27:38SPEAKER_04: I thought we good.
- 27:39SPEAKER_04: Wait.
- 27:41SPEAKER_07: Hold on, hold on.
- 27:43SPEAKER_07: I gotta remember back to that episode.
- 27:45SPEAKER_07: Why was she mad at us?
- 27:46SPEAKER_07: What happened to her?
- 27:47SPEAKER_07: What what she wasn't at the judge.
- 27:50SPEAKER_05: We never judged.
- 27:53SPEAKER_05: You led the husband to his death.
- 27:55SPEAKER_05: That's why she just said that.
- 27:56SPEAKER_07: Yeah, but we came.
- 27:57SPEAKER_07: Did we oh, did we ever come back down?
- 27:59SPEAKER_05: No, you never got taken away.
- 28:01SPEAKER_05: So she doesn't know.
- 28:03SPEAKER_05: She's just seen you take him away and then he turned up dead.
- 28:05SPEAKER_04: So Oh, okay, okay.
- 28:07SPEAKER_04: Hey Peg, what's up?
- 28:09SPEAKER_05: So a portal opens, Peggy walks out, she's got her eyes are red and puffy, she's clearly very upset.
- 28:16SPEAKER_05: When you start shouting, hey Peggy, what's up?
- 28:18SPEAKER_04: She goes, uh She's fucking done and I advise you to not speak to Peggy again.
- 28:27SPEAKER_04: Peggy.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: Peggy.
- 28:33SPEAKER_05: So finger guns are a bad look.
- 28:35SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo.
- 28:41SPEAKER_04: Bye, bye.
- 28:42SPEAKER_04: Hey, how's four lorn?
- 28:44SPEAKER_04: Pretty safe, isn't it?
- 28:46SPEAKER_04: You're welcome.
- 28:46SPEAKER_04: No frogs, demons, or fish people.
- 28:49SPEAKER_04: So why not?
- 28:50SPEAKER_04: You didn't even like Derek.
- 28:54SPEAKER_04: You murdered.
- 28:57SPEAKER_04: You murdered us by making him go up to that thing.
- 29:00SPEAKER_04: We were happy on oh, not a bad case.
- 29:03SPEAKER_04: Not a bad case.
- 29:06SPEAKER_02: I would request my client holds on for just one second.
- 29:10SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo goes, Peggy murdered.
- 29:13SPEAKER_05: Can you tell us your name and what happened to Derek?
- 29:16SPEAKER_05: So Peggy Dart.
- 29:18SPEAKER_05: Remember what her voice was, Leon.
- 29:20SPEAKER_05: I do remember.
- 29:20SPEAKER_05: I went back to check.
- 29:22SPEAKER_05: So Peggy.
- 29:23SPEAKER_05: That's her middle name, Dirt.
- 29:24SPEAKER_07: She's about the dirt.
- 29:26SPEAKER_07: Didn't everybody know Peggy likes to be a little bit more.
- 29:28SPEAKER_04: We call her Peggy Nine Dart.
- 29:30SPEAKER_07: Yeah.
- 29:31SPEAKER_07: I remember the first time I met Peggy.
- 29:33SPEAKER_07: She said, Hey, you want to play some killer darts?
- 29:35SPEAKER_07: And I went, Well.
- 29:36SPEAKER_05: So Peggy goes, Hello, my name is Peggy Littlehammer.
- 29:46SPEAKER_05: Peggy.
- 29:48SPEAKER_05: She's emotional.
- 29:49SPEAKER_05: Oh, I came across.
- 29:51SPEAKER_05: I came across it.
- 29:52SPEAKER_03: Peggy Little.
- 29:53SPEAKER_03: My name is Peggy Littlehammer.
- 29:55SPEAKER_03: And then my husband, Derek, was led away.
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: And then he turned up dead.
- 30:00SPEAKER_03: And he was killed by I had to pull a dart out of him and he was he was dead.
- 30:07SPEAKER_01: Oh bloody grip, girl.
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: You're good at it.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: Are you wondering?
- 30:11SPEAKER_01: No, that's a laugh.
- 30:12SPEAKER_01: I'm being silly, obviously.
- 30:13SPEAKER_02: No, I'm not sure.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: Stacy wouldn't say that.
- 30:15SPEAKER_04: Stacy wouldn't say that.
- 30:17SPEAKER_04: That was me being silly for the group.
- 30:18SPEAKER_02: Stacy only said that real quiet, like into my ear.
- 30:23SPEAKER_02: I wish he'd get a grip.
- 30:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:26SPEAKER_03: So then she's like, and then he was taken away by him and his friends, and then he was dead.
- 30:34SPEAKER_04: But you agree they were part of the same team.
- 30:37SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo goes, it is not your goddamn turn to ask fucking questions, Stacy.
- 30:43SPEAKER_05: How many times do I have to say?
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: Let's let's sit back.
- 30:46SPEAKER_02: Let's sit back on this one, boys.
- 30:49SPEAKER_04: Let's not say a fucking word and let Vincenzo wrap himself up in life and we'll unpack it like that.
- 30:55SPEAKER_04: Listen, listen, the courtroom's losing it.
- 30:59SPEAKER_04: That's what you're hearing in the background.
- 31:01SPEAKER_02: Someone's playing goddamn music.
- 31:03SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo goes, so how did Derek know this group of maniacs?
- 31:11SPEAKER_05: So Peggy said, Well, they they just hold on, what is it?
- 31:15SPEAKER_05: And Peggy, they just appeared in our village and they they came, they killed some fish people, then they went down, they killed more stuff, then they were going up to kill something else.
- 31:26SPEAKER_05: They were killing things every every step of the way.
- 31:29SPEAKER_05: There was just blood everywhere, everywhere they went.
- 31:32SPEAKER_05: They stayed in my and my and my tavern and I constantly I just cleaning blood up everywhere because they're just dragging it through, dragging it through, and I was like, oh no, I don't like all this blood, but they don't care, you know, they're maniacs.
- 31:46SPEAKER_05: Also, I've heard that Fanny Spigwind, she was actually trying to start uh an uprising amongst the females in my village to go and overthrow Derek because she she hated him.
- 32:03SPEAKER_05: She she hated him.
- 32:04SPEAKER_05: Derek was always telling me, Oh, I don't think they like me, they call me a coward, they make fun of me, and uh and I I d I don't know what I can do because I just want them to be my friends, but they never wanted to be my friends.
- 32:15SPEAKER_05: Fairfox you're nailing this, Vincenzo.
- 32:18SPEAKER_05: Then Vincenzo goes, so let me just be clear on this.
- 32:22SPEAKER_05: You're saying Derek went away with these people, these people didn't like them, and then Derek ended up dead.
- 32:31SPEAKER_05: And Phantas Bigwind in particular did not like him.
- 32:35SPEAKER_05: Can I ask you one final question?
- 32:38SPEAKER_05: Did you ever see Phineas Bigwind carrying a dart?
- 32:43SPEAKER_05: Yeah, she always carried the dart.
- 32:45SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
- 32:45SPEAKER_05: She always had that on her.
- 32:46SPEAKER_03: Life! Liars.
- 32:51SPEAKER_04: I'm not even improvising that tonight.
- 32:54SPEAKER_04: Imagine it was an improvised scene, and someone's just like, I'm thinking all years of liars.
- 33:00SPEAKER_02: They're like, are you are you done?
- 33:02SPEAKER_05: I'm done.
- 33:03SPEAKER_05: You're witnessing.
- 33:04SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
- 33:05SPEAKER_02: I'll t I'll I'll start this.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: Hello, Peggy.
- 33:08SPEAKER_02: Hello.
- 33:08SPEAKER_02: I'm so sorry for your loss.
- 33:10SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
- 33:11SPEAKER_05: That was very nice of you.
- 33:12SPEAKER_02: My pleasure.
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: No one deserves to have their partner killed.
- 33:15SPEAKER_05: I agree.
- 33:16SPEAKER_02: I'm so sorry.
- 33:18SPEAKER_02: But is it true that you did not see what happened to Derek after he went with that group?
- 33:24SPEAKER_05: I seen him get taken away, and then I seen his body turn up dead.
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: I will also argue taken away.
- 33:30SPEAKER_02: Or did he volunteer to go?
- 33:33SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 33:34SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 33:34SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much, Peggy, for telling the truth.
- 33:37SPEAKER_02: You don't know.
- 33:38SPEAKER_02: The only thing you saw was Derek leaving with that group.
- 33:40SPEAKER_02: You don't know under what conditions what terms.
- 33:42SPEAKER_02: No.
- 33:43SPEAKER_02: Okay, great.
- 33:44SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
- 33:44SPEAKER_02: And Peggy, is it true or not that you requested upon this group of merry band uh people that that you asked them to kill the fish people in order to be able to receive uh imports from the fish, uh from the harbor.
- 33:59SPEAKER_05: I I didn't do anything.
- 34:00SPEAKER_05: I didn't ask anyone to do anything.
- 34:01SPEAKER_02: But do you know that Derek did?
- 34:03SPEAKER_05: I don't I know my husband.
- 34:04SPEAKER_02: So you don't know.
- 34:05SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for telling the truth, Peggy.
- 34:07SPEAKER_02: You don't know that they were requested to take on the fish people.
- 34:11SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
- 34:12SPEAKER_02: You don't know, thank you so much, Peggy.
- 34:14SPEAKER_02: You don't know so goddamn much.
- 34:15SPEAKER_02: I don't even know why you were called on this fucking witness stand.
- 34:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:21SPEAKER_02: Now, Peggy, aga once again, I am sorry for your loss, but unfortunately you do not know what happened, and I'm afraid that your emotions are getting away with the truth.
- 34:30SPEAKER_02: Stacey, you have anything to add?
- 34:32SPEAKER_04: You know what?
- 34:32SPEAKER_04: I don't think I do, because I let's be honest, that was a fucking home run.
- 34:36SPEAKER_04: That was yeah.
- 34:37SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 34:37SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much, Peggy.
- 34:38SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo goes, redirect, redirect.
- 34:41SPEAKER_03: So it's always this fucking friend.
- 34:47SPEAKER_05: So Vincenzo goes, so you were quite harshly spoken to there.
- 34:54SPEAKER_05: I think I think a line was crossed to swear at a poor innocent widow.
- 34:59SPEAKER_05: Let me just clarify some things.
- 35:02SPEAKER_05: You saw the victim, your husband Derek Littlehammer, leave with these people.
- 35:09SPEAKER_05: Did you see Derek come back at some point alone?
- 35:12SPEAKER_05: Or was he the only time you saw Derek was with them?
- 35:16SPEAKER_05: Well yeah, he left with them.
- 35:17SPEAKER_05: I never seen him again until he turned up dead.
- 35:19SPEAKER_05: Thank you, Peggy.
- 35:21SPEAKER_05: So, you seen him leave with them, then he turns up dead.
- 35:25SPEAKER_05: You also seen that he was one of them was carrying a dart.
- 35:29SPEAKER_05: Did you know that was the same thing that was used to kill your husband?
- 35:34SPEAKER_05: A dart.
- 35:35SPEAKER_02: Can I re cross, recross?
- 35:37SPEAKER_05: Well, I what what do you gotta say?
- 35:40SPEAKER_02: Once again, Peggy, you have claimed that you saw Phanyus Bigwind with a you saw Phanyus Bigwind with a dart.
- 35:48SPEAKER_05: Yeah, same Fanny.
- 35:49SPEAKER_02: And not Bill Futler or this uh the other two people here.
- 35:52SPEAKER_02: Sean, Sean and Mika.
- 35:54SPEAKER_05: No, Mika just met in jail.
- 35:57SPEAKER_05: No, I didn't, I it was only Fanny.
- 35:59SPEAKER_02: So Fanny is not here, that's a different trial, and maybe at that point we would find them guilty.
- 36:04SPEAKER_02: But you are accusing people who are not on this court.
- 36:06SPEAKER_04: Hearsay, hearsay, hearsay.
- 36:09SPEAKER_04: Good group, good group.
- 36:11SPEAKER_02: So once again, you have no pertinent information.
- 36:13SPEAKER_05: I'm not accusing anyone of anything.
- 36:15SPEAKER_05: I'm just telling you whatever.
- 36:16SPEAKER_02: Oh, but Peggy, you did come up here and accuse them of taking your husband away, which we later found out not true.
- 36:23SPEAKER_02: You know, you did not know.
- 36:24SPEAKER_04: Peggy, I know, I I know I said I know I know I know I said I was just gonna let Scarface do the thing because Scarface neared it in that first bit.
- 36:32SPEAKER_04: But there is one other thing that we haven't mentioned so far that I do think is pertinent to the case.
- 36:36SPEAKER_04: The whole reason that they were going up there in the first place was because Derek Littlehammer was depending on my client and his friends to help him for his own political standing within the town.
- 36:51SPEAKER_04: He was the reason they were going up there.
- 36:54SPEAKER_04: It was his plan.
- 36:55SPEAKER_05: Peggy, can I ask a question next to this?
- 36:59SPEAKER_05: I just want to add to your question, brother.
- 37:02SPEAKER_05: Right.
- 37:03SPEAKER_05: Brother.
- 37:04SPEAKER_05: Yeah, brother.
- 37:05SPEAKER_05: What?
- 37:06SPEAKER_05: Oh, cultural problem.
- 37:08SPEAKER_05: Booking T's ended the thing.
- 37:11SPEAKER_05: So, can I ask you?
- 37:13SPEAKER_05: Do you think it helped your husband's political gain being repeatedly killed with a fucking dark nod going on in the kidney?
- 37:22SPEAKER_04: Not what I asked.
- 37:24SPEAKER_04: I said, I'm merely trying to understand from Peggy.
- 37:29SPEAKER_04: What I I'm really merely trying to get a statement for Peggy.
- 37:33SPEAKER_04: Why did this happen in the first place?
- 37:36SPEAKER_04: It was Derek's plan.
- 37:38SPEAKER_04: He relied on my client's help to go up there in the first place.
- 37:43SPEAKER_04: Is that not true, Peggy?
- 37:45SPEAKER_05: I don't know what was going on with Derek and them.
- 37:48SPEAKER_05: Peggy, you they they had their own discussions going on.
- 37:51SPEAKER_05: I wasn't privy to it.
- 37:53SPEAKER_05: All I know is Derek went away with them, but then they showed up dead.
- 37:57SPEAKER_04: Well, I go with Peggy, I I have I have some news for you, and I really genuinely, sincerely hope that you can find peace in this.
- 38:05SPEAKER_04: The reason your husband died is because he was a man with a plan, and he died like a hero for the people of Thornhold.
- 38:14SPEAKER_04: It was not this group that killed him.
- 38:16SPEAKER_04: It was an outside source, and your husband's death should be celebrated and remembered heroically by you and the people of Thornhold.
- 38:24SPEAKER_02: Well, we are looking at facts today.
- 38:25SPEAKER_02: All of these are lovely ideas, what was right and wrong, but the fact is, Peggy, you don't know why Derek went with him, and you don't know what happened.
- 38:34SPEAKER_05: No, I don't.
- 38:35SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 38:36SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 38:38SPEAKER_02: My friend would like to ask uh Peggy, what was the state of Thornhold before these people got there?
- 38:45SPEAKER_05: I believe they were under Well, there was a lot of there was there was we had an issue with Kitower, that something had invaded uh uh uh watchtower lighthouse.
- 38:56SPEAKER_05: Uh yeah, it wasn't great.
- 38:57SPEAKER_05: I'm not denying that.
- 38:58SPEAKER_05: Derek was trying to deal with it and he was dead.
- 39:01SPEAKER_04: Derek was trying to deal with it.
- 39:02SPEAKER_04: And how did he try to deal with it?
- 39:04SPEAKER_05: By encouraging to almost die.
- 39:08SPEAKER_05: Well, I don't know.
- 39:11SPEAKER_04: I'm off it.
- 39:12SPEAKER_04: Peggy.
- 39:13SPEAKER_02: I would like to call a new group of witnesses to the stand.
- 39:16SPEAKER_05: I ain't done with Peggy.
- 39:18SPEAKER_05: Let me finish with the game.
- 39:21SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 39:22SPEAKER_05: So James goes, right, there's been a lot of questions.
- 39:24SPEAKER_05: I just want to clarify one thing.
- 39:27SPEAKER_05: You soon you seen Derek leave with them.
- 39:32SPEAKER_05: Do you you don't know why they left?
- 39:34SPEAKER_04: You do know why they left.
- 39:36SPEAKER_04: You do know why they left.
- 39:40SPEAKER_04: We asked what was going on before.
- 39:42SPEAKER_04: She said there was something up on the lighthouse, and they wanted to go and deal with it.
- 39:48SPEAKER_04: Derek's popularity in the town was very low.
- 39:50SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 39:51SPEAKER_04: But these new people had come into town and they were very good at killing the Katoa.
- 39:54SPEAKER_04: So Derek encouraged their help.
- 39:56SPEAKER_04: They're helping.
- 39:58SPEAKER_05: I would point out to the judge, my opposition is testifying.
- 40:03SPEAKER_05: They never clarified that with the witness.
- 40:05SPEAKER_05: So what I was like.
- 40:06SPEAKER_05: I fucking put it to her and you started talking.
- 40:09SPEAKER_05: Well, yes, because it's my redirect.
- 40:11SPEAKER_05: So what I'm saying is you've seen the accused in a group with the same weapon that was used to kill Derek.
- 40:21SPEAKER_05: You've seen them leave together.
- 40:23SPEAKER_05: You never saw Derek return, and then you found him dead after leaving with these people.
- 40:29SPEAKER_05: You admit that they did not like Derek, they were actively acting against the city.
- 40:33SPEAKER_05: Objection, objection.
- 40:36SPEAKER_02: No, no, you said Fanny did not like Derek.
- 40:39SPEAKER_02: Not the whole group.
- 40:40SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 40:41SPEAKER_02: I love Derek.
- 40:42SPEAKER_05: Fanny.
- 40:47SPEAKER_05: Peggy, did the group as a whole like Derek?
- 40:51SPEAKER_02: Objection.
- 40:52SPEAKER_02: You cannot be testifying on the on the emotions of other people.
- 40:55SPEAKER_05: But she's watched Judge Duty.
- 40:58SPEAKER_05: That's honestly so good.
- 41:00SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 41:01SPEAKER_05: The judge goes, uh that that is true.
- 41:03SPEAKER_02: This is hearsay.
- 41:04SPEAKER_05: Vinces goes, very, very good, right?
- 41:07SPEAKER_05: But very good.
- 41:09SPEAKER_05: Very good and very nice.
- 41:12SPEAKER_05: Vinces goes, right, at least one member of that group were acting against Derek.
- 41:17SPEAKER_05: And then Derek was taken away.
- 41:19SPEAKER_05: Can I also say Can I also point out some objections?
- 41:27SPEAKER_05: Fucking phenomenal.
- 41:28SPEAKER_05: Can I also impress you?
- 41:32SPEAKER_05: Did Derek ever express any ill givings towards these people?
- 41:38SPEAKER_05: And then Peggy goes, Well yeah, he said that they were killing everything and that he was a bit worried about them.
- 41:45SPEAKER_05: And then Jesus goes, I have no further questions.
- 41:48SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Peggy.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: Um look, you said Derek said that they were killing everything.
- 41:56SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 41:56SPEAKER_02: Was this not at the request of Derek?
- 42:02SPEAKER_02: So one second ago you say Derek says something, and now when I question that you say you don't know.
- 42:07SPEAKER_05: Derek said they were killing a lot of things.
- 42:09SPEAKER_05: He never said that he said that he was telling them to.
- 42:12SPEAKER_02: Well, I guess we'll never know.
- 42:14SPEAKER_05: Yeah, because he's dead.
- 42:15SPEAKER_02: So then I understand you're in a lot of pain and you are trying to find someone to blame and put that pain onto.
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: Unfortunately, that person is not here right now.
- 42:25SPEAKER_02: So you cannot blame these people in front of you just because they are nearby, because they were around him when Derek died by his own hand.
- 42:34SPEAKER_02: So unfortunately, Pat, you gotta deal with that pain on your own and not blame others.
- 42:38SPEAKER_04: Fantastic.
- 42:39SPEAKER_04: They do they didn't kill any of the villagers.
- 42:41SPEAKER_04: They only killed a frog person.
- 42:43SPEAKER_02: Don't mention the frog person.
- 42:45SPEAKER_02: They don't know about that.
- 42:47SPEAKER_05: So Vincenzo is Vincenzo is gonna call his next witness.
- 42:53SPEAKER_05: Well, what about our witness?
- 42:55SPEAKER_05: Oh, he goes through all of his things.
- 42:57SPEAKER_09: It's gonna be the longest fucking ever.
- 42:59SPEAKER_05: So he's gonna he's only got two witnesses he wants to call.
- 43:02SPEAKER_05: He wants to call Alan Lilly.
- 43:04SPEAKER_05: The sex trafficker.
- 43:07SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo calls Alan Lilly.
- 43:09SPEAKER_05: Portal opens.
- 43:10SPEAKER_05: Alan, you see in the background Alan Lilly's sand castle, and he walks through and he goes, Oh, hello.
- 43:17SPEAKER_05: And then Hey! No, that's not how you'd greet your sex trafficker.
- 43:23SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo stands up and he goes, I want that on the record what that man just said.
- 43:31SPEAKER_05: So we already knew, you already knew.
- 43:34SPEAKER_05: Alan?
- 43:35SPEAKER_04: Shit.
- 43:35SPEAKER_05: Alan Lilly.
- 43:38SPEAKER_05: Can I ask you, do you know this man?
- 43:42SPEAKER_05: And he's pointing at Bill, and he goes, Oh yes, that's my friend, Bill Futler.
- 43:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 43:50SPEAKER_04: Like friend, okay, okay.
- 43:52SPEAKER_04: Uh how how close friends are we?
- 43:54SPEAKER_02: No, no, no, no.
- 43:55SPEAKER_02: Shh.
- 43:56SPEAKER_05: So you c you call this man a friend.
- 44:00SPEAKER_05: You advocate for can you tell me what this man is is like?
- 44:03SPEAKER_05: Do you how how long have you been aware of Bill Fuddler?
- 44:07SPEAKER_05: Alan Light goes, Oh, I've been watching Bill since he arrived in this realm.
- 44:12SPEAKER_05: I've seen him do many things.
- 44:13SPEAKER_05: He's he's killed, you know, many f fish people, Katawa.
- 44:18SPEAKER_05: Uh I think he killed he killed a big toad, uh then he came into Pussy Palace, we had a good laugh, then he he fought more things.
- 44:24SPEAKER_05: He fought uh Shin Shinjun warriors.
- 44:26SPEAKER_05: He he didn't actually kill any of them though, so that was good for Bill.
- 44:29SPEAKER_05: I was like, uh Bill, you've got out of that one, haven't you?
- 44:31SPEAKER_05: And then uh killed a frog either.
- 44:34SPEAKER_05: And then uh they got captured and they came here.
- 44:38SPEAKER_05: So then Vince was so good to address and what's your point?
- 44:46SPEAKER_05: There's no crime there.
- 44:48SPEAKER_05: So my my question to you is Alan.
- 44:52SPEAKER_05: You've seen that Bill has continued to be around and happily participate in this group of friends even after the murder of Derek Littlehammer?
- 45:06SPEAKER_05: And Alan goes, oh yes, they're they're all still hanging around with each other, yes.
- 45:11SPEAKER_05: That's terrible, Alan, because I'll tell you this, it's been made out by the other side here that it was actually Phineas Bigwind that did all these terrible things.
- 45:23SPEAKER_05: And I would think myself, let me ask you, Alan, see if you had a friend who viciously murdered someone repeatedly with a dart, would you would you want to be hanging around with them still after they've done such a heinous act that you didn't know was gonna happen?
- 45:39SPEAKER_05: Nonsense.
- 45:40SPEAKER_09: I am loving Liam's one-man chef.
- 45:43SPEAKER_09: I am loving.
- 45:44SPEAKER_09: I can't wait to see at the fringe this year.
- 45:46SPEAKER_05: Alan's like, well, well, I probably, yeah, I mean, I think that would admitly make me an accomplice in whatever they've done if I continue to be around them after they'd done such a thing.
- 45:58SPEAKER_05: Oh, and Alan, are you a people trafficker?
- 46:01SPEAKER_05: Yes, I am.
- 46:05SPEAKER_04: I've got no further questions for Alan.
- 46:07SPEAKER_04: Okay, I I have something I have something to say.
- 46:09SPEAKER_04: I would like to question Alan Lilly.
- 46:13SPEAKER_04: Um on your go question, Alan.
- 46:16SPEAKER_04: The the first uh thing you said, you said you witnessed my client uh murdering a fish.
- 46:24SPEAKER_05: Uh yes, I did.
- 46:25SPEAKER_05: He murdered the fish.
- 46:26SPEAKER_05: His friend was married with the fish.
- 46:28SPEAKER_04: Do you have any evidence of that?
- 46:30SPEAKER_04: Any proof?
- 46:31SPEAKER_05: Uh no, I'm just telling what's the saw.
- 46:33SPEAKER_05: So no, you don't have any proof either.
- 46:35SPEAKER_05: No proof.
- 46:36SPEAKER_04: Well, apart from my eyes.
- 46:37SPEAKER_04: But well, your eyes aren't proof.
- 46:39SPEAKER_04: You could lie.
- 46:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 46:40SPEAKER_04: I could watch this, watch this.
- 46:42SPEAKER_04: I saw Alan kill him.
- 46:44SPEAKER_04: I saw Alan kill all the fish people, it wasn't me at all.
- 46:47SPEAKER_04: It's my eyes.
- 46:48SPEAKER_04: It's my eyes.
- 46:49SPEAKER_04: Okay, well now you you've got evidence that that my client can be capable of life.
- 46:54SPEAKER_04: No.
- 46:54SPEAKER_04: Which I don't think is necessarily great, but it did something.
- 46:58SPEAKER_04: Get in there, Scarface.
- 46:59SPEAKER_04: You get in there.
- 47:00SPEAKER_04: Say what you said again, but say it to her.
- 47:03SPEAKER_04: Scarface is our main player here.
- 47:06SPEAKER_04: Uh, and I'm just learning I really need to go back to school.
- 47:10SPEAKER_05: Well, uh what what I what I said was that yes, I don't have any physical evidence that uh Bill killed Fisher People Katawa.
- 47:19SPEAKER_05: Uh I'm just telling you what I saw.
- 47:22SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 47:23SPEAKER_04: Yes, so no evidence.
- 47:25SPEAKER_02: That sounds like an opinion.
- 47:27SPEAKER_05: Uh yeah.
- 47:28SPEAKER_05: It's not an opinion, it's what I saw.
- 47:31SPEAKER_02: Uh objection speculation.
- 47:34SPEAKER_05: Uh calls for speculation.
- 47:36SPEAKER_05: That's not how that works.
- 47:37SPEAKER_02: Unfortunately, that just means we're stuck in a in a battle of he said sh he said.
- 47:42SPEAKER_02: And why should we choose to believe you over our defendant?
- 47:46SPEAKER_01: A known self-proclaimed trafficker.
- 47:52SPEAKER_01: We went two different ways.
- 47:53SPEAKER_01: We went two different ways, but both statements are true, actually.
- 47:56SPEAKER_05: Uh well, uh I don't I don't know why you would believe me.
- 48:00SPEAKER_05: It's up to you.
- 48:00SPEAKER_05: Exactly.
- 48:01SPEAKER_05: We we're not.
- 48:01SPEAKER_05: All I can tell you is I I came here to tell the truth.
- 48:04SPEAKER_05: I've told the truth.
- 48:04SPEAKER_05: You don't believe me, I don't care because I'm gonna leave after this.
- 48:07SPEAKER_02: Why have you not been brought to court for your trafficking crimes that you fully admit?
- 48:13SPEAKER_05: Uh they tried to, but you know, I just jump back in the castle, it disappears.
- 48:17SPEAKER_02: Judge, I would call this an unreliable witness.
- 48:20SPEAKER_01: I too would call it an unreliable witness.
- 48:23SPEAKER_04: Okay, I'm learning unreliable isn't easy to say in Welsh.
- 48:27SPEAKER_04: An unreliable witness.
- 48:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, that was fucking bad, that one.
- 48:31SPEAKER_01: No, that was bad.
- 48:32SPEAKER_01: That was good.
- 48:34SPEAKER_05: Very good.
- 48:34SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 48:35SPEAKER_05: Uh the judge notes that.
- 48:37SPEAKER_05: So have you got anything else you want to ask, Alan?
- 48:40SPEAKER_02: Look.
- 48:40SPEAKER_06: Um Alan Lilly.
- 48:44SPEAKER_06: Yes.
- 48:47SPEAKER_06: So we've established Alan Lilly.
- 48:52SPEAKER_02: I think you're an unreliable witness, and I argue that your entire testimony should be thrown out of this case.
- 48:59SPEAKER_04: I second that.
- 49:01SPEAKER_05: Uh so the gens is gonna stand up and he goes, Before we make any actual decisions, may I have a redirector?
- 49:10SPEAKER_05: You finished asking Alan questions?
- 49:13SPEAKER_02: I don't really have anything to ask this dirty criminal who trafficked our accused.
- 49:19SPEAKER_05: Okay, bro.
- 49:20SPEAKER_05: So, Ellen, uh, can I ask you, are you lying?
- 49:25SPEAKER_05: Are you lying, Alan?
- 49:26SPEAKER_05: Of course.
- 49:27SPEAKER_05: Uh no, I'm not I'm not lying.
- 49:29SPEAKER_05: Oh, well then we'll fucking do it.
- 49:33SPEAKER_04: Uh so he's got more, Chris.
- 49:37SPEAKER_04: He's got more barbecue, Chris.
- 49:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 49:41SPEAKER_04: I'm sorry.
- 49:42SPEAKER_04: Tom State, I can take whatever I want.
- 49:44SPEAKER_05: Tom State is the only guy that could go for a piss and come back with another pack of Vincenzo.
- 49:50SPEAKER_05: So Vincenzo goes, is there anything you actually gain by lying to this court about this situation?
- 49:57SPEAKER_05: Like, what what actual reason could you have for lying, Alan?
- 50:01SPEAKER_05: Like, I'm confused.
- 50:02SPEAKER_04: Maybe you can answer what like uh you He knows he's going to be in a courtroom for his own crimes one day, and it would probably benefit him if there was historical evidence of him being perceived to be helpful in a court before.
- 50:17SPEAKER_04: But unfortunately, we've cracked through.
- 50:18SPEAKER_05: He's full of shit.
- 50:19SPEAKER_01: He's a liar.
- 50:20SPEAKER_05: But the man himself admitted is he's gonna jump in a sand castle and run away, so he doesn't care.
- 50:25SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 50:26SPEAKER_02: He is a criminal with an unreliable witness.
- 50:29SPEAKER_02: Judge, why are we even fat uh why are we entertaining?
- 50:33SPEAKER_04: Why are we I've got two scouts?
- 50:35SPEAKER_04: Come into court without clean hands.
- 50:38SPEAKER_04: Trafficker, good line.

- 51:00SPEAKER_05: Is there anything you actually gain by telling us this?
- 51:04SPEAKER_05: And I was like, no, yeah, I'm just I'm telling you the truth, because why not?
- 51:07SPEAKER_05: Uh I I'm bored, I want to see what happens.
- 51:10SPEAKER_05: So Vincenzo goes, Right, Your Honor.
- 51:14SPEAKER_05: I think I've provided enough to say why he is a reliable witness.
- 51:19SPEAKER_05: You have said, so I'll leave it in your hands.
- 51:25SPEAKER_05: So now you're gonna have to roll me.
- 51:28SPEAKER_05: Me, me, me.
- 51:29SPEAKER_04: Come on, fucking.
- 51:30SPEAKER_04: When you ask him, what happened with Alan?
- 51:37SPEAKER_01: Low.
- 51:38SPEAKER_01: Low, by the way.
- 51:39SPEAKER_01: Guys, Farrelly's role?
- 51:42SPEAKER_01: Low.
- 51:43SPEAKER_01: My role, super high.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: I think he lost.
- 51:48SPEAKER_01: I think he rolled nine.
- 51:49SPEAKER_01: I think he rolled nine.
- 51:51SPEAKER_01: It was nine.
- 51:52SPEAKER_01: I think it was nine or six.
- 51:53SPEAKER_05: The judge binds his guard when he goes, Right, I will uh I'll make my decision on this and I will let you know at final uh orders.

- 52:20SPEAKER_04: Deny, deny, deny.
- 52:22SPEAKER_04: And if he calls you a pervert, or whatever.
- 52:24SPEAKER_02: Don't say anything more than you need to if he's not listening to me.
- 52:28SPEAKER_02: Don't say anything more.
- 52:29SPEAKER_02: Just say yes, no.
- 52:30SPEAKER_06: Okay.

- 53:50SPEAKER_04: Oh, okay.
- 53:51SPEAKER_04: Just I'm just trying to get in here.
- 53:53SPEAKER_05: So you had strong feelings towards the victim of a heinous crime.
- 53:59SPEAKER_05: Some may even say a crime of passion.
- 54:02SPEAKER_02: Objection leading the leading the business.
- 54:05SPEAKER_05: Well, did you have strong feelings, yes or no?
- 54:07SPEAKER_05: Well, strong feelings.
- 54:09SPEAKER_05: So you didn't even care about him.
- 54:11SPEAKER_05: I cared about him.
- 54:12SPEAKER_05: You cared about him, so you had strong feelings.
- 54:14SPEAKER_05: Not enough that I wanted to marry him.
- 54:17SPEAKER_02: Objection called for a narrative.
- 54:19SPEAKER_05: Excuse me, I never once asked this man if he wanted to marry him.
- 54:22SPEAKER_05: He's saying he loved him.
- 54:24SPEAKER_05: Now he's bringing up marriage.
- 54:25SPEAKER_05: Literally, you literally.
- 54:26SPEAKER_05: You implied with your oh a married man comment.
- 54:29SPEAKER_05: He was a man.
- 54:30SPEAKER_04: Vincenzo, not what you implied.
- 54:31SPEAKER_05: He was a married man and you loved him, and now you're talking about marriage?
- 54:34SPEAKER_05: What's going on here?
- 54:35SPEAKER_05: Vincenzo, you implied it.
- 54:37SPEAKER_04: Vincenzo.
- 54:38SPEAKER_04: I knew him.
- 54:40SPEAKER_04: And and and I thought he was a n huh and I liked him.
- 54:44SPEAKER_05: You liked him, okay.
- 54:46SPEAKER_05: What do you like about him?
- 54:47SPEAKER_05: Because he was a nice man.
- 54:54SPEAKER_05: He was a nice man, and now he's a dead nice man.
- 54:58SPEAKER_05: So let me ask you, does your friend, your friend Fanny as Bigwind?
- 55:03SPEAKER_05: Is that her name, yes?
- 55:04SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 55:06SPEAKER_05: Yeah, your friend Phanyus Bigwin.
- 55:07SPEAKER_05: Thanks for saying yeah to that.
- 55:08SPEAKER_05: So your friend Fanny is Bigwind, she carries a dart.
- 55:12SPEAKER_05: Does she not?
- 55:13SPEAKER_05: She does not carry a dart.
- 55:15SPEAKER_05: She doesn't carry a dart.
- 55:17SPEAKER_05: Nope.
- 55:17SPEAKER_05: Is that what we're saying, Mr.
- 55:19SPEAKER_05: Futler?
- 55:22SPEAKER_04: It's your advice on that.
- 55:23SPEAKER_05: Mr.
- 55:24SPEAKER_05: Futler, it's a yes or no.
- 55:25SPEAKER_05: Does she carry a dart?
- 55:26SPEAKER_05: Um I I might have seen her with a dart.
- 55:30SPEAKER_05: So what is it?
- 55:31SPEAKER_05: Is it no, she doesn't carry her dart, or is it yes, she carries a dart?
- 55:36SPEAKER_07: I can't be certain.
- 55:37SPEAKER_05: If it's if they excited.
- 55:40SPEAKER_05: Oh.
- 55:41SPEAKER_05: If they don't play Peggy.
- 55:42SPEAKER_05: I see, I see.
- 55:44SPEAKER_05: So you don't know.
- 55:46SPEAKER_05: Strange that have you been in many fights with Fanny's Bigwin?
- 55:50SPEAKER_05: Have you had to take on many enemies?
- 55:54SPEAKER_05: Would you please repeat the question?
- 55:56SPEAKER_05: Have you had to fight alongside Fanny's Bigwind?
- 56:02SPEAKER_04: Um have we fought?
- 56:04SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 56:05SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 56:06SPEAKER_04: I want to look at my lawyer.
- 56:07SPEAKER_04: Didn't you?
- 56:10SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 56:10SPEAKER_05: The lawyer you met today.
- 56:12SPEAKER_05: So you're telling me in all your time fighting with Fanny's Bigwind, you never saw what weapons she had.
- 56:21SPEAKER_04: I was too busy using my own weapons.
- 56:24SPEAKER_04: Oh, so you were a violent man.
- 56:26SPEAKER_04: I'm not a violent man.
- 56:28SPEAKER_02: Objection.
- 56:29SPEAKER_04: You're the one that stated that we were fighting.
- 56:32SPEAKER_04: Those weapons could have been used in self-defense.
- 56:35SPEAKER_04: Self-defense.
- 56:36SPEAKER_05: Self-defense, I see.
- 56:38SPEAKER_05: So when you were in these self-defense missions, how many of those have you been in?
- 56:43SPEAKER_05: A lot of people attacking you, Bill.
- 56:46unknown: Man, this guy's good.
- 56:48SPEAKER_08: Objection relevance.
- 56:49SPEAKER_04: Mind it?
- 56:51SPEAKER_04: It is not our fault that our client is a fail I should say that.
- 56:56SPEAKER_04: Uh it is not uh re r relevance.
- 56:58SPEAKER_04: Objection.
- 56:59SPEAKER_05: He brought it up.
- 57:00SPEAKER_05: I'm merely walking through the door your client opened.
- 57:04SPEAKER_02: And it's a little just yes, no, I don't know.
- 57:07unknown: Okay.
- 57:07SPEAKER_05: What was the button?
- 57:08SPEAKER_05: A lot of people fighting you, Bill.
- 57:10SPEAKER_05: A lot of times you've had to defend yourself.
- 57:14SPEAKER_05: No.
- 57:14SPEAKER_05: No.
- 57:15SPEAKER_05: So see when.
- 57:17SPEAKER_05: Do you remember Peggy?
- 57:18SPEAKER_05: Good friend Peggy.
- 57:20SPEAKER_05: Oh.
- 57:21SPEAKER_05: I do.
- 57:24SPEAKER_05: Do you remember when she said there was a lot of blood that followed you around?
- 57:29SPEAKER_05: No.
- 57:30SPEAKER_06: You don't remember being sat in this courtroom hearing that?
- 57:39SPEAKER_06: So you do remember hearing it.
- 57:41SPEAKER_05: Kind of, baby.
- 57:44SPEAKER_10: Objection.
- 57:46SPEAKER_10: Our witnesses hide.
- 57:47SPEAKER_05: I haven't listened to all of it.
- 57:51SPEAKER_05: I think, Your Honor, I would say that the witness is being evasive.
- 57:58SPEAKER_04: I am we don't even know what that word means.
- 58:01SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 58:01SPEAKER_04: I am not being evasive, but I'm.
- 58:06SPEAKER_04: Yes, no.
- 58:09SPEAKER_02: I'm not being I uh Can I just say, Vincenzo, can you can you get to where you're going with it?
- 58:15SPEAKER_05: Where I'm going is you're not a like man.
- 58:17SPEAKER_05: There's a lot of people coming after you.
- 58:19SPEAKER_05: You're a violent man.
- 58:20SPEAKER_05: You've been in a lot of fights.
- 58:22SPEAKER_05: You are with someone who carries the weapon that was used to kill Derek Littlehammer.
- 58:27SPEAKER_05: And let me ask you one more question.
- 58:29SPEAKER_05: Did Phantash Bigman like Derek Littlehammer?
- 58:33SPEAKER_05: Did she ever express feelings of goodwill towards Derek?
- 58:37SPEAKER_04: Number one, Derek was killed on the steps by a trap.
- 58:42SPEAKER_04: He was there as a trap.
- 58:45SPEAKER_04: And Peggy, why don't you come back here and tell him about the steps and why nobody could go up there?
- 58:52SPEAKER_04: And the reason they couldn't go up there was because they were traps.
- 58:56SPEAKER_07: And what was in those traps?
- 58:58SPEAKER_04: Darts.
- 58:58SPEAKER_04: Darts were in those traps.
- 59:00SPEAKER_04: Yes, that's right.
- 59:02SPEAKER_04: And Peggy knows it as well as fucking I do.
- 59:04SPEAKER_04: Bring Peggy back.
- 59:05SPEAKER_04: Number two, I can we're up there, and and the first person that went up there wasn't me.
- 59:11SPEAKER_04: The leader, the brave guy's name is Derek Little Derek Littlehammer.
- 59:17SPEAKER_04: Derek Littlehammer went first, and Derek got hit, and that's why Derek is dead.
- 59:26SPEAKER_04: Is that all you have to say on the matter?
- 59:30SPEAKER_04: Well, apparently we don't need witnesses, and that's what I saw.
- 59:34SPEAKER_04: So when your lawyers were sat up here.
- 59:38SPEAKER_04: I feel good when you say I did something okay.
- 59:41SPEAKER_04: That's a yes, Tom.
- 59:42SPEAKER_04: That's a yes, Tom.
- 59:44SPEAKER_05: So let me just get it right.
- 59:47SPEAKER_05: We've been sat here in this court for a number of hours.
- 59:51SPEAKER_05: Hours.
- 59:52SPEAKER_05: It feels that way to me.
- 59:54SPEAKER_05: So episode ain't even our So your your lawyers had plenty of opportunity to ask Peggy about these steps that shoot darts at people that you definitely mentioned the steps to Peggy.
- 1:00:11SPEAKER_04: And she said her fucking cat phrase, and she said through all the questions, I don't know.
- 1:00:15SPEAKER_05: Oh, so then your client lied when he said that Peggy knew about them.
- 1:00:19SPEAKER_05: She said she didn't know.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_05: She knew about them.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_02: I don't think she was ever asked about steps.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_05: Oh, so now the lawyer's a liar.
- 1:00:25SPEAKER_05: Brilliant.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_05: I don't know if she was ever there.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_02: No, she might have known about the steps because Derek Littlehammer did, so that was an assumption that she knew about her general surroundings.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 1:00:35SPEAKER_02: I wish Peggy knew what was around her.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_05: So you're saying you you've never once brought up this cock and boo story about some steps that fired.
- 1:00:50SPEAKER_05: Oh, so you're saying that this the lighthouse was booby-trapped?
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_05: That's really funny because that's- We didn't know it was booby-trapped.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_05: I would have thought if my I was aware that this man was killed by a booby trap, I would have maybe asked someone who was in the village if there was booby traps that fired the trap.
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_02: Are you saying are the lawyers on trial or is Bill Futler?
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_02: Please keep the line of questioning to the person you're questioning.
- 1:01:15SPEAKER_05: Bill, did Peggy in this courtroom ever say there was a set of stairs that fired darts at people?
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_05: Joanna, I think I've just proved that this witness is unreliable.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_05: He just lied on the stand.
- 1:01:33SPEAKER_05: What?
- 1:01:33SPEAKER_05: A bold faced lied.
- 1:01:35SPEAKER_05: In front of a face.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_05: No, you can't lie there.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_05: He is the defendant.
- 1:01:38SPEAKER_05: You can't.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_02: He is answering to the best of his ability.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_05: I asked a question that we were all parted to.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_05: We all saw Peggy on the stand.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_05: We all heard what Peggy said.
- 1:01:50SPEAKER_05: Peggy didn't say anything about some steps.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_05: I want to recall that witness.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_02: We will be doing that.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_02: She's on our witness list as well.
- 1:01:59SPEAKER_04: Well, you could have asked questions, but you didn't.
- 1:02:01SPEAKER_04: Well, we're waiting for our witness list.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_04: Good point.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_04: Well, I put it in.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_01: I would like to get to our witnesses now.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_05: Well, I don't gotta finish cross exactly.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_05: Well, you haven't asked a goddamn question.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_05: I've had to ask them.
- 1:02:15SPEAKER_05: Try and ask a question.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_05: You fucking ask me questions, so I have to ask you a question.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_05: Ask my fucking questions.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_05: And you need to get to the bloody point now, my point is you killed Derek Littlehammer, yes or no.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_05: No.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_05: Objection.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_05: The second thing you've lied about on this stand today is.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_05: Oh, that's an objection.
- 1:02:30SPEAKER_05: Objection.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_05: Withdrawn.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_05: With objection being a fucking.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
- 1:02:37SPEAKER_05: And I pass it over to my esteemed colleagues.
- 1:02:39SPEAKER_05: Good luck.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_05: He tells it all the last.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_00: Objection!
- 1:02:42SPEAKER_04: Withdrawn, withdrawn.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_04: I want a fish.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_04: I want a charmless guy.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:02:47SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:02:47SPEAKER_04: Cross-examine me.
- 1:02:49SPEAKER_04: Uh Bill.
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_04: Why Stacy were you in the same uh lighthouse as Derek Littlehammer the night that he died?
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_04: I was.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_04: And why were you there that evening?
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_04: Because Derek was worried and the p villagers of Forlorn?
- 1:03:12SPEAKER_04: Forholds?
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_04: Forhold?
- 1:03:14SPEAKER_04: Thornhold.
- 1:03:15SPEAKER_04: Thornhold.
- 1:03:16SPEAKER_04: Were worried because there was an evil in the lighthouse.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_04: And until they could get rid of that evil in the lighthouse, we all they were terrified, including Peggy.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_07: And there was uh yeah, there was there was uh something up there, and so we so Derek asked us, because he saw us as the brave people we are to save, save the the the population of Thornthorn.
- 1:03:47SPEAKER_04: Well answered.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_04: Would you say that Derek sacrificed himself as a leader of that town by being the first up the steps?
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_04: He d insisted that he would go up first.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_04: Did he know that there would potent be potential danger going up those steps?
- 1:04:09SPEAKER_04: The potential is the word.
- 1:04:11SPEAKER_04: We did not know what was coming our way.
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_04: We we only found out after and he insisted to be the first getting more about dismissed the mess.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_04: And he insisted to be the first going up the steps.
- 1:04:25SPEAKER_04: He did insist to be the first going up the stairs.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_04: I have no questions.
- 1:04:29SPEAKER_04: I will now hand it over to Scarface if they are.
- 1:04:31SPEAKER_02: Bill, it seems like you've been through a very difficult time.
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_04: It's hard.
- 1:04:35SPEAKER_04: It's very hard for me right now.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_04: I wish Sean didn't.
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_04: Oh yeah.
- 1:04:39SPEAKER_02: You watched as Derek Littlehammer was killed in front of you and you could do nothing.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_07: It's still hard to talk about.
- 1:04:48SPEAKER_02: And I think we have confirmed through everything that you were there on the orders and bequest of Derek Littlehammer.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_04: And the people, not only Derek, who led the village, let's also put it in writing that he was the leader.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_04: The mayor, what he the mayor of Foreign, and he he w he was worried about what was going on up in the lighthouse.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_02: So once again, we are putting on trial not someone who is a murderer, but is a hero, a savior, someone who's wanting to help the people around them, who who beckons at the call of a mayor asking to save their people from a village under siege.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_02: I got this.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_04: Oh god, okay.
- 1:05:36SPEAKER_02: And I am once again asking why are we even entertaining this, to be frank, insane uh charges against my client.
- 1:05:48SPEAKER_05: Redirect.
- 1:05:49SPEAKER_02: Fucking hell, this is goddamn.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_04: You're honest.
- 1:05:56SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you too.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_04: You too.

- 1:06:29SPEAKER_04: God, I just don't know.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_04: Don't know.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_04: I can't.
- 1:06:34SPEAKER_04: I can't, do you?

- 1:06:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah.

- 1:06:46SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_04: We're gonna have to ask her.
- 1:06:50SPEAKER_04: Right?
- 1:06:51SPEAKER_04: That's what I should have said.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_05: Have you had much inferences with dead bodies?
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_04: Irrelevant.
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_04: Irrelevant.
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_04: Don't know.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_05: Have you ever desecrated a corp?
- 1:07:04SPEAKER_04: Never.
- 1:07:04SPEAKER_05: Can I ask you?
- 1:07:05SPEAKER_05: Why?

- 1:07:27SPEAKER_05: Do you have an ocean spear?
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_05: Um I think I do.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_05: Right.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_05: And was that taken off the dead body of a merman?
- 1:07:39SPEAKER_05: Um can't be sure.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_04: You don't know where you got your spear?
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_04: Did you know where you got your attitude?
- 1:07:53SPEAKER_08: We are under we are talking about Derek Littlehammer's death.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_05: Yes, but it points.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_05: It points towards a man who likes to play with dead bodies.
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_02: It points towards a man who has to defend himself lest face death.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_02: This is a man who has actually died.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_04: He is a hero.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_04: You wait till we get our witnesses in here.
- 1:08:18SPEAKER_04: The people of Thornhold, they would will look at this man as a hero and a man in recognition of change.
- 1:08:27SPEAKER_04: And I do not like your insinuation, Your Honor, of a creep that plays with dead bodies.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_04: Can a guy have a spear?
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_04: Of course you can.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_04: You're not on trial for owning spear.
- 1:08:38SPEAKER_07: How do you know where I got the spear from then?
- 1:08:42SPEAKER_05: I know a lot of things.
- 1:08:43SPEAKER_07: Who told you?
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_07: Where'd you get where'd you get it?
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_05: Can I ask you, what is the name on that spear?
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_05: It is Phil Bill Butler.
- 1:08:52SPEAKER_05: Can you present the spear to the court?
- 1:08:55SPEAKER_06: Hello.
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_05: So on the spear is gonna look it looks like a man's spear.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_04: Why would he have his spear in the courtroom?
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_04: Because you'll never put the weapons off.
- 1:09:06SPEAKER_05: I didn't take any weapons off of any of you.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_04: You go into a courtroom.
- 1:09:10SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:09:10SPEAKER_04: When you got into it.
- 1:09:11SPEAKER_04: GM Farrelly, I'd say you're that is not realistic.
- 1:09:16SPEAKER_04: And the listeners of this beautiful audio podcast will be they'll go, oh no, they've let themselves down there.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_04: No, we're allowed the weapons in.
- 1:09:23SPEAKER_04: There's a lot of people here.
- 1:09:24SPEAKER_04: I just like it.
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_05: There you go.
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_05: That's your weapon.
- 1:09:29SPEAKER_05: Dincenzo presents the spear and he's like, This is a merman's weapon.
- 1:09:34SPEAKER_05: We all know this.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_05: This is well known in this realm.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_05: This belongs to a merman.
- 1:09:39SPEAKER_05: You're telling me you don't know where this thing this this spear was found.
- 1:09:45SPEAKER_05: Yeah, there was also a dead body of a merman found at the scene of the crime.
- 1:09:50SPEAKER_05: And now you enter in Scene of what crime?
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_05: Scene.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_02: Scene of different.
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_02: What crime is not the same as being in Thornhill.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_02: What crime?
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_05: Because Ig the Merman climbed back upstairs and laughed at you, and that was the last thing you've seen.
- 1:10:02SPEAKER_02: Jesus.
- 1:10:03SPEAKER_07: What happened?
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_07: Who goddamn it?
- 1:10:05SPEAKER_05: This really is not going all way.

- 1:10:09SPEAKER_07: What what happened?
- 1:10:10SPEAKER_07: The merman.
- 1:10:11SPEAKER_05: So Bill Don killed a merman, but then it turned out the merman was possessed by some sort of evil smoke, and then his dead body climbed back up the stairs once you killed prime evil.
- 1:10:23SPEAKER_08: Right.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_05: You say right.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_01: You say right, like that was a normal sense.
- 1:10:27SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_04: Okay, fine.
- 1:10:30SPEAKER_04: Of course, fine, whatever.
- 1:10:31SPEAKER_04: The possession of smoke.
- 1:10:33SPEAKER_04: You know what?
- 1:10:33SPEAKER_04: I got a merman spear.
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_04: Is it illegal to have a merman spear?
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_04: No issue.
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_04: But how many merman spears are there?
- 1:10:39SPEAKER_04: How do you know what was even that Merman spear?
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_04: Correct.
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_04: So it didn't.
- 1:10:44SPEAKER_04: Nobody said that.
- 1:10:45SPEAKER_04: Nobody said that.
- 1:10:46SPEAKER_05: So, Bill Futler, I put it to you.
- 1:10:48SPEAKER_05: You play with dead bodies.
- 1:10:50SPEAKER_05: You were with you were with someone who had the weapon.
- 1:10:54SPEAKER_05: You were with the man when he died, and you are known to be a violent man, are you not?
- 1:11:00SPEAKER_05: None of that is true.
- 1:11:02SPEAKER_05: None of it's true.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_05: No further questions.
- 1:11:06SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 1:11:06SPEAKER_05: Who wants to know last time?
- 1:11:08SPEAKER_05: Uh do it in the eye.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_05: Yeah, alright, alright.
- 1:11:13SPEAKER_05: I've eaten them all.
- 1:11:14SPEAKER_04: There's a lot of dust in here.
- 1:11:16SPEAKER_04: Okay, come on.
- 1:11:21SPEAKER_04: Again.
- 1:11:22SPEAKER_04: Again.
