  SPEAKER_00: The median sales price is currently$821,500 here in Santa Clarita Valley, and that's definitely holding steady from the previous week.

  SPEAKER_00: Now, condos and townhomes looked into those.

  SPEAKER_00: Those are popular options with a median sales price of about$445,680,000.

  SPEAKER_00: Now, with regard to condos and townhomes, the differentiation points typically are town homes.

  SPEAKER_00: Sometimes with town homes, there are shared walls or shared areas of the residences with one another.
