- 0:01Speaker 2: Listen, EYLU is relaunching, revamping, retooling. That's why we're creating
- 0:05Speaker 2: a new educational experience that's more expensive, shoty telling.
- 0:09Speaker 3: We got yes twenty twenty three, we got a lot
- 0:12Speaker 3: in still a lot planning for you guys. So you
- 0:14Speaker 3: know that Eylu already includes monthly financial planning calls with Me,
- 0:19Speaker 3: book club calls with Troy, real estate calls with MG
- 0:22Speaker 3: the Mortgage Guy, access to the home Buying Blueprint Volume
- 0:26Speaker 3: one and Volume two. Part of the revamp will include
- 0:29Speaker 3: twenty seven local chapters from across the United States, live
- 0:33Speaker 3: interactive teaching, hands on not just pre recorded videos, plus
- 0:37Speaker 3: fifteen brand new curriculums.
- 0:40Speaker 1: The biggest just got bigger.
- 0:42Speaker 4: Head over to eyl university dot com.
- 0:46Speaker 2: That's EYL you n I V E R s I
- 0:51Speaker 2: t Y dot com.
- 0:53Speaker 1: See you there.
- 0:54Speaker 2: I guess one of those the questions that were getting
- 0:56Speaker 2: in kind of going over is people want to know
- 1:00Speaker 2: where the bottom is right, So like, if we look
- 1:03Speaker 2: at the EMA's, if we look at the trends, is
- 1:06Speaker 2: there a bottom in sight that we near it? I
- 1:08Speaker 2: guess in like twenty twenty it was the same type
- 1:11Speaker 2: of question when we looked at COVID and it was like,
- 1:12Speaker 2: wait the market hit thirteen thousand. I'm like, wait, this
- 1:16Speaker 2: thing could fall. Where could it reach? So, like, are
- 1:18Speaker 2: we near it? Based on like what you're seeing? I
- 1:20Speaker 2: guess some of the things I'm looking at. Have we
- 1:22Speaker 2: hit a trend line near the bottom? No?
- 1:25Speaker 4: Five forty five thirty could be the bottom? Who want
- 1:29Speaker 4: spy fifty four hundred?
- 1:32Speaker 3: So tom Lee? Tom Lee predicts he said that this
- 1:35Speaker 3: is the best time in bot stocks now and the town.
- 1:39Speaker 3: You know, he's predicting a massive rally in a couple
- 1:41Speaker 3: of months.
- 1:42Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 1:43Speaker 4: I agree all the money's gonna flow in, Like, listen,
- 1:46Speaker 4: while okay, something I want everyone to take a look at.
- 1:51Speaker 4: When the market is in triage, notice who isn't speaking
- 1:57Speaker 4: Buffett to the Jones, drunken Miller. All the greats are
- 2:01Speaker 4: being quiet and executing. All the grades in private equity
- 2:04Speaker 4: are executing. They're buying right. So if we get to
- 2:08Speaker 4: like we are really at a point where if the
- 2:11Speaker 4: market is off fifteen to thirty percent in some markets,
- 2:15Speaker 4: now is the time to buy. We would have a
- 2:17Speaker 4: nice rally, probably come into app right after invest Festa
- 2:21Speaker 4: the same way it did last year. So if I'm
- 2:23Speaker 4: buying now, this should be the strategy. Buy in February
- 2:28Speaker 4: and hold through October November. You're going to get the
- 2:31Speaker 4: best return term of the day asymmetric risk to reward.
- 2:36Speaker 4: So if I buy now, I have a higher probability
- 2:39Speaker 4: chance of getting a fifteen percent or twenty percent return
- 2:43Speaker 4: now then opposed it if I did it two months ago.
- 2:46Speaker 4: The market has come down to a level where.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I would want to invest.
- 2:50Speaker 4: So if I'm getting in at on a spy five
- 2:54Speaker 4: point fifty or five forty five, I can see probably
- 3:01Speaker 4: about August or early September, US being back at six hundred.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Now it's definitely a time to buy if you're looking
- 3:07Speaker 4: a hold for the long term long term investing only.
- 3:11Speaker 3: There you have it, Okay, is it time to ditch
- 3:16Speaker 3: the chase of big gains and bunker down to safe
- 3:19Speaker 3: value stocks only?
- 3:23Speaker 4: The real value is buying great companies that are at
- 3:25Speaker 4: a great price. I know a lot of times we
- 3:28Speaker 4: talk about sector rotation, and this argument is coming up again,
- 3:32Speaker 4: tech versus value. The real value is to buy at
- 3:35Speaker 4: the right price. Are there some value stocks that I like?
- 3:40Speaker 1: For sure?
- 3:41Speaker 4: Waste Management being one, tint a pillar being another home,
- 3:45Speaker 4: deep wet being another great. But if you think that
- 3:48Speaker 4: you're going to be able to get away from technology
- 3:50Speaker 4: stocks when it's the only thing really dry well, not only,
- 3:53Speaker 4: but one of the main things driving GDP in America,
- 3:56Speaker 4: deat in healthcare, you're poorly mistaken value is to buy
- 4:01Speaker 4: at a deep discount and then concentrate.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Warren Buffet's qute going to another quote.
- 4:06Speaker 4: If you're a professional investor, I will focus on hyper concentration.
- 4:11Speaker 4: I want to remind you you only need four or
- 4:14Speaker 4: five good stocks, and technically if you need if you
- 4:17Speaker 4: have bitcoin, Like how some of your big bitcoin maxes,
- 4:20Speaker 4: you only need three good stocks actually have bitcoin. So
- 4:24Speaker 4: I don't think it's time to rotate into value. But
- 4:27Speaker 4: if you buy great companies at a deep value, you'll
- 4:31Speaker 4: get a better return that way.
- 4:33Speaker 1: What value in Dexas?
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I was gonna say, like gross stocks value stocks.
- 4:40Speaker 2: I know the percentage for depreciation is something that people
- 4:44Speaker 2: try to figure out and we'll create their own strategy.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Is it do you keep it the same for both? Right?
- 4:50Speaker 2: So I know I think you you had like a
- 4:53Speaker 2: twenty five percent depreciation. I always like to be between
- 4:56Speaker 2: fifteen to twenty y'ah like twenty five is there where
- 5:00Speaker 2: is there a difference between value and growth or is
- 5:02Speaker 2: it does it stay steady for both?
- 5:05Speaker 4: I think every sector is different, but a good exercise
- 5:08Speaker 4: for everyone is go look at from the high of
- 5:12Speaker 4: the market over a fifteen year period, how far it
- 5:15Speaker 4: is a fall, because every healthcare is different from let's
- 5:18Speaker 4: say energy. Energy is different from utility companies.
- 5:21Speaker 1: But for tech, I usually earners. What's up?
- 5:25Speaker 2: You ever walk into a small business and everything just
- 5:27Speaker 2: works like the checkout is fast, the receipts are digital,

- 6:34Speaker 2: by P and C Bank. A lot of people think
- 6:36Speaker 2: podcasts about work are boring, and sure, they definitely can be,
- 6:40Speaker 2: but understanding a professionals routine shows us how they achieve
- 6:44Speaker 2: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 6:48Speaker 2: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 6:51Speaker 2: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 6:54Speaker 2: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 6:57Speaker 2: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 7:01Speaker 2: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty
- 7:05Speaker 2: five is a service mark of the P and C
- 7:07Speaker 2: Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank National Association
- 7:11Speaker 2: Member FDIC.
- 7:14Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:18Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from al Salvador
- 7:22Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:26Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:30Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:34Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 7:38Speaker 5: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 7:42Speaker 5: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 7:46Speaker 5: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 7:49Speaker 5: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 7:53Speaker 5: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 7:57Speaker 5: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 8:01Speaker 5: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 8:05Speaker 5: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 8:10Speaker 5: border and families will.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeldsecurity.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Like if I get a twenty five percent drop in
- 8:17Speaker 4: the sector or emulated if it's a high quality company,
- 8:22Speaker 4: if you're looking at value companies, maybe ten to eighteen
- 8:27Speaker 4: percent somewhere, I would like to get in. But if
- 8:30Speaker 4: you listen to the show like I'm literally giving you
- 8:32Speaker 4: guys the prices and companies of where to get in,
- 8:33Speaker 4: and if you join stock Club, we get all sectores
- 8:36Speaker 4: across the board. But yeah, twenty five percent in tech
- 8:40Speaker 4: is why I usually like to get in.
- 8:42Speaker 1: For sure.
- 8:43Speaker 2: I know somebody's going to like I was looking at
- 8:44Speaker 2: Apple's chart. I was looking at it on Friday as well.
- 8:46Speaker 2: It's like, will this thing drop twenty percent?
- 8:49Speaker 1: It could?
- 8:50Speaker 2: It could, But how many times I think looking at
- 8:53Speaker 2: that from a historical perspective is key. How many times
- 8:55Speaker 2: in this history has a drop twenty five percent?
- 8:58Speaker 1: Right?
- 8:58Speaker 4: And then so the homework all you're gonna chage. You
- 9:02Speaker 4: be to your claw and the researchers in his art now.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And it will tell you.
- 9:07Speaker 2: So when you see a rare moment like that happen,
- 9:09Speaker 2: then you know this is this is probably a prime
- 9:11Speaker 2: time to start executing. So if you're looking at where
- 9:13Speaker 2: the bottom is with how many times does the drop
- 9:15Speaker 2: of twenty percent, we're in video. We watched it drop
- 9:17Speaker 2: twenty percent twice this year? Yeah, for sure, right and
- 9:21Speaker 2: even lower. So taking a look from a historical perspective,
- 9:25Speaker 2: how that stock has performed, especially some of these these
- 9:28Speaker 2: megacap and these strong companies, look at their historical perspective,
- 9:31Speaker 2: so you can start getting the inkling of all right,
- 9:33Speaker 2: this might be a good point of entry.
- 9:38Speaker 3: Okay, the nastag is flirting with twenty four hour trading.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Will this be a game changer or will this be
- 9:47Speaker 3: another thing to give Wall Street more power?
- 9:53Speaker 4: It's a mistake for most people. The prime times are
- 9:56Speaker 4: going to remain as prime times to invest. Open America,
- 10:00Speaker 4: an open American Clothes, London open. I know the illusion
- 10:05Speaker 4: of having more access, because the futures market has always
- 10:08Speaker 4: been with twenty three hours, there isn't as much liquidity
- 10:12Speaker 4: during certain times of day, so you're not going to
- 10:16Speaker 4: get a great trade at eight pm on a Tuesday night.
- 10:21Speaker 4: I know they're trying to sell the illusion of inclusivity,
- 10:25Speaker 4: but in a world that has been created around exclusivity,
- 10:29Speaker 4: please don't offer this trap and be very careful. Your
- 10:35Speaker 4: trading plan as a results should not change. I commend
- 10:39Speaker 4: them for trying to keep up with innovation. We have
- 10:40Speaker 4: to give Robinhood a lot of credit for making these
- 10:44Speaker 4: innovations come through faster than ever because prior to them,
- 10:47Speaker 4: Nasdaq or any other exchange had no reason to do this.
- 10:52Speaker 1: But your plan should not change at all.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Like it Also, if you see spikes in like the
- 10:59Speaker 4: noon session or a seven pm trade, it's probably going
- 11:03Speaker 4: to be smaller firms who can't compete with Piper Goldman,
- 11:09Speaker 4: Citadel State Street that is finding arbitrage in the market.
- 11:14Speaker 4: And you don't want to go against those whales that
- 11:15Speaker 4: are in the market, So be very careful, but your
- 11:18Speaker 4: trading plan should not change at all.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I think this is it's interesting, right.
- 11:24Speaker 2: This speaks to the retail investor, right because everything that
- 11:27Speaker 2: you just named was institutional, so it speaks to the
- 11:29Speaker 2: retail investor. And again it speaks to innovation and how
- 11:33Speaker 2: are the new retail investors doing this If they're trading
- 11:36Speaker 2: grypto they've already been in.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Twenty four hours for sure.
- 11:39Speaker 2: A lot of the new retail investors have used platforms
- 11:41Speaker 2: like robin Hood because of the use case, and they
- 11:43Speaker 2: say it's a lot easier and they use gamification allegedly
- 11:48Speaker 2: to help make those people in. And so that's the
- 11:52Speaker 2: interesting to standpoint of it. But one of the things
- 11:55Speaker 2: when we talk about trading is value, right, So if
- 11:58Speaker 2: you want to know like when it should be, look
- 12:01Speaker 2: at the value and look at the times that volume
- 12:03Speaker 2: is increasing versus the times, that volume is decreasing. And
- 12:06Speaker 2: so if you have it for twenty four hours but
- 12:07Speaker 2: nobody's trading, and you're doing some of these deridor of
- 12:10Speaker 2: trades like where the futures.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I know options doesn't do twenty four hours.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Full Yo, it could get real scary, really quick, and
- 12:18Speaker 2: that only helps.
- 12:19Speaker 1: The brokerage, right, because this is one of those things.
- 12:23Speaker 2: I know we're not using gambling as a as a focus,
- 12:26Speaker 2: but like, yo, the house is going to win in
- 12:27Speaker 2: that scenario when there's no valua and you're trying to
- 12:30Speaker 2: figure out how to get a trade in. If you're
- 12:33Speaker 2: not season at this, I don't recommend it. It's just
- 12:38Speaker 2: like I didn't recommend same day option trading, Like, yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 2: can you make money doing it?
- 12:41Speaker 1: Will a lot of people lose money? Yeah?
- 12:43Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 12:47Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 12:51Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 12:55Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 12:59Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 13:03Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman the United States
- 13:06Speaker 5: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 13:11Speaker 5: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 13:15Speaker 5: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 13:18Speaker 5: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 13:22Speaker 5: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 13:26Speaker 5: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 13:30Speaker 5: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 13:34Speaker 5: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 13:38Speaker 5: border and families will be protected.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
