  Speaker 1: M hmm. Make yourself all cozy in your bed and

  Now see yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light, a

  light so bright, so pure, a light of protection and peace.

  And breathe in this white light, feel it as it

  enters your body completely, making you feel all warm and safe. Now,

  imagine that you are in a beautiful, lush green forest

  with the most amazing trees, tall trees, short trees, and

  they smell beautiful. It's so fresh and clean, and the

  air is crisp, and as you walk along, you feel

  a great sense of peace, almost like you're floating on air,

  and the weather is perfect. You hear the birds singing

  in the trees and it makes you feel very happy.

  It's then that you notice that you are in a

  little path, so you decide to follow it. You don't

  know where it will lead, but you've decide to go anyway.

  After walking for a little while, you find yourself standing

  in front of a cave. But you didn't see it

  at first because there are bushes everywhere. But as you

  got closer you could see the wide open entrance. You

  wonder what inside it, so he decided to explore it.

  You enter the cave. It's a bit dark at first,

  but as your eyes are just it becomes a lot

  clearer and you find you can see perfectly well. And

  as you walk deeper into the cave, you see lights

  shining in the distance, and you follow the lights to

  see what it is. As the cave opens up a

  bit more, the light gets brighter and it begins to

  sparkle and shine. And it's then you see a little

  girl sitting nearby at some sort of table, and it's

  made of a huge sparkly rock. She's dressed like a
• 3:55
  princess in a beautiful blue gown that shimmers as she moves.

  She even has a tiara on her head and it
• 4:05
  shines so brightly it shines just like the stars do

  on a crystal clear night. She looks up and she
• 4:17
  sees you. She smiles at you and tells you that
• 4:21
  her name is Connie and that she is indeed a princess. Wow,

  a real life princess. How cool is that? She tells
• 4:35
  you that she is Connie the Crystal Princess, and she
• 4:40
  lives far away on another planet with her family and
• 4:43
  her friends, but this cave is where she likes to
• 4:48
  be more than anything. As you look around you you
• 4:56
  realize that you are in a very large, beautiful crystal cabin.

  And the cavern is vast. It's so huge you cannot
• 5:07
  see where it begins or even where it ends. And
• 5:11
  there are crystals adorning every wall, even the roof and
• 5:15
  the floor. There are so many crystals that you cannot
• 5:20
  recognize them all. And they sparkle and they shine so brightly.

  It's just wonderful. There are so many beautiful colors everywhere.

  Speaker 2: With the light, it's like you.

  Speaker 1: Are standing inside a rainbow. The light in this cavern
• 5:43
  is dazzlingly bright, but it doesn't hurt to look at it.

  The light it's all over your body, touching your skin,

  touching your hair, even touching your face, and it feels
• 5:58
  so soft and warm. And Connie the Crystal Princess is
• 6:05
  lit up like a perfect rainbow of color. She smiles

  at you and asks you if you would like to
• 6:13
  see some of her crystals, and she tells you to
• 6:17
  come and sit next to her and she will show

  you them. Connie says that crystals are her friends. And

  you find this a bit odd because she thought that crystals, well,

  they were just colored stones.

  Speaker 2: Connie laughs.

  Speaker 1: No, she says they are alive with light and beauty,

  and she tells you that crystals can help you with
• 6:43
  almost anything you need. She picks up a beautiful pink

  colored crystal and she tells you that this one is
• 6:53
  called rose quartz, and it can help you to send
• 6:57
  love out to any one you want to, even the

  whole world if you want. Conny places the crystal in

  your hand and tells you to hold it tight, and

  as you do, you begin to feel the crystal start
• 7:13
  to vibrate. It starts to feel warm in your hand,

  and it tingles, but in a nice way. And it's
• 7:25
  there that you notice you can hear a little voice
• 7:29
  in your head. It's the voice of the crystal. It's
• 7:34
  talking to you. Can you hear it? Wow, you are stunned.

  The crystal is actually speaking to you. It's just a

  little whisper, though, but you can hear it, Cardio, what

  is it saying to you? The crystal also tells you

  that Connie is their best friend and she takes care

  of them every day. She comes to see them and

  talk to them all the time, and the crystals love

  it when Connie comes to visit them. The crystal tells

  you that they go deep within the earth, and there

  are lots and lots of them, and there are many

  different kinds of crystals in all different shapes and sizes,

  and many many amazing colors. Because the crystals love Connie

  so much, they let her make jewelry with them. She

  makes bracelets, necklaces, ear rings, rings, and all kinds of

  other things. Connie says that when you wear a piece
• 8:52
  of jewelry made out of crystal, or maybe just carry
• 8:55
  a piece around with you in your pocket, you carry
• 8:58
  all the goodness the crystal. The purpose of some crystals

  is to protect you. Some off for giving and receiving love.

  Some of them are for helping you to sleep well
• 9:12
  at night. And there are lots and lots of other

  reasons to carry crystals with you. Because they are truly
• 9:20
  beautiful and they are alive. So for a few moments,

  just stay with Connie and the crystals. Talk to them,

  find out what they can be used for, See if

  you can identify any of them. Brun your hands over them,

  and see what they feel like and how do they

  make you feel. And Princess Connie says she will teach

  you too to make things with crystals, just you and

  hair and the crystals. So for a few moments, just

  stay with Connie and the crystals.

  Speaker 2: M Well, that was.

  Speaker 1: Nice, wasn't it talking to the beautiful crystals with Princess Connie.

  But it's time for you to return home now.

  Speaker 1: Asks you if you would like to stay with her

  in the Crystal Cave tonight. She tells you there is

  an extra bed for you if you would like, and

  Speaker 2: Like that very much.

  Speaker 1: You are quite tired now, so Princess Connie leads you

  over to your very own bed, and it's amazing. It's

  made entirely of crystals, and it has a lovely, big

  squishy quilt on it with two enormously soft pillows, and
• 13:33
  it's all for you. You plimb up onto your nice
• 13:38
  soft bed and you snuggle down and say good night
• 13:43
  to Princess Connie and the beautiful sparkling crystals. Princess Connie
• 13:49
  says good night back and goes off to her own bedroom.

  And it's quiet now, but you can hear very so

  oft and very beautiful singing. It's the crystals. The crystals

  are singing you to sleep.

  Speaker 2: How wonderful.

  Speaker 1: You whisper thank you to the crystals, and gently close

  your eyes and remember you can come back here any

  time you want, and maybe when you wake up in

  the morning you might want to start collecting some crystals

  of your very own. You feel so happy and so peaceful,

  but very very tired and sleepy. So rest now, surrounded

  by the beautiful singing crystals.
