- 1:03Speaker 2: listen up. Woo, woo. Heather MacDonald. Juicy Scoop. Hello and
- 1:11Speaker 2: welcome to Juicy Scoop. I hope everyone had a fabulous
- 1:14Speaker 2: 4th of July. We did. Got to spend some really
- 1:17Speaker 2: good times with my sons out in Newport. Got to
- 1:22Speaker 2: have fun and also didn't drink so much, so I
- 1:24Speaker 2: actually this time did not pass out. And I got
- 1:27Speaker 2: to see the fireworks. And I want to just tell
- 1:28Speaker 2: you guys, I don't think there's anything better than getting
- 1:31Speaker 2: so drunk in the day at Fourth of July parties
- 1:33Speaker 2: that you do pass out. And then sad when you
- 1:35Speaker 2: wake up at like midnight, dying of thirst and realizing
- 1:39Speaker 2: that you missed the fireworks. Well, in my days of
- 1:43Speaker 2: enjoying a Fourth of July festivity. whether I've been at
- 1:46Speaker 2: the beach or been at someone's house or done a
- 1:48Speaker 2: couple different parties, but you don't want to do too
- 1:50Speaker 2: many because then you're like driving and you're hearing the
- 1:53Speaker 2: fireworks going off or you're stuck in traffic. You've got
- 1:55Speaker 2: to commit to it. But I really last night I
- 1:58Speaker 2: was like, I want to sit on this little balcony.
- 2:00Speaker 2: We had this little Airbnb and I want to watch
- 2:02Speaker 2: the fireworks. and do that. And I got to do it.
- 2:06Speaker 2: And then I watched the finale of the idol, which
- 2:08Speaker 2: I'm going to get to towards the end of the show.
- 2:10Speaker 2: And even if you didn't watch that show, I have
- 2:12Speaker 2: so many interesting, um, analyzations about that show that just
- 2:16Speaker 2: applies to everything I'm going to talk to about today.
- 2:19Speaker 2: But so we were there from Friday until, um, this morning, Wednesday.
- 2:26Speaker 2: So on Monday, July 3rd is when a juicy scooper
- 2:32Speaker 2: sent me This article, Kyle Richards and Mauricio have separated
- 2:38Speaker 2: after 27 years of marriage exclusive from people. Now, there
- 2:43Speaker 2: were so many articles that were coming in and this
- 2:46Speaker 2: popped up on my text and I was trying to
- 2:48Speaker 2: get ready to get out the door and have a
- 2:49Speaker 2: lovely day. So I was like. In thinking about it later,
- 2:53Speaker 2: because we're going to go through everything that has transpired
- 2:56Speaker 2: since this article came out, I was like, is this
- 2:58Speaker 2: a legit article? So it did come with an exclusive
- 3:03Speaker 2: from people, meaning they're the first ones to do it.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Then everyone else picks it up, myself included, TMZ, TikTokers,
- 3:12Speaker 2: Page Six. Everybody comes and then, you know, reports about it. Now,
- 3:17Speaker 2: Dave Quinn wrote this. As you know, Dave Quinn is
- 3:20Speaker 2: very in good with the Bravo celebrities. I believe he
- 3:24Speaker 2: does the panels and whatnot at BravoCon. And so that's
- 3:29Speaker 2: sort of interesting that he got the exclusive. It makes sense.
- 3:34Speaker 2: He has an in. He's interviewed all these women when
- 3:37Speaker 2: he wrote his book. But... It gets juicier. So this
- 3:41Speaker 2: comes out and I start analyzing it and thinking about it.
- 3:46Speaker 2: And I, you know, I do a post about it
- 3:49Speaker 2: about an hour later of my thoughts. Because if you recall,
- 3:53Speaker 2: when Brandi and Julie were on my show a week ago,
- 3:58Speaker 2: we talked, I talked about how there's been a lot
- 4:00Speaker 2: of online speculation with the Bravo fans about Kyle being
- 4:05Speaker 2: really close to this country singer named Morgan Wade. Now,
- 4:10Speaker 2: Morgan Wade has a lot of tattoos. And she first
- 4:15Speaker 2: of all, I just heard her speak because they did
- 4:17Speaker 2: an Amazon Live together, which was such a weird combination.
- 4:20Speaker 2: But someone pulled it up. And I mean, she is
- 4:23Speaker 2: like this. I mean, she is like, well, I don't know, Kyle.
- 4:26Speaker 2: And I'm like, God, it just does not match her
- 4:29Speaker 2: look of all the neck tattoos and everything. And so
- 4:33Speaker 2: she's a pretty girl and she's a country singer, but
- 4:35Speaker 2: she's kind of a, even though she's tatted up, she's like,
- 4:39Speaker 2: she's like a light lesbian, like a feminine. It's like
- 4:42Speaker 2: she's a feminine presenting lesbian.
- 4:44Speaker 4: So.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I feel like she is a good, you know, she's
- 4:47Speaker 2: a starter lesbian for someone like Kyle, in my opinion,
- 4:50Speaker 2: when I first saw it. It's a soft launch into lesbianism. It's,
- 4:54Speaker 2: you know, and this girl, I thought, I first thought,
- 4:59Speaker 2: when I'm hearing all these rumors, are they having a
- 5:00Speaker 2: lesbian affair? I put on Juicy Scoop Obsessed. This is
- 5:03Speaker 2: what I think. So my first thought was this. I
- 5:07Speaker 2: think that Kyle, having lost weight, becomes sober. is into
- 5:12Speaker 2: country stuff and she, like, likes those country hats and
- 5:15Speaker 2: everything at Aspen, found this girl, liked her music, you know,
- 5:18Speaker 2: as celebrities do. Maybe they DM'd each other, became real friends,
- 5:22Speaker 2: come out, hang out. And then I think they really clicked.
- 5:25Speaker 2: And then I also think she might have been infatuated
- 5:27Speaker 2: with her. And you know, throughout Throughout time, lesbians or not,
- 5:33Speaker 2: girls would say, I have a girl crush. I'm kind
- 5:35Speaker 2: of fascinated. I want to dress like my friend. I'm
- 5:39Speaker 2: obsessed with my friend. It doesn't mean that you necessarily
- 5:41Speaker 2: want to go down on your girlfriend, but you're like
- 5:43Speaker 2: a little bit single white female-ish about this girl. And
- 5:48Speaker 2: if you don't know what that is, that is a
- 5:49Speaker 2: super juicy movie that could never probably have that title today.
- 5:53Speaker 2: But it was about a girl who wanted a similar
- 5:57Speaker 2: version of herself to roommate to have a roommate with.
- 6:01Speaker 2: And Bridget Fonda put in an ad looking for a
- 6:03Speaker 2: single white female to be my roommate. And then the
- 6:07Speaker 2: girl comes and she starts. She's a complete psycho. And
- 6:10Speaker 2: it's a super juicy movie. Put that on your list
- 6:12Speaker 2: for Juicy Scoop history movies to watch.
- 6:14Speaker 4: Okay.
- 6:15Speaker 2: So I kind of thought, I think she's just dabbling.
- 6:19Speaker 2: She's having a midlife crisis for a woman. Sometimes that's
- 6:22Speaker 2: being a late in life lesbian. Sometimes that's getting tattoos.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Sometimes that's getting a shit ton of plastic surgery. Sometimes
- 6:28Speaker 2: it's even getting a convertible. I don't know. I've done that.
- 6:31Speaker 2: So I think that I said, what I think is
- 6:35Speaker 2: she's into her. They might even have intimate friendship. They
- 6:39Speaker 2: might even mess around a little, but there's no way
- 6:41Speaker 2: she is divorcing Mauricio. That's what I said about a
- 6:45Speaker 2: day or two before this article broke out. So now
- 6:50Speaker 2: people start, you know, really deep diving into this relationship.
- 6:54Speaker 2: At the reunion, the last reunion, which was over a
- 6:57Speaker 2: year ago, or just about, Kyle says, I just started
- 7:02Speaker 2: getting some tattoos and I hear it's addictive. I have
- 7:05Speaker 2: this number that there's an eight and cause there's an
- 7:08Speaker 2: eight and every one of my daughter's births or whatever.
- 7:11Speaker 2: And then I have this little heart and it's like
- 7:13Speaker 2: a hand drawn heart that has like an X at
- 7:16Speaker 2: the bottom. And this is just, um, and she looks
- 7:19Speaker 2: at it, probably got a little wet thinking about it.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And this is just really special to me. And that's
- 7:25Speaker 2: all I want to say. And so, I mean, to
- 7:29Speaker 2: everybody that, you know, and there's so many of, of,
- 7:32Speaker 2: of the people that have been talking about this. So
- 7:35Speaker 2: I've seen so much of it. So, you know, I
- 7:37Speaker 2: don't remember who gave me the first tip, but I'm
- 7:39Speaker 2: saying it wasn't mine. They, they noticed that she had
- 7:43Speaker 2: the exact same tattoo. She literally found like the one
- 7:46Speaker 2: spot on her arm that wasn't tattooed and she has
- 7:48Speaker 2: the exact same heart. So clearly one of them drew
- 7:51Speaker 2: it and they got matching tattoos. Um, then they also
- 7:57Speaker 2: noticed that maybe a year ago, Morgan had another empty
- 8:01Speaker 2: space on her arm, which is now taken over by
- 8:04Speaker 2: a K, which matches Kyle's handwriting. You know, people have
- 8:10Speaker 2: looked up her handwriting and the K. So it's clearly
- 8:12Speaker 2: she made the K and the Morgan girl took it
- 8:16Speaker 2: to the tattoo place and said, I want this, my best,
- 8:19Speaker 2: best friend's letter on me. They are also 20 years apart,
- 8:24Speaker 2: which you can have a friendship that's 20 years apart.
- 8:26Speaker 2: But it's like, I also love a May-December late-in-life lesbian romance.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I mean, this just has everything I could dream of. Housewives, May-December, lesbians,
- 8:38Speaker 2: stepping in the tattoo world. I mean, just so country music,
- 8:42Speaker 2: real estate. It has it all. Sisters that hate each
- 8:46Speaker 2: other and then love each other at the same time.
- 8:48Speaker 2: It's everything.
- 8:50Speaker 4: So.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Are they a couple or not? Like I said, I
- 8:54Speaker 2: wasn't totally convinced. Then the news comes out, they're getting divorced.
- 9:00Speaker 2: And everyone's like, how can that be when you've been
- 9:02Speaker 2: married 27 years? Well, just because someone stayed married 20 years,
- 9:06Speaker 2: 25 years, 30 years, even 40 years, doesn't mean that
- 9:10Speaker 2: at one point they just finally say, I don't want
- 9:13Speaker 2: this anymore. I I'm 54. I've never been thinner. A
- 9:17Speaker 2: lot of people thought she did Ozempic. She said that I,
- 9:21Speaker 2: I just stopped drinking. Morgan is sober too. So they're
- 9:24Speaker 2: sober together and just having fun doing the lickety splits
- 9:30Speaker 2: and just having fun and being sober. And, um, don't,
- 9:33Speaker 2: you know, when you're just in that spiritual space, you
- 9:35Speaker 2: don't need a cocktail. And also she is, um, but it, Wait,
- 9:42Speaker 2: I forgot what I was going to say. Oh, so
- 9:45Speaker 2: are they, you know, really separated or did they have
- 9:48Speaker 2: an open relationship? Oh, getting back to her weight loss.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Supposedly they share a trainer. So then there were a
- 9:56Speaker 2: lot of things that Kyle was posting in the last
- 9:59Speaker 2: couple months that I felt were breadcrumbs for us, the fans.
- 10:03Speaker 2: If you were trying to hide this lesbian relationship, you
- 10:07Speaker 2: wouldn't be posting just like non-curated photos, just the two
- 10:11Speaker 2: of you just like, you know, taking a photo in
- 10:14Speaker 2: the mirror of just after a workout and Morgan being like, oh,
- 10:18Speaker 2: Silly in the back and Kyle just being like, look
- 10:20Speaker 2: at my skinny body. I love being skinny. And Kyle
- 10:23Speaker 2: has struggled with an eating disorder, and she talked about that.
- 10:26Speaker 2: So- The fact that she's this thin is fine. Maybe
- 10:31Speaker 2: she's healthy. She's sober. Maybe that's the size she's supposed
- 10:33Speaker 2: to be. Maybe she used Ozempic or a version of it.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Maybe she was so stressed out because this major part
- 10:39Speaker 2: of her world was going away. When Kyle came on
- 10:43Speaker 2: my show many years ago, she was a wonderful interview.
- 10:46Speaker 2: And I have always said, Kyle.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Besides Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Vanderpump is probably the winner still.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Now she really is the winner of doing Real Housewives
- 10:56Speaker 2: and making it work for her life, her profit, being
- 10:59Speaker 2: profitable and also maintaining her marriage and family life. She
- 11:03Speaker 2: has done it the best, in my opinion. But I
- 11:06Speaker 2: also thought up until a couple of days ago, Kyle
- 11:08Speaker 2: had done it the best. They have a loving relationship.
- 11:11Speaker 2: They have a hot, sexy relationship. They're hot for each other.
- 11:15Speaker 2: And so when there were rumors about last year when
- 11:19Speaker 2: we'd see Dorit like going, hi, honey, and to Mauricio
- 11:23Speaker 2: and hugging him and everything, I kind of joked about it,
- 11:27Speaker 2: but I really didn't think there was much going on. Well,
- 11:30Speaker 2: now everything is coming, is making us second guess everything,
- 11:36Speaker 2: which is exactly what happened with the Vanderpump scandal. And
- 11:40Speaker 2: what's crazy is in the biggest scandals of reality TV,
- 11:45Speaker 2: I believe this could be one of them. The biggest one,
- 11:49Speaker 2: I believe, is Bruce Jenner becoming Caitlyn. And again, out
- 11:54Speaker 2: of all the Kardashians, Bruce Caitlyn was the... the one
- 11:59Speaker 2: we've talked about least, the one we thought was the boringest,
- 12:02Speaker 2: the one that was barely featured, the one that we
- 12:04Speaker 2: thought was just a good old dad and just like, what?
- 12:07Speaker 2: What are you girls doing? And I remember when I
- 12:10Speaker 2: interviewed Caitlin, too, Caitlin said, and all this time I
- 12:15Speaker 2: had the juiciest story of any of them. OK, then
- 12:19Speaker 2: we have Sandoval, Scandoval with Rachel Markell. Nobody worried about Raquel.
- 12:26Speaker 2: She's just a bambi-eyed girl. She's nice. She's sweet. She's
- 12:30Speaker 2: not the brightest, but she's harmless. She's not a vixen.
- 12:35Speaker 2: She's not anyone that we need to worry about. She
- 12:37Speaker 2: was just James Kennedy's girlfriend that wanted to have a
- 12:40Speaker 2: puffy party. Turns out she's the diabolical mistress. Big shock there.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Never would I have thought that the late-in-life lesbian might
- 12:50Speaker 2: be Kyle Richards. I mean, there's a lot of other— there
- 12:53Speaker 2: are already lesbian storylines on Beverly Hills. And if I
- 12:57Speaker 2: was going to choose a lesbian, Teddy, I think, has
- 13:03Speaker 2: more of— I would be less surprised by Teddy being a
- 13:06Speaker 2: late-in-life lesbian than Kyle, for sure. So I am shocked
- 13:10Speaker 2: by this. But dropping the crumbs of like this, I
- 13:15Speaker 2: was like, I think that she wants us to know.
- 13:19Speaker 2: She's too bright of a person. She's been in this
- 13:21Speaker 2: game too long. She's been an actor since she was four.
- 13:24Speaker 2: She's been huge on social media since even before the
- 13:27Speaker 2: show started 15 years ago. She knows what she's doing.
- 13:31Speaker 2: She knows how the fans work. And could it be that...
- 13:35Speaker 2: We've also heard that this season is very boring without
- 13:38Speaker 2: Lisa Rinna and Kathy Hilton wasn't on it at all.
- 13:43Speaker 2: And they were the stars of the last season, Rinna
- 13:45Speaker 2: and Kathy Hilton. So we're hearing that it's pretty dull,
- 13:48Speaker 2: pretty boring, and it's going to start airing soon. And
- 13:51Speaker 2: then this story breaks. that they're in fact getting divorced,
- 13:54Speaker 2: and what is the deal with this girl Morgan? Now,
- 13:57Speaker 2: Kathy Hilton and Morgan and Kyle just did an Instagram
- 14:04Speaker 2: Live a few days ago. And Kathy goes, and we've
- 14:08Speaker 2: got a big surprise we're going to announce, a big surprise,
- 14:13Speaker 2: and Morgan is behind them. And Kyle goes, looks at
- 14:18Speaker 2: Morgan and he's like, um... OK, it's very suspicious now
- 14:23Speaker 2: in light of everything we know. And she's like, well,
- 14:25Speaker 2: they're not going to like that, Kathy, that you said
- 14:27Speaker 2: there's a big surprise and we're not going to tell them.
- 14:29Speaker 2: So what is it? You know, someone's like, is Morgan
- 14:31Speaker 2: their long lost sister or something like what is it?
- 14:35Speaker 2: Or is it that they're in a relationship or she
- 14:38Speaker 2: and Mauricio are done or whatever? Now, there's always been
- 14:43Speaker 2: rumors about Mauricio being that he's very charismatic, very outgoing.
- 14:49Speaker 2: helps to make, why he's such a great salesman, so successful,
- 14:52Speaker 2: has built so many, he has so many agency offices.
- 14:58Speaker 2: It's my understanding that was certainly his company, but I
- 15:01Speaker 2: don't know if he owns them all or what that is,
- 15:05Speaker 2: because that could be a financial burden right now, being
- 15:09Speaker 2: that real estate is taking a major dip. And there's
- 15:14Speaker 2: certain laws in California, like this luxury tax that If
- 15:17Speaker 2: a house sells for over $ 10 million, they have to
- 15:19Speaker 2: pay this big amount. And so a lot of people
- 15:21Speaker 2: are holding off. And, you know, those are huge sales
- 15:25Speaker 2: that might not be happening for him. You know, obviously,
- 15:28Speaker 2: real estate's taking a dip. That's his whole company. However,
- 15:31Speaker 2: buying Beverly Hills, it's a Netflix company. series that he's
- 15:34Speaker 2: doing with his daughters. And that is for sure coming
- 15:37Speaker 2: back as well. So a couple other things that happened.
- 15:40Speaker 2: I think it was last weekend. Kim Richards' daughter got
- 15:44Speaker 2: married in Aspen and they were all there. The family
- 15:47Speaker 2: was all there. But people started to notice that they
- 15:49Speaker 2: weren't taking photos together. They didn't. I don't I think
- 15:53Speaker 2: they sat next to each other, but they didn't take
- 15:55Speaker 2: photos together. Kyle and Mauricio, they did do individual photos
- 15:59Speaker 2: with their children. They seem to have a good time.
- 16:03Speaker 2: The kids are on TikTok. Sophia, I now follow. And,
- 16:07Speaker 2: you know, she's just posting how great the wedding was,
- 16:10Speaker 2: how wonderful. Oh, I just noticed that she also posted
- 16:13Speaker 2: on TikTok. Now I follow her. She did a whole
- 16:16Speaker 2: long TikTok about when they had the white party at
- 16:19Speaker 2: SoFi Stadium. This is what we're going to see on
- 16:23Speaker 2: the show this season where they rented out. I don't
- 16:27Speaker 2: know what the deal was, how much real money of
- 16:29Speaker 2: theirs that they had to put forward. But even with
- 16:32Speaker 2: all the deals in the world, this must have cost
- 16:34Speaker 2: them a lot of money to have their white party
- 16:37Speaker 2: at SoFi Stadium. And Erika Jayne performed and they had
- 16:41Speaker 2: all these other dancers and it was epic. And, you know,
- 16:46Speaker 2: Mauricio was heard saying to people, this is going to
- 16:48Speaker 2: be the biggest thing that Housewives have ever seen. This
- 16:51Speaker 2: will be the most epic party that's ever been on
- 16:54Speaker 2: any franchise. Allegedly said that to someone and they overheard
- 16:57Speaker 2: him saying it at a restaurant or something. And I
- 17:00Speaker 2: believe that to be true. But, you know, are they
- 17:02Speaker 2: possibly having some financial issues that also adds to the stress?
- 17:07Speaker 2: Just getting back to being married for a really long time,
- 17:10Speaker 2: like I said, you know, doesn't matter. Just sometimes... you know,
- 17:15Speaker 2: people just don't want to continue anymore. So I, but
- 17:19Speaker 2: I also thought is why I wrote what I wrote
- 17:21Speaker 2: on Juicy Scoop Obsessed. I don't think they'll get divorced.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I don't think it's worth it. But I do think
- 17:28Speaker 2: there's something going on with this woman and this, you know, relationship. Meanwhile,
- 17:33Speaker 2: the girl, Morgan, has an ex-girlfriend who, again, this emerged,
- 17:39Speaker 2: she did a TikTok to in which she was so upset.
- 17:42Speaker 2: And she goes, it's so hard when you see your ex.
- 17:45Speaker 2: I don't know why I do this to myself, but
- 17:47Speaker 2: I saw that my ex's show at the Troubadour in LA,
- 17:52Speaker 2: that this person was there. And I knew this person was,
- 17:56Speaker 2: you know, like not okay. And so everyone's speculating because
- 17:59Speaker 2: they looked at that concert and Teddy Mellencamp and Kyle
- 18:02Speaker 2: had gone to that concert. So Is did this ex-girlfriend
- 18:07Speaker 2: know that there was something going on with the friendship
- 18:10Speaker 2: of Kyle and this girl Morgan? My other thought is,
- 18:16Speaker 2: are they financing finance, have some financial interest in Morgan's marriage?
- 18:22Speaker 2: in Morgan's music. And maybe this isn't all real, but
- 18:26Speaker 2: now we all know who the hell Morgan Wade is.
- 18:28Speaker 2: I mean, I'm sure people are listening to her music
- 18:30Speaker 2: and figuring out what's so great about her and what's happening.
- 18:33Speaker 2: And so if they do come forward and say, there
- 18:36Speaker 2: is no romance here, there is nothing going on here.
- 18:39Speaker 2: We now know about this person that they obviously like
- 18:43Speaker 2: as a person, but so let's drop these crumbs, have
- 18:47Speaker 2: everyone think we're lesbians, but we're really not lesbians. But
- 18:49Speaker 2: now you know who this person is. So then so
- 18:54Speaker 2: I accept, OK, I guess they're separating. But I did
- 18:57Speaker 2: say in my TikTok separating doesn't mean divorce. There's no filing.
- 19:02Speaker 2: And I remember thinking, who started the story? Did someone
- 19:05Speaker 2: just write this based on sources?
- 19:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Because they're reading everything we're reading about the matching tattoos
- 19:13Speaker 2: and the Morgan Wade and, you know, all this stuff,
- 19:16Speaker 2: or is this real? And again, go back to Dave,
- 19:18Speaker 2: this Dave Quinn. So did Bravo orchestrate this exclusive so
- 19:25Speaker 2: that it gets us talking, gets us excited about the
- 19:27Speaker 2: next season and, So we watch it the way we
- 19:30Speaker 2: did going back and watching Vanderpump as like a little
- 19:35Speaker 2: fun clue game. Oh, let's see. Did is Kyle's eyes
- 19:38Speaker 2: wandering over, you know, over to this corner? Does Morgan
- 19:42Speaker 2: appear on it? Is Dorit still chummy with Mauricio or
- 19:46Speaker 2: are they purposely staying far apart because people accused him
- 19:49Speaker 2: of it last?
- 19:50Speaker 4: Year?
- 19:51Speaker 2: Is Mauricio being as gregarious? Is he smoking more or
- 19:54Speaker 2: less pot? Like, what are we going to be looking
- 19:57Speaker 2: for to try to figure out what is really going
- 19:59Speaker 2: on in this marriage that was always perceived as so perfect?
- 20:02Speaker 2: When she came on my show many years ago, she
- 20:04Speaker 2: talked to, I asked her about how do you keep
- 20:06Speaker 2: your marriage so great And she said, well, my mother
- 20:08Speaker 2: always said, I always make sure that there's candles lit
- 20:12Speaker 2: and there's something really good cooking in the kitchen so
- 20:14Speaker 2: that no matter where my husband was all day, this
- 20:18Speaker 2: home was still the best place he was at all day.
- 20:21Speaker 2: It smells the best. The food is the greatest. The
- 20:23Speaker 2: drink is the greatest. So she was very like catering
- 20:26Speaker 2: to him the first many years of their marriage. And then,
- 20:30Speaker 2: of course, you just get older. You start doing other
- 20:32Speaker 2: things and you have money and you can go spend money.
- 20:36Speaker 2: time separately in separate homes and in separate places or
- 20:40Speaker 2: the house is so big you can have separate bedrooms
- 20:42Speaker 2: and this starts to happen to couples of wealth that
- 20:45Speaker 2: are been married over 20 years it does a lot
- 20:49Speaker 2: of people live separately and don't get divorced because of
- 20:53Speaker 2: financial reasons however they can do that because they're not
- 20:58Speaker 2: public people and when you're public and you have a
- 21:01Speaker 2: girlfriend on the side or a boyfriend on the side
- 21:03Speaker 2: or a lesbian lover on the side or whatever it
- 21:05Speaker 2: is And you're a housewife, which is the most public
- 21:09Speaker 2: because we're we're tracking you in your home and everything.
- 21:12Speaker 2: You're not just like a Julia Roberts. Then I guess
- 21:16Speaker 2: maybe she felt they they had to come forward with
- 21:18Speaker 2: the we're we're having a separation. Well, then the next
- 21:23Speaker 2: day they make a statement on Fourth of July. They
- 21:26Speaker 2: say this. We're shutting these rumors down. We have had
- 21:32Speaker 2: the most difficult year, which you will see on the show.
- 21:35Speaker 2: But right now we are just living. We are separate.
- 21:40Speaker 2: We are living somewhat separately, but in the same home.
- 21:43Speaker 2: But we are not getting divorced. And Mauricio posts a
- 21:47Speaker 2: photo of Kyle and they're in Aspen together spending the
- 21:50Speaker 2: Fourth of July together. And they someone took a photo
- 21:53Speaker 2: of them having dinner together. So, again, what you know,
- 21:57Speaker 2: what does this all really mean? So also with the
- 22:01Speaker 2: David Quinn thing, you know, Dave Quinn writing the article,
- 22:05Speaker 2: you know, there's no Lisa Rinna to leak these stories anymore.
- 22:08Speaker 2: There's no who leaked the puppy gate, who leaked the Munchausen's,
- 22:12Speaker 2: who leaked. She got accused of all this stuff. But remember,
- 22:16Speaker 2: Lisa Rinna also said in that infamous limo ride with
- 22:23Speaker 2: with Kathy Hilton when she had her meltdown after she
- 22:26Speaker 2: left the caribou club or whatever it was. She said,
- 22:30Speaker 2: she told me, Lisa Rinna's like, oh, and you have
- 22:33Speaker 2: no idea the things that she said about you, Kyle.
- 22:37Speaker 2: She said so many things that you, you know. So, yeah,
- 22:39Speaker 2: did Kathy in her rant say, oh, and please, that
- 22:44Speaker 2: perfect marriage, she lets him cheat. They are swingers. You know,
- 22:49Speaker 2: who knows what she said, what she knows as a
- 22:52Speaker 2: sister to be what makes their marriage work or not.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I believe Kathy and Rick are. have a very conventional
- 23:01Speaker 2: marriage and they've been together forever and i can't imagine
- 23:03Speaker 2: that rick would ever cheat on her but god i
- 23:05Speaker 2: didn't think you know this would happen either but there's
- 23:08Speaker 2: always been rumors about mauricio what there was one where
- 23:11Speaker 2: a girl said oh i was with him in a
- 23:15Speaker 2: club in canada a nightclub and someone tracked it that
- 23:17Speaker 2: he was there again there was no photo of him
- 23:20Speaker 2: like in bed next to her anything like that there
- 23:23Speaker 2: was the tabloid rumors that um that allegedly Lisa Vanderpump
- 23:27Speaker 2: told Brandi, take those tabloids with you to the Palm
- 23:31Speaker 2: Springs weekend. They're about Mauricio, which really hurt Kyle. There's
- 23:36Speaker 2: always been rumors, but there's never been real solid evidence.
- 23:40Speaker 1: So.
- 23:41Speaker 2: I think most of us as fans of the show,
- 23:43Speaker 2: fans of their relationship and marriage, didn't really think of it,
- 23:46Speaker 2: much of it. Now there's alleged DMs from strangers keeping
- 23:51Speaker 2: anonymous that are coming to different bloggers and whatnot saying,
- 23:54Speaker 2: I know them and they are swingers and this and that.
- 23:58Speaker 2: The car is beautiful. Where did you end up going
- 24:01Speaker 2: for it?
- 24:02Speaker 1: This exclusive place that Dad has connections with.
- 24:04Speaker 2: They have more cars for more dealerships than like anywhere else.
- 24:07Speaker 2: You have to put me in touch.
- 24:08Speaker 1: What's it called? It's Dune ADL.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Where?
- 24:13Speaker 2: Dunediel.
- 24:14Speaker 1: There's an accent on the E.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Do you mean.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Yes, I got it on Dunediel Cars.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Lift, please. You going past Kimmage? Oh, Kimmage.
- 24:24Speaker 4: No.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Dunediel Cars. You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
- 24:28Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 24:32Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 24:35Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 24:39Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 24:45Speaker 3: I'm heading to the Emmys and I have police complaints
- 24:47Speaker 3: filed against me.
- 24:48Speaker 2: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 24:51Speaker 2: what would you do if it was given back?
- 24:53Speaker 4: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 24:56Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 24:58Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad.
- 24:59Speaker 4: I need a home dad.
- 25:00Speaker 2: What happens next? When I came in, he started crying.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 25:08Speaker 4: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 25:10Speaker 4: happens next.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 25:14Speaker 2: every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm
- 25:17Speaker 2: not going to pull punches. You can use your voice
- 25:19Speaker 2: even if it's shaped.
- 25:20Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 25:23Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 25:34Speaker 2: Now, let's get to remember. Let me get over to it. Oh,
- 25:40Speaker 2: then Kathy, I want to say this. Then Kathy Hilton
- 25:43Speaker 2: shares this cryptic quote about silence after her sister Kyle
- 25:46Speaker 2: Richards separation news. Kathy Hilton reposts a vague quote. My
- 25:51Speaker 2: mom once told me, once you are matured, you will
- 25:54Speaker 2: realize that silence is more powerful than proving your point.
- 25:58Speaker 2: And I felt that 100 percent. I don't really even
- 26:00Speaker 2: know what that means, but I guess she's just I'm
- 26:03Speaker 2: not going to speak on this. You know, I think
- 26:08Speaker 2: they're still bitter that Mauricio left the Hilton Highland real
- 26:11Speaker 2: estate firm and started his own. So I think she's
- 26:14Speaker 2: just like, you got to do what you've got to do, Kyle,
- 26:17Speaker 2: you know, and and, you know, live a happy life. Oh,
- 26:22Speaker 2: remember when I when I had Brandi and Julie on
- 26:24Speaker 2: the show, this was that we talked about. The fact
- 26:28Speaker 2: that what is going on with the Kyle and Morgan situation.
- 26:32Speaker 2: And we were talking about side effects of Ozepic, which,
- 26:36Speaker 2: you know, because you lose weight, your fingers get smaller
- 26:40Speaker 2: and your rings fall off. making it easier to finger
- 26:44Speaker 2: your best friend. So I just want to say, we
- 26:47Speaker 2: said it, we predicted it, and Ozempic, a side effect
- 26:52Speaker 2: of Ozempic might be late-in-life lesbianism. I'm just saying, add
- 26:57Speaker 2: that to jitters, dry mouth, and nausea. Okay, so now,
- 27:05Speaker 2: of course, everybody's remembering the famous scene from Real Houses
- 27:09Speaker 2: of Beverly Hills, Camille Grammer's infamous dinner party, where she
- 27:14Speaker 2: had this woman who was the inspiration for the TV show,
- 27:18Speaker 2: The Medium. Camille knew this psychic, and this psychic was
- 27:23Speaker 2: her friend, and she invites her to this dinner party.
- 27:26Speaker 2: And then Camille and Kelsey Grammer produced the show, The Medium,
- 27:31Speaker 2: that Patricia Arquette played the role. For many years, it
- 27:33Speaker 2: was a successful show. She comes on the show, and
- 27:37Speaker 2: she's Smoking, like, an e-cigarette, which was, like, before vaping,
- 27:42Speaker 2: but I'd never really seen it before. And she was
- 27:46Speaker 2: going after Kyle as a psychic, and she says, I...
- 27:51Speaker 2: She goes, I know what's going to happen about you.
- 27:54Speaker 2: I know when you're going to die. I know... I mean,
- 27:57Speaker 2: it was pretty eerie, and she was pretty drunk because
- 27:59Speaker 2: they had these huge, huge martini glasses. And she said, well,
- 28:05Speaker 2: your husband, you... Well, what marriage are you on? She goes,
- 28:09Speaker 2: I'm on my second marriage because she got married to
- 28:11Speaker 2: Farrah's dad first and then broke up with him. And
- 28:14Speaker 2: then we had a very I mean, she and Mauricio
- 28:17Speaker 2: were met at a nightclub, were married shortly after, lived
- 28:22Speaker 2: in a small apartment, got their real estate license together.
- 28:24Speaker 2: I believe he either sold suits or was like a
- 28:28Speaker 2: personal trainer, like he's a complete self-made man. but with
- 28:32Speaker 2: the help of Rick Hilton helping guide them into luxury
- 28:35Speaker 2: real estate. But the rest he really did, again, with
- 28:38Speaker 2: Kyle's help, with the stardom of Kyle. I even said
- 28:41Speaker 2: that to Kyle. I go, how many times has he
- 28:43Speaker 2: been like, can you come on the listing appointment? The
- 28:45Speaker 2: guy's wife is a huge fan of yours to help
- 28:47Speaker 2: seal this deal. She goes, oh, I'll do that. I'll
- 28:49Speaker 2: go out to dinner. I'll participate because, oh, how fun.
- 28:53Speaker 2: If we list with Mauricio, we get to meet Kyle. Anyway.
- 28:57Speaker 2: So she says that she goes, Oh, well then that's okay.
- 29:00Speaker 2: This will be your last marriage. And she goes, but
- 29:02Speaker 2: I'll tell you right now, your husband, Kyle will never
- 29:05Speaker 2: emotionally fulfill you. And you'll see, you'll realize that once
- 29:09Speaker 2: the kids are older and you'll, you'll get divorced. And,
- 29:12Speaker 2: you know, of course, Kyle didn't like that. Kim Richards
- 29:15Speaker 2: knew that she wouldn't like it. And then all these
- 29:18Speaker 2: years passed, and we all thought the psychic wasn't correct. Well,
- 29:20Speaker 2: the psychic was pretty happy this weekend, and she's posting
- 29:24Speaker 2: about it. Well, like, look, told you so. I mean,
- 29:28Speaker 2: I don't believe in that psychic situation, but she did
- 29:32Speaker 2: have her say. And I wonder if she and Camille
- 29:35Speaker 2: can be friends again, because when I had Camille on
- 29:37Speaker 2: Juicy Scoop many years ago, she said, that the psychic
- 29:41Speaker 2: was torn apart so much online by so many trolls
- 29:44Speaker 2: and people being so mean to her that she really
- 29:47Speaker 2: kind of had to end her friendship with camille even
- 29:50Speaker 2: though camille did nothing wrong she just invited her on
- 29:52Speaker 2: the show and then she said those things and all
- 29:54Speaker 2: this stuff transpired but um I mean, gosh, you know,
- 30:00Speaker 2: I'm wondering what obviously all the cast members are going
- 30:03Speaker 2: to say no comment, no comment. But like, I really
- 30:05Speaker 2: want to know what people are thinking. So anyway, now
- 30:08Speaker 2: they're saying we're not getting divorced. We are just we're
- 30:13Speaker 2: just going through it. So just like leave us alone.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Leave us with our privacy. Please don't speculate. So what
- 30:18Speaker 2: do I do? I speculate for the first 30 minutes
- 30:20Speaker 2: of Juicy Scoop. But I'm sorry you you choose to
- 30:23Speaker 2: be on a reality show. Which there's been I don't
- 30:27Speaker 2: even know how many divorces were up to in the franchises.
- 30:31Speaker 2: And again, nobody, nobody would ever put money on Kyle
- 30:35Speaker 2: and Mauricio. We hope that they can work it out,
- 30:38Speaker 2: whatever that might be. But, you know, I was just
- 30:41Speaker 2: with a couple over the weekend in which he. the
- 30:44Speaker 2: girl is like, yeah, he's not divorcing his wife because
- 30:48Speaker 2: she's part of the business. And financially, it's better to
- 30:51Speaker 2: keep her than to divorce her. But the wife knows
- 30:54Speaker 2: about the girlfriend. They live down the street from each other.
- 30:57Speaker 2: She's like, oh, can you hand this to my husband?
- 30:59Speaker 2: She'll say to the girlfriend, the girlfriend will be like, yes,
- 31:01Speaker 2: I can. And So they can't get married. But she's like,
- 31:05Speaker 2: but he wants to give me a ring and he
- 31:07Speaker 2: wants to make sure that that I'm in his will.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Because right now, if something was to happen, he was
- 31:13Speaker 2: to die. I wouldn't get anything because he's still married
- 31:16Speaker 2: to his wife. But again, it doesn't make financial sense
- 31:18Speaker 2: for him to divorce her. So this happens with rich
- 31:21Speaker 2: people all the time. And people sometimes are like, good.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Screw my husband. I hate him. As long as I
- 31:26Speaker 2: can keep my houses, access to my houses. I don't
- 31:29Speaker 2: want the world. to know that I'm a 50-plus woman
- 31:32Speaker 2: who's divorced. I don't want that label. I don't want to.
- 31:35Speaker 2: I don't want another husband. If I can have a
- 31:38Speaker 2: lover or not, great. If I don't, who cares? But
- 31:41Speaker 2: those are people that don't live a public life and
- 31:44Speaker 2: can still walk around and have not everyone know what
- 31:47Speaker 2: their story is. The same thing I feel about, like,
- 31:50Speaker 2: Tristan— Thompson like cheats on Chloe. She's probably like, dude,
- 31:53Speaker 2: I was fine with you like fucking a girl in Miami.
- 31:57Speaker 2: But now the world knows it. So now I have
- 31:59Speaker 2: to be Miss Feminist Chloe and I have to kick
- 32:01Speaker 2: you to the curb. And if I take you back,
- 32:02Speaker 2: everyone thinks I'm an awful person, but I really don't
- 32:04Speaker 2: even care if you mess around a little bit. I
- 32:07Speaker 2: just like having I just I know I'm number one
- 32:10Speaker 2: and I just like having our conversation. our family the
- 32:13Speaker 2: way it is. I like having my freedom, not marrying you,
- 32:16Speaker 2: having your babies. You screw somebody, but just be secretive
- 32:19Speaker 2: about it, you dumb idiot. Like that, everyone has their
- 32:22Speaker 2: own situation. So I think we're going to see more
- 32:25Speaker 2: and more situations like this happening where people have these
- 32:30Speaker 2: open marriages, and they have to come clean because so
- 32:33Speaker 2: many more people are public today than yesteryear with Instagram
- 32:37Speaker 2: and YouTube and podcasts and everything like it. Now, remember
- 32:41Speaker 2: the scandal scandal of when Brandi Glanville said, I had
- 32:46Speaker 2: sex with Denise Richards and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
- 32:51Speaker 2: And she said she went up and, uh, I think
- 32:54Speaker 2: she was doing a show in Canada, like filming some
- 32:56Speaker 2: Hallmark movie before Denise said, fuck it. I don't want
- 32:59Speaker 2: to go to Canada. I'm just going to do only
- 33:01Speaker 2: fans from my Malibu bedroom. She was learning her lines and,
- 33:08Speaker 2: and Brandy came to visit her and they like did
- 33:10Speaker 2: Brandy's podcast or something. And as she's putting away her mic,
- 33:13Speaker 2: she decided to whip out her already skinny non-Olympic finger
- 33:18Speaker 2: and they started to go off and they had a
- 33:19Speaker 2: fun time. Allegedly.
- 33:21Speaker 3: Allegedly.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Denise has always denied this. Brandy, you know, was like,
- 33:27Speaker 2: always said she was bisexual.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Okay.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Well, my show said she's bisexual, had girlfriends, not secretive
- 33:33Speaker 2: about it. It all comes out. Denise doesn't want it
- 33:37Speaker 2: to be known because she's like, Aaron wouldn't like it.
- 33:40Speaker 2: And then Brandy was like, wait a minute. I don't
- 33:43Speaker 2: like that. Now I'm put in a position to be
- 33:45Speaker 2: a cheater. It was kind of a bullshit feeling in
- 33:47Speaker 2: my opinion, but whatever. It gets out. It made the
- 33:50Speaker 2: season very juicy. At one point, there is an article
- 33:54Speaker 2: from 2020 when this was going on this season where
- 33:59Speaker 2: they look at the show and Denise says, why would
- 34:03Speaker 2: you believe Brandy? Brandy told me she's had sex with
- 34:05Speaker 2: people in this group. And Kyle goes, you mean at
- 34:09Speaker 2: this table? She's like in this group. So everyone was speculating,
- 34:14Speaker 2: was it this girl Carlton, who was a witch, who
- 34:16Speaker 2: was also a swinger and a one-hit wonder, and she
- 34:20Speaker 2: was the weirdest housewife that ever lived, and they were, like,
- 34:22Speaker 2: making out in a jacuzzi anyway. Why? No, it's not Carlton.
- 34:26Speaker 2: That's just not juicy enough. Could it be Kyle? Again,
- 34:30Speaker 2: can't imagine it. Even if Kyle is gay, I'm going
- 34:33Speaker 2: to say I don't think that Brandi Glanville and Kyle
- 34:36Speaker 2: ever got together. I really just don't even think they
- 34:38Speaker 2: ever really liked each other that much. I just don't
- 34:42Speaker 2: believe that. But it makes us, again, go back, look
- 34:46Speaker 2: at everything. All this stuff is going to make everybody
- 34:51Speaker 2: that doesn't have Peacock get Peacock and just go and
- 34:54Speaker 2: watch old New Jersey episodes about Teresa and Melissa, old Vanderpump. When,
- 35:02Speaker 2: you know, back in the beginning, all this type of stuff,
- 35:05Speaker 2: it really makes it fun to go back. And let
- 35:07Speaker 2: me tell you, they were so much the episodes were
- 35:09Speaker 2: so much better than the seasons were so much better
- 35:10Speaker 2: because they were so much more raw. And it's so
- 35:14Speaker 2: like fun to kind of go back and watch it.
- 35:16Speaker 2: So this is also great for Bravo, which, again, did
- 35:20Speaker 2: Bravo have this story be told? Because it's weird that
- 35:24Speaker 2: right away they were like, this isn't true. We're not
- 35:26Speaker 2: getting divorced. So was that the plan? Was Kyle in
- 35:31Speaker 2: the dark about this and the story just went without
- 35:33Speaker 2: her knowledge? And then she had to, you know, figure
- 35:37Speaker 2: out what they were going to say because they definitely
- 35:38Speaker 2: don't want to get divorced. Meanwhile, they did take out recently,
- 35:46Speaker 2: according to The Sun, they have their houses worth $ 8
- 35:49Speaker 2: million and they just redid a loan and took out $ 5. 4 million.
- 35:56Speaker 2: So some people think... They need to take that, redo
- 35:59Speaker 2: that loan. But a lot of people, listen, most people
- 36:01Speaker 2: don't own their $ 8 million house outright. A lot of
- 36:03Speaker 2: people refinance. It's not the end of the world. But
- 36:06Speaker 2: did they do this now so that they, because it's
- 36:10Speaker 2: easier to do it while they are still married and
- 36:12Speaker 2: there's no, you know, there's nothing on file that they've
- 36:15Speaker 2: gotten divorced. Once they start to file for divorce, it's
- 36:17Speaker 2: harder to get these loans. Could that be the case? Again,
- 36:21Speaker 2: adding to the stressful year, the new TV show of
- 36:25Speaker 2: buying Beverly Hills, the movie you know, the real estate
- 36:30Speaker 2: situation of all these agency, you know, which all are leased,
- 36:36Speaker 2: you know, are leased or owned buildings where they have
- 36:38Speaker 2: all the offices, where they have all the desks. I mean,
- 36:41Speaker 2: when real estate goes, really drops, my dad was a
- 36:45Speaker 2: realtor and my mom, my dad goes, when the market
- 36:48Speaker 2: gets bad, everyone goes back to being a teacher. Well, Nowadays,
- 36:52Speaker 2: when the market goes bad, I guess everyone will go
- 36:54Speaker 2: back to doing OnlyFans and podcasting. I don't know. But
- 36:57Speaker 2: there's a lot of realtors in tiny outfits walking around
- 37:00Speaker 2: hoping to get cast in a TV show and sell
- 37:02Speaker 2: a $ 5 million house or a $ 12 million house, which
- 37:06Speaker 2: now might not be even being sold because... of this
- 37:11Speaker 2: luxury tax and all of this. So now that's less listings,
- 37:14Speaker 2: less sales, less things in escrow, less mortgages being made. And,
- 37:20Speaker 2: you know, and then you put in the writer's strike
- 37:22Speaker 2: and everything else. And it's like, we better just pull
- 37:25Speaker 2: out some money because we've been in this business a
- 37:28Speaker 2: long time. And we know when there's a dip, when
- 37:30Speaker 2: there's a rainy day, you got to have your stuff
- 37:32Speaker 2: in line so that you're not losing property or whatever
- 37:35Speaker 2: to foreclosure. So He's probably just being really smart about it.
- 37:38Speaker 2: I don't think they're going to be in the poorhouse
- 37:39Speaker 2: or anything, but they might be doing some financial re-strategizing.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Speaking of another couple, married 30 years, the mayor of
- 37:50Speaker 2: New York and his wife, Mayor Bill de Blasio, and
- 37:55Speaker 2: his wife are saying they, too, are separated but living
- 38:00Speaker 2: in the same home. And they're going to date other people.
- 38:04Speaker 2: He's 62. I don't know how old she is, but
- 38:07Speaker 2: they're really honest about it. And for a mayor to
- 38:12Speaker 2: be that honest, I'm like, wow. And the comments are
- 38:15Speaker 2: just like, wow, people do this a lot. A lot
- 38:18Speaker 2: of people do it because they're so rich. A lot
- 38:20Speaker 2: of people do it because they're struggling financially and they
- 38:24Speaker 2: can't live separately. Divorce is expensive. Divorce is expensive if
- 38:28Speaker 2: you're poor and it's expensive if you're rich. It's just
- 38:30Speaker 2: fucking expensive. It's mean, it's hurtful. And if you're not
- 38:35Speaker 2: like dying to marry somebody else at that moment and
- 38:38Speaker 2: live with that other person full time, a lot of
- 38:40Speaker 2: people are just like, can we just have my space?
- 38:42Speaker 2: But at the same time, I would like some affection
- 38:45Speaker 2: in my life. I'd like to like have sex with
- 38:47Speaker 2: someone who likes me. I'd like to have a little thrill.
- 38:49Speaker 2: I'd like someone to like, you know, touch my hair
- 38:52Speaker 2: or like say I look cute because we've gotten this
- 38:56Speaker 2: rut and you're just kind of mean and I want
- 38:58Speaker 2: to have something like I think the same thing goes
- 39:00Speaker 2: for a guy like, oh, I'm the fucking mayor. Like
- 39:03Speaker 2: you're not into me. You're not affectionate with me. Do
- 39:05Speaker 2: you know how many girls would die to go out
- 39:07Speaker 2: with me and be super thrilled and want to hear
- 39:10Speaker 2: my stories for the first time? I mean, that's the
- 39:12Speaker 2: other thing. When you've been married for a long time,
- 39:15Speaker 2: you need to go on a first date and tell
- 39:17Speaker 2: someone your life story and they haven't heard it. And
- 39:20Speaker 2: a second date and a third date. I mean, I
- 39:21Speaker 2: think that's appealing for a while. I mean, there's so— I
- 39:26Speaker 2: think we live so long now. I think people are
- 39:29Speaker 2: like— look, I don't necessarily want to get divorced, but
- 39:31Speaker 2: can I have like a little hiatus? I always thought,
- 39:33Speaker 2: you know how like Mormons go on like a two year.
- 39:38Speaker 2: What do you call it? Like not a sabbatical, but
- 39:40Speaker 2: they go and they recruit people and they go on
- 39:42Speaker 2: that two year mission. They're on a two year mission.
- 39:45Speaker 2: I always thought like it'd be interesting if like in marriage.
- 39:49Speaker 2: we start to normalize something like that. Like, oh, and
- 39:52Speaker 2: a year 20, you know, oh, we're doing our two
- 39:55Speaker 2: year sabbatical. Oh, you are? Yeah, we've been married 20 years.
- 39:58Speaker 2: So we're just going to have separate bedrooms. And we're
- 40:02Speaker 2: going to just like, see who does better in the
- 40:03Speaker 2: dating world. And no matter what, after two years, we're
- 40:06Speaker 2: going to just like, you know, douche and get tested
- 40:10Speaker 2: and then go back to just being married. But we
- 40:13Speaker 2: just want to know that we're not dead yet. And
- 40:14Speaker 2: we just want to have one little, you know, fun
- 40:17Speaker 2: experience before we all, you know, have to have knee
- 40:21Speaker 2: braces on or whatever. So who knows? I find it
- 40:24Speaker 2: really juicy discussion. Jada Pinkett, too. Also her weird marriage.
- 40:28Speaker 2: She's got a book coming out in October. She says
- 40:31Speaker 2: she's going to address it all. Her affair with her
- 40:33Speaker 2: stepson's best friend. The slap.
- 40:36Speaker 4: The.
- 40:38Speaker 2: open marriage, all of it. They've always had rumors of
- 40:42Speaker 2: them being swingers. There's been rumors of him having a
- 40:46Speaker 2: more than just platonic relationship with a male star. It's
- 40:51Speaker 2: all alleged, but where, you know, oh, he would give
- 40:54Speaker 2: this guy like a Bentley and it was just his
- 40:56Speaker 2: best friend and things like that. Who knows? I don't
- 41:00Speaker 2: know that she'll share about him. How juicy will this
- 41:04Speaker 2: book get? I hope it's just not a lot of
- 41:06Speaker 2: preaching about like the kind of preaching she does on
- 41:09Speaker 2: the Red Table Talk, which is no longer. And I
- 41:12Speaker 2: think that show's done. I think again, I don't think
- 41:15Speaker 2: they're going to come back and do that show. I
- 41:17Speaker 2: think the grandma is probably burnt out on it. And
- 41:20Speaker 2: the little girl is probably bored, too. And it was like, oh,
- 41:24Speaker 2: I did not enjoy having to work every day. So
- 41:27Speaker 2: she's like, well, I'll just save all the juice for
- 41:28Speaker 2: my book. And it definitely will be a bestseller. And
- 41:31Speaker 2: I'll definitely read it. Well, I'll read it once I
- 41:35Speaker 2: know that there's enough juice in it. There cannot be
- 41:38Speaker 2: it can't be preaching for me at all. Oh my God.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Let me just tell you what's going on with David
- 41:44Speaker 2: Bedore from Real Housewives of OC. As you know, he
- 41:49Speaker 2: and his second wife, Leslie, David Bedore is the ex-husband
- 41:53Speaker 2: of Shannon Bedore and he and his ex-wife, you know,
- 41:57Speaker 2: they did not have a good marriage. Then he met
- 42:00Speaker 2: this girl, Leslie Bedore, and they, she got pregnant and
- 42:03Speaker 2: then they got married and they have been saying they're
- 42:06Speaker 2: going to divorce each other, not divorce each other, restraining orders, this, that,
- 42:10Speaker 2: we're back together. Well, it's getting real ugly now. He demands,
- 42:15Speaker 2: David Bedore is demanding that his wife, Leslie, vacate their
- 42:20Speaker 2: $ 15 million mansion as she accuses him of shutting off
- 42:23Speaker 2: credit cards and requests that he pays her $ 32, 000 a
- 42:26Speaker 2: month in child support amid divorce. Now, she has two
- 42:31Speaker 2: or three littler kids, like eight and four or something,
- 42:36Speaker 2: And then she has the two-year-old Anna with David. So
- 42:41Speaker 2: she's saying, I need that $ 32, 000 in support. But he says.
- 42:47Speaker 2: He says, he claims, I paid Leslie $ 40, 000 in advance
- 42:51Speaker 2: and offered her a $ 103, 000 Mercedes G-Wagon that she has. So,
- 42:58Speaker 2: I mean, this is just too much. And then she's saying, well,
- 43:02Speaker 2: he has the financial means to do so, and I
- 43:05Speaker 2: cannot provide suitable housing for Ana and I without David's
- 43:08Speaker 2: financial support. This is where, you know, it's a difficult
- 43:13Speaker 2: situation for everybody. I honestly feel kind of sorry for
- 43:17Speaker 2: her two other little kids because here's the thing, Guy,
- 43:22Speaker 2: you know, if you marry a woman that has a
- 43:24Speaker 2: couple other kids and then you have one with her, yeah,
- 43:28Speaker 2: you're going to have to pay the child support. And
- 43:30Speaker 2: will that money be spent on the other kids?
- 43:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:32Speaker 2: I would hope that you wouldn't care about that. You
- 43:35Speaker 2: at one time were their stepfather too, but it's probably
- 43:39Speaker 2: frustrating for a guy who now hates his ex-wife or
- 43:42Speaker 2: a woman who now hates her ex-husband and has to
- 43:44Speaker 2: pay child support, I would think, and she's now paying...
- 43:46Speaker 2: And there's no way once you get ordered to have
- 43:50Speaker 2: to pay that amount, there's no way of knowing like, oh, OK, well,
- 43:54Speaker 2: here is the four dollars I spent on Anna's applesauce.
- 43:58Speaker 2: And then out of this account, I bought my older
- 44:01Speaker 2: kid's Chick-fil-A. And then out of this account, we paid
- 44:04Speaker 2: for Anna's preschool. And out of this account, I bought
- 44:08Speaker 2: the soccer outfit for my eight year old. Like, I mean,
- 44:10Speaker 2: there's just of course the money is going to go
- 44:12Speaker 2: towards that. The home that you're having with all your kids,
- 44:16Speaker 2: no matter who their dads are. So I'll never forget
- 44:18Speaker 2: when Leslie Bedore was at a Walmart and she was
- 44:23Speaker 2: going through with her groceries and much like a Costco,
- 44:28Speaker 2: they check your receipt and she felt she was being
- 44:35Speaker 2: harassed somehow. by the poor person working there that just
- 44:38Speaker 2: has to check the receipt and being questioned. And therefore
- 44:41Speaker 2: she whipped out her phone and filmed it and posted
- 44:46Speaker 2: it thinking that the world would be like, oh my gosh,
- 44:49Speaker 2: poor Leslie. That's awful. I can't believe that they would
- 44:54Speaker 2: ask you, a woman, because she goes, do you even know?
- 44:57Speaker 2: You really think I'm stealing something? I live— and I remember
- 45:00Speaker 2: she said, I live in a $ 12 million or $ 14
- 45:03Speaker 2: million house in Laguna. So it must have been this house.
- 45:07Speaker 2: I live in a $ 14 million house in Laguna. You
- 45:09Speaker 2: think I'm stealing this? This is ridiculous. And, of course,
- 45:12Speaker 2: it totally backfired on her because everybody was like, you
- 45:15Speaker 2: are horrible. But he went on to marry her. I
- 45:20Speaker 2: don't know if she was pregnant at that time, but
- 45:21Speaker 2: he went on to marry her. And, I mean, it
- 45:24Speaker 2: is the ultimate karma for David Bedore because he was
- 45:29Speaker 2: not a great husband, in my opinion, to Shanna Bedore.
- 45:33Speaker 2: And then he found this woman, and now, you know, she's—and,
- 45:37Speaker 2: you know— There's a lot to it. There's a lot
- 45:41Speaker 2: going on here. But there you go. So he but
- 45:46Speaker 2: David also says he accuses her, Leslie Boudreau, of holding
- 45:49Speaker 2: the threat of public humiliation because she has said he
- 45:55Speaker 2: said she will do anything that will prolong her rent
- 45:57Speaker 2: free continued use of the 15 million dollar home in Laguna.
- 46:01Speaker 2: And she's saying that, you know, there's supposedly all these
- 46:05Speaker 2: other things that he did that are awful that she's
- 46:07Speaker 2: going to come out and say. If she doesn't get
- 46:10Speaker 2: what she wants. So pretty juicy. Kim Zolciak, she owes
- 46:16Speaker 2: Target like twenty five hundred dollars on a credit card
- 46:18Speaker 2: she hasn't paid. I mean, their financial stuff is going
- 46:21Speaker 2: on and on. He has hired and or he has
- 46:25Speaker 2: appointed Corey to have this person kind of in charge
- 46:31Speaker 2: of the kids. So he's requested that this woman, Diane Woods,
- 46:33Speaker 2: who specializes in family law and domestic matters, be appointed
- 46:37Speaker 2: as a guardian for the kids. There's KJ, who's 12, Cash, 10,
- 46:40Speaker 2: and then the twins are Kane and Kaya, and they're nine,
- 46:43Speaker 2: so that she may immediately begin an investigation. Now, Kim
- 46:48Speaker 2: had said that he accused her of kidnapping because he
- 46:54Speaker 2: didn't like the mom in which the kid was going
- 46:58Speaker 2: over to the house, and she did a 911 call
- 47:00Speaker 2: and was like, Corey's insane. He's saying there was zero kidnapping.
- 47:06Speaker 2: I took KJ to one of my daughter's friends, is
- 47:08Speaker 2: what she's saying. He's saying, well, I didn't like her.
- 47:12Speaker 2: I didn't like the mom. I don't trust you. It's
- 47:15Speaker 2: just a super ugly situation, but their finances are really awful,
- 47:19Speaker 2: and they, too, are still living in the same house
- 47:23Speaker 2: under the same roof. So there's just an awfulness. Meanwhile—
- 47:30Speaker 2: Courtney has started hanging out with Addison Rae again. We
- 47:33Speaker 2: all wondered what happened. Addison Rae is the TikTok sensation
- 47:37Speaker 2: and she's 20 years younger than Courtney. Courtney's like 43
- 47:41Speaker 2: and I think she's like 21 or something. And people
- 47:44Speaker 2: thought the friendship was weird. I thought it was just
- 47:46Speaker 2: a way that they both could kind of use each
- 47:48Speaker 2: other and make Courtney more relevant and hip and Addison,
- 47:53Speaker 2: of course, wants to be, you know, in the Kardashian world.
- 47:56Speaker 2: Then we never saw them talk about each other, be
- 47:59Speaker 2: on each other's social media, because just like a teenager,
- 48:01Speaker 2: Kourtney got her boyfriend Travis and like blew her off.
- 48:04Speaker 2: But now that she's pregnant and bored again, they did
- 48:07Speaker 2: some bikini shots together. And You know, but now that's
- 48:10Speaker 2: a big age difference. But I just was— but, you know,
- 48:15Speaker 2: the Morgan and Kyle— Morgan' s 28 and Kyle's 55. So that
- 48:21Speaker 2: is a huge age difference that's younger than her oldest
- 48:24Speaker 2: daughter if there is, in fact, a romance, which there
- 48:27Speaker 2: might not be. Like, might not be, but I think—
- 48:31Speaker 2: I don't know, but I did just see two girls
- 48:33Speaker 2: on the beach this weekend, and they, I do not
- 48:37Speaker 2: think were lesbians or anything, and they had matching tattoos. So,
- 48:41Speaker 2: like I said, it can just be like a best
- 48:43Speaker 2: friend girly thing. Remember when everybody used to have those necklaces,
- 48:46Speaker 2: and they'd break, and either you had one end that
- 48:49Speaker 2: was a heart that said B-fry, and the other one
- 48:51Speaker 2: had S-end, and you're like, who's going to be my
- 48:54Speaker 2: best friend? Like, it feels very immature the way girls
- 48:57Speaker 2: are about their possessiveness of their friends. Okay. Now, Lisa Vanderpump,
- 49:04Speaker 2: even though Pump just filmed, they're back filming, and Raquel
- 49:08Speaker 2: is in negotiations. They didn't want to start negotiations, allegedly,
- 49:13Speaker 2: until after she was done with her time at the
- 49:16Speaker 2: mental facility, but she looks to be that she is
- 49:18Speaker 2: going to be coming back to the show. And I
- 49:21Speaker 2: really think all the cast members who were so disgusted
- 49:24Speaker 2: with her behavior and everything, I think they know that
- 49:27Speaker 2: the show needs Raquel. The fans want to see the interaction,
- 49:32Speaker 2: whether it's nice, mean, or they realize, you know what?
- 49:37Speaker 2: Time heals all wounds. I don't care. Have her come back.
- 49:40Speaker 2: Let her redeem herself. We want people to continue loving
- 49:43Speaker 2: the show because when they love the show, we all
- 49:45Speaker 2: do so much better with our side businesses and our
- 49:48Speaker 2: side hustles, and they're not stupid. So they were all
- 49:51Speaker 2: at Pump, partying it up, and this was like their
- 49:53Speaker 2: goodbye party. And as of July 4th, TMZ said they're
- 49:58Speaker 2: moving all this stuff out. They're getting rid of the
- 50:00Speaker 2: purple umbrellas and everything. And this is Pump. Sorry, this
- 50:04Speaker 2: is Pump is closing, not Sir. Pump will be closing. Now,
- 50:08Speaker 2: it was, she said, oh, it was the rent is
- 50:10Speaker 2: so high. The rent is so high. Also, it was
- 50:14Speaker 2: just announced that West Hollywood has now the highest minimum
- 50:17Speaker 2: wage of any city in all of America. It's $ 19.
- 50:20Speaker 2: I think it's $ 19 and one cent or something. Minimum wage,
- 50:26Speaker 2: which that's very expensive. It's a very expensive place to live.
- 50:30Speaker 2: But when you're Lisa Vanderpump and you're kind of evaluating
- 50:33Speaker 2: your businesses and whatnot, I think she just decided it
- 50:37Speaker 2: does not make financial sense to keep this other restaurant.
- 50:40Speaker 2: I don't need it for the show. They can all
- 50:43Speaker 2: work at Sur. Sur and Pump are very similar. And
- 50:46Speaker 2: so many times when fans want to come and go
- 50:49Speaker 2: to the restaurants, they're like, well, what do I do?
- 50:50Speaker 2: Do I go to Sur for dinner or Pump for dinner?
- 50:52Speaker 2: And then we'll go to Tom Tom's for drinks. You
- 50:55Speaker 2: don't really need to go to either one. So I
- 50:59Speaker 2: think it was a real smart move. Just keep her,
- 51:01Speaker 2: get rid of one of them. She's making such great
- 51:05Speaker 2: cocktail lounges. She's got a couple more coming up in Vegas.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Of course, Nevada is a totally different state to do
- 51:11Speaker 2: business in, making it much more favorable to you as
- 51:14Speaker 2: a business owner. So I really think this was a
- 51:18Speaker 2: smart move and it's just unnecessary for her to have
- 51:21Speaker 2: this restaurant. So, but I will say Lisa Vanderpump, who
- 51:24Speaker 2: was so hurt and so upset by what went down
- 51:28Speaker 2: with puppy gate with Kyle and then goodbye Kyle and
- 51:31Speaker 2: all of that. She did post something with she and
- 51:35Speaker 2: Ken about their love and their marriage on July 3rd.
- 51:39Speaker 2: And I will say whenever big stars get divorced, I
- 51:43Speaker 2: would sometimes post, you know, jokingly Heather forever, meaning Peter
- 51:48Speaker 2: and Heather, Heather forever. And, and, um, And I thought
- 51:52Speaker 2: about it, but I did think, I think that's kind
- 51:55Speaker 2: of like being rude. This is a marriage with a
- 51:58Speaker 2: bunch of kids, and I know her personally and everything,
- 52:01Speaker 2: and I'm really glad I didn't, because some people thought
- 52:03Speaker 2: I was kind of snarky, but I don't, because it's true,
- 52:06Speaker 2: she's the only one. She is one of the few
- 52:08Speaker 2: that's still standing with the marriage. So let her rub
- 52:12Speaker 2: it in our faces as they go and make a
- 52:15Speaker 2: lot of money at these cocktail lounges, which don't require
- 52:18Speaker 2: a full kitchen, People come for one $ 25 cocktail, take
- 52:22Speaker 2: a photo and leave. I mean, it's so smart. It's
- 52:24Speaker 2: so profitable. Good for her in doing that. And we
- 52:29Speaker 2: don't need to see them between different restaurants. They can
- 52:32Speaker 2: just work at Sir and Tom Tom, and that could
- 52:35Speaker 2: be it. And remember, they own Tom Tom, too. The
- 52:38Speaker 2: Sandoval's only own 5% of it or something ridiculous. So basically,
- 52:42Speaker 2: she went from three restaurants down to two. It's not
- 52:45Speaker 2: a big, it's not like she's, you know, it was
- 52:48Speaker 2: a smart move. Um, meanwhile, other things happening on 4th
- 52:52Speaker 2: of July, they got photos of Ben and Jennifer Lopez
- 52:57Speaker 2: playing pickleball, which I just saw, you know, I like
- 53:00Speaker 2: pickleball too, but I just saw that it is like
- 53:02Speaker 2: the most dangerous sport now because so many people are
- 53:05Speaker 2: playing them, playing it. And a lot of old people
- 53:08Speaker 2: that are not really physically fit are playing it and
- 53:10Speaker 2: they're having so many injuries. So be careful out there. Um,
- 53:14Speaker 2: but I do love pickleball. And, um, anyway, they, of course, um,
- 53:19Speaker 2: featured the photo where he looks miserable playing pickleball too,
- 53:21Speaker 2: which you can imagine. I can't imagine that Ben Affleck
- 53:25Speaker 2: is like, let me put away my cigarettes and Dunkin'
- 53:28Speaker 2: Donuts coffee and let's jump around and play pickleball. But
- 53:33Speaker 2: I'm telling you, it is so fun because it's pretty
- 53:35Speaker 2: easy to play. So I saw a lot of this
- 53:39Speaker 2: look in Newport this weekend. And this is from an
- 53:42Speaker 2: Instagram account that I love called grew up in the 70s.
- 53:46Speaker 2: And it said the Muppet Show predicted what most women
- 53:48Speaker 2: would look like in 2022 back in 1975. And you guys,
- 53:54Speaker 2: the eyelashes are so bad. Now, I wear fake eyelashes.
- 53:58Speaker 2: A lot of people ask me about them. And I
- 54:00Speaker 2: do my mascara. And when I film, I guide these
- 54:03Speaker 2: little eyelashes. You can get them at Target. And they're
- 54:07Speaker 2: like little chunks or triples. And I put them on
- 54:10Speaker 2: the outside of my lashes. And then I wash them
- 54:12Speaker 2: off and I sleep on my face.
- 54:14Speaker 3: And....
- 54:16Speaker 2: I just cannot get over how awful some people are.
- 54:19Speaker 2: We don't even know what you look like anymore. They're
- 54:22Speaker 2: these thick Muppet lashes. And then, of course, you have
- 54:26Speaker 2: the lips. And it's just like this look has got
- 54:28Speaker 2: to stop.
- 54:29Speaker 3: Really?
- 54:30Speaker 2: There's so many pretty young girls that have it and
- 54:33Speaker 2: I can't even see what their eyes are like. It's,
- 54:35Speaker 2: it's so bad. I really want to plead to you
- 54:38Speaker 2: to just like take a long, hard look at yourself.
- 54:40Speaker 2: If you have these Muppet lashes and say, maybe I
- 54:43Speaker 2: need to get them removed or taken down or go
- 54:46Speaker 2: back to your lash lady and go, you know what?
- 54:47Speaker 2: Can we just start over? Can we just do just
- 54:50Speaker 2: like little ones on the ends or just take a
- 54:52Speaker 2: break from them? I'm telling this look is just, it
- 54:54Speaker 2: cannot last. It's so bad. Um, This guy won the
- 54:59Speaker 2: eating contest. I he ate all the hot dogs. I
- 55:04Speaker 2: had no idea really about this. But this cat continues
- 55:08Speaker 2: to win. And he doesn't just eat hot dogs. He
- 55:11Speaker 2: like has also won for a bunch of Big Macs.
- 55:15Speaker 2: Like he ate 38 Big Macs in 32 minutes. He
- 55:18Speaker 2: ate a bunch of hard boiled eggs. I guess he
- 55:20Speaker 2: just like trained his like throat to eat it. But
- 55:23Speaker 2: he's not fat or anything. And then also there's a
- 55:27Speaker 2: female version of it, too. And I'm like, I just
- 55:30Speaker 2: wonder if the person, since he wins every year, it
- 55:32Speaker 2: would be so interesting if, like, later on one of
- 55:36Speaker 2: the guys that keeps losing to him suddenly, you know,
- 55:41Speaker 2: wants to enter the women's and can and then wins.
- 55:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:44Speaker 2: The hot dog eating contest. Okay, moving on. Cocaine was
- 55:48Speaker 2: found in the White House. So when this story first
- 55:52Speaker 2: came out, honestly, I couldn't even believe that we were
- 55:55Speaker 2: allowed to know what this story was. But we were
- 55:58Speaker 2: because the Secret Service, I guess, had... announced that it
- 56:03Speaker 2: was in the library. It was part of the West Wing.
- 56:05Speaker 2: They found some substance. They didn't know what it was.
- 56:08Speaker 2: It could have been anthrax or something. They had to
- 56:11Speaker 2: bring in hazmat people and everything. And then a fireman
- 56:16Speaker 2: was like, I'm pretty sure that's cocaine. And it was cocaine.
- 56:19Speaker 2: And Biden wasn't there at the time that they found it.
- 56:21Speaker 2: But it is an area of the West Wing that
- 56:23Speaker 2: he works in. and is around a lot. I mean,
- 56:27Speaker 2: the comments under this article are pretty funny that they
- 56:31Speaker 2: don't think that Sleepy Joe is going to suddenly become
- 56:34Speaker 2: Jittery Joe. That was kind of funny. I don't I
- 56:36Speaker 2: don't know. Look, there's so many people that work in there.
- 56:38Speaker 2: A lot of people are doing cocaine. It was Fourth
- 56:39Speaker 2: of July weekend. But I just thought that was a
- 56:44Speaker 2: pretty juicy headline. And I'm curious to know who does it. OK,
- 56:49Speaker 2: so Smallville star Allison Mack She is released from prison early. Now, remember,
- 56:54Speaker 2: this is the NXIVM story in which she recruited people.
- 56:59Speaker 2: She got sucked in. Stephanie Wilder, who is a podcaster
- 57:05Speaker 2: and a friend of mine, she has a tweet from
- 57:08Speaker 2: when she was soliciting just random actors and people that
- 57:13Speaker 2: she found might be susceptible to want to join their
- 57:16Speaker 2: NXIVM cult. Like she would be like, yeah, I really
- 57:19Speaker 2: like to talk to you or like DMing people. I'd
- 57:21Speaker 2: really like to know. And so, of course, she was
- 57:25Speaker 2: part of it. The Rainier guy got like 120 years.
- 57:31Speaker 2: You get into this cult. You give them all your money.
- 57:33Speaker 2: You spend all your time. You brand yourself with his name.
- 57:36Speaker 2: You have to have sex with him. It was sex.
- 57:38Speaker 2: Girls are sex trafficked. It was absolutely horrible. And she
- 57:43Speaker 2: got three years and she's getting out in two. So
- 57:46Speaker 2: but part of the reason that she had such a
- 57:47Speaker 2: light sentence is that she was so instrumental in getting
- 57:50Speaker 2: him convicted. Miranda sings. OK, I want to talk a
- 57:55Speaker 2: little bit about this chick. This girl was a big
- 58:00Speaker 2: YouTube sensation. Like in 2014, 15, 16 was probably the
- 58:05Speaker 2: height of it. And she was this girl that would
- 58:09Speaker 2: put this big red lipstick on her face. And I
- 58:12Speaker 2: never understood the humor. I, this actual photo, I call
- 58:17Speaker 2: this shoe box. This is, um, from, from, um, a
- 58:22Speaker 2: Getty image that she was, went to this, um, show
- 58:26Speaker 2: at the improv. I actually performed at the same show
- 58:29Speaker 2: at the improv. And I remember going, Oh, I've heard
- 58:32Speaker 2: about this Miranda sings. I'm going to finally see her act.
- 58:36Speaker 2: And I just thought, so I do stand up and everything.
- 58:38Speaker 2: And then she was like the headline and she was like,
- 58:40Speaker 2: why it was like for some photography. I don't even
- 58:43Speaker 2: know what this was. Anyway, she was this girl and
- 58:47Speaker 2: she would just like act like a, like a dork,
- 58:49Speaker 2: but also like, maybe she was like a little bit like, um,
- 58:54Speaker 2: I don't know, special needs in a way. And then
- 58:56Speaker 2: she would be like, oh, okay. And she had like
- 58:59Speaker 2: this weird voice. And I never really got the humor,
- 59:01Speaker 2: but I got that YouTube, you know, a 12-year-old would
- 59:04Speaker 2: find this funny. So she became so popular. She had
- 59:09Speaker 2: millions and millions of subscribers. And it was supposed to
- 59:11Speaker 2: be that like Miranda Sings, but she's actually a really
- 59:14Speaker 2: bad singer. And she's actually like really self, she has
- 59:16Speaker 2: no self-awareness. And now all these stories are coming out
- 59:20Speaker 2: as they do because someone like does a TikTok and
- 59:22Speaker 2: they're like, hi, let me tell you about a weird
- 59:24Speaker 2: celebrity I met like 10 years ago. Now that I'm 22,
- 59:26Speaker 2: I realized it was fucking weird. And so this person
- 59:29Speaker 2: gets up there and and there's several stories. And one
- 59:32Speaker 2: was this girl would go went to her live show.
- 59:35Speaker 2: And she's like, who wants to be part is all
- 59:38Speaker 2: this audience participation. Who wants to be part of the
- 59:41Speaker 2: the porn show? And the way you get picked is
- 59:44Speaker 2: you dress sexy. And so this girl was only like
- 59:46Speaker 2: 16 and they pick her and she like puts her
- 59:50Speaker 2: down on the ground and she's wearing a skirt and
- 59:52Speaker 2: she splits open her legs and like. A fart noise
- 59:55Speaker 2: goes and oh, and now the girl is like, I
- 59:57Speaker 2: was humiliated by it and it was weird. And so
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: and then there was this that she had all these fans.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: And one of the fans was this young 14 year
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: old gay boy from Canada. And she starts forming a
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: real friendship with him. But a weird, inappropriate relationship because
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: she shouldn't be. And she would like dump her emotional
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: problems on this 14 year old boy. and call him
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: and he'd be in school and she'd be texting him
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: about her horrible ex-husband and she's like 32 at the
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: time talking to this kid about her divorce very weird
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: um so a lot of things are like was she
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: a groomer and a lot of things are like if
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: this was a man who was doing this to a
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: young girl she'd be canceled forever she gets out on
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: her ukulele and people said it was the worst apology
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: ever where she was just like so i'm sorry and
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: like just look it up i don't anyway she Does
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: this apology. She since has kind of gotten away from
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: the Miranda Sings character, but she still has live shows
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: that are supposedly selling. And she and but she kind
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: of now has kids. She has kids. So now she
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: has moved into like more kid mom type of stuff.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: But now this other girl has come forward and said,
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: I was a writer's assistant on her show that was
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: on Netflix for two years. And, you know, she was inappropriate.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: She was racist. She, you know, the things that she
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: would say were racist and like about casting people and,
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: you know, why some people wanted a diverse cast in
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: her show. And she would then argue why they shouldn't
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: have a diverse cast. stuff like that. And the other
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: part was she has this ongoing theme that I think
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: kind of went over kids' heads where she would joke
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: as the Miranda Sinks character that she was molested by
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: her uncle. She would insinuate it. And she would say
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: like she would ride on his back and things like that.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: And the reason now looking back that people are like
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: pretty horrified by it is because they're like, if kids
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: are watching the show, Whether they're getting it or not,
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: they're being groomed to believe that if your uncle talks
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: to you like this or tricks you into doing this
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: inappropriate stuff, you might be more susceptible to do it
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: because you saw Miranda Sings do it, and that's why
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: she shouldn't find it funny. But in the defense of
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: it is she was an adult woman doing content on YouTube.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: She wasn't being paid by Disney. It wasn't a Nickelodeon show.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: And if kids were watching it, she didn't know. She
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: doesn't have to be so concerned. So that would be
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: the argument on her side. Anyway, I never thought it
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: was funny. I always thought it was weird. I never
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: got it. But I was like, well, you know, if
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: these kids– but, of course, the kids grow out of
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: it too. There's no way that someone's still watching Miranda
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: Sings every day. Maybe they are. Maybe they're some super
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: weird fan or something. But she's in trouble now. So
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: we'll see what happens with her. Meanwhile, Vicky Vicky from
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: Real Housewives of OC. I thought this was a weird story.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: This popped up yesterday. Steve Lodge, brother of Roger Lodge,
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: host of Blind Date. Steve is a former sheriff, also
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: ran for governor of California when he was dating Vicky.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Vicky was very hurt that he broke up with her
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: when she thought they were still a couple and then
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: went off to marry a woman who's 38. Vicky is
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: like 62. This guy is like 63 or something. So
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: he married a much younger woman, and she always said,
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: you were— you know, I was totally surprised. I was shocked
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: by the— and he was like, no, we were broken up.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: She's like, you were living in my house in Mexico.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: So— Anyway, he goes to the son and is like,
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: I really want Vicky to stop harassing me and my
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: new wife. This is a point of harassment. She left
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: me a drunken voicemail message and gives it to the son.
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: And then they play it. I mean, they share it.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: And it's just her, like, buzzed with Tamara and Shannon Bedore,
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: literally like they were 12-year-old girls, like, where one of
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: them just got their own phone line and they're like
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: calling boys out of like the directory of the school.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: I mean, it just felt so innocent, but also like
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: very immature, but also who cares? Like at least you're
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: having fun. You're, you know, three times divorced or whatever
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: you are. And you're 60, you should be able to
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: call your, you know, ex-boyfriend. So she calls him and
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: she's like, hi, Steve. You know, I just want to say,
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: you know, I really have a bone to pick with
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: you because I, You know, if you why were you
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: laying in my bed spending time with me when you're
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: with another woman and cameras laughing in the background and
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: then Shanna Bedore gets on. And I mean, come on. Like,
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: why are you doing this? Why are you giving an
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: exclusive to the sun over? Why wouldn't you just be like?
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: Why are we getting this voicemail? I don't know. Listen,
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: I think it's kind of funny. Who cares? Madonna, supposedly,
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Rosie O'Donnell said she's doing better. Of course, her concert
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: is canceled, but she is doing better. And other people
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: say that she just pushes herself too far. But, you know,
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: she's 64 years old. No matter how much plastic surgery
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: you get, you're 64 inside. And You know, she does
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: push herself as far as dancing and everything. It's not
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: like she's, you know, sitting in a in a cocktail dress,
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: like singing, you know, her songs require the dancers and
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: this and that. And she got sick and didn't take
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: care of herself. And so who knows? But I did
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: have someone write me and said, you know what? I
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: thought about buying tickets, but it seems like there's always
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: something going on with her. So I'm glad I didn't
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: buy the tickets because I think they just within those situations,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: they just say we're going to reschedule. And it's I
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: think it's pretty hard to get your money back sometimes.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: I'm not really sure what will happen with with her scheduling. Meanwhile,
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: Adele is just still trying to like be the funniest
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: person in Las Vegas. And she is like I just
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: saw a video of her and she has one of
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: those guns that shoot out T-shirts. And the only time
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: I ever saw that on stage is when we went on.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: tour with comedians of Chelsea lately, and Chewy would come
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: out and shoot those out at the audience. So now
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: she's doing that, but she's also commenting on, oh, my God,
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: people are getting things thrown at them. Better not throw
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: anything at my face. She's talking about Vanderpump. I mean,
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: she's really... really doing like tight sets of like tight
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: fives in between her songs. Okay. Now I want to
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: talk a little bit about the idol. It concluded, even
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: if you didn't watch it, I want to tell you
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: what was so interesting about it because they really took, um,
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: in the writing and the storyline, it does have twists
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: and turns. It's some scenes are very slow. Sometimes the
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: music you're like, Oh my God. Um, It's so sexual,
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: but her body is like so sexy and the weekend
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: is so gross and he turns you off so much.
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: But I actually think he was a pretty good actor
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: in it. But I think it was really good. I
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: don't know if it's going to come back for a
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: second season. I would watch it again because I I
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: got into it and it has some surprising twist to it.
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: So.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: You think it's one thing and then it turns to another.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: So I don't want to like ruin it for you.
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: But what I liked is that they took so many
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: things from the last, you know, 10 years of pop
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: culture or so. And you could recognize the storyline. So
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: she is a child star who became a pop singer.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: She had a bout with mental illness when her mom died.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: And then she reveals that her mom was an abusive
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: stage mother, which reminds me very, very much of the
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: Jeanette McCready book in which she said, I'm glad my
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: mom that my mother died. And, you know, she said, oh,
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: my mom hit me with this hairbrush. This character, Lily Rose,
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: did to get me to perform. And then she uses
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: her crying like a, you know, a vulnerable moment. on
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: TikTok crying to get people to get involved. And they're
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: kind of joking her managers that like, wow, mental illness,
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: mental illness is the way to go. Like it just
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: really unites like Gen Z or whatever. Then there's this
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: element of how she meets the weakener who becomes her boyfriend,
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: but he's almost like cult-like, which reminded me of the
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: story of the weird dad that moved into his daughter's
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: dorm at Sarah Lawrence's And had a cult of boys
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: and girls and college kids and like force them to
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: do sexual stuff with each other and manipulate them. And
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: there's like that element of it happening. It's a little
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: NXIVM-ish too. That I thought was really juicy. And then
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: there's a competition a little bit with like a younger artist.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: another female artist. And I'm like, Ooh, that's a little
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: Selena Gomez, like Demi Lovato, like all of that was very,
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: and then there's a Britney Spears aspect and her sexuality.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: And I mean, but some of the complaints was that
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: some of the scenes were just so so much sex,
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: you know, like that it was really hard for people to,
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: to watch. I didn't turn away. I was kind of
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: liking it. Um, but yeah, I think, um, and I
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: think she is a good actress and then some of
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: it's just so ridiculous. It does feel like show girls,
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: like how bad it is, but she is a much
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: better actress than the actress that I forgot her name
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: that was in show girl, but like the sexual stuff. And, um,
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: And so I actually really liked the ending, and I
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: just wanted to say why I thought it was interesting
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: because I saw all these different aspects of it. Oh,
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: and then there's this character that people were– there was
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: an article written. They were shocked that he made a
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: joke about a kid on Epstein Island, and he's like–
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: the straight guy who's like the asshole, like, you know,
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: agent kind of a dude who is straight. And I
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: actually think he was like one of the best characters.
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: He had the best lines. He was gross pig, but
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: they were actually funny lines and kind of interesting. And
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: so I, I like, I liked all these other characters
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: that were in it. And, um, So I want you
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: guys to watch it, and then I'll probably talk more
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: about it next week. So catch up, because I'll probably
