High school football fans in Putnam County, West Virginia, are getting ready for a major upgrade—new bleachers at Poca, Hurricane, and Winfield High Schools. Poca’s project is nearly complete and ready for their August 28th opener, while Hurricane’s bleachers are done, with final touches on the press box. Winfield’s won’t be ready for their first game, but fans will use the visitor’s side until work speeds up after Hurricane’s project wraps.
