- 0:12Speaker 1: It's hell lo well no and no and Wellallo. Welcome
- 0:15Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Nice Podcast. I'm your host, Rob Shooter,
- 0:19Speaker 1: and it is Tuesday. Normally every Tuesday, we're lucky enough
- 0:24Speaker 1: to have Delena Dixon Misdeed join us. But today she's off.
- 0:27Speaker 1: She's off the fourth of July. I think she's traveling
- 0:31Speaker 1: with her family. I know she's listening. So Delana, we
- 0:33Speaker 1: miss you, we love you. Helloa loa loo. Okay, let's
- 0:37Speaker 1: jump into the shows. You're the co hosts today or daase,
- 0:41Speaker 1: so get ready to participate. What time is it, my friends?
- 0:45Speaker 1: It is tea time. Oh your sam marvelous? Okay. Big story.
- 0:50Speaker 1: At the top of the show, Jamie Fox is finally
- 0:54Speaker 1: revealing why he went to hospital, saying, quote, I gone
- 1:00Speaker 1: for twenty da years. So Jamie has finally broken his
- 1:05Speaker 1: silence on the mysterious health crisis that had fans and
- 1:10Speaker 1: media speculating for months. Jamie recounted the events when in
- 1:17Speaker 1: April twenty twenty three, he had a severe headache and
- 1:22Speaker 1: it struck him out of nowhere. He said the following quote,
- 1:26Speaker 1: I had a bad headache, so I asked for the
- 1:31Speaker 1: big boy advila. He then snapped his fingers dramatically while
- 1:36Speaker 1: he was talking to a bunch of people and said,
- 1:38Speaker 1: the next thing I know, I was gone for twenty days.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I don't remember anything. Now, Jamie looked sober while he
- 1:47Speaker 1: was telling this story. He said, quote, I was in
- 1:49Speaker 1: Atlanta when it happened. My sister and daughter rushed me
- 1:54Speaker 1: to the first doctor they could find. Now on the
- 1:57Speaker 1: video where he is talking to a fan, so once again,
- 2:00Speaker 1: this is not a big interview with Oprah. This is
- 2:02Speaker 1: not a sit down on the Today show, a Good
- 2:04Speaker 1: Morning America. He's talking to fans and while he was talking,
- 2:08Speaker 1: somebody videoed him. That's while finding all of this out.
- 2:12Speaker 1: He's not doing interviews about this. He's not yet revealed
- 2:16Speaker 1: all the details, but slowly he's putting together all the pieces.
- 2:21Speaker 1: So he said he had a terrible headache, he was
- 2:23Speaker 1: in Atlanta, his sister and his daughter rushed him to hospital,
- 2:28Speaker 1: and then he remembers nothing. He was gone for twenty days.
- 2:33Speaker 1: He murmured something while explaining all this to a woman
- 2:37Speaker 1: standing by him, but those words are lost on the recording,
- 2:41Speaker 1: so we don't know exactly what he said. But at
- 2:43Speaker 1: one point he does say the doctors were really really
- 2:49Speaker 1: concerned for him, saying there's something going on up there. Now,
- 2:54Speaker 1: he wouldn't say on camera anymore. In fact, he noticed
- 2:59Speaker 1: that he been recorded and said, I won't say that
- 3:02Speaker 1: on camera. So he was asked for further details, more details,
- 3:06Speaker 1: and he said no, not on camera. The ordeal began
- 3:10Speaker 1: to surface publicly in April when Jamie's eldest daughter took
- 3:14Speaker 1: to social media to say that her father had experienced
- 3:18Speaker 1: a medical complication and thanks to quick action and great care,
- 3:23Speaker 1: he's on the road to recovery. So big day for
- 3:26Speaker 1: celebrity news around Jamie Fox. For months, there's been speculation
- 3:30Speaker 1: why was Jamie in hospital. Some people say it was
- 3:33Speaker 1: a stroke. Some people are saying it was a heart attack.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I don't know. I hit the phones. I called everybody
- 3:38Speaker 1: that knows him. He's keeping this really close, his sister,
- 3:42Speaker 1: his daughter, really family members, not celebrities, not people that
- 3:46Speaker 1: he is friends with, not other stars out there. They
- 3:50Speaker 1: do not know what happened to him, and he wants
- 3:52Speaker 1: to keep this a big, big secret. Eventually it will
- 3:56Speaker 1: come out, but not until he tells it. I don't
- 3:58Speaker 1: think it's going to slip out any other way. But
- 4:01Speaker 1: this is the first time he's ever broken his silence
- 4:06Speaker 1: about this mysterious health crisis. And he did it with
- 4:09Speaker 1: fans while he was out and about, and somebody videoed it.
- 4:13Speaker 1: So we all have camera phones now, so somebody videoed it.
- 4:16Speaker 1: But Jamie was aware that he was being video because
- 4:19Speaker 1: at one point when he was probed asked questions, he said, quote,
- 4:23Speaker 1: I won't say it on camera. So he's keeping this
- 4:26Speaker 1: a secret. My sources tell me that it's very personal.
- 4:30Speaker 1: It's something that he finds a little embarrassing. It's something
- 4:33Speaker 1: clearly that he does not want to talk about. Yet.
- 4:37Speaker 1: They do think the day will come when Jamie does
- 4:40Speaker 1: reveal all. But in the meantime, what do you think here?
- 4:44Speaker 1: What was going on? Is talking about it a little bit,
- 4:47Speaker 1: explaining the lead up to this traumatic event, explaining that
- 4:52Speaker 1: he had a headache, explaining that he asked for his
- 4:54Speaker 1: big boy advil, explaining that the next thing I know,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I was gone for twenty days. I don't remember anything.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Is that just opening up this can of worms again?
- 5:07Speaker 1: Has that got us all speculating again? I think the answers, Yes,
- 5:11Speaker 1: we're all talking about this today. I hadn't forgotten about it,
- 5:15Speaker 1: But there's so much celebrity news, there's so much going
- 5:17Speaker 1: on in the world. We move on, don't we. We move
- 5:20Speaker 1: on with our lives. These celebrity stories that we were
- 5:23Speaker 1: so obsessed about one minute, we forget about the next.
- 5:26Speaker 1: He was off my radar. I hadn't forgotten about it,
- 5:29Speaker 1: and I was definitely curious, and I had lots of
- 5:31Speaker 1: questions what was going on here. I couldn't get to
- 5:34Speaker 1: the bottom of it, though I really tried. His friends
- 5:37Speaker 1: don't know. I called every person that's worked with him,
- 5:40Speaker 1: knows him, and they do not know. They're telling me
- 5:43Speaker 1: he's keeping this really close to his chest, just family members.
- 5:47Speaker 1: And I like this trusted family members because sometimes family
- 5:51Speaker 1: members gossip. Think about your own family. If you've got
- 5:54Speaker 1: a secret, who in your family will tell? Rob Shuter?
- 5:57Speaker 1: Who will go to the press. We all have somebody,
- 6:00Speaker 1: somebody in my family. I'm thinking about them right now.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So that his family said, Jamie's family are being really supportive.
- 6:07Speaker 1: They've closed the wagons, they've cirtled the wagons. They're not
- 6:11Speaker 1: letting anybody know what happened to Jamie until he wants
- 6:16Speaker 1: to reveal all, which brings us to our whole question
- 6:20Speaker 1: of the day, Jamie Fox's shocking hospital ordeal. He said,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I was gone for twenty days. Does he owe us
- 6:29Speaker 1: an explanation? Now? This is a big question, isn't it.
- 6:32Speaker 1: It talks a lot about celebrity and privacy. If you're famous,
- 6:37Speaker 1: are you allowed to be private too? Yes, you must be.
- 6:39Speaker 1: There must be some things that are secret that are
- 6:43Speaker 1: yours you don't have to share. But at the same time,
- 6:46Speaker 1: if you are going to talk about it a little bit,
- 6:48Speaker 1: which Jamie certainly did, he knew he was being filmed,
- 6:52Speaker 1: then should he tell the whole story? It's interesting, isn't it.
- 6:55Speaker 1: It's a very very tricky question. It's like when you
- 6:58Speaker 1: have friends on Facebook. I've got a huge announcement coming soon,
- 7:03Speaker 1: then tell me, don't tease me. This feels a little
- 7:06Speaker 1: bit like a tease here, doesn't it? From Jamie? He
- 7:08Speaker 1: wants to tell us a little but not everything, And
- 7:11Speaker 1: that isn't how it works. If you let people in,
- 7:15Speaker 1: then they're going to want to know more. If you
- 7:17Speaker 1: don't want to talk about it, then don't talk about it.
- 7:20Speaker 1: So what do you think here? It's a little bit
- 7:22Speaker 1: more difficult than most of the questions we ask, But
- 7:25Speaker 1: we're up for a challenge here on the Nordy but
- 7:27Speaker 1: nice shower does Jamie owas an explanation, Hey, go vote
- 7:32Speaker 1: on our Twitter page, add a naughty nice rob or
- 7:34Speaker 1: our Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip, and be sure
- 7:39Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Okay, moving along,
- 7:43Speaker 1: this has exploded. So Taylor's fans are furious at Julia
- 7:47Speaker 1: Roberts for putting her hands all over Travis Kelsey, Taylor's
- 7:52Speaker 1: nan and her Dublin concert. So Taylor's fans are up
- 7:56Speaker 1: in arms after witnessing what they described it's an overly
- 8:00Speaker 1: hensy interaction between Julia Roberts and Travis Kelcey during her
- 8:07Speaker 1: concert stop in Dublin. The fifty six year old pretty
- 8:11Speaker 1: woman she still looks great, was caught on video in
- 8:15Speaker 1: the VIP tent at the stadium where she was rubbing
- 8:19Speaker 1: shoulders and tickling the chest. It's a very sort of
- 8:23Speaker 1: odd thing to do, tickling his chest. Well, the video
- 8:27Speaker 1: has gone viral. I posted some pictures on my Instagram.
- 8:31Speaker 1: The Naudy Gossip checked that out. They went viral after
- 8:34Speaker 1: somebody recorded them and posted them on TikTok. It shows
- 8:38Speaker 1: Julia laughing and chatting, grabbing his arms. He burst out
- 8:43Speaker 1: into laughed at the two of them are having a
- 8:45Speaker 1: great time. Well, swifties don't like this at all, saying
- 8:48Speaker 1: that she's a little bit too much and needs to
- 8:51Speaker 1: step back. She's married, and people went on to say, quote,
- 8:56Speaker 1: I feel bad for Travi's he's clearly uncomfortable. He does
- 8:58Speaker 1: look a little bit uncomfortable here, and Julia needs to
- 9:01Speaker 1: keep her hands to herself. Somebody else said this is
- 9:04Speaker 1: not appropriate. Now. Some fans have defended Julia, saying, calm down,
- 9:08Speaker 1: she's just excited for a Taylor Swift concert. Everybody knows
- 9:12Speaker 1: that she's married. There's nothing going on here. It's very flirty,
- 9:15Speaker 1: but some people are a little bit touchy. How are
- 9:19Speaker 1: you about this? I am quite tansy. I'm a close talker,
- 9:26Speaker 1: but I didn't grow up in a family where there
- 9:27Speaker 1: was lots and lots and lots of physical contact. We
- 9:30Speaker 1: were not big huggers, Bruce. My husband likes to hug
- 9:33Speaker 1: cuddle more than I do, and so I've had to
- 9:36Speaker 1: sort of learn to do it. I like it. I
- 9:38Speaker 1: do like it, but it doesn't come naturally to me.
- 9:41Speaker 1: If I see you out, I don't throw my arms
- 9:43Speaker 1: around you. I certainly don't tickle your chest. I have
- 9:47Speaker 1: a friend, a girlfriend of mine, who's so flirtatious it
- 9:50Speaker 1: makes people angry, like she's just a little too aggressive,
- 9:53Speaker 1: And I don't think she means it that way. That's
- 9:57Speaker 1: just who she is. But I've seen other women get
- 9:59Speaker 1: really angry with her, particularly when she's touching their men.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Why do you think about this? Do you have a friend?
- 10:04Speaker 1: Are you a person that touches a little too much?
- 10:07Speaker 1: Poor Julia here, watch the video, look at the pictures
- 10:10Speaker 1: on my Instagram page, and let me know. Do you
- 10:13Speaker 1: think I think it's all fine? I do. I think
- 10:15Speaker 1: she was just excited. It was a concert. Everybody's in
- 10:19Speaker 1: a great mood, but a little bit handsy, Julia roberts, Okay,
- 10:24Speaker 1: moving along, Megan Marko might bring in her co stars,
- 10:28Speaker 1: her former co stars on Suits, to help boost her
- 10:31Speaker 1: new podcast. So I think this is an amazing idea.
- 10:35Speaker 1: So Megan's last podcast, they didn't do very well and
- 10:37Speaker 1: it was canceled after season two, And now Meghan is
- 10:40Speaker 1: going to do a new podcast. She's got a new
- 10:43Speaker 1: company behind her, and she's going to enlist the help
- 10:46Speaker 1: of her former Suits co stars. To bolster the ratings.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I think this is a really really good idea. So
- 10:53Speaker 1: initially she wanted quite fabulous, sort of smart, very very
- 10:59Speaker 1: academic people on her original podcast was meant to be
- 11:02Speaker 1: a smarty pants show. But then that didn't work, so
- 11:05Speaker 1: she started booking people like Andy Cohen on good idea,
- 11:08Speaker 1: that's who we want to hear from. Well, that deal
- 11:11Speaker 1: was worth twenty million dollars. It was not renewed, and
- 11:14Speaker 1: now she's got a new podcast earning a lot less money.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I'm told, a lot less money. But she wants this
- 11:20Speaker 1: to be a huge hit. How she gonna do it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: She's gonna get her friends to come on. I say,
- 11:25Speaker 1: get Oprah, get Gail King, get all those friends of yours,
- 11:29Speaker 1: all those Hollywood sweat friends. Get Ellen. You're next door neighbor.
- 11:34Speaker 1: People love talking gossiping with celebrities. But I've got to say,
- 11:39Speaker 1: the biggest problem with Meghan's podcasting. You're not like this.
- 11:44Speaker 1: It's not the guests, it's Meghan. Meghan, You've got to
- 11:48Speaker 1: be a little bit more relatable. You've gotta have a
- 11:50Speaker 1: little bit more fun. I understand why you're so guarded.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Goodness knows you've been through a lot, but you God
- 11:58Speaker 1: knock those walls down a little bit. When I listened
- 12:01Speaker 1: to her former podcast, it felt like I was listening
- 12:04Speaker 1: to a news anchor from the eighties, just somebody just
- 12:07Speaker 1: giving me the news, somebody pretending to be a very
- 12:11Speaker 1: very smart person instead of really just being yourself smart
- 12:16Speaker 1: or not. Megan, it's very smart. She doesn't need to
- 12:18Speaker 1: pretend to be smart, but be yourself. That was the
- 12:20Speaker 1: best advice I got when I started doing this show.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I try to be everybody else. I listened to all
- 12:25Speaker 1: the other celebrity podcast out there, and I try to
- 12:28Speaker 1: copy them. And we didn't do very well in the
- 12:30Speaker 1: beginning because I wasn't me. And then then when I
- 12:33Speaker 1: threw all that out and I knew that we were
- 12:36Speaker 1: going to get canceled if I didn't do something, I
- 12:38Speaker 1: had nothing to lose. So I just started to talk
- 12:40Speaker 1: to you like I would over a drink. This is
- 12:42Speaker 1: what I'm like when I wake up in the morning,
- 12:45Speaker 1: before I go to bed at night, when we meat
- 12:46Speaker 1: at Bottino's for a drink, this is who I am.
- 12:49Speaker 1: And I think being authentic is the secret to the
- 12:52Speaker 1: success of this show. Meghan, if you're listening galooloolo. Getting
- 12:56Speaker 1: great guests is very important. Yes it is, and I
- 12:59Speaker 1: do understand it, but I would spend more time getting
- 13:02Speaker 1: the best of you. Find the best Meghan be you.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Who's the Megan that Harry sees? Your children see? Who
- 13:10Speaker 1: do your friends see? I'm told she's got a wicked
- 13:12Speaker 1: sense of humor. I'm told that she's really, really smart.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I'm told that Meghan is a lot of fun. I
- 13:19Speaker 1: never got to see any of that or hear any
- 13:20Speaker 1: of that on her previous podcast. So hopefully the guests
- 13:25Speaker 1: can change. But what the big change I'm hoping for
- 13:29Speaker 1: is Meghan herself. Okay, this is a big story. So
- 13:33Speaker 1: ESPN is standing firm after the backlash about Prince Harry
- 13:38Speaker 1: receiving the award. So Pat Tillman's mom came forward and
- 13:44Speaker 1: said that she was not that thrilled that Harry was
- 13:48Speaker 1: getting the Pat Tillman Award. So remember, Pat was an
- 13:52Speaker 1: NFL player, a really an amazing human being who got
- 13:57Speaker 1: killed got killed during combat service in two thousand and four,
- 14:04Speaker 1: so lots of people have received this award. However, this
- 14:10Speaker 1: is the first time that Pat's mommy was not told
- 14:15Speaker 1: about the winner. So there's a new report out today
- 14:18Speaker 1: that Pat's mom she knew every winner, she was consulted.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Her name is Mary, so Mary knew who was going
- 14:26Speaker 1: to get the award with her son's name on it
- 14:29Speaker 1: this year. They didn't tell her. Well, that tells me
- 14:31Speaker 1: they're being sneaky. If one yeah, they act a little
- 14:35Speaker 1: bit differently, then you know something is going on. Now.
- 14:38Speaker 1: ESPN has heard of the backlash, but they're standing by
- 14:41Speaker 1: their decisions, saying they are honoring Prince Harry, the Duke
- 14:44Speaker 1: of Sussex, especially for his work on the Invictus Games Foundation,
- 14:49Speaker 1: which is celebrated its tenth year and it promotes the
- 14:53Speaker 1: power of sports for military service members and veterans around
- 14:57Speaker 1: the world. Definitely an amazing organization. However, Harry himself is
- 15:02Speaker 1: a very controversial figure. Now, love him or hate him,
- 15:05Speaker 1: people certainly have their opinions about him. And Mary is
- 15:09Speaker 1: very concerned about this, and she thinks as other people
- 15:12Speaker 1: that are a are more worthy. They're not as famous, but
- 15:15Speaker 1: they're more worthy, and there's other people that are less
- 15:18Speaker 1: controversial than Harry. She doesn't want her son to be
- 15:20Speaker 1: pulled into this political, this family struggle. She doesn't want
- 15:25Speaker 1: them to be part of this ugliness that's going on
- 15:28Speaker 1: between Harry and his family. I get it, Missus. Ward
- 15:31Speaker 1: is meant to celebrate excellence, celebrate Pat, not be derailed
- 15:37Speaker 1: by a family petty drama. It makes me so sad.
- 15:42Speaker 1: I do think they should have consulted his mom Mary there,
- 15:44Speaker 1: particularly because she knew of every previous award winner. Let
- 15:49Speaker 1: me say that again, every person that has received this
- 15:53Speaker 1: award before she knew about, but not Harry. Wow, that
- 15:57Speaker 1: tells us everything. Okay, We're going to take a Q
- 16:00Speaker 1: break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 16:04Speaker 1: the Mortivate Night. Se'm the host, walk shooter. Hey, let's
- 16:07Speaker 1: get to the polls norties that da DA last show,
- 16:10Speaker 1: we talked about the mother of slain US hero Pat
- 16:13Speaker 1: Tilman slamming the decision to honor Prince Harry with her
- 16:16Speaker 1: son's award. Should Harry receive this award, let's have a look.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Oh wow, split down the middle fifty to fifty. I
- 16:24Speaker 1: get it. His work with the Invictus Games is very noble,
- 16:28Speaker 1: it's very, very very important. However, Harry the man, Harry
- 16:34Speaker 1: the person is very controversial, and so I do understand
- 16:37Speaker 1: both sides here. Don't forget to vote on today's poll
- 16:42Speaker 1: about Jamie Fox. You can do so by going to
- 16:45Speaker 1: our Twitter page and Naughty Nie Rob or a Facebook
- 16:49Speaker 1: page which is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check
- 16:52Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time
- 16:55Speaker 1: for our Nicest of the Day. Jesse l Bunchen and
- 16:59Speaker 1: her boyfriend Joachim was spotted on a Costa a leak
- 17:02Speaker 1: of beach with the kids. So Giselle and a boyfriend
- 17:05Speaker 1: were spotted enjoying some quality family time on the beaches
- 17:09Speaker 1: of Costa Eco. The stunning duo and they certainly are
- 17:13Speaker 1: turned heads as they spent the weekends soaking up the
- 17:16Speaker 1: sun with her children, Vivian and Benja men So. Vivian
- 17:22Speaker 1: is eleven, Benjamin is fourteen. They know Joakim. He was
- 17:26Speaker 1: actually their jiu jitsu instructor, so he's now a member
- 17:30Speaker 1: a really long time and now he's transitioned into mommy's boyfriend.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I'm told it's one big, happy family. They are enjoying
- 17:38Speaker 1: each other's company. They're having a brilliant day on the
- 17:42Speaker 1: beach together. I think the pictures are beautiful and so
- 17:46Speaker 1: are you. And nicest of the day, now I know,
- 17:49Speaker 1: is the day, naughty, naughty, naughty. This is shocking. So
- 17:52Speaker 1: O j Simpson was included in BET's in Memoriam tribute,
- 17:57Speaker 1: leaving the crowd stunned. So Oh Jade's inclusion in the
- 18:03Speaker 1: BET Awards in Memoriam segment left the audience members utterly stunned.
- 18:09Speaker 1: So when people pass, they are if they are a
- 18:12Speaker 1: big name, if they've done great work, they're included in
- 18:15Speaker 1: these segments. We've seen them at the Oscars, at the
- 18:18Speaker 1: Golden Globes, we see them at the BEET Awards. But
- 18:21Speaker 1: somebody like oj should he be honored? Should he be
- 18:26Speaker 1: in this segment? Insiders say there was a very awkward
- 18:31Speaker 1: moment in the room and there was a few plight
- 18:35Speaker 1: claps when his image popped up on the screen, but
- 18:39Speaker 1: most people were caught totally off guard. There was a
- 18:42Speaker 1: noticeable silence too, punctuated by a few very uncomfortable laughs
- 18:48Speaker 1: and nermous Now. Simpson had starred in a few films,
- 18:53Speaker 1: including the Naked Gun films, but he was listed as
- 18:56Speaker 1: a former NFL player. No mention about his infamous connection
- 19:01Speaker 1: to the tragic murders of his ex wife and the
- 19:03Speaker 1: Cole Brown Simpson and her good friend Ron Goldman and
- 19:08Speaker 1: Naughtyest of the day. Let's end with a moment of rum.
- 19:13Speaker 1: You gonna rub. Happiness shared is happiness doubled. So I
- 19:20Speaker 1: think I've spent too much time trying to find out
