Leicestershire Police are cracking down hard during the World Cup, nabbing 120 drivers for drink or drug driving — including one guy nearly four times the legal limit. With patrols sweeping from Leicester to rural towns, 89 were caught drink-driving, 21 for drugs, and 10 for refusing tests. Shockingly, a quarter were arrested after crashes — and 14 were caught between 5 AM and noon. Ages range from 24 to 82. Police urge everyone: plan ahead, use a sober driver, or take a taxi.
