- 0:02Speaker 1: Today's variety Big ninety eight point seven. It's gave an
- 0:04Speaker 1: Angie today, cloudy with a high of forty. All that
- 0:08Speaker 1: snow we just got hopefully starts melting today, which I
- 0:10Speaker 1: would appreciate. We have been starting off the show with
- 0:15Speaker 1: just little victories. To start the day off with some positivity.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I think something a lot of people could do, Angie.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Do you have a little victory from you know, yesterday
- 0:23Speaker 1: or today or whatever?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Oh?
- 0:25Speaker 3: Yes, I do from this morning at the fifteen, Yes,
- 0:28Speaker 3: at three fifteen this morning, I got up and I
- 0:32Speaker 3: shoveled my driveway because I wasn't gonna be able to
- 0:35Speaker 3: get out, Like I parked my car in the garage,
- 0:38Speaker 3: and had I not shoveled my driveway, I wouldn't have
- 0:41Speaker 3: been able to get out this morning.
- 0:42Speaker 4: Look at you getting after that.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I felt really proud of myself. Is the back pain
- 0:47Speaker 3: now creeping in?
- 0:49Speaker 4: Yes? I think I need some Ibuprofin'.
- 0:52Speaker 3: I didn't have the best form, I don't think while
- 0:54Speaker 3: I did it, But I feel really proud of myself
- 0:56Speaker 3: because that's not something I've ever done before.
- 0:58Speaker 1: And you know what, you had the worse snow to
- 1:00Speaker 1: do it. This is the thick, wet, really really heavy snow.
- 1:04Speaker 1: It's not like the flurry light kind of fluffy stuff
- 1:07Speaker 1: that was manual labor.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yes, it was. Am I gonna work out today?
- 1:11Speaker 1: No?
- 1:11Speaker 4: I feel like that was enough. Yeah, I think you
- 1:13Speaker 4: covered it. That's right.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Well, my little victory is also from this morning as well. Now,
- 1:18Speaker 1: I don't mind doing this, It's totally fine. It's kind
- 1:20Speaker 1: of out of sight, out of mind. But today when
- 1:22Speaker 1: I got to work, the coffee had been made already.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Someone was in here and got the coffee started in
- 1:27Speaker 1: the building, and the person.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Who can you let me get to the point of
- 1:31Speaker 4: the story.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Goodness, The person who hadn't made was Angie, who got
- 1:37Speaker 1: the coffee going this morning, so I didn't have to
- 1:39Speaker 1: do it. So I really appreciate that. Thank you very much.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Now I'm not complaining about doing the coffee. It takes
- 1:44Speaker 1: two seconds. You don't even know. We don't even have
- 1:46Speaker 1: to fill anything with water. No, I basically just push
- 1:48Speaker 1: a button. But it was kind of nice to walk
- 1:50Speaker 1: in there and just kind of pour a cup as
- 1:52Speaker 1: opposed to having to wait the four minutes around.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Okay, well you're welcome, and I'm sorry that I jumped
- 1:57Speaker 4: the gun. I was just very excited.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Say's variety big ninety eight point seven. It's gaben ange,
- 2:04Speaker 1: cloudy and forty today.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Sixty.
- 2:08Speaker 4: I shut Gabe.
- 2:09Speaker 3: There is a belief that I have held true on
- 2:14Speaker 3: since I was in my early twenties, and I want
- 2:17Speaker 3: to share it with you because I feel like today
- 2:20Speaker 3: is the perfect day to share it. I believe firmly
- 2:24Speaker 3: in dressing for the occasion and not for the weather.
- 2:28Speaker 3: And it's been so snowy and awful that.
- 2:35Speaker 4: I don't like that You're already last for a rude
- 2:38Speaker 4: awakening in January.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Wow, yesterday it was snowy, much like it was last
- 2:44Speaker 3: night and today. But I made the decision that because
- 2:47Speaker 3: I'm just going to be going from my car and
- 2:49Speaker 3: to the building, that I was gonna.
- 2:51Speaker 4: Dress cute because I would rather like look good, yeah,
- 2:56Speaker 4: than not look good.
- 2:58Speaker 3: And so I was wearing some black pants, a nice
- 3:01Speaker 3: belt with a gold buckle, really cute top that had
- 3:05Speaker 3: like some puffiness in the shoulders. Maybe that sounds like
- 3:08Speaker 3: it's very eighties, but I promise it was cute. And
- 3:11Speaker 3: these very adorable pointy kitten heels.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I do notice when you wear those.
- 3:17Speaker 1: When I hear the clickity clickity of your guide.
- 3:20Speaker 4: And I thought, okay, girl, you're looking good.
- 3:23Speaker 3: But the thing is, I also had to get gas yesterday,
- 3:26Speaker 3: so I made it from the car here to work.
- 3:29Speaker 4: But then I had to go to the gas station
- 3:31Speaker 4: after work. And this is where things took a turn. Gabe.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Okay, I get out of the car and I thought,
- 3:37Speaker 3: you know what, this should be fine because I'm just
- 3:39Speaker 3: gonna put my debit card at the actual pump.
- 3:42Speaker 4: I don't even have to walk into the gas station,
- 3:44Speaker 4: all right, You're going all of three feet or two
- 3:47Speaker 4: feet even, Yeah, yeah, So I do.
- 3:49Speaker 3: The thing, da da da lift the pump and I'm
- 3:52Speaker 3: just standing there waiting for my tank to fill up,
- 3:55Speaker 3: because boy was I like on e so I had
- 3:58Speaker 3: to be standing out there for a minute.
- 4:00Speaker 4: I still was looking cute in my outfit.
- 4:02Speaker 3: But then I got too confident and I went to
- 4:06Speaker 3: put the pump back and I stepped at the same time,
- 4:09Speaker 3: and then.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Whooh and I.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Oh no.
- 4:15Speaker 4: Thankfully I didn't like hurt anything.
- 4:18Speaker 3: I didn't shatter a hip, which I feel like would
- 4:20Speaker 3: happen at this point in my life, right, but it
- 4:23Speaker 3: was embarrassing. There was somebody else at the other gas station,
- 4:25Speaker 3: and I think that they felt bad for me because
- 4:28Speaker 3: they didn't laugh, but I could see in their eyes
- 4:31Speaker 3: it was it was pity with the urge to laugh.
- 4:34Speaker 4: And I just quickly, thankfully the gas was already pumped
- 4:37Speaker 4: or whatever.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I scrambled to my feet, I put the pump back in,
- 4:40Speaker 3: I closed the thing, and I hobbled.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Into my car. Yeah that's when you got the heck
- 4:44Speaker 4: out of Dodge, Yes exactly. But I still think like
- 4:49Speaker 4: that was just a little mishap. It was cute. I
- 4:51Speaker 4: would still do. I will dress for the occasion versus
- 4:56Speaker 4: the weather any day.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Yeah, your first January or whatever in Farga, I have
- 5:00Speaker 1: a feeling that'll be a lot different, your first your
- 5:03Speaker 1: first polar vortex will be a lot different. But you
- 5:06Speaker 1: know what, during the summer, fall and chunks of spring,
- 5:11Speaker 1: I think that will work.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Out well for you. Okay, thank you. I appreciate you.
- 5:15Speaker 5: Say so.
- 5:16Speaker 1: You on a regular basis, you think kind of dressed
- 5:18Speaker 1: like more cute than for the weather.
- 5:20Speaker 4: Huh. Yeah, what do you have on today? Do you
- 5:22Speaker 4: want to describe that? Oh, hood and sweat.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Today's ariety Big ninety eight point seven, It's Gabe and
- 5:34Speaker 1: Angie mostly cloudy today a high of forty. Hopefully we
- 5:37Speaker 1: get some of that snow melting today. I will say,
- 5:40Speaker 1: if you are a parent and you have kids, at
- 5:43Speaker 1: one point, maybe they had toys, Legos, action figures, whatever,
- 5:49Speaker 1: and if you have stepped on one of those, I
- 5:51Speaker 1: will say I have the most relatable thing I can
- 5:55Speaker 1: have because I just happen to have a dog. Right, okay,
- 5:58Speaker 1: So if you I'm even to go this far, if
- 6:01Speaker 1: you have kids and you've stepped on a Lego or
- 6:03Speaker 1: an action figure, that is child's play pun intended. Yesterday,
- 6:10Speaker 1: right before I was going to bed, my dog has
- 6:13Speaker 1: this like deer antler is the best way I can
- 6:18Speaker 1: describe it.
- 6:19Speaker 4: What is it like a bone or if it's a
- 6:21Speaker 4: deer antler an actual deer hand?
- 6:24Speaker 1: Yes, that Uncle TJ. He'll go out and find him
- 6:27Speaker 1: in the woods, and you know ones that he doesn't
- 6:29Speaker 1: care about. He'll let the dog kind of chew on him.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Right, Oh okay?
- 6:32Speaker 1: Is it the smartest, safest thing? Probably not necessarily. That's
- 6:34Speaker 1: why she only choose on him when we're at home
- 6:36Speaker 1: and can kind of pay attention to her. Right, yeah,
- 6:39Speaker 1: yesterday she was not away at this thing. All is fine,
- 6:42Speaker 1: and dandy. I let her outside to go to the
- 6:44Speaker 1: bathroom one more time before I go to sleep. She
- 6:46Speaker 1: comes back in. I turn and step right on the
- 6:50Speaker 1: point off this deer antler. And if you do not
- 6:54Speaker 1: know about deer antlers, I'll tell you right now there
- 6:56Speaker 1: is no give to those things. I have a hole
- 6:59Speaker 1: in my foot right now and it is an absolute nightmare.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Gabe, this is awful.
- 7:04Speaker 3: What do you do for that?
- 7:05Speaker 4: How big? Is a dear answer? I just have so
- 7:08Speaker 4: many questions.
- 7:09Speaker 1: We could talk more about it at six ten potentially,
- 7:12Speaker 1: but what a horrible experience. What you need to know
- 7:16Speaker 1: is coming up very soon here on Big ninety eight
- 7:17Speaker 1: point seven. Today's variety Big ninety eight point seven is
- 7:22Speaker 1: Gabe and Angie. Cloudy today with a high of forty.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Also a big reminder that many rural schools, including DGF,
- 7:29Speaker 1: will be e learning or running two hours late today.
- 7:32Speaker 1: We have a full massive list of the closings or
- 7:36Speaker 1: delays at Big nine to eight seven dot com thanks
- 7:39Speaker 1: to Gateway Collision Center.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Gabe, I'm really concerned about you, and I feel like
- 7:44Speaker 4: you shouldn't be here. You should be in the hospital. No, yes,
- 7:48Speaker 4: you should. I don't like this no, I'm all right.
- 7:51Speaker 1: So if you are just suiting in and missed this
- 7:53Speaker 1: earlier this morning here, if you're a parent and you
- 7:57Speaker 1: stepped on a lego or an action figure, you know,
- 7:59Speaker 1: it is the most agonizing thing of all time.
- 8:02Speaker 4: And yeah, it makes you want to throw your kid
- 8:03Speaker 4: out a window. Honestly, it lingers with you for a
- 8:06Speaker 4: day or two. Yeah.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Well, yesterday, we have a dog who has an uncle,
- 8:11Speaker 1: my brother in law, TJ. He goes and you know,
- 8:13Speaker 1: he'll find like deer antlers or whatever. He lives in
- 8:15Speaker 1: a Minnesota and that's just kind of what they do.
- 8:19Speaker 1: And if he finds like a smaller one that's not
- 8:23Speaker 1: really worth saving. It's not really that impressive. I'm just
- 8:26Speaker 1: hang on to him and you know whatever. But he
- 8:28Speaker 1: will let the dog chew on him.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Okay, So these are like almost like if they're exactly right. Yep. Now,
- 8:37Speaker 4: if you have like a young dog, you don't want
- 8:39Speaker 4: to do that.
- 8:39Speaker 1: But she's a little bit older, she has adult teeth,
- 8:42Speaker 1: and she only really choose on him when we're around
- 8:44Speaker 1: and kind of pay attention to her. Right. Well, I
- 8:46Speaker 1: let her out to go to the bathroom yesterday late
- 8:50Speaker 1: it was dark and I stepped right on the point
- 8:53Speaker 1: on one of these deer antlers, and now I basically
- 8:57Speaker 1: have a hole in the bottom of my foot. Let
- 9:00Speaker 1: me describe this. So you know the heel, your bottom
- 9:04Speaker 1: heel of your foot. You know, it's kind of thick.
- 9:06Speaker 1: There's a little bit of padding there. Yeah, you know,
- 9:08Speaker 1: right at the beginning part of the arch where there
- 9:10Speaker 1: is nothing. That's where you're right there. Oh my god, I.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Can walking around. I'm walking a little slow. Today. We
- 9:19Speaker 4: are fine. I will not be going to the hospital
- 9:21Speaker 4: for this, dabe, but why not?
- 9:23Speaker 3: I don't like this When I was and it's a
- 9:25Speaker 3: little bit different, but when I was in seventh grade,
- 9:27Speaker 3: I stepped.
- 9:28Speaker 4: On a nail in that same part. Yeah, yikes, And.
- 9:31Speaker 3: My mom was like, well, we have Sunday dinner at
- 9:33Speaker 3: our friend's house. So I didn't go to the hospital
- 9:37Speaker 3: and I was in agonizing pain. And then finally afterwards
- 9:40Speaker 3: we did go and I had to get a tetanis shot,
- 9:42Speaker 3: and like, you don't know what's going on with that antler.
- 9:45Speaker 3: I feel like you should be going to the hospital
- 9:47Speaker 3: game just to get it checked out, make sure it's
- 9:49Speaker 3: not infected. I'm momming you right now, and I want
- 9:52Speaker 3: you to take my advice and we'll see.
- 9:55Speaker 4: Maybe two. I'll make a quicker run up there. I
- 9:57Speaker 4: guess great Hey's variety.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Big ninety eight point seven all right, going to be
- 10:04Speaker 2: cloudy today and high of about forty.

- 12:28Speaker 4: Chapel.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Rohan made some noise on social media the other day.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I saw, Yeah, she was on a podcast. If you
- 12:34Speaker 1: missed it, here is what she said that I had
- 12:38Speaker 1: comment sections going wild.
- 12:41Speaker 5: I actually don't know anyone who's like happy and has
- 12:43Speaker 5: children at this age. I have like one year old,
- 12:47Speaker 5: like three year old, four and under five and under.
- 12:49Speaker 5: I don't I literally have not met anyone who's happy,
- 12:52Speaker 5: anyone who.
- 12:53Speaker 4: Has like light in their eyes, anyone who.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Has Basically, she also goes on to say, all of
- 12:58Speaker 1: my friends now she's twenty seven years old, so you
- 13:00Speaker 1: kind of guess a lot of her friends around that age.
- 13:02Speaker 1: All of my friends who have kids are in hell.
- 13:06Speaker 1: I was kind of curious, Well, hey, when does that
- 13:08Speaker 1: phase end? Is this phase real? Now I'm the parent
- 13:11Speaker 1: of just some pets. I don't have the children aspect
- 13:15Speaker 1: of this. I who's curious, Amanda? Do you agree or
- 13:18Speaker 1: disagree with some of the comments that were in this
- 13:21Speaker 1: or in the post. Is there a hell phase of parenting?
- 13:26Speaker 1: So this, as soon as I saw it, it made
- 13:29Speaker 1: me feel something.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I was super annoyed by it because no, absolutely not,
- 13:35Speaker 2: like you have moments. Actually, little shout out to Dustin
- 13:38Speaker 2: from Happy Harry's Bottle Shops, really good friend of mine,
- 13:41Speaker 2: and he always laughs because we'll go I'll tell him
- 13:44Speaker 2: something about the kids because I have a now six
- 13:47Speaker 2: year old and a four year old, and he'll go,
- 13:49Speaker 2: little people, little problems, big people, big problems because he
- 13:52Speaker 2: has kids that are in college.
- 13:53Speaker 4: You know what I mean. Like it's you have moments.
- 13:57Speaker 4: This is parenting.
- 13:58Speaker 2: But for somebody to say you're in hell or you're no,
- 14:02Speaker 2: absolutely not, and to say there's no light in your
- 14:05Speaker 2: eye if you were to see me throughout my entire day.
- 14:08Speaker 2: The light in my eye is when I'm with my
- 14:10Speaker 2: family and with my kids. You know, I might be exhausted,
- 14:13Speaker 2: i might have begs under my eyes, there's still a
- 14:16Speaker 2: glimmer of hope in there in light. No, I'm just kidding,
- 14:18Speaker 2: but that's just there's you know, the days are long
- 14:21Speaker 2: and the years are short. They sounds so cliche to say,
- 14:25Speaker 2: but it's so real.
- 14:25Speaker 4: That's what I was.
- 14:26Speaker 1: That was kind of what I would have guessed, And
- 14:29Speaker 1: once again, the only thing I can really compare it
- 14:31Speaker 1: to is a dog. There are moments where I'm like, God, yes,
- 14:34Speaker 1: saying it like you little nugget, and obviously ninety nine
- 14:41Speaker 1: percent of the time it's great and it's awesome.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Man.
- 14:43Speaker 4: I love her to death, so I would guess there
- 14:46Speaker 4: are moments where it's like, oh, and.
- 14:48Speaker 2: You're gonna have that, and some days it's like, oh,
- 14:50Speaker 2: my gosh, can we hit restart for the day?
- 14:53Speaker 4: Right? But overall, to make that statement, I was not
- 14:57Speaker 4: I was not here for that, and this is why
- 15:00Speaker 4: I asked you.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I was a bit surprised by this because there are
- 15:03Speaker 1: some comments, quite a few of people who feel really
- 15:07Speaker 1: seen after what she said. For example, this person said
- 15:12Speaker 1: mothers are so tired. It's true. Another yes, finally someone
- 15:17Speaker 1: speaks my language. I'm a forty nine year year mom
- 15:20Speaker 1: of grown children.
- 15:22Speaker 4: You are not wrong, girl.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I felt this in my soul. I love my child
- 15:26Speaker 1: with my entire heart. But everything she said was absolutely
- 15:29Speaker 1: true for me. She is speaking the truth. Being a
- 15:32Speaker 1: parent is hell. So there's quite a few people who
- 15:36Speaker 1: were on board with what she said.
- 15:37Speaker 2: It can be hard, but to make it a blanket
- 15:40Speaker 2: statement and you say it on that level, it feels
- 15:43Speaker 2: so gross.
- 15:45Speaker 4: What do the kids say? That's that is giving me
- 15:47Speaker 4: the ick?
- 15:48Speaker 2: I like, you know what I mean, just because it
- 15:51Speaker 2: is such a beautiful thing to be a parent when
- 15:53Speaker 2: you really look at the journey, you look at all
- 15:56Speaker 2: of those things, look at me.
- 15:58Speaker 4: And now I'm gonna get all oh, getting fired up.
- 16:01Speaker 4: I said.
- 16:02Speaker 1: For the amount of people who actually agreed that, there
- 16:05Speaker 1: were tons of course who did not.
- 16:07Speaker 4: Other moms and dads.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Having children has been the greatest honor of my life,
- 16:11Speaker 1: happy mother of three. Another one said it's valid. I
- 16:14Speaker 1: personally don't know anyone who has lost their spark at
- 16:17Speaker 1: having kids.
- 16:17Speaker 4: All of them love it. And I really like this one.
- 16:20Speaker 4: This was a great quote Night's so I saved it
- 16:22Speaker 4: for the end.
- 16:23Speaker 1: This person said, as tired as I've ever been, nothing
- 16:26Speaker 1: has filled my cup more than the snuggles, the giggles
- 16:29Speaker 1: and garth of my kiddos. Helping them become good and
- 16:32Speaker 1: kind humans is the honor of my life. And I'm
- 16:35Speaker 1: happy work. I'm a happy working mom. Very sweet Mike
- 16:40Speaker 1: A drop now. Granted, my mother might be on the
- 16:43Speaker 1: other half of these when I was growing up. Today's
- 16:48Speaker 1: variety Big ninety eight point seven gonna.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Be cloudy today I have about forty. Congratulations again to
- 16:53Speaker 2: Abby Hager. She is our first of many wimmers winners
- 16:56Speaker 2: for the Diamond Days and Giveaways contest.
- 16:59Speaker 4: So much on.
- 17:00Speaker 2: We called her at seven eleven, and we are calling
- 17:03Speaker 2: someone else at ten eleven. Make sure you get in
- 17:05Speaker 2: on it. Just text Diamond to seven O one two
- 17:07Speaker 2: eight oho one ninety eight seven?
- 17:09Speaker 4: Do you do this? And does anyone make a fun
- 17:12Speaker 4: of you for it?
- 17:13Speaker 1: There are a bunch of sleeping experts who think adults
- 17:18Speaker 1: need to start sleeping with stuffed animals. Did you ever
- 17:21Speaker 1: sleep with a stuffed animal growing up?
- 17:23Speaker 4: Do you do it now?
- 17:24Speaker 2: I loved monkeys growing up. I always wanted to have
- 17:27Speaker 2: a monkey, so I had a few monkeys in my bed.
- 17:32Speaker 2: The one that I really loved was the monkey from Tarzan,
- 17:35Speaker 2: and it had a little banana. It had a banana
- 17:40Speaker 2: and it used to say, oh my gosh, right now
- 17:42Speaker 2: I'm thinking of I'm a baby.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Gotta love me. But that is not it.
- 17:45Speaker 2: That was from that show, Oh You're killing me. I
- 17:49Speaker 2: wish hang on Tarzan Monkey? What was the Tarzan Monkey's name?
- 17:53Speaker 4: The things I never thought was going to be fabulous?
- 17:55Speaker 2: Radio?
- 17:56Speaker 4: Here a mana doing some Google.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Yes, Google, Blayne Turk. Turk was my favorite little monkeys.
- 18:01Speaker 2: So yes, I slept with Turk for quite some time.
- 18:05Speaker 2: But now I have two kids and a dog and
- 18:07Speaker 2: a husband that are my cuddle bugs.
- 18:09Speaker 4: Yeah, so no more stuffed animals, right you? No, God, No,
- 18:15Speaker 4: do I look like the stuffed animal kind of guy?
- 18:18Speaker 2: You would be surprised a lot of people, and there's
- 18:21Speaker 2: nothing wrong with it. No, a lot of people have
- 18:24Speaker 2: if they don't have stuffed animals. Some people have blankets
- 18:27Speaker 2: like little BLANKI is that they have forever or some
- 18:31Speaker 2: sort of comfort objects.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Right now, we tend to think of sleeping with a
- 18:36Speaker 1: stuffed animal or something is something just for kids, but
- 18:39Speaker 1: these sleeping experts say grownups can benefit from it for
- 18:42Speaker 1: the same reason hugging something soft is just comforting. It
- 18:47Speaker 1: can help you tend to lie in bed if you
- 18:50Speaker 1: feel stressed, it can reduce some of that, and it
- 18:53Speaker 1: can help you sleep, especially if you start associating it
- 18:56Speaker 1: with sleep. One expert said it's a lot better than
- 18:59Speaker 1: relying on on sleeping pills or a glass of wine
- 19:02Speaker 1: before bet Amanda, Oh that is garbage.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Today's variety Big ninety eight point seven gonna.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Be cloudy today, Hya forty And just one hour ago,
- 19:15Speaker 2: we made our first of many phone calls for the
- 19:17Speaker 2: Diamond Days and giveaways, and Abby Hager cashed in.
- 19:21Speaker 4: You could be next coming up at ten eleven.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Just text Diamond to seven oh one two eight oh
- 19:25Speaker 2: one ninety eight seven to get in on it.
- 19:28Speaker 4: But first, let me think a sealfie.
- 19:31Speaker 1: You know, I wasn't really even planning on bringing this
- 19:34Speaker 1: to the show today, but there were a lot of
- 19:36Speaker 1: people who hopped on this on social media yesterday and
- 19:39Speaker 1: Big ninety eight point seven that I was like, wow,
- 19:40Speaker 1: we better participate here, Amanda.
- 19:42Speaker 4: I saw you post this and it had me kind
- 19:44Speaker 4: of thinking. So I, uh, I played a long game.
- 19:47Speaker 4: Oh did you did you poster yours on there? I
- 19:49Speaker 4: didn't post it, okay, but I did do some searching. Okay,
- 19:53Speaker 4: what is the oldest photo you have on your phone? Now?
- 19:58Speaker 1: There are a million different ways you could take this.
- 20:01Speaker 1: You could take it, oh, I have a picture of
- 20:03Speaker 1: a picture that I took in nineteen ninety, or you
- 20:07Speaker 1: could just go to your camera roll and go to
- 20:08Speaker 1: the oldest photo you have.
- 20:10Speaker 4: You could go to your iCloud or in the cloud.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Excuse me, yep.
- 20:14Speaker 1: So what I did was I just went to the
- 20:16Speaker 1: oldest photo I have in my camera role, which also
- 20:20Speaker 1: is probably just the oldest photo I have, and it's
- 20:23Speaker 1: from twenty fifteen. It's actually very adorable. I will post
- 20:28Speaker 1: this on Big nine eight seven. And that was the caveat,
- 20:31Speaker 1: is like, hey, if it's appropriate to post on the
- 20:33Speaker 1: old card, well, you never know, all right, look at
- 20:37Speaker 1: this adorable photo of ten years ago my buddy Nick
- 20:41Speaker 1: and I when he had came to visit for his
- 20:44Speaker 1: first time on like break from the Air Force.
- 20:48Speaker 4: Oh my god, a young gabe. That is the photo.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I will put it on Big nine eight seven's Facebook
- 20:54Speaker 1: page in you know, the next minute round.
- 20:56Speaker 2: So that is giving me the instagrammy vibe, like the
- 20:59Speaker 2: first time you could like add filters or just the
- 21:02Speaker 2: grainy of like.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Your phone one thousand percent. I think I got Instagram
- 21:06Speaker 1: the day before that. Also, I was on a date
- 21:09Speaker 1: in that photo, so I remember everything about that day.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Oh that's hilarious, very funny.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:14Speaker 2: So because I take one million photos a day I
- 21:17Speaker 2: did not go back in because I just got a
- 21:19Speaker 2: new phone. So I upload all my stuff and I
- 21:22Speaker 2: go through and delete. Otherwise my phone would shut down
- 21:24Speaker 2: every week. Yes it would, yeah, say it would pretty ridiculous.
- 21:28Speaker 2: So I went back into my cloud in Google Photos,
- 21:31Speaker 2: and it was March twenty ninth, twenty ten. The first
- 21:35Speaker 2: photo that was recorded would have been when I had
- 21:37Speaker 2: first put together my work Facebook.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Okay, because before that I had.
- 21:45Speaker 2: College years Amanda, which I deactivated that page because.
- 21:49Speaker 4: That holy page. I want to see, Holy smokes, what
- 21:53Speaker 4: we were posting?
- 21:54Speaker 5: What?
- 21:55Speaker 2: What life was?
- 21:56Speaker 4: I am give us an example of something that's on there.
- 21:59Speaker 4: Nurse for Halloween. Inappropriate? Oh, I was inappropriate about it.
- 22:03Speaker 4: I was a nurse and I thought I was really
- 22:06Speaker 4: really cool. Let's just not anyway.
- 22:09Speaker 5: Then.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Yeah, so this was the first picture, and that would
- 22:12Speaker 2: have been March twenty ninth, twenty ten.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Oh, twenty ten. Okay, yeah, that's pretty nice. But that's
- 22:20Speaker 4: not bad, right.
- 22:20Speaker 2: It is always so fun to go back and reminisce.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I think I brought this up the other day. My
- 22:24Speaker 2: girlfriend had just moved. And then Lance pands he has
- 22:28Speaker 2: got all these pictures at the lake and he has
- 22:30Speaker 2: just been telling me, you gotta get here, you gotta
- 22:33Speaker 2: go through them, and I am just looking forward to
- 22:35Speaker 2: My girlfriend and I were talking, I kind of want
- 22:37Speaker 2: to do a girl's weekend. We're doing one soon, and
- 22:40Speaker 2: just bring these totes of pictures and just laugh because
- 22:43Speaker 2: the memories wild.
- 22:45Speaker 3: That took it.
- 22:46Speaker 4: That is not where I thought that was gonna go.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I thought you were gonna go dark for a second,
- 22:49Speaker 1: I though, I want to say, bring a toats of
- 22:51Speaker 1: these pictures and burnamers.
- 22:52Speaker 4: There might be a few burnable pictures in there.
- 22:55Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna post this photo, the oldest photo
- 22:58Speaker 1: I have on my phone on big ninety eight points.
- 22:59Speaker 1: I'm not on Facebook. Are you going to be able
- 23:02Speaker 1: to do this, Amanda? Are you going to post yours?
- 23:04Speaker 2: I can, Yeah, I think we should chair Yeah, it's
- 23:08Speaker 2: a great headshot from young Amanda.
- 23:10Speaker 4: I can't wait to see it.
