- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy mellencamp at Tamra Judge. Hi, guys,
- 0:11Speaker 1: welcome to this week's to Tease and a Pod with
- 0:15Speaker 1: myself and Tamra Judge. And we have an exciting guest
- 0:19Speaker 1: on this week. Yes we do. I interviewed with Melissa
- 0:23Speaker 1: said Corga last week and now she's on our podcast
- 0:26Speaker 1: this week, and we are so excited to dive deep
- 0:29Speaker 1: into New Jersey. What's up, guys, Melissa? Welcome? Hi? How
- 0:34Speaker 1: are you guys? Too? Pretty blond? We're hanging in we
- 0:39Speaker 1: you know we've been Our motto on here is nothing's
- 0:43Speaker 1: off limits, so we're just warning you in advance. We
- 0:45Speaker 1: make lots of friends on our party. Well we called
- 0:48Speaker 1: hashtag making friends. We're called we're called twats. Twats heard
- 0:53Speaker 1: I heard tamer was like letting me know about the
- 0:56Speaker 1: twats situation. So I feel like I will become a
- 0:59Speaker 1: twat today. I'm very so you're one of the twats
- 1:01Speaker 1: and hopefully you won't think that we are a twat
- 1:04Speaker 1: after we go through our Instagram questions, because I'm totally
- 1:08Speaker 1: fine with it. Hit me with your best shot hit
- 1:12Speaker 1: before we started. I want I always like to ask
- 1:14Speaker 1: the question like when did you when you got casted,
- 1:18Speaker 1: Like how did you get casted? Did you have like
- 1:20Speaker 1: any do you have to audition? Um hesitation? Yeah, we did,
- 1:26Speaker 1: like a little pasting reel. They demed me on Facebook
- 1:31Speaker 1: and they were just obviously our show was all family,
- 1:34Speaker 1: so it was like a bunch of sister in laws
- 1:36Speaker 1: to begin with with Tina, Caroline, and Jacqueline. So Teresa
- 1:42Speaker 1: obviously didn't have her family on the show and they
- 1:45Speaker 1: wanted to get so they had that family, they had Teresa,
- 1:47Speaker 1: so they were like, Okay, we need to find more family.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I guess that's how they ended up d m ng
- 1:52Speaker 1: me on what At the time, there's no deal. It
- 1:54Speaker 1: was like you know, Facebook message and they just said
- 1:57Speaker 1: what they're basically still doing now to every I'm like, hey,
- 2:00Speaker 1: we're a casting agent. We love to talk to you. YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 2:04Speaker 1: So the casting agents love to slide into the Facebook
- 2:08Speaker 1: even to this day, Like I had friends like they're like, hey,
- 2:12Speaker 1: Orange County Casting just I had one just slide into
- 2:15Speaker 1: my Damn. The casting for Orange County just sent me
- 2:19Speaker 1: like that, I've never gotten one of these guys. Well,
- 2:22Speaker 1: you probably don't even look at your Facebook. I don't
- 2:26Speaker 1: exactly exactly, no, but that's that's pretty much how it
- 2:29Speaker 1: goes down. I feel like, for Jersey, it's still it's
- 2:31Speaker 1: still happening like that. And then you know, it went
- 2:34Speaker 1: on to talking to them, interviewing obviously, like you know,
- 2:38Speaker 1: we were perfect for the show for for many different reasons.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And then here we are eleven years later. Oh my god,
- 2:45Speaker 1: what season did you come in? Season two? Season one
- 2:51Speaker 1: for them was very small. It was only like six episodes.
- 2:54Speaker 1: It was almost just like a little like, hey, do
- 2:57Speaker 1: you guys like these girls a little taste? Yeah? And
- 3:00Speaker 1: then season two was like a regular season for them,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and then I came in on season three, and now
- 3:04Speaker 1: that's when the show started. Yeah yeah, I really cry cry,
- 3:10Speaker 1: you know what I mean. That's when it all got
- 3:11Speaker 1: That's when it all went down. So do you think
- 3:14Speaker 1: season one was like when they talk about Miami, Season
- 3:17Speaker 1: one wasn't actually a Housewives season. Do you think Jersey
- 3:21Speaker 1: was the same or than and they just switched it
- 3:23Speaker 1: into a Housewives or no, No, it was it was
- 3:26Speaker 1: a Housewives, but they just did like six episodes. It
- 3:28Speaker 1: was a short little season. I don't know why. I
- 3:30Speaker 1: guess they were just testing the waters and did you
- 3:33Speaker 1: have any hesitations or your husband have any hesitations because
- 3:37Speaker 1: Theresa was there and all of that. Yeah, it wasn't
- 3:40Speaker 1: just about Theresa though, there were so many other things.
- 3:42Speaker 1: It was opening our world up to this. It was just,
- 3:46Speaker 1: you know, it's it's hard. Like at the time, I
- 3:48Speaker 1: truly was a stay at home mom with like little kids.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I didn't even have Joey yet. I was like, possibly
- 3:56Speaker 1: pregnant or this. I think it was pregnant um or no, no,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I think I had just had Joey because Joey was
- 4:02Speaker 1: like two three months old at the first episode. I
- 4:05Speaker 1: was gonna say, I don't remember every seeing you're pregnant
- 4:07Speaker 1: on the show. No, no, no, I was never putting
- 4:09Speaker 1: on the show. No. So right, So I had just
- 4:11Speaker 1: had Joey. Um. It was just a big decision to make.
- 4:14Speaker 1: We we kind of didn't know if we want to
- 4:16Speaker 1: open our world up to that. But we always look
- 4:18Speaker 1: at it like we are true entrepreneurs, So I think
- 4:22Speaker 1: we look at it like a stepping stone. At the time,
- 4:24Speaker 1: we were like, listen, maybe we can grow a couple
- 4:25Speaker 1: of businesses on here. Maybe we can make this bigger
- 4:29Speaker 1: than it is I mean, you forget that the show
- 4:31Speaker 1: is centered, especially back in the day, not as much
- 4:34Speaker 1: as it is now. But I feel like back in
- 4:36Speaker 1: the day, the drama and the producer like bringing on
- 4:41Speaker 1: the drama thing was much more intense than it is now. Now,
- 4:45Speaker 1: I feel like we're on our own a little bit more.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I don't feel like the producers get in there as
- 4:50Speaker 1: much and tell you what to do, where before I
- 4:52Speaker 1: felt like in the very beginning, I felt very pressured.
- 4:55Speaker 1: The one thing I love about you, and you mentioned
- 4:57Speaker 1: earlier that you're an entrepreneur, and you went into it
- 4:59Speaker 1: looking as you know, what can I get out of
- 5:01Speaker 1: this and what kind of business can I start? All
- 5:03Speaker 1: three of us, which is very rare in the housewife
- 5:06Speaker 1: world have businesses outside of the actual show, and that
- 5:12Speaker 1: that will keep you going, because a lot of these
- 5:14Speaker 1: girls they ropped ten, you know, eight, ten, eleven, twelve
- 5:17Speaker 1: whatever years into it, and then when they're done, like
- 5:19Speaker 1: that money is gone, like it's cut right there, and
- 5:21Speaker 1: then you're like, what am I gonna do? I have
- 5:23Speaker 1: no career. I'm gonna go work at Nordstrom. Like it's well,
- 5:27Speaker 1: it's because a lot of what they don't talk about
- 5:29Speaker 1: on these shows. Is how much money you still end
- 5:32Speaker 1: up spending just being on the show. Yeah. Yeah, the parties,
- 5:35Speaker 1: we throw, the clothes, the outfits, the interviews, the flam,
- 5:41Speaker 1: the glare out, the photo shoots. Like a lot of
- 5:44Speaker 1: people don't realize that we don't get a budget for that.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Like when you see us in a promo dress, like
- 5:48Speaker 1: we that's our dress. Yeah, there's not stylists, like in fact,
- 5:53Speaker 1: like you can't call I mean, I know, we couldn't
- 5:55Speaker 1: in Beverly Hills. Apparently back in the day they could,
- 5:57Speaker 1: but then someone stole something, so now they want to out.
- 6:00Speaker 1: But it's not like you can call Louis Vuitton or
- 6:03Speaker 1: any high end you know brand and say we want
- 6:07Speaker 1: to listen. I don't know about you, but I can't know.
- 6:14Speaker 1: But they don't loan stuff. I mean, the only person
- 6:17Speaker 1: that ever loaned me anything was Michael Costello, and he
- 6:20Speaker 1: was like, everybody something my now since I'm not that special,
- 6:25Speaker 1: but I mean my first season he loaned me. He's
- 6:27Speaker 1: like selling stuff in my house. Here put this on.
- 6:30Speaker 1: He's great, He's great. Yeah, listen. This is why I
- 6:33Speaker 1: ended up opening up Envy to be honest with you guys,
- 6:35Speaker 1: because I was wearing a lot of clothes on the
- 6:38Speaker 1: show that boutiques in my area when they found out
- 6:42Speaker 1: I was a housewife. We're just contacting me constantly, wanting
- 6:45Speaker 1: to dress me, wanting to throw things at me, and
- 6:48Speaker 1: I'm wearing their clothes. And then I noticed when I
- 6:49Speaker 1: got on TV, it's like, where'd you get that dress?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Where'd you get that shirt? Where did this come from?
- 6:54Speaker 1: And I'm sending everyone to all of these different boutiques
- 6:57Speaker 1: because everybody wanted whatever I had on And finally, like
- 7:00Speaker 1: a light bulb pop and I'm like, what am I doing?
- 7:03Speaker 1: I need to have my own boutique and you can
- 7:05Speaker 1: shop right on and be by MG dot com for
- 7:08Speaker 1: the dress. Yea, I that's where you know, that's where
- 7:14Speaker 1: the business aspect comes in, and that you can utilize
- 7:17Speaker 1: the platform for so many other things. Um, and there's
- 7:20Speaker 1: so many things you can do. Like when I left
- 7:22Speaker 1: my ex husband, I had no money. I had just
- 7:25Speaker 1: started the show. I literally sold my forever twenty one
- 7:28Speaker 1: clothes on eBay and I'm not joking, like, and sometimes
- 7:32Speaker 1: I would get four hundred dollars for a shirt, so
- 7:35Speaker 1: I would literally pay my rent and it was crazy,
- 7:37Speaker 1: and that was way back when when the days of
- 7:40Speaker 1: eBay were huge, and anything I wore it would sell
- 7:43Speaker 1: for like fifteen times more than when I paid for
- 7:45Speaker 1: because I don't have fancy stuff. But yeah, just I
- 7:49Speaker 1: love a good entrepreneur. Beau wore in regards to being
- 7:54Speaker 1: a business owner, but also in regards to being on
- 7:56Speaker 1: the show. Do you have any regrets because anything you
- 8:00Speaker 1: would do differently? Um, honestly, no, I have to say no,
- 8:05Speaker 1: because it changed my personal life so much too. It
- 8:09Speaker 1: really did, like things change in my house, and I'm
- 8:11Speaker 1: not saying they were ever bad, but I definitely did
- 8:14Speaker 1: not realize how dependent I was and how much that.
- 8:20Speaker 1: You know, I knew what I was doing. I got
- 8:22Speaker 1: married out of college, and you know it was I
- 8:24Speaker 1: was living in you know, a mother. I was a wife,
- 8:29Speaker 1: but it was like if I needed anything, I had
- 8:31Speaker 1: to ask Joe for it, you know, and if I
- 8:33Speaker 1: wanted a hundred dollar bill or cash, I didn't have it.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I was home with three kids all day. So the
- 8:38Speaker 1: independence of that, I wouldn't change the independence and just
- 8:42Speaker 1: what it brought business wise, I've always been a worker.
- 8:45Speaker 1: When I met Joe, I had three jobs, so um,
- 8:48Speaker 1: it's just who I am. It's in my blood. I
- 8:51Speaker 1: raised my kids. I did my time for like the
- 8:54Speaker 1: first five years, and then I got on the show
- 8:56Speaker 1: five years after we got married, so it was like
- 8:59Speaker 1: it was just an off to like play house for
- 9:02Speaker 1: five years. But I was starting to get auntsy and
- 9:04Speaker 1: I wanted something that was for me. I wanted to
- 9:08Speaker 1: I watched Joe create his buildings and have his dream
- 9:12Speaker 1: and you know, be so proud of everything he's achieving,
- 9:15Speaker 1: and I was clapping for him, I was rooting for him.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But I wanted something that was mine, that like, I
- 9:20Speaker 1: didn't have to ask anyone for. And so I think,
- 9:23Speaker 1: even if you come for money, if your dad has money,
- 9:25Speaker 1: if your husband has money, whatever, it might be, like,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you want to have your own money, no matter what.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I think that's so important. How is the house coming along? Good?
- 9:35Speaker 1: It's got a lot good. It's a lot of work.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I'm like a savage because I want to do it
- 9:39Speaker 1: all myself. And obviously I can have a decorator come
- 9:41Speaker 1: in and just pick tile and pick this and pick that,
- 9:44Speaker 1: but I spend more time asking, like doing that with her.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I might as well just do it myself because I
- 9:50Speaker 1: end up just picking everything myself. So I'm basically designing
- 9:53Speaker 1: the whole house by myself. Um, it's it's going good.
- 9:56Speaker 1: COVID is obviously like keep everything on it. Whow like
- 10:00Speaker 1: everything's double the amount of time and also double the price, right,
- 10:04Speaker 1: So yeah, we could have built this house for like
- 10:06Speaker 1: half the price if we built it three years ago. Um,
- 10:09Speaker 1: but whatever, it is what it is at this point.
- 10:11Speaker 1: So we're just hopefully by this summer we'll be in
- 10:14Speaker 1: oh good. And then you are openly talking about and
- 10:17Speaker 1: something Tamer and I talked about a lot in regards
- 10:19Speaker 1: to our husbands and stuff like that, like just just
- 10:22Speaker 1: therapy work or what's the best, you know, plan of
- 10:24Speaker 1: attack if we're going through a rough patch. Last year
- 10:27Speaker 1: you talked a little bit about going through a rough
- 10:29Speaker 1: patch with with Joe. What advice would you give to
- 10:32Speaker 1: anybody listening if that's happening to you in your relationship?
- 10:37Speaker 1: Like is it communication? Is it therapy? Is that you know?
- 10:39Speaker 1: Like what was the thing that really shifted things for you? Guys?
- 10:43Speaker 1: We talked about therapy, which I always think therapy is great.
- 10:47Speaker 1: We've never actually done it, Joe and I, We've never
- 10:50Speaker 1: went down the road for for him and I it
- 10:53Speaker 1: was definitely communication, um like, and I know that sounds
- 10:57Speaker 1: so cliche, but it's true. Like just I think when
- 11:01Speaker 1: you get into a rut of just being like with
- 11:03Speaker 1: each other and just giving each other that attitude, and
- 11:07Speaker 1: it's it's it turns into like a pattern. And I'm
- 11:11Speaker 1: also very impulsive, and I feel like relationships are very impulsive.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So I really think, like when you're fighting with somebody,
- 11:18Speaker 1: you got to wait it out, like let it take
- 11:20Speaker 1: its course. Don't just jump ship right away, like give
- 11:23Speaker 1: it a chance to change. You know, marriage is a
- 11:25Speaker 1: lot of work. It's not easy. We all know this, right,
- 11:28Speaker 1: and it's just relationships in general are a lot of work.
- 11:31Speaker 1: But you can't jump ship because you're feelings. Give it
- 11:33Speaker 1: a month or two. You might fall back in love,
- 11:36Speaker 1: you might change your mind, you might have just been
- 11:38Speaker 1: going through something, you know, So it's like wait it out.
- 11:41Speaker 1: You can't be impulsive when it comes to like your
- 11:44Speaker 1: deep relationships, especially when there's children involved and there's real
- 11:48Speaker 1: love there, but people are getting jealous or you know,
- 11:51Speaker 1: there's selfish or whatever. It maybe I just feel like
- 11:55Speaker 1: wait it out, like really work through your feelings. I
- 11:58Speaker 1: hate when people just jump ship quick because it's like
- 12:00Speaker 1: it might you might change your mind in a couple
- 12:02Speaker 1: of months, and it might not even have anything to
- 12:04Speaker 1: do with your partner. Sometime I realized, like when Edwin
- 12:07Speaker 1: and I are like in a rough like in a
- 12:08Speaker 1: rough stage, it's like something's going on with work with
- 12:11Speaker 1: one of us or and then you're taking it out
- 12:14Speaker 1: on each other because it's comfortable. And that's where you know,
- 12:17Speaker 1: you're like, oh, you're an easy scapegoat. I can just
- 12:19Speaker 1: pretend that this is what the situation is when really
- 12:22Speaker 1: you're just not wanting to deal with something in another
- 12:24Speaker 1: aspect of your life. It's true. And when men are
- 12:27Speaker 1: when are like stressed out over money or work or
- 12:31Speaker 1: they change, they do they don't want to have sex.
- 12:34Speaker 1: They're getting up monsters like you're like, why are you
- 12:37Speaker 1: touching me? Like are you cheating up? Why isn't that
- 12:41Speaker 1: thing working? Like we use it all day long without me? No,
- 12:46Speaker 1: they're just stressed out. And and I'm speaking from and
- 12:49Speaker 1: I wish that was the case from my husband ever,
- 12:51Speaker 1: to be honest with you, but I'm talking for a
- 12:52Speaker 1: lot of my girlfriends too, Like for real, it's just
- 12:56Speaker 1: that's a real thing. It's a real thing. It's a
- 12:58Speaker 1: real thing. Stressed out and doesn't you know, everything is
- 13:01Speaker 1: just they're they're they're in their feelings, they're in their
- 13:03Speaker 1: head and they're not that into you at the moment,
- 13:06Speaker 1: and girls bug out sometimes. Um, well, speaking of marriages,
- 13:12Speaker 1: so you're gonna go there, I have to go there.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I mean, um, what is your thoughts on no prenup
- 13:19Speaker 1: with Louis? I mean, listens, Louisa, Louis. Why did I
- 13:23Speaker 1: just mess this up? Louis? I think it's sorry. I
- 13:26Speaker 1: read Louis too, so that's I'm like, I'm calming. I
- 13:28Speaker 1: think we just can't read tam. Yeah it's Louis. Um
- 13:32Speaker 1: it's spelt like Louis. So in all honesty, listen, I
- 13:36Speaker 1: think where we come from, it's weird. She actually did
- 13:39Speaker 1: have a pre nump with Joe judaicce um, but I
- 13:42Speaker 1: don't know. I I don't have a pre nump as well,
- 13:46Speaker 1: and either you know, Joe and I don't have pre ums.
- 13:48Speaker 1: But do you think if you got married right now,
- 13:51Speaker 1: if you and Joe Ja, do you think you would
- 13:53Speaker 1: have a pre nup? Yes? I think right now as
- 13:57Speaker 1: a full blown adult, yes, you know, when I is
- 14:00Speaker 1: getting married at twenty four, and I think tersa the
- 14:02Speaker 1: first time was like seven or something. Maybe you don't
- 14:06Speaker 1: think that way, but right now what I yes? Will
- 14:11Speaker 1: you tell her? Has anybody said anything to her? Would
- 14:15Speaker 1: anybody like confront Teresa and say like maybe you should
- 14:19Speaker 1: rethink this? Yeah? I feel like we definitely give our opinion,
- 14:23Speaker 1: but sometimes it's better to just say, you're also a
- 14:26Speaker 1: grown adult, you as you wish. Um, I've learned even
- 14:29Speaker 1: though you're making a mistake. Yeah, but like through the years,
- 14:32Speaker 1: I've learned to keep my mouth shut. Um, she's a
- 14:35Speaker 1: grown adult at this point. And so whenever they decide
- 14:38Speaker 1: and whatever works for her, I want her to stay
- 14:40Speaker 1: happy in her little love bubble. Yeah, and sometimes you
- 14:45Speaker 1: gotta step back, Yes, like you really do. It's none
- 14:48Speaker 1: of my business at this point. Yes, we care and
- 14:51Speaker 1: we worry, and um, she you know, ultimately gets up
- 14:54Speaker 1: to them whatever they decide. Now, the video, the drund
- 14:59Speaker 1: In video that one's talking about, Um, I don't think
- 15:04Speaker 1: it's that bad. Am I missing something? No? I think
- 15:08Speaker 1: he's just he's apologizing to someone. Obviously, do we know
- 15:13Speaker 1: that what year the video happened? That I don't know.
- 15:18Speaker 1: I have no idea because to me, that's what annoyed
- 15:21Speaker 1: me versus like this is recent. I believe it was
- 15:25Speaker 1: like a year or six months before he had met her.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I honestly, I'm not confirmed, but I believe it was
- 15:34Speaker 1: like right before. Ye get it. Okay, well, let's take
- 15:39Speaker 1: a little bit a little break and we'll come back
- 15:42Speaker 1: and do some of our Instagram questions. Those were just
- 15:46Speaker 1: our so sorry, we'll be quick. Okay, Um back with
- 16:02Speaker 1: Melissa Gorga, my girl Tam. We are getting to your
- 16:05Speaker 1: Instagram questions on the twats Um we already covered one.
- 16:10Speaker 1: I guess we couldn't have ourselves. That's everybody's questions. Everybody
- 16:13Speaker 1: wanted to know about the prenup. That was the most
- 16:15Speaker 1: asked question. The second most asked question was did you
- 16:18Speaker 1: go to Milannia's Sweet sixteen? No, it was for kids
- 16:22Speaker 1: only there you go. It was just she just had
- 16:28Speaker 1: like like her close, you know, the sixteen year olds
- 16:31Speaker 1: were there. Yeah. This one, I don't know if you
- 16:33Speaker 1: can even answer this because it's on your current season,
- 16:36Speaker 1: but have things gotten better between Joe and Gia? Answer? Yeah,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I figured you know how to go stay. Yeah, you can't.
- 16:46Speaker 1: We don't want you to blow anything. We don't probably
- 16:50Speaker 1: you are season I'm not really able to speak of. Yeah, no,
- 16:55Speaker 1: I I totally understand that. Alright, alright, let's see find Yeah,
- 17:01Speaker 1: let's see if we can find a question. Because can
- 17:04Speaker 1: I ask you, brother? Were you so? Are you so
- 17:06Speaker 1: happy to be back home? I can tell you this much.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was five million times easier
- 17:15Speaker 1: than big brother Melissa? Would you do it? I don't know.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I feel anxiety just like thinking about it. Have you
- 17:24Speaker 1: watched it? I mean I really have never sat down
- 17:28Speaker 1: and watched a full season. So it's like everyone is
- 17:30Speaker 1: trying to be the last person in the house. Is
- 17:32Speaker 1: that how it goes? Yeah? I mean but here's the thing.
- 17:35Speaker 1: So the part that was really hard for me, and
- 17:37Speaker 1: I know it would be hard for you as well.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Is everything in my life, Like if you work really
- 17:42Speaker 1: hard and you're good at something, you're gonna be rewarded
- 17:44Speaker 1: for it, right right, Like you know you you have
- 17:49Speaker 1: a great music video, people are going to download it,
- 17:51Speaker 1: like any of those types of things. Um, you are
- 17:55Speaker 1: punished for doing well. So like I did well in
- 17:58Speaker 1: the first competition and then I became the biggest threat
- 18:02Speaker 1: and then they decide they don't want to keep you on. However,
- 18:05Speaker 1: how can you knowing your because it's a family show.
- 18:08Speaker 1: It's not like Housewives where your kids don't watch it.
- 18:10Speaker 1: How can you go in and be like, wow, I'm
- 18:12Speaker 1: gonna throw it? Yeah, like it was, I couldn't do that.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Well you yeah, Well, here's the thing. If it's all
- 18:20Speaker 1: about getting out the highest, it's almost like survivor, right,
- 18:23Speaker 1: you want to get out whoever you think is gonna win. No. Yes,
- 18:28Speaker 1: but there's a social game and there's a physical game.
- 18:30Speaker 1: But you are a threat, Teddy. I think you're a
- 18:33Speaker 1: complete threat. But I mean it definitely was went up
- 18:36Speaker 1: against the UFC fighter chick. Yeah, I mean it was. No,
- 18:41Speaker 1: we haven't. Oh no, you hold onto champagne bottles and
- 18:44Speaker 1: hanging spended and then you're in stirrups and then they
- 18:49Speaker 1: throw first it's gold caviar, then it's cheetos, then it's glitter.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Then they move it around like it is complete insanity.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Then you go into the else. You have no phone,
- 19:02Speaker 1: no nothing, no contact with your family. The only thing
- 19:04Speaker 1: that you're told is if something goes wrong in your life,
- 19:07Speaker 1: that's like will ruin your life, will let you know.
- 19:10Speaker 1: But that doesn't that it's it, so hold on. You
- 19:12Speaker 1: literally have to put the phone like there's zero phone
- 19:16Speaker 1: for how long well I was in Well, I was
- 19:18Speaker 1: in quarantine for seven days where I was allowed to
- 19:20Speaker 1: have the phone in quarantine. That's not that big. But
- 19:23Speaker 1: that's before I knew who was on Big Brother. But
- 19:25Speaker 1: I was in the Big Brother house. I left on
- 19:27Speaker 1: my eleventh night with no phone. No no, no, no, no,
- 19:31Speaker 1: no no. So eleven days you did not speak to
- 19:34Speaker 1: one human outside of that house. Correct asked me again
- 19:37Speaker 1: if I would ever do this time at the freaking
- 19:43Speaker 1: not unless they paid you five mil right, And he's like,
- 19:48Speaker 1: there's no way you're doing that. Ever. You have a
- 19:50Speaker 1: favorite in the house, Carson Presley is so hilarious like him,
- 19:55Speaker 1: I love him, crying laughing. Cynthia Bailey was you know,
- 19:59Speaker 1: I hold her directly. I'm like, when I watched you
- 20:01Speaker 1: on Girls Trip, I was a little worried when I
- 20:03Speaker 1: saw you when I first walked in. But she was
- 20:05Speaker 1: really great because here's a little Debbie Downer. For some
- 20:09Speaker 1: reason on the Girl's Trip, she was just not in
- 20:12Speaker 1: her elements. Something like must have struck her the wrong
- 20:15Speaker 1: way when we got there, like she wasn't feeling comfortable
- 20:19Speaker 1: or she felt everyone else was kind of like grouping up.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I don't know what it was, but something she got
- 20:25Speaker 1: in her head, something she got, you know, she and
- 20:28Speaker 1: she didn't see herself. I meant back, I think, I
- 20:31Speaker 1: mean I wasn't there, but like watching it, it looked
- 20:34Speaker 1: like she thought she was going to go in and
- 20:36Speaker 1: be best friends with Kenya. And then Kenya like got
- 20:38Speaker 1: along really well with you and Kyle, and then you
- 20:41Speaker 1: could tell she got in her head about it. And
- 20:42Speaker 1: then once you get in your head and there's cameras there,
- 20:44Speaker 1: it's really hard to get out of it. It is.
- 20:47Speaker 1: It is because you're in that funk and you're in
- 20:49Speaker 1: that mode and you feel like everyone's against you, and
- 20:52Speaker 1: like did the producers do this? Are they making her
- 20:54Speaker 1: do that? Like you overthink it and I think that's
- 20:57Speaker 1: like totally what happened to her on the Girl's Trip.
- 20:59Speaker 1: But she was I mean, she came in and she
- 21:01Speaker 1: was really like like I took care of all of us,
- 21:04Speaker 1: Like she cooked for us every day, Like she was
- 21:08Speaker 1: really nice, and like I was like waiting for her
- 21:10Speaker 1: to like throw it in her face after what I want,
- 21:12Speaker 1: and she never did. Like she was funny, she was nice.
- 21:15Speaker 1: She didn't like any time that I actually got to
- 21:18Speaker 1: like have my makeup on, she would do my eyelashes
- 21:21Speaker 1: like she was really, Oh, is that why your eyelashes
- 21:24Speaker 1: look good on the way out? Yeah, so she was
- 21:29Speaker 1: she can't put her own eyelashes on. Well, it would
- 21:31Speaker 1: stress me out to be in that house and know
- 21:35Speaker 1: that I wanted to do good. But doing good would
- 21:38Speaker 1: I would be pretty would be really stressful for me,
- 21:41Speaker 1: Like I wouldn't know how to handle that. I also
- 21:43Speaker 1: want you to you guys, to imagine housewife confessional, but
- 21:48Speaker 1: at three in the morning, after you've already been asleep
- 21:50Speaker 1: for two hours, just they're gonna go, uh, there's because
- 21:54Speaker 1: also it's not a human that talks to you. It's
- 21:56Speaker 1: a button that's like celebrity big brother button that was
- 21:58Speaker 1: like a trip dud d. I need you to go
- 22:02Speaker 1: to the diary room downstairs, and I'd feel like huh
- 22:07Speaker 1: and the three in the time for your interview and
- 22:10Speaker 1: you like go up, like there's one interview that's everywhere.
- 22:12Speaker 1: I have my hair on my head, no bra and
- 22:14Speaker 1: a wife beater, and I'm like this, I don't know that.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm not gonna The Girl's Trip for
- 22:22Speaker 1: me was like dramatic because it was twenty four seven
- 22:26Speaker 1: mics and cameras. You couldn't get away from them like
- 22:29Speaker 1: you can ask Kyle. We felt violated, like in every
- 22:33Speaker 1: aspect they were there in the shower, they were there
- 22:35Speaker 1: like constantly, So we definitely felt like, holy crap, like
- 22:41Speaker 1: I couldn't even imagine. I found a couple of questions
- 22:53Speaker 1: that you might be able to answer. Okay, Um, who
- 22:57Speaker 1: do you have the most fun with out of the
- 22:59Speaker 1: cast the most fun with? I would say, Um, it's
- 23:08Speaker 1: a tough one. I mean, would be nobody shade, Um, No,
- 23:14Speaker 1: I you know what, I do A lot of events
- 23:15Speaker 1: with Margaret, I would say, Margaret and I had have
- 23:18Speaker 1: had a lot of fun like girls nights, and we've
- 23:21Speaker 1: definitely had I would say, Margaret. Well, that brings us
- 23:24Speaker 1: to the next listener question, why are you so loyal
- 23:27Speaker 1: to Margaret? It's not about being loyal, it's just about listen.
- 23:32Speaker 1: She hasn't done anything to hurt me. He is not
- 23:35Speaker 1: an evil person. She's a good person. A lot of
- 23:37Speaker 1: the things that she does says a lot of the
- 23:40Speaker 1: questions that she has is truly out of concern. I
- 23:44Speaker 1: feel like she's a little bit more experienced than the
- 23:46Speaker 1: rest of us. She's been married a couple of times.
- 23:49Speaker 1: She's a little older than the rest of us. Like,
- 23:51Speaker 1: I feel like she is truly Um you know, I
- 23:54Speaker 1: call her dynasty because she's the world's perfect housewife. She's like, ah,
- 24:00Speaker 1: like she inserts her evil laugh and she you know,
- 24:03Speaker 1: but she's Chattie Cathy. She's that woman that's like she
- 24:07Speaker 1: wakes up in the morning, she has her coffee and
- 24:08Speaker 1: she's ready to chat. Do you know what I mean?
- 24:10Speaker 1: She knows everything, so she phone calls, not texts. Yes,
- 24:16Speaker 1: she must be old. She knows me by now. She
- 24:23Speaker 1: knows Like with me, it's like I don't talk on
- 24:25Speaker 1: the phone as much as you do. I love you
- 24:27Speaker 1: to death, but like, don't call me. Don't call me
- 24:30Speaker 1: unless somebody, unless you've got really good but it just
- 24:34Speaker 1: text me there. So does anybody talk to Caroline anymore?
- 24:39Speaker 1: Man's how Yeah? Um, not really. I I just filmed
- 24:43Speaker 1: I found a small little TV thing with her not
- 24:46Speaker 1: long ago. Yeah. She's doing great. She's doing great. I
- 24:50Speaker 1: love her, I love her family. I think she's awesome.
- 24:53Speaker 1: And then uh, I just saw Jennifer's post. But there's
- 24:58Speaker 1: a lot of talk about the nose job. Jennifer has
- 25:02Speaker 1: it settled. I know you can't talk about this season,
- 25:05Speaker 1: but what are your thoughts on it? And what if
- 25:07Speaker 1: your husband was a plastic surgeon, would you ever not
- 25:10Speaker 1: go to him? I don't think she should have went
- 25:12Speaker 1: to Turkey. I mean, first of all, I thought it
- 25:13Speaker 1: was a little duh. I mean, your husband's a plastic surgeon,
- 25:17Speaker 1: So even if you don't want him, okay to do
- 25:20Speaker 1: your nose. I am sure he has some great plastic
- 25:24Speaker 1: surgeon friends that he knows that are highly recommended, that
- 25:30Speaker 1: are in his circle of surgeons, Like, why are we
- 25:34Speaker 1: flying to Turkey? And I've I've said this to her.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't think that was the best decision obviously.
- 25:40Speaker 1: They kind of like, you know, they scooped it out
- 25:42Speaker 1: too much on her and and you can't repair that, right,
- 25:45Speaker 1: You can't. You can't go back forwards, can you. She
- 25:48Speaker 1: did the chin thing too, which didn't work out for her.
- 25:52Speaker 1: It's just you know, she had it just didn't work out. Whatever.
- 25:55Speaker 1: She went to go here, he knows it was perfect
- 25:57Speaker 1: before I thought, no, she's a beautiful and I personally
- 26:01Speaker 1: liked how she looked, you know before. But it is
- 26:04Speaker 1: getting it's getting better. I guess it's like maybe the
- 26:07Speaker 1: swelling is going down. It takes you know, nose jobs
- 26:09Speaker 1: don't fully come full circle for like a full year too,
- 26:13Speaker 1: so it's getting a little better. When I saw her
- 26:16Speaker 1: last it wasn't as dramatic. I think when she was
- 26:18Speaker 1: filming it was like the first month. I don't care
- 26:21Speaker 1: how long it's gonna take. It's never gonna look good.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I said it. Sorry, I'm putting out there. I mean,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I suggest you for a little filler filler. Yeah, she's
- 26:29Speaker 1: gonna have to She's gonna have to build that bridge
- 26:31Speaker 1: back up because it looks like exact from what I heard.
- 26:35Speaker 1: She wanted to go um to one of my doctors
- 26:38Speaker 1: that I used and checked to have her have her
- 26:42Speaker 1: maybe fix it supposedly. So let me I think that
- 26:47Speaker 1: she was she was great before and she really didn't
- 26:49Speaker 1: need it. It's unfortunate. Okay, do you next question? Do
- 26:55Speaker 1: you watch Beverly Hills and OC or have you I
- 26:59Speaker 1: watched my Really Hills? Um? I watched last season? Yes,
- 27:03Speaker 1: oh see, I'm guilty. I do not okay, So I'll
- 27:07Speaker 1: only ask you in regards to Beverly Hills, Um, who
- 27:11Speaker 1: other than Kyle, who do you think you'd get along
- 27:14Speaker 1: best with on Beverly Hills Um on Beverly Hills currently, Like,
- 27:21Speaker 1: if I were on the show, who do I feel
- 27:23Speaker 1: like would be like my girl? Besides, but you can't
- 27:25Speaker 1: do Kyle, Yeah, believe it or not. I feel like, well,
- 27:31Speaker 1: I'm also friends with Erica, so I feel like I
- 27:33Speaker 1: want to say Erica, but I also want to say
- 27:35Speaker 1: Lisa Rerenna and I would just be like the party
- 27:37Speaker 1: chicks and we would have so much fun and we
- 27:39Speaker 1: would be so goofy together. So I think I'm gonna
- 27:43Speaker 1: say Lisa Wrenna or possibly Erica. Erica has a chill though,
- 27:46Speaker 1: so like Eric and I. Eric and I love each other,
- 27:48Speaker 1: like I love her, bunch of events with her. She's
- 27:50Speaker 1: super cool, love her, but she's very chill. So I
- 27:53Speaker 1: think a lot of people would meet Erica or like
- 27:56Speaker 1: see her persona on Instagram and like the show, Like
- 28:00Speaker 1: you know, she's a queen, right, She's like a queen
- 28:02Speaker 1: be type things. So laid back. He is so laid
- 28:07Speaker 1: back like she has She talks chill, she talks like
- 28:11Speaker 1: she's very late back. She is not a party girl
- 28:14Speaker 1: at all. So do I think I'd probably end up
- 28:17Speaker 1: party with Lisa Renna? That's what I think would happen
- 28:19Speaker 1: to me. And who do you think would do the
- 28:21Speaker 1: best on if they were to come to Jersey? Oh? Um,
- 28:28Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean I want to say Lisa again,
- 28:31Speaker 1: because she's loud and says it like it is and
- 28:33Speaker 1: like she could totally hang with us, because you know,
- 28:37Speaker 1: I think she could totally do it. Yeah, And I
- 28:41Speaker 1: feel like it's our one of our last questions. But
- 28:44Speaker 1: are you going to do any more songs? Everybody wants
- 28:47Speaker 1: to know when the next when the next one's coming out?
- 28:49Speaker 1: Are you going to do another one? What's planning? No?
- 28:52Speaker 1: I don't think so, I mean, never say never. But
- 28:55Speaker 1: and if I did, it would be for fun. I
- 28:56Speaker 1: always said if I ever did another song, I would
- 28:59Speaker 1: want it to be like like a fun which I
- 29:01Speaker 1: think Luanne just did this, but like a fun like
- 29:03Speaker 1: Christmas song or like something fun like. I don't take
- 29:06Speaker 1: it seriously, guys, it was, I will say at the time.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I still think the songs are really good. Every time
- 29:12Speaker 1: I listen I'm like, my ship is good, like they're good.
- 29:18Speaker 1: But like you know, that's such a hard, hard business,
- 29:21Speaker 1: especially coming from a housewife. Nobody wants to hear. Hey,
- 29:24Speaker 1: I'm a housewife and I can sing. It's now actually,
- 29:27Speaker 1: like you know, it's a it's like a funny thing obviously, Um,
- 29:31Speaker 1: but Jennifer Lope has asked you to do a song
- 29:33Speaker 1: with her. I don't know. If the Queen herself asked
- 29:39Speaker 1: me for something, then she shall receive. Let me consider
- 29:43Speaker 1: it much? How much? Um? It was funny. I actually
- 29:49Speaker 1: was out to dinner with Christina Aguilera once and she
- 29:51Speaker 1: was like, I love your music. You need to make
- 29:55Speaker 1: another song, you need to sing more like you are great.
- 29:57Speaker 1: And she was like just looking at me, and I'm
- 29:59Speaker 1: like maybe serious, Like I just kept looking at her
- 30:04Speaker 1: in her eyes, but like she's like, I'm serious, Like
- 30:07Speaker 1: why are you stopping. I'm like, girl, when you get
- 30:09Speaker 1: on a track with me, that's when you are you
- 30:13Speaker 1: ready for I'm like, no, how serious are you about
- 30:16Speaker 1: what you're saying? So you know, the rumor is gonna
- 30:19Speaker 1: be Melissa Gorga says she's doing a track with Christina
- 30:22Speaker 1: Aguilera that's will be the backup dancer. Yeah, and Tamers
- 30:28Speaker 1: the backup dancer exactly like our Fiber one commercial. That
- 30:33Speaker 1: was one of the great guys, That was one of
- 30:34Speaker 1: the great Well, Melissa, we appreciate you doing on so much.
- 30:40Speaker 1: You guys have to listen to her podcast, Melissa Gorga
- 30:44Speaker 1: on Display. We we appreciate you, we love you, and
- 30:47Speaker 1: we cannot wait for this season. It's already so good. Yes,
- 30:51Speaker 1: it's good. It's good, So keep watching. It's so good
- 30:54Speaker 1: to see you guys. Can you tease anything for us?
- 30:56Speaker 1: Is there anything like you want to give us? Alert
- 30:59Speaker 1: us on too so that we keep watching? Yeah, definitely.
- 31:02Speaker 1: I just feel like it's it's definitely one of those
- 31:05Speaker 1: seasons that's going to remind you of the beginning. We
- 31:07Speaker 1: definitely throw a lot. There's a lot of violence there,
- 31:10Speaker 1: which no, I don't like that as much. But it's
- 31:14Speaker 1: definitely one of those crazy, like knockdown type seasons. We
- 31:19Speaker 1: have some of those and sometimes we don't, but this
- 31:21Speaker 1: is definitely one of those. And it's huge on like relationships,
- 31:25Speaker 1: huge relationships season. They dig into everyone's relationships. So it's
- 31:30Speaker 1: great season. More family coming at you from Jersey, So
- 31:34Speaker 1: we love it. Thanks for us entertained. Of course, thank
- 31:38Speaker 1: you guys. It's so good, Thank god to see you. Okay,
- 31:41Speaker 1: bye bye, She's so sweet. That was so fun with Melissa.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Don't forget jerseys on Tuesdays.
