SPEAKER_00: Yesterday, Simon give a seminar before the mission.
• 0:07
  SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's one of the words or something over here.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: What exactly he was there?
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: So what do we do?
• 0:43
SPEAKER_00: We've been through a couple of his examples now to Michael's eyes.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: What if he's bringing the bottom of eighth?
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: He's been out of eighth and eighth and how many does he have to bring how many pieces of wood?
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: Leave me greasy and he has to bring two blocks of wood.
• 0:54
  SPEAKER_00: Levina.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: What if he's been out of?
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna bring Levina to the base of make that shit.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: Frankincense, if that does anything for you.
• 1:00
  SPEAKER_00: So Levina Levchmi Kaime.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: The minimum share of Levaina is gonna be a commissive kaimis of Levina.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, it says the Mishnah Hamishha.
• 1:07
  SPEAKER_00: Come on, someheim.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: There are five halochis as it relates to uh to a levina to uh kmitsa.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_00: There are five nafaminas it makes in aloha, five times where we find this idea of a khmitsa.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: One of these five things.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: By the way, there's a separate zap like a carbon levaina.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: No, it's not a general thing, but you could take upon yourself to just bring Levina to the base of Migdash.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring a kmitza levaina, and that was your carbon of Levaina.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see that's the minimum something you can bring to the base of Migdash, but and it's gonna come up today as well as well again.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that it doesn't have to be brought along only in the places we see by minochas or by the Lechmaponim, etc.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: You could also just take upon yourself Allah Levaina.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: So Allah Levina, how much you have to bring?
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: So he has a Yovima comment to Levina.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: The math of Lavina he has to bring along with it is a kaymits of Levoina.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: Hamale is a chemitz bachut.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: That's uh Isra, obviously, a chief caris.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: So if he's male bachutz, so how much do you have to how much do you have to be male bachutz outside the basement ignorance in order to be chaib?
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: A kaimit, that's gonna be the shirat that you're gonna be chaiv on.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: Shne bazichin, that's the two bazichin levaina by the lecham apanim, which we know is considered a karban mincha.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: So the lecham aponim, which is the big karman mincha.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: So that's so that comes along with the baina.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: So the two bazikilvaina, tune in sneik matzim, it needs to comeatze him.
• 2:32
  SPEAKER_00: Hare alaizov.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: So that's as it relates to the five different alakhas we have about the shear of a kaimnas.
• 2:38
  SPEAKER_00: Harealizab.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: Someone who takes upon himself, I'm gonna bring gold to the base of Mikdash.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: So what is the shear?
• 2:43
  SPEAKER_00: And he didn't specify.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: So what's the shear he has to bring?
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring at least a diner's of kesef.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: If he takes upon himself silver, lo eif chas me diner kasef.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_00: In a case where he takes upon himself nechhoshes, so it's not gonna be diner nechoys.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Um that would be too little, it's not really a thing.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: So loev chis me maw kesef.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: So he has to bring a ma of silver, but worth of copper.
• 3:06
  SPEAKER_00: That's the shear.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: We take we talk about it in terms of the worth of silver, but it's really gonna be copper that he's gonna be bringing to be Mekai Mizchaif.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_00: Pirashti Vene dema pirashti.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: What if he says I specified?
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: So again, this is all the case if he says I took upon myself gold.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: But he didn't say how much.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: So what's the minimum shear?
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: We always go after the minimum shear, as we're gonna see.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: But again, any of these cases, when he said pirashti, I was mefarish how much, but I don't know how much I was mefarish.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: Then we always have to go the khumra.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: So we saw the last case is what the khumra is gonna be.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: As relates to I don't know which animal, we have to go the khumra for the animals.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: As relates to I don't know the amount, 60.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi said as we saw, 60 different 60s, right?
• 3:37
  SPEAKER_00: A one to sixty.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that's when he was mefarish.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: When he's not mefarish, that's the common theme of all these mishinais, and that's very important for today's daff as well.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: When he's not mefarish, you go to the minimum.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: You go to the minimum sure.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: When he's mefarish it, veini demha pirash, I don't know how much, then you have to go the humra over here.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: You have to go to the maximum amount.
• 3:53
  SPEAKER_00: So pirash, veined.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: So, how do you do the maximum amount of I'll bring gold to the base of what?
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring all the gold in the world?
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, maybe actually kachniskavanti.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: The way we do it is you bring an amount until it's the amount that you said, nah.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: That much for sure I wasn't another.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: So I don't know, how much do you think you would have said?
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: Would you have said a million dollars?
• 4:11
  SPEAKER_00: No, for sure not.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, so do less.
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_00: Uh 500,000?
• 4:14
  SPEAKER_00: For sure not.
• 4:14
  SPEAKER_00: A hundred thousand, maybe.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, so you have to go find that number until that's the number that you said, nah.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: That number for sure, I said I didn't say that I was gonna bring.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: Tanurabhan, says the Mishnah, says the Gemar, like this, starting off with the Braissa.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_00: Karbon.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: So this is as it relates to, it says about karbon minha.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: This teaches me carbon in the pasik is referring to eitzim.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: It teaches me that you could be Minadiv Aitzim and bring eitzim as your carbon.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: How much do you have to bring?
• 4:41
  SPEAKER_00: Shneik Ziren.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring at least two blocks of wood.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: This is where we see in the postuk that it refers to aitsim as a carbon.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: That there could be such a thing as a carbonate sim.
• 4:53
  SPEAKER_00: It's very interesting.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: It's like the carbon levoina we just learned about as well.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: You could be in the menade of levaina today, something there's so two eight sim.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: You can bring a carbonate sim.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: We have an illusion in the postic to it.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: So we see aidim are called a carbon.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: Rebbi, I mean Rebi says eitim carbonate.
• 5:06
  SPEAKER_00: Not a machikus.
• 5:07
  SPEAKER_00: Rabbit's just expanding.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: From the fact that we see that aitsim is a carbon.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_00: Therefore, tun in melach.
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_00: It needs melach.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: As we know every single carbon needs melech.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: So if it's a carbon, then you gotta assault it.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: You gotta bring melech along with your carbonate sim.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Not only that, your carbon eight sim that you're bringing needs hagosha as well.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: You bring it close to the misbehak, hagosha to the misbehak like a regular carbon mincha.
• 5:29
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: Because this pask is learned out of a carbon mincha.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: And so we see what type of carbon specifically is your carbonate sim, it's considered a mincha.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered a mincha, then it needs hagosha as well.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: And amar of papa uh amar rabba rabba said it with divri rabi.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: According to Rabbi, that says that it's mammish considered like a carbon mincha, then ate sim tuning kmitza.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: Then you actually have to take a kmitsa from the aid sim.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: You have to take a little bit as a kmitsa from the ait sim, try to figure that one out.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: And if it's a carbon mincha, then you have to take a kmitsa as well.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Amar of paper and papa says, well, divri rabbi, by the way, aitzim trichim aitsim.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: According to Rabbi, aitsim need ait sim, meaning it's mamish a carbon aidsim.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: So you have to put, where do you put up a carbon?
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: On aitsim, on the marak, but you put it on other aid sim, because the eight sim are the burning the carbon.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: So if the carbon itself is eight him, so the aid sim need aitesim under it to burn it, and that would be what comes out of this carbon aitzim levaina.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: So we saw in the Mishnah that if you took upon yourself levaina to bring, so how what's the minimum shear?
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring a kaimates of Levaina.
• 6:24
  SPEAKER_00: Minal.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: And it says how do we know that the minimum shear of a of levaina is gonna be a km uh khmitzah or a kimates?
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: So dichim, because the pasik says, So what do we see over here?
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: This pasik is obviously talking about a carbon mincha.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: So makish levaina la ramadamincha.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: So we have a hekash between levaina and what you're being made in, the harama part of the mincha.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: What are you being made in?
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: What are you taking out of the what are you picking up and taking out of the karbon mincha?
• 6:49
  SPEAKER_00: That's the khmitsa.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: So we have a hekish between the levina and the kmitza of minimincha.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: Ma'a ramadamincha kaimits, just like the amount that you take out of a mincha is a khmitsa.
• 6:56
  SPEAKER_00: It's a kimit.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: So af Levina nami kimit.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: So we know the minimum shear for levaina when you're taking upon him yourself and bringing levaina separately is going to be a kimit.
• 7:05
  SPEAKER_00: Tonarabana Bresa.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: Someone who takes upon himself something to the misbehag.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: Wasn't the fire shot, it could be anything.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: So what does he have to bring?
• 7:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yov levaina.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring Levaina why?
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: She in the khadavershik carb the gabi misbeh, a la levain.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: Because there's nothing else that's cool like kolil that's completely to the misbeh besides for Lavaina.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: Lavina goes completely to the misbehag.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: So if you took upon yourself something limizbeach, it sounds like something that's fully gonna go to the misbeach, not part of it to the Khanin.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, we're gonna say it's gonna be Levoina.
• 7:35
  SPEAKER_00: Pirashtu viened pirashtu.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: What if he says I was misbarish?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: Something to the misbehak, but I don't know what.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: Then again, we go La Kumra, Yabi Min Kal Damash Karva the gamzbeh, he has to bring every type of thing that possibly would go to the misbehag.
• 7:47
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: Levoina is the only thing that's fully to the Mizbeach and no other part uh goes anywhere else, really?
• 7:54
  SPEAKER_00: What about eyelash?
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: It's cool like a right what about an eyelash?
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: The skins of the ayla actually go to the kehanim, so it's not cool in the misbeh.
• 8:11
  SPEAKER_00: What about eyelashaif?
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but ika muravanutzah that don't go on the misbeh.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: That's the crop and the feathers.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: That part to the eyelas'aif, even though it's something that we think of even more colour than a regular oylah, it still has some parts that don't go on the misbehag.
• 8:24
  SPEAKER_00: What about nasachim?
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: You pour the nasahim into the sheetin, right?
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: You pour it uh fully on the misbeh.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but they go down into the depths, it doesn't stay around the misbehag.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: It goes down the sheetin where the pipes, David Amalach, the whole story as we know.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: But the point is the sheetin goes out to the tahaimis, and that doesn't stay by the misbehag, so that's why it's not considered something that's uh fully in the misbehag.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: What about the minchas nisakim?
• 8:46
  SPEAKER_00: We mentioned that yesterday.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: That's the mincha that there's no kmitzah why is there no kmitza?
• 8:49
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's kulay kalil.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: The entire thing goes in the misbehag, and that part there's nothing left over.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: So that fully is the misbeh, said Zagamar.
• 8:54
  SPEAKER_00: You're right, that's a good one.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: But the reason we didn't say minhas nisakh is caven, the ika mincha de achli qayanimi no.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: Since there are other types of minachas that Kayanim do eat the Shirai, so even though you found one type of mincha that's kulay kalil, so since there's other types of minochas, so it's in a category.
• 9:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's not leipzikale, it's not like a clear-cut thing because it's not a karma mincha.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: There are minhas yeah, minochas no, and therefore that's why we didn't say that one says the reason why every levina was every karma.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: Every karma that goes on the misbehair has uh levino.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: No, levaina by itself is the only thing that goes to the misbehav.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: He took upon himself, we're not sure, right?
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: He said he said, Allah misbeh, I'm taking upon myself something something to the misbehav.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: So we try to find something that's fully to the misbehav.
• 9:41
  SPEAKER_00: What is that levainah?
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: We tried saying, what about this?
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: What about that?
• 9:44
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gimmar, Omr Blazar, or rather, according to Mishnah, realize zob la if kas midner zab.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: What's the minimum shear for zob if he takes upon himself?
• 9:52
  SPEAKER_00: Gold?
• 9:53
  SPEAKER_00: Adinozob.
• 9:53
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gimar Vim Vidumasvah.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_00: Maybe meant like a bar of gold, right?
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: Which is less, by the way, than a diner zab, that's the point.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: And we're trying to find the minimum shear.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Again, he didn't say pirashti kama.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: He said stam, rea la zov.
• 10:04
  SPEAKER_00: So what's the minimum?
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: So we said diner zov, vidama nasa, maybe naska, which is actually less.
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_00: He said a matbea.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: So the minimum shear of a matbea of gold is gonna be dinazov.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: Vidin Vidomma priti maybe meant like a prutha, which is smaller than a diner.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: So amr a papa, priti didably in she people don't make prutois made out of gold, and therefore the minimum, coin, that is, gold, is gonna be a diner's of.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: Kesef, blave khes me diner.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: Again, maybe meant a bar, which is smaller, a bar of silver.
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: So amr, the beah.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: He said coin Vidoma priti, amar of share, should be a saka pretty khaza.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: But it's a place where it's not they don't really make silver prutois, and that's why the minimum share is gonna be the prutar the diner of gold.
• 10:43
  SPEAKER_00: Silver.
• 10:44
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 10:46
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: I guess I'm the entry, but we're talking about a case where they don't we're talking about a case where they don't mean gold, lay out the entry.
• 10:55
  SPEAKER_00: No one makes that.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: Silver, maybe I have some places that do, but we're talking about a place where they don't.
• 11:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:00
  SPEAKER_00: It's Metsin's.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: Gold they never make such a thing.
• 11:04
  SPEAKER_00: Silver, you're right.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: Take it, maybe somewhere they make it, but over here they don't.
• 11:07
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 11:09
  SPEAKER_00: Um Tanya.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: So we saw sorry, sorry, Nechoishes.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: So we saw what was the next case in the Mishnah?
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_00: Nechoishes.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: So the minimum share is gonna be a Ma'okesiv of Nehoish.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: So Tanya Belas Mina, Laiv Khos mitsinuraktan, shonekhoshes.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: What's the minimum amount of copper you could bring if you were not of copper?
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_00: So it's a tsinuraktan, it's a little copper tweezer.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna use that for?
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: Some Rabiah by says, Sh machatit and ba psilois and mikan chimal nehras.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: What you did with it was you would clean the psilas from the minira, you would change the naerois, you would use that copper uh tweezer for such an avaida, and that's why it's able to be used for something.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: That's the minimum that you could bring if you're Manadev, copper.
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_00: Barzel.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: What if you take upon yourself?
• 11:52
  SPEAKER_00: Barzel, metal, iron.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: So this part wasn't in the Mishnah, but Tanya Achirim Amr Machairim, otherwise known as her mayor, says.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: And the Bach says over here, the howymer alight Barzel.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: Someone who takes upon himself, Barza, how much do you have to bring?
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: Lo Yif kais me Kalya Oiriv.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring a kalya oyriv, which was uh a piece they used to put with like nails on the back, iron nails made of barzo, and the point of it was to put on the top of the hejel so birds won't land there.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Kind of what we have today, you know exactly what it is.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: And therefore they put us to put that on top of the hejel so birds won't uh won't stay there and do their thing.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: So that is the minimum sure.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: That's the something you could use, that's the minimum you could use uh iron or metal for in the base of English for Kama.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: So how much of this do you have to bring?
• 12:32
  SPEAKER_00: So Amarib.
• 12:33
  SPEAKER_00: It's an ama-ama.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring an ama on an ama of this uh contraption.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Some say some had this whole exchange brought down just a little bit differently that it started in the reverse.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Loyf clays me amah mama.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring a minimum an ammo, uh, ama by ammo of it.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: What in the world would you use that for?
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: Amribiya said the kalib, you would use it for this contraption to put on top of the hihub with nails out of it to stop the burns, says the Mishnah Viter.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: Hareola Yain, someone who takes upon himself wine.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna bring wine to the basement.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So what's the minimum shear?
• 13:03
  SPEAKER_00: Three lugin.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_00: Shemon, if he takes upon himself oil, loif chos me like the minimum shear is going to be one lug, not three.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi I Mirabi says no, shemin is gonna be the same thing as yayin.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_00: That's shleishalugin.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Just like by wine you have to bring three, so two by oil you have to bring three, and one is very much telling in the other, as we're gonna see in the Gemar.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_00: Pirashimina Pirashti.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: Now, if he says I was mefarish, how much, but I don't know how much I said, then you're done for.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: Yabi Kiyomi Ruba, you have to bring the amount that's gonna be befitting for the busiest day in the Besamgdash.
• 13:32
  SPEAKER_00: What is that?
• 13:33
  SPEAKER_00: Zakterashi Mefarish the Gemar.
• 13:34
  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see soon.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: Tonaban, we have a brace.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: So Ezrach, the poslik by Nisakim.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: Again, Essachim is always wine, except for on sukis, you have uh Nisucha Mayim.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_00: But generally the wine.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: So, how much wine does he have to bring if he if he was minadh of wine?
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: We said in the Mishnah, the minimum is gonna be shalugin, it's gonna be three lug of wine.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: So, what do we learn from here?
• 13:53
SPEAKER_00: So we have a brace that expands.
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_00: Tonabhan Ezrach.
• 13:55
  SPEAKER_00: It says Bainesahim Ezrach.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: That teaches us that you can be menadav yain.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_00: Stam to the basam migdash.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: Generally, nisachim are brought along with carbonas.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: But by the way, just like you have a special interesting thing as a carbon uh levaina and a carbon ate sim, you have a carbon yain.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: You can bring just wine and be menadivid as nisakim in the basement migdash.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_00: And that's what we learn out of Ezrach.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: The Kaama, what's the minimum shear of that?
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be three lugun.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: Uminaishim, not so how do we know that if you want to bring more, bring barrels of it, you could.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: It says yeah, which teaches us you could even meist if more than Schleishalugin.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: Yachol Yifchis, I would think maybe less than Schleishalugin.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: No, that's the minimum shear because Tamilimir Kaha.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: It says kacha like this, not less, not less than three lugin.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: Sheman, loivchas mina log, every oimer slash lugin.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: So as relates to oil being made out of oil, so we saw a machelik in the Mishnah.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: One is the minimum shear according to Tanakama.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi said it's going to be three just like wine.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: But what is the machlikus between Rabbi and the Rabbanan?
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: So Amur Rabanik committed Raf Papa.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: The Rabbanat said over before of Papa that I'll tell you what the machlik is between Rabbi and the Rabbanan.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: Meaning again, the Rabbin say, or Tanakama says one is the minimum of a shaman, and Rebbi says it's three just like wine.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: The machlik is bidun me no mina, bidun me na ve ukebaasr.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: The machikas says whether you say dain me no mina or dain mina ve ukeba'sr.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: And so what do these words mean?
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: This comes up many times in chassis, but da'minah, if you're learning one thing from the other, do we say you have to learn it exactly like it is over there?
• 15:18
SPEAKER_00: So if you're learning A from B, then everything has to come along with all the same allahs as it is from B.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: And it has to be ma'amsh the same thing.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna learn that this aloha applies, not only does this aloha apply, it applies with all the other allahs and all the uh limitations and requirements that come along from where you're learning it from.
• 15:34
  SPEAKER_00: That's daymin'a, ummirah.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: Learn it from there, umina, and from there, you learn all the allahs along with it.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: Dain mina vi ukiba asrin means you're learning from there, you're learning that the concept applies, that you have such aloha.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: Daimina, that you learn from there.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to the limitations and requirements of the new place you're learning it to, uki baasrin.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: You apply it to its place, it has its own shakanah.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna carry along with all the other aloachas.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: That is the ma'aks between Rebi and the Rabban over here.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: Rabbanan savri dain minomi no.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: Rabban hold the way you learn it.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: Again, way you learn what.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: We said one is intertwined, right?
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: The shemin, the fact that you could be menade of shemin is learnt from the fact that you could be menade of wine for an isakha.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, do we have to say that it's mamish the same thing with the same amounts or not?
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: So the Rabban said it's not the same amount.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: Shemin, you could bring one.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: One is the minimum shear.
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_00: Because they hold Dainmin.
• 16:23
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, sorry, sorry.
• 16:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:26
  SPEAKER_00: Minadh.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: It's not learned from Yain, it's learned from Minnachus, it's learned from a minchah.
• 16:33
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what?
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: Therefore, the Rabban holds.
• 16:37
  SPEAKER_00: That ma'am mincham isnadiv.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: It's learned from uh mincha.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, just like by a minha's nadim, you could be Minadiv, and there's a concept of it.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: Av shaman amin isnadiv.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_00: There's a concept of being Minadiv, just shaman.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_00: Uminah.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: And then I also have to learn all the Allah, the same requirements.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: That Ma' Minchabalog, just like my Mincha, it's gonna be a loig of shaman.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: So to Av Shaman Malog, so too when you bring in shaman by itself, it's gonna be a leg of shaman.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: The rabi slab are dain me no of the uki basr.
• 17:00
  SPEAKER_00: Rabbi holds no.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: You learn it from there, yeah, but you apply its own requirements, its own limitations, its own shufalah, and therefore, dain mina of ukibiasra.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: Ma' mincha mesnadin, misnadvin, afsham, ma'am'adin.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: We learn it from mincha, that's daimin nah.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: Just like mincha, you can be manadav, so too shaman you can be minadiv.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: Ukibasra, but it's gonna have different allochas.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: We apply it to its own place.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: That kin issachim, it's gonna be just like Nisakim, that ma isakim slowish lug and afshem and nami switches lugan has to be three just like Nisakim, and it's not gonna have the same Shachunarh of Mincha that we're learning it from.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: So Amr Luh of Papa.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: So Papa said, Imi Mincha Gamala, I don't understand.
• 17:33
  SPEAKER_00: Imi Mincha Gamela Rebbi.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: If Rebbi's learning it, really learning it from Mincha, then the Kuli Amalai Plighi doin minomina.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: Then I can tell you that really everyone agrees, even Rebbe agrees, Dain me no ominah.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: That we have to say dain mina umina, and if that was the Mikar, then Rebbi would be masking that the minimum shear is one because we're learning it from Mincha where the minimum shear is one, and we're gonna say doin me no mina, he's gonna agree.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: But that's not where Rebbi learns it from.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: El A Rebbi me ezrah gamrilo.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Rebbe learns it straight from the word Ezra.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: He learns it from Nisakim directly, and if he learns it from Nisakha Yain directly, that's why Rebbe holds the minimum shear is three.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: Because he's not learning it from Mincha, Minha is a parallel to Nisakim, no, he's learning it straight from the sachem.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: He's learning shemin from Yain.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, just like Yain the minimum is three, so too, shemin, the minimum is three, and that's what's going on over here.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: So Umar Layrav Hunabrayadman, me to me, Mautz-Azamr Talhi, can he really say that Rebbe's learning it straight from Nisakim from the word Ezra?
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: Milaman Shem is nadvin shemin.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: I learned from the word karban, which again is by what?
• 18:33
  SPEAKER_00: That's by a mincha.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: That's the previous one I think we were talking about.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: That it's learned from minchaman from uh shemun.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: But the point is, and then from we we learn it from Rebbi says, make it like Nisakum to make it three, but the but over here the Brahsa clearly says karbon, which is a word by mincha, we learn from minachis, and shaman.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: We learn from there that you can be minad of shaman.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: Saman Shaman Lay Damash Losh'Lugan, who is the Sheetah that holds that at the minimum is three?
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Rebbi.
• 18:58
  SPEAKER_00: That is Rebbe.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: Vikham Maisinamikarbon.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: And the Brahis Mifersha says that he's learning it from karbon, which is minach from mincha, and not straight from mesochim.
• 19:07
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore, we are.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: We do have to say it the way we said it originally that the muchalika says, Bedain me no minah, doin me no be ukibaasar.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: Not like you just tried suggesting that everyone agrees on doin me no minah, but rather regular as a different Mikar straight from the soh and that's not what's going on.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: I'm first telling you not that way.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: Sormal told him, back itanya, Tanya.
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_00: Era Fanami, you're right.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: If you have a Braissa, I can't argue with that you have a Braysah.
• 19:27
  SPEAKER_00: Pirashi me and Piraski.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: You find three Lugan Bayani.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be just like Nisha.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be part of parts of the thought.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: You're not putting it on the point.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: For some reason the Kamara's considering it a sochen.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: Like I'm taking it for granted.
• 20:14
  SPEAKER_00: What's a what's a shaman?
• 20:19
  SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: So the mission said by it.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: If you said I'm gonna bring, I'm gonna bring Nisakin, but he didn't say how much.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: How much does he have to bring?
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: Like the busiest day, enough for the busiest day in the base of Migdash.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: And Tana, we have a brass that explains that Kiyonta Barishan Show Kalias Bishabis.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be like the busiest day you could possibly think of with the most Nisakhin.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be the first day of Sukhis.
• 20:40
  SPEAKER_00: That's Khalias Bishabis.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: You have the most possible karbanas.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_00: You bring 70 parim, as we know, and there's a bunch of other cocktail carbonas.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: You can do the whole chajman, you're gonna come out to a lot of wine that you're gonna be high to the base of Mikdash.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_00: Hare Olay Oila.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: Someone who takes upon himself to bring a carbon oil.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: So again, we're in the cut, we're in the theme of these Mishnahis, is that he does he's not 100% clear on what he was Minnah.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: So what do we do?
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: So again, if Stami says oylas, so we figure out minimum shear.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: If he says I was mifarish, I don't know how much, we go maximum.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: The maximum you probably you could have meant.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_00: So Hare Olay Oila.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: If he says, I'm thinking upon myself the oil, so there could be different types of eyelash, right?
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: He could bring a kevas, he can bring uh birds even.
• 21:16
  SPEAKER_00: So you'll be keves.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: The minimum is gonna be a keves.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, specifically a keves, by the way, a zakhar, because the eyelas always has to be a zakr, not a kids song.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, he has to bring a kevast because that's the minimum uh oilo.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: That's the cheapest oilo you could possibly find.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: But as minazari oymer, I found cheaper.
• 21:32
  SPEAKER_00: Oy tar a benyana.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: You could actually bring a bird, because that's actually gonna be cheaper, and that could be an eyel as well.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: Pyrashi mina baker vein a priyashti I was mitfarh, so then I'm gonna be bringing from bakar, from like a cow, but I don't know which one.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: There could be a different type, right?
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: There could be a grown cow, a par a par, there could be a ben bakar, which is a younger one.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: It's the same concept, it's just one older, one younger.
• 21:51
  SPEAKER_00: So Yavi Parve Eagle.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: He actually has to bring par the eagle.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: Eagle is the young one, right?
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring a par and an eagle because he doesn't know exactly which one is mithars.
• 21:59
SPEAKER_00: Middle behemo, if he said.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna bring it from Behem, Veninama Pirashi.
• 22:01
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know which one.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: Yo vi parvaigal ayel soir, gidi utle.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring all the different combinations, any type of behema that could possibly be a carbonyl.
• 22:08
  SPEAKER_00: Pirashtiveninama pirashti.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: If he stam says pirashtiveninema pirashti, but he doesn't specify it was a behema, it could have even been uh uh oif, right?
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: So what does he have to bring?
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: So we know this already.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: Besides, for all those we just mentioned, he has to bring also the two different types of oifas, the tar or the many, and the many.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: If he takes upon himself, uh uh karbon toidah, zakrashi, oizeh, oyze, right?
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: The karm toidah or a karmon shlamim, but he doesn't say which one.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: So he has to bring the cheapest one, which is gonna be a kevas.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: Pirashi me a baker, the ininem apirashti.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_00: I said it's gonna be from the bakar, but I don't know which one I said, yovi par u para eigel ve eggla.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: And this over here, we just said the same thing as before.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: It's just we included the female as well, because for toido shlamim, it could also be the female version.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't only have to be a zakar.
• 22:52
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: So that's why he has to bring a par and a para and a egg and a egla.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: Mina behema minimum a pirashi.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: If he said from the behema, I don't know which one.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: Yovi paru para egg of the egla.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: Ailurchela, se iru se iera, gidiu, gidiya, tile, u tliya.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: So this is all the different uh zahar and a keba for each type of behema, because he was mefarish, he doesn't know which one.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: If he takes upon himself, then I'm gonna bring a shar to the basin English, he has to bring a shar and it's nisachim, and the total cost is bimone.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: It has to be worth a money.
• 23:20
  SPEAKER_00: Egel, yavi hunsach bihamish.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_00: If he says I'm gonna bring an egel, then the total cost has to be five slime.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: Ayul, yovi hunashabish, two slime.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: Keves, yavi hunasha biselah, that's gonna all cost a selah together.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: Shar bimana, what if he says I'm thinking about it myself to bring a shar that's worth a money?
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: So it's not that he could bring he can't bring along the shar and the nasachim that in total is uh is a money, because he said the shar itself is gonna be a money.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: So what does he have to do?
• 23:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yavi bimana chutzminashov.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring a shar that's actually worth a money without the nasachim that come along with it.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_00: Ega bahamish, yavi bhhamish chut minashov.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: Ayobishnaim, yavi bishanaim, chut minasakh, keves biselah, yavi bisela, chutz minasakov, self-explanatory.
• 23:57
  SPEAKER_00: Minasakov keves.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh shor bim manav a heavy snaim.
• 24:03
  SPEAKER_00: Bimane.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_00: What if he said I'm gonna bring a shar that costs a money?
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: And instead he brought two shvarim that total two a money.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: So that's not gonna be good.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: Loyatzi is not gonna be yitz.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: Because you brought two shvarim that each uh they might in total cost a money, but you said you're gonna bring one, gazunto one that costs a mana, and that's why you're not gonna be oit.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, says Lamishnah, Val filu zabachasudina, mezb manachasudin, each even if each one is mamish almost a mana by itself.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: So you brought almost double the amount that you said you're gonna bring in terms of value.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: You said one shore that's worth one mana, and you brought two shvarim, each one is worth almost a mana, it's not gonna be enough because you said you're gonna bring one shaw that's a full mana, each one is not a full mana, and that's why you're not gonna be yotz.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: Shoch, baby lum and you said you're gonna bring a black one, you brought a white one, or love and behavior shawa.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_00: The opposite, godl baby kotun, you said you're gonna bring a big one, you brought a small one.
• 24:47
  SPEAKER_00: Lo yatza.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_00: All these cases you're not gonna be y'itze.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_00: However, the last case, katan behavi, godl yatze.
• 24:52
  SPEAKER_00: This we saw yesterday.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: We referenced this part of the Mishnah yesterday.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: If you said I'm gonna bring a small shot and you brought a big one, you're gonna be yoitse according to Tanakhama.
• 24:59
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 24:59
  SPEAKER_00: Because Michal Mesayim money.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: You said small, you brought big.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: So michal big is small, small is included in the big one.
• 25:04
  SPEAKER_00: That's according to Tanakama.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: Rabbiama, this was Sheita Srabbi.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: We saw that Lo Yatse, you're not gonna be Yotze, because another day you said you're gonna bring a small one.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: You brought a big one, so shka for the big one.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: You have to also bring your small one.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: You said you're gonna say.
• 25:16
  SPEAKER_00: And they're not arguing.
• 25:16
  SPEAKER_00: Who's not arguing?
• 25:17
SPEAKER_00: So we're going back to the beginning of the Mishnah.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: This is the machlekis between the Tanakama and Rebelazim Azaria about what the cheapest oilo is.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: If you said Hare, alay Ilo, you gotta bring the cheapest one.
• 25:26
  SPEAKER_00: What's the cheapest one?
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: Tanakama said bring a kevas.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_00: Rebelazmin Azarya said you can bring a bird, because that's the cheapest isla.
• 25:31
  SPEAKER_00: So there's no machleikis.
• 25:32
  SPEAKER_00: The machleikis isn't which one's cheaper.
• 25:34
  SPEAKER_00: Markyaser, Markiasur.
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: Each one is going according to his town.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: Interesting to think, but the in what in in Rebelezminaza in the Tanakama's town, a kevis was actually cheaper than the bird.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: And they were each going according to their own.
• 25:48
  SPEAKER_00: Huh?
• 25:50
  SPEAKER_00: Well, there you go.
• 25:51
  SPEAKER_00: Marky Assur, Marky Assur.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: So something about and off.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: That are like oila beselah the misbehak.
• 25:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yovi keves.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: So someone someone who takes upon himself a oila besella.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring a kevas.
• 26:07
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 26:20
SPEAKER_00: If he says I was mefarish, what exactly it's gonna be?
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: That costs a cellar that I'm bringing on the mizbeh is an oilah but I don't know what I was mitharish.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: So he doesn't say it was gonna be a kevas.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: He said it was mefarish.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: Anything that could cost a cella that could go on the mizdeh.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: Then Yovim me called over Shikara Bisella, that got me mizdeh, he has to bring anything that can go on the mizdeh that costs a cellar.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_00: Pirashti, me na bocker may nama pirashi, par of a eagle.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_00: If he says I'm gonna bring an oila, and I know I was mitfarished, but it has to be from the buck or I don't know which one.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: So he has to bring both types.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: He has to bring a par and an eagle.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gumara Mahivalaesi, Parmi Manavshah.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_00: Let him bring a par, right?
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: What are the two options over here?
• 26:52
SPEAKER_00: A par or an eagle?
• 26:53
  SPEAKER_00: What's an eagle?
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: An eagle is just a young par.
• 26:55
SPEAKER_00: So if it brings a par, it's like katon mehevi gado.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: That's the case in the Mishnah we saw.
• 26:59
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: He's a smaller one and he brought a bigger one.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: So let him bring a parmimon of shah.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: And Michalal Bihlama Sayyamana, right?
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: It's included already in his, even if he meant really an eagle.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: Even if he really said an eagle, she'd have for bringing a bigger one.
• 27:11
  SPEAKER_00: You were Yoitse.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_00: So Gemara Homani Rebbi he.
• 27:13
  SPEAKER_00: Obvious answer.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: You want to know why it doesn't work?
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: There's a shietis rebi that we just learned.
• 27:17
  SPEAKER_00: Damar katon heavy godalayatsa.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: That you can't just bring a bigger one.
• 27:20
  SPEAKER_00: We don't say.
• 27:21
  SPEAKER_00: We don't say that.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: Actually, if you said katan and you brought a bigger one, you're not gonna be Yoitse.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gamara, eat Rebi.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: If that part of the mission is really Rebbe, how could that be?
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: Imasefa, let's see the Sefa.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_00: And we're just gonna read the mission again.
• 27:30
  SPEAKER_00: Sure, Bimana Vehivesnai.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: Even if each one was almost a money, you're not gonna be Yoit's.
• 27:41
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 27:41
  SPEAKER_00: That was a Tanakama.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: That kotan Vihevi Godel Lo Yotza, you're not gonna sorry, Godel Vehavi.
• 27:47
  SPEAKER_00: Where am I?
• 27:48
  SPEAKER_00: Kotan baby goddel yatza.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: If you brought a katan and then you said koton and you brought a godl instead, you are gonna be y'it's.
• 27:55
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: Because according to Tanakama Bahlama Sayyidon, eh?
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: And in the Sepa over here, we have Rebbiom.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: Rebbi comes along now in the Seifa and says, Lo Yatsa, you're not gonna be Yaize in this case.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna tell me?
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: You do not you just tried answering that the previous case was Rebbe.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_00: And then we continue the Mishnah.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, she does Tanakama, and then we say Rebbi again.
• 28:10
  SPEAKER_00: What's the classic question?
• 28:11
SPEAKER_00: Resha Viseva Rebi Mitzyasa Rabbana.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: And you're really gonna tell me the Resha the Mishnah is Rebbi, the Seva the Mishnah is Rebbe, and the middle is the Rabbana, that's not a normal way to organize the Mishnah, says the Gemara.
• 28:21
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes we do say that Raish of Vash Rebbi, Mitsiasa Rabbana.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_00: Really the Resh of the Saiva is Rebi?
• 28:26
SPEAKER_00: And the Messiah the middle of the Mishnah is Rabbanan.
• 28:28
  SPEAKER_00: And no problem.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: The Halchikamer and you what?
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: You're bothered that it's not a normal way to organize the Mishnah.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_00: No, and then today we could really just say Halkhikamer, Doverza, Machlekis Rebbi Rabbanan.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: I just told you in the Mishnah, I just told you in the Mishnah the Machlekis between Rabbi and the Rabbanan.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: By the way, I have another one at the end.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: And this following thing of Kottan Vehicado, that's also Machlekas between Rebbi and the Rabban.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: And that's why we repeat it again in the end of the Mishnah.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_00: And we'll hold it here for today.
