- 0:00SPEAKER_01: May I ask how you feel about something?
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: And I feel this is a divided world when it comes to this.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: Okay, so um uh to give you the idea of how this will work.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: So Gavin's got an Ortho appointment next Wednesday.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: Shout out to Dr.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: Brown.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: Downtown Dr.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Brown, right?
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Hey, Dr.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Brown.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Uh big supporter of a lot of things we've been doing.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Melissa Brown.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: It's Melissa.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Downtown Melissa Brown.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: Downtown Melissa Brown.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: So uh at any rate, I just got the notification now, it's a week away from the appointment.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: Which is great because every reminder you can give Scott is a smart move for the simple fact that uh, well, I need them.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: Then you can add it to the calendar.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: No, no, that's already done.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: That's where I'm going with this.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: This is where I feel we have a divided world.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: So you keep a calendar, right?
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: We have I I have to juggle personally between three calendars.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: It sucks.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: I have my work calendar, I have a cozy calendar, that's the brand C-O-Z-I that that uh Tiffany set up for family things.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: And then I have another calendar to maintain information with a different parent, right?
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay, yeah.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Oh gosh, this is so much.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: There's a lot, right?
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: So they don't all merge?
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: No.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: So uh, but that all being said, none of that matters.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Here's my thing Tiffany set up uh notifications and reminders a week out.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: Now you love this girl.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: No, I don't.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: You know what I want the reminder?
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: Well the day before, like I'll give you a great one.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: Every couple weeks, Gavin and Lydia have a standing appointment that they go to.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: I get the notification 24 hours before.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: That's perfect because it's gonna stay in my mind.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: Now, yes, I know this one's you know coming up.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: I have it in three different calendars, it'll do it.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: You'll forget by next week.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Do you prefer a week out?
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Because I had this conversation with Tiffany about I'm so glad you asked.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: Because I'm like, why are you telling me a week out about Gavin's haircut appointment?
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: I don't want it a week out.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: There's too much that happens in my life.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: I need it three hours before the day before, no further out.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's on every single one of my calendars, I have alerts, and I do it, it depends.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: So if it's out like tomorrow, I will be on a work training at 11, but I set it up for work stuff because I know I'm already going to be in the building and I don't have to travel.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: I just did 15 minutes before and an hour before.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: But that's so you set two reminders.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: Always.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: But wait, wait, hold on a second.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Our cozy calendar, you can't unless you go premium and I'm Oh, are you serious?
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: I'm not paying for that.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: Okay, but then but here's a different one.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: So bike night is on Saturday at Watkins Glen International.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: What I did for work or what I do for work once, knowing I have to travel to get to said thing, I it's two hours before.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: And then I do a week before.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: So if I'm if I know I have to travel, I give the two-hour window.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: If you don't have the dual option.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: And also, can I tell you why the week before?
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is what I mean.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: The week before is because I will Zach and I share a note on our phones.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: Which Tiffany just asked me about this the other day.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: I was wondering if you guys started this or not.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: But so Zach and I share a note.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: What?
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: I gotta add my stuff into another thing.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Jeez.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Well, that whenever we're going over what we are going to do for the week, which I think like he doesn't love this as much as I love this, but because now he's realizing together our lives are pretty busy.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: And yours are too.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: It's not you babysitting him, it's you guys.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: Where are you on this day?
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: I I get that.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: So that's why I do the week out, so then I can go, hey, just so you know, calming up this week.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we can't go to dinner Wednesday.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Right, because right, because I have a live broadcast somewhere away.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: Taking away the ability to have two reminders.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: It's let's just go with the one.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: That sucks.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: The week out.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Now, this is great.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: I would choose a two-hour window.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: I that okay, that's where I feel it's a divided world because she tried to tell me.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: She's like, oh, well, you know, then you'll know that it's coming.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I need to know 24 hours.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: 24 hours is a good one, or maybe a couple hours.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: Depending on the travel.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Like the week out.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Now, thank you, Dr.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Brown, because I already have it in and you're making sure.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure they'll send another reminder.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, good.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: In fact, actually, that's me saying to them, please remind me again.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: Two hours before.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Please.
