A six-week-old bald eagle swallowed a fishing hook and was rescued near Willow Springs Lake—surgeons pulled it out safely, just inches from its heart. Too old to go back to its nest, it got a foster dad named Paco for two weeks, then was introduced to a new nest near Flagstaff where it was instantly accepted by another chick.
