Speaker 1: All right, the pick is and it's your guy, Buggets.
• 0:05
Speaker 2: Shout out to the city man. Happy for him. I'm
• 0:08
Speaker 2: glad it finally happened. I think he dropped more than
• 0:11
Speaker 2: he should have, but I'm super excited for the kid.
• 0:15
Speaker 2: He gets to learn behind Tyreek MAXI. They obviously pick
• 0:18
Speaker 2: up some more depth as far as guard play. I'm
• 0:22
Speaker 2: not mad at the pick. This is an exciting player.
• 0:25
Speaker 2: I think he's going to be great in Philly. I
• 0:26
Speaker 2: think Philly will love him right away. He can fit
• 0:30
Speaker 2: next to a start and he can beat a start.
• 0:32
Speaker 2: That's that's the greatness that comes with Fireline. So I'm
• 0:35
Speaker 2: not mad at this good pick for.
• 0:37
Speaker 1: Philly, man, I think Philly's sitting here drafting in the
• 0:40
Speaker 1: same spot every year, Like, how do you keep letting
• 0:42
Speaker 1: us get these guys? I mean, I almost can't blame
• 0:45
Speaker 1: them for going back to the wildcard.
• 0:47
Speaker 3: Yeah, I was gonna say that whatever war room they're
• 0:49
Speaker 3: in right now, they're doing cartwheels in there because they
• 0:51
Speaker 3: had choices here. They could have win cam card. But
• 0:52
Speaker 3: I love the pick of La baron Fireline.
• 0:54
  Speaker 4: Now.
• 0:55
Speaker 3: I don't know what they're gonna do fit wise. This violine,
• 0:57
Speaker 3: like the bench guard they maybe go a little bit
• 0:59
Speaker 3: small with vj Eds call him at the three, play
• 1:01
Speaker 3: them all the three, all three at the same time.
• 1:03
Speaker 3: Don't know if that necessarily works, but I think if
• 1:06
Speaker 3: you're the Sixers getting a guy that is as dynamic
• 1:08
Speaker 3: as le Baron file On is at that spot, I
• 1:11
Speaker 3: think you are absolutely static. I'm excited to see what
• 1:13
Speaker 3: was is great is here.
• 1:15
Speaker 1: They did do it for a little with Jared McCain,
• 1:17
Speaker 1: to be clear, although you could argue it didn't work
• 1:19
Speaker 1: and that's why Jary McCain is no longer in Philly.
• 1:21
Speaker 4: Was just kind of erases that mistake that they gave
• 1:24
Speaker 4: away McCain and they almost didn't even deserve to have
• 1:26
Speaker 4: file On on the board here. This is an easy
• 1:29
Speaker 4: a ugully the best prospect on the board. You should
• 1:32
Speaker 4: have gotten higher and listen, at this point in the draft,
• 1:37
Speaker 4: you're looking for depth, you're looking you're not really looking
• 1:39
Speaker 4: for a high level starter, especially if you're Philly and
• 1:42
Speaker 4: you have a lineup like they do. By the way,
• 1:45
Speaker 4: I know we've been talking about some of the comparisons,
• 1:47
Speaker 4: he reminds me a lot of de Jontay Murray with
• 1:49
Speaker 4: the way he kind of gets to his spots, herky
• 1:52
Speaker 4: jerky type of stuff. That's the type of guard I
• 1:57
Speaker 4: think he's going to be at the NBA level. You
• 1:58
Speaker 4: could play him at the one, playing at the two.
• 2:00
Speaker 4: He's pretty interchangeable. But let's take a look at affili
• 2:06
Speaker 4: and see where he fits in. Obviously, you know edge
• 2:09
Speaker 4: Kobe MAXI have those spots down and listen. Every team
• 2:14
Speaker 4: needs some depth, every team needs some firepower off the bench,
• 2:18
Speaker 4: and he's going to be able to play to his strengths.
• 2:20
Speaker 4: He's not going to have to run offense as much
• 2:22
Speaker 4: as he did when he was at Alabama, which he
• 2:24
Speaker 4: got better at. And I think a big selling point
• 2:26
Speaker 4: to file on is that he has his freshman year
• 2:29
Speaker 4: when he go through the draft process, they tell him
• 2:32
Speaker 4: you got to come back and you got to improve
• 2:33
Speaker 4: your shooting and you got to improve your playmaking. Well,
• 2:35
Speaker 4: it comes back and average twenty a game, shoots nearly
• 2:38
Speaker 4: forty percent from three and averages over five assist per game.
• 2:41
Speaker 4: He did exactly what the NBA guy's asked him to do.
• 2:44
Speaker 4: So that ability to you know, listen to what he
• 2:47
Speaker 4: needs to improve and then actually do it, I think
• 2:49
Speaker 4: is a very good trait. Boogie.
• 2:51
Speaker 1: Is this the steal of the draft to.
• 2:52
Speaker 2: You, it could be possibly, And you know, obviously I
• 2:56
Speaker 2: don't think you get to maximize him in his rookie
• 2:59
Speaker 2: year as much as you can because he plays behind
• 3:01
Speaker 2: the Tyreeks Massy and VJ. Edgecombe, So you know, it's
• 3:05
Speaker 2: not as much opportunity when you already kind of had
• 3:07
Speaker 2: those franchise guys in place. But I think he could
• 3:11
Speaker 2: be a really really good depth piece for this this
• 3:13
Speaker 2: Philly team. They need more young depth, you know, Like
• 3:16
Speaker 2: I said, this is kind of an unbalanced team as
• 3:19
Speaker 2: far as having the older guys in MB Paul George
• 3:22
Speaker 2: and those got even a Kelly Oubray. So just adding
• 3:25
Speaker 2: that young, you know, guard depth I think helps, especially
• 3:29
Speaker 2: with them losing Jared McCain the way they did, so,
• 3:32
Speaker 2: you know, replacing them with a fire line, I think
• 3:33
  Speaker 2: that's a good one.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: And I feel like we just watched a bunch of
• 3:37
Speaker 1: deep playoff runs from teams that had these log jams
• 3:40
Speaker 1: in the backcourt. Just a bunch of great guards. It's
• 3:42
Speaker 1: never a bad thing to add to that. I'm envisioning
• 3:45
Speaker 1: Filon just fitting in between Maxi and Edgecomb KRT. One
• 3:48
Speaker 1: thing that jumps out about all three of them that
• 3:50
Speaker 1: I think they're wired the same way with They all
• 3:52
Speaker 1: have so much shit to him. I mean I came
• 3:55
Speaker 1: into last year's draft saying the thing I love most
• 3:57
Speaker 1: about VJ was the chit he plays with I see
• 4:00
Speaker 1: the same way years ago. I feel the same way
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: about LeBaron Filon.
• 4:03
Speaker 3: Yeah, he's a competitor. He truly is. And I love
• 4:06
Speaker 3: what was said too because I think when you look
• 4:07
Speaker 3: at his freshman year, he did exactly what Natos asked
• 4:11
Speaker 3: him to do, and then he comes into a sophomore
• 4:13
Speaker 3: year needs to step up in his role. He plays
• 4:15
Speaker 3: that role extremely well. So I think if you're a
• 4:17
Speaker 3: seventy six er Span coach front office, you feel good
• 4:20
Speaker 3: that LeBaron Filon is going to come in and do
• 4:22
Speaker 3: exactly what you need him to do. Next to guards
• 4:24
Speaker 3: like Tyres and Bja, I just think you can never
• 4:27
Speaker 3: have too many guards.
• 4:28
Speaker 2: You really can't. No,
