- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello, welcome to be naughty but nice. It's a special
- 0:18Speaker 1: edition today, it's Thanksgiving Day edition, and I wouldn't want
- 0:22Speaker 1: to spend it with anybody other than the lovely, the
- 0:25Speaker 1: delicious Mark Looper. Hey, LUPI are you there?
- 0:30Speaker 2: I feel the same way.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Lupa lewis here set to see Loopy? Where are you?
- 0:35Speaker 3: I'm in Huntington, Long Island. It's a beautiful day here,
- 0:39Speaker 3: Thanksgiving Day. My dad's cooking, my mom is still sleeping
- 0:42Speaker 3: in here.
- 0:43Speaker 2: We are podcasting.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Where's Jonathan? Your brother?
- 0:47Speaker 2: My brother is in North Carolina.
- 0:49Speaker 3: He couldn't make it for Thanksgiving, but he'll be here
- 0:53Speaker 3: for Christmas.
- 0:54Speaker 1: You'll be here Christmas. And Kevin jonas your boyfriend?
- 0:56Speaker 2: Do I say he's sleeping as well upstairs?
- 0:59Speaker 1: Oh, it's going to be you, Kevin, Mom and dad.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Then we're going out to dinner with some family friends.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh that's lovely. So they've they've sort of blended
- 1:09Speaker 1: him into the family. Then it's all good.
- 1:12Speaker 2: We bring him everywhere.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Yeah, just drag him along. That's how I feel about life.
- 1:18Speaker 1: If you ever meet me at Botty, you knows for
- 1:20Speaker 1: a drinky pooon. You're all welcome, Lawties, you never know
- 1:22Speaker 1: really who's going to turn up, and then we just
- 1:24Speaker 1: drag everybody along as the night goes on. I feel
- 1:27Speaker 1: like we're a snowball that we get bigger and bigger
- 1:29Speaker 1: and bigger. We just roll through the night and wouldn't
- 1:31Speaker 1: you in? You're in? Come along. The more the merrier. OK,
- 1:35Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:37Speaker 1: It is time time. Big story. At the top of
- 1:40Speaker 1: the show, Prince William is getting very angry with Kate
- 1:43Speaker 1: Middleton because she's stealing the spotlight. So are many, many,
- 1:47Speaker 1: many royal engagements that they've been doing together. It's all
- 1:52Speaker 1: about Kate. Everybody screams at Kate. Now. The way the
- 1:55Speaker 1: royals do this is when they do their walkabouts. That's
- 1:58Speaker 1: when they go out and meet crowd. One takes one
- 2:02Speaker 1: side and the other takes the other side, so that
- 2:05Speaker 1: everybody in the crowd, whether you be on the left
- 2:07Speaker 1: or the right, you get to meet royal Well. There
- 2:11Speaker 1: is an audible gasp, a disappoint if you're on the
- 2:14Speaker 1: wrong side and you get William instead of Kate. Now
- 2:18Speaker 1: William's noticed this. Everybody wants Kate. This is not new
- 2:22Speaker 1: though this happened to Prince Charles. He's now King Charles,
- 2:25Speaker 1: but at the time Prince Charles, when he was married
- 2:28Speaker 1: to Princess Diana, it was all about Princess Diana. I've
- 2:33Speaker 1: seen this when I worked with Jessica Simpson. Jessica got
- 2:36Speaker 1: more attention than Nick Lache. When I was with Jennifer Lopez,
- 2:40Speaker 1: more people wanted to take photographs or see j Loo
- 2:42Speaker 1: than Ben Affleck. And so it takes a real certain
- 2:46Speaker 1: type of man to be able to be all right
- 2:50Speaker 1: with this, okay with this, Let's be honest too. Kate,
- 2:54Speaker 1: were's the better costumes? Oh? She fabulous. I always want
- 2:59Speaker 1: to see what she's were and her hair and her jewelry.
- 3:01Speaker 1: William always wears a suit, so he always looks nice,
- 3:04Speaker 1: but it's not the same wow factor. So I think
- 3:06Speaker 1: that's part of the problem too. It's very difficult to
- 3:09Speaker 1: compete with Kate.
- 3:11Speaker 2: It's impossible to compete Diana.
- 3:13Speaker 3: It was this beautiful, you know, princess, and so I
- 3:17Speaker 3: get it, but it makes me laugh. This family just
- 3:19Speaker 3: cracks me up because you know, every year on this time,
- 3:22Speaker 3: there's these surveys that come out that crowned William like
- 3:25Speaker 3: the sexiest bald.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Man alive, and I'm like, who is voting?
- 3:28Speaker 3: Because the comments in the articles were always like no,
- 3:32Speaker 3: And it's just like, be confident in who you are
- 3:34Speaker 3: and accept the fact that your wife is the.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Prayer owed who you are. I mean, I must there
- 3:39Speaker 1: must be a lot of pressure be in the future
- 3:41Speaker 1: king like and you want to be l liked. And
- 3:44Speaker 1: this family they're all a bit competitive. Think of them
- 3:47Speaker 1: all as being in n sync and Kate is just
- 3:50Speaker 1: in Timberlake. It that's the problem here. It's like, if
- 3:53Speaker 1: we were all in Destiny's Child, Kate would be Beyonce.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And it's just not as sometimes all those particularly if
- 4:02Speaker 1: since the day you were born, you were told you
- 4:04Speaker 1: were special, since the moment William arrived on the planet,
- 4:08Speaker 1: like the lion king, he was held up and everybody
- 4:12Speaker 1: told him he was wonderful and brilliant and special. And
- 4:16Speaker 1: then somebody comes along who just feels a little bit
- 4:19Speaker 1: more special than you. I wonder if Harry and Meghan
- 4:24Speaker 1: suffer with this. Two out of the two of them,
- 4:26Speaker 1: let's be clear, Meghan's the one we want to see. Mark,
- 4:28Speaker 1: if you and me went to meet, then we'd want
- 4:31Speaker 1: to be on the side of the rope to see Meghan.
- 4:33Speaker 1: I want to say hello with Meghan. I want to
- 4:35Speaker 1: get a photograph of self with Meghan. Harry very nice,
- 4:38Speaker 1: but I'd rather get Meghan. They know that groups know this.
- 4:42Speaker 1: If you're in the Beatles, that's Paul McCartney that they want.
- 4:46Speaker 1: If you are in and Sink, it's just in Timberlake.
- 4:49Speaker 1: This sort of happens in life. Are you aware, Mark,
- 4:52Speaker 1: when you go out with your crowd, your posse, who
- 4:55Speaker 1: the most popular one is.
- 4:58Speaker 2: You know, it's funny.
- 4:58Speaker 3: I have a lot of popular friends who you know,
- 5:01Speaker 3: and we were all just kind of we we embrace
- 5:04Speaker 3: it. It's you know, we all have different qualities. But it's
- 5:06Speaker 3: funny with Megan and Harry. For a while, Megan was
- 5:10Speaker 3: was the most popular of all of them, Like she
- 5:12Speaker 3: was really like the thing that people were just talking about.
- 5:15Speaker 3: And you know, I think it's changed now a bit,
- 5:16Speaker 3: but I can only imagine what goes on inside their home,
- 5:20Speaker 3: the conversations they have.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It's crazy. I think in life you have to know
- 5:25Speaker 1: who you are. You said that earlier, Mark, as big
- 5:28Speaker 1: as show pony as I am on the show, when
- 5:31Speaker 1: I got out with my friends, particularly on work nights.
- 5:34Speaker 1: In my life, with Bruce. I'm actually quite happy not
- 5:38Speaker 1: being the center of focus. It sounds crazy, and I
- 5:41Speaker 1: know it's hard to like believe that, but I think
- 5:44Speaker 1: it's because I grew up with very bossy sisters. If
- 5:47Speaker 1: you're listening to Christina Lola Lola La lao, I'm actually
- 5:51Speaker 1: quite used to being the second banana. And I don't
- 5:54Speaker 1: say that in any disrespect. Mark, You, at least to me,
- 5:59Speaker 1: seem more comfortable being a supporting member of the show
- 6:06Speaker 1: than the star, am I right? Yeah?
- 6:09Speaker 3: You know it's especially with this podcast too, like this
- 6:11Speaker 3: is the rob Shooter, you know, the podcast We join you,
- 6:14Speaker 3: but I love being the co pilot, Like I don't
- 6:16Speaker 3: need to be the star of this, but I do
- 6:17Speaker 3: like to, you know, chime in and support it.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what it is. You have to know where
- 6:22Speaker 1: you fit in. It's not knowing your place. I'm not
- 6:24Speaker 1: saying that naughtyes. It's knowing what's in your heart. And
- 6:27Speaker 1: sometimes you don't want to be the center of attention.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I think the problem is here is that Kate doesn't
- 6:34Speaker 1: really want to be the center of attention. William does.
- 6:37Speaker 1: And the reason this is so complicated for them as
- 6:40Speaker 1: a couple is the end result is the opposite. Kate
- 6:44Speaker 1: is the center of attention. She just really want to be,
- 6:47Speaker 1: don't She loves the attention. Don't get me wrong. This
- 6:49Speaker 1: is a fabulous life. It's a fabulous, fabulous job. But
- 6:53Speaker 1: everything's great here. But there must be times when it's
- 6:56Speaker 1: just too much. You see it with pop stars. Pop
- 6:58Speaker 1: stars that want to be music and not celebrities often
- 7:01Speaker 1: struggle if they hit the big time. People like Jalo
- 7:05Speaker 1: wanted to be a star, and that's why she's so
- 7:06Speaker 1: good at this. I don't think she really wanted to
- 7:09Speaker 1: be a musician or even an actress. She wanted to
- 7:11Speaker 1: be a star. We see it with the housewives too,
- 7:14Speaker 1: the housewives that just want to be celebrities, like a Luana,
- 7:17Speaker 1: a Bethany. They're the ones that really really succeed, and
- 7:21Speaker 1: the ones are not so comfortable in the spotlight. They're
- 7:24Speaker 1: the ones that don't quite do as well. So I
- 7:26Speaker 1: think in life here, think about who you are. Where
- 7:29Speaker 1: do you fit into this fabulous circle of life? Where
- 7:33Speaker 1: are you the most confident and thrive at that. If
- 7:36Speaker 1: you're not somebody that likes being in the spotlight, don't
- 7:39Speaker 1: be in the spotlight. If you are somebody that likes
- 7:41Speaker 1: being in the spotlight. You better find a light. Barbs
- 7:44Speaker 1: stand under right now. We'll find out who you are,
- 7:47Speaker 1: which brings us to our pole question of the day.
- 7:49Speaker 1: William is struggling with Kate and she's getting all the attention,
- 7:53Speaker 1: all the spotlight is on Kate in all their broil engagements.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Does William need to just get over it? He's not
- 7:59Speaker 1: gonna William, if you're listening, you can't beat somebody in
- 8:05Speaker 1: a red dolchy anga banner gown. You can't beat somebody
- 8:11Speaker 1: that's wearing necklaces and diamonds and high heeled shoes, just
- 8:15Speaker 1: visually a guy in a suit, unless it's Billy Porter
- 8:20Speaker 1: Harry Starts. You just can't compete, Mark, you can't compete, and.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I don't I don't think he should compete. You know,
- 8:26Speaker 3: it's like they're separate, they do separate things, and you know,
- 8:29Speaker 3: just let it be.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Let it be, let it be? Yes? Should should he
- 8:33Speaker 1: move on? Does he need to get over it? Go
- 8:35Speaker 1: vote on a Twitter paycheck naughty nice rob or our
- 8:37Speaker 1: Facebook page, which is naughty gop Bambi Schuer to check
- 8:40Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results. We do have a
- 8:42Speaker 1: show tomorrow. I think I'm gonna be solo. Corey is
- 8:45Speaker 1: a way for Thanksgiving. But the work ethic on the
- 8:47Speaker 1: Naughty but Nice Show, Mark, we always show up up,
- 8:52Speaker 1: We always show up. Okay, what are you working on?
- 8:55Speaker 3: Oh?
- 8:55Speaker 2: This is really cute.
- 8:56Speaker 3: So Kelly Ripput and Mark and Spoils admit the squabble
- 8:59Speaker 3: and share early source of conflict in their marriage. I
- 9:03Speaker 3: like this, me too. Okay, So they would argue, but
- 9:06Speaker 3: how they would go about pumping gas in their car
- 9:08Speaker 3: early in their relationship is unusual.
- 9:11Speaker 1: You'd say that, oh.
- 9:12Speaker 3: So this this conflict. Mark said, what do you mean
- 9:16Speaker 3: you can't pump your own gas? Because like I want
- 9:18Speaker 3: to pump my own gas. And then Kelly was like,
- 9:20Speaker 3: you can't do that New Jersey. We actually had this
- 9:23Speaker 3: little squabble over this. We actually had this little squabble
- 9:26Speaker 3: over that early in our relationship. And then Kelly went
- 9:29Speaker 3: on to say, yeah, you know, you tried to get
- 9:32Speaker 3: out and pump your own gas and I was like,
- 9:33Speaker 3: you can't do that in New Jersey.
- 9:36Speaker 2: You run this is Jersey. Yeah, right, do you drive
- 9:38Speaker 2: you for a car?
- 9:39Speaker 1: No, I don't know how to drive a motor car. No,
- 9:41Speaker 1: really no, that's not actually true. I drove for one
- 9:44Speaker 1: week in my life and past. So my mom and
- 9:47Speaker 1: dad got me an intensive driving class and you start
- 9:50Speaker 1: on the Monday. I literally started driving on the Monday,
- 9:53Speaker 1: and on a Friday, you take your test and you
- 9:55Speaker 1: drive for ten hours a day. Ran this tiny little
- 9:58Speaker 1: village in England where there's no cars, there's no hills.
- 10:02Speaker 1: You cut. It's this, it's I know, I know every street.
- 10:05Speaker 1: So when I came to the test on Friday, I passed.
- 10:08Speaker 1: But I can't really drive a car, so I'm not
- 10:11Speaker 1: I'm not sat in the car in thirty years. But
- 10:14Speaker 1: it is interesting what couple squabble about, and how small
- 10:19Speaker 1: the squabble the detail can be. I'm trying to think
- 10:22Speaker 1: back when I first started to date Bruce. I'm much
- 10:26Speaker 1: more of a morning person. I pop out of bed
- 10:29Speaker 1: like a piece of taste. I'm up, eyes up, my
- 10:33Speaker 1: eyes open, my mouth starts moving, my legs start moving.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And so I was always a bit annoyed that Bruce
- 10:39Speaker 1: would take a little while to start the day, and
- 10:42Speaker 1: I think he was annoyed that he got out of
- 10:45Speaker 1: bed every morning and was confronted with Hurricane Robert. It
- 10:48Speaker 1: was so we used to squabble a little bit about that.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Where are you and Kevin Jonas? Do you just squabble?
- 10:55Speaker 2: This morning?
- 10:55Speaker 3: I got up and I was just making a lot
- 10:57Speaker 3: of noise and then I was like, I just heard
- 10:59Speaker 3: like jomping making noise, and almost he was annoyed by it,
- 11:03Speaker 3: but I thought it was funny.
- 11:06Speaker 1: What do you squabble it back? This is adorable. These
- 11:08Speaker 1: two really get along well. You never hear stories about
- 11:11Speaker 1: their relationship being in trouble, or at least you don't
- 11:14Speaker 1: hear really legitimate stories whenever I've been around them, whenever
- 11:19Speaker 1: I've been at the show, these two they're best friends.
- 11:22Speaker 1: They really do like each other, and I think that's
- 11:25Speaker 1: the secret to their success to their marriage. People often
- 11:31Speaker 1: ask me, I've been with Bruce a really long time,
- 11:33Speaker 1: what is the secret to a happy marriage? And I
- 11:36Speaker 1: always say, Mark, marry someone who's happy. That's you can't
- 11:41Speaker 1: make anybody happy who isn't. You can't make yourself happy
- 11:45Speaker 1: if you're not. Become happy yourself first, and then find
- 11:48Speaker 1: somebody else who's happy. My friendships are successful and they're
- 11:53Speaker 1: happy friendships because my friends are happy. People. Sure pick
- 11:57Speaker 1: carefully everybody. I do love this story pumping gas. You're right,
- 12:01Speaker 1: in New Jersey, you're still not allowed to pump your
- 12:04Speaker 1: own gas. I love these little details in the states,
- 12:07Speaker 1: different states. Okay, moving along, Brad Pitt has sort of
- 12:10Speaker 1: broke his silence on his son's very depressing Instagram posts.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So friends are revealing that after Packs allegedly called his
- 12:18Speaker 1: dad terrible and despicable, that Brad finds it all really depressing.
- 12:23Speaker 1: So obviously here Brad has not said a word to
- 12:26Speaker 1: the press about this. There's no means'd been, no statement.
- 12:28Speaker 1: He's not ran to sit down with Oh prayer. But
- 12:32Speaker 1: he has talked to his friends and he says that
- 12:34Speaker 1: this is really, really bad, and he says he has
- 12:37Speaker 1: respect for all of his children, and it's depressing to
- 12:40Speaker 1: see this dragged up again. Quote. It's frustrating to see
- 12:43Speaker 1: Brad painted as somebody who's a bad person when that's
- 12:46Speaker 1: far from the truth. He chooses to keep a dignified silence,
- 12:51Speaker 1: and that speaks volumes all. This is difficulties in it, Mark,
- 12:55Speaker 1: because it's a lot of here say here, we're not
- 12:57Speaker 1: exactly sure it's Packs is in Stace grandm account, So
- 13:01Speaker 1: that part of the story is still a little bit fussy, murky,
- 13:06Speaker 1: And now Brad's friends are saying how upset he is.
- 13:09Speaker 1: I understand that. I think he's probably doing the right thing,
- 13:12Speaker 1: not issuing a statement himself. It's his son. Do you
- 13:15Speaker 1: think he called Packs?
- 13:17Speaker 3: I don't think they speak my guess, Yeah, and I
- 13:20Speaker 3: think too. I've still left wondering what exactly happened on
- 13:23Speaker 3: that airplane, what is exactly going on that family? And two,
- 13:27Speaker 3: you know this has happened allegedly in twenty twenty when
- 13:29Speaker 3: he was sixteen, and he apparently posted this in a
- 13:32Speaker 3: private group chat with his friends. So even more depressing
- 13:35Speaker 3: is like, if this is real, then your friends still
- 13:38Speaker 3: screenshots all do that.
- 13:39Speaker 2: It's just sad.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Yeah, oh, it's awful all around. I want this story
- 13:44Speaker 1: to get better. But the only people that can do
- 13:46Speaker 1: that are Brad and Packs. If you both listen in
- 13:48Speaker 1: call each other today, maybe just the text, maybe a text. Okay, quickly,
- 13:52Speaker 1: before we get a break, we have some good news.
- 13:54Speaker 1: We reported that Martha Stewart had canceled Thanksgiving, but now
- 13:58Speaker 1: she's saying that's not so, Mark explained, Thank.
- 14:01Speaker 2: God, I know.
- 14:03Speaker 3: So Martha Stewart explained that she had planned to stop
- 14:06Speaker 3: by several friends homes on the day of Thanksgiving to
- 14:08Speaker 3: teaste different courses instead of actually having her own celebration.
- 14:12Speaker 3: But once the news had spread, including you know on
- 14:15Speaker 3: our show Yes We Need To, fans were shocked and
- 14:19Speaker 3: the icon had to take the Thanksgiving to clear up
- 14:22Speaker 3: the situation. She said, It's not true that I gave
- 14:24Speaker 3: upon Thanksgiving, but I canceled was planning gathering at my
- 14:28Speaker 3: house due to guest cancelations and new travel plans.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Oh oh, probably, she's eighty years eighty plus years old. Like,
- 14:35Speaker 2: it's okay if she wants to.
- 14:37Speaker 1: And lets remind everyone, Martha, you're the one that said
- 14:40Speaker 1: you canceled it. It was to make this up you
- 14:42Speaker 1: Kelly Clarksond show when you said you're done with me,
- 14:45Speaker 1: so reported what you say. I loved at Martha's there,
- 14:47Speaker 1: Like I didn't say that as I read up the
- 14:49Speaker 1: tape Martha Martha on TV.
- 14:51Speaker 2: You did.
- 14:52Speaker 1: That's why we're all talking about it. I like that
- 14:54Speaker 1: it's not canceled. I've been to her house really fabulous.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I went to her compound. I think it was in
- 15:01Speaker 1: Connecticut with Sabrina the teenage Witch Melissa Joe. Oh no,
- 15:06Speaker 1: it's not strange and you turn up. She had fresh cookies.
- 15:10Speaker 1: There were still warm. The whole house smelled like fresh bread, flowers.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Every it was as perfect and as ridiculous as you
- 15:18Speaker 1: want it to be. Let me say you're warm. Okay,
- 15:21Speaker 1: let's go to break and we will be right back.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Welcome back to the mid point. Nice day, Mark, Blue, Poe, Hey, Lupie.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Were flying through the show today, aren't we. It's the
- 15:32Speaker 1: good things you can get into the kitchen. I help
- 15:33Speaker 1: your dad, right, Yes, please go back to bed. Okay,
- 15:39Speaker 1: let's get to the poles. Last year, we talked about
- 15:43Speaker 1: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's son Packs allegedly calling their
- 15:47Speaker 1: dad an effing awful human being. His pack's right. Well,
- 15:51Speaker 1: that's a tough question, isn't it all? His pack's right.
- 15:54Speaker 1: This is very difficult. It's fifty to fifty here the vote.
- 15:57Speaker 1: You know, you can't deny someone's feeling. I don't think
- 16:01Speaker 1: Brad is an effing awful human being myself. I've seen
- 16:04Speaker 1: some of the amazing work he's done. I know some
- 16:06Speaker 1: of his friends, but you never know what's going on
- 16:09Speaker 1: in relationships, and maybe he was not the greatest father. Packs.
- 16:13Speaker 1: His feelings are legitimate here. This is a really difficult
- 16:17Speaker 1: one to unpacked. But let's hope eventually the two of
- 16:21Speaker 1: them do just that. Don't forget to vote on today's pole.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Get a Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob. Our facebook
- 16:27Speaker 1: page is naughty, and be sure to check back tomorrow.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I hear your results are now. I love this one.
- 16:32Speaker 1: It's time for our nicest of the day.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Are nice the day it's in a garden.
- 16:41Speaker 2: This is great.
- 16:43Speaker 3: I love her and this is for a very very
- 16:44Speaker 3: cute reason. So fans have lost it when she posted
- 16:48Speaker 3: a tribute to her husband, saying I've loved you Melly
- 16:51Speaker 3: for almost sixty years on his birthday. Oh so the
- 16:56Speaker 3: post rob on Instagram. She said, even what the most
- 16:59Speaker 3: strippled things going on in the world wing to celebrate
- 17:01Speaker 3: the everyday joys. Happy birthday to my darling husband, Jeffrey.
- 17:04Speaker 3: I've loved you madly for almost sixty years and I'm
- 17:07Speaker 3: just getting started.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Oh it's beautiful. Oh, it's just so beautiful. This is
- 17:10Speaker 1: the barefoot Contessa, isn't it. Oh?
- 17:12Speaker 2: I love yes.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I've got one of her cookbooks and I watched her sometimes.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I'm not the biggest food networking type person. But if
- 17:20Speaker 1: I see if I see her on I often stop.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I do I like And it's not about the food.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I just like her. I'd love to have dinner with her,
- 17:27Speaker 1: wouldn't you? Who would you rather have dinner with? Inina
- 17:30Speaker 1: or Martha Martha Heny too, because she's so ridiculous. You
- 17:34Speaker 1: never know what she's going to second and maybe Snoop
- 17:36Speaker 1: Dogg will be there, But I bet the food might
- 17:38Speaker 1: be better at ENA's. Oh gosh, controversial, but this is
- 17:42Speaker 1: lovely sixty years and to be that in love and
- 17:45Speaker 1: nicest of the day. And now I noticed the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty,
- 17:48Speaker 1: it's you Jamie Lynn Spiers because she revealed that her
- 17:52Speaker 1: sister Brittany was heartbroken after she lost out on the
- 17:55Speaker 1: Grammy to Christina Aguilera. So many many, many, many mini
- 17:59Speaker 1: many years ago, Christina Aguilera was awarded the Best New
- 18:02Speaker 1: Artist over Britney Spears, and now Jamie Linn is saying
- 18:06Speaker 1: Britney was clearly the biggest star and she worked her
- 18:08Speaker 1: bottom off and they even had MTV cameras at Britney's
- 18:12Speaker 1: home as the family watched to see her lose. And
- 18:15Speaker 1: she said Brittany was heartbroken that she lost to Christina
- 18:20Speaker 1: and said I never want to go to the Grammys
- 18:22Speaker 1: ever again. Now, none of that is bad. What is
- 18:27Speaker 1: bad is the Jamie Linni is telling us, girl, Britney
- 18:32Speaker 1: doesn't want you talking about this stuff. Jamie Linn has
- 18:35Speaker 1: been paid a lot of money to be on a
- 18:37Speaker 1: new TV show in Britain and she's dropping lots of
- 18:41Speaker 1: tea about her sister. Let's be honest. They booked her
- 18:43Speaker 1: on the show to talk about Britney and she is
- 18:46Speaker 1: delivering that Brittany does not want you saying this, Jamie Lynn,
- 18:51Speaker 1: stop it. The relationship is so damaged, is so fragile.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Now is not the moment to say anything. Shut up,
- 18:57Speaker 1: stop talking about Brittany. What do you think?
- 19:00Speaker 2: Shut up?
- 19:01Speaker 3: But Alston, it's sad she she needs money apparently dancing
- 19:05Speaker 3: with the stars.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Now she's doing this. It's like she can't get a job.
- 19:08Speaker 2: You know, I talk about Britney Spears.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Oh, I know. It's like saying with land Spass, he's
- 19:13Speaker 1: always talking about Brittany. Enough enough, Okay, let's come into
- 19:17Speaker 1: moment of rob. You gotta rob, you, rub, you gotta roub.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I think this is really important to remember everybody, because many,
- 19:22Speaker 1: many many people in claning. Myself, I used to think
- 19:25Speaker 1: that the grass was greener everywhere else. But then I
- 19:28Speaker 1: realized that the grass is green wherever you water it.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Water the grass that you're standing on, instead of looking
- 19:36Speaker 1: to jump over the fence into somebody else's life, into
- 19:39Speaker 1: somebody else's garden. Make your garden grow. And the way
- 19:44Speaker 1: that you do that is watering it with love, love
- 19:49Speaker 1: love love makes it everything green green green. Hey, that
- 19:52Speaker 1: is it for today. Thank you so much for listening
- 19:55Speaker 1: to The Naughty but Night Show with Rob and Mark Looper. Mark,
- 19:59Speaker 1: I am thankful you. I am thankful to the noughties.
- 20:02Speaker 1: What are you thankful for?
