Transcript
- 0:15Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Pink Shade. It's mugshot Monday. I'm
- 0:19Speaker 1: here with Keisha. Were winding it down Kishaw on sixty
- 0:23Speaker 1: Days in season four.
- 0:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna miss this show.
- 0:27Speaker 1: I know. Really listen, if we ever get in a
- 0:29Speaker 1: lull again, like in this summer, if they take our
- 0:32Speaker 1: show off again and go into Mama June and we
- 0:34Speaker 1: don't have any other prison shows, then we'll come.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Back to it.
- 0:38Speaker 1: We'll take up. See what's the best season to watch.
- 0:42Speaker 3: I feel like no other season is going to top
- 0:46Speaker 3: this season for us.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Other people have written and said, like you should watch
- 0:50Speaker 1: season seven or season da da da da. You know
- 0:53Speaker 1: it's really good, Okay, And like I said, I did
- 0:55Speaker 1: watch another season of it with Kimberly when maham Man
- 1:00Speaker 1: Ali's daughter was on there, not Leylah, not the famous who,
- 1:05Speaker 1: but a different one who was like studying to be
- 1:09Speaker 1: like a criminal lawyer or something, and there was something
- 1:14Speaker 1: on the news about like her dad that like came
- 1:18Speaker 1: on one of the TVs and maybe it was about
- 1:20Speaker 1: like the Olympics or something, and she was like, okay, yeah,
- 1:23Speaker 1: but they didn't know that was her dad and she
- 1:24Speaker 1: was undercover whatever, right, But I can't. It was so
- 1:28Speaker 1: long ago. I can't remember why I covered it. I
- 1:32Speaker 1: can't remember anything about it, but I do. Just look,
- 1:34Speaker 1: I was somewhat familiar with it because Kimberly had kind
- 1:37Speaker 1: of forced me into watching it, and then she sort
- 1:39Speaker 1: of forced us into this. But we're grateful because it's
- 1:41Speaker 1: good she did. Yeah she did.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Thank you, Kimberly, thank you.
- 1:44Speaker 1: She also this weekend on our when we did our
- 1:47Speaker 1: the Other Way episode this past Friday that came out,
- 1:50Speaker 1: she was like, I've already watched the you know, the
- 1:53Speaker 1: reunion was they called the Aftermath, and I'm going to
- 1:56Speaker 1: need a detailed recap. I was like, okay, we'll do
- 2:00Speaker 1: our best.
- 2:00Speaker 3: My gosh, well, she has been like our number one fan.
- 2:05Speaker 2: She asked.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Kimberly a day with dayline. She's like, good job, girls,
- 2:12Speaker 3: Like I'm thoroughly enjoying this. The investigative recordy that you
- 2:16Speaker 3: guys have been doing on this, I mean she had
- 2:18Speaker 3: it is almost like we were being graded for these
- 2:22Speaker 3: recaps by yeah Kimberly.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so yeah, I think we got According to Kimberly,
- 2:29Speaker 1: where star students.
- 2:32Speaker 2: The longest, we don't mess up this episode.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I now the pressure.
- 2:35Speaker 2: This is like the test. This is like the you
- 2:37Speaker 2: know what do they call it at the end of
- 2:39Speaker 2: the semester.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Test, the final example. Yes, let's not mess it up
- 2:43Speaker 3: because we will hear from her.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I will say, there's I have a complaint about this episode. Okay,
- 2:50Speaker 1: let's get those out of the way. I didn't like
- 2:53Speaker 1: the big box they had in the middle. I guess
- 2:57Speaker 1: it's supposed to be like if you're doing like a
- 2:59Speaker 1: reunion show, like coffee table, but it was like, so
- 3:02Speaker 1: you're like, why is this in a warehouse? Why is
- 3:05Speaker 1: that thing in the middle so big? It's like the
- 3:07Speaker 1: camera had to go over it to see them. I
- 3:11Speaker 1: didn't like the set. What else didn't like? I didn't
- 3:15Speaker 1: like the way it flowed.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I agree.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I feel like it definitely could have been two hours
- 3:22Speaker 1: and we could have spent maybe six or seven extra
- 3:24Speaker 1: minutes on each person. Yes, I agree that questions I
- 3:29Speaker 1: have answers to that I still don't have answers to, like,
- 3:32Speaker 1: has Nate ever spoken to Desmond? Again?
- 3:35Speaker 2: Look, we all needed to know that answer, because.
- 3:40Speaker 1: How it's Desmond? How is Desmond?
- 3:42Speaker 3: It was such a big part of the show. Yeah,
- 3:44Speaker 3: I mean, you really want to it was a feel
- 3:47Speaker 3: good part of this show was their relationship, their friendship,
- 3:51Speaker 3: you know, and nothing this Desmond still in cars?
- 3:55Speaker 1: Righted? Did he go back to school? Right?
- 3:58Speaker 2: See?
- 3:58Speaker 1: Mary does see our children? Are they still in contact?
- 4:01Speaker 2: I mean, we got it was like it never happened.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I know, I know, and I did confess that I
- 4:08Speaker 1: watched ahead and next next episode when they do the
- 4:12Speaker 1: six months later, we don't know that either. We still
- 4:14Speaker 1: don't know.
- 4:16Speaker 3: I guess we'll have to get on the reddit to
- 4:18Speaker 3: find out about Nate and Desmond.
- 4:20Speaker 1: There's a lot I want to get on the reddit
- 4:22Speaker 1: and find out, and I will do that before episode
- 4:26Speaker 1: fourteen next week, because that'll be our final episode. And
- 4:28Speaker 1: we do know some things about Nate obviously, you guys.
- 4:31Speaker 1: If you know, then you know, and we will discuss
- 4:34Speaker 1: that at that time. But again, I don't know if
- 4:36Speaker 1: I even want to discuss it. I know, we are
- 4:39Speaker 1: so upset that somebody DMed us and told us, because
- 4:43Speaker 1: we didn't know Kimberly. It wasn't who told us. Somebody
- 4:48Speaker 1: told us, and that we told Kimberly a listener and
- 4:51Speaker 1: a listener, she wasn't doing it maliciously, but we just
- 4:54Speaker 1: didn't know we just didn't want to know.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Like that blew us away, and like the whole entire
- 4:59Speaker 3: sea since seeing him, that is in.
- 5:03Speaker 2: The back of our mind. That's how it goes down
- 5:06Speaker 2: in the end.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And there's so much I would like to know about,
- 5:10Speaker 1: so many of them. But I'm waiting until I start
- 5:13Speaker 1: to write my notes for episode fourteen because I do
- 5:16Speaker 1: want to try to put together, like some slides of
- 5:18Speaker 1: like what they look like on the show, what they
- 5:20Speaker 1: look like, because lord do I have some comments. Okay, okay,
- 5:23Speaker 1: Now when we start the show, we see them sitting
- 5:27Speaker 1: there and we start with we start with the black
- 5:30Speaker 1: screen of death that says this program was recorded before
- 5:33Speaker 1: the season aired, So if they didn't give them screeners,
- 5:37Speaker 1: then none of them have seen any of it. And
- 5:39Speaker 1: I feel like none of them have seen any of
- 5:41Speaker 1: it from some of their reactions to the other people
- 5:43Speaker 1: talking about it.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Yeah, because when they were reacting that one did they
- 5:47Speaker 3: not see the show?
- 5:48Speaker 1: They must have not seen it. They must have not
- 5:50Speaker 1: seen it.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I did read that part at the beginning.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Well, right, you know, I love a black screen of death,
- 5:56Speaker 1: but I like, like we know on Housewives that they
- 6:01Speaker 1: film it, they film their RENI when there's about four
- 6:03Speaker 1: episodes left, and they show them the rest of the episodes. Yes,
- 6:08Speaker 1: but like on nine to Day Fiance when they filmed
- 6:10Speaker 1: their reunions, most of the time they haven't seen any
- 6:14Speaker 1: of it. Okay, yeah, yeah, so so I'm assuming this
- 6:21Speaker 1: program was recorded before the season aired to they had
- 6:24Speaker 1: not seen any of it. Okay. Our host is Sila
- 6:28Speaker 1: Dad O'Brien, who used to be like on CBS Morning News.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I mean she's like an actual journalist.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Yeah, Like, how does she get this lower level gig?
- 6:39Speaker 1: I don't know, because Kimberly told me. Sometimes it's Dan
- 6:42Speaker 1: Abrams who's that. He's like another news guy, like an
- 6:47Speaker 1: actual news Yeah. Yeah, charity work or they're all in
- 6:52Speaker 1: the same network and they're just like you can pick
- 6:54Speaker 1: up an next you brand if you do this. Yeah,
- 6:57Speaker 1: because you can tell she didn't want to be there.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I likes how hardcore she was. I wish we'd get
- 7:01Speaker 1: this a nice day fiance sometimes, you know. Okay, So
- 7:06Speaker 1: she introduces the participant. She interviews Colonel Adjert. Now before
- 7:10Speaker 1: we start, let's break down everybody's looks so we don't
- 7:14Speaker 1: have to and nausea and discussed it as we go Johnny.
- 7:19Speaker 1: He looks nice. He has on a button down shirt.
- 7:21Speaker 2: He looked like Johnny.
- 7:23Speaker 1: He looked the same. Ivanuel has on a suit. His
- 7:26Speaker 1: guy's here was nice. He looked very nice. He wasn't
- 7:29Speaker 1: obnoxious at all. I see this.
- 7:34Speaker 3: This, This is what makes me surprised that he hasn't
- 7:36Speaker 3: seen the episod episodes, because I was thinking he saw
- 7:38Speaker 3: how ridiculous he behaved on the show, and they said,
- 7:41Speaker 3: I am most definitely gonna give my cool car back,
- 7:44Speaker 3: like I'm gonna play it cool, I'm gonna look good,
- 7:45Speaker 3: I'm gonna smell good. I'm not gonna be nerdilicious or
- 7:48Speaker 3: anything like that. So maybe this is his real true personality,
- 7:52Speaker 3: that he just was stuck in that mind frame of
- 7:54Speaker 3: I gotta be so hood, but he kept slipping out
- 7:58Speaker 3: of it.
- 7:58Speaker 1: He kept slipping into I'm gonna be but then I'm
- 8:00Speaker 1: gonna be like the class clown an annoy and.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Then exceptionally proper.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Yes, excuse me, officer, there's mucus in my cell. Matt
- 8:15Speaker 1: looks less greasy than normal.
- 8:18Speaker 3: And when we say less, like it is so greasy,
- 8:21Speaker 3: but less, it's like two percent less.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Uh, he has on a button down. He really needs
- 8:26Speaker 1: an eye lift, like medically, he needs an eyelift. His
- 8:29Speaker 1: eyes are so far over his being that you know,
- 8:31Speaker 1: you guys, you can get that your your doctor will
- 8:33Speaker 1: approve it, and the insurance will cover it. Okay, Yeah,
- 8:37Speaker 1: Nate has on it has a terrible beard. Now he
- 8:41Speaker 1: has what I have referred to in the past. And
- 8:44Speaker 1: this is a joke between us because I refer to
- 8:46Speaker 1: it as the Sea Everett Coop, which is like the
- 8:49Speaker 1: able link in which you have the beard and then
- 8:52Speaker 1: no mustache.
- 8:55Speaker 2: I never would have thought about that again ever in life.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Tell me what I said?
- 9:01Speaker 1: Will you tell the people? Because I was calling it
- 9:03Speaker 1: the see Everett Coop, which see Ever Coop was the
- 9:07Speaker 1: surgeon General of the United States, like in the nineties,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and he had this beard but no mustache, which I
- 9:13Speaker 1: think is so weird looking. So that's what I called it.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And what did you say? I told you.
- 9:19Speaker 3: I just said that Mary Payn Gilbert must have taken
- 9:21Speaker 3: French in high school, because boy, can she speak French.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I thought you were speaking French. I had no idea
- 9:27Speaker 3: what you were talking about. Thought you said something in French.
- 9:30Speaker 3: And when I told that, that's the name of whoever
- 9:34Speaker 3: this fucking guy is that you mentioned.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, see Everett Coop and you thought I
- 9:42Speaker 1: speaking in French. That's that will never not be the
- 9:48Speaker 1: fun man that was years ago, years ago. Anyway, Nate
- 9:53Speaker 1: has the siever coop and has on a jacket like
- 9:56Speaker 1: a blazer. Looks great. I think Nate's hot. I think
- 9:59Speaker 1: he's real cute. By the way, if anybody did watch
- 10:03Speaker 1: season three and they could tell us about that scarl
- 10:08Speaker 1: in his head, we'd like to know. I'd like to
- 10:11Speaker 1: know because because when they did the flashback to I
- 10:13Speaker 1: was like, oh, I forgot he had that scarl on
- 10:15Speaker 1: his head. Okay, but it went away during filming, so
- 10:19Speaker 1: obviously it was done while he was there. Maybe that's scary.
- 10:24Speaker 2: No, he probably tripped.
- 10:26Speaker 1: It was probably nothing, so okay. Alan has a has
- 10:31Speaker 1: a nice haircut, parted on the side his sweater. Andrew
- 10:36Speaker 1: I think looks great. He's had a glow up.
- 10:39Speaker 2: That's cute. Oh Andrew, Andrew, I was, yes, Andrew looks great.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Cute. Would you like to talk about Stephanie's look, because
- 10:51Speaker 1: here's the thing you've got to have. I hate a
- 10:55Speaker 1: septum piercing anyway, because I'm old, but you have to
- 10:58Speaker 1: have a certain kind to nose. I'm like Katie from
- 11:01Speaker 1: Vanderpump Rules had it before. It was cool, and she's
- 11:04Speaker 1: got a small kind of a roundish nose and it
- 11:08Speaker 1: looked fine.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Well, stephe has the nose of a witch.
- 11:12Speaker 1: She has had a long pointed nose with nonstrals that
- 11:16Speaker 1: go backwards and it's a long bridge. So when it's here,
- 11:19Speaker 1: it really is like that section of her nose hangs
- 11:22Speaker 1: way down.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Yeah, And it also looked like she got those bracest
- 11:26Speaker 3: the day before this this show, because.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Her mouth was all swollen, lopsided. She was speaking horribly.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 11:35Speaker 3: It was weird because we saw how she looked when
- 11:38Speaker 3: she did the final interview with the Colonel. Yeah, like
- 11:41Speaker 3: she looked great. She did, and then she came to
- 11:44Speaker 3: the reunion. Her hair wasn't done well, her makeup wasn't
- 11:48Speaker 3: done well.
- 11:49Speaker 1: She looks like she's sitting in the secretary pool like
- 11:53Speaker 1: she's a business lady going to do business things. You know.
- 11:56Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 11:56Speaker 3: I feel like she should have gotten someone for the
- 11:58Speaker 3: pod to come step out for a minute and do hair. Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 3: her hair looks bad.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I just there was a lot.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Going on with Stephanie.
- 12:05Speaker 3: And not only does she have bracist s, sheh had
- 12:07Speaker 3: colorful braces.
- 12:08Speaker 2: They were like blue or green or I just don't
- 12:11Speaker 2: like that.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I just don't understand she already had pretty perfect teeth
- 12:16Speaker 1: because we see flashes of her in there and stuff,
- 12:18Speaker 1: and I was like, I never noticed a thing about
- 12:20Speaker 1: her teeth. Well, that's right, because their teeth are just normal.
- 12:24Speaker 2: They maybe no one, Stephanie, they're fake. You know, you
- 12:26Speaker 2: could get fake braces.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Maybe it's a jaw issue. Whatever. I will tell you.
- 12:30Speaker 1: When I watched six months ahead, she does still have
- 12:32Speaker 1: the braces, but they're not as noticeable because they're not
- 12:36Speaker 1: like they're like clear, okay.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Because these were not clear. These were colored.
- 12:41Speaker 3: And I just feel as though, if you're not thirteen braces,
- 12:45Speaker 3: like they don't need to be pink or blue. You
- 12:47Speaker 3: need just clear clear ones. The regular silver ones are
- 12:51Speaker 3: the clear ones? Are its online?
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yes? I agree. I don't think she needed any of it.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Maybe she had a jaw issue. I don't know, but anyway,
- 12:58Speaker 1: it was shocking because yeah, I would I was looking
- 13:01Speaker 1: and I was like, her nose would be cute with
- 13:03Speaker 1: a little side hoop. Yeah, she's got a nose for that.
- 13:06Speaker 1: This thing in the middle was not flattering. Okay, and
- 13:09Speaker 1: those I gotta tell you something else, those great contacts
- 13:12Speaker 1: freaked me out. They're horrible.
- 13:14Speaker 3: They you a blade, and if you're not the day
- 13:17Speaker 3: Walker who was Blade, she did not have great contacts, No,
- 13:23Speaker 3: not at all.
- 13:24Speaker 1: They freaked me out.
- 13:24Speaker 2: It's horrible.
- 13:25Speaker 1: And then when she doesn't look good, and then she's
- 13:27Speaker 1: getting mad and her eyes are getting big and she's
- 13:29Speaker 1: got that I was like, whoa, she's scary. Okay, Angela,
- 13:32Speaker 1: you know, I think she's so cute. I thought she
- 13:34Speaker 1: looked really cute. Okay, That's how I feel about her.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Jacqueline looks trash exactly the same.
- 13:41Speaker 2: She looks trashy.
- 13:42Speaker 3: She's one of those people that no matter what you
- 13:45Speaker 3: do with her, she's going to look trashy. She just
- 13:47Speaker 3: got that trash you also, people just have that trashy
- 13:49Speaker 3: look about them.
- 13:50Speaker 2: They just do.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and she has it. That's Keisha, a girl, not me.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Who was it that posted in the Facebook group? Was
- 13:59Speaker 3: it Lisape? Okay, let's the shock of all shocks. There's
- 14:03Speaker 3: a picture of Jacqueline in between Deonte from Love After lock.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Up and that other guy from Love after lock Up
- 14:11Speaker 1: that wore like the colored.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Suit, blue suit, the blue suit, and she did put his.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Name, Uh, I can't remember.
- 14:18Speaker 2: And I was like, how did these two worlds collide?
- 14:20Speaker 1: Like?
- 14:21Speaker 2: How where? How did this come about?
- 14:24Speaker 1: I don't know, but it's interesting because she was on
- 14:29Speaker 1: Neckadin and Afraid and she's been on Doctor Phil and
- 14:31Speaker 1: they were like, oh no, she makes the rounds on
- 14:33Speaker 1: the reality shows. And I was like, Okay, I didn't
- 14:36Speaker 1: know that.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Well, maybe she's trying to pay for law school.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Maybe, but I mean, this was like a long time ago.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I don't think she's an attorney. Still I don't either.
- 14:47Speaker 1: But again, all of this will be discussed when we
- 14:50Speaker 1: get to the next episode. It doesn't say on the
- 14:52Speaker 1: next episode. I'm just saying I'm going to do some
- 14:54Speaker 1: research on all these people. Okay. So Alan says he
- 15:00Speaker 1: never knew Nate was in the program, and Andrew says,
- 15:03Speaker 1: I was sure when I went in that Nate and
- 15:06Speaker 1: Allen were participants, but because Nate had been there so long,
- 15:10Speaker 1: it made me question it. Right, with him being there
- 15:14Speaker 1: so long, saved him twice.
- 15:15Speaker 3: He saved them then, it saved him then, and it
- 15:18Speaker 3: also saved him when he got called to go home.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Yeah, when everyone was like.
- 15:22Speaker 3: You're on sixty days in, it's yes, I'll get to
- 15:24Speaker 3: hear one hundred and twenty days.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, So Sola Dad says, Okay, Jacqueline, you
- 15:33Speaker 1: gave Stephanie a big high in a wave, so it
- 15:36Speaker 1: seems like you had a constitious relationship. And Jacqueline goes, no,
- 15:40Speaker 1: I love Stephanie and I don't care what happened. We
- 15:42Speaker 1: went through this together. You know. I've got a soft
- 15:44Speaker 1: spot for Stephanie. Now this changes later when she sees
- 15:46Speaker 1: some footage, it changes big time. I was kind of like,
- 15:50Speaker 1: what are you? Did you forget what she did to you?
- 15:53Speaker 3: Will you kind of put two and two together and
- 15:55Speaker 3: saw that she sabotaged you.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I wonder though, and they don't tell us it's been
- 16:00Speaker 1: four months since they seen each other, you know, it's
- 16:02Speaker 1: been four months since that final meeting or what. So
- 16:06Speaker 1: she says she has a soft spot for her, and
- 16:08Speaker 1: Stephanie says, yeah, we had an up and down relationship,
- 16:12Speaker 1: you know, And I wasn't sure how I was gonna
- 16:14Speaker 1: feel when I see Jacqueline, but it's normal. I'm happy
- 16:18Speaker 1: to see her, and they asked her. No, she wasn't
- 16:21Speaker 1: and asked Angela, and she goes, no love lost, no
- 16:24Speaker 1: love gained. I feel neutral to.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Everybody, and I see a stomach this girl.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I was very upset with her this whole episode.
- 16:31Speaker 3: I was like, girl, she she fooled us at a
- 16:35Speaker 3: very beginning with her attitude because that shit was not
- 16:39Speaker 3: real at all.
- 16:40Speaker 2: She's one of those.
- 16:40Speaker 3: People who can talk a big game and then it
- 16:43Speaker 3: just all comes crumbling down.
- 16:45Speaker 2: She's scary.
- 16:46Speaker 1: It's the dimples that get you. Yeah. Yeah, And they
- 16:50Speaker 1: ask her like, are you feeling nervous about all this?
- 16:52Speaker 1: She goes, no, why would I be feeling nervous? And
- 16:54Speaker 1: by the way, on the next episode, you're not gonna
- 16:56Speaker 1: like her even more. So we get so clips and
- 17:01Speaker 1: we see Angela fighting with that girl, which she was
- 17:04Speaker 1: like making fun of her accident, gonna I'm gonna beat
- 17:06Speaker 1: the shit out of you and all that, and she's
- 17:08Speaker 1: like smiling while she's watching it, like it's funny.
- 17:10Speaker 3: She because she's so crazy person, and she's scarier than Stephanie.
- 17:16Speaker 1: So Jacqueline, who hadn't seen that because she was gone right,
- 17:19Speaker 1: Jacqueline goes, I am shocked to see that she goes,
- 17:22Speaker 1: everybody liked Angel, like, I can't believe I'm seeing that
- 17:26Speaker 1: fighting clip. But you know, good for you stander ground,
- 17:28Speaker 1: But like.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Wow, she wasn't standing her ground. The girl didn't push
- 17:32Speaker 3: her at all. She was the aggressor in that situation.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Yeah. So still, the dad asked, Matt, you know, why
- 17:39Speaker 1: did you ask your son Andrew to go in? And
- 17:41Speaker 1: he goes, well, I never thought he would say yes,
- 17:45Speaker 1: And she says, okay, Matt, you found incarceration really hard.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Let's play some clips. Okay, we get these clips of
- 17:52Speaker 1: Lawrence and his lethal gas.
- 17:55Speaker 2: That was funny.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Yeah, the pee and and the cup. Yes, the kung
- 17:59Speaker 1: fu fighting.
- 18:02Speaker 3: I knew they were gonna there's there's no way. You
- 18:05Speaker 3: know how much the producers laughed every time he would
- 18:08Speaker 3: do that ship.
- 18:09Speaker 1: They're like, oh, he's in the corner, get the camera,
- 18:11Speaker 1: get the camera in that corner. He's getting ready.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:15Speaker 1: The t bow drama, of which it was no drama.
- 18:18Speaker 1: And that's another thing I wish they would have kind
- 18:20Speaker 1: of gone more into that, like do you see now
- 18:22Speaker 1: that you were sort of you imagined all imagined a
- 18:26Speaker 1: lot of it. Yeah, and you know him saying, I
- 18:29Speaker 1: feel I'm a target and I'm gonna have to leave
- 18:31Speaker 1: to say my son.
- 18:33Speaker 3: You know all that you were only the target of
- 18:34Speaker 3: your own bladder. That was the only thing his gass.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Yeah. So as he's watching it, he goes, I don't
- 18:46Speaker 1: cry in life, but now I'm tearing up watching that.
- 18:48Speaker 1: You know, in there, they called me read, so I
- 18:50Speaker 1: nicknamed myself cry baby Read because I was crying all
- 18:53Speaker 1: the time. And he goes, and I tear up thinking
- 18:57Speaker 1: about how I had to leave my son in jail.
- 19:00Speaker 2: You did not.
- 19:01Speaker 3: He is acting like he took this newborn son and
- 19:04Speaker 3: left him in front of a fire station. That is
- 19:07Speaker 3: not what happened. You both were on a television show.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Give me a fucking bak, and let's just be honest here.
- 19:14Speaker 3: You hope that your son were scared straight. You hoped
- 19:17Speaker 3: that going to jail was going to beat the gay
- 19:19Speaker 3: out of him. That is what you really really thought.
- 19:22Speaker 3: And then you got made to look like a fool.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Yes, all of that. Yes, he goes. At the end,
- 19:28Speaker 1: I felt I had so much inks. I felt I
- 19:30Speaker 1: was going to explode. And she goes, but Andrew was
- 19:33Speaker 1: doing just fine, So what's wrong with you?
- 19:36Speaker 3: Andrew could have done one hundred and twenty days.
- 19:39Speaker 1: I wish they would have asked him to read up.
- 19:40Speaker 1: He would have done it.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Do you know how many people would have left there
- 19:43Speaker 3: knowing how to read had Andrews stayed, because they would
- 19:46Speaker 3: have had classes, kicking classes on Wednesdays, you know, social
- 19:51Speaker 3: skills on this day.
- 19:52Speaker 2: He would have been great.
- 19:54Speaker 1: So Andrew goes, Yeah, that door that separated us caused
- 19:57Speaker 1: him a lot of stress. And so Matt goes, why
- 20:01Speaker 1: did you want Andrew to go in? He goes, well,
- 20:04Speaker 1: I was hoping that having Andrew exposed in the experience
- 20:07Speaker 1: would toughen him up and make it more of a man.
- 20:10Speaker 1: And Andrew goes, I didn't set out to prove anything
- 20:13Speaker 1: to my dad, like, actually, my way is better. I'm
- 20:16Speaker 1: just not an aggressive person. And when I got home,
- 20:19Speaker 1: my dad said, you didn't necessarily need to change. And
- 20:23Speaker 1: he goes, but you know, here's the thing I did
- 20:24Speaker 1: survive in jail, and that gave me a huge confidence boost,
- 20:28Speaker 1: which is great. I mean, yeah, good friend.
- 20:30Speaker 3: The only thing that you know, Matt was the aggressor
- 20:33Speaker 3: of was the fucking air, because that's the only thing
- 20:36Speaker 3: he punched was air.
- 20:39Speaker 1: That's right, that was it. You're right, he would have.
- 20:43Speaker 3: If it weren't for him being inside his own crazy head,
- 20:45Speaker 3: it would have been a breathe.
- 20:46Speaker 2: For him in there.
- 20:47Speaker 1: They showed those clips of him like looking toward the
- 20:50Speaker 1: ceiling and pretending to scream. It was just like School
- 20:54Speaker 1: of Drama. Just get okay. So soul a dad asked
- 20:59Speaker 1: Jack Glynn about the breakdown the show, which I had
- 21:02Speaker 1: totally forgotten about, like on that first day when she
- 21:04Speaker 1: put her hands up and was like, I'm not going
- 21:05Speaker 1: to be able to do this because I missed my
- 21:06Speaker 1: kid so much, right, And we see her crying about
- 21:10Speaker 1: of course she had lost a child, and she says,
- 21:13Speaker 1: you know, I wasn't able to talk to my daughter
- 21:15Speaker 1: Jimma at the beginning, and I had a panic attack
- 21:17Speaker 1: about it. And then we see the call that she
- 21:21Speaker 1: made to Jimma and her mom going is okay mom,
- 21:24Speaker 1: And so it has says, so why did you Why
- 21:26Speaker 1: did you stay? Because you could have left? And she says,
- 21:28Speaker 1: I have guilt. I've guilt about things I've done in
- 21:30Speaker 1: my life in situations I've gone through, and I have
- 21:34Speaker 1: a hard time believing that I deserve anything in life.
- 21:37Speaker 1: So it was like punishment.
- 21:40Speaker 2: It's still like the baby's death has something to do
- 21:45Speaker 2: with her.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Right, it was an accident, but we don't know what
- 21:48Speaker 1: the accident.
- 21:48Speaker 2: No, we know what it was.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Again, I think we're going to find it all on Reddit,
- 21:52Speaker 1: because she did go on Doctor phil to talk about it. Oh, okay,
- 21:56Speaker 1: she was not a Doctor Philip. But again I haven't looked,
- 21:58Speaker 1: so I don't know. So so Colonel Iger says, we
- 22:02Speaker 1: hear that a lot from female offenders. They don't feel
- 22:05Speaker 1: they deserve anything good in the world. Angel hugs Jacqueline,
- 22:10Speaker 1: which was very nice.
- 22:11Speaker 2: It was fake.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Well okay, so oh, she probably was.
- 22:17Speaker 2: More interested in her ethel after the.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Show stop it. So okay, let's dig into Stephanie. We
- 22:25Speaker 1: see some clips of her being a total asshole like.
- 22:28Speaker 3: She is, Yeah, which was the majority of the She
- 22:30Speaker 3: only became Did she stop being an asshole.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Whenever Swow came after her?
- 22:35Speaker 1: Then she got real scared, Yes she did. And she
- 22:38Speaker 1: talks about how she's just using Jacqueline and she would
- 22:40Speaker 1: throw her under the bus and throw her away like
- 22:43Speaker 1: yesterday's Trish. She could just be history to her, and
- 22:46Speaker 1: how it's a competition and she's gonna win the competition.
- 22:48Speaker 1: And she'll be happy if she finishes the sixty days
- 22:51Speaker 1: in and be thrilled if Jackie goes home. Okay, this
- 22:54Speaker 1: wasn't Survivor, this was I Love Him, But I love
- 22:59Speaker 1: how they referenced this here. They're like, what show did
- 23:01Speaker 1: you think you were on? Exactly?
- 23:03Speaker 2: You know?
- 23:03Speaker 1: Yeah? Is there a prize? You know? And so Jackie
- 23:08Speaker 1: just loses her mind because she didn't know any of this. Yeah,
- 23:12Speaker 1: she goes, yeh, what do you think America is going
- 23:14Speaker 1: to think about such a nasty individual. We were all
- 23:17Speaker 1: there to further our career careers and help out this system,
- 23:21Speaker 1: and you were there for the wrong reason. This was
- 23:23Speaker 1: not a competition show.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Mm hmmmm hm.
- 23:26Speaker 1: And Stephanie goes to her, do you think I care?
- 23:28Speaker 1: And Jacqueline goes, when you're in jail, you'll get your
- 23:31Speaker 1: ass beat. And if you're from the street, you get
- 23:33Speaker 1: your ass beat. But you're not from the streets, and
- 23:35Speaker 1: you will get your ass beat. That's what's going to
- 23:38Speaker 1: happen to you. I'm done being nice to you. I
- 23:40Speaker 1: took you under my wing, and after all this effort
- 23:43Speaker 1: for all the people in this if you know you
- 23:45Speaker 1: act like a bitch, ass conniving little girl, you deserve
- 23:48Speaker 1: some street justice, and I'll find you. And then she
- 23:51Speaker 1: winks at her and blows her kiss.
- 23:53Speaker 2: And they blew each other kisses.
- 23:54Speaker 3: It's like, these are two individuals who have probably never
- 23:57Speaker 3: been in a fight in their dire life talking shit
- 23:59Speaker 3: to one another.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Right, right, So this is yeah, strange, it was. It was.
- 24:05Speaker 3: It was weird, like I wanted to root for Jackie
- 24:07Speaker 3: when she was saying all this, but then it just.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Came off as weird.
- 24:13Speaker 1: And it seems like it was edited. Strange like that,
- 24:15Speaker 1: maybe there was more because it kind of didn't make sense. Yeah,
- 24:20Speaker 1: it was Sola Dad says, Stephanie wasn't the goal for
- 24:25Speaker 1: everyone to help the colonel, So why would you try
- 24:28Speaker 1: to sabotage another participant? And she goes, yeah, I guess.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I mean, I'm proud of my success and yeah, I'm
- 24:34Speaker 1: happy she dropped out.
- 24:35Speaker 3: So yeah, I don't understand what, like, how what what
- 24:41Speaker 3: filled your cup with happiness?
- 24:43Speaker 2: The Jacqueline was gone?
- 24:45Speaker 1: I don't know. And they and they mentioned over and
- 24:47Speaker 1: over that Stephanie sabotaged Jacqueline, But how how did she sabotage?
- 24:55Speaker 2: Trying to think back of what she did, I felt.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Like she didn't do anything. She was trying to help
- 24:59Speaker 1: her to get her coming to her room. But do
- 25:02Speaker 1: we think she did that on purpose to get to
- 25:04Speaker 1: make everybody mad at Jacqueline. I don't know.
- 25:08Speaker 3: The only thing I can think is that whenever the
- 25:11Speaker 3: CEO made Stephanie go back to her own room, she
- 25:16Speaker 3: didn't take up for Jaqueline. She didn't say no, no,
- 25:18Speaker 3: no no. She was only doing that because I told
- 25:21Speaker 3: her this was going on. She let them believe that
- 25:24Speaker 3: Jacqueline just thought that.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Swore was a bully. Yeah, that's the only thing I
- 25:28Speaker 2: can think of.
- 25:29Speaker 1: So Nate goes, Yeah, you know, everybody has different reasons
- 25:32Speaker 1: for doing it, but the colonel hand selected each and
- 25:36Speaker 1: every one of us. So he selected you and for
- 25:39Speaker 1: you to come in and try to manipulate I don't
- 25:41Speaker 1: really see the purpose.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Yeah, she like.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Wanted to be the best.
- 25:45Speaker 3: She acts like there was going to be like a
- 25:47Speaker 3: prize at the end for being the best inmate.
- 25:51Speaker 2: And if that had been true, it would have gone
- 25:54Speaker 2: to Nate, not Stephanie.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Right, So now goes, well, you owe her an apology
- 26:01Speaker 1: and the rest of us too. I came in for
- 26:03Speaker 1: a reason, and you kind of turned it into a
- 26:05Speaker 1: game show, and I'm shocked. You know, all that time
- 26:08Speaker 1: you spent attacking her and trying to get her out
- 26:11Speaker 1: could have been spent doing something productive. Okay, see this
- 26:14Speaker 1: is a moment.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Mass should have been quiet because he was only attacking
- 26:17Speaker 3: Air the entire time. Like he did nothing that was
- 26:21Speaker 3: productive for the program, now except for teach people to
- 26:24Speaker 3: how to have an imaginary friend. Because she just yeah,
- 26:28Speaker 3: he was. She does old Jacqueline an apology. But I
- 26:31Speaker 3: don't think Stephanie owed everyone else no.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Just I think she owed the colonel an apology that too.
- 26:37Speaker 1: But so Stephanie goes, well, she was becoming a target
- 26:41Speaker 1: and I wasn't here to like hang out with her
- 26:43Speaker 1: or become anybody's friend. And Jacqueline goes, no, you were
- 26:46Speaker 1: just there to be on TV. And then she says
- 26:49Speaker 1: like Survivor, yeah, and she goes, yeah, and just like Survivor,
- 26:53Speaker 1: I made it to the season finale. Carl, well, we
- 26:58Speaker 1: should get her, put her ass and Survivor and see
- 27:00Speaker 1: how she would do. She would be gone by day three.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:06Speaker 1: So Jacqueline goes, you're a pathological liar, and I called
- 27:09Speaker 1: your bluff. Your credibility is nothing and nobody should believe
- 27:12Speaker 1: a word that comes out of your mouth. And I'm
- 27:15Speaker 1: gonna tell you something. On the next episode, you'll see
- 27:19Speaker 1: that this is true. So solo Dad says, let me
- 27:22Speaker 1: say this in the nicest way possible. You come across
- 27:25Speaker 1: this as a sociopath. She did it.
- 27:28Speaker 3: And here's the thing, there's no nice way to put
- 27:30Speaker 3: that at all.
- 27:31Speaker 1: But she totally clocked.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Her because she did.
- 27:34Speaker 1: She did, And the colonel goes, yeah, I was thinking
- 27:38Speaker 1: that too. I was thinking that too, And solo Dad says,
- 27:41Speaker 1: you're trying to ask a competitor who is not competing
- 27:44Speaker 1: with you in a system where you're supposed to be
- 27:47Speaker 1: helping the colonel make the system better for people in jail.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:51Speaker 1: And here's the thing.
- 27:52Speaker 2: If she didn't like Jacqueline, they never.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Have to talk. She never had. They never had to
- 27:57Speaker 1: say like, hey, I could tell your an. She could
- 27:59Speaker 1: have just treated her like another inmate and denied she
- 28:01Speaker 1: was in the program.
- 28:02Speaker 3: And even if they had known that the other was
- 28:04Speaker 3: in a program, she still didn't have to fuck with her.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it's crazy. It was weird behavior. So Stephanie goes,
- 28:11Speaker 1: you know, I do have a hard time with my
- 28:12Speaker 1: feelings and my family tells me this. I just kind
- 28:15Speaker 1: of have a hard time with people we can tell.
- 28:19Speaker 1: So Stilla Dad says, Matt says, you everyone in an apology,
- 28:23Speaker 1: and she goes, no, I mean I think maybe only
- 28:25Speaker 1: Jacqueline and Jackson goes, let's hear it, let's hear it.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I was one hundred percent loyal to you. I had
- 28:30Speaker 1: your back. I'm a firm believer that you should have
- 28:33Speaker 1: gone gone home and I did not never do one
- 28:36Speaker 1: damn thing to you. And we'll see what happens when
- 28:38Speaker 1: this airs. My conscience is clear. You need to analyze
- 28:40Speaker 1: yourself as a woman and grow. And Stephanie goes home, well,
- 28:44Speaker 1: I was trying to talk and you interrupted me. Yeah,
- 28:48Speaker 1: and you're right, Oh, you an apology and I was
- 28:50Speaker 1: about to get there. I'm sorry for trying to get
- 28:56Speaker 1: you out, I'm sorry for lying to you, and I'm
- 28:58Speaker 1: sorry for throwing you under the bat us a few times.
- 29:02Speaker 2: She could have gotten or killed.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Yeah, she's just like, I mean, she reala could have
- 29:08Speaker 1: okay on to Johnny and we're done with that. So
- 29:10Speaker 1: that's why I kind of felt like it could just
- 29:12Speaker 1: could have been longer. They could have given us more. Yeah,
- 29:15Speaker 1: so Johnny explains, you know, he did this for his
- 29:17Speaker 1: kid who's in jail, and to show that even if
- 29:21Speaker 1: you're in a dark place, there will be light at
- 29:23Speaker 1: the end of the tunnel, and you don't have to
- 29:25Speaker 1: make it worse for yourself in jail and get more time. Yes,
- 29:29Speaker 1: which is what could have happened to him if you
- 29:31Speaker 1: beat up that guy.
- 29:32Speaker 2: But which I don't think one of them wanted to
- 29:35Speaker 2: fight the other.
- 29:37Speaker 1: I think Johnny wanted to beat his ass, but he
- 29:39Speaker 1: also didn't want to get in trouble.
- 29:41Speaker 3: I think he wanted to be his ass in his head,
- 29:45Speaker 3: but physically he knew.
- 29:47Speaker 1: He wasn't going to be able to beat that guy's ass. Yeah. Yeah,
- 29:50Speaker 1: so's Johnnie, how do you feel about Emmanuel? And he goes,
- 29:54Speaker 1: oh God, I love that guy, And she goes, now
- 29:57Speaker 1: you are huh. He goes, Look, he did rub me
- 30:01Speaker 1: the wrong way, and I thought he was kind of selfish.
- 30:04Speaker 1: But he's young. And here's the thing I knew right
- 30:07Speaker 1: when I saw him he was in the program. He's
- 30:09Speaker 1: got beautiful teeth and a beautiful body. I knew he
- 30:11Speaker 1: didn't come for the streets. The beautiful body part kind of.
- 30:16Speaker 2: And soil.
- 30:16Speaker 1: A dad goes, so is this dental work? And he
- 30:19Speaker 1: goes yeah, and they go that can be a dividing
- 30:21Speaker 1: line in jail, to which I should have had the
- 30:23Speaker 1: picture of a rabbit ready to pull up for you.
- 30:26Speaker 3: I was ready for rabbit to hop out at any
- 30:28Speaker 3: moment during this reunion.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I think that was the one thing that the reunion
- 30:32Speaker 2: was missing.
- 30:33Speaker 3: I thought that box in the middle was gonna be
- 30:36Speaker 3: like him hopping out.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Of it with everybody.
- 30:40Speaker 1: It would have been a very nice here for the
- 30:42Speaker 1: next episode to be. Like some of the other people
- 30:44Speaker 1: we saw on the show were this girl, one of
- 30:49Speaker 1: these white girls that was in UH that was like
- 30:53Speaker 1: trying to talk to Gabrielle, Like what happened to Angel
- 30:56Speaker 1: and stuff? Like the one of those white girls that
- 30:57Speaker 1: was like the strippers at the party. We saw them
- 30:59Speaker 1: a lot. I'd like to know what happened to them.
- 31:02Speaker 1: We really want to know what happened to Desmond, what
- 31:04Speaker 1: happened to Uh, to Big Swoll, what happened to Little Spoils,
- 31:08Speaker 1: the guy that broke the iPad, you know all these people.
- 31:11Speaker 1: What happened to Timbo?
- 31:13Speaker 3: You know, I'm sure, I'm sure Tbo's still there. I'm sure,
- 31:17Speaker 3: Well he's in prison.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Yeah, and it says, you know, the dental the dental
- 31:22Speaker 1: work could be a dividing line in jail. So we
- 31:25Speaker 1: see some of Emmanuel's rants in the jail and he goes,
- 31:30Speaker 1: I was trying to be the voice of the people
- 31:32Speaker 1: in that jail and know when he was like complaining,
- 31:36Speaker 1: like I wrote a report but didn't know nothing ever
- 31:38Speaker 1: happened whatever. Yeah, Colonel Andre says, yeah, but those rants
- 31:42Speaker 1: that you did, that wouldn't get anything fixed then and there,
- 31:45Speaker 1: like you work in a change it.
- 31:47Speaker 3: But his thig about it was the thing is is
- 31:49Speaker 3: that when he was doing those rants, all the CEOs
- 31:52Speaker 3: were focused on him, whereas a fucking fight could have
- 31:55Speaker 3: broke out at any moment because all the CEOs.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Are over there because he started his different. Yeah, don't
- 32:00Speaker 2: get me.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Wrong, what he was upset about it was a legitimate
- 32:04Speaker 3: reason because that was very unstanitary what was going on.
- 32:07Speaker 2: But the way he went about it was very hmmm.
- 32:13Speaker 1: It was a yeah, yeah, and again with the changing
- 32:18Speaker 1: of the accent, you know, like.
- 32:20Speaker 2: He cannot stick to a character.
- 32:23Speaker 1: So Boucci is like, you know, I tried to be
- 32:27Speaker 1: civil with the CEOs and there were the times that
- 32:30Speaker 1: the CEOs just didn't care. And we you know, we
- 32:31Speaker 1: see some clips that have been going I don't give
- 32:33Speaker 1: a fuck about you and all this stuff. So Onto
- 32:37Speaker 1: Alan and that's it. That's all we get from me.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Onto Alan. Alan is a cop in a small town
- 32:44Speaker 1: in Texas. We were recalled and uh yeah, he was
- 32:47Speaker 1: worried being in there as a cop, he says, But
- 32:50Speaker 1: my main reason to be in there is to show
- 32:52Speaker 1: the human side of a police officer, like I can
- 32:54Speaker 1: mingle and make friends, in form relationships with people. We
- 32:58Speaker 1: rolled clips and we see his break down, how he
- 33:00Speaker 1: got like when he got that new roommate, and then
- 33:03Speaker 1: how I was ready to go and everything, and he says,
- 33:06Speaker 1: you know, I didn't always have a good experience with
- 33:09Speaker 1: the officers there, and they always called me white boy
- 33:12Speaker 1: and all that stuff. And he goes and it opened
- 33:13Speaker 1: my eyes a little bit, and I could see the
- 33:15Speaker 1: frustrations with the law enforcement in general, you know, being
- 33:18Speaker 1: on the other side of it. Now, Angela gos you know,
- 33:21Speaker 1: welcome to my life.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Well, so we have to remember that this is right.
- 33:27Speaker 2: What year was this.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Was it? I don't know, I don't know. I can
- 33:32Speaker 1: look right it was after Black Lives Minter matter, And
- 33:36Speaker 1: that's what I was going to say.
- 33:37Speaker 3: This is on the tail end of all the Black
- 33:39Speaker 3: Lives matters, the police brutality. So I think a lot
- 33:43Speaker 3: of the attitude that Angelaie had, which I'm not saying
- 33:46Speaker 3: that it was right, was really based off of that
- 33:50Speaker 3: because it was so thick in the country during that time.
- 33:53Speaker 1: But here, I mean it was filmed in twenty eighteen. Also,
- 33:57Speaker 1: it was before well, let's see when, because I don't
- 34:04Speaker 1: know the exact date of when. Let's say, okay, black
- 34:12Speaker 1: Lives Matter movement started in twenty thirteen with the hashtag
- 34:16Speaker 1: and then let's see, they're twenty fourteen. Was that, well,
- 34:21Speaker 1: it was after Trayvon Martin, so okay, so we're a
- 34:25Speaker 1: little bit and then twenty twenty massive global protests that
- 34:29Speaker 1: really right at the movement. Okay, So I'm gonna say,
- 34:33Speaker 1: is the movement at that time?
- 34:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I most definitely would not want to get pulled
- 34:39Speaker 3: over by Alan, being from a small town in Texas
- 34:43Speaker 3: at nightties not so much that he's a police officer,
- 34:48Speaker 3: but I would think he was a fucking vampire, because
- 34:50Speaker 3: the boy has no blood flowing through his body.
- 34:55Speaker 1: He doesn't get up all No, he doesn't get.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Us yet, and it didn't get any better once he
- 35:00Speaker 3: was out of the program. He says, got that baby Dracula.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Look about himself, I mean the points of ears. And
- 35:08Speaker 3: he's always like this, like al the fo like his hunched.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Over and he's said, and he's so young looking and
- 35:15Speaker 1: he's like two. He looks so little. So when he says,
- 35:20Speaker 1: you know, I could see the frustrations with law enforcement
- 35:23Speaker 1: in general, and Angela says, welcome to my life, she goes, welcome,
- 35:27Speaker 1: she goes, you know, I hate that in that prison,
- 35:29Speaker 1: the men and the women are dehumanized. They're like animals
- 35:32Speaker 1: in there, are like wicked people, but they're mistakes, and
- 35:35Speaker 1: I hate That's the only thing that's highlighted on this
- 35:38Speaker 1: show is the gang bangers in the fights.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Well, hey, that's not that. He was highlighted with your
- 35:45Speaker 2: pod it particularly.
- 35:47Speaker 1: And by the way, you got into a fight. She
- 35:50Speaker 1: started the fight.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean it was an argument, but she turned
- 35:54Speaker 3: it into a physical altercation.
- 35:56Speaker 1: But she says, the only thing highlighted on the show
- 35:59Speaker 1: is gangbangers and fire, and I disagree with that.
- 36:01Speaker 2: True.
- 36:02Speaker 1: I mean, I think if you went back and listened
- 36:03Speaker 1: to our first episode. We were like, oh no, we
- 36:05Speaker 1: don't want to see it, Like the fights are so intense.
- 36:08Speaker 1: But it's not that we got used to it. But
- 36:10Speaker 1: there wasn't a gangbanger fight every episode every episode. No,
- 36:14Speaker 1: there was not, and there certainly was none of that
- 36:17Speaker 1: on the women's side. And by the way, she hasn't
- 36:20Speaker 1: seen the season yet, she's full of shit. So Colonel
- 36:25Speaker 1: Ager says, I'm going to say something provocative here, and
- 36:27Speaker 1: I mean too, like, okay, so we're making excuses for
- 36:30Speaker 1: that violence. He says, if a police officer jumps somebody
- 36:34Speaker 1: jumps on somebody, the whole neighborhood comes out in its
- 36:37Speaker 1: social commentary. But which violence is okay and which isn't.
- 36:42Speaker 1: And so he's trying to say, like, so it's okay
- 36:44Speaker 1: with this violence in prison, but if a police officer does,
- 36:48Speaker 1: by the way, none of it's okay. No, it's so violence.
- 36:51Speaker 1: And she goes, I'm speaking real, what do you mean
- 36:55Speaker 1: And he goes, I'm being real too. This is black
- 36:58Speaker 1: on black crimes in the jail, just like in the streets.
- 37:02Speaker 1: And so she agrees, and he says, but the minute
- 37:04Speaker 1: a cop is involved, we have to jump up and
- 37:06Speaker 1: down and tear down the town. And she's like, oh,
- 37:09Speaker 1: she just laughs at him like he's immature.
- 37:12Speaker 2: She really is.
- 37:13Speaker 3: She's one of those people who talks a good talk
- 37:16Speaker 3: like she knows so much, she's so experienced.
- 37:19Speaker 1: But really she doesn't. But he is a black man
- 37:23Speaker 1: and a cop and running this prison, and so he's
- 37:26Speaker 1: trying to give his experience of being in this prison
- 37:29Speaker 1: system because.
- 37:30Speaker 2: He has to live in a world as a black man.
- 37:32Speaker 3: When he's not in uniform, yes, but then when he
- 37:34Speaker 3: goes there, he's completely law enforcement.
- 37:36Speaker 2: So what better person to listen.
- 37:38Speaker 1: To than him? Soladad says sir, with all do there
- 37:44Speaker 1: is no black on black crime. There is just crime.
- 37:48Speaker 1: White people kill white people. Black people kill black people,
- 37:51Speaker 1: you know, and people are more likely to be killed
- 37:53Speaker 1: by the same race. So I'm gonna disagree with you,
- 37:56Speaker 1: full stop and with respect. There's a difference between two
- 38:00Speaker 1: people fighting and a police officer who's in charge of
- 38:03Speaker 1: the community to uphold the law, fighting between a police
- 38:06Speaker 1: officer and a civilian, they're two different standards. And he goes,
- 38:10Speaker 1: I agree with that, we expect more from our law enforcement.
- 38:13Speaker 1: But my point is I don't tolerate any level of violence. Yeah,
- 38:17Speaker 1: and Angel literally goes, this, fucking guy, she's stupid.
- 38:22Speaker 2: I can't, but I can. I just mention as a
- 38:24Speaker 2: side note, Salivad O'Brien has.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Like the perfect hare. Oh my god, she's very pretty.
- 38:30Speaker 1: It's it's it's the hair.
- 38:32Speaker 2: Is just beautiful.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Yeah, she's just just a beautiful journalistic lady. So Alan,
- 38:39Speaker 1: then they go, let's move on to Alan because they
- 38:42Speaker 1: just drop that subject. And Alan says he's no longer
- 38:46Speaker 1: a full time police officer, right, He said, I just
- 38:49Speaker 1: couldn't think of arresting somebody with a diningbag of weed
- 38:53Speaker 1: and putting them in a place like that. I wouldn't
- 38:56Speaker 1: be able to live with myself.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, so he really did learn.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Yeah, something he really didn't learn, Like there are people
- 39:02Speaker 1: in here that I'm friends with that literally sold a
- 39:05Speaker 1: dimbag of weed one time and now they're in here,
- 39:09Speaker 1: you know.
- 39:10Speaker 3: So he truly took something away from this experience.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Yeah, unlike the majority of the casts. Yeah, yeah, I agreed.
- 39:19Speaker 1: So Solidad says, Okay, so we're going to talk about
- 39:21Speaker 1: the participants and the inmates and the lines getting blurry,
- 39:25Speaker 1: and so you think they're going to talk about Antelaine Gabrielle,
- 39:28Speaker 1: but she wants to talk about the drug use. So
- 39:31Speaker 1: we see the parties in the women's sections and the whippets,
- 39:33Speaker 1: and then we see Nate and Allen asking people in
- 39:36Speaker 1: their pods like how to get drugs. We see Angel
- 39:40Speaker 1: doing the smoking of the whatever they were smoking, and
- 39:43Speaker 1: doing whippets, Spany doing whippets, and her saying it's okay
- 39:49Speaker 1: for her to do it because she used to be
- 39:51Speaker 1: a pharmacy tech, so she knows where to draw the line.
- 39:54Speaker 2: Well, does she know what?
- 39:56Speaker 1: Okay?
- 39:56Speaker 3: Every pharmacy tech can't look at just any pill, tell
- 40:00Speaker 3: you exactly what it is, the side effects and all
- 40:03Speaker 3: of that. She can't do that, Like, there's no there's
- 40:06Speaker 3: no way. She doesn't know how many of the pills
- 40:09Speaker 3: that are putting in there. I mean, she's not sitting
- 40:11Speaker 3: there studying it, saying, let me see that pill first.
- 40:14Speaker 2: This pill should be mixed with that pill and not
- 40:16Speaker 2: with that.
- 40:17Speaker 1: She's full shit. I agree, I agree, And Nate goes,
- 40:21Speaker 1: were you not worried about getting arrested? Right? And Angel goes,
- 40:25Speaker 1: you know, I've realized that the jail system, it's not
- 40:27Speaker 1: a form of wanting to fix things. It's about control.
- 40:31Speaker 1: And Coloneledgrick goes, what do you mean about control? And
- 40:34Speaker 1: she goes, excuse me, I was talking and you don't
- 40:36Speaker 1: control me on this set. And he goes, I'm tired
- 40:39Speaker 1: of her. He goes, I just asked a question.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm tired of her. And when I'm not tired
- 40:44Speaker 3: of her, I'm sick of her. She's just doing too much.
- 40:47Speaker 1: I agree, Sola. Dad goes, Nate asked if you were
- 40:49Speaker 1: concerned about actually getting arrested, because he said, were you
- 40:53Speaker 1: worried about getting arrested? And she goes into this jail
- 40:56Speaker 1: system is about control? Yeah, and he goes, Okay, that's
- 40:59Speaker 1: not the question.
- 41:01Speaker 2: She wants to be part of a movement, so damn bad.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Yes, and Colonel are says, so okay, So why were
- 41:06Speaker 1: you saying control? And he goes, because, let me explain
- 41:11Speaker 1: why I'm thinking. When I'm in there, I'm thinking of
- 41:13Speaker 1: public health and public safety. And in my thirty years,
- 41:16Speaker 1: I've seen what drugs do to people. I've seen a
- 41:20Speaker 1: man with a twenty year old mind smoke something tainted
- 41:23Speaker 1: and their brain is he says, their brain is no
- 41:25Speaker 1: more good now, Yeah, he said, their brain is no good.
- 41:29Speaker 1: And my whole point about the drugs is your health.
- 41:32Speaker 1: I want to return you to your family the way
- 41:34Speaker 1: that I got you, not with the busted up brain
- 41:37Speaker 1: that's addicted to who knows what out there.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Yeah, So Stephanie, she kind of shook her head a
- 41:43Speaker 1: little bit, like, Okay, I get it. So Stephanie says,
- 41:46Speaker 1: in my cell, I thought they were kind of onto me,
- 41:49Speaker 1: and they were definitely onto Jackie. So we did whip
- 41:52Speaker 1: it Wednesdays, and I gotta tell you, I loved it.
- 41:53Speaker 1: I thought it was fun, it tasted good. I loved it.
- 41:56Speaker 1: And she's on it and a pharmacy tag. So I
- 42:00Speaker 1: knew what I was doing. And I didn't eat every
- 42:03Speaker 1: whip it. We saw you more than a few times
- 42:07Speaker 1: whipping it up. Yes we did. And the colonel says,
- 42:10Speaker 1: if the information that I got came at the expense
- 42:14Speaker 1: of someone's health, like she did it to give me
- 42:16Speaker 1: the information, I don't want the information, right. So Solidad
- 42:23Speaker 1: asked Nate about his story because his story is different
- 42:26Speaker 1: because he was in jail for four months, and they said,
- 42:30Speaker 1: what was harder? Because you did two combat tours in
- 42:32Speaker 1: our wreck Iraq? Right, and he says, well, that was
- 42:35Speaker 1: tough because you wake up every day thinking today's the
- 42:37Speaker 1: day I might be able, I might get blown up
- 42:39Speaker 1: and die. But it had freedom, so in a sense,
- 42:43Speaker 1: being locked in the jail cell was worse.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Mmm, that's horrible.
- 42:48Speaker 1: So we see Nate going in which we had never
- 42:50Speaker 1: seen before, and we talked about his bond with Beg
- 42:55Speaker 1: also known as Desmond. We see the scene of his
- 42:58Speaker 1: tablet getting shattered by what I can't they call him
- 43:02Speaker 1: little swollen, they call me big Swoal who's big swoo?
- 43:07Speaker 2: Was big swollen the lady?
- 43:10Speaker 1: Or was swollen the lady? And big swell was the guy?
- 43:13Speaker 3: May ma, I think either way it was swollen and
- 43:17Speaker 3: swell Junior, Let's just do it that way.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Have had big swollen, little swollen, little swoo. Yeah, so
- 43:24Speaker 1: but I don't know who's who. Okay. So he says,
- 43:28Speaker 1: you know, we see the thing with the tablet getting
- 43:30Speaker 1: shattered and stuff, and he goes, I do feel like
- 43:33Speaker 1: when I was in there, I made a difference. I
- 43:36Speaker 1: missed a lot of those guys. You know. I was
- 43:38Speaker 1: with Desmond for one hundred and twenty days, and I
- 43:41Speaker 1: felt like he had made such a change. He told me,
- 43:45Speaker 1: this is the longest time he'd been in jail where
- 43:47Speaker 1: he hadn't been in a fight, and yeah, I was
- 43:50Speaker 1: taking notes to give to the colonel, but I was
- 43:51Speaker 1: helping him. And he says, he's going to go back
- 43:54Speaker 1: to school when he gets out, and I got a
- 43:56Speaker 1: I got a lot of good intel on everybody. And
- 43:59Speaker 1: he goes, I was actually good friends with Carl Swoll,
- 44:02Speaker 1: big swollen, little swollen and tablet, and I couldn't believe
- 44:06Speaker 1: he lied about breaking my tablet, and this was going
- 44:09Speaker 1: to cause a huge problem. And Alan, of course, who
- 44:12Speaker 1: didn't know Nate was in the program. Alan goes, yeah,
- 44:14Speaker 1: the whole zone was going to fight over this, because
- 44:16Speaker 1: everybody loved Nate. Yep. And then he goes, you know,
- 44:20Speaker 1: I was told Nate, you're gonna have to throw the
- 44:23Speaker 1: first punch over this, but then we'll all jump in. Yeah,
- 44:27Speaker 1: and Matt goes and then thank god, swollen, little swollen
- 44:30Speaker 1: came over to our side, So thank you for that.
- 44:33Speaker 2: Thank you Jesus. Well, I think it was more pressure
- 44:36Speaker 2: on Nate, like what do I do.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Here, because he knew he was gonna have to throw
- 44:39Speaker 1: the first punch and he didn't want to do that.
- 44:44Speaker 1: So it says, Okay, Jacqueline and Matt, since you left,
- 44:47Speaker 1: you might not know this, but one of our participants
- 44:50Speaker 1: intentionally broke their cover and compromised the program, and the
- 44:54Speaker 1: colonel had to shut it down for everybody's safety. Yeah,
- 45:00Speaker 1: that goes. Andrew told me what happened, and I was
- 45:03Speaker 1: more than angry, and Alan goes, yeah, I was really
- 45:08Speaker 1: angry when I found out because the word would have
- 45:10Speaker 1: gotten around. Yes, there would have been bloodshed. And that
- 45:15Speaker 1: was the stupidest decision I've ever heard anybody make. I
- 45:19Speaker 1: was close to completing a meth deal, made that house.
- 45:23Speaker 1: I had believe and I just can't believe all this.
- 45:26Speaker 1: So we see the clips of Angel talking about Gabrielle,
- 45:31Speaker 1: and as we're they're showing her, like in the little
- 45:33Speaker 1: thing on the corner, showing her the clips. She's just
- 45:37Speaker 1: smiling ear to ear thinking about how I love she
- 45:39Speaker 1: is with Gabrielle. Yes, and she's saying, Gabrielle and I
- 45:44Speaker 1: had an emotional connection and we loved each other and
- 45:47Speaker 1: we shared our darkest secrets and yo, I told her,
- 45:50Speaker 1: I'm into your undercover. We see all the scenes in
- 45:53Speaker 1: the making out they did not replay the the tent
- 45:57Speaker 1: going downtown scene, and we were happy.
- 45:59Speaker 2: I know you were exceptionally happy.
- 46:01Speaker 1: I didn't need to see that again. Yeah, and Angel goes, no,
- 46:05Speaker 1: I do not feel like I put the program at risk,
- 46:07Speaker 1: you know, because I trust Gabrielle. And then we see
- 46:10Speaker 1: the coronel telling her, well, we would like to let
- 46:12Speaker 1: you know the Gabrielle's it's been twenty minutes and she's
- 46:15Speaker 1: already sold everybody.
- 46:16Speaker 3: I mean, she's saying like now, she got a megaphone
- 46:18Speaker 3: and put the megaphone in front of a microphone and
- 46:21Speaker 3: just told the whole goddamn story.
- 46:23Speaker 1: And was like, if if you bring me a pack
- 46:25Speaker 1: of ramen, I will tell you the story.
- 46:27Speaker 2: I think she would have done it for half a
- 46:28Speaker 2: pat Yeah.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Yeah, So she do it for two whippets and a
- 46:33Speaker 1: oh oh and a session. So Alan says regarding Angel,
- 46:40Speaker 1: he goes, she's from the streets, but she's naive when
- 46:43Speaker 1: she goes to jail, Like what's that about. So Johnny
- 46:47Speaker 1: is like, Angel and I trained together and I just
- 46:50Speaker 1: love her so much, like she's a firecracker. I was
- 46:52Speaker 1: rooting for her, and I get it, like you fall
- 46:55Speaker 1: in love. Love is love. I get it, but in
- 46:58Speaker 1: there we were your brothers, sisters, and we did it
- 47:01Speaker 1: with the bond that we trusted each other. And I
- 47:04Speaker 1: got to tell you, man, I was mad. I was
- 47:06Speaker 1: mad because I had a plan to reach out to
- 47:07Speaker 1: some of those kids in there to show them that
- 47:10Speaker 1: the gangway wasn't the way. And I was on a roll,
- 47:12Speaker 1: and you robbed me from completing that. Yep. And Angel goes,
- 47:17Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Johnny, I'm sorry. Yeah, she's only sorry because
- 47:20Speaker 1: she disappointed Johnny. She's only sorry for Johnny. Yeah, And
- 47:24Speaker 1: so Angel goes, Look, I have no excuse for myself.
- 47:27Speaker 1: I'm a human and I went into it. I didn't
- 47:30Speaker 1: see them as inmates. I saw them as fellow humans
- 47:33Speaker 1: who made human errors. I wasn't judging anybody for what
- 47:36Speaker 1: they've done. It's different when you're from the hood. You
- 47:39Speaker 1: see that pain, you feel that pain. You walk in
- 47:42Speaker 1: someone's shoes, and the colonel says, the colonel says, Alan
- 47:48Speaker 1: got to walk in their shoes. He didn't walk in
- 47:51Speaker 1: their shoes. He's a cop. He's on the oppressor side.
- 47:54Speaker 1: And you've got these women who are oppressed. You know,
- 47:57Speaker 1: they're not over us. They're in jail for committing a crime.
- 48:01Speaker 3: And then I hate this insinuation that everyone who is
- 48:04Speaker 3: in jail is from the hood.
- 48:06Speaker 1: That's not the case.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Like, no quit, no quit creating that narrative because it's
- 48:11Speaker 3: not true.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Yes, a large majority may have been.
- 48:14Speaker 3: From socially what do you call it, economic disadvantages?
- 48:19Speaker 2: Yes, yes, but not everyone is from the hood. Like
- 48:22Speaker 2: she's she she she's doing too much.
- 48:25Speaker 1: We're doing so little. At the same time, and the
- 48:28Speaker 1: colonel says, now, hold on regarding Alan, he goes, this
- 48:33Speaker 1: man did two months in jail. How many cops get
- 48:36Speaker 1: to do that and keep their job? And the angel goes,
- 48:40Speaker 1: it's not the same as walking in their shoes and
- 48:41Speaker 1: you know that. And he goes, you haven't walked in
- 48:44Speaker 1: his shoes, so how can you say what he experienced.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Like a CoP's job.
- 48:49Speaker 3: Here's the thing, it's very dangerous because every day you
- 48:52Speaker 3: know that you're putting your life on the line to
- 48:55Speaker 3: protect other people.
- 48:57Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to be a cop.
- 48:59Speaker 1: Here's the thing.
- 49:00Speaker 3: As much as much shit as she's talking about the police,
- 49:04Speaker 3: if something pops off, who's the first person she's gonna.
- 49:07Speaker 1: Call the police?
- 49:09Speaker 3: Yeah, as we all would. So she's just been an
- 49:12Speaker 3: ass and being super immature.
- 49:14Speaker 1: And the colonel says, look for any law enforcement he
- 49:18Speaker 1: didn't have to do this, and he got a lot
- 49:19Speaker 1: closer to knowing what it's like to be on the
- 49:22Speaker 1: other side than any other cop maybe in this country.
- 49:26Speaker 1: And Alan goes, I could have been murdered in that jail.
- 49:28Speaker 1: And she goes, oh, but you don't have to worry
- 49:30Speaker 1: about anything on the outside.
- 49:31Speaker 3: Do you.
- 49:32Speaker 1: And he goes, oh, okay, I don't have to worry
- 49:34Speaker 1: about getting shot going to work every day. And she goes,
- 49:37Speaker 1: I don't have to worry about getting shot filling up
- 49:39Speaker 1: my gas.
- 49:39Speaker 3: Tank because people get shot every day filling up their
- 49:43Speaker 3: gas tanks.
- 49:44Speaker 1: And Emmanuel goes, what you're talking about experiencing Alan is
- 49:48Speaker 1: something that we, you know, as black people, go through
- 49:50Speaker 1: every day. And Alan goes, I get it. I get it.
- 49:54Speaker 1: He goes, I'm just saying. I'm just saying I understand
- 49:58Speaker 1: this now more and I hate this all this what
- 50:01Speaker 1: you're saying, because I'm not that kind of officer.
- 50:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 50:05Speaker 1: So Johnny says, listen, in this society, we think about
- 50:08Speaker 1: it only being a one way street, but we got
- 50:10Speaker 1: to think about both sides of the story. For color,
- 50:12Speaker 1: for everything, and Johnny, I just love Johnny.
- 50:16Speaker 3: I have to say, like, listening to Alan's story, this
- 50:19Speaker 3: is what I believe was part of his reason for
- 50:23Speaker 3: going into the program. I feel as though he did
- 50:26Speaker 3: have an insensitivity towards people of color with this young
- 50:31Speaker 3: I feel as though he judge people off the color
- 50:36Speaker 3: of their skin. That's just the feeling that I get,
- 50:38Speaker 3: just based off of a lot of things that he said,
- 50:40Speaker 3: but was probably afraid to go into details.
- 50:43Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 50:44Speaker 2: And this is part of the reason why he did
- 50:45Speaker 2: this program, I really do.
- 50:48Speaker 1: But I mean that shows self awareness and trying to
- 50:50Speaker 1: exactly to change, to change and be better. You know.
- 50:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I gre you one hundred percent.
- 50:55Speaker 1: So Solidad asked Angel. She's like, Okay, back to what
- 50:58Speaker 1: we were trying to talk about. Okay, right, do you
- 51:01Speaker 1: communicate with Gabrielle And she goes, yeah, she called me
- 51:04Speaker 1: the other night, Yeah we do. She goes, I just
- 51:06Speaker 1: have money. She goes, I just have so much compassion
- 51:08Speaker 1: for her, and Seladad goes, Okay, but there's a gap
- 51:12Speaker 1: between I have empathy for you and I love you
- 51:15Speaker 1: as a human too. I want to have sex with you.
- 51:19Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, there's a real big gap.
- 51:21Speaker 1: There's a real big gap there, and Angel goes, Okay, well,
- 51:23Speaker 1: let me make this clear. I love her and I
- 51:26Speaker 1: have not stopped loving her. So let's not compare that
- 51:29Speaker 1: to like the sexual kissing and stuff and all that's real.
- 51:32Speaker 1: And you know, now, I literally have struggles trying to
- 51:35Speaker 1: date other people because I think of Gabrielle. I fell
- 51:38Speaker 1: in love with her soul. And even though people make
- 51:41Speaker 1: mistakes and do drugs and do crazy stuff, I don't
- 51:44Speaker 1: think they're undeserving the love.
- 51:46Speaker 3: Now, why are y'all not together anymore? This is my
- 51:49Speaker 3: first most definitely data prisoner. She was on and on
- 51:52Speaker 3: and on about we're going to end up together. She's
- 51:55Speaker 3: gonna come here, I'm going to go there. This is
- 51:58Speaker 3: the love of my life. It's all worth it. I
- 52:00Speaker 3: blew up this whole thing. It's all worth it because
- 52:03Speaker 3: this is my one love of my life. And now
- 52:05Speaker 3: she's like, I'm having a hard time dating other people. Well,
- 52:09Speaker 3: I thought this was your girlfriend. And you know, I
- 52:12Speaker 3: creeped on Gabrielle's face, I mean Instagram Gabrielle's Yeah.
- 52:16Speaker 1: Oh so she's out. Yeah, Okay, we gotta talk about
- 52:21Speaker 1: it next week. You can't talk about it, then I'll
- 52:22Speaker 1: send it to you. I thought, I'll send you her
- 52:24Speaker 1: pagehot did, but we'll talk about it next week, okay, Okay.
- 52:30Speaker 1: So then she says, yeah, you know, I lied, man,
- 52:33Speaker 1: I lied and manipulated. No wait, she says, no, wait,
- 52:37Speaker 1: she lied, man. She manipulated me and deceived me. Did
- 52:41Speaker 1: which is interesting because she before she she acted like
- 52:45Speaker 1: when Gabrielle told that that wasn't manipulating and deceive me.
- 52:49Speaker 1: But now she's seeing it a little clearer. She goes, yeah,
- 52:52Speaker 1: she lies, she manipulated me, she deceived me. But yeah,
- 52:55Speaker 1: you know, I could see, like with Stephanie, that's how
- 52:58Speaker 1: it goes, because you don't have to be an inmate
- 53:00Speaker 1: to lie and to see even manipulate people. No shade
- 53:04Speaker 1: to you, Stephanie.
- 53:04Speaker 2: I was like, that's just that's a little bit of shade.
- 53:08Speaker 1: I mean, she just got called a sociopath, so can't
- 53:09Speaker 1: get much.
- 53:10Speaker 2: Yeah, that was like a little bit of palm tree
- 53:12Speaker 2: shade right there. Yeah.
- 53:14Speaker 1: So Stephanie goes, I did not trust Gabby one bit,
- 53:19Speaker 1: not one bet. And I told her I think she
- 53:24Speaker 1: was like, this is a girl is a lifetime prisoner. Yeah,
- 53:27Speaker 1: you don't think she's working this system. And she did.
- 53:30Speaker 2: And I think every time she calls Angelai it's sue as.
- 53:33Speaker 1: For money, probably, And still the dad says, now, how
- 53:37Speaker 1: do you have sex with six other people in the room.
- 53:40Speaker 1: The officers don't care. Everybody goes, oh no, no, no,
- 53:43Speaker 1: they just build a tenth officers don't care, and Jacqueline goes,
- 53:46Speaker 1: nobody cares. They build their tent. They say, bring your mat,
- 53:49Speaker 1: spend the night. It happened in our room. All the time.
- 53:52Speaker 1: They'd lay on the floors and do it. They didn't care,
- 53:55Speaker 1: and the officers would give them their time. But at
- 53:57Speaker 1: roll call they had to send him back.
- 54:00Speaker 2: Yeah, they can miss me with that. I don't I
- 54:03Speaker 2: don't want that. I don't want that life.
- 54:05Speaker 1: So Sephanie goes, everybody has a girlfriend and the women's
- 54:09Speaker 1: pod everybody everybody did you, I'd like to know Sephanie's experience.
- 54:14Speaker 1: She didn't like she did too, And then talking ahead,
- 54:18Speaker 1: the guys are like, no, it is not the same
- 54:20Speaker 1: in the men's any kind of homosexual homosexuality or a
- 54:24Speaker 1: hint at it is not accepted. Everything that's very homophobic.
- 54:28Speaker 1: So interesting from our love after lock up people, we
- 54:32Speaker 1: have seen people that have been in and out of
- 54:33Speaker 1: jail that are gay or gay for stay than the
- 54:36Speaker 1: men are, And I wonder if that is more that
- 54:40Speaker 1: happens in prison. And since this is Jay the.
- 54:42Speaker 3: Prison, prison, everything just changes. Like people actually say, you
- 54:48Speaker 3: don't want to be in jail. If you have to,
- 54:50Speaker 3: prison is a better place to be?
- 54:51Speaker 1: Yeah, you are.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Prison.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Jail just fucking sucks. So I think everything just totally changes.
- 54:56Speaker 2: Once you go to prison.
- 54:57Speaker 1: Because remember Michael and the cute guy that was like
- 55:02Speaker 1: for Minnesota, Joey Joey, because we always saw Joe's Sam
- 55:05Speaker 1: should be Michael and michaels Zam should be Joey. Joey
- 55:07Speaker 1: was on the outside. Michael was that got on the
- 55:09Speaker 1: inside and he was almost like he thrived because he's
- 55:12Speaker 1: almost like an escort on the outside and on.
- 55:15Speaker 3: The inside he was like the king pin of dick
- 55:18Speaker 3: in there like he loved it.
- 55:20Speaker 1: He was like, I get my bed, I watched my TV,
- 55:22Speaker 1: I have my routine. Yeah, yeah, that he could get
- 55:27Speaker 1: all the dick he could get. And even if guys
- 55:29Speaker 1: are gay, they're like, oh, I.
- 55:31Speaker 2: Don't know, I'm here, I ain't got nothing else to do.
- 55:33Speaker 1: The whole hole. So, so Dad, I know, I'm sorry.
- 55:38Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I mean, I love it. I just can't
- 55:40Speaker 1: believe you said it. I'm getting worse. So sola Dad
- 55:45Speaker 1: asked Colonel Adjur, are you surprised about all this like
- 55:48Speaker 1: sex stuff, and he goes, no, I'm not surprised about it,
- 55:51Speaker 1: but I do worry about the complacency of my staff,
- 55:55Speaker 1: he says. In prison, men use relationships for power and
- 56:01Speaker 1: women use relationships to make family. Right. Yeah, So solo
- 56:06Speaker 1: Dad says to Angelae, Okay, so you felt bad about
- 56:10Speaker 1: deceiving Gabrielle, and she goes, I felt bad about deceiving
- 56:13Speaker 1: everybody man, and Soladad goes, well, you could have given
- 56:16Speaker 1: the signal and left and that would have stopped deceiving everybody.
- 56:19Speaker 1: You could have left, She says, I could have, but
- 56:21Speaker 1: I didn't. And you see Boochie looking at her like
- 56:24Speaker 1: she's crazy. He's just like girl.
- 56:26Speaker 3: Because she's acting like a thirteen year old who just
- 56:29Speaker 3: doesn't get anything at like nothing. Yeah, she won't take
- 56:32Speaker 3: accountability for anything that she's done, period, and yet she
- 56:36Speaker 3: has off with everyone else because they live in reality.
- 56:39Speaker 1: And she goes, I'm not gonna act like I'm a
- 56:40Speaker 1: perfect person with a perfect life, perfect life, And Matt goes,
- 56:45Speaker 1: but here's the thing. You do something really bad, and
- 56:47Speaker 1: your excuses, your excuses. You're a human, And Solo Dad says,
- 56:51Speaker 1: do you have regrets? And she goes, no, and I should,
- 56:55Speaker 1: but I don't, and Johnny goes, listen, Emmanuel's out here
- 57:01Speaker 1: has babies, and these babies are waiting for him to
- 57:03Speaker 1: get home, and you put him at risk of daddy
- 57:05Speaker 1: not coming home. It's okay to say you're sorry and
- 57:08Speaker 1: have regret like it's okay yeah, And Solo Dad says,
- 57:12Speaker 1: I just don't understand how you say you don't have
- 57:14Speaker 1: any regret. You have a group of people here that
- 57:17Speaker 1: you let down and not accidentally. Yeah, And Matt goes,
- 57:21Speaker 1: here's the thing. She's got street pride, and that's good,
- 57:26Speaker 1: but if you want to apologize to us, it has
- 57:28Speaker 1: to come with regret, and apology. With no regret, it's
- 57:31Speaker 1: gonna ring hollow to us. And everybody nods, and Emanuel goes,
- 57:36Speaker 1: it's okay to say you have regret like there's nothing
- 57:38Speaker 1: wrong with saying it, and you can grow from it,
- 57:41Speaker 1: and she goes, okay, guys, I have regrets.
- 57:44Speaker 3: But it wasn't since there she had been peer pressured
- 57:47Speaker 3: into apologizing.
- 57:48Speaker 1: I think they're mean. You know how awful you're gonna
- 57:51Speaker 1: look on TV is with run.
- 57:52Speaker 2: So she's looking pretty damn bad right now.
- 57:54Speaker 1: And Soladad goes, Okay, so you were pushed into saying that,
- 57:57Speaker 1: and she goes, and sola Dad goes. You're an interesting
- 58:00Speaker 1: conundrum to me. You're a very street wise young lady,
- 58:03Speaker 1: but at the same time you're ridiculously naive she is,
- 58:07Speaker 1: and she goes, Okay. Look, I do want to genuinely apologize.
- 58:11Speaker 1: I was naive to fall in love growing up. Growing up,
- 58:14Speaker 1: my brother and I lacked any love. So if I'm
- 58:18Speaker 1: being one hundred, when I get love, I really hold
- 58:21Speaker 1: on to it, even though I don't know if it's
- 58:23Speaker 1: clearly what this should look like. I know it's not justified,
- 58:26Speaker 1: and so I get that, like she and her brother
- 58:29Speaker 1: grew up with no love in their family, have parents
- 58:31Speaker 1: that were awful to them, and so when she gets
- 58:33Speaker 1: somebody that loves her, she just clings onto it desperately.
- 58:36Speaker 2: I don't I don't even think that it's love. It's attention.
- 58:40Speaker 2: M Okay, yeah, I think it's any kind.
- 58:43Speaker 3: Of attention, like, Okay, this person gave me attention today,
- 58:46Speaker 3: they're paying attention to me tomorrow.
- 58:48Speaker 2: And she had quite said with love somehow.
- 58:51Speaker 1: And remember how when she first went in, she's just
- 58:53Speaker 1: sort of didn't know how attractive she would be to
- 58:56Speaker 1: all these women. And she was so like, oh my gosh,
- 58:59Speaker 1: I didn't ex grabody's gonna think I was so cute,
- 59:02Speaker 1: you know, as she loved that shit, and she loved it,
- 59:05Speaker 1: and it would be, you know, in a fucked up way,
- 59:07Speaker 1: like an ego boost to go in there, and like
- 59:09Speaker 1: everybody wants to be your girlfriend, right, you know.
- 59:11Speaker 2: And then here's this hot girl that comes well, I.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Mean yeah in the prison scheme's a.
- 59:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and this person is paying attention to me too.
- 59:21Speaker 3: Oh okay, this is what I've been looking for my
- 59:24Speaker 3: whole entire life, all right here in this prison cell.
- 59:27Speaker 3: And she just blew everything up because of.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and she goes, uh, I know, I know I'm immature,
- 59:34Speaker 1: and i know I'm impulsive, and I've been trying to
- 59:36Speaker 1: get some counseling. So that's that's good.
- 59:38Speaker 2: That's a good thing.
- 59:39Speaker 1: And Jacqueline goes, look, everybody's falling for the wrong person
- 59:42Speaker 1: at the wrong time, like we get that. But you know,
- 59:45Speaker 1: I'm grateful I was gone when it happened, because if
- 59:49Speaker 1: they found out it was you, they would have instantly
- 59:51Speaker 1: thought it was me, and I couldn't defend myself against that.
- 59:54Speaker 1: So I'm not mad at you.
- 59:55Speaker 2: You know.
- 59:56Speaker 3: And there they were already coming after Jacqueline, so this
- 59:59Speaker 3: would not have been good for her at all.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: She would have been in immediate danger.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: Yes, they would have jumped to her before the guards
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: could have gotten there and everything. So Matt goes, Huh,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: I got in trouble for peeing in a cup, he says,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: because they say, is there any parting words? And Matt says,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: I'd like to set the recorstrate about the pee and
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: in the cup. Matt does not know how much worse
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: he made this for himself.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: He didn't, No, he didn't.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: He goes, I want to set the record straight. So
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: I'm an old guy. If they give you the pants,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: the pants are oversized, and you know, you try to
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: pull your pants down to go, and you know, apparently
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: I've got a big prostrate, and you know, as an
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: old guy, you get two streams. One goes in the toilet,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: one goes down your pants, and so i'de and I'd
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: pee my pants. So what I figured out what the
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: solution was if I just basically stick my dick in
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: a cup, so the two streams go in the cup.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: I thought going in the cup was better, and Azure goes,
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: you're right, man, this was TMI t M I.
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: So not only was.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: He talking around looking like a grease ball, he was
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: walking around smelling like pissed too.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: He goes, I'm mortified by this. I'm mortified with this.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: I just want to I don't just like to pee
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: in the cup now. So I understood his story. If
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: he has a pee prostate problem, any peas and some
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: goes down his leg, and he doesn't want to have
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: to like fully take his pants down every time he peas,
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: he can't just like whip it out like a guy
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: can do. I understand all of this, but there's got
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: to be another solution. Ball up some toilet paper under
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: your winger. I don't know.
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: Here's the thing. We could have just never known about it.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: We could have thought about this again. Yeah, no, there
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: was no need to know.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: They didn't even ask him about it. He brings it up.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: Yeah, because he's an attention whore. He needed the attention
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: to be back on him before they ended the show.
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: You're right, and that's how they ended the show.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Well, we had a little bit more, so Boochie says,
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: because there are like any last words you want to say,
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: and Emmanuel goes, I was really passionate about helping those
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: in gangs, and I feel that I came out of
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: this with a lot of positivity, a lot of achievements
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: and success. I was like, I don't know who you
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: think you helped in there, because we didn't see not
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: a soul, not like Andrew. Andrew could be like I
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: really helped a guy learn how to read like that
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: was something. Yeah. Yeah, So Angela says, this experience forced
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: me to grow up. And since I've been out, I've
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: been very involved in my community, and I've been working
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: at a shelter for battered women and also working at
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: a shelter for women and men previously incarcerated. Okay, that's good.
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: I just as long as you don't fall in love
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: with one of the women in the shelter.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Oh but for sure, she's probably already married to somebody.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: You know, you know it, So Sola Dad says, I
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: just want to know, you know, from all of you,
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: was it worth it? And they all say yes. And
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: the colonel says, doing this program is the only way
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: to get the system's attention. On my side. My staff
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: works under very stressful conditions, and I'm going to use
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: this to augment their training. We see that see of
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: him working talking to the officers on the show at
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: the end where he tells them it was sixty days
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: in and we found this crack in a crack right
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: and he says Solidad says, was the staff upset? And
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: he goes, no, they've been surprisingly positive about the whole thing.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: He says. The first thing we have to do is
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: to address the contract band issue. He literally says, they
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: found somebody smuggling a gun in a cavity. I just
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: what cavity he been. I don't want to know what
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: cavity and what size of gun.
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: I hope like the world's smallest keychain size gun.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: It has to be.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: It has to be.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: It has to be. And he says, and you know,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: the staff, because they see so much, they are desensitized
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: to the inmates. And I think that's definitely true.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: I can't understand that. Yeah, And he.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: Says, well, we need to help them get resensitized to them,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: you know. He thanks Colonel Etre, thanks everybody for their participation,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: and Matt goes a question. So Matt does get back.
