- 2:45Speaker 2: out of the fourth Eric Tarr, Good morning, sir, and
- 2:47Speaker 2: welcome to the show.
- 2:48Speaker 4: Good morning, Dave. It's always good to be on. Thanks
- 2:50Speaker 4: for having me.
- 2:50Speaker 2: I want to talk about the session so far. Now
- 2:53Speaker 2: I know whether has been an issue, had some things delayed,
- 2:57Speaker 2: and so on and so forth. Talking about the session
- 3:00Speaker 2: up to this point.
- 3:02Speaker 5: You know it's been a slower pace than we're used to.
- 3:05Speaker 5: If you look at just today I was going through
- 3:07Speaker 5: and kind of looking at the bills that have came
- 3:10Speaker 5: out of Senate have come out of the House so far,
- 3:12Speaker 5: we passed four bills through gott to pass through third
- 3:16Speaker 5: reading to send over to the House from the Senate.
- 3:19Speaker 5: So we're twenty five percent through the session and we
- 3:20Speaker 5: have four bills passed.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
- 3:23Speaker 6: You know?
- 3:24Speaker 4: To me, it's a bad thing.
- 3:25Speaker 5: It's it's slower than I like, you know, it's you
- 3:29Speaker 5: know me, well, I like, you know, like things to move.
- 3:32Speaker 4: And so usually what we.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Would do over the past past decade really to get
- 3:37Speaker 5: things moving for West Virginia, you only got sixty days,
- 3:40Speaker 5: so you've got to start like Fred Flinstone in his
- 3:42Speaker 5: car with if you're spending right? Yeah, you know so,
- 3:45Speaker 5: and when you get going like that, we would normally
- 3:47Speaker 5: have over the past few sessions bills that were really
- 3:50Speaker 5: targeted toward economic development activity. And we dropped fifteen twenty
- 3:53Speaker 5: twenty five bills day one that we knew we had
- 3:55Speaker 5: the votes for in committee on the floor and can
- 3:58Speaker 5: move it and get it over and if not day one,
- 4:00Speaker 5: certainly week one the House gets those gets those bills
- 4:02Speaker 5: and so, uh, that's usually day one to three, and
- 4:07Speaker 5: so right now we're on day what day is it's
- 4:10Speaker 5: worth what?
- 4:11Speaker 4: Ten twenty days? What day it is? The work fifteen fifteen?
- 4:15Speaker 2: Time stood still there?
- 4:17Speaker 5: Yeah, no kid, you know, my my family, we're trying
- 4:20Speaker 5: to figure out what day of the week it was
- 4:21Speaker 5: the other day after So you know it's so that's
- 4:23Speaker 5: kind of where I'm at right now, where I'm saying it.
- 4:24Speaker 5: So we're day fifteen, day fifteen of the session, and
- 4:27Speaker 5: we now have four bills.
- 4:28Speaker 2: What come out?
- 4:29Speaker 7: Where?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Okay, you said you've said that in your opinion, that
- 4:31Speaker 2: is a bad thing. Where does the problem lie here
- 4:34Speaker 2: in your opinion?
- 4:36Speaker 5: Well, the problem lies in the result, you know. So
- 4:40Speaker 5: we need to be results oriented, and that result is
- 4:44Speaker 5: keeping West Virginia ahead of the economy and being competitive
- 4:50Speaker 5: with our border states and being competitive globally to attract
- 4:53Speaker 5: industry into West Virginia. And we've done that. We've been
- 4:56Speaker 5: very successful. And so I want to think one of
- 4:57Speaker 5: the things I want to talk about is that you
- 4:58Speaker 5: know that over those past ten years, the policies we've
- 5:01Speaker 5: been put it in place to attract that level of
- 5:03Speaker 5: investment is working.
- 5:05Speaker 4: It's and I had this.
- 5:06Speaker 5: You know, we were at the Press Corps and I
- 5:08Speaker 5: was talking about this because you had there were several
- 5:11Speaker 5: people that was talking to our panel, and that we're mentioning,
- 5:14Speaker 5: you know, it's been ten years, where's it at?
- 5:16Speaker 4: Where's that's that?
- 5:16Speaker 5: And so well, you got to consider we're talking in
- 5:19Speaker 5: the levels of billions billions in tax well a billion
- 5:23Speaker 5: in tax cuts, talking billions of investment that we've landed
- 5:28Speaker 5: that are still being built. So it takes a while
- 5:30Speaker 5: to get that stuff out of the ground. And there's
- 5:33Speaker 5: tens of billions that are following that that we're aware of.
- 5:38Speaker 5: So it's and all that takes a little time to develop.
- 5:40Speaker 5: So right now on one of the things I think
- 5:42Speaker 5: that you see slowing down a little bit is a
- 5:44Speaker 5: lot of the macro stuff that we need to do
- 5:47Speaker 5: to get West Virginia rolling. We're done, we really have.
- 5:50Speaker 5: There's a now we have to figure out how do
- 5:52Speaker 5: we keep up with that level of investment coming to
- 5:56Speaker 5: West Virginia so that we can attract more. And that
- 5:58Speaker 5: comes down to infrastructure that comes to our road, sewer, water, broadband,
- 6:03Speaker 5: it comes to housing. There's a lot of things there
- 6:06Speaker 5: that really need to be done, and we need it
- 6:07Speaker 5: done yesterday, We need it.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Done last year.
- 6:11Speaker 5: So so only getting four bills out when you have
- 6:14Speaker 5: that kind of tsunami coming at you, that's.
- 6:19Speaker 4: A little disappointing. So House has done pretty well.
- 6:21Speaker 5: They've got thirteen bills and relative to what we've done
- 6:24Speaker 5: in the Senate, that's got through so far, and they
- 6:27Speaker 5: put out a pretty good economic package. If you go
- 6:29Speaker 5: through and look at some of the things that they've done,
- 6:32Speaker 5: that polishing the edges kind of thing we talk about.
- 6:34Speaker 5: Around the macro side of things, they've done really well.
- 6:36Speaker 5: They've done some site development things that got some stuff
- 6:38Speaker 5: down for grants, for getting site readiness done for our
- 6:42Speaker 5: economic development offices.
- 6:46Speaker 4: There's not a lot there.
- 6:47Speaker 5: For housing yet. They'd love to see some more come
- 6:49Speaker 5: out for this session for housing. Actually reviewing the House
- 6:52Speaker 5: of stuff this first week, I got some thoughts on that,
- 6:54Speaker 5: so I think, and.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I've talked to Taryll Ellis, the people from Advantage Valley
- 6:58Speaker 2: on the show, and I've talked to several other people
- 7:00Speaker 2: about And when you say housing, I'm presuming again we're
- 7:03Speaker 2: talking with Center at aeric Tar. I'm presuming that you
- 7:05Speaker 2: are alluding to the fact that we have a housing
- 7:07Speaker 2: crisis and as we don't have enough.
- 7:09Speaker 4: Oh absolutely yeah, we simply do.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Not have enough houses. And it's not just a Huntington
- 7:15Speaker 2: Charleston thing. I mean, Eric gets it's all over, it's
- 7:19Speaker 2: all over West Virginia. We still we don't have enough house.
- 7:21Speaker 4: There's absolutely not enough houses.
- 7:23Speaker 5: There's you know, there's a subdivision being built lover eight
- 7:26Speaker 5: hundred houses playing down down in Putnam County right now,
- 7:30Speaker 5: So that still has to get an entrance. Highways Department
- 7:33Speaker 5: still has to get an entrance into that area to
- 7:34Speaker 5: get the housing developed. So we need to make sure
- 7:38Speaker 5: that our infrastructure development's not holding up that housing development
- 7:41Speaker 5: because of developer's ready to roll. So there's there's things
- 7:44Speaker 5: like that in Mason County. And even given time you've
- 7:48Speaker 5: got five houses on the market in Mason County, where
- 7:51Speaker 5: you already have three billions of dollars of investment, you
- 7:54Speaker 5: just had another eight hundred and seventy five million dollar
- 7:57Speaker 5: company announce and there's a couple more really big ones
- 8:00Speaker 5: coming behind that that are huge. So the housing more
- 8:05Speaker 5: And I was talking to a housing developer there yesterday
- 8:08Speaker 5: who is planning to put hundreds of homes up there.
- 8:11Speaker 5: But they got to have the infrastructure and so, and
- 8:15Speaker 5: we can do that in this session. We can produce
- 8:18Speaker 5: the legislation and the money that in frankly, legislation's are.
- 8:23Speaker 5: It's just a matter of appropriating the money to the
- 8:25Speaker 5: correct projects to get all that done.
- 8:29Speaker 4: The thing is, it takes time get all it down.
- 8:30Speaker 5: So you got to get all the all to get
- 8:32Speaker 5: all the permitting and all that stuff out of the way.
- 8:34Speaker 5: The bureaucratics side out by the way and say we're
- 8:36Speaker 5: gonna get this done. We're gonna focus on it. And
- 8:38Speaker 5: we've done that. We did up a new core. So
- 8:40Speaker 5: if we can do it for the fortune one hundreds,
- 8:44Speaker 5: we can do it to put a few hundred to
- 8:46Speaker 5: one thousand people in a county.
- 8:49Speaker 4: So and that's that's what the way we need to
- 8:50Speaker 4: be doing.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I'm not going to do a Senator Eric tar of
- 8:54Speaker 2: what what have you been What's what's been of interest?
- 8:56Speaker 2: What have you been working on so far? I know
- 8:57Speaker 2: you said there's not been a lot of bills that
- 8:59Speaker 2: have come out of the center, But what have you
- 9:01Speaker 2: been keeping your eye on so far as far as
- 9:02Speaker 2: what has actually come out or at least being looked at.
- 9:05Speaker 5: So one of the things that Senator Jefferies and I
- 9:07Speaker 5: have been talking quite a bit here recently, is going
- 9:12Speaker 5: through and doing teams West Virginia.
- 9:13Speaker 4: You heard that discussion come from the speaker.
- 9:15Speaker 5: Back in twenty fifteen, I first met with and several
- 9:20Speaker 5: of us first met with Jobs Ohio crew.
- 9:24Speaker 4: And so that was a group of CEOs and VC Group.
- 9:28Speaker 5: Managers who came together in Ohio and put something a
- 9:31Speaker 5: package together called Jobs Ohio, and we started looking at it.
- 9:34Speaker 5: Then it really wasn't feasible and we didn't feel in
- 9:38Speaker 5: West Virginia at that time, so we started investigating it.
- 9:42Speaker 5: It really gained a lot of momentum over the past
- 9:45Speaker 5: three years we've been working on it, went back, revisited that,
- 9:48Speaker 5: got that team back in and started designing a path.
- 9:52Speaker 5: What can we do in westernam you look like this?
- 9:54Speaker 5: And the reason we want it is that since they
- 9:58Speaker 5: did that in Ohio and I'm trying to remember the
- 10:00Speaker 5: year they did it, it was it was maybe early two thousands,
- 10:04Speaker 5: they've had hundreds of thousands of jobs landed on Higo
- 10:06Speaker 5: over that hundreds of thousands of jobs and accelerated their
- 10:11Speaker 5: economic development investment from about twenty five million a year
- 10:15Speaker 5: to a billion a year. So it's a it's a
- 10:18Speaker 5: huge it's a very powerful piece of economic development legislation.
- 10:21Speaker 5: But it also you have to get it right. There's
- 10:24Speaker 5: a there's a lot of pitfalls if you do it wrong.
- 10:28Speaker 5: So you don't you don't want to go in and
- 10:30Speaker 5: expend the kind of capital that would take to get
- 10:33Speaker 5: this done and get it wrong. So we've been studying
- 10:37Speaker 5: over that. We've been studying over it for several years now,
- 10:40Speaker 5: and I think that legislation is probably going to see
- 10:42Speaker 5: daylight this session, and I'm really eager to see that.
- 10:45Speaker 2: The House Senator Datar came out before the session a
- 10:50Speaker 2: couple of weeks before and they said, look, you know
- 10:54Speaker 2: was the we want to focus more? Speaker Hanchell said,
- 10:59Speaker 2: we want to focus on economic things, things that you're
- 11:02Speaker 2: that you're talking about, and get away from and again
- 11:05Speaker 2: I'm kind of perful to get away from these a
- 11:07Speaker 2: lot of the social issues. There have been a couple
- 11:09Speaker 2: of things. And again the shiny objects, as you know
- 11:12Speaker 2: you've been there for, why are the ones that always
- 11:14Speaker 2: make you know? Economic development it's not sexy. I mean
- 11:17Speaker 2: I love it, I love it, and I know you do,
- 11:19Speaker 2: but it's not really sick. What gets the attention sometimes
- 11:22Speaker 2: is these other things. And I'm not talking but I'm
- 11:25Speaker 2: talking about just the Senate. I'm talking about in the
- 11:26Speaker 2: House yesterday. Are are you hopeful that the Senate will
- 11:32Speaker 2: will keep up with that pace and not focus on
- 11:34Speaker 2: some of these things that, in my opinion, and you're
- 11:36Speaker 2: there you can disagree, I think have served as a
- 11:38Speaker 2: distraction from getting things done.
- 11:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 11:41Speaker 5: You know, what I hope is that it's not something
- 11:43Speaker 5: that's done in lieu of economic development policy. Okay, And so,
- 11:46Speaker 5: I mean, I've said a lot many times that we
- 11:50Speaker 5: can walk and chew gum. At the same time, the
- 11:54Speaker 5: majority and certainly the majority of the Republican Senate Caucus
- 11:58Speaker 5: are social conservatives, at least by by their their claim
- 12:04Speaker 5: and what they enunciate. Being able to affect conservative policy
- 12:09Speaker 5: is more than just throwing out what the redst meat
- 12:12Speaker 5: is that that that day. And so, because what you
- 12:14Speaker 5: can do is you can you can actually be counter
- 12:17Speaker 5: to your conservative effort if you lose the respect and
- 12:22Speaker 5: support of the people who elect you to be there
- 12:24Speaker 5: because you're not actually effectuating economic development in the state.
- 12:29Speaker 5: Because I tell you, and I've said it and I'll
- 12:31Speaker 5: say it till the day I die. The lessons I've
- 12:33Speaker 5: learned up here. The absolute most conservative thing you can
- 12:36Speaker 5: do is create a job. And the reason that's the
- 12:38Speaker 5: most conservative thing you do is the more jobs you
- 12:41Speaker 5: can create, the more you can shrink government. The more
- 12:43Speaker 5: you can shrink government, the less government dependency you have,
- 12:47Speaker 5: and the more you have somebody who they can they
- 12:49Speaker 5: can provide for their family and get that identity around it.
- 12:52Speaker 4: They want that independence.
- 12:53Speaker 5: They don't want handouts, so you get people off entitlements.
- 12:59Speaker 5: So we have got to get to that point. And
- 13:02Speaker 5: I think that there's not that I think.
- 13:04Speaker 4: I know.
- 13:05Speaker 5: I've been told there are some senators that are there
- 13:07Speaker 5: in the Senate have told me to my face, Eric,
- 13:10Speaker 5: I just really don't care about that economic development stuff.
- 13:12Speaker 5: Now I'm here for the social stuff. Well, to me,
- 13:15Speaker 5: that's an oxymoron. You can't say that you don't care
- 13:18Speaker 5: about economic development then say you're conservative. So to me,
- 13:22Speaker 5: you've become counter to conservative policy development. So and that's
- 13:28Speaker 5: the challenge we have right now with the what you know,
- 13:31Speaker 5: the populist right, and so will I vote with most
- 13:35Speaker 5: of the time that stuff is right down the line
- 13:36Speaker 5: with what I would vote for is it going to
- 13:38Speaker 5: be the stuff that changes generations of lives in West Virginia.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Absolutely not. And that's that's the challenge because we most
- 13:47Speaker 5: of that big red meat, just like the big economic stuff.
- 13:49Speaker 5: We've we've knocked that out. Go count how many abortions
- 13:51Speaker 5: there were in West Virginia since we went through and
- 13:54Speaker 5: took it all the way down to almost no exceptions,
- 13:58Speaker 5: and you're not going to find a bores in clinic
- 14:00Speaker 5: and West Virginia anywhere because they're outlawed. So you know,
- 14:04Speaker 5: that's there's things that we've done through and you will
- 14:06Speaker 5: not find anybody more pro life, more right on that issue.
- 14:09Speaker 4: Than I am.
- 14:10Speaker 5: You know, We've had that discussion on here as well,
- 14:12Speaker 5: and I've proven that with my votes. So there's those
- 14:17Speaker 5: those social policies that are important. They're what get people elected,
- 14:20Speaker 5: especially in the Republican Party, because it's it's what it's
- 14:23Speaker 5: what gets people's tempers flared, it's what gets their passions rolling.
- 14:28Speaker 5: But really you have to look at results and to
- 14:32Speaker 5: get an electorate who continues to want that for generations
- 14:36Speaker 5: to come, you better get them jobs.
- 14:38Speaker 2: All right. Talking to Senatary Tar can you hang out
- 14:40Speaker 2: with you one second here? And I want to go

- 17:30Speaker 2: up a little bit later on. Senator Eric tars Here
- 17:32Speaker 2: got a question here for you says, the Texas says,
- 17:36Speaker 2: roads are a constant conversation. Can you please explain how
- 17:39Speaker 2: appropriations are made for road repairs and what role the
- 17:42Speaker 2: Governor's office plays in those decisions.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Hey, that's a great question.
- 17:45Speaker 5: So highways under the executive First, they're not controlled by
- 17:51Speaker 5: the legislature except through how we appropriate them. Because we
- 17:55Speaker 5: represent our districts. We go in and make request to
- 17:59Speaker 5: Apartment Highway and to the Governor's office to get certain
- 18:02Speaker 5: projects done, to try to get those those spots attention
- 18:06Speaker 5: and to be raised to any given center, raised to
- 18:09Speaker 5: the top of the list to get repaired. But I'll
- 18:11Speaker 5: tell you what we've done over the past, probably four
- 18:16Speaker 5: years before when I came into finance cheer position here
- 18:20Speaker 5: back in twenty one, the I think it's twenty one,
- 18:26Speaker 5: the biggest appropriation out of general revenue for highways for
- 18:31Speaker 5: stuff outside of what the federal money came in. Stuff
- 18:32Speaker 5: we took from taxpayer dollars in West Virginia to put
- 18:35Speaker 5: it toward roads. The biggest appropriation was twelve million dollars
- 18:38Speaker 5: we could find anywhere prior to that. Since twenty one,
- 18:43Speaker 5: excuse me, since twenty one, we have appropriated over eight
- 18:46Speaker 5: hundred million dollars into secondary road repairs. And so one
- 18:50Speaker 5: of the things you have to look at, and it's
- 18:53Speaker 5: there's several good examples that wes not good examples, several
- 18:57Speaker 5: unfortunate examples we can go through that people are really understand.
- 19:00Speaker 5: The impact on is that when you do not spend
- 19:04Speaker 5: on infrastructure or services that constantly get more expensive to do.
- 19:12Speaker 5: When you do start spending, it takes an awful lot
- 19:14Speaker 5: of money and it takes an awful lot of time
- 19:17Speaker 5: to go back and catch up for that neglect that's
- 19:19Speaker 5: happened over the past few years.
- 19:20Speaker 4: I'll give you.
- 19:21Speaker 5: I'll give you one big example was when Governor Justice
- 19:25Speaker 5: in his eight years, and this is very analogous to
- 19:27Speaker 5: what's happened in our roads in West Virginia, in his
- 19:31Speaker 5: eight years, he would not raise the PIA premiums. Meanwhile,
- 19:35Speaker 5: the cost of health care was going up double digits
- 19:39Speaker 5: per year. And then upon him leaving, you're really about
- 19:44Speaker 5: to exhaust the pie reserve fund and you have to
- 19:47Speaker 5: get the premiums caught in to get up to where
- 19:50Speaker 5: you can actually keep up with the cost of health care.
- 19:51Speaker 5: So what happens is is West Virginia feels this huge
- 19:55Speaker 5: impact of expense that comes into PIA, both at the
- 19:58Speaker 5: people that it serves and also the people who are
- 20:00Speaker 5: or from the state level taxpayers are contributing to it.
- 20:02Speaker 5: So that was a big discussion. But what I don't
- 20:05Speaker 5: think people realize the same thing happened with roads, but
- 20:07Speaker 5: that wasn't necessarily a Justice thing because those appropriations started
- 20:11Speaker 5: happening under that Justice administration. It's just there was so
- 20:14Speaker 5: little focus on using one time money for infrastructure prior
- 20:20Speaker 5: to just about four years ago that we have so
- 20:24Speaker 5: much in whether it's roads or whether it's buildings that
- 20:29Speaker 5: have dilapidated that's under the state's purview, those type things
- 20:32Speaker 5: that we've had to catch up and so we started
- 20:35Speaker 5: focusing on to using one time dollars for one time expenses,
- 20:40Speaker 5: and that's where a lot of that surplus money comes in,
- 20:42Speaker 5: especially if it's related to anything to severance, because it's
- 20:44Speaker 5: such a roller coaster rideal how much you'll have from severance. Well,
- 20:48Speaker 5: that's been a focused over the past few years. So
- 20:50Speaker 5: what happens now is that there's always going to be
- 20:54Speaker 5: there will never ever not be a reason to complain
- 20:57Speaker 5: about roads in West Virginia.
- 20:58Speaker 4: And I'm one of the people.
- 20:59Speaker 5: You know me, I'm a car right, So it's just
- 21:02Speaker 5: I love cars, and unfortunately I love low profile tires
- 21:06Speaker 5: and so so.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Not necessarily conducive to the conditions.
- 21:10Speaker 5: It is absolutely not conducive to the conditions. And so
- 21:13Speaker 5: you know, I can certainly appreciate when you bust a
- 21:15Speaker 5: wheel on a West Virginia pothole. So if anybody commiserates
- 21:20Speaker 5: with that, it's me. So it's one of the things
- 21:22Speaker 5: that we helped get to that on the long term,
- 21:24Speaker 5: those that we can still continue to appropriate those one
- 21:26Speaker 5: time dollars. It gets right back to that that jobs thing.
- 21:29Speaker 6: Man.
- 21:29Speaker 5: You got to have the investment. You've got to have
- 21:31Speaker 5: a tax base, because if we do not continue to
- 21:33Speaker 5: grow our tax base to keep up with the pace
- 21:36Speaker 5: of inflation, you will not be able to do those
- 21:39Speaker 5: one time appropriations on roads. So I tell you what
- 21:43Speaker 5: you keep sending them. One of things I tell you
- 21:45Speaker 5: about Puttnam Countyhi I got on here is that Puttonam County,
- 21:47Speaker 5: And I've told this the other counties. I represent the
- 21:50Speaker 5: Puttnham County Commission. Although they have no control over the
- 21:53Speaker 5: roads they repair, they have created a Roads Committee on
- 21:58Speaker 5: there so you can go in every once a month
- 22:01Speaker 5: into Puttnam County Commission meeting and sit down with the
- 22:05Speaker 5: County Commission, put your road repair on a list. The
- 22:09Speaker 5: Highways Department, the local district is in there to hear
- 22:12Speaker 5: about it. They're there to inform you and what they're
- 22:14Speaker 5: doing so far, and what's ahead of you and why.
- 22:17Speaker 5: And it's a very civil discussion to go and do it.
- 22:19Speaker 5: And it's civil because they do it regularly, and they
- 22:22Speaker 5: do it systematically. If you do that sporadically and you
- 22:26Speaker 5: don't do it regularly, it becomes pitchforks with fire and
- 22:29Speaker 5: torches and they are ready to burn the place down
- 22:32Speaker 5: because the road's not being repaired. So it takes a
- 22:35Speaker 5: large team to get that done. It's something we focus
- 22:38Speaker 5: on constantly, and it's something personally that I focus on.
- 22:40Speaker 12: Going.
- 22:40Speaker 2: All right, well, let me ask you this as somebody
- 22:41Speaker 2: who lives and you know where I live, right in
- 22:43Speaker 2: the heart of Taysee Valley. This may be out of
- 22:46Speaker 2: your purview, but since everybody else has a pitchfork in
- 22:48Speaker 2: a torch.
- 22:48Speaker 4: I won't want you to bring it.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Why is Tayese Valley Road so bad in the winter time?
- 22:52Speaker 2: I mean, I'm talking about the area in front of
- 22:55Speaker 2: fireside grill the Captain to the main section, Senator, it
- 22:59Speaker 2: is horrible. It's absolutely horrible, uh, in winter time conditions.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Right, So why And the answer I would say is
- 23:07Speaker 5: that the when they get into when they can start
- 23:09Speaker 5: donose pairs, you can just spot this cold patch that
- 23:12Speaker 5: is one of the heaviest trafficked.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Areas and taste and getting heavier.
- 23:16Speaker 5: And you also have to realize that anytime that you're
- 23:19Speaker 5: looking at road rey pairs, it's it's like anything else
- 23:21Speaker 5: in life. You're it's relative to what else are you observing.
- 23:24Speaker 5: And so that the traffic on that area right now
- 23:26Speaker 5: and you get into cold patch season, it just removal.
- 23:30Speaker 2: And that's what I'm talking about, snow and ice removal.
- 23:32Speaker 4: That's what I'm talking about. Ice removal.
- 23:33Speaker 6: That one.
- 23:34Speaker 5: You know what, that's a great question. I don't have
- 23:35Speaker 5: to ask Highways for you. That's what I would do.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Get on it as a as a constituent, get it,
- 23:40Speaker 2: get on it, on it. Tex says, I lived in
- 23:42Speaker 2: Putnam County most of my life and I know a
- 23:43Speaker 2: lot of people from there. I can tell you without
- 23:45Speaker 2: a doubt, we don't want more people.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Period.
- 23:50Speaker 4: They don't want more people.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I don't want more people. Go down to McDowell County
- 23:54Speaker 2: and and and and and place that argument.
- 23:56Speaker 5: That's that relative part I'm talking about. Okay, I would
- 23:58Speaker 5: definitely different with that one, all right.
- 24:00Speaker 2: And I got other things I want to get to.
- 24:02Speaker 2: But you're always good about taking text when you're on here,
- 24:04Speaker 2: and I appreciate text, says Eric tartan Is. Felal Conservatives
- 24:06Speaker 2: are incredibly pro life and pro child. Just look at
- 24:09Speaker 2: how well the foster system is working. Tarring Is fellow
- 24:11Speaker 2: Conservatives are pro forced birth. They don't respect women's autonomy.
- 24:16Speaker 4: You know what I respect is life.
- 24:19Speaker 5: There's I would I would say, you know that, not me,
- 24:22Speaker 5: and I'd say just about everybody's since it's not it's
- 24:26Speaker 5: not down to every Republican in the Senate, but most
- 24:29Speaker 5: of them respect life first and the ability to have
- 24:34Speaker 5: a chance to live once you're created by God in
- 24:36Speaker 5: that womb. So one of the things that I think
- 24:39Speaker 5: that the people who don't respect that life prefer to
- 24:44Speaker 5: have no accountability and no responsibility for one decisions they
- 24:49Speaker 5: make or two situations they find themselves in. When there's
- 24:53Speaker 5: opportunity to to improve that situation, which could be a terrible,
- 24:58Speaker 5: miserable situation. There's I've lived in the Appalachian you know,
- 25:03Speaker 5: my my beginnings. That's that's that I've come from to
- 25:06Speaker 5: be in those situations where that's a struggle and I
- 25:10Speaker 5: can speak to it.
- 25:11Speaker 4: You know.
- 25:11Speaker 5: It's I had my first child five days after high
- 25:15Speaker 5: school graduation, got married in high school, got my my girlfriend,
- 25:19Speaker 5: longtime girlfriend, pregnant, and so we got married, decided, you
- 25:22Speaker 5: know what, this is going to be hard, but we're
- 25:24Speaker 5: going to figure this out.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Uh ended up being a child with special needs.
- 25:29Speaker 5: So that that we had and we were told at
- 25:34Speaker 5: that time, and I'll give you my personal side of it.
- 25:36Speaker 5: I had people, including teachers coming to me to say,
- 25:41Speaker 5: you know, you should really think about not having this child.
- 25:44Speaker 5: And to me, it is like that was that was
- 25:45Speaker 5: the same that's coming say to me, you should really
- 25:47Speaker 5: think about killing your son or killing your child. At
- 25:49Speaker 5: that time, didn't know which one was going to be,
- 25:51Speaker 5: and I got fight and angry over it. So think
- 25:54Speaker 5: about somebody coming telling you, you know what, you should
- 25:56Speaker 5: really think about killing your child. That's how I look
- 25:59Speaker 5: at it, And you know what I'm I'm I'm happy
- 26:02Speaker 5: to go to my creator and say that that's a
- 26:05Speaker 5: stance I took, and that's what I'll do.
- 26:07Speaker 2: You're up for reelection this year. Are you going to
- 26:10Speaker 2: run for re election?
- 26:11Speaker 4: Absolutely? Yeah, yeah, thanks for asking.
- 26:13Speaker 5: You know, I filed yesterday morning or yesterday afternoon, one o'clock.
- 26:17Speaker 5: We had people from all over the district there where
- 26:19Speaker 5: they were for the filing, which really puts a fire
- 26:23Speaker 5: in your heart once you It's if you've never ran
- 26:26Speaker 5: for office, and you're even after serving for a while
- 26:30Speaker 5: and you go in. I filed a couple of times,
- 26:32Speaker 5: you know, to be elected for things, and so you
- 26:35Speaker 5: would think that it would become just another thing to do.
- 26:38Speaker 5: But go in, you start filing, filling that paper out,
- 26:41Speaker 5: feeling the information out, and you put your signature on it. Man,
- 26:44Speaker 5: that fire and your belly gets getting out. So I'm
- 26:45Speaker 5: ready for campaign. So and I'm excited about what I've
- 26:49Speaker 5: been able to do in these past seven years.
- 26:51Speaker 2: You have opposition in a primary. There's at least two
- 26:54Speaker 2: that I know of in the primary, which is you
- 26:57Speaker 2: know the fact that we had that many people running
- 26:59Speaker 2: as a Republicanday in West Virginia is kind of interesting
- 27:02Speaker 2: to maybe it just shows you how far the party's
- 27:03Speaker 2: gone filing period in Saturday night at midnight, why are
- 27:08Speaker 2: you you talked about the campaign? Why do you feel
- 27:10Speaker 2: that you're the best choice, and why should the people
- 27:12Speaker 2: of the fourth keep Eritar in office?
- 27:13Speaker 5: You know, at first I look at results, and I
- 27:16Speaker 5: would look at what the sacrifice it takes to run.
- 27:19Speaker 5: So the results is under my leadership. And then in
- 27:26Speaker 5: teams that we had together, and putting those teams together,
- 27:29Speaker 5: delivered the largest tax cut in the history of West Virginia,
- 27:32Speaker 5: over eight hundred million dollars per year, combined with other
- 27:35Speaker 5: tax cuts that were over a billion dollars in cuts
- 27:37Speaker 5: per year, turned a state around.
- 27:40Speaker 13: You.
- 27:40Speaker 5: I came in as a policy advisor in twenty fifteen
- 27:43Speaker 5: by the Republican Senate majority asking me to look at
- 27:46Speaker 5: budget healthcare issues, and so came in under a ten
- 27:50Speaker 5: percent deficit. In my term as finance chair, we went
- 27:53Speaker 5: from a ten percent deficit to nearly thirty percent surplus,
- 27:58Speaker 5: which was one of the largest in the country relative
- 28:00Speaker 5: to their general revenue budget at one point seven billion
- 28:03Speaker 5: dollars in West Virginia. We turned around turned that money
- 28:08Speaker 5: into economic development. Prior to my service there, and I
- 28:12Speaker 5: said these are all efforts I was part and parcel
- 28:14Speaker 5: to and champion with. I'm going in and helped design.
- 28:18Speaker 5: It wasn't if I wasn't the architect from the start
- 28:20Speaker 5: on some of these. And another way, we were spending
- 28:23Speaker 5: a million dollars year on economic development and we went
- 28:25Speaker 5: to spending six hundred million that resulted in landing fortune
- 28:29Speaker 5: one hundred companies that in my Senate district and Senate
- 28:31Speaker 5: district for right now will count into the tens of
- 28:36Speaker 5: thousands of jobs in Senate District four. And that's already
- 28:41Speaker 5: you know, it's from the construction jobs, it's going to
- 28:43Speaker 5: new courts, from the actual jobs that are permanent with there.
- 28:47Speaker 5: The other companies are coming with Berkshire, hath Away, with Time,
- 28:51Speaker 5: met with Frontiersts and some others. I can't say their
- 28:54Speaker 5: name yet because they've asked me not to the announcement
- 28:56Speaker 5: that they're giving me the announcements ahead of them coming.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Why you've teased that, Senator, yes twice. When when when
- 29:01Speaker 2: can we expect it ann out?
- 29:02Speaker 5: There's some announcements coming very very very very very very February. See,
- 29:13Speaker 5: so let's say fe February.
- 29:14Speaker 2: So that's good because I was going to say, is
- 29:15Speaker 2: that like two o'clock soon or is that August soon?
- 29:18Speaker 5: So you're saying February, I'm saying February seeing, February seeing so.
- 29:20Speaker 5: And this is the other thing too, is that you know,
- 29:22Speaker 5: I like to tea because they get excited about it
- 29:25Speaker 5: because every every one that you come through is just
- 29:27Speaker 5: amazing that you start to see fruit from those efforts
- 29:32Speaker 5: in the billions of dollars and thousands of jobs. I mean,
- 29:36Speaker 5: that's impactful, that that keeps your kids home. So when, when,
- 29:40Speaker 5: why should you vote for me?
- 29:41Speaker 4: I tell you what.
- 29:42Speaker 5: I hand out a pen that I made that that
- 29:44Speaker 5: with people help with the campaign, and I was gave
- 29:48Speaker 5: that pen out yesterday to some of the people that
- 29:49Speaker 5: were there with me the signing and had a local artist,
- 29:52Speaker 5: JP o Ands made this you know JP very well
- 29:54Speaker 5: so and asked them to make a pen, a West
- 29:59Speaker 5: Virginia pen that reflected my values in the campaign. One
- 30:04Speaker 5: was prosperity and on that pen is a gold bar.
- 30:08Speaker 5: Another one is patriotism. On that pen the stripes, and
- 30:12Speaker 5: then another one is service and it's the Capitol Dome.
- 30:15Speaker 5: Another one to teach a man to fish. I take
- 30:17Speaker 5: that teach a man I take all very seriously, but
- 30:20Speaker 5: that teach a man to fish. This is what it's
- 30:22Speaker 5: been about. That's why you're seeing this stuff landing district
- 30:25Speaker 5: for So, it's going to give your kids, give your grandchildren,
- 30:29Speaker 5: your great grandchildren, the opportunity to stay in West Virginia
- 30:33Speaker 5: for just about any type of profession they want. That's
- 30:35Speaker 5: how you get there, and that's how we get the
- 30:37Speaker 5: roads fixed. That's how you get sewer and water, it's
- 30:38Speaker 5: how you get good school systems. That you just go
- 30:40Speaker 5: right on the line. That's it. It's the most conservative
- 30:42Speaker 5: thing you can do. So and the reason we give
- 30:44Speaker 5: that pen is that if you're talking about the campaign,
- 30:46Speaker 5: this is what it's about.
- 30:48Speaker 2: All right, Before we let you go, how long do
- 30:51Speaker 2: you want to do this? If you are if you're
- 30:53Speaker 2: re elected, not a guarantee, but if you are re elected,
- 30:57Speaker 2: and do you have any other political aspirations?
- 31:00Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a great question. So the first part it
- 31:02Speaker 5: sounds like my my beloved wife asking me that question.
- 31:05Speaker 4: How long did she to be here?
- 31:07Speaker 2: So she asked me to do it.
- 31:08Speaker 4: Did she send you a text in I'm pretty sure.
- 31:10Speaker 5: I'm sure Natalie just sent you a text message and
- 31:12Speaker 5: said to ask him this question, please, you know, so,
- 31:15Speaker 5: and it's it's a huge sacrifice for the family when
- 31:18Speaker 5: we do this too.
- 31:18Speaker 4: So I mean, I say that and jes but I
- 31:21Speaker 4: get the question.
- 31:22Speaker 13: You know.
- 31:24Speaker 5: As long as I feel like West Virginia needs the
- 31:29Speaker 5: push that I can give from the Senate, this is
- 31:31Speaker 5: a great place for me to serve as in the
- 31:33Speaker 5: Senate because, as you know, I have a lot of
- 31:36Speaker 5: responsibilities outside of serving in the Senate, and they're very
- 31:39Speaker 5: diverse within our businesses. And so a Senate allows you
- 31:45Speaker 5: to serve at a at a level that you can throttle.
- 31:51Speaker 5: In other words, you can be somebody and this is
- 31:53Speaker 5: not me, but we have them in there. Who's somebody
- 31:55Speaker 5: who just you know, shows up from the bell rings
- 31:58Speaker 5: and where's the title?
- 31:59Speaker 4: And that's it's not me. I don't need another title.
- 32:01Speaker 4: It's not about that at all.
- 32:05Speaker 5: What drives me is to show up and be there
- 32:09Speaker 5: sometimes for you to sixty hours a week in my
- 32:12Speaker 5: service year round, rather than just showing up at the
- 32:15Speaker 5: bell is. The problems that I get frustrated with are
- 32:19Speaker 5: the same problems that my neighbors are frustrated with, that
- 32:22Speaker 5: my community's frustrated with. And I know that I have
- 32:27Speaker 5: the wherewithal and influence when I get in those groups
- 32:30Speaker 5: up there, because I've done it for years to make
- 32:31Speaker 5: a difference, and it's a rewarding difference to make. And
- 32:37Speaker 5: you know, we've been blessed now that being coming up
- 32:40Speaker 5: and doing that doesn't really change the way I have
- 32:42Speaker 5: to eat.
- 32:43Speaker 4: So it's an expense to us, but it's affordable.
- 32:46Speaker 2: All right. Anything beyond that sent it.
- 32:48Speaker 5: For you, anything beyond it. I get asked that question
- 32:51Speaker 5: a lot too.
- 32:52Speaker 2: I mean about thirty seconds, and I know it's a
- 32:54Speaker 2: lot for thirty seconds, but go ahead.
- 32:56Speaker 4: Future aspirations in other chairs are not out of the question.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Let's put that. Let's just put there in that way
- 33:01Speaker 4: fair enough.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Scenari Tar, appreciate you being here.

- 33:13Speaker 2: was not designed to be an all Putnam County shop.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Maybe if it were, I could have just stayed in
- 33:16Speaker 2: Putnam County and I made that drive on sixty four
- 33:18Speaker 2: this morning. But it wasn't planned. It just kind of
- 33:20Speaker 2: happened that way.

- 36:06Speaker 2: but i'm tired of talking about. The weather so instead
- 36:09Speaker 2: of talking about the weather, This morning i'm going to
- 36:11Speaker 2: talk about maybe the impact. Of weather schools have been
- 36:14Speaker 2: closed and remain closed and Can On, putnham county actually
- 36:17Speaker 2: in all Fifty Five west, virginia counties which doesn't happen.
- 36:19Speaker 2: That often but the issue is many school systems are
- 36:22Speaker 2: out of what's known as traditional, snow days and now
- 36:26Speaker 2: they're on to none. Traditional. Days now it's all kind
- 36:29Speaker 2: of foreign to me as a kid who went to
- 36:31Speaker 2: school to the seventies and eighties and who doesn't have
- 36:33Speaker 2: kids or. Grandkids now Superintendent Of Putnam County Schools john
- 36:36Speaker 2: hudson joined us now and he knows. About it, good,
- 36:38Speaker 2: morning sir welcome to.
- 36:39Speaker 6: The show good. Morning day how.
- 36:41Speaker 2: Are you i'm, Doing fine thank you for. BEING here
- 36:43Speaker 2: i think everyone superintendent enjoys good snow day every now,
- 36:46Speaker 2: and then but this winner's been a completely different animal
- 36:50Speaker 2: so far as far as time away from. The, classroom.
- 36:53Speaker 6: Yes. It has and let me give a. Little Background Last,
- 36:57Speaker 6: january february just as we were adopting the twenty five
- 37:00Speaker 6: twenty six, school calendar we had a lot of request
- 37:04Speaker 6: to utilize a non traditional instructional Day And putnam county
- 37:09Speaker 6: had not done, that previously some other. Counties had so
- 37:12Speaker 6: we had a STAKEHOLDER group gosha of about fifty, six
- 37:16Speaker 6: employees different stakeholders and family surveys that were sent out
- 37:21Speaker 6: as a result. Of that what, we did in addition
- 37:24Speaker 6: to what you indicated maybe traditional. Snow days then we
- 37:29Speaker 6: Implemented The Non Traditional Instructional day Plan For Putnam county
- 37:34Speaker 6: schools and this is our first year utilizing, that plan
- 37:38Speaker 6: and today is our first actual day usually.
- 37:41Speaker 2: That plan so for those of us that don't know
- 37:43Speaker 2: what actually goes, ON here i mean kids are, logging
- 37:46Speaker 2: in they're, doing work explain it to, Me.
- 37:49Speaker 6: Sure and what happens is our employees report on a
- 37:53Speaker 6: two hour delay and each school has a, schedule, elementary middle.
- 37:58Speaker 6: High school each of, the schools they have schedule and
- 38:02Speaker 6: assignments for example at the secondary level are posted. On
- 38:06Speaker 6: schoolgee that's what's called our learning management systems where students
- 38:10Speaker 6: families can, access lessons the teachers, are available they have
- 38:14Speaker 6: designated times. For students if students need to reach out be,
- 38:19Speaker 6: a teams our counselors. Are available we have a technology hotline.
- 38:23Speaker 6: That's available and what happens on this non traditional instruction day,
- 38:28Speaker 6: as well our cooks are in the kitchen, and cooking
- 38:31Speaker 6: and our families can even request meals and pick. Those
- 38:34Speaker 6: up but, in effect students at all grade, levels, elementary
- 38:39Speaker 6: middle and high have. Teachers there they're completing assignments and
- 38:43Speaker 6: the teachers are there ready and available to assist those
- 38:47Speaker 6: students as well as our. Counselor psychologists we have a
- 38:50Speaker 6: plan for. Every classification.
- 38:53Speaker 2: What has been over the years since we started things,
- 38:56Speaker 2: like This and i'll even go back TO the covid
- 38:58Speaker 2: years when we had. Virtual learning, superintendent again we're Talking
- 39:00Speaker 2: To Superintendent. John hudson what's been the buy in from
- 39:03Speaker 2: the parents and the grandparents and the students, on THIS because,
- 39:06Speaker 2: I mean, i could, you, know imagine And again i'm
- 39:09Speaker 2: going back TO when i was a KID that i could.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Have imagined, YOU know i may not be too terribly happy.
- 39:15Speaker 2: About that, YOU know i wanted to get outside and
- 39:17Speaker 2: play in the snow, and whatever but you can't always.
- 39:21Speaker 2: DO that, I mean i'm. Just INTERESTED what, I mean
- 39:23Speaker 2: i know you said that the parents had asked. For
- 39:25Speaker 2: this i'm just kind. Of interested what's the response been?
- 39:27Speaker 2: SO far, I mean i know this is the first
- 39:28Speaker 2: year you've, done this but we have done remote learning in.
- 39:30Speaker 6: The, Past, yes Well what i'll tell you as just
- 39:34Speaker 6: two on setting, the stage we Already Have Putnam. County
- 39:38Speaker 6: school we bank thirty additional minutes, every day so that
- 39:42Speaker 6: allows us to have, five days and we've already used
- 39:45Speaker 6: those five days of traditional snow days if, you will
- 39:48Speaker 6: where Students, aren't hey there's. Sleigh riding they're out there
- 39:51Speaker 6: doing whatever they, Want to but we couldn't. Have school
- 39:54Speaker 6: and then we have, os days and we have six,
- 39:57Speaker 6: of those and now we have five of these non traditional.
- 40:01Speaker 6: Instructional day the benefit is we do have some of
- 40:05Speaker 6: these services instead of kids just. Being home but the
- 40:09Speaker 6: big benefit to parents and teachers is if we wouldn't
- 40:13Speaker 6: utilize these days and we would continue, to miss our
- 40:17Speaker 6: calendar would Extend. Into june so instead of Maybe ending
- 40:23Speaker 6: june to eighth for, every day if we've utilized all of,
- 40:27Speaker 6: our days then, we could in, a fact we could
- 40:30Speaker 6: end up in School on june to, twenty fifth depending
- 40:32Speaker 6: on the. Snow days we don't believe INSTRUCTION and i
- 40:35Speaker 6: think parents believe and teachers believe probably is the best
- 40:37Speaker 6: at that time. Of year so this allows that's. The
- 40:40Speaker 6: benefit this helps us better prevent that school calendar from
- 40:45Speaker 6: going further in.
- 40:46Speaker 2: The summer is there that was gonna be my, nice Question.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Super tenda is there a, chance though and if we
- 40:51Speaker 2: keep having the winter that we've been having, so far
- 40:53Speaker 2: is there a chance that it would? Be, extended well
- 40:56Speaker 2: if we.
- 40:56Speaker 6: Have used we basically have. Fifteen days so if we
- 41:01Speaker 6: would go, on today sixteen, seventeen eighteen we would extend,
- 41:04Speaker 6: that calendar just like any other family would have.
- 41:07Speaker 2: To do but you're out of traditional. Snow days so
- 41:09Speaker 2: if we get let's say we get a really big
- 41:12Speaker 2: snow in the Middle of february and it's not covered
- 41:15Speaker 2: in ice like it, Is now i'm talking about just
- 41:17Speaker 2: a traditional snow day where the kids want to. Get
- 41:20Speaker 2: out they're done with traditional. Snow days is that what, You're, saying.
- 41:23Speaker 6: Well what We have we have, Our bank we have
- 41:26Speaker 6: five that, we've used But Now west virginia code REQUIRES
- 41:30Speaker 6: six os days and that's outside. School environment so? What
- 41:33Speaker 6: happens we do have six of those left that we,
- 41:40Speaker 6: can use and you would say would be a traditional.
- 41:43Speaker 6: Snow day so six days that we do.
- 41:46Speaker 7: Have that we.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Could, use okay let me ask a quick question because
- 41:49Speaker 2: we had a text or for, this, question supertendent and
- 41:51Speaker 2: then we'll let you GO because i know you got
- 41:52Speaker 2: to get back. To work they were. Asking them, you
- 41:54Speaker 2: know temperatures are not predicted to change the rest of.
- 41:57Speaker 2: The week actually they're going to. Go down are there
- 42:00Speaker 2: plans to go ahead and help parents do their planning
- 42:02Speaker 2: by making an announcement for the rest of. THE week,
- 42:05Speaker 2: i mean how's that gonna how's that? Gonna work are
- 42:07Speaker 2: we even? THERE yet a very.
- 42:09Speaker 6: Good question and we review all of the information every
- 42:14Speaker 6: day to see we look at the, weather forecast we
- 42:17Speaker 6: get specific updates From The National weather service. For superintendents
- 42:21Speaker 6: but it could be very much likely that we may
- 42:25Speaker 6: be DOING an ntid Tomorrow. And friday that because we
- 42:30Speaker 6: will evaluate that and we try to get that information
- 42:33Speaker 6: out just as early, as possible usually around three or. Four,
- 42:35Speaker 6: pm YEAH and.
- 42:36Speaker 2: I know parents appreciate that because, you know they got
- 42:40Speaker 2: a plan for daycare and they got to plan. For
- 42:42Speaker 2: it and plus you brought up a really. Good point
- 42:44Speaker 2: is a lot, of, times unfortunately and this is Not A,
- 42:46Speaker 2: putnam county this is all across. The country if the schools,
- 42:49Speaker 2: aren't open the kids don't. Get fed and at least in,
- 42:53Speaker 2: this instance if, the parent, you can as, you said
- 42:55Speaker 2: parents can request meals the cooks or. THERE cooking i
- 42:58Speaker 2: know you've got to get back, to Work So, BRENDON
- 43:00Speaker 2: huts i appreciate you taking time at your schedule join.

- 47:10Speaker 2: i mean it's a great gathering, for people not Just
- 47:12Speaker 2: A putnam county but from. All around but what's the
- 47:15Speaker 2: purpose of.
- 47:15Speaker 13: The dinner so the purpose of the dinner Is the
- 47:19Speaker 13: chambers annual celebration and. Business meetings so one of the
- 47:24Speaker 13: main things that we have to do that night is
- 47:26Speaker 13: we do the transition of our chair Of our board,
- 47:29Speaker 13: of directors so we acknowledge the successes that our board
- 47:33Speaker 13: had in the prior year under our previous chairperson for twenty,
- 47:38Speaker 13: twenty five Which Was chris Wallace Of. Vindelia digital and
- 47:41Speaker 13: then we will celebrate the approval of our twenty twenty,
- 47:46Speaker 13: sixth chair Which Is michelle Dougherty Of Putnam. County bank
- 47:49Speaker 13: so each of them will say a few, words about,
- 47:52Speaker 13: you know what they wanted to celebrate and what they
