- 0:02Yo, man, I'm glad you randomly brought up that Mason Cameron a million
- 0:07dollars worth of game because I was literally listening to that while I was waiting
- 0:11for you to get on the session. Just now, that's crazy. I'm
- 0:14like probably like twenty minutes from finishing it and another thing you had brought something
- 0:21up about it. Yeah, let's start there actually, because they talked about
- 0:28Jewel Santana and there basically just saying like how they kind of had to force
- 0:32him to record sometimes and then you know, just like his potential and everything.
- 0:38Bro. Like at the time when Juel Santana came out after his mixtape
- 0:42Run, like in between his first and second album, like he was in
- 0:47my top five bro, Like it's one of them ones. And it sounds
- 0:51crazy to say now because like the drop off was so crazy from back then
- 0:57fast, but he was really like Yo, a lot of people don't even
- 1:00notice, but he was a big inspiration for Lil Wayne. Bro. Yeah,
- 1:03he was. Lil Wayne went to like Lil Wayne had like a certain
- 1:07sound. Then he went up North and started spending a lot of times with
- 1:11Dipset, but specifically with Duel's Like them two got real close and they used
- 1:15to actually like hang out, hang out, and he really like just soaked
- 1:19up a lot of like I guess, like that New York swag and that
- 1:23style and stuff and just like morphed it with that down South and Bro it
- 1:26was over. But at the time, Bro, it was like pretty like
- 1:30much known like Jewels was the one, you know what I'm saying. When
- 1:34when him and when Joel Santana and Lil Wayne was gonna drop their project together,
- 1:38it was exciting because of Jewel's, you know what I mean at the
- 1:42time. You know, it's crazy to say now, but it was really
- 1:47like Jewel's was the guy. Yeah that uh what was the name of that
- 1:51project? What the Game's been missing? What the game's been missing? I
- 1:53was the second album? Yeah, that was the second one. I think
- 1:57he had. What was the first one for me? For me to you,
- 1:59Yeah, yeah, both of them was fired like that. Man,
- 2:02he had it, Bro, he really did have it, and you know
- 2:07kind of what they were just suching. I actually got to go listen to
- 2:08it because I just called a little snippet of it. I was just strolling.
- 2:10I was like, I gotta check this out. But they were basically
- 2:13saying that he had the potential to be on hose level when it came to
- 2:17just you know, his his everything about him, Like, you know,
- 2:22you just made the point that Lil Wayne, one of you know, arguably
- 2:24one of the greatest rappers of all time, basically was like I saw him
- 2:29and kind of was like, man, I gotta I gotta kind of emulate
- 2:32a little bit of what they're doing, you know what I'm saying, So
- 2:35that that speaks volumes to what the potent, you know, the potential was
- 2:39for him. Yeah, Duels was definitely one of those that let me down
- 2:44as far as a fan, you know what I mean. And it's crazy
- 2:46because even Cameron was saying on the interview like he was he was just talking
- 2:52about Due. Was like even him like he's a fan, so like even
- 2:54he be checking like when is he gonna drop music? And he just never
- 2:58drops and it's like bro, like He'll always see him like, oh,
- 3:01I'm gonna drop this in a month, this is coming out this like,
- 3:05but he never drops anything. And Cam is like, you know, he's
- 3:07a fan. He would like to hear him drop some stuff, and I
- 3:10like this. I always like Cameron like just as far as like interviews his
- 3:15music, Like I was always a big fan, but like in this time
- 3:20that he's in, I like how he's kind of stayed himself, but he's
- 3:25grown too, you know what. I Like. You definitely can see it.
- 3:28You could hear it. You know. He was talking about how how
- 3:32Gillan Wallow got him and Mace back together as far as like you know,
- 3:37getting cool again, and he was just saying it straight up, like he
- 3:39wasn't even trying to make it sound cool, Because like that's a big thing
- 3:43for me. Bro. I hate, like, I hate hate with a
- 3:46passion when somebody tries to make something sound cool because they just don't feel comfortable
- 3:53just saying it as it is, you know what I'm saying, Like when
- 3:54they try to switch words and make something sound real gangster like Yo. You
- 3:58ever seen that that little video like the dude where he's like, hey,
- 4:01yo, happy g day, Yo, yea happy g day and everybody's like,
- 4:05why you just don't say happy birthdays? Like happy slim day yo?
- 4:12I think so funny, bro, because it's so true, like everybody knows
- 4:15somebody like that that they're just too cool to even just say regular stuff.
- 4:18You know what, I mean, you're just a super thug gangster more than
- 4:23everybody else that you just have to be mister hard guy all the time.
- 4:27Like, Bro, that shits so corny, man, no facts, especially
- 4:30when it's like Bro, at a certain point though we've grown as hell,
- 4:34ain't nobody Don't nobody care about that no more? You know what I mean?
- 4:38Like, Bro, then that's the crazy shit about like when you kind
- 4:43of leave like that hood kind of vibe, you know what I mean,
- 4:46because people ain't like that in real life, you know what I'm saying,
- 4:49Like that's something that I had to kind of learn, like like you almost
- 4:55Bro. It's funny because I talked about this with Edgar one time. Like
- 4:58before, when you start working, you almost feel like everybody's pussy, you
- 5:04know what I'm saying, because like you're coming from like a whole different vibe.
- 5:09And then like you're kind of seeing how people move and the way people
- 5:13are in real life, like they don't really want no confrontation and stuff like
- 5:16that. And when you start working, like when you at least for me,
- 5:19bro, like and I know you probably can relate to like you know,
- 5:24you come from like a certain kind of environment where everybody's on a certain
- 5:27kind of vibe. And then you start working and you're thinking that everybody's still
- 5:30going to be on the type of time that the people you know is on,
- 5:32you know what I mean, Yeah, and that that just kind of
- 5:35ties in because it's like, you know, when you grow up, you
- 5:40start meeting certain people and you start breaking bread with certain people, and you
- 5:44see like, oh, man, like these are human beings, Like these
- 5:46are real humans. You know, you start realizing that the people that you
- 5:49hang out with are like cavemen, you know what I'm saying. And then
- 5:54it's like something that we always talked about on the show too, like some
- 5:58people like grow out of that some people or dapt and realized like damn,
- 6:00we was on some child stuff or some people was like the ones that you
- 6:04go back and they're still on that like you know, got to make everything
- 6:08sound cool type thing. It's like, bro, we're not in high school,
- 6:11We're not on the block, Like grow up, bro, not real
- 6:15real. I mean, I think at a certain point, you know what
- 6:18I mean, we gotta be like and I think that's why, you know,
- 6:21we always talk about all the time, how like we grew up with
- 6:25a lot of people around us, and we can count on one hand how
- 6:27many people we still have around us. Just from the standpoint of like when
- 6:30you grow up, you know what I'm saying, certain things that seemed cool
- 6:34or okay at the time, you realize, like Bro, like it was
- 6:38just a circumstance of our environment, you know what I mean, Like we
- 6:40grow out of that, and we no longer you know, are kind of
- 6:44privy to that kind of stuff, you know, and some people just never
- 6:46grow out of it. Fact, it's like, Bro a perfect segue,
- 6:49and I think it's the best segue of all time, if I do say
- 6:51so myself. When you talk about Cam and Mace, it's like they were
- 6:57able to grow but still keep the essence of what they're about, what people
- 7:02liked about them as far as them being rappers and celebrities. And now they're
- 7:06doing that show. You know what I mean. It is what it is.
- 7:09It's sports talk show, but it's like kind of like hood style.
- 7:13You know, they dressing nice on it. You know, they coming in
- 7:15suits. You know they're ready to go. You know what I'm saying,
- 7:19They're not. It's a hood type show, but they not treating it in
- 7:24that Hood way you feel me like they're really taking the time, they're really
- 7:29doing it the right way. They're getting guests, the production value, they
- 7:31know what they talking about. They're not just going there without like actually like
- 7:34doing research and stuff. So that's why it's working, you know what I
- 7:38mean, you got them right doing that growing you know, still making money
- 7:44still. I mean even on the show, they were talking about doing a
- 7:46tour of them together and Wallow hooked them up with the Live Nation dude like
- 7:51just on the show, like he called them and he's like, yo,
- 7:55I got Cam and May say they're trying to do a tour. What's up?
- 7:57And he's like, yo, I'll put them on tour tomorrow. And
- 8:00he's all right, best, so I'm gonna connect y'all. So watch now
- 8:01you'll see they probably make another bag with that. He got them to doing
- 8:05that. They spoke on Joel's like where Jewell's is. You know, he
- 8:09was the type of dude that wasn't putting in the work that he should have
- 8:13been at the time, And look at him now like it shows you know,
- 8:16you can't you can't say what Cam said was wrong because all you gotta
- 8:20do is see what they both on. The proof is in the pudding,
- 8:22bro, you can't. It's kind of like like when I think about Lloyd
- 8:26Banks, Like Lloyd Banks, that'll be like he always say like, oh,
- 8:30you know, I was a rapping more than anything, Like I wasn't
- 8:31about this industry stuff. I'm a rapper. But he's he ain't lying because
- 8:37he was dropping projects consistently throughout the whole time. You know what I'm saying.
- 8:43He wasn't doing the mainstream releases, but he was still getting his money,
- 8:46he was still dropping music, and there were still people that thought he
- 8:48was the best rapper. Like when people didn't even talk about Lloyd Banks anymore,
- 8:52there was people out there saying, Bro, Lloyd Banks is the best
- 8:54rapper out right now. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. That's how
- 9:00I kind of look at the Jewels thing. It's like, you know,
- 9:01the proof is in the pudding, bro, Like you ain't doing nothing,
- 9:03so obviously you wasn't doing nothing before, you know, but you look at
- 9:07Juel's, you look at Mason cam and then you look at Jim Jones.
- 9:11Bro. That same kind of dude we talk about like where you're not really
- 9:16seeing like a like a public growth of him as far as like his character
- 9:20as a man goes. You know, he's still on the you know me
- 9:24me outside type stuff, Like if somebody says something about him, he's ready
- 9:28to fight type stuff. And it's like, Bro, you know what I'm
- 9:31saying, Like YouTube talented youto elevated, Like, Bro, Jim Jones is
- 9:35a dude that's part of a lot of classic hip hop things. You know
- 9:37what I'm saying, Like he could really elevate if he wanted to. He
- 9:39could elevate himself into being like in that air. You know what I'm saying,
- 9:45Like if he just treated himself and his business as such, Bro,
- 9:48he could be one of them type dudes. You know what I'm saying,
- 9:50Because he got the resume. But you talk about that and it's like that's
- 9:54kind of like what that dude d One was talking about. You know what
- 9:58I mean. You got people like that that you look at those four people,
- 10:01Juel Santana, Mace Cameron, Jim Jones, people that kind of started
- 10:07out together. Mayzon not so much, but he was there in the beginning.
- 10:09It was exactly yeah. Yeah, So it's like they all kind of
- 10:13started around the same time and all went in a certain direction, and you
- 10:18see the ones that are still around and relevant are the ones that grew you
- 10:20know what I'm saying exactly. But that's you know, touches on the topic
- 10:26that you wanted to speak on, which is the D One situation, because
- 10:28there's a lot of layers in that and a lot of different things we could
- 10:31talk about in that. So go ahead and like kind of introduce to introduce
- 10:35it to everybody and let me know how you want to approach it. Yeah,
- 10:39yeah, So D One For those of y'all that don't know, D
- 10:43One is an independent artist. I remember probably about six or seven years ago.
- 10:48I remember the first song I think I heard from him that kind of
- 10:50went virraate was called Sally Mayback and it was just basically a song about him
- 10:54like finally getting like in a financial situation with music that he was able to
- 11:00pay back his student loans like he was a middle school teacher, you know
- 11:03what I'm saying. And so it was a nice little play on it,
- 11:05but it was cool. Song went pretty viral. He was on like Oprah,
- 11:09He was on like a lot of not I can't remember if it was
- 11:11Oprah. He was on a lot of like talk shows about it and stuff,
- 11:13and it was dope. So that kind of catapulted his music career and
- 11:16since then he's done a lot, you know, just in the community.
- 11:20He's really gravitated towards being I wouldn't call him a Christian rapper, but you
- 11:26know, he's very into that positivity. Yeah, you know what I mean,
- 11:31He's very into positivity. And so as of recent uh, he basically
- 11:35called out but he was just making a point on the sway in the morning
- 11:41show of like you know, a lot of these artists kind of basically kind
- 11:46of tell him both sides and and for example, he called out Rick Ross,
- 11:52Meet Mill, Jim Jones. He basically said, you know, I
- 11:56love you, but you know you can't be the face of prison reform or
- 12:00yet your your recent song is talking about killing other other brothers, you know
- 12:05what I'm saying. And so obviously Meet Mill, Rick Ross, Jim Jones,
- 12:09they didn't take too kindly to that. They all had their own piece
- 12:13of mind to speak on it. Meet Mill was a little subtle with his
- 12:16He basically just kind of said some stuff on his story about it. Nothing
- 12:18too crazy. Yeah, Rick Ross basically you know, responded to him via
- 12:24a video, stating that you know, until you can give out you know,
- 12:28turkeys and stuff and in the community and and you know, help people
- 12:33graduate and go to college. You know what I'm saying, don't check me
- 12:35about my music. Blah blah blah blah blah. Jim Jones basically just came
- 12:39to him on the street route, like you know what I'm saying. You
- 12:41mentioned my name, like you got me glitching, like you know what I
- 12:45mean. Like he came to him like on the street route, and then
- 12:48basically, you know, d One responded to all of them, you know
- 12:50what I'm saying, he said. As far as meet Mill, he basically
- 12:52was like, you know your response, I respect it, but you know,
- 12:58at the same time, you know you're you're missing my point, Like
- 13:01the content of the music and for what you're doing, they don't line up.
- 13:03He's like, I bought your prison reform shoes for thousands of kids in
- 13:07my community because I believed in what you were doing, But then your music
- 13:11doesn't translate to that, you know what I'm saying. And as far as
- 13:13Rick Ross is like, you know, Rick Ross was basically saying everything about
- 13:18what he's done in the community, and the ones like yo, I mean,
- 13:22I hear what you're saying, but your music is gonna touch way more
- 13:26hearts than those turkeys, you know what I'm saying. Like, yeah,
- 13:28that was like the most interesting thing to me. Like as far as what
- 13:33he said, that really resonated, like because you know, Rick Ross was
- 13:37basically saying like, oh, you know, you don't you don't see how
- 13:41many thousands of turkeys I'm giving every year Thanksgiving, like he was, you
- 13:45know, kind of just mentioning certain things that he does for the community.
- 13:48But like what you said, that was like the line that really like stuck
- 13:52with me, Like it's like, yeah, but you know, you might
- 13:54give away twenty thousand turkeys, but you know a million people hearing the song,
- 13:58you know, exactly exactly, And you know, like I said,
- 14:01as far as Jim Jones, I haven't seen him respond to Jim Jones yet,
- 14:05but I did see a general response. He went on another show or
- 14:11pod or whatever it was that he was on, and basically what he stated
- 14:13with someone along the lines of you know, I'm for the first time in
- 14:16a long time, I'm just drawing the line in the sand of you know,
- 14:20where are you trying to stand within this hip hop like are you going
- 14:22to be on the side of positivity or are you going to be on the
- 14:26side of negativity? Either way, I'm cool with it, but don't tell
- 14:30her both you know what I'm saying, and so and so that's kind of
- 14:33what where his thought process is as far as why he said what he said.
- 14:39And with that said, I'll give my thoughts on it, but you
- 14:41know, kind of what do you think overall? So when it comes to
- 14:45this, it's real interesting to me because it's something that in my own music
- 14:50I'm very conscious of and if you hear my music, there's not themes of
- 14:58like cheating, there's not themes of like degrading women. Like I'm very particular
- 15:03about like the type of things I say in the music because I'm I'm a
- 15:07firm believer in what d one is talking about, like with the music thing.
- 15:09But like I said, with this, it's kind of like I'm gonna
- 15:15be talking out of the both sides of my mouth, out of both sides
- 15:16of my mouth because it's like, at the same time, I'm not trying
- 15:20like when it comes to rap, like especially dog Like One, I'm not
- 15:24trying to hear something with no curses like it just don't hit like I don't
- 15:28know what it is like. Hip hop is like a raw type of energy
- 15:31and if you're not cussing like it's it's damn near impossible for me to really
- 15:37rock with it. It's just I don't know, Like I have no good
- 15:41reasoning for it. It's just the way my mind works when it comes to
- 15:45that type of music. Same with the content. Bro, I'm a big
- 15:50young thug fan. You know, Gunna is one of my favorite artists just
- 15:54as far as like the as far as an artist goes, I'm not saying
- 15:58he's like a great rapper or what, but either way, when you hear
- 16:02the content of his music. Future is another one. I'm a huge Future
- 16:04fan. But all those artists I just name, they're not saying anything that
- 16:10I would stand behind, right, you feel me like they're saying things here
- 16:15and there, you know, just as far as like you know how to
- 16:18you know, stand on you know, you stand on what you say as
- 16:22a man type stuff, you know what I mean? Like, you know,
- 16:25they got little things here and there, you know, just a lot
- 16:27of I like it a lot more for just like how they capture like how
- 16:33you feel like coming from those environments, you know what I'm saying, Like
- 16:36they got these lines here and there that you're like, Bro, you know
- 16:38what I'm saying. Like one one that always stands out with me, like
- 16:41especially with Future is like on a too comfortable joint that he dropp is like
- 16:45he's just saying, I've been through more stuff this month than somebody been through
- 16:49in a lifetime, Like obviously the way he delivered it, and there's more,
- 16:52way more curses in it than what I just said. But and when
- 16:56in the part of the song that it drops, it's like, bro,
- 16:59like that hits like and you feel that, you know what I'm saying,
- 17:02Like things like that, you feel that. But at the same time,
- 17:06I'm not gonna I'm not gonna show some Future to my son and be like,
- 17:10yo, this you know what I'm saying, Like he'll hear it,
- 17:11but I'll be quick to let him know like this is bullshit. You know
- 17:15what I mean? This is just music, you know, So you know,
- 17:21I definitely feel where D One's coming from, but I'm not gonna listen
- 17:23to any D one music, you know what I'm saying, Like that,
- 17:27like to me, he like that kind of music to me is kind of
- 17:32like a battle rap, kind of like logic, you know what I'm saying.
- 17:37Like that kind of music to me is like you listen even like even
- 17:40like Jodner Lucas to a certain degree. Bro, It's like the kind of
- 17:44music that you listen to at one time and you're like, dang, that
- 17:47was dope how he did that. But it's not something that you're gonna listen
- 17:49to like on the regular. Like for me, you know what I'm saying,
- 17:52those type of vibes is like like, oh cool, you're talented,
- 17:57but I'm not gonna rock with this, you know I mean? And I
- 18:02agree with the like the back and forth and everything, And to me,
- 18:06bro, like it makes it makes Rick Ross look a little corny slash.
- 18:12It looks like the message went above his head because it's like, Bro,
- 18:15you pointing out some turkeys, you know what I'm saying. And obviously,
- 18:19when somebody comes comes at you about what you stand for as a man,
- 18:23nobody's gonna take that in a good way. You feel me like d one
- 18:27is coming at people like you talking about everything they stand on, which that's
- 18:33something to me that is like I feel where he's coming from. But at
- 18:36the same time, bro, what what do you what are you trying to
- 18:38gain out of this slash? Like, what's the what's the resolution here?
- 18:44Where you're just you know, volunteering your assessment of how another man lives his
- 18:49life? You feel me? So it's like, like I said, bro
- 18:53Like, it's a real interesting thing, and it's something that I've been like
- 18:56paying attention to even before you mentioned it, just because there's so many good
- 19:02points on both sides, you know what I'm saying. Any And it's like,
- 19:07Bro, I'm gonna let every artist that D One was talking about he's
- 19:10one hundred percent right, but I'm gonna listen to a hundred of each of
- 19:11their songs before I listen to one D One song, right, you know
- 19:15what I'm saying. And that's just how it is, bro Like, it's
- 19:18a weird thing. And it's like I said, it's a thing where it's
- 19:21like you got like the two little guys on your shoulders and you don't know
- 19:25which one you're gonna listen to in this situation, you know, m Yeah,
- 19:30I definitely agree with you. I will say to one point that you
- 19:33made and then I'll kind of get my piece on it. One point that
- 19:36you made, as far as you know, you not kind of rocking with
- 19:41that his style of music. I think going to his point, it's like,
- 19:49yeah, i may not have as many listeners as you, but I'm
- 19:53also not devaluing myself in a sense, if that makes sense. And you
- 19:59know what, I'm saying that one hundred percent because it's like I'm saying,
- 20:00bro, like I won't put out certain types of music, you know what
- 20:03I'm saying right right saying I'm staying in that because I feel the same exact
- 20:07way if I'm not gonna blow because I'm not trying to say certain phrases and
- 20:12certain bringing certain themes and make people feel a certain way. That's like it's
- 20:17kind of like we were talking about last time with like the sampling and the
- 20:19interpolation, Like it's not just when you're like relying on sounds and melodies and
- 20:26rhythms, but people also just rely on the topics because it's like, you
- 20:30know, it's something that I don't know if we've talked about on the podcast,
- 20:33but we've kind of talked about it, like right now, if you
- 20:37wanted to as a rapper. You could say, hey, I'm gonna rap
- 20:41about everything d One is talking about that he don't want to rap about and
- 20:45get my numbers up. And you'll get your numbers up, bro, because
- 20:48you got the skill for it. You you're super clever, so you'll be
- 20:52like, Bro, that's low hanging through. It's so easy to come up
- 20:55with clever lines about things like that because it's there, Bro, it's all
- 20:59there right in your face. Is easy. It is cheap, and that's
- 21:02what makes it hard to make like super good quality music where it's just something
- 21:08that stands on its own, you know, right right right exactly. And
- 21:11so like I said, it's like I really feel him on that and it
- 21:15makes a lot of sense. But at the end of the day, I'm
- 21:18not listening to his music. Bro, right right, that's a that's a
- 21:22great take. I think that's an interesting way to look at it because it's
- 21:26factual even with all of this going on. I think I went to his
- 21:30his spotify, like his music on Spotify. I played one song and then
- 21:37I was like, all right, cool, you know what I'm saying.
- 21:38It wasn't like nothing that dragged me in, and I'm not saying it was
- 21:42bad. It just it wasn't really like you know what I'm saying, It
- 21:45wasn't for me. Does he have people that's like that's for him or for
- 21:49him? Yeah, he does, for sure obviously, or he wouldn't even
- 21:52nobody would even be responding to him, you know what I'm saying. But
- 21:56you know, it's also like more of an niche like sound, you know,
- 22:02or a niche kind of artist. I was gonna say real quick,
- 22:07it's like it kind of it kind of puts it kind of puts him in
- 22:12like a kind of box of like a certain type of vibe. And how
- 22:21do I say? It's like, so somebody like here's a perfect example,
- 22:25somebody like a Travis Scott. I've kind of put myself in a mental place
- 22:29where it's like that's how a future is another one, Travis Scott future.
- 22:36They have their sound and they're when what they talking about, right, but
- 22:40what are they focusing on the Actually they actually focus on the artistry. They're
- 22:42actually focusing on the music. And when you hear them or talk or see
- 22:47them in interviews and stuff, they're not perpetuating the music in how they present
- 22:52themselves. You feel me like that's kind of like the space where I've gotten
- 22:56comfortable with as far as like being a fan of something, you know what
- 23:00I mean, which is another thing like which was kind of crazy, like
- 23:03Young Thug was getting to that stage where like he was like he had a
- 23:07sound and how do you say it, like like an image from his music.
- 23:12But then when he would go to these interviews and stuff, he kind
- 23:15of left the tough guy gangster stuff alone and he was just more like just
- 23:19talking, you know what I mean, and just kind of being him and
- 23:22he was I felt like he was kind of like almost crossing over into like
- 23:26a pop like he was crossing up like he was you know, he was
- 23:30starting to perform on these late night shows, you know what I mean,
- 23:33Like, and I'm pretty sure he was like on the verge of starting to
- 23:37actually like do interviews on like you know, Jimmy Kimmel and stuff like that
- 23:41where he was actually showing like his you know, his personality and everything.
- 23:45But it's like that's kind of like the space I kind of like it to
- 23:49be in, like somebody like a Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Like meek
- 23:55Mill is one real big for me, like as far as he is so
- 23:59cool on social media like you see, like like the stuff that he's that
- 24:03he posts and the stuff he volunteers and the tweets that he does, it's
- 24:07like, bro, like you a grown man guy, Like come on,
- 24:11bro, like you're like you gave us dreams and nightmares, Bro, Like
- 24:17rive us them dream chaser mixtapes like Dog, you cannot be out here sounding
- 24:22like a freaking nineteen year old kid that went to the club for the first
- 24:26time, Like you know what I'm saying, Like he just comes across like
- 24:29that all the time. And it's like, bro, like I would just
- 24:32love to just you know, And it goes back to what we talked about
- 24:37with Joe Dog, Like that's why you can't even like hold these artists to
- 24:41what they saying, like as far as like, oh, I'm gonna listen
- 24:44to your music and stand by you as a man, because it's like Dog,
- 24:47if you do that, you're not gonna listen to no music. You
- 24:49know what I'm saying, right, And you even And the funny thing is
- 24:52bro like like with somebody like d One, now you're out here talking that
- 24:57right, don't mess up, m don't let nobody catch you doing anything anything
- 25:03at all. You wanted to come out the side of your face and say,
- 25:06hey, y'all not living right. You know, I'm this positive begon
- 25:10of life, this and that. Don't mess up, brot. You better
- 25:14hold that, you know, for the rest of your life, dog,
- 25:17because you know, people slip and fall. Like That's why. That's why
- 25:21I said, like, it's kind of like double sided to me because it's
- 25:23like I feel where he's coming from. But at the same time, why
- 25:26are you speaking on this? You know what I'm saying. What he's got
- 25:27to do with you? You know? Yeah, like you're just volunteering like
- 25:30a superhero, you know what I'm saying, you with your cape, like,
- 25:33oh I'm Superman and these guys are all jerks, you know, Like
- 25:37now you gotta fly? You feel me? Yeah? Nah, I will
- 25:40say I don't know. I didn't watch that entire interview, so I don't
- 25:42know what prompted the initial comment, but I will say, you know,
- 25:48as far as my peace on it, I think that, yeah, I
- 25:52do agree. For I would say, like eighty percent, I do agree
- 25:56with what he's saying. I do. I think the biggest part of it
- 25:59to me is, you know, yeah, great give back to the community.
- 26:03You know what I'm saying, prison reform, all of that is great,
- 26:07but you know, we can all say that like certain styles of music
- 26:14influences certain behavior, you know what I'm saying, Like, and when you
- 26:18are a when you are I would call you, I'm not a you know,
- 26:26Mount Rushmore, but you are an OG in this hip hop game.
- 26:29You know what I'm saying, we are. You're a top one. You're
- 26:32a top dog out here, and a lot of these young casts looking up
- 26:34to you. You know what I'm saying, Like, of course you know
- 26:38what I'm saying, it's going to continue to I mean, how many young
- 26:41rappers do we see get killed every year? Bro? I think I think
- 26:45I saw like a video, well like they put out a video every year
- 26:48of different rappers they got killed, and I think the last year it was
- 26:52like three hundred something where it's like, bro, that's I wants a rapper
- 26:55a day fact, you know what I'm saying. And it's like why because
- 27:00aus what they see is what they're gonna emulate. They see the success of
- 27:03That's the part of it that people like Rick Ross I feel missed the point
- 27:07on. It's like, dog, you're saying all this that's cool, but
- 27:11we're not talking about the bigger issue here that there's kids that you know,
- 27:15are impressionable that you know, are seeing the way you talking online and stuff
- 27:19and the character that you portraying, and you know they taking it like fact,
- 27:22you know what I mean? Because bro, like you know when you
- 27:27like growing up in the neighborhood and all that and everything's kind of rough,
- 27:30Like you hear this music and you feel like like you're automatically assuming these dudes
- 27:36are telling the truth. Bro, Like you don't got nobody to tell you.
- 27:37Hey, these dudes are just talking just to talk, you know what
- 27:41I mean, Like this is not what's really going on every day. You
- 27:44know, they just you know, they might've went through something for an hour
- 27:47one time, you know, and three years ago and they living off that
- 27:51moment. You know, they talking like a kingpin just because they did one
- 27:53thing one time. You know. If that you know a lot of people
- 27:57just going to the studio and they they they stories in the studio, you
- 28:00know, yeah, exactly, but a lot of times, like people listening
- 28:04to it don't know that and exactly what Devon was saying, like a million
- 28:08people listen to it, you know, what I'm saying, and you don't
- 28:11know how many of those people are just being influenced and thinking like yeah this,
- 28:15Yeah, to be a boss, I gotta be you know, hard,
- 28:18and I gotta sell, you know, drugs and do all this like
- 28:22yeah man, And it's like, you know, yeah, you get you're
- 28:25doing these things for the community. Yeah, you're giving these turkeys, Yeah,
- 28:26you paying for these people to go to school. But it's like,
- 28:30is that actually balancing out the negativity that you're feeding as well? And don't
- 28:33get me wrong, but I listen to all that, you know what I'm
- 28:36saying, I do Like I'm not saying it's it's uh, it's it's bad
- 28:41because at the end of the day, it's entertainment, you know what I'm
- 28:42saying. We watch hood movies all the time. But at the same time,
- 28:48I can see the point of let's draw the line, you know what
- 28:52I'm saying, which side of the line are you on? Don't tell the
- 28:55both sides, you know what I'm saying, Because that that that's where it's
- 28:57like, you know what I'm saying, I don't know. That's just where
- 29:00it's it's blurred. That's that's super interesting because like the way you're the way
- 29:03you're breaking it down. I didn't really think about it. It's like are
- 29:07you are you doing more good than bad? You know what I'm saying,
- 29:10Like, yeah, you can say that you did X, Y and Z,
- 29:12But again it goes back to that ratio, like what what the what
- 29:18the message you spreading is it overtaking you know, the good that you say
- 29:22that you're doing, Like it's a crazy thing. And it goes back to
- 29:25even the hood thing too. It's like work smarter than not harder? Man,
- 29:27Like why you're going to try to like, you know, be so
- 29:30creative with your music and do other stuff with it to try to get on
- 29:33when you know, hey I can do this, this is what they look
- 29:37at exactly. And that kind of just goes to the you know and I
- 29:41mean obviously that's just take a whole lot of direction, but that just goes
- 29:45to the selling your soul, you know, perspective of it, you know
- 29:48what I'm saying, where it's like, we obviously know you have the talent
- 29:51to make music, you know what I'm saying. And I think the exact
- 29:53words d One said was you know I can make positive music and still have
- 29:59a fan base, can you you know what I'm saying, So it's like
- 30:03it's harder, It's definitely it's harder. It's harder. So it's like,
- 30:07you know, it does make sense from both perspectives. I definitely lean on
- 30:11the d one side of it as an artist. And ask somebody that,
- 30:15you know, when I first started rapping, I was saying all this stuff
- 30:18that I definitely probably you know, saying today would look crazy because I know
- 30:22I don't live that life, you know what I'm saying, And you know,
- 30:26just from that perspective, it's like I try my best to when I
- 30:30make music be myself, you know what I'm saying, Like I ain't talking
- 30:33about nothing I ain't actually doing, you know, and I'm not trying to
- 30:37spread no kind of negative message. Like even if it even if the message
- 30:41is like a negative concept, I try to put my own twist on it
- 30:45where it's like still positive. You always got to lead somewhere, you know
- 30:48what I mean. It's like it's just that gratuitousness, you know what I
- 30:52mean, Like you don't want anything to ever be gratuitous, Like if you
- 30:56can't be doing too much at any angle like this, it's just that moderation
- 31:00thing. Like moderation is you know, moderation applies to everything in life,
- 31:06like even water. Bro, you have too much water, you die.
- 31:08Like that's like the big basic building block of life. And if you have
- 31:11too much of it, you die. Like it just lets you know,
- 31:15you always gotta you always got to stay in that middle, you know what
- 31:18I mean, as far as like you know, the highs and the lows,
- 31:22like you gotta stay as like grounded as you can. Mm hm,
- 31:26not big facts, but yeah, man, you know I got these uh
- 31:30these are articles here. Man. I was looking up in the news like
- 31:33I look for like a little different kind of news this week. Dog,
- 31:37you know how scared I am flying, Bro, Like we've flown a few
- 31:41times together. I don't know if you, like, like if you were
- 31:44able to physically see it, because you know, I get I get real,
- 31:48like just like real serious and real focus and like you know, I'll
- 31:52be kind of like in the zone. But I'm scared, like scared,
- 31:56like crazy scared. And I was reading this article, bro. Crew aboard
- 32:00a US bound plane discovered a missing window pane at thirteen thousand feet yow brouh.
- 32:12People started noticing like it was a little more no, hazy and cold
- 32:15than usual and on the flight, and then they noticed that, Bro,
- 32:21Yo, that's why. So what the window was like open, but the
- 32:25little shade thing was missing a window period, like one of the little windows
- 32:30with the shade, you know what I mean. Yeah, yeah, it
- 32:32was missing it. Wait, one was damaged and two were missing. I'm
- 32:37looking at the picture right now. Bro. Oh my god. And they
- 32:42were up in the air when they noticed it. Bro, I would have
- 32:45died before that plane landed, Dog, I would have had attack in the
- 32:47air. Bro, I would have been done. Yo. I've been through
- 32:53like going to Puerto Rico. That's like I hate that flight because there's always
- 32:59I feel like there's always mad turbulence. Like all the all the flights that
- 33:02I've had, like in the last like fifteen years or so, have been
- 33:06like smooth, you know, except for like one flight to Dallas it was
- 33:09like kind of rough. Yo. Whenever there's any turbulence, Dog, you
- 33:14don't understand the fear that overtakes my heart. Bro, you do not understand.
- 33:20Dog, I'd be so shook. I'd be thinking it's over, Bro,
- 33:23immediately start thinking about my family. I'm like why did I take this
- 33:25flight? What an idiot I am? Who does this? Who leaves their
- 33:30family and gets on a plane? You know what I mean? Like taking
- 33:32crazy stuff? Dog? Because that shit is scary, Bro. Yeah I'm
- 33:37not. I'm not the most Like I don't mind a flight. I don't
- 33:43take a flight because I've definitely taken plenty of flights. But it's not something
- 33:45I'm jumping for, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah, facts,
- 33:47Bro? If I could drive like that, that's why I want to
- 33:50free my time up, just so I could like take the time to drive
- 33:52places, you know what I mean. Because I don't mind driving. I
- 33:54like driving. I would like to get like an RV or something. Yeah,
- 33:59my bad before you go into the next one, yo, did you
- 34:00know that? Uh? There's so the only reason I'm thinking of this is
- 34:05because we're talking about the flights, and I'm actually scared of heights. So
- 34:07I like, if I'm staying on top of a building, bro, you're
- 34:08not about to catch me like too close to that, you know what I'm
- 34:10saying. So when I'm in a plane, like I can look out the
- 34:15window and I'll be all right. But I'm still in my mind like scared
- 34:19of heights, you know, but what made me think about it? Did
- 34:22you know that there's a newer branch of basically not the Army, but you
- 34:27know, the United States like uh forces, Armed Forces, thank you?
- 34:34That's uh hold on, I want to tell you the exact name. I'm
- 34:37trying to think of it. I'm looking it up right now. But the
- 34:40division, it's like it's called Space Force, the US Space for Yeah,
- 34:52bro, So they just launched Space Force as in like a few years ago.
- 34:58And Dog, the first thing I thought about, what's Halo? Bro?
- 35:01Crazy? Like that's like literally what it's like like set out to be
- 35:06almost like you know what I'm saying, Like, Bro, it's even like
- 35:10like, uh, it's crazy Dog Like Terminator. The whole plot of Terminator,
- 35:15it's we're literally in the beginning stages of what they like. So in
- 35:21Terminator, the world is already basically like taken over by the robots, right,
- 35:27but like when they whenever they talk about what happened that led to it,
- 35:30they always talk about like the AI and like them introducing it, you
- 35:36know, them like saying how much is helping this, this and that and
- 35:39it? Like then other people saying like nah, Like we they basically exactly
- 35:44what's going on right now with the introduction of the AI is dog Elon Musk.
- 35:49It's like he's making this like one of his top priorities right now is
- 35:53trying to help regulate Slash stop this AI thing. He's legit concerns scared,
- 36:00like to the point where he's going to these summits and stuff, like he's
- 36:04making sure that he's going to talk about this stuff because he's like, Bro,
- 36:08they're programming this stuff to basically look at us as the enemy. You
- 36:14know what I'm saying, Like all the media and everything that's out there that's
- 36:17to be consumed paints humans as like the most vile pieces of shit on the
- 36:22planet. Bro. What you think a robot is gonna think if they read
- 36:27all this stuff and try to figure out like how to eliminate problems and things
- 36:30like that, and all the information that it's taking in is everybody. You
- 36:35know, Like we were talking about earlier Bro rappers getting shot, people pumping
- 36:38out negativity, like all the shit that is going on, bro Dah,
- 36:44Like I said, like that's like the plot of Terminator, Bro, And
- 36:47that's literally like the stages that we're in right now. We're like we're like
- 36:52basically in the Terminator world. We're at that pivotal stage right now where like
- 36:57it's like the make or break thing. Obviously this is real life and it's
- 37:00not a movie. But kind of going back even though what you was just
- 37:04talking about dog like these little these plots, Bro, they've been dropping hands
- 37:07for a long time. Yeah, bro. And then the thing is is
- 37:10that we not like nobody's really considered like bro. I just so, the
- 37:15Space Force was formed December twenty, twenty nineteen, so it's not even four
- 37:20years yet. And basically here the US Space Forces lineup effort and able the
- 37:25service to provide the forces, personnel, and partnerships required to preserve US space
- 37:31superiority. What and then you're talking about like a short couple of years later,
- 37:37they're starting to come out with these UFO the classified things where they're talking
- 37:42about these UAPs the Unidentified Aerial phenomenon because they changed the name to that now
- 37:49and it's like they're talking about things that people in the Armed Forces have seen,
- 37:52like pilots, you know, generals, different people that before we're scared
- 37:58to talk about it. Now they're actually like, bring this information out,
- 38:01So it's it's crazy bro is right now man, because Bro, there's a
- 38:06lot of stuff like period that is going on slash always is going on in
- 38:09the world. And it's crazy, man, because all the stuff that goes
- 38:15on, like especially like right now with the Israel and Palestine stuff, everybody
- 38:20like wants to jump to like have an opinion and talk about it and stuff.
- 38:23And even like when I was looking up articles earlier, like even when
- 38:27the funny articles, I stay away from stuff that has to do with death,
- 38:30you know, anything that touches on like real subjects because it's like dog
- 38:35like, this kind of stuff is going on all over the world. One
- 38:39two, I'm not gonna talk about it or dissect it where it's like bro,
- 38:45like none of us, none of us really know what's really going on
- 38:49over there unless we in there living it. Unless you you've been in any
- 38:53of these situations, not even just Israel and Palestine, like any situation in
- 38:58this world. Bro, Like, unless you talking to me from a first
- 39:00hand point of view, because you're somebody that's lived in there or in that
- 39:04situation your whole life and you got some experience to talk about it from.
- 39:08I don't want to hear it, bro, because ain't nobody over here is
- 39:12gonna know what's going on in a country, you know, half the global
- 39:16way that has been going through something for two thousand years. Like you're gonna
- 39:22tell me you have the answer for it. Like, come on, bro,
- 39:24be a little have a little more sense than that, you know.
- 39:28Yeah. Yeah. So it's like we were talking about it in the chat
- 39:30the other day, like a lot of you know, me and Joe,
- 39:35We're talking about it in particular, and then you chimed in when you got
- 39:38back on the conversation. But it was like, bruh, we not over
- 39:43here trying to, you know, have these conversations slash bring up this animosity
- 39:49or go through these emotions with people about certain things. When it's like,
- 39:52Bro, the writing's on the wall. It is what it is. People
- 39:54are going to be the way that they are. You can't try to be
- 39:59so micro scopic about everything all the time, you know what I mean,
- 40:01Sometimes you got to just zoom out like that. That's bro again. With
- 40:05the Watchman, Bro, but it's like Doctor Manhattan and Watchman. He would
- 40:10take his his his chick Lry, he would take her to the to the
- 40:15moon, basically like to sit up there and have like their conversations and stuff,
- 40:20so they could actually like have a place to like really talk and really
- 40:23like be locked in on the conversation, you know what I mean. Like
- 40:27he wouldn't you know, he would take her out there to talk. And
- 40:30I always feel like it's like the imagery of like you sitting on the moon
- 40:35looking at the earth and then like talking about life from that perspective. Bro.
- 40:38Like that's something that a lot of people should try to like envision.
- 40:44I feel like, you know what I mean, Like, imagine when you're
- 40:45talking about life and when you're talking about the stuff, that you're looking at
- 40:47the whole globe. You know what I'm saying, Like, zoom out of
- 40:51your situations, zoom outter like what you you know, personally feel and what's
- 40:54what you're going through. Like, but when you zoom out and really look
- 40:57at it, like it gives you a whole different view. Mm hmmm,
- 41:00have you I mean going to that point? It's like now because people,
- 41:07you know, I'll be seeing stuff so so often on social media where people
- 41:12are like just clowning somebody or responding to somebody in a certain way where it's
- 41:15like people just their opinions now they feel like they're so valid and so warranted,
- 41:22you know what I mean? And have you seen Don't look up on
- 41:25Netflix? No, great movie. I highly recommend just watching. No no,
- 41:32No. It's not Jordan Peel, but it has uh oh man as
- 41:38uh what's his name? Jonah Hills in it, a few good actors.
- 41:45I can't remember. I know Jonah Hills in it. Look it up because
- 41:49I'm thinking of a completely different movie. Then Leonardo DiCaprio's in it, you
- 41:52know what I was thinking of of. Nope, oh yeah, okay,
- 41:57yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's Jordan Jordan, but but nah,
- 42:00bro, I mean, just to give you a little premise of it.
- 42:02Basically, what it is is, you know this astrologist or or she's
- 42:09basically the she works in astronomy. She detects this crazy meteor is on the
- 42:17way to Earth, and she basically figures this out and tries to go,
- 42:24excuse me on tour and tell the president and just like tell everybody about what's
- 42:29going on and what's about to happen. And when she's telling everybody about it,
- 42:36they have time to do something. But people are so captivated with what's
- 42:43the female artist your daughter loves Again. She's in the movie, and people
- 42:51are so captivated with Ariana Grande and her love story and what's going on,
- 42:55and everybody's making these jokes and comments about it, and nobody's say and it's
- 43:00serious because they're so captivated with so many stupid things going on around them.
- 43:04And you know, I think that's all I'm gonna give you right now,
- 43:07because I don't want to tell you the movie, but basically just to say
- 43:12I say all that to say that it's like everybody's opinion and what people say
- 43:16now is so they're so focused on that they're not looking at the big picture
- 43:22of what's actually happening around it. And it's great, great that you said
- 43:24that, because it really, like, like it really drives my point because
- 43:30I always feel like people have these strong opinions. Everybody got to say what
- 43:34they got to say. You know, every time you go online, you
- 43:36see all these things that people are writing. They're trying to get their shit
- 43:38off, they're trying to have the smartest thing to say. But at the
- 43:42end of the day, we are getting marketed to slash advertise that a certain
- 43:50way. For a reason is because as a people, our habits are reflecting
- 43:55that this kind of stuff that they're feeding us is working. Right. So
- 44:00until everybody really just shuts the fuck up and really locks into what they say
- 44:07they're about. Until everybody does that, ain't nothing gonna change, you know
- 44:12what I mean. That's why, like I'm always hesitant slash hopeless when it
- 44:16comes to like organizing for anything, because it's like, bro, like I
- 44:22know that out of one hundred people, ninety of them ain't gonna be worth
- 44:25shit. And that's just the way it is. Like there's no way around
- 44:30it, bro, Like you could try to say this and that whatever.
- 44:34No, you take a sample of one hundred people, Bro, ninety of
- 44:37them are always gonna be nothing, you know what I'm saying. Like,
- 44:39they're always gonna be the people that are getting marketed to the people that everybody
- 44:45says that they quote unquote hate. That's the majority, bro. And we
- 44:50fall into that to a certain degree because everybody always, including us, we
- 44:53always take our stands with shit, and we always act like we're this and
- 44:57that, but we all fall here in there, and we all end up
- 45:01part of the statistics. You know what I'm saying, We're all we're all
- 45:05in the same group. We're all humans together, bro, and it's like
- 45:08it's and I think, like the the persecution of like oh your sin is
- 45:15worse than mine is what fucks us up. Yeah, I'm saying we could
- 45:19just really all know, like, bro, we all flawed, but let's
- 45:22all aim to be better and then everything will get better. Bro. Like
- 45:24I always think about this short story I read when I was a kid.
- 45:29I think I might have brought it up on the podcast, but I always
- 45:30bring it up in life. Like. It was a short story basically like
- 45:34talking about you know, in the early two thousands, they always was talking
- 45:37about like how we're polluting the planet. That's when global warming. Global warming
- 45:42started becoming a big thing. And it was a short story at the time
- 45:45where it was like they went to the past. I mean, I'm sorry,
- 45:50they went to the future to see how things have gotten And basically the
- 45:53gist of the story is Buddy thought he was in the past, but then
- 45:57he realized he was in the future. It's just people really realized that they
- 46:00needed to go back to like sensibilities, like for example, like he thought
- 46:04he was in the past because he started seeing people were lawnmowers that weren't gas
- 46:07power. They had the old school ones that was just the blade. He
- 46:12was like, dang, I must have went in the past and the future.
- 46:15But then he figured out, Nah, I'm in the future. It's
- 46:17just people realize, like we need to change the way we are, you
- 46:21know what I'm saying. And Bro, like, I feel like, unless
- 46:24you know, the world has that kind of moment, you know, ain't
- 46:28nothing going to change, you know what I mean? Like, if everybody's
- 46:30still on the same stuff, everybody's still worrying about me, me and me,
- 46:32ain't not gonna change. Man, facts, big big facts. Bro,
- 46:40something dope if you get a chance to check it out. And I'm
- 46:44gonna leave the people with this. There is a series that's like four episodes
- 46:49on Netflix called Dang of Something of the Faith. Uh, Bro, I
- 46:58gotta pull it up real quicker. I just had. It starts with an
- 47:00m Mysteries of the Faith Mysteries on Netflix. Yeah, yeah, Mysteries of
- 47:10the Faith on Netflix. Bro. They there they talk about certain artifacts that
- 47:19have religious religious ties to them slash like very important milestones or just they're tied
- 47:30to like very important parts of religious story. And they just talk about how
- 47:36that impacts people. They talk about, you know what the lengths that people
- 47:39go through to preserve these things. It's a lot of it's a lot like
- 47:45as far as like the information goes in, as far as like the angle
- 47:49on it, because it's really just a lot of information from every Like for
- 47:52example, one of the things they talk about is the crown of Thorns that
- 47:57Jesus wore, Like they supposedly have the the actual one, you know,
- 48:01somewhere in France, and they just give you the backstory on it. They
- 48:06show it, they show like the people that like that, that that fight
- 48:10it and say no, that's not the real one. Like they just show
- 48:14all different sides of it, and they give like the religious side of it,
- 48:16the scientific side. Like it's kind of hard to describe, but it's
- 48:20super fire and it just it definitely makes you think, and it's something that
- 48:25after what we just talked about, it really like it'll really get your brain
- 48:30going as far as like just thinking about those concepts and that because even just
- 48:32thinking about like what somebody being able to say, hey, I can go
- 48:38and see the crown of thorns that Jesus wore and validate that what I believe
- 48:43is real and just give them that feeling and that spark to keep going,
- 48:47you know what I'm saying, Like, just like if you ain't get a
- 48:51chance to watch that, if not, I'm just gonna kind of like go
- 48:54back and like catch all the main points so we can talk about it,
- 48:59because it's super fascinating. Bro Dope, I'm checking out. I've never seen
- 49:02it. Yeah, I think it's kind of new on Netflix. But yeah,
- 49:07man, you got any joints that you're dropping, anything that people gotta
- 49:10tap in with. Yeah, Man, this Friday that came along way,
- 49:15joint is dropping and actually you mixed it. You mixed the master that which
- 49:19is dope. Let's go. Yeah, I've been hiking for that one.
- 49:22I actually showed that to my son and my brother when we were skateboarding the
- 49:24other day and they liked it a lot too. I was super proud of
- 49:29that record, just to be involved, and I like what you did with
- 49:31it, so it was dope here and that they liked it too, you
- 49:34know what I mean. Yeah, for sure, I'm super excited about that
- 49:37one. Just shot some content with Freddie over the weekend, so yeah,
- 49:43man, I'm excited to kind of roll that one out and uh, actually
- 49:46looking like I got a little collab joint. I'm not gonna say too much
- 49:49about it till it's ironed out, but I got a nice little collab joint
- 49:52to drop towards the end of the month and then hopefully kind of wrap up
- 49:57some things for a potential project at the half of the year of my nice
- 50:01man. Yeah, I've been getting all my ducks in a row. I've
- 50:06been slacking. Just have a lot of stuff going on, like real life,
- 50:09you know what I mean. But I'm getting ready for that bounce back.
- 50:15And either way, you don't mistake but stop not a stop, not
- 51:57a stop, not stop, not not a not day after a thing ever
- 53:14seen at a
