Latest / L3G4L / Spencer Pratt: Loser
Transcript
- 0:00Spencer Pratt wants to be the next mayor of Los
- 0:02Angeles. He's a 42 -year -old, pro -ice, Republican
- 0:06bigot that still lives off his dad. He blames
- 0:10the Palisades fires on DEI. This is L3G4L Special
- 0:16Investigation with Ed Lyman in Los Angeles. I
- 0:20love doing this show. Up in this episode, I've
- 0:22got some new information for you, completely
- 0:24original, particularly about Spencer Pratt's
- 0:27financial disclosures for office. What did he
- 0:30leave off of those forms? And let's get a dialogue
- 0:33started about those PPP loans that his corporation
- 0:37took out during the COVID. pandemic? Seems like
- 0:40there might be something there. What about his
- 0:42sister's allegations that he had committed domestic
- 0:45violence, that he got her hooked on hardcore
- 0:48drugs when she was only 15 years old? How about
- 0:51his habitual abuse of substances from alcohol
- 0:54to ephedrine, benzos, LSD? I'm going to talk
- 0:58about his paranoid, delusional. conspiracy theories.
- 1:01Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag blew
- 1:04their entire fortune of $10 million because they
- 1:07believed an asteroid was going to destroy the
- 1:10Earth. I investigate his compulsive lies about
- 1:12the Palisades fire. I read his recent memoir
- 1:16as well, and he's hiding a lot of stuff. He doesn't
- 1:18want you to know who his grandfather was. We're
- 1:21going to talk about him and how about his dirty
- 1:23campaign ads. In a recent one, he stalks our
- 1:26current mayor, Karen Bass. He goes out in front
- 1:29of what he describes as her $3 million mansion
- 1:31while everybody else is suffering from homelessness.
- 1:34That's not her mansion. So why is Los Angeles
- 1:36Magazine, owned by Ben Masalis and Mark Karagos,
- 1:40why are they letting their magazine spread lies
- 1:42about Karen Bass? Why is Ben Masalis pumping
- 1:45Spencer Pratt? Who is this big, evil propaganda
- 1:49machine behind Spencer Pratt? I want you to think.
- 1:52Omnicom. Octagon Entertainment. William Morris
- 1:55Endeavor. Anyhow, we're going to get into it
- 1:57coming up next on El... This program is intended
- 2:06for mature audiences only. It contains sensitive
- 2:09subject matter and adult language. While your

- 2:18a legal opinion, or create an attorney -client
- 2:21relationship. Five months ago, there's no way
- 2:43in hell I would have been able to tell you who
- 2:45Spencer Pratt is. But thanks to local media,
- 2:49and I remember pretty vividly NBC4 here, the
- 2:52owned and operated network, they did a package.
- 2:55They posted on TikTok. So it ends up in my FYP.
- 2:58I see this bro. He looks like he's from Bromosa,
- 3:01the type of guy who would reserve a VIP table
- 3:04at Sharky's wearing a big black trucker hat.
- 3:08The hat has a logo on it. in the style of Thrasher,
- 3:11Thrasher magazine with all these flames. Isn't
- 3:14that trademark infringement? I'm sure Spencer
- 3:16Pratt has a license, right? Anyway, the hat reads,
- 3:19they let us burn. And in the small writing, if
- 3:21you zoom in, you could see it says Gavin Newsom.
- 3:23So this guy standing on stage, he's wearing these
- 3:26really tacky, overpriced sunglasses that are
- 3:29a little bit too small for his fat head. His
- 3:31eyes are piercing through these shades as he's
- 3:34reading a script off of his iPhone. He announces
- 3:37he wants to be Los Angeles's next mayor. But
- 3:40if you go back and actually listen to his speech
- 3:42that day, I'll give him credit. He starts out
- 3:44with a lot of passion and tragedy in his heart
- 3:48because his home. had burned down in the Palisades
- 3:50fire, and that's a tragedy. And he's teary -eyed,
- 3:53he's shaking in his voice, and I have a lot of
- 3:55empathy for that because I'm an empath. He's
- 3:57not, but we'll get to that. I take it very seriously
- 4:00that this man and his wife, his family, they
- 4:03lost their home in the Palisades fire. So that
- 4:05hooked me a little bit. Wow, that's really compelling.
- 4:07Damn, this guy, he's got a heart. But then all
- 4:09of a sudden he flips. They didn't show this on
- 4:11the local news. He blames... DEI. He blames the
- 4:15fire on DEI. He blames Gavin Newsom. He blames
- 4:19Karen Bass. He even blames the firefighters.
- 4:22You lost me, bro. Right there. Right then and
- 4:24there. The LAFD failed to deploy sufficient firefighters,
- 4:28fire engines, and firefighting resources, whether
- 4:31it be due to lack of budget, lack of knowledge,
- 4:35or simply DEI. Who the fuck is this guy? The
- 4:39guy blames DEI for the Palisades. fire. Since
- 4:43I had no idea who he was, you know, I had to
- 4:45ask a friend who is still displaced from the
- 4:47Palisades fire, and she told me that he's a has
- 4:51-been from some reality television show called
- 4:54The Hills that used to be on MTV. I had never
- 4:57seen the show, so I had to figure that one out.
- 4:59So I started doing my own research on him, and
- 5:01I found out that he's actually a Republican.
- 5:05And he's pro ice. So I blasted him on Twitter
- 5:09or you call it x .com now. And I sent out a post
- 5:12and tagged him in it saying Spencer Pratt is
- 5:16pro ice. Whatever. And the dude fucking blocks
- 5:19me. He blocks me on X. I'm in shock still about
- 5:23that one. Because if Spencer Pratt was a government
- 5:25official, that would be illegal. It would be
- 5:27a violation of the First Amendment. Public officials
- 5:29aren't allowed to squelch their criticism. How
- 5:32would this guy survive as a public official?
- 5:36Then I started digging into his social media
- 5:38posts and looking at the comments. Oh, they're
- 5:41so clean. All the comments are sanitary. It's
- 5:43like he's got a bot farm from one of the agencies
- 5:46that is behind him. And we're going to get into
- 5:48all that too coming up. The propaganda machine
- 5:51behind Spencer Pratt. It's much bigger than you
- 5:54will ever realize. And I want to talk to you
- 5:57about that, but we'll get to that in the show.
- 5:59So he blocks me on social media and that's only
- 6:01going to galvanize a guy like me. I decided I'm
- 6:04going to do a deep dive into him. I'm going to
- 6:06do a podcast on him. I'm going to write an article
- 6:08on my sub stack about him. I'm going to start
- 6:10really figuring out who the hell this guy is.
- 6:13What the fuck is he hiding? This guy is hiding
- 6:15something. If you look at his social media, ever
- 6:17since the Palisades fire, he has compulsively
- 6:19spewed political rhetoric and in a nasty way,
- 6:23blaming everybody, spreading conspiracy theories
- 6:26about the Palisades fire. But I haven't seen
- 6:28anybody actually do a deep dive on Spencer Pratt
- 6:32yet. for the LA Times, they did uncover, look,
- 6:34Spencer Pratt, he wants to be the next mayor
- 6:36of the city of Los Angeles. In order to be eligible
- 6:38to be the mayor, you need to actually live in
- 6:40the city of Los Angeles. But Spencer Pratt's
- 6:43been living in Santa Barbara County all along.
- 6:45And look, okay, so he has been displaced by the
- 6:47fires. I understand that. But he is registered
- 6:49to vote there in Santa Barbara County. Now, ever
- 6:52since the LA Times called him out on it, you
- 6:54see Spencer Pratt posting all these images and
- 6:57videos of himself in this luxury Airstream that's
- 7:00parked out on top of all the... charred remains
- 7:03of his property here in Palisades. I'm not going
- 7:06to hound him too hard on being displaced, having
- 7:09to move up to one of his daddy's luxury homes
- 7:13on the beach there in Santa Barbara County. Because
- 7:15look, in reality, I don't think Spencer Pratt
- 7:17actually has a good chance of becoming the next
- 7:19mayor of LA. The numbers just aren't with him.
- 7:22But I think he's worth exploring. So I start
- 7:25doing a lot more research into him. I even read
- 7:28this guy's book. Yeah, he's got a new book out,
- 7:31some memoir. It's ghostwritten. It's terrible.
- 7:33Talk about somebody with no real purpose or anything.
- 7:36What the hell is he hiding? What is Spencer Pratt
- 7:38hiding? Why is he hiding things? And so I bought
- 7:41his book. I don't recommend it. Don't buy his
- 7:43book. But I actually did. I spent a good afternoon
- 7:46sitting down reading. most of it it's very self
- 7:50-aggrandizing it's unapologetic too he does confess
- 7:53a lot and we'll get into all that including the
- 7:55drug use including the deception and terrible
- 7:58things he did to his friends and his family and
- 8:00he's not apologetic he actually brags about these
- 8:03things as if they're good deeds so so spencer
- 8:05pratt was born in 1983 the guy's 42 years old
- 8:09born in elliott county somewhere he has a stepsister
- 8:13from his mom's previous marriage and a younger
- 8:15sister, Stephanie Pratt. They were raised in
- 8:18a very wealthy environment. His father was a
- 8:21dentist. And Spencer says in his book that his
- 8:23father made a killing off of selling gold. Or
- 8:27at least he leads us to believe that. Sometime
- 8:29around 1980, when the gold market briefly surged,
- 8:32Spencer's father, William Chauncey III, seized
- 8:35an opportunity. Spencer explains in his book
- 8:37that his father had noticed that the price of
- 8:40dental gold alloys, you know, that they sell
- 8:43wholesale in magazines if you're a dentist and
- 8:45you need to put gold in people's teeth. His father
- 8:47had noticed that the price of those gold alloys
- 8:51was not catching up to the actual market. for
- 8:55gold. So there's this huge disparity. So I guess
- 8:58we don't know how much his father earned off
- 9:01of this, but he says that his father bought a
- 9:04bunch of that dental gold and went downtown in
- 9:08LA to the jewelry district and hawked it to buyers
- 9:12at about a 30 % markup, I suppose, because...
- 9:15That's about as much as it could have been. So
- 9:17that happened in 1980. And his dad's also a dentist
- 9:19in Santa Monica. I guess Spencer Pratt wants
- 9:22us to believe that his father, a dentist, you
- 9:25know, that was probably still new to the practice,
- 9:27maybe had a decade of experience, was able to
- 9:29hawk all this dental gold in the jewelry district,
- 9:32keep doing his hard work as a dentist, and with
- 9:35that income was able to send three children to
- 9:39the crossroads in Santa Monica, which is a very
- 9:42expensive, super elite. private school. And he
- 9:45sent all the children there from kindergarten
- 9:47through high school. Yeah. Okay. I'm not saying
- 9:51it's not true. I'm not saying that his father
- 9:54couldn't afford to put all those children through
- 9:57school, one of the most expensive private schools.
- 9:59I mean, adjusted for inflation now, that school
- 10:01costs $45 ,000 per year just for elementary through
- 10:04junior high. Once you get to high school, it
- 10:06boosts up to $55 ,000. Now, rewind that to the
- 10:0980s, multiply it by three children. Did William
- 10:13Chauncey Pratt III have enough wealth to put
- 10:16three children through that school and move to
- 10:19the Palisades? Possibly, it's possible, but it
- 10:22just got me wondering a little bit more about
- 10:24the family and their wealth. So in January, 2026,
- 10:27when Spencer announces that he wants to be the
- 10:29mayor, he also releases a book, a self -titled
- 10:33memoir, Spencer Pratt, The Guy You Love to Hate,
- 10:36Confessions from a reality villain. One of the
- 10:40biggest things that struck me as bizarre in his
- 10:43book is he spends a lot of time talking about
- 10:44his maternal grandmother and other relatives,
- 10:46and he doesn't spend a whole lot of time talking
- 10:50about his paternal grandfather, William Chauncey
- 10:54Pratt Jr. In fact, in the book, it might just
- 10:57be a typo, he misidentifies his grandfather as
- 11:00William Chauncey III. That's actually his father's
- 11:04name, not his grandfather. So I don't know. Is
- 11:06there something that Spencer Pratt is hiding?
- 11:08I mean, it could have just been a typo. There's
- 11:09a lot of different errors in the book. I'm not
- 11:11going to hold him to that. But it really got
- 11:13me wondering, who the hell is his grandfather?
- 11:15Because Spencer only provides brief descriptions
- 11:17about him. He says his grandfather was in...
- 11:21the Navy during World War II, and some kind of
- 11:23champion boxer at UCLA. He doesn't mention much
- 11:26else at all about William Chauncey Jr. And that's
- 11:30odd, right? Especially because I just did a little
- 11:33bit of research and I found out that in 1981,
- 11:36Spencer's grandfather, William Chauncey Jr.,
- 11:39created the Kelly Clark Food Distribution Corporation.
- 11:43So it's Kelly Clark, Inc. And was the CEO for
- 11:46a couple of decades. Kelly... Clark Incorporated
- 11:50was this massive food brokerage and distribution
- 11:54company on the West Coast. They had a huge share
- 11:57of the market for that industry across the entire
- 12:00Western United States. And they actually, the
- 12:02corporation got acquired by a much bigger corporation
- 12:05that's still intact today. But I think that's
- 12:08around the time his grandfather stopped being
- 12:10the CEO once it was just bought up. God, it must
- 12:14have made a killing, huh? And then I found that
- 12:17William Chauncey Pratt Jr., his grandfather,
- 12:19died around the year 2005. But why the hell Spencer
- 12:22Pratt, whose book name drops just about everybody
- 12:25from the Fonz, Arthur Fonzarelli, you know, Henry
- 12:29Winkler, all the way to Larry Ellison. Spencer
- 12:31Pratt's sole material is just dropping everybody's
- 12:33name, talking about their successes, anybody
- 12:35that you might think is popular or controversial.
- 12:38He's throwing out his connection and name dropping,
- 12:40but his own fucking grandfather, William Chauncey
- 12:43Pratt Jr. Spencer Pratt doesn't discuss a damn
- 12:46thing about how successful his grandfather was.
- 12:49The only thing he really says about him in that
- 12:51vein is that his grandfather was very frugal.
- 12:55And he uses that frugal adjective to kind of
- 12:58bounce out this image of his father being this
- 13:00hard worker who did it his own way and proved
- 13:04his grandfather wrong. That, yeah, you can still
- 13:06make a lot of money, by being optimistic. Spencer,
- 13:09why the hell did you omit this from your book?
- 13:12So then I dug a little bit deeper and I found
- 13:14some records showing that William Chauncey Pratt
- 13:17Jr., his grandfather, had set up a... trust that
- 13:21held a lot of different property throughout this
- 13:23county and possibly other parts of California.
- 13:25I didn't do the huge dive, fully exhausted. I
- 13:28didn't go down to the recorder's office. I'm
- 13:30not spending that much time on Spencer Pratt.
- 13:33But it's interesting because if you look at Spencer
- 13:35Pratt's dad, William Chauncey Pratt III, he has
- 13:39a lot of real property holding throughout the
- 13:41state of California, including in the county
- 13:43of Los Angeles. He has a lot of homes. I also
- 13:46found that he owns an office. complex in what
- 13:49looks like a strip mall. Not here in LA County.
- 13:51It's not part of his dental practice. Also his
- 13:53own warehouses and plenty of these luxury homes
- 13:56and even apartment complexes. I find it so odd
- 13:59that Spencer Pratt cries about homelessness and
- 14:03all that blight that it creates and how Karen
- 14:05Bass has done nothing. Well, Spencer Pratt. His
- 14:08dad, his family, and Spencer Pratt's trust, they
- 14:11hold a hell of a lot of real property, and there's
- 14:13no shortage of housing for the Pratt family.
- 14:16And by the way, Spencer Pratt got his home because
- 14:19his parents gifted it to him. They at least gifted
- 14:2250 % of the home to Spencer and Heidi back in
- 14:2620... which is fascinating, right? Because Spencer
- 14:30Pratt's by no means a self -made man. He admits
- 14:33that he blew all his money after the hills within
- 14:36about a year. So in 2011, Spencer and his wife,
- 14:40Heidi Montag, were dead ass broke. Back then,
- 14:44they told reporters they had blown through $10
- 14:46million pretty quickly after The Hills was canceled.
- 14:50And part of their reason for doing that is they
- 14:52believed in the Mayan apocalypse. So Spencer
- 14:55and Heidi actually believe, sometimes they call
- 14:57them Speidey, that an asteroid was going to hit
- 15:00the Earth in December 21, 2012. So it would read,
- 15:04if you hyphenate it, 12 -21 -12. How does that
- 15:08work for the Mayan apocalypsers? If you are from
- 15:12Europe, you have to transpose the month with
- 15:15the date. So in Europe, it'd be 21 -12 -12. But
- 15:19in the United States, it's 12 -21 -12, the Mayan
- 15:23apocalypse. And so he believed in this wild conspiracy
- 15:25theory, him and Heidi, that an asteroid was going
- 15:28to come and blow up the Earth on that date. And
- 15:31so they blew through all their money. That's
- 15:33his official story back in the day. He had all
- 15:35these other lunatic conspiracy theories. He even
- 15:37went on Alex Jones' show and talked about how
- 15:40towards the end of The Hills in the last season,
- 15:44helicopters, black helicopters were flying around
- 15:47him because he had publicly talked about. The
- 15:50destructive New World Order. So he was being
- 15:54followed by black helicopters. That is fucking
- 15:56nuts. I'm sorry, but was the paranoia caused
- 15:58by drugs, Spencer? Or is this just kind of a
- 16:01natural state of mind that you have this delusional
- 16:04thinking? Helicopters are above you because you
- 16:07have talked about the New World Order. So here's
- 16:12a clip from nearly 10 years ago when Heidi Montag
- 16:15and Spencer Pratt go on Alex Jones' show InfoWars.
- 16:19Break down what happened as soon as you came
- 16:20on the show. So we were chanting death to the
- 16:23new world order about 10 years ago after watching
- 16:25all your documentaries. And then about a week
- 16:28later, we are no longer on television and haven't
- 16:32had a consistent TV gig since then. The reason
- 16:35he was no longer on TV is because the ratings
- 16:37sucked and the show sucked and it was canceled.
- 16:40average through the whole life of the show they
- 16:42pulled in about three million viewers which is
- 16:44not so bad on cable television basic cable you
- 16:47know mtv and just for the sake of comparison
- 16:49i'm a nobody and i started an instagram channel
- 16:52for l3g4l several months ago and i'm pulling
- 16:54about five to seven million viewers on average
- 16:57per month that's not bad but i'm not mtv i don't
- 17:00have a whole machine like Viacom and all these
- 17:03agents behind me selling ads and promoting this
- 17:06trash. I don't have 20, 30 different people working
- 17:09on a set every single day. I don't have celebrity
- 17:11wardrobe. I don't get any money. I'm not sponsored
- 17:14by somebody. The problem is the ignorant mind.
- 17:17doesn't have the capacity to understand the complexities
- 17:20of, for example, business. So I have to fill
- 17:24in the blanks. And the easiest way to fill in
- 17:26the blanks is to pour in some conspiracy theories
- 17:29because those are easy to understand. Understanding
- 17:31that the world's going to end soon or understanding
- 17:34that there's this secret layer of people out
- 17:37to get you or that there's helicopters flying
- 17:40around your head. That's easier to understand
- 17:42than to actually sit down and do the math. Pull
- 17:44out all these different things. statistical analyses
- 17:47like producers at MTV or Viacom are doing and
- 17:50saying, yeah, here's a balance sheet, Spencer
- 17:53Pratt. Do you even know how to read one? It took
- 17:55him, what, 10 years to get a degree in political
- 17:57science at USC, and he gets his information from
- 18:01Alex Jones. So there you go. That explains it
- 18:05all. No wonder he's so paranoid. But I will say,
- 18:07the black helicopters are real. We definitely
- 18:10had multiple black helicopters hovering above
- 18:13our hill set with 30 witnesses, like, what's
- 18:17going on? So people are like, oh, the crazy black
- 18:20helicopters is a real thing. Well, that's done
- 18:22as a psychological operation by some of the FEMA
- 18:24groups and things. So everybody talks about it,
- 18:26and then you sound crazy. Yeah, yeah, it was
- 18:29FEMA. Alex, it had nothing to do with the fact
- 18:31that Spencer, who in his book pretty much openly
- 18:33admits, without totally... confessing that he
- 18:37was doing a lot of LSD during the last season
- 18:40of The Hills. That has nothing to do with that,
- 18:42right? It's FEMA. You know the time when Spencer
- 18:46gets arrested in Costa Rica for felony possession
- 18:48of firearms? He tries to bring some handguns
- 18:51through airport security when he's flying back
- 18:53to the United States. We'll briefly talk about
- 18:56why they went to Costa Rica in the first place.
- 18:58Check this out. go ahead and say yeah no we left
- 19:01to um costa rica we were gonna move there and
- 19:04we left yeah and because we were yeah we were
- 19:08concerned we were scared that we were gonna get
- 19:11like off michael jackson style like oh they're
- 19:14crazy star killer stuff's real they think they're
- 19:16analogous to michael jackson they're d -listers
- 19:18and spencer tries to leave the united states
- 19:21move to costa rica because he believes he's going
- 19:23to be off like michael Jackson, this is insanity.
- 19:27Stop the drugs, dude. And if it's not drugs,
- 19:31then get some help. After he blows through the
- 19:34money, they believe in the end of the world cult.
- 19:36In Spencer Pratt's book, he talks about how he
- 19:38used to hang out with this spiritual guru named
- 19:41Hugo. And he would give them this type of healing
- 19:44spray all the time, right? And in retrospect,
- 19:47Spencer thinks, well, that might've been LSD.
- 19:50Then he rolls out this confession. Well, maybe
- 19:54on the last season of The Hills, when MTV came
- 19:58over, they were filming me while I was on acid.
- 20:01Maybe. So let's talk about how Spencer Pratt
- 20:03came to selling magical healing crystals on the
- 20:06internet. Let's talk about Pratt Daddy crystals.
- 20:10In 2010, The Hills gets canceled. Heidi and Spencer
- 20:14claim they blew through $10 million. They thought
- 20:17an asteroid was coming to hit the earth. They
- 20:19escaped to Costa Rica and then eventually have
- 20:21to come back because that didn't work out. My
- 20:23research indicates sometime between 2010 and
- 20:262020, Spencer and Heidi actually moved up to
- 20:28Carpinteria to live in his dad's beachfront mansion.
- 20:32So they're hanging out there. I assume that's
- 20:35where they were living and she was continuing
- 20:36to get plastic surgeries. She got back from a
- 20:39surgery once and was in severe pain. The pain
- 20:41would not subside. So the romantic version Spencer
- 20:44tells is that basically he's some type of hero
- 20:47and goes and finds some magical healing crystal,
- 20:49gives it to his wife Heidi. and her pain subsides.
- 20:52Then he became obsessed with buying crystals.
- 20:54Here's Heidi and Spencer talking about crystals
- 20:56on the Alex Jones show in 2017. We knew you when
- 21:00you were just like, if you knew Alex Jones, you
- 21:02were in like a secret clique, you know, so. Like
- 21:05crystals. Yeah, like, yeah, like when I started
- 21:07buying crystals, it was so out there. Now it's
- 21:09trendy and everyone buys crystals. Of course,
- 21:12crystals were not popular until 2017 once Spencer
- 21:16Pratt became interested in them. My research
- 21:18indicates that around 2018, he started a website
- 21:21to sell crystals and other types of merchandise,
- 21:24including hoodies with a big red logo that says,
- 21:27Make Speidey Great Again, in the style of Donald
- 21:29Trump, obviously. 40 bucks. This guy is always
- 21:32taking everybody else's designs and just ripping
- 21:34them, like his Thrasher Let It Burn hat, or stealing
- 21:38the Make America Great Again logo, or And now
- 21:42his campaign is also using part of the LA Dodgers
- 21:44logo, the way they write LA. I think around 2019
- 21:47is when they had their first child sometime in
- 21:49there. In 2020 is when Spencer's dad gives Heidi
- 21:52and Spencer a 50 % ownership interest in their
- 21:55Palisades home. The Crystal biz must not have
- 21:58been working out too well. That same year, 2020,
- 22:01Spencer incorporated Pratt Daddy Crystals Corporation
- 22:04of California. California's franchise tax board
- 22:07suspended the corporation in 2024. Maybe it had
- 22:12a little run. But his website, PrattDaddy .com
- 22:14is still up and he's still selling crystals.
- 22:17He's such a lunatic. I bet during COVID, he was
- 22:19probably trying to pitch to some people that
- 22:21the crystals would heal the coronavirus. Okay,
- 22:25I'm just joking about that. I've never heard
- 22:26he actually made that claim. Wait, this is a
- 22:29good segue into talking about Spencer Pratt's
- 22:32other corporation, Pratt Productions Incorporated,
- 22:35which receives a couple of PPP loans during the
- 22:39pandemic. So let's get into this PPP COVID loan
- 22:43issue with Spencer Pratt. Now, I don't have all
- 22:46the information yet on this, but I'm going to
- 22:48throw it out there because I'm sure somebody
- 22:49else might know or somebody might have other
- 22:52information that I'm just not privy to. Remember
- 22:54during COVID, if you owned a business, you could
- 22:57apply for a loan through the Small Business Administration
- 23:01and they would give you some money to help you
- 23:04cover your payroll. It was called a paycheck.
- 23:07protection plan or PPP loan. A lot of people
- 23:10lied on those applications. There was a lot of
- 23:13fraud in that process. And those loans were doled
- 23:16out by the government left and right without
- 23:17any real oversight. And I'm not even trying to
- 23:20suggest that Spencer Pratt has done anything
- 23:22wrong here. I just haven't been able to verify
- 23:25whether the information he had reported to obtain
- 23:30the PPP loans was accurate. And it's just a missing
- 23:33gap. But I suspect... that there's a possibility
- 23:38that might not have been totally on the up and
- 23:41up. And here's why. Let me tell you about this.
- 23:44So in 2009, Spencer Pratt created a corporation
- 23:49in California called Pratt Productions Incorporated.
- 23:52And during the COVID -19 pandemic, his corporation
- 23:56applied for a PPP loan in 2020. then a second
- 24:04one in 2021. And the records I have indicate
- 24:07that in 2020, Pratt Productions Incorporated
- 24:10reported that it was a white male owned corporation
- 24:13with 10 employees. And then in the subsequent
- 24:16year, in 2021, Pratt Productions Incorporated
- 24:20reported that it was a female, a white female
- 24:22owned corporation. Interesting, which I guess
- 24:26is possible. Maybe there's some type of nuance,
- 24:28maybe. Heidi owns 50 % of the shares of the corporation
- 24:32and maybe Spencer owns the other 50 % of the
- 24:35corporation or maybe something changed from 20
- 24:37to 2021. I just don't know. The articles of incorporation
- 24:40might be public information that you can get
- 24:42from the secretary of state, but oftentimes those
- 24:45can be amended or there's different contracts
- 24:47between owners and the shareholders. So I don't
- 24:49have enough information to say whether or not
- 24:51there was fraud on that application in terms
- 24:53of reporting it as a white female owned business
- 24:56to obtain loans in 2021. don't have that information.
- 25:00So I'm not saying that. However, I have found
- 25:03some records that are public indicating that
- 25:06Pratt Productions Incorporated reported that
- 25:08it had 10 employees. And on that basis in 2020
- 25:12was given a roughly $103 ,000 PPP loan. And then
- 25:17the following year in 2021, it was reported that
- 25:21the company was white female owned. They made
- 25:23some type of switch apparently. And they reported
- 25:27having, a total of seven employees. On that basis,
- 25:31they were given an approximately $90 ,000 PPP
- 25:35loan. Now, of course, both loans were almost
- 25:38fully forgiven. It's that maybe some small registration
- 25:40fee, I don't know, maybe like $100 wasn't forgiven,
- 25:43almost entirely forgiven the loans. It's interesting
- 25:46to me that Spencer Pratt blasts his political
- 25:48opponents as being socialists or communists,
- 25:50yet he's taking these handouts for Pratt Productions.
- 25:53He's listed currently as the CEO and she is listed
- 25:56as the secretary and CFO. I am curious, what
- 26:00the hell was Spencer Pratt Productions Incorporated
- 26:02doing as a business during COVID? And why did
- 26:06it have 10 employees? Did it really have 10 people
- 26:09on its payroll? By the way, it is a ask -through
- 26:12type of entity. Spencer and Heidi themselves
- 26:14would probably not have been on the payroll.
- 26:17They would have passed the revenue onto themselves
- 26:20and reported that directly on what I'm assuming
- 26:23to be their joint personal income tax returns.
- 26:26So if anybody out there listening knows whether
- 26:28Spencer and Heidi had hired employees and had
- 26:32a payroll in the year, 2020 and 2021 for Pratt
- 26:37Productions Incorporated. Please drop me a line
- 26:39or maybe Spencer himself. Please feel free at
- 26:41any time to send me copies of those applications
- 26:43for those loans and some reports, some income
- 26:46tax reports for the corporation and its payroll.
- 26:49I would love to see that. And then I could just
- 26:50verify. Yeah, it's legit. It adds up, but I don't
- 26:53know. And you're the one that's running to be
- 26:54mayor. So I would like a little bit of transparency
- 26:57in this issue. I think it's an interesting one.
- 26:59And I assume there's some people out there that
- 27:00could maybe verify, hey, look, he had seven employees
- 27:03or. I was one of the employees. Who the hell
- 27:05were those people though? Look, I would love
- 27:07to see the W -2 wage statements. Send them over,
- 27:09the W -3s. You can redact the names of the employees
- 27:11or the Form 940 or the Form 941. Give me all
- 27:14that information. Let's just verify. Did Pratt
- 27:16Productions Incorporated have 10 employees in
- 27:192020? Did it have seven employees? And listen,
- 27:22this is why I call the PPP loan issue into question.
- 27:25It's because in 2021, Yahoo Entertainment reported
- 27:29that Speidey had lost nearly all of their money
- 27:32for a second time in May 2020. after his Pratt
- 27:37Daddy Crystals business struggled amid the coronavirus
- 27:40pandemic. End quote. It was reported that their
- 27:44combined net worth in 2022 was only $200 ,000.
- 27:48So I'm curious these big payroll numbers for
- 27:50Pratt Productions Incorporated, who was working
- 27:53for that corporation? Listen, I'm the kind of
- 27:55guy that's going to want to give them the benefit
- 27:57of the doubt. And look, I'm not accusing them
- 27:58of any wrongdoing. I just want to get to the
- 28:00bottom of that. I want to figure it out. I want
- 28:02to figure out whether those COVID loan applicants
- 28:04had legit information on it because there was
- 28:07a lot of fraud during that time period. And you
- 28:09are running to become the mayor of the city of
- 28:11Los Angeles. And it was reported that your Pratt
- 28:14Daddy Crystals business was failing around that
- 28:17time during the coronavirus. But this Pratt Daddy
- 28:19Crystal business was a separate and apart from...
- 28:23Pratt Productions Incorporated. Actually, when
- 28:25Spencer started dealing crystals, he formed the
- 28:27Pratt Daddy Crystal Corporation of California.
- 28:31So this failed company that Yahoo is talking
- 28:32about is not Pratt Productions. So what the hell
- 28:35was Spencer making? Was Spencer or Heidi producing
- 28:37anything? Were they receiving revenue for what
- 28:40podcast? Did they employ people to cut and edit
- 28:42podcasts? Were they editing music? What the hell
- 28:45was happening? Where was their revenue stream?
- 28:47Especially it was reported that they only had
- 28:49about $200 ,000 of assets in 2022, which doesn't
- 28:52make a lot of sense because remember spencer's
- 28:54dad gifted spencer and heidi half of the home
- 28:59they live in why was it reported they only had
- 29:01two hundred thousand dollars in assets another
- 29:03thing i noticed is spencer and heidi received
- 29:05in another sba loan for approximately ninety
- 29:08thousand dollars this year and they borrowed
- 29:12against their home so the home has a lien on
- 29:15it. And who knows what the hell they used that
- 29:16loan for. Maybe they used that loan to buy copies
- 29:20of his book so that it could get to the number
- 29:23seven spot on the New York Times bestseller list,
- 29:25nonfiction hardcover. And I'm just kidding. I'm
- 29:28not trying to make any type of allegation that
- 29:30Spencer Pratt or anybody around him would have
- 29:33purchased a bunch of books to have it shoot up
- 29:36to number seven on the New York Times bestseller
- 29:38list and fall completely off the charts. the
- 29:42following week. And it's not suspicious at all
- 29:44that it's hard copy versions of the book that
- 29:47made it onto the bestseller list. Because just
- 29:49about everybody and anybody that would possibly
- 29:51be interested in Spencer Pratt would definitely
- 29:54buy a hard copy version of his book because that's
- 29:56what everybody does these days. Everybody's buying
- 29:58up hard cover copies of books because they just
- 30:00really want to feel Spencer Pratt. Here's something
- 30:03hilarious about Spencer Pratt on his website.
- 30:06He calls himself, quote, the architect of modern
- 30:10reality television. What the fuck is he talking
- 30:13about? Do you not know who Bonham and Murray
- 30:14are? He was born in 1980. Doesn't he remember
- 30:17a decade before he was ever on a reality television
- 30:19show that there was MTV's Real World? He's not
- 30:23the architect of modern reality TV. What the
- 30:25hell is he talking about? So now let's turn to
- 30:27Spencer Pratt's financial disclosures. In the
- 30:30state of California, if you want to run for an
- 30:32elected office, you have to fill out what's...
- 30:35called the Form 700. You have to disclose all
- 30:38these things about your assets and your income.
- 30:41So Spencer Pratt filled out one of these and
- 30:43it was totally incomplete. And then he filed
- 30:46an amended version and listed all these other
- 30:48sources of revenue, different brands that pay
- 30:51him and probably more likely pay Heidi, such
- 30:53as San Fran Pride. Go figure, this guy is a total
- 30:56bigot. He says all this transphobic shit on some
- 30:59podcast and San Fran Pride is booking his wife.
- 31:03to sing. Don't worry, I'm going to get into all
- 31:05the bigotry in a little bit. But first, I want
- 31:07to focus in on what did Spencer Pratt fail to
- 31:11disclose on his Form 700? So here's what I've
- 31:14got. And I'll put copies of these up on my website,
- 31:18l3g4l .com. That's my sub stack. And you can
- 31:23download these forms and help out with this investigation.
- 31:27See what else you might be able to come up with.
- 31:29On January 30th, 2026, he completed the California
- 31:32form 700. It's incomplete. He didn't attach the
- 31:35schedule A1, which requires him to disclose stocks,
- 31:39bonds, warrants, options, anything held on margin
- 31:43or things held in brokerage accounts, managed
- 31:46investment funds, you know, like a mutual funds.
- 31:48I guess if they ever had any securities, they
- 31:50must have just dumped them all in 2012 when they
- 31:53thought an asteroid was about to hit the earth.
- 31:55No schedule C income reported on that form because
- 31:58he, Just didn't even fill out that form. He did
- 32:01attach Schedule A2. And on that form, he disclosed
- 32:04Pratt Productions Incorporated, listed the address
- 32:07to be at Carpentaria, California. You know, his
- 32:11dad's beachfront property up there in Santa Barbara
- 32:14County, where Spencer's actually living. He described
- 32:17that as an entertainment service. It's an S corporation.
- 32:20Earlier on the show, I explained that's a pass
- 32:22-through entity. He checked off the box that
- 32:24his pro rata share of the revenue from that company
- 32:27for last year was over $100 ,000. Wonder what
- 32:31they do. So he didn't bother to fill out any
- 32:32other entities or trusts on that form. As I said,
- 32:36Prat Daddy Crystal Corporation was suspended
- 32:38in 2024, but that doesn't mean it's not still
- 32:41open. The website, it appears that the website's
- 32:44still on. Looks like he's still taking orders
- 32:46to me. Maybe it's just completely folded. Who
- 32:48knows? But on this form, I think he's omitting
- 32:51something pretty big. And that's the fact that
- 32:53Spencer is a trustee of the KSS Pratt Children's
- 32:58Trust of 2007. See, in 2007, about two years
- 33:03after Spencer's grandfather had died, Spencer's
- 33:06parents created the KSS Pratt Children's Trust
- 33:11of 2007. And they use that to acquire interest
- 33:16in properties. One of those is a multi -unit
- 33:18apartment complex on 15th Street in Santa Monica.
- 33:21Looks like that's still being held by the trust.
- 33:24Spencer's parents granted to the trust about
- 33:28a 1 % interest in that apartment building back
- 33:31in 2007. And they made Spencer and his sisters
- 33:36co -trustees of that trust. On Zillow, that apartment
- 33:40complex is leaning towards... about $4 million
- 33:43in market value right now. The trust holds an
- 33:45interest in another apartment complex on 5th
- 33:49Street in Santa Monica. On Redfin, that building's
- 33:51worth close to $5 million. Spencer's parents
- 33:54and this children's family trust, they're probably
- 33:57making a hell of a lot of money off of rent.
- 33:59It looks like there's a lot of units in just
- 34:01these two buildings alone. So when you're running
- 34:03to become the mayor of the city of Los Angeles
- 34:05and you have to fill out this Form 700, part
- 34:08of that disclosure requirement is disclosing.
- 34:11If you're a trustee of a trust, such as the KSS
- 34:16Pratt Family Trust of 2007, I'm fairly certain
- 34:20you need to disclose that. Why wouldn't Spencer
- 34:22Pratt want you to know that he holds authority
- 34:25over two different apartment buildings in Santa
- 34:28Monica, which is a different city than the city
- 34:30of Los Angeles? And Santa Monica has a serious
- 34:33homeless problem right now as well. Does Spencer
- 34:35not want the public to know that his family is
- 34:38contributing to the problem of homelessness,
- 34:41where they're just getting a windfall of rent
- 34:43from possibly 20 or more? tenants in Santa Monica.
- 34:47I don't know. I haven't counted how many units
- 34:49are in each of these buildings, but it looks
- 34:51like there's a lot. Maybe somebody out there
- 34:53listening lives at 1307 15th Street in Santa
- 34:57Monica in one of those units. Or maybe somebody
- 34:59listening out there lives a little bit closer
- 35:01to the beach at... 823 5th street in Santa Monica
- 35:05and lives in one of those units. If you do shoot
- 35:08me an email, DM me. I'm so curious. What's it
- 35:11like having Spencer, his sisters and his parents
- 35:13as landlords. I would love to know. So if you
- 35:16know anybody living. in those apartments, let
- 35:18me know what the rent is. You're probably getting
- 35:20garbage for about $3 ,500 a month. No washer,
- 35:23dryer. Got to walk upstairs to get to your unit.
- 35:26Maybe if you're lucky, you get an AC window unit.
- 35:30Probably throw a refrigerator in too. Probably
- 35:33doesn't include parking. So when the home that
- 35:36Spencer's parents gave him up in the Palisades
- 35:38burns down, Spencer doesn't... roll down the
- 35:41hill to live with all the serfs. When he rolls
- 35:43down the kingdom and past the ramparts that is
- 35:46Sunset Boulevard, Spencer's way too good of a
- 35:48person to live in a lowly apartment unit in Santa
- 35:52Monica. He gets to spend that FEMA money on renting
- 35:55out his dad's beachfront McMansion in Santa Barbara
- 35:58County. And he has enough money to buy a luxury
- 36:02Airstream trailer. What, about $200 ,000 to $300
- 36:05,000 for that thing so he can take drone shots
- 36:08over it and cut political ads, giving that false
- 36:11appearance that he lives there. So I'm just throwing
- 36:14it out there. I don't know how many units they
- 36:15have. Let's just give them the average. But let's
- 36:17say they have 10 units, $3 ,000 a month rent
- 36:19on average for each unit, pulling about $30 ,000
- 36:22a month off of just one small lot in Santa Monica.
- 36:27You know, that's the building on Fifth Street,
- 36:29only five blocks away from the California incline,
- 36:33which goes down to PCH and you're at the ocean.
- 36:35So five blocks away from the ocean. Now, the
- 36:38other units, 15 blocks away on 15th Street, and
- 36:42probably pulling another $30 ,000 a month in
- 36:44rent from all those tenants. Combined, they're
- 36:46getting about $60 ,000 in rent from just these
- 36:49two properties in Santa Monica. Now, this family.
- 36:52They have a lot of other properties. But the
- 36:54bottom line is, when you want to become a government
- 36:57official here in the state of California, you
- 36:59got to fill out Form 700 and disclose this stuff.
- 37:03Why did he not disclose that he's a trustee of
- 37:07this Children's Family Trust and that it holds
- 37:10at least these two properties? I mean, I'm not
- 37:12trying to do an exhaustive search. He filled
- 37:14out Schedule A2. It says at the top, investments,
- 37:17income, and assets of business entities. or trusts.
- 37:22On this form, he didn't list any of those properties.
- 37:24Why not? Maybe he thinks he doesn't have to.
- 37:27But when you're running to become the mayor of
- 37:29the city of LA, err on the side of disclosure.
- 37:32Let us know what the hell is going on with your
- 37:35finances. Let us know. You shouldn't be hiding
- 37:37things. All of us out here that read over this
- 37:39type of disclosure form, we're trying to vet.
- 37:42We're trying to put a check and balance on you.
- 37:44We're trying to vet whether you have undisclosed
- 37:47conflicts of interest that might make you a little
- 37:50bit corrupt. And if you can't fairly disclose
- 37:52things on such a basic and simple financial form,
- 37:56like Form 700, how the hell are you going to
- 37:58run this city? So a few days later, after he
- 38:01files that first Form 700, he files an amended
- 38:04version, which includes Schedule A -2. And on
- 38:08this amended form, he's still not disclosing
- 38:10the fact that he's the trustee of a trust that
- 38:13holds real properties here in LA County. But
- 38:15this amended version, he includes an attachment
- 38:18to show all of the reportable sources of income.
- 38:22in which he has received more than $10 ,000.
- 38:25And he provides a laundry list of different companies
- 38:27that have paid him, and I presume him and or
- 38:30Heidi. So here's a list of different entities
- 38:33that have paid him and or Heidi more than $10
- 38:36,000 in the year 2025. Seattle Pride Fest. You're
- 38:40paying a bunch of bigots. Revolve. San Francisco
- 38:42Performance. Might Hoopla. San Fran Pride. Camp
- 38:46Poosh Performance. Vancouver Performance. Bold.
- 39:06I guess somebody got paid to go on the Flying
- 39:08Felon podcast. The weakest link. That's what
- 39:12Spencer should have called his recent book. Simon
- 39:14& Schuster. Now that's the company that has published
- 39:17his memoir. That's interesting. Do they pay him?

- 40:16.us. So why is San Fran Pride paying the Prats?
- 40:22I realize that Spencer's wife, Heidi, dabbles
- 40:24in singing, so I think she performs at Pride
- 40:26and gets paid. But don't these people on the
- 40:29Pride committees realize that Spencer's a bigot?
- 40:31Just to pile some more evidence onto the whole,
- 40:33is Spencer Pratt a bigot question? Yes, he is.
- 40:37Here's... Some other evidence I found on this
- 40:40podcast he was interviewed on in 2021, he appeared
- 40:44on the Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald podcast,
- 40:47and he joked about his hummingbird, Sugar, and
- 40:52the gender of his hummingbird. Take a listen.
- 40:56I have a new hummer that lands every time on
- 40:59my hand. Shout out, Sugar. I'm not sure if sugar
- 41:03is a male or female or how sugar wants to be
- 41:06identified. Maybe non -binary, gender fluid.
- 41:09I don't know. So I wouldn't put any label on
- 41:11sugar. Yeah, you don't know. Oh, I don't. And
- 41:14maybe sugar has a Spanish accent and it is entitled
- 41:18to have that. But again, I don't judge anyone.
- 41:23I'm Mr. Judge -free. That's my goal every day.
- 41:27What the hell is that about? Why are you even
- 41:28bringing these issues up? Associating your hummingbirds
- 41:32with this gender identity issue that people are
- 41:35having or Spanish accents. When you combine the
- 41:38pattern of ignorance and racial epithets or different
- 41:43misogynistic terms that Spencer Pratt uses to
- 41:47call women, whether it's whores, bitch, or calling
- 41:51Mayor Karen Bass, Karen Basula. and thinking
- 41:54that's funny. Those are serious issues if you
- 41:56want to run for mayor. Now, look, if you want
- 41:58to be a comedian, that's a different thing. But
- 41:59Spencer Pratt, if you notice and you watch a
- 42:02lot of interviews with him, he tries to tell
- 42:04jokes, but he just doesn't land them. His timing's
- 42:07bad. He doesn't have that type of intelligence,
- 42:09perception, or ability to really connect to people
- 42:13on that type of level. He just doesn't have it.
- 42:15So I guess we're stuck with watching him try
- 42:18to become a politician. He is xenophobic. He
- 42:22says nasty things about foreigners or used to
- 42:24on. Twitter. He has a bunch of tweets that he's
- 42:28since deleted that are highly xenophobic. He
- 42:30frequently calls women bitches in different shows.
- 42:33And you probably don't know about this. This
- 42:35was some serious deep diving, but Spencer Pratt's
- 42:38first reality TV show was something called The
- 42:41Princess of Malibu. And it was so bad, only two
- 42:45episodes of it were aired on Fox. Then even Fox
- 42:48canceled. I guess because it's Fox, Spencer can't
- 42:51blame it on the secret cabal or whomever's after
- 42:54him. It's just a terrible fucking show. Only
- 42:57on two episodes, but in the fourth episode, which
- 43:00you can find on YouTube, it never aired. Spencer
- 43:02Pratt's looking for some type of outfits and
- 43:05he decides to raid Linda Thompson's closet. And
- 43:08that's when he drops this epithet about Native
- 43:11American Indians. Linda Thomas is a singer. A
- 43:14different generation ago, she had dated Elvis.
- 43:17She married Caitlyn Jenner. Spencer Pratt used
- 43:20to be very close friends to her son, Brody Jenner.
- 43:23So Spencer Pratt's going through her closet.
- 43:26He pulls out one of her old dresses. It has a
- 43:28lot of feathers on it. And here's what he says
- 43:30to his friend, Brody Jenner. This is when she
- 43:33was dating Geronimo, the Indian. Oh, smack. Just
- 43:39wait till you see the jewelry. Wow. Okay. So
- 43:42that, I think that fits into the whole thing
- 43:43that he's a bigot. I mean, he calls the current
- 43:46mayor, Karen Bass, Karen Bassola. Every time
- 43:49I see one of his videos or hear one of his ads
- 43:51and he's mocking Karen Bass's name, it bothers
- 43:56the fuck out of me. Spencer, are you 12 years
- 43:58old? Take a listen. Karen Basura is a communist.
- 44:02So basura, which is the Spanish term for trash,
- 44:05obviously in machista, calling a woman trash
- 44:07is a highly misogynistic term, Spencer, just
- 44:11FYI. And I read his book. He talks a lot about
- 44:13Mexican restaurants, how much he loves Mexican
- 44:15restaurants and how he eloped in. Cabo San Lucas
- 44:20to what show that he's in touch with Hispanic
- 44:22people. I mean, come on, Hispanic people are
- 44:24going to vote for you because you talk about
- 44:26how you love Patron. I mean, you can't trust
- 44:28an alcoholic whose favorite tequila is Patron.
- 44:32Throughout Spencer Pratt's book, he basically
- 44:34brags about drugs and how he smokes $500 ounces
- 44:38of OG Kush with Brody out of an ice water bong
- 44:42and it freezes their heads. And you're running
- 44:44to become the mayor of Los Angeles and you release
- 44:47this book. contemporaneously with your announcement
- 44:51that you're running for office. Is there any
- 44:53reason you need to brag and glorify your drug
- 44:56use? You have children. Spencer also writes about
- 44:59how when he was attending high school at the
- 45:02Crossroads in Santa Monica, he was on the soccer
- 45:03team and he was... taking a veteran to get like
- 45:06a competitive edge and he got in trouble he talks
- 45:08about other things such as popping benzos back
- 45:10then xanax and then how he had a reoccurring
- 45:13problem with that when he was on some stupid
- 45:15other show briefly called i'm a celebrity get
- 45:17me out of here he talks about alcohol a lot talks
- 45:20about other drugs including lsd why do you have
- 45:23this need to confess in a book about all this
- 45:26stuff. Nobody's going to call you out on having
- 45:29used drugs in your lifetime, but is it really
- 45:31something that you need to throw out there for
- 45:33your children to see, to try to normalize that,
- 45:36especially if you want to be the mayor? Do we
- 45:38really want children walking around Los Angeles
- 45:40thinking, well, I read Mayor Pratt's book and
- 45:43he talks about drug use and he talks about trying
- 45:46to get his then girlfriend, Heidi, high at Brody
- 45:49Jenner's house and trying to explain to her and
- 45:51convince her, look, this is a very expensive
- 45:53bong and this is expensive weed. I can't believe
- 45:56she won't smoke it. Why are you glorifying this
- 45:58shit? And then, of course, his solution to homelessness
- 46:01in the city of Los Angeles is to kick everybody
- 46:03off the streets and send them to drug addiction
- 46:06rehab. which is interesting because he calls
- 46:08all the liberals socialist and communist. But
- 46:11isn't sending people to drug rehab a form of
- 46:15socialism in terms of governance? And by the
- 46:18way, Spencer, who's going to pay for all that?
- 46:19You got some plans. You can sell some more crystals
- 46:22and be able to help fund the city of Los Angeles
- 46:25to send everybody and anyone to drug addiction
- 46:27therapy. And I'm really curious about this one
- 46:30because the city of Los Angeles traditionally.
- 46:32is known as being a weak mayoral system. And
- 46:34maybe this is something he didn't learn when
- 46:37he took 10 years to get a poli -sci degree at
- 46:39USC. It means that the mayor doesn't really have
- 46:42a high concentration of power. Most of the power
- 46:45over the city of Los Angeles is vested in 15
- 46:47different council members. So how is Spencer
- 46:51Pratt going to convince all these different council
- 46:53members to do anything? How is he going to get
- 46:54the budget? What does he plan to do? Have some
- 46:56kind of roaming SWAT teams roll around and just
- 46:59pick up homeless people off the streets? send
- 47:01them to some type of drug rehab prison camp.
- 47:04That's not how rehab works, right? Also, it's
- 47:07this total ignorance about the causes of homelessness.
- 47:10A major cause of homelessness is people like
- 47:12Spencer Pratt, his family, and his dad. They
- 47:15have an abundance of homes and real properties,
- 47:18luxury ones, throughout Los Angeles County, in
- 47:21California. They own apartment complexes. There's
- 47:24a shortage of homes because we have this issue
- 47:26of landlords where these people have a lot of
- 47:29money. And they own a lot of property. And we
- 47:32are treated as their slaves. We have to constantly
- 47:34generate revenue for them just so we can survive
- 47:37in the city. And so that's a major cause of homelessness.
- 47:40Is Spencer Pratt going to donate property and
- 47:43some of his money to help get people off the
- 47:45street? I mean, what kind of bullshit is that?
- 47:47And just at its basic core, most experts would
- 47:49tell you the primary cause of homelessness is
- 47:53that there aren't enough affordable. Holmes,
- 47:55Spencer, it's not because of drug addiction.
- 47:57That might be a secondary externality that Spencer
- 48:01Pratt might see on the street. Hey, there's people
- 48:03in tents and they're doing drugs. What the fuck
- 48:05else do you expect them to do on the streets
- 48:07except for drugs? See, Spencer Pratt can brag
- 48:10about and glorify all his drug use in his book
- 48:13and discuss that. But he's only able to get away
- 48:16with it because he has homes. His parents have
- 48:19multiple homes. They own apartment complexes.
- 48:22They have an office complex. They have owned
- 48:24warehouses. They have family trusts with homes.
- 48:28They have beachfront properties. Even though
- 48:30Spencer Pratt's father's home burned down, which
- 48:33was nearby in the Palisades, his father has many
- 48:36other homes. Obviously, Spencer Pratt, if he
- 48:39was elected mayor, he would affect policies that
- 48:41help enrich him. his father and his cronies so
- 48:45they can acquire more property without any type
- 48:47of oversight. He has no realization that the
- 48:50primary cause of homelessness has to do with
- 48:52you and your family own a hell of a lot of properties.
- 48:55There's not enough regulation over that. And
- 48:58now we have BlackRock buying up properties and
- 49:01you have REITs. I'm sure he doesn't even understand
- 49:03what a REIT is. And then you have... Mortgages
- 49:06that are highly inflated with huge interest rates
- 49:08where people can't even make a down payment on
- 49:10that. So your only choice, if you wanted some
- 49:12kind of basic stucco box to live in, you could
- 49:15apply to rent. a unit out of one of Spencer Pratt's
- 49:19apartment buildings in Santa Monica that he didn't
- 49:21disclose. But I'm sure most people can't afford
- 49:24even that. But to Spencer Pratt, the problem
- 49:26is all about drugs. That's not the core problem
- 49:29of homelessness, bro. Problem is lack of jobs,
- 49:31lack of affordable housing, lack of opportunity.
- 49:34Because you and your father and your family have
- 49:38a lot of homes and you're very lucky. Maybe that's
- 49:41why he doesn't want to talk so much about his
- 49:43grandfather, William Chauncey Pratt Jr. He doesn't
- 49:46want you to know the background and the generational
- 49:49wealth, right? He doesn't want to come across
- 49:51as that person. The problem of homelessness has
- 49:54been around for thousands of years. Thousands
- 49:58of years. And there has not really been a cure
- 50:00for it. And suddenly, Spencer Pratt, his whole
- 50:02life, who has lived with a silver spoon in his
- 50:05mouth, lived among privilege, lived with sweeping
- 50:07views of the Pacific Ocean in his parents' palatial
- 50:10mansions, suddenly has the cure for homelessness.
- 50:13Go fuck yourself, dude. And Spencer's using the
- 50:16FEMA money from the loss of his home to rent
- 50:20out his father's beachfront home in Santa Barbara
- 50:24County. And in the meantime, Spencer's been,
- 50:27and while Spencer's rebuilding his home and suing
- 50:33the city of Los Angeles and a dozen other defendants,
- 50:36such as the water and power company, multiple
- 50:39electric companies. multiple cable companies,
- 50:42blaming anybody and everybody but himself for
- 50:44living in the fire zone. Spencer has been spreading
- 50:49conspiracy theories about the fire, capitalizing
- 50:54off of despair, supplying the trauma survivors
- 50:57need for answers, their quest for truth, their
- 51:00quest for justice. Spencer Pratt's goal is to
- 51:04impregnate the minds of his neighbors who have
- 51:07suffered through this trauma. With him, it's
- 51:11through that trauma bond that Spencer manipulates
- 51:14his neighbors, the other victims, the other people
- 51:17suffering. He exploits their fears. He sells
- 51:19them a sense of closure by supplying them with
- 51:23conspiracy theories about what happened, who's
- 51:26to blame. And once he's got you locked, he presents
- 51:30the ask. You help me. You empower me. You vote
- 51:34for me. Give me your financial support. Here's
- 51:38a clip of Spencer's friend Perez Hilton interviewing
- 51:42Spencer and his wife Heidi. They're spreading
- 51:45misinformation. Take a listen. This is insane.
- 51:56Nobody cut off the water. What is she talking
- 51:59about? Including chat GPT and Elon Musk's grok.
- 52:04Pratt supplies. fire victims with this false
- 52:07narrative and conspiracy theory that had the
- 52:10Santa Ynez Reservoir not been empty at the time,
- 52:14that the homes would not have burned down. The
- 52:17wildfire would have quickly been contained. Pratt
- 52:20wants you to believe that if the reservoir had
- 52:23been full, the fire hydrants in Palisades would
- 52:26not have lost water pressure. Last August, Pratt
- 52:29posted on social media that, quote, Can't wait
- 52:32to hear the LADWP CEO tell Congress the empty
- 52:37reservoir was for drinking water, not for fires.
- 52:42In July 2025, Pratt wrote on social media, quote,
- 52:46the Santa Ynez Reservoir was built to provide
- 52:50a critical public use, fire protection, end quote.
- 52:54That's a selective omission and a half -truth.
- 52:57After all, it's partially true. In the 1960s,
- 53:00when they engineered the Santa Ynez Reservoir,
- 53:03the purpose was to provide drinking water and
- 53:06fire protection to the residents of the Palisades.
- 53:08But what type of fire protection? Spencer Pratt's
- 53:11not telling you it wasn't designed to provide
- 53:13wildfire protection. Spencer Pratt doesn't want
- 53:16to tell you there's different types of fires.
- 53:19In a legal case, we call that suppressing the
- 53:21evidence. And he doesn't want to tell you the
- 53:23reservoir was designed to help protect against...
- 53:27urban structural fires, not fucking wildfires.
- 53:31Here, I'm going to give you an interactive moment
- 53:33for the show. Look at your palms and look at
- 53:36the tip of one of your pinkies. Imagine that's
- 53:39the Santa Ynez Reservoir. The tip of your pinky
- 53:42is filled with water. Imagine both of your hands
- 53:45are on fire. Do you think water the size of the
- 53:48tip of your pinky would be able to put out a
- 53:50fire that is spread across your hands? And to
- 53:53be fair, Now just imagine that you have that
- 53:56small amount of water in the tip of your pinky,
- 53:59but you have to put out a fire the size of 60
- 54:03hands. Because that's the ratio of the Santa
- 54:06Ynez Reservoir to the size of the entire Palisades
- 54:10fire. Now I know Spencer got D's in math at USC,
- 54:14so he had to switch his major and go for poli
- 54:19-sci. And I know it took him... And I know it
- 54:21took him 10 years to get his bachelor's degree.
- 54:23It should normally take four. Bro, you're fucking
- 54:25dumb. Imagine if there could ever be magically
- 54:28enough water to put out a huge wildfire. There
- 54:32just isn't. That's not how it works. That's not
- 54:35how fires are fought. Water is just one component
- 54:38the firefighters use when they go against wildfires.
- 54:42It's because of people like Spencer Pratt who
- 54:44were spreading all this misinformation about
- 54:47the Palisades fires. People had a lot of questions
- 54:50about what is true. So what UCLA's Luskin Center
- 54:53for Innovation and UCLA's Latino Policy and Politics
- 54:58Institution, they got together and got all these
- 55:01experts to answer all of these questions and
- 55:04to dispel a lot of the misinformation that was
- 55:06being spread around. They actually addressed
- 55:08the issue about the reservoir and whether if
- 55:10the reservoir would have been full, would firefighters
- 55:13have been able to contain the Palisades fire?
- 55:17And the answer is no, of course not. It doesn't
- 55:19make sense. If you want to go into detail and
- 55:21get some facts about that, I'm going to put their
- 55:23study out on my website, l3g4l .com. You can
- 55:27download those materials or read through them
- 55:28and come to your own conclusions. You don't have
- 55:30to just blindly believe me. The report covers
- 55:33it all. They dispel this myth that somehow...
- 55:36the city of LA was withholding water during the
- 55:38Palisades fire. They dispelled this myth that
- 55:40the fire hydrants in Pacific Palisades were designed
- 55:44or somehow equipped to combat wildfires. They're
- 55:47not. No fire hydrants are. I don't think there's
- 55:49a reservoir anywhere in the world built to combat
- 55:52wildfires. It doesn't make sense. Again, you
- 55:55just got to think about it in terms of the size
- 55:57of a wildfire. And by the way, Water's not the
- 56:00only tool that's used to help combat and contain
- 56:03wildfires. It's just one of many tools that firefighters
- 56:06use. And it just keeps coming back to me that
- 56:10Spencer Pratt blames the firefighters, blames
- 56:13not having enough equipment and resources, and
- 56:15blames DEI. Imagine the Palisades fire if Spencer
- 56:18Pratt ruled the world. Here's this big reservoir,
- 56:20and it's not helping. increase water pressure
- 56:23in the fire hydrants. And then firefighters are
- 56:25coming up through the neighborhood and Spencer
- 56:27Pratt waves most of them all away because they're
- 56:29not big, fat, white pigs like him. They're African
- 56:32-Americans, they're Asians, they're women. And
- 56:35remember during the fires when Mexican firefighters
- 56:38flew here on a big jet to help put out the fires,
- 56:41Spencer Pratt would call ICE on them. Spencer
- 56:43Pratt, his parents, and some other individuals
- 56:46are suing the city of Los Angeles through the
- 56:49Department of Water and Power. the California
- 56:52Department of Parks and Recreation, the state
- 56:55of California, Southern Cal Ed, Edison International,
- 56:59Charter Communications, Charter Communications,
- 57:01it's a cable company, Frontier Communications,
- 57:03another cable company, AT &T, they're suing the
- 57:06County of Los Angeles, suing Las Virginas Municipal
- 57:10Water District, suing Sempra Energy, another
- 57:13power company, suing Southern California Gas
- 57:15Company, and they're suing the J. Paul Getty
- 57:18Trust. That's an interesting one. and suing a
- 57:21bunch of other defendants as well. So keep in
- 57:25mind he's suing the electric companies, right?
- 57:27And here's what he told Paris Hilton a couple
- 57:31days after the fires had broken out. We didn't
- 57:34think it was really going to burn down because
- 57:35I was up on the hill at 10 .30 a .m. when whoever
- 57:39started this fire, because it was definitely
- 57:41started, so there's no electrical wires where
- 57:44this was. 100 % arson. I'll take that to the
- 57:48grave. Well, he said it right there. There were
- 57:50no electrical wires, but he's suing a couple
- 57:53of power companies, and he's also blaming it
- 57:56on an arsonist. And that's pretty legit, though.
- 57:59That's your cause right there. But then months
- 58:01later, Spencer Pratt changes his tune. He starts
- 58:05unleashing all these conspiracy theories after
- 58:08he consults with AI, and he blames Governor Newsom,
- 58:12blames Karen Bass. They're saying they cut the
- 58:15water off. They let us burn. Why? Because you
- 58:18want to be the mayor. Why? Because you're now
- 58:20suing. You want the taxpayers to foot the bill
- 58:23for what the arsonist did. The bottom line is
- 58:27Spencer and his parents want you, the taxpayer,
- 58:30to foot the bill. The family has plenty of homes.
- 58:35They have apartment complexes. They have plenty
- 58:38of money. But they want you to pay for this.
- 58:41They chose to live. on the top of a mountain
- 58:44range that even the insurance company said, look,
- 58:47this is a danger zone. We're not even going to
- 58:50insure this. And Spencer Pratt blames Mayor Karen
- 58:53Bass with no factual basis to do so. Spencer
- 58:57Pratt was recently on the Joe Rogan Experience,
- 59:01gets a walk on the show. Joe Rogan endorses Spencer
- 59:06Pratt, but Joe Rogan doesn't even live in Los
- 59:09Angeles. He lives in Texas. Joe Rogan asks Spencer
- 59:13these lightweight questions. And Spencer runs
- 59:16his mouth again about the fires and all his conspiracy
- 59:19theories. He's getting all this positive publicity
- 59:22where nobody's really asking the hardcore questions.
- 59:25They're just pushing him out there. You know,
- 59:27the making of a politician. So that gets me into
- 59:29the next issue. Who is the machine behind this
- 59:31guy? Who are they? Once Spencer Pratt announced
- 59:34he was running for mayor, I started to see different
- 59:37things about him popping up on my TikTok FYP,
- 59:40including Los Angeles Magazine. They have this
- 59:43guy who does some reporting for them. He calls
- 59:46himself Secret Service Sam, right? And in his
- 59:50videos, he starts blasting Karen Bass and says
- 59:52a bunch of false things about her. And then he
- 59:54kind of creeps in and talks a little bit about
- 59:57Spencer Pratt. Then he asks the audience questions.
- 1:00:00about Spencer Pratt. What do you think? To me,
- 1:00:02I felt like L .A. Mag's posts were contrived.
- 1:00:05And just take a listen and I'll explain to you
- 1:00:08why. The L .A. mayor race is hot. It is between
- 1:00:13Karen Bass and Spencer Pratt. But here's something
- 1:00:16you need to know. Spencer Pratt is looking like
- 1:00:20the front runner. Why? And that one's definitely
- 1:00:22not true. There were no polls at the time this
- 1:00:25video was released that would indicate Spencer
- 1:00:28Pratt as the front runner. Now take a listen
- 1:00:31to what else Secret Sam says. Everybody believes
- 1:00:34that Karen Bass has done nothing. Well, come
- 1:00:37on, LA Magazine. That's not true. But if you
- 1:00:40look online, if you look at all the comments.
- 1:00:44Everybody loves Spencer Pratt. They love what
- 1:00:47he did during the Palisades fire. They believe
- 1:00:50he's a real Angeleno. Despite his sordid past,
- 1:00:53they are ready to elect Spencer Pratt. It's also
- 1:00:58false. Not everybody loves Spencer Pratt. And
- 1:01:01well, maybe if you look at all the comments on
- 1:01:03Spencer Pratt's posts, it's pure love because
- 1:01:06he silences his opposition. And here's another
- 1:01:09clip of L .A. Mag's Secret Service Sam just blatantly
- 1:01:13pumping Spencer Pratt. Secret Service Sam here
- 1:01:17for L .A. Magazine. And Jeannie Buss, the governor
- 1:01:20of the L .A. Lakers, has donated the max amount
- 1:01:25to Spencer Pratt's L .A. mayoral campaign run.
- 1:01:30This is crazy. She has put all the money you
- 1:01:34can behind Spencer Pratt. Okay, so the maximum
- 1:01:37amount by law that you can donate is $1 ,800,
- 1:01:41and that is going to be the lead you run with,
- 1:01:45LA Mag, on your social media posts? Karen Bass
- 1:01:48obviously needs to go. She's done nothing good
- 1:01:51for the city. Everybody agrees that she has to
- 1:01:53go. Okay, so that's not true, LA Magazine. At
- 1:01:56the time this video was posted... Karen Bass
- 1:01:59was the frontrunner, and I believe she still
- 1:02:02is. And she's done a lot of great things for
- 1:02:05the city. Oh, and it gets a lot worse. Check
- 1:02:07out this clip. Secret Service say I'm here for
- 1:02:09LA Magazine, and Spencer Pratt is taking Karen
- 1:02:14Basole, Karen Bass, to the cleaner. So now we've
- 1:02:18got a journalist from LA Magazine copying off
- 1:02:22the machista, misogynistic slang that Spencer
- 1:02:26Pratt uses. to mock Karen Bass's last name. He
- 1:02:31calls her Karen Basura. Now LA Magazine is also
- 1:02:34calling her trash. But who the hell is behind
- 1:02:37LA Magazine? Well, guess what? Have you ever
- 1:02:40heard of this guy named Ben Masalis? Midas Touch
- 1:02:42Network? A super progressive attorney? Yeah,
- 1:02:46well, he's one of the owners of Los Angeles Magazine.
- 1:02:49He co -owns it with attorney Mark Garagos. Hmm.
- 1:02:55If you go to LA Magazine and you check out their
- 1:02:56website and you type in Spencer Pratt, you're
- 1:02:58going to find also that this journalist named
- 1:03:01Michelle McPhee, and she's written three feature
- 1:03:04pieces for Spencer Pratt. She just totally writes
- 1:03:07all these favorable things about him. Doesn't
- 1:03:09show any real counter opinion or balance. She's
- 1:03:12just pumping out these biased publicity pieces
- 1:03:14for him. It's pretty hilarious. Like how dumb
- 1:03:17do you think people are? And remember, Ben Masai
- 1:03:19owns Los Angeles Magazine. Why would he condone
- 1:03:22this type of shit? So here's what I wrote to
- 1:03:24the Midas Touch Network. Why does your magazine,
- 1:03:28Los Angeles Magazine, keep pumping out propaganda
- 1:03:31for Spencer Pratt and making false statements
- 1:03:34about City of LA Mayor Karen Bass? Does the CEO
- 1:03:38or editors have a, quote, relationship with Spencer
- 1:03:42Pratt's agent, manager, or publicist? Seems bizarre.
- 1:03:46And I mean, it really is bizarre because when
- 1:03:48you get into this and you look at Los Angeles
- 1:03:51Magazine, it purports to be, providing you with
- 1:03:55news. But in actuality, look at this journalist.
- 1:03:58Her name's Michelle McPhee. She has repeatedly
- 1:04:01pumped out articles about Spencer Pratt that
- 1:04:04are so biased. It's so obvious when you read
- 1:04:07her articles. She'll really attack different
- 1:04:11liberals, but provides no real counter. balance
- 1:04:15or opinion. And then she'll state what Spencer
- 1:04:18Pratt says, but she doesn't provide the other
- 1:04:21side. She doesn't provide any opposition. She's
- 1:04:23obviously just part of the whole advertising
- 1:04:25vehicle that is Spencer Pratt. She also reports
- 1:04:29on this hilarious incident where Spencer Pratt
- 1:04:31was spewing all these conspiracy theories out.
- 1:04:34And so Michelle McPhee from Los Angeles Magazine,
- 1:04:37in one of her articles, she's basically repeating
- 1:04:39Spencer Pratt's conspiracy theories. And Gavin
- 1:04:42Newsom's team actually called Spencer Pratt out.
- 1:04:45So what Spencer did is he heard about this new
- 1:04:47legislation in California called SB 549. And
- 1:04:51in this one clip he posts on social media, he's
- 1:04:54talking about this new legislation and says basically
- 1:04:57the state of California wants to go into the
- 1:05:00Palisades and buy up property and then just turn
- 1:05:04it over into low income housing. It's totally
- 1:05:07not true. And he goes out onto four different
- 1:05:10AI services and he admits this. He's on chat
- 1:05:13GPT. grok for and he uses ai to analyze the bill
- 1:05:17he said the the california senate has passed
- 1:05:20sb 549 granting la county authority to purchase
- 1:05:25fire destroyed lots for minimal costs and convert
- 1:05:29them into low -income housing directly contradicting
- 1:05:33mr gavin newsom's previous assurance to homeowners
- 1:05:37that such government -driven property conversions
- 1:05:39wouldn't happen well spencer one big fucking
- 1:05:42thing SB 549 was never passed as legislation.
- 1:05:47It never even happened. So Spencer's out there
- 1:05:49spreading this conspiracy theory that some new
- 1:05:52SB 549 just passed and is the law. And Gavin
- 1:05:55Newsom promised this would never happen. Gavin
- 1:05:58Newsom assured everybody in the Palisades. But
- 1:06:01Spencer Pratt lies and says this bill passed.
- 1:06:03The bill never even hit the floor to be voted
- 1:06:06on. It was withdrawn. And the bill didn't even
- 1:06:09contain that language. But Spencer Pratt is drawing
- 1:06:12this from information he learned by putting the
- 1:06:15bill into Grok4 and ChatGBT. And then he relays
- 1:06:19it and just lies blatantly on social media. And
- 1:06:23he's gumming things up so much to the point.
- 1:06:25He's just exploiting the concerns and fears of
- 1:06:28his neighbors and palisades. He's terrifying
- 1:06:30people with misinformation. And Gavin Newsom
- 1:06:34calls him out and says, no, look, that's not
- 1:06:35true. But check out Michelle McPhee's article
- 1:06:38about this whole incident in Los Angeles Magazine.
- 1:06:41She very generously presents. Spencer Pratt's
- 1:06:44side of the story. And this is when Gavin Newsom's
- 1:06:47team calls Spencer Pratt a C -lister. And I think
- 1:06:51that's hilarious. And I think that's very generous
- 1:06:53because Spencer Pratt is not a C -lister. He
- 1:06:56is literally a D -lister or used to be a D -lister.
- 1:06:59And now that he's a total loser, he's trying
- 1:07:01to be a politician, of course, because that's
- 1:07:03what you do when you need more narco supply and
- 1:07:06nobody wants to pay you to be on TV. It's true.
- 1:07:10I reached out to Mighty's Touch Network to try
- 1:07:12to figure out why does LA... magazine keep posting
- 1:07:15false statements about karen bass like what the
- 1:07:18hell is up with that i thought ben masalis was
- 1:07:20progressive and why would you allow a magazine
- 1:07:25that you own to put out false statements about
- 1:07:28politicians and then kind of slip in some branding
- 1:07:31and repetitive marketing in there for Spencer
- 1:07:34Pratt, trying to prop him up a little bit, step
- 1:07:37by step. Get that repetition in there. Get the
- 1:07:39word of mouth out about Spencer Pratt while just
- 1:07:42totally nagging Karen Bass. I just thought that
- 1:07:45was a little bit suspicious. So I started digging
- 1:07:46more into, really, who are the people behind
- 1:07:49Spencer Pratt? So one of the interesting things
- 1:07:51I found is that both Spencer and Heidi are managed
- 1:07:53by somebody named Kyle Thomas of Octagon Entertainment.
- 1:07:57And that's a huge... agency, right? It is a subsidiary
- 1:08:02of Omnicom. And if you know anything about Omnicom,
- 1:08:07we're pretty much in BlackRock type of territory
- 1:08:09here. So Omnicom is probably the world's largest
- 1:08:15advertisement agency network. Omnicom is probably
- 1:08:19the largest buyer of commercial ad space, whether
- 1:08:22it's on podcasts, radio, television, and magazines,
- 1:08:25newspapers, you name it. From micro influencers
- 1:08:28to Spotify podcasts, to local television, to
- 1:08:33national network television, all across the United
- 1:08:36States and many other countries, Omnicom is there.
- 1:08:39They buy massive amounts of ads. They run a network
- 1:08:43of five different primary ad agencies, and there's
- 1:08:46a lot of subsidiaries underneath that, thousands
- 1:08:49of ad agencies. They employ about 80 ,000 people.
- 1:08:52I'm sorry, they actually have 120 ,000 employees.
- 1:08:54I forgot that when Trump became president for
- 1:08:57a second term, his FTC allowed Omnicom to merge,
- 1:09:01buy up, and subsume the Interpublic Group of
- 1:09:05Companies, or IPG, which was another huge conglomerate
- 1:09:10that does the same exact thing. So Omnicom is
- 1:09:12just this big blob, kind of like BlackRock, that
- 1:09:15buys up a lot of ad space throughout all sorts
- 1:09:19of media, from legacy media all the way down
- 1:09:21to micro influencers across the world. So if
- 1:09:24you have something nasty to say about one of
- 1:09:27the clients, you might be a little concerned
- 1:09:30on your show. for criticizing somebody like Spencer
- 1:09:33Pratt. Just throwing it out there, right? Not
- 1:09:35saying that happens directly, but do you think
- 1:09:37people are going to be highly critical of Spencer
- 1:09:40Pratt if their show is receiving a lot of income
- 1:09:43from ads that are placed on their show? Of course,
- 1:09:46they're not going to fucking say something nasty
- 1:09:48about Spencer Pratt. Do you think Karen Bass
- 1:09:50or other mayoral candidates in... Los Angeles
- 1:09:54have the same type of propaganda machines? No,
- 1:09:57of course not. How is that allowed in politics,
- 1:09:59by the way? You think of Octagon Entertainment
- 1:10:01or Omnicom and William Morris Endeavor and all
- 1:10:05the types of different people they represent,
- 1:10:07different corporations they represent. They're
- 1:10:09always trying to get those names out there bigger
- 1:10:12and further and make them more profitable so
- 1:10:14that the agents make money themselves, right?
- 1:10:17And that's their goal, is to push those brands.
- 1:10:20And Spencer's talent agent at William Morris
- 1:10:22Endeavor is Rich Gambale. So if you really want
- 1:10:26to know the answer to the question of how Spencer
- 1:10:27Pratt can just walk on to the Joe Rogan experience,
- 1:10:30some dude that lives in Austin, Texas, that throws
- 1:10:32lightweight questions to Spencer Pratt so he
- 1:10:35can run his mouth about conspiracy theories and
- 1:10:37the Palisades fire, how LA is basically cesspool.
- 1:10:42And then Joe Rogan will just readily endorse
- 1:10:44him, even though Joe Rogan can't vote here. You
- 1:10:46have to look at who the hell is Joe Rogan's agent?
- 1:10:49Well, Joe Rogan also has an agent at William
- 1:10:51Morris Endeavor, right? So does it start to fit
- 1:10:54together that William Morris Endeavor's assets
- 1:10:57can create some synergy together? Do you ever
- 1:11:00think about when you're listening to the Joe
- 1:11:02Rogan experience that what's really happening
- 1:11:04is you have these executives here in Century
- 1:11:07City. And in New York City, from ad agencies
- 1:11:11and William Morris Endeavor, Octagon Entertainment
- 1:11:14and Omnicom, all applying some type of pressure
- 1:11:19to the messages that are being pushed out to
- 1:11:22you and programmed into your head. And then they
- 1:11:24figure out some way to make it entertaining to
- 1:11:27you, the programming of your brain. And then
- 1:11:29they turn around and Joe Rogan sells you some
- 1:11:31kind of chewing gum. that's supposed to stimulate
- 1:11:34you. You ever wonder why you see the ultimate
- 1:11:37fighting championship and Donald Trump or Joe
- 1:11:39Rogan and all those people so closely attached
- 1:11:42to it, and it's always in our faces, and how
- 1:11:44Donald Trump this summer is going to host a UFC
- 1:11:48battle at the White House where you have these
- 1:11:51men in mixed martial arts that violently beat
- 1:11:55each other during a competition, but that's coming
- 1:11:57to the White House. You ever wonder why that's
- 1:12:00possible? how that's always in our faces. And
- 1:12:04by the way, Spencer Pratt's also into the whole
- 1:12:06jujitsu thing. He's one of these guys that eats
- 1:12:09up all that bro sphere shit, right? Just consider
- 1:12:11this. The president of William Morris Endeavor
- 1:12:14is Mark Shapiro. And this guy is also the president
- 1:12:19of TKO Group Holdings, which is the parent company
- 1:12:22of, get this, Big Shocker, UFC, and WWE. So do
- 1:12:28you see how it's all kind of connected and intermeshed?
- 1:12:31This whole world of marketing, advertising, creating
- 1:12:35revenue off of these different assets, and now
- 1:12:37how they're trying to get their man Spencer Pratt
- 1:12:40installed. So there's a much bigger propaganda
- 1:12:43machine on top of Spencer Pratt. And remember
- 1:12:46those clips I played of... Spencer Pratt, when
- 1:12:50he was on Alex Jones' show nearly a decade ago,
- 1:12:54and he was talking about this whole New World
- 1:12:56Order and all these people and all these conspiracy
- 1:12:58theories. Well, maybe he wasn't so far off. He's
- 1:13:01part of it now. There's this big propaganda machine
- 1:13:04behind him now. And why? Because they can make
- 1:13:06a lot of money off of him. If they can install
- 1:13:08him as the mayor of the city of Los Angeles,
- 1:13:11it's a windfall for his agents, his managers,
- 1:13:14his representatives. It's a windfall for advertisers'
- 1:13:18access to him because they're friends, they're
- 1:13:20buddies. According to Spencer Pratt's book, he
- 1:13:22gets on the phone. Of course, all these people
- 1:13:24in that sphere are pushing his story out. And
- 1:13:28of course, they only want you to hear. He lost
- 1:13:30his home in the Palisades fire. Yeah, he used
- 1:13:33to be a villain on reality TV, but that's not
- 1:13:35really him. Him and Heidi, they have two children.
- 1:13:39They're just doing the best to raise them. And
- 1:13:41they lost everything in the wildfires. And yeah,
- 1:13:44like politics in California is fucked up. Gavin
- 1:13:46Newsom, probably not doing such a great job.
- 1:13:48And we do still see a lot of homeless people
- 1:13:50in the city of LA. Karen Bass must be horrible,
- 1:13:53but notice they don't talk about the fact that
- 1:13:56Spencer Pratt's sister alleges that he committed
- 1:13:59domestic violence against her, that he beat her
- 1:14:01and sent her to the hospital when she was 18.
- 1:14:04They don't talk about the fact that she claims
- 1:14:06he got her hooked on hardcore drugs when she
- 1:14:09was 15. They don't talk about all these wild
- 1:14:11conspiracies. They don't even want to present
- 1:14:13to you that Spencer Pratt is a Republican. They
- 1:14:16try to act like he's an independent. They try
- 1:14:19to twist this thing that the mayor race in Los
- 1:14:22Angeles doesn't have a primary. So it's not really
- 1:14:25a fight between Democrats and Republicans. Anybody
- 1:14:27can run. You don't face off within your party
- 1:14:30and then advance to the next step. It's just
- 1:14:33who are the top candidates. And in June, when...
- 1:14:36they have the election, the question will be,
- 1:14:39does anybody win by a majority? So LA can have
- 1:14:4210 different people running at once, all in the
- 1:14:44same party, in different parties, independents,
- 1:14:46whatever. It doesn't really matter because it's
- 1:14:48not grouped by whether you're Republican, independent,
- 1:14:50or a Democrat. It's just a ballot that shows
- 1:14:54all these people. And it will say next to Spencer
- 1:14:56Pratt's name that he's a community activist because
- 1:14:58that's how they want to brand him. They don't
- 1:15:00really want you to know that he's Republican
- 1:15:01and pro -ICE. And Spencer Pratt's team, they
- 1:15:04don't want you to know that, He's really just
- 1:15:06a loser, 42 -year -old loser that was still living
- 1:15:09off his dad and his family's wealth in the Palisades
- 1:15:13when the fires happened. Look, Spencer Pratt,
- 1:15:15his whole life has been a pretty big failure.
- 1:15:18That's true. That's consistent. And he's always
- 1:15:21vying for this attention in the spotlight. He
- 1:15:25needs the narco supply. That's what is... real
- 1:15:28motivation is. Because even when he fell off
- 1:15:30the D -list, he still continued to try to rebrand
- 1:15:33himself or emerge again on TV or become a podcaster
- 1:15:38or sell crystals. There's always some kind of
- 1:15:42grift that Spencer Pratt's pushing. But now,
- 1:15:45what can a man do once he's failed in nearly
- 1:15:48every other aspect of his life? Well, become
- 1:15:51a politician. Visit L3G4L .com for the full investigation.
