I saw a post the other day that made me laugh because it was so simple, so practical, and therefore guaranteed never to occur to a politician.
The post said:
"End SNAP. Replace it with monthly distributions of dried beans, powdered milk, and rice. See how quickly people go back to work."
Now before the media starts hyperventilating into a paper bag, the point isn't whether you'd actually do it.
The point is that conservatives think differently.
