A Shake Shack employee allegedly pulled off a brazen armed robbery at his own job—showing up masked, forcing an employee into a cooler, and stealing $2,800 from the safe. He even smashed all phones and the landline. Employees recognized him by voice, build, and knowledge of the store, and cell records placed him near the scene.
