  Speaker 2: I don't do caffeine or coffee. So for me, I

  Speaker 2: was like all right. Once I started taking care of

  Speaker 2: my body, I was like, oh, I'm back by Tuesday.

  Speaker 1: I'm back by Wednesday. Right, And so now it's just like,

  Speaker 1: all right, how long? How much longer can I do

  Speaker 1: with these meetings? The mental drain of these meetings.

  Speaker 4: That's the biggest thing for me. Like, I'm just like you,

  Speaker 4: like I feel my body feels great, never had no

  Speaker 4: significant injury while I've been playing, and like just mentally

  Speaker 4: being in the game, being around the game, you kind

  Speaker 4: of knew what to expect. So to your point, I'm

  Speaker 4: in practice running around having fun like I'm in year three,

  Speaker 4: but I'm in year thirteen, have young guys coming up

  Speaker 4: to me all the time like how the hell you

  Speaker 4: got You have more energy than us, right, I'm like, bro,

  Speaker 4: that's just the joy that this game gives me. And

  Speaker 4: I just want to continue showing you guys that, because,

  Speaker 4: this game is going to be taken away from you man.

  Speaker 4: And the things that stick sticks with us the most

  Speaker 4: is the conversations that we have in the locker room,

  Speaker 4: the moments and the memories that we create at practice

  Speaker 4: training camp. Those are things that I missed. The meetings, Yeah,

  Speaker 4: that's for the birds. I enjoy game planning, but the meetings,

  Speaker 1: It's like, we covered this four times already in this

  Speaker 1: exact same meeting. But wait, but then you have a

  Speaker 1: and it's not like mess up on some intricate stuff,

  Speaker 1: like you know, you're trying to like disguise things and

  Speaker 1: have to drop back into like a solo here in

  Speaker 1: you've been playing since you were eight, and like brother,

  Speaker 4: an opportunity to really understand the history behind why they

  Speaker 4: win so much, why they are a physical football team,

  Speaker 4: and things like that. Then obviously have an opportunity to

  Speaker 4: be with Kevin O'Connell and Mike Zimmerman, being there in

  Speaker 4: the atmosphere, being there in Minnesota, it was something that

  Speaker 4: was almost felt like a college atmosphere, just the energy

  Speaker 4: that they brought to the stadium, meeting every day. And

  Speaker 4: then getting drafted to Arizona, one of the oldest franchises

  Speaker 4: in the NFL. It was very unique because obviously Arizona

  Speaker 4: wasn't used to winning. They just came off of Super

  Speaker 4: Bowl appearance in two thousand and nine, if I'm not mistaken.

  Speaker 4: Todd Bows a great defensive a coordinator of mine. But
