- 0:27Speaker 2: It is time leave your worries outside and live with
- 0:32Speaker 2: us inside the treehouse. I'm Daniel Mallley and I'm joined
- 0:36Speaker 2: today by Trey Trenholm. Welcome to the start of the
- 0:40Speaker 2: second week of twoenty twenty six. And in the time
- 0:46Speaker 2: that we hit record on this episode to when we
- 0:49Speaker 2: hit end record on the last one, just a handful
- 0:51Speaker 2: of days, and so much is transpired in those handful
- 0:56Speaker 2: of days, not the least of which is a Pennsylvania
- 1:00Speaker 2: man was arrested for robbing over one hundred corpses from
- 1:03Speaker 2: grave sites, probably wondering, well, how the hell can you
- 1:08Speaker 2: make that funny? Stay stay with us, You'll see authorities
- 1:17Speaker 2: found the remains in Jonathan Gerlotch's for Girlock I didn't
- 1:21Speaker 2: listen to the actual or watch any of the news
- 1:24Speaker 2: on this. I'm not exactly sure how to say this.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Ahle's name, but.
- 1:26Speaker 3: I've heard Girlock.
- 1:29Speaker 2: That sounds like a grave robbing last name Girlock. Yeah. Anyways,
- 1:36Speaker 2: authorities found the remains in Jonathan Girlock's basement after he
- 1:41Speaker 2: was seen leaving a cemetery with a bag containing remains.
- 1:43Speaker 2: That's according to officials and a police document. Is there
- 1:50Speaker 2: ever a gray area in a basement? What I mean
- 1:53Speaker 2: is either something absolutely terrible is in there or it's
- 1:58Speaker 2: childhood memories and fun, And there really seems to be
- 2:01Speaker 2: no middle ground. What happened to just good old fashioned
- 2:04Speaker 2: storage or laundry. It's either something terrible or something wonderful.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Yeah, you know that's hey, that's just one of those
- 2:19Speaker 1: things in the South, we we just did not have.
- 2:24Speaker 1: And I don't know if if having one makes it
- 2:28Speaker 1: you know a different uhuh that like, oh you know what,
- 2:31Speaker 1: I'll go bury a body down there, I know what
- 2:32Speaker 1: I'll find it.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Yeah, if we're being honest, being from Texas, if you
- 2:40Speaker 2: had a friend or knew someone that had a basement,
- 2:43Speaker 2: that's immediately suspicious. That's a red flag because that's how
- 2:47Speaker 2: rare they are in Texas. And like you said, Trey,
- 2:50Speaker 2: kind of in the South in general.
- 2:52Speaker 3: Red flag or really wealthy.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Very true, very true, because if you got enough money,
- 2:59Speaker 2: that's where the fun is. Or if you're demented like
- 3:04Speaker 2: this guy, this is where the fun is. It's just
- 3:06Speaker 2: illegal fun. But yeah, and I actually saw a thing
- 3:09Speaker 2: the other day. Don't even remember what it was about
- 3:11Speaker 2: some lady had There was some story I saw online
- 3:13Speaker 2: about somewhere in Dallas Fort Worth area. It's like, oh,
- 3:16Speaker 2: some lady was something issue with her basement. Well, of
- 3:18Speaker 2: course there's an issue with her basement, not a body though. Anyway,
- 3:24Speaker 2: back to mister Gerloch, more than one hundred human skulls,
- 3:29Speaker 2: as well as numerous long bones, mummified feet, decomposing torsos,
- 3:34Speaker 2: and other remains were found last week in the home
- 3:37Speaker 2: of Jonathan Gerlock. According to a probable cause affid David.
- 3:41Speaker 2: The remains were found in his basement in Pennsylvania. This
- 3:47Speaker 2: is why I want to be cremated. I don't want
- 3:52Speaker 2: to be in the afterlife and feel an itch in
- 3:58Speaker 2: my eye because I'm being gull back on Earth.
- 4:05Speaker 1: I mean, I'm with you on the cremation, getting skull
- 4:11Speaker 1: left has never been tops of the reasons why, but.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Here we are.
- 4:21Speaker 1: You know, if you feel all warm and cozy in
- 4:23Speaker 1: the afterlife, you think someone's taking a piece of the
- 4:26Speaker 1: bones of your cremation and shoved up their ass.
- 4:31Speaker 2: I don't know that's the part that would make you
- 4:32Speaker 2: feel warm and cozy. Maybe it makes him feel warm
- 4:36Speaker 2: and cozy. But yeah, if you feel all of a
- 4:39Speaker 2: sudden like something like a warm blanket over you, it
- 4:45Speaker 2: might just be a guy in the quote unquote real
- 4:52Speaker 2: world snuggling with your corpse. And I know what some
- 4:55Speaker 2: people might say, It's like, well, if you get cremated,
- 4:57Speaker 2: then what if they some weird to find you and
- 5:01Speaker 2: then snorts your ashes. You know what, I'd rather be
- 5:03Speaker 2: snorted than cuddled.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Regardless of what you.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Think and believe, as far as God, the afterlife, heaven,
- 5:16Speaker 1: or whatever, the one thing that is absolutely for certain
- 5:20Speaker 1: is you don't give a shit about the body that
- 5:23Speaker 1: you're leaving behind.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Yeah, you should really just let that thing go because
- 5:27Speaker 2: you're done with it now. If anything, maybe it's the
- 5:31Speaker 2: ultimate in going green. Someone's just recycling you. According to
- 5:40Speaker 2: District Attorney Tanner Rause, eight additional sets off human remains
- 5:45Speaker 2: were found in the storage locker. Very simply, he says,
- 5:49Speaker 2: detectives have recovered an awful lot of bones at this point,
- 5:52Speaker 2: and we are still trying to piece together who they are,
- 5:54Speaker 2: where they're from, and how many were looking at and
- 5:56Speaker 2: it's going to be quite some time before we have
- 6:00Speaker 2: a final answer. It's unclear what Gloch is alleged to
- 6:04Speaker 2: have been doing with the remains, noting that some of
- 6:07Speaker 2: them were hundreds of years old. Another set of remains
- 6:11Speaker 2: was found with a pacemaker.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Jeez, wait, I know they figured out since that he
- 6:16Speaker 1: is selling some of them, eh, and but I read
- 6:22Speaker 1: that they.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Said it maybe up to like five hundred Oh my god. Oh.
- 6:34Speaker 2: He was arrested last Tuesday, leaving Mount Mariah, a sprawling
- 6:37Speaker 2: cemetery that stretches from Philadelphia into a nearby borough of Jaden. However,
- 6:41Speaker 2: you say that he was charged with three hundred counts
- 6:44Speaker 2: of theft, receiving stolen property, and abuse of a corpse.
- 6:48Speaker 2: He was charged with dozens more accounts of criminal mischief, burglary,
- 6:51Speaker 2: intentional desecration of a venerated object, and other crimes. He's
- 6:55Speaker 2: being held in lieu of one million dollars cash bail.
- 7:00Speaker 2: I don't think you need to let him out. I
- 7:02Speaker 2: think he's fine where he is.
- 7:06Speaker 3: I don't think.
- 7:09Speaker 1: The timing of that Ed Green document our show really
- 7:12Speaker 1: did not help him out at all.
- 7:15Speaker 2: No, if anything, it might just I don't know if it.
- 7:18Speaker 2: I hope it didn't inspire him. I don't I'm hoping
- 7:21Speaker 2: he didn't watch the show and then start digging people
- 7:23Speaker 2: up just prolifically. This sounds like something he's been doing
- 7:27Speaker 2: for a long time, and not just over the last
- 7:29Speaker 2: few weeks. But you're right, when that special comes out
- 7:34Speaker 2: and everyone's reminded how crazy and awful Ed Geen was.
- 7:38Speaker 2: You know, someone who may have seen that also happens
- 7:41Speaker 2: to work at that cemeteries like, either we got a
- 7:45Speaker 2: gopher problem.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Well, in the past, that might have been something to
- 7:50Speaker 1: be like, eah, you need to go to the funny Farm.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And now I think you're probably look like are you
- 7:57Speaker 1: are you a serial killer? Did you all these up?
- 8:01Speaker 2: Yeah? Are you? Yeah? Like did you put any in
- 8:04Speaker 2: and then take them back out? Or are you just
- 8:05Speaker 2: digging them up? Because there is a there is a
- 8:07Speaker 2: big difference, and a big big difference. One you're just
- 8:11Speaker 2: super creepy and gross, and the other is are things
- 8:14Speaker 2: that horror franchises are made of.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Yeah, do you have a nipple lamp?
- 8:22Speaker 2: How is the craftsmanship on that?
- 8:24Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 8:24Speaker 2: I mean when he's selling this stuff, what was he selling?
- 8:27Speaker 2: Was he selling Halloween decorations with real human remains? Was
- 8:30Speaker 2: he making furniture like ed Geen was like some sort
- 8:33Speaker 2: of screwed up Ikea.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Again, from what I read, and the information has been
- 8:42Speaker 1: fairly slow to trickle out, but they said he definitely
- 8:45Speaker 1: was selling some skulls.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Okay, So yeah, I mean it could have been like
- 8:53Speaker 2: goth type things and people want to decorate their homes
- 8:56Speaker 2: with it or something like that, or just you know,
- 8:57Speaker 2: quote unquote realistic, unless he's actually on eBay saying real
- 9:01Speaker 2: human skull, which wouldn't be you know, very good. For
- 9:05Speaker 2: his defense, I will say this is one of those
- 9:08Speaker 2: times where if I was in law enforcement and that
- 9:12Speaker 2: call comes through, I don't know if I'd want to
- 9:15Speaker 2: take that or just be like, you know what I'm
- 9:17Speaker 2: gonna I'm gonna take lunch. I don't really want to
- 9:20Speaker 2: mess with this one.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I think i'd I'd be like, oh, I just pulled
- 9:25Speaker 1: somebody over.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Yeah, please God, someone runnes topside, please please please. Yeah,
- 9:34Speaker 2: this is absolutely it's it's a terrible it's a terrible story,
- 9:37Speaker 2: and it's one of the stories that was in the
- 9:40Speaker 2: forefront of my mind over this week and when I
- 9:42Speaker 2: was like, man, twenty twenty six is coming on strong,
- 9:46Speaker 2: like it's starting out like you know, they say, like,
- 9:48Speaker 2: what is it? What's the spring month? Is it? Is
- 9:53Speaker 2: it may or something like goes in like a lion,
- 9:55Speaker 2: comes out like a lamb. Whatever. That's kind of how
- 9:57Speaker 2: twenty twenty six feels like. It feels like just to
- 10:01Speaker 2: dumpster fire to start the year, which I'm hoping means
- 10:04Speaker 2: it gets better as we go along, but I don't know,
- 10:06Speaker 2: it seems to be just getting worse.
- 10:11Speaker 3: It's definitely been a doozy.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I mean, I think that's what they put in the
- 10:16Speaker 2: official report when they went to this guy's house went
- 10:18Speaker 2: down in the basement, they said, this is gonna be
- 10:20Speaker 2: a doozy.
- 10:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:23Speaker 1: That's the funny thing about this story is, you know,
- 10:26Speaker 1: normally it would be something that would probably get a
- 10:28Speaker 1: lot more attention, but with everything else going on in
- 10:30Speaker 1: the world, it's just kind of falling to page.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Two under the radar under the beame floor. Yeah, sad
- 10:41Speaker 2: but true. And I just don't know what a guy
- 10:51Speaker 2: has to do to get above the political news in
- 10:53Speaker 2: this country. I mean, this guy's dug up possibly five
- 10:57Speaker 2: hundred bodies and he can't get a headline on the front.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Page above the fold.
- 11:04Speaker 2: We just have to wait for the You just have
- 11:05Speaker 2: to wait for somebody's podcast on it.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, like the Kardashians will do something and
- 11:12Speaker 1: that'll shift everyone's focus.
- 11:17Speaker 2: If Kim passes the bar, this guy gets bumped to
- 11:19Speaker 2: page three.
- 11:25Speaker 4: These visit us online a treehouse on air.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Dot com eight three three. Cook DFW is the phone
- 11:36Speaker 2: number you need to contact Daniel Cook from Cook DFW
- 11:40Speaker 2: Roofing and Restoration schedule that free roof inspection and property review.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Speaking of the property review, Daniel, after you're done doing
- 11:49Speaker 2: the roof inspection, you come down off the roof and
- 11:51Speaker 2: you grab that homeowner and say, hey, let's take a
- 11:53Speaker 2: little walk around your property and let me show you
- 11:55Speaker 2: a few things I've noticed. What are some of the
- 11:57Speaker 2: most common things that you see, but a homeowner doesn't.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Majority of the time when we walk around a home,
- 12:02Speaker 5: especially a home that's getting that age between five and
- 12:04Speaker 5: ten years old. We see a lot of calking seals
- 12:09Speaker 5: coming loose. Flashings are starting to fail, the rubber seals
- 12:14Speaker 5: around your doors, your garage door, all of those things
- 12:18Speaker 5: and all changes based on the home. You know, some
- 12:21Speaker 5: homes face south and west, and of course you get
- 12:24Speaker 5: more beat down sun in the summertime and that really
- 12:27Speaker 5: affects those kind of things. Some homes face north, they
- 12:31Speaker 5: don't get as much sunlight, so you start having the
- 12:33Speaker 5: opposite effect with different things growing as far as organic
- 12:37Speaker 5: matter and you know, you know, discoloration. And then we
- 12:42Speaker 5: always see around the windows the calking is shrinking. Irrigation
- 12:47Speaker 5: sometimes will get affected. As your home ages, the soil changes,
- 12:50Speaker 5: and so does the way that the plot of land
- 12:53Speaker 5: that your home rest on changes.
- 12:54Speaker 3: So there's just so many things.
- 12:57Speaker 5: Until you go out and really walk around your house
- 12:59Speaker 5: and really take a different perspective, it's hard to know
- 13:03Speaker 5: all the things that be going on on your home.
- 13:05Speaker 3: So we would love to do that with you.
- 13:06Speaker 5: Just call us out, take us about thirty forty five minutes,
- 13:09Speaker 5: but it's well worth it.

- 13:55Speaker 2: again on your new relationship, your new love. Very happy
- 14:00Speaker 2: for you.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 14:03Speaker 2: However, it has come to my attention that your new
- 14:08Speaker 2: girlfriend has a new favorite television show and it might
- 14:11Speaker 2: be your new nightmare.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a What happened. What happened was is we were
- 14:21Speaker 3: sitting around.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I can't remember if it was New Year's Day or not,
- 14:29Speaker 1: but somewhere right around there, I think it was New
- 14:32Speaker 1: Year's Day and I was thumbing through direct TV and
- 14:36Speaker 1: there's now a whole channel for Love After lock Up, which,
- 14:44Speaker 1: if you don't know the premise of the show, it's
- 14:46Speaker 1: a show about people that for the most part, they
- 14:49Speaker 1: meet prisoners on online forums and then they develop a
- 14:55Speaker 1: relationship with them, a romantic relationship, and then it kind
- 14:59Speaker 1: of follows them as the and then as the prisoners
- 15:00Speaker 1: are getting out, then their relationship actually in the real world,
- 15:06Speaker 1: and I'm sure it's quite shocking to you that they
- 15:09Speaker 1: typically don't fare fare very well.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Really, why do they kill them?
- 15:17Speaker 1: Oh, you have people that are looking for relationships with inmates,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and then you have inmates.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Two groups that start that stable.
- 15:27Speaker 2: But that does seem like one of those rare instances
- 15:30Speaker 2: where a long term or a long distance relationship might
- 15:34Speaker 2: be preferred.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it's funny. They find that.
- 15:42Speaker 1: They like each other a lot more if a lot
- 15:44Speaker 1: of times, as you know, phone buddies and yeah, pin pals,
- 15:52Speaker 1: not so much as roommates or romantic relationships in the flesh.
- 15:59Speaker 1: But yeah, she has absolutely become addicted to the show
- 16:05Speaker 1: and it's and when I say so, this thing, they're
- 16:12Speaker 1: about to.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Launch season seven. Oh and so she's like trying to
- 16:19Speaker 3: catch up.
- 16:20Speaker 1: One of the problems being that this each season has
- 16:26Speaker 1: somewhere typically between fifty and seventy five episodes.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Oh my god. Yeah, okay, that's a lot of catching
- 16:35Speaker 2: up that she has to do. Love after lock Up.
- 16:39Speaker 2: This groundbreaking docu series follows relationships where one half of
- 16:44Speaker 2: the couple is behind bars, tracking the journey of a
- 16:46Speaker 2: prison release and life together. It would have been funnier
- 16:50Speaker 2: if it was a prison break. Will their love survive
- 16:54Speaker 2: after lock up? Or is it a con that's good?
- 16:57Speaker 3: I like that.
- 16:59Speaker 2: So well. Sixty to seventy five episodes per season.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Fifty to seventy five. It varies, seems to vary widely.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Are are do they? Does each season follow one couple
- 17:14Speaker 2: or is it multiple couples?
- 17:16Speaker 3: Multiple couples?
- 17:17Speaker 1: And then it seems they always have some waiting in
- 17:20Speaker 1: the wings, so as one like some of these couples
- 17:24Speaker 1: seem to have been on the show for three four seasons.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Some come and go. Obviously, if they're actually stable relationship,
- 17:32Speaker 1: they're not that good TV.
- 17:33Speaker 3: So they they're they come and go quite quickly.
- 17:36Speaker 2: I'm kind of fascinated by the ones that do work out, because,
- 17:40Speaker 2: if anything, you want to hold those up as how
- 17:42Speaker 2: you should make love work after lock up.
- 17:45Speaker 3: For the other I don't think that's their goal. It's not.
- 17:48Speaker 3: It's not inspirational TV.
- 17:49Speaker 2: It's and what network is this show on?
- 17:55Speaker 3: We? We? What it's like? I think it's called WE Network? Oh?
- 18:02Speaker 2: Sorry?
- 18:03Speaker 3: Is that Oprah's channel? Oh that's own?
- 18:06Speaker 2: Oh sorry? With the oh uh, we women's entertainment? Is
- 18:10Speaker 2: that what we it stands for all? Or is it we?
- 18:14Speaker 2: We don't know what we're about to get with this show.
- 18:16Speaker 1: That's it's I think it's we. We can't believe enough
- 18:21Speaker 1: people watch this to have our own channel.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Oh God. The phrase ball and Chain takes on a
- 18:31Speaker 2: whole new meeting in love after lock up couples meet
- 18:35Speaker 2: their potential future spouses for the first time once the
- 18:37Speaker 2: bars are removed from their relationship. The way is full
- 18:41Speaker 2: of bumps and some strong emotions. It's got bumps. It
- 18:45Speaker 2: could be a prison herb.
- 18:48Speaker 3: And you know it's bad.
- 18:51Speaker 1: When on some of them you really feel bad for
- 18:54Speaker 1: the inmates because it's especially they come out and what
- 19:01Speaker 1: they figured out is big shocker. The person on the
- 19:05Speaker 1: outside is very emotionally needy, and they had your undivided
- 19:09Speaker 1: attention while you were behind bars, and they expect that
- 19:12Speaker 1: same thing once you're out in the real world. So
- 19:16Speaker 1: if they can't track your every mood and know where
- 19:18Speaker 1: you are and you're not fulfilling all their expectations, bad
- 19:22Speaker 1: things happen.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Okay, So Trey, your new girlfriend has a new favorite show.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Does that mean it's now your new favorite show? Have
- 19:33Speaker 2: you been sucked into Love after lock Up?
- 19:36Speaker 1: I find it entertaining for an episode or two, and
- 19:41Speaker 1: then I reached my threshold and I can't. I mean,
- 19:45Speaker 1: because some of it is it really is. It's comical.
- 19:48Speaker 1: It's like, you watch this couple. She's a drug addict
- 19:55Speaker 1: and with who hasn't been able to stay out of prison,
- 19:59Speaker 1: gets out of pre and gets off parole. What's the
- 20:05Speaker 1: first thing they do, go to Vegas. That's a great idea,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and guess what it plays out exactly how you think
- 20:15Speaker 1: it's going to.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Yeah, they really they really missed an opportunity there by
- 20:19Speaker 2: calling it sin City when it should have just been
- 20:21Speaker 2: called parole town. It is pretty bad though, Like you
- 20:27Speaker 2: watch one or two episodes of Love after lock Up
- 20:29Speaker 2: and what you got to do after one or two
- 20:31Speaker 2: episodes is go outside in the yard to get a
- 20:33Speaker 2: little exercise.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Well, and then like and also, one of these chicks
- 20:38Speaker 1: that she made eight hundred thousand dollars over ten years
- 20:43Speaker 1: in prison by just you know, these websites and dating
- 20:50Speaker 1: and getting guys to send her money.
- 20:53Speaker 2: The incarcerated female did, uh huh, Wow, that's a good gig. Yeah,
- 20:58Speaker 2: I mean, prison sucks at all. But I mean she's
- 21:01Speaker 2: obviously queen of the commissary.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Well, even in prison, she pissed it all away.
- 21:08Speaker 3: How do you? How do you? Yeah? Eight hundred thousand
- 21:12Speaker 3: drugs phones?
- 21:15Speaker 1: Oh, I mean, I'm sure she was the the sugar
- 21:19Speaker 1: Mama of prison. But wow, she actually she actually got
- 21:24Speaker 1: busted in prison for drugs. So you've got a little
- 21:29Speaker 1: extension on the on the sentence.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Let me get this straight. You got you got put
- 21:35Speaker 2: away for one thing, and now you're adding on to
- 21:38Speaker 2: it by being a drug kingpin in prison. Yes, it
- 21:45Speaker 2: turns out maybe prison is not the rehab facility so
- 21:47Speaker 2: many people claim it to be. Raj, You got a
- 21:54Speaker 2: new lady in your life. Does she have a wonky
- 21:58Speaker 2: television show that she's sucking you into like Trey is.
- 22:04Speaker 3: No, we kind of watched the same stuff. Uh.
- 22:08Speaker 6: She does like a lot of the uh true crime
- 22:13Speaker 6: uh documentaries.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Yeah, so, uh I watch.
- 22:18Speaker 3: A lot of those.
- 22:19Speaker 2: I think it's important as a couple to watch the
- 22:23Speaker 2: true crime and the murder documentaries together so that way
- 22:28Speaker 2: you can notice signs if she's starting to plot your demise.
- 22:32Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, it's weird she takes notes while we're
- 22:35Speaker 6: watching so uh uh but no, Yeah, we kind of
- 22:42Speaker 6: watched the same stuff. She is a lot younger, so
- 22:45Speaker 6: there's some stuff that she watches that.
- 22:48Speaker 3: I don't.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Uh, she's still a huge, huge animia.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I love that show. Oh my god.
- 22:58Speaker 2: I was trying to think of like a young kids
- 23:00Speaker 2: like show, and I'm like, Sesame Street.
- 23:03Speaker 6: She'll watch, like U reruns of like Saved by the
- 23:07Speaker 6: Bell and stuff like that. I never watched that show
- 23:09Speaker 6: grown up.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but you watch reruns of nine O two one oh,
- 23:13Speaker 2: So I can't imagine it's the greatest show ever made.
- 23:15Speaker 3: You guys need to stop.
- 23:20Speaker 6: But no, I mean, but you know, we have the
- 23:23Speaker 6: same kind of tastes in that stuff, so I don't
- 23:27Speaker 6: mind it that much. But I mean, I I watched
- 23:29Speaker 6: I Have My Guilty Pleasure, which is ninety day Fiance.
- 23:35Speaker 3: That is that is my That shit is hilarious.
- 23:40Speaker 6: Like, I don't understand how they think this is any
- 23:42Speaker 6: of this is going to work.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Now. That's a TLC show, right, yes, yeah, And I
- 23:48Speaker 2: don't know if Trey's Love After lock Up. I think
- 23:50Speaker 2: it's on AMC or AMC Plus or something. I don't
- 23:54Speaker 2: know what originally aired on if it was ever if
- 23:56Speaker 2: it was on like TLC. But that's like so many
- 23:59Speaker 2: of these cable channels started out as one thing, like
- 24:01Speaker 2: the Learning Channel actually started out as a learning channel,
- 24:03Speaker 2: and like so many other channels on cable, has carried
- 24:07Speaker 2: over into like trash reality TV programming like Trey your
- 24:12Speaker 2: Girlfriend's Sucking You into Love after lock Up? And I
- 24:17Speaker 2: saw just yesterday someone post on social media that no
- 24:21Speaker 2: straight man has ever watched a Bravo TV show on
- 24:26Speaker 2: his own, like it was his wife, girlfriend, whatever that
- 24:30Speaker 2: made him watch the Real Housewives of this, that or
- 24:33Speaker 2: the other, which is of course dumb because none of
- 24:35Speaker 2: that is real and none of them are real either.
- 24:39Speaker 6: Yeah, I've never seen one episode of that, of that
- 24:43Speaker 6: series or whatever it is.
- 24:45Speaker 2: I am. Well, yeah, I mean I'm happy to say
- 24:47Speaker 2: I have not either. But if you follow pop culture enough,
- 24:51Speaker 2: you can't not know of some of them. And I
- 24:55Speaker 2: can't keep track of all the different versions. I mean
- 24:57Speaker 2: there's you know, Real Housewives of basically every geographical area,
- 25:02Speaker 2: including the one that was in Dallas, Real Housewives of Dallas.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Oh that's since been shitcanned.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Yes, as most of them do. It's like they run
- 25:15Speaker 2: their course and then they move on to a new
- 25:17Speaker 2: city or something, But then you get other things like
- 25:20Speaker 2: married to Medicine is a new one where I guess
- 25:22Speaker 2: it's doctors wives, and then there's Mormon wives. I mean
- 25:26Speaker 2: that one at least makes sense, Mormon wives because they're
- 25:28Speaker 2: not breaking any molds there, that's what they do. But
- 25:31Speaker 2: a lot of it just seems like this is coming
- 25:33Speaker 2: from a straight guy.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Here.
- 25:36Speaker 2: You can do more than being you know, a plastic
- 25:39Speaker 2: trophy wife. You can do things.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Yeah, be on reality TV.
- 25:45Speaker 2: No, I mean like something real, like there's something actually
- 25:52Speaker 2: good with your time.
- 25:54Speaker 6: There's a new one that I saw in a commercial
- 25:58Speaker 6: four I think it's called becoming Amish. It's people that
- 26:06Speaker 6: aren't Amish that are switching over to that lifestyle.
- 26:11Speaker 2: What's that conversion rate? Like? Uh?
- 26:15Speaker 6: From the from the commercial, this poor girl doesn't do
- 26:18Speaker 6: well well.
- 26:19Speaker 2: The Amish are not exactly known for, you know, prostlytizing
- 26:23Speaker 2: and going door to door like say the Mormons do,
- 26:26Speaker 2: saying hey, join us. It's more like you're either in
- 26:29Speaker 2: it or you're not. Kind of a thing.
- 26:32Speaker 6: Yeah, And I don't know why that would be something
- 26:34Speaker 6: you would want to do.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Like can't you just go to like one of those
- 26:39Speaker 2: colonial vacation places for a week, just to feel what
- 26:42Speaker 2: it's like to have lived in the seventeenth century, you know,
- 26:44Speaker 2: on the frontier.
- 26:46Speaker 1: I just come to Texas next time we have a
- 26:48Speaker 1: really hard freeze and the power goes out.
- 26:54Speaker 2: We were all amish winter of twenty one.

- 29:10Speaker 2: Have you seen it?
- 29:11Speaker 3: I have not. That's a good man. Here we go.
- 29:16Speaker 9: So I printed the lyrics of route Off the Red
- 29:19Speaker 9: Nose Reindeer, and lyrics would you no Dasher and Dancer
- 29:28Speaker 9: and pancer, invix comment and Cupid and donner and listen.
- 29:32Speaker 7: But you recall the most famous madeirable true reindeer had

- 29:44Speaker 9: Even say it close.
- 29:45Speaker 7: Come hold on to other reindeer. He used to laughing
- 29:49Speaker 7: all names enable poor Rudolph any games.
- 29:56Speaker 2: That's that doesn't seem like quite enough. So I did
- 29:58Speaker 2: one more additional search on miss.
- 30:05Speaker 7: You know tax for Potenza ranch to addict come in
- 30:08Speaker 7: and Cupid and donor reflect it. But do you recall

- 32:23Speaker 6: I don't know how DMX didn't get one.
- 32:25Speaker 2: That would have been fascinating.
- 32:30Speaker 3: I'm gonna guess the meltdowns probably let's have something to
- 32:33Speaker 3: do with it.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Well, if he had just had more Christmas in his life,
- 32:37Speaker 2: it might have prevented the meltdowns.

- 33:26Speaker 2: And he was excited to do it. He's like, oh, bitch,
- 33:28Speaker 2: I got this.
