AlterNet reports that the Trump administration did not invite observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe to monitor the November 3 midterm elections. If that remains unchanged, this would be the first U.S. federal election since 2002—and the first of seven midterm elections during that period—without OSCE observers.
